To provide a method of objectively and more accurately assessing cheek sag.SOLUTION: The method of assessing a cheek sag includes assessing a degree of a cheek sag of a subject by using, as indexes, skin inside tissue information of at least one type selected from among masseter tissue outside fat amount, the cheek pressure, a ratio of a subcutaneous fat amount of a cheek to a masseter amount, and a ratio of a subcutaneous fat amount of the cheek to a zygomatic muscle amount, of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: None
