Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a covering sheet made of fabric or nonwoven fabric that isolates articles used by humans from mites that affect the human body, thereby reducing the effects on the human body. [Background technology]
[0002] Recently, with the improvement of living environments and the progress of luxury housing, the inhabitation of many nuisance pests, mainly mites, has been recognized. Such nuisance pests are believed to cause skin diseases, asthma, etc., and therefore there is a strong demand for their control.
[0003] Conventional methods for controlling such nuisance pests include suction removal with a powerful vacuum cleaner, as well as a method in which an anti-mite sheet that combines a mite attractant sheet containing a mite attractant and an adhesive layer is placed under tatami mats, carpets, or bedding, which are suitable habitats for these nuisance pests, or near the carpet (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-202062 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the method of exterminating nuisance insects by disposing an anti-mite sheet that combines a mite attractant sheet and an adhesive layer as described above, the nuisance insects are first collected on the anti-mite sheet and then exterminated, and when used on bedding such as pillows, the nuisance insects will gather on the anti-mite sheet while a person is sleeping, which psychologically disturbs a good night's sleep. In addition, the anti-mite sheet that combines a mite attractant sheet and an adhesive layer captures the nuisance insects and is then discarded, but after the anti-mite sheet is discarded, it returns to its original state, which creates the problem that it is difficult to provide a long-term anti-mite effect.
[0006] In view of the above technical problems, the present invention aims to provide a covering sheet of fabric or nonwoven fabric that can achieve a long-term anti-mite effect without attracting nuisance pests. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In view of the above-mentioned technical problems, the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention is characterized in that it has a size larger than the object to be covered, is made of fabric or nonwoven fabric, and comprises a main sheet material having an anti-mite agent supported on a carrier.
[0008] The covering sheet of the fabric or nonwoven fabric of the present invention has an anti-mite effect on the carrier of the main sheet material, has a size larger than the object to be covered, and can be arranged to wrap the object to be covered, such as bedding, cushioning, cushions, parts of furniture, and clothing, where unpleasant pests can live. A size larger than the object to be covered is a size that can wrap the object to be covered with a margin, for example, an area of at least twice the largest surface of the object, such as a pillow or cushion, and taking into account the margins of the ends, the size of the length and width of the object to be covered is 2.5 to 3.5 times, more preferably 2.2 to 4.0 times, of the object to be covered. The wrapping method can be selected according to the object to be covered, and it can be made to fit the shape of the object to be covered, or a method of folding with a margin can be used. Furthermore, the wrapping method can be a folding method in which a part is folded in two or three times. This allows the mite-proofing effect of the main sheet material to kill the nuisance pests, suppress the movement of the nuisance pests to objects in which they can live, and at the same time, prevents the nuisance pests from spreading from the objects in which they can live.
[0009] The anti-mite covering sheet of the present invention may be in the form of a single flat sheet or may be in the form of a tube. It may be closed by placing a string or tape along the edge of the main sheet material in the manner of squeezing the string of a drawstring bag, or it may have an adhesive tape, snap button, fastener, hook-and-loop fastener, etc. at the edge of the main sheet material.
[0010] The main sheet material having the anti-mite effect of the anti-mite covering sheet has a carrier made of fabric or nonwoven fabric, and the anti-mite agent is supported on the carrier. Examples of the carrier include base fabric such as knitted fabric, woven fabric or nonwoven fabric, wood pulp board, wood pulp grains, porous organic molded body such as porous cellulose particles (product name: Viscopearl), kaolin, talc, calcium silicate particles (product name: Fluorite), calcium carbonate particles, silica stone, silica sand, ceramics and other inorganic (porous) carriers, and films or solid or fibrous molded bodies made of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, ABS, ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene / methyl methacrylate copolymer (EMMA), styrene-based diblock polymer, styrene-based triblock polymer, thermoplastic resin elastomer (TPE, TPO), etc., and the like, and may have a structure consisting of a single unit or multiple layers of these. Furthermore, as the carrier, instead of the above-mentioned polyol-based fiber, fibers made of acrylonitrile, vinylon, vinyl chloride, vinylidene chloride, polyurethane, non-dyed nylon may be used. The carrier can be made to contain anti-mite function imparting agent by various methods such as dripping, coating, immersion, kneading, etc. In this specification, "anti-mite" is used in a broad sense, and refers to many functions such as killing mite, repelling mite, preventing mite intrusion, and inhibiting mite behavior.
[0011] Examples of anti-mite agents supported on the main sheet material include inorganic compounds such as boric acid ceramics that release B2O3, and ceramics with copper, silver, platinum, or a mixture of these supported on the surface, using polyester fibers as the support. Composite ceramics can also be used, such as composite ceramics made by mixing magnesia and serpentine, or composite ceramics made by mixing magnesia, zinc oxide, silica, and titanium, or composite ceramics made by mixing magnesia, silica, and calcium oxide.
[0012] Naturally derived anti-mite agents can also be used, such as essential oils from cedar, cypress, red pine, bay cypress leaves, bay cedar, and bay pine, with Yakusugi, Shinobuhiba, and Ogonshinobuhiba being particularly effective, and essential oils from other trees such as Todomatsu and Yezo pine, eucalyptus, melaleuca, fig leaves, and horse chestnut can also be used as anti-mite agents. Furthermore, natural essential oils such as peppermint oil, lemon eucalyptus oil, and lavender oil, which contain anti-mite components that have a mite repellent effect, can also be used.
[0013] Examples of organic anti-mite agents include organic compounds such as amide compounds, thiocyanate compounds, carboxylate compounds, and bornyl alcohol compounds. Specific examples include cinnamyl acetate, menthyl acetate, citronellol, eugenol, perilla aldehyde, anisaldehyde, p-menthane-3,8-diol, methyl salicylate, benzyl salicylate, phenyl salicylate, hexyl salicylate, cyclohexyl salicylate, amyl benzoate, isoamyl benzoate, hexyl benzoate, cyclohexyl benzoate, cis-3-hexenyl benzoate, benzoic acid, benzoyl benzoic acid, ... Examples of the isomer include benzyl sebacate, diethyl sebacate, dipropyl sebacate, dibutyl sebacate, diisopropyl sebacate, diethyl adipate, dipropyl adipate, dibutyl adipate, dimethyl phthalate, diethyl phthalate, dipropyl phthalate, dibutyl phthalate, diamyl phthalate, dibutyl succinate, dibutyl maleate, farnesyl acetone, and hexyl cinnamaldehyde. When optical isomers or geometric isomers exist, all of the individual isomers and possible mixtures of isomers are included in the present invention.
[0014] Among these, benzyl salicylate, phenyl salicylate, diisopropyl sebacate, dibutyl phthalate, and from the viewpoint of safety, cinnamyl acetate, p-menthane-3,8-diol, benzyl salicylate, dibutyl sebacate, diisopropyl sebacate, and benzyl benzoate, which are derived from natural plant components, are preferred, and p-menthane-3,8-diol, benzyl salicylate, dibutyl sebacate, diisopropyl sebacate, and benzyl benzoate are particularly preferred. The effects of the present invention can be achieved by incorporating one or more of these in the drug carrier.
[0015] The anti-mite covering sheet using the anti-mite agent may be a single layer of fabric folded, or may be a structure in which multiple layers of fabric or cloth are layered. The front and back sides of the main sheet material when folded may have different layer structures. For example, in the case of preparing a fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet that also functions as a pillow cover for wrapping a pillow, the main sheet material located on the front side of the pillow may use a natural anti-mite agent or a ceramic anti-mite agent, assuming that it is close to the human body, and an organic anti-mite agent may be used on the back side of the pillow. In this case, the main sheet material may be colored according to the components of the anti-mite agent to distinguish them. For example, the structural part containing the natural anti-mite agent may be colored green, the structural part containing the ceramic anti-mite agent may be colored blue, and the structural part containing the organic anti-mite agent may be colored red. The main sheet material may also be made reversible with a two-layer structure as a whole. For example, if a ceramic-based anti-mite agent is used on the inside and a natural anti-mite agent on the outside, and the user feels that it is undesirable for the plant-based anti-mite agent to be close to the human body, the front and back sides of the main sheet material can be reversed. Also, in addition to the layer containing the anti-mite agent component, a fabric with high moisture permeability and sufficient to block the passage of unpleasant pests can be added, and the use of such a fabric can further increase the anti-mite effect.
[0016] The fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention can also be provided with an antibacterial deodorizing effect or an antibacterial deodorizing effect. There are several methods for providing the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet with an antibacterial deodorizing effect, one of which is to mix an antibacterial deodorizing agent or antibacterial deodorizing agent made of metal ions such as silver ions, platinum ions, and gold ions with the anti-mite agent, and another method is to fix an antibacterial deodorizing agent or antibacterial deodorizing agent such as silver ions, platinum ions, and gold ions on the surface of a main sheet material with an anti-mite effect by spraying or coating. It is also possible to provide the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention with a multi-layer structure and provide an antibacterial deodorizing functional layer or antibacterial deodorizing functional layer as a layer separate from the anti-mite functional layer.
[0017] Antibacterial deodorants or antibacterial deodorants used as anti-mite covering sheets can be not only those derived from metal ions, but also activated carbon or ceramic particles that have the effect of absorbing the source of odors. Activated carbon or ceramic particles can be added by mixing them into the sheet constituent materials, or those derived from metal ions can be added by mixing them into the liquid agent during dyeing.
[0018] Items that can be stored in the covering sheet of the fabric or nonwoven fabric of the present invention include bedding such as mattresses, pillows, futons, and comforters, furniture or interior items such as cushions, sofas, cushions, long cushions, chair seats and backs, and handrails, and clothing items such as suit covers and kimono covers.Furthermore, the covering sheet can function not only for humans but also as a measure against unpleasant pests for non-human organisms such as animals and birds. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0020] Hereinafter, an embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. The fabric or nonwoven fabric cover sheet described first is a fabric or nonwoven fabric cover sheet that functions as a pillow cover, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2.
[0021] As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the anti-mite covering sheet 10 of this embodiment is a sheet material with a roughly rectangular shape, and is larger than the size of the pillow 12 to be covered (single: 43cm x 64cm), for example, 100 x 160cm. When using the anti-mite covering sheet 10, the pillow 12 is placed near the center of the anti-mite covering sheet 10, and the pillow 12 is wrapped by folding in the ends. Since the anti-mite covering sheet 10 is a large size, it can be folded along the ends of the pillow 12, or it can be wrapped with a margin from the ends. A hook-and-loop fastener, a fastener, an adhesive tape, etc. can be arranged on the ends of the anti-mite covering sheet 10.
[0022] The anti-mite covering sheet 10 of this embodiment can be used as it is by placing it against the head as a pillow cover, or the anti-mite covering sheet 10 of this embodiment can be used as an inner cover and an outer pillow cover can be placed on the outside of it. Since the inner cover has an anti-mite effect, the user can enjoy a comfortable sleep.
[0023] The anti-mite effect is achieved by a ceramic anti-mite agent contained in the main sheet material of the anti-mite covering sheet 10. The ceramic anti-mite agent is an inorganic compound such as boric acid ceramics that release B2O3, or ceramics with copper, silver, gold, platinum or a mixture of these supported on the surface, and is supported on, for example, polyethylene resin to kill and repel unpleasant pests, protecting the pillow 12 inside from unpleasant pests even with long-term use, and protecting the user's body from mites.
[0024] The main sheet material of the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet having such a mite reducing effect can be a single layer structure, but may also be a multi-layer structure. In the case of a single layer structure, the support is made of polyester synthetic resin or the like, and inorganic compounds such as boric acid ceramics that release B2O3, or ceramics with copper, silver, platinum, or a mixture of these supported on the surface are supported on the support. Naturally derived mite repellents can be used instead of these ceramics, and similarly, naturally derived mite repellents may be supported on the support.
[0025] In the case of a multi-layer structure, different types of layers can be formed, for example, the outer layer can be a layer containing a ceramic-based anti-mite agent and the inner layer can be a layer containing a naturally derived anti-mite agent. It is also possible to obtain a synergistic effect by using two or more types of anti-mite agents. In addition, the inner layer 44 can be impregnated with an organic anti-mite agent, and since the inner layer is configured not to come into direct contact with the human body during use, it is easy to use even for users with sensitive skin.
[0026] In the case of a multi-layer structure, it has a three-layer structure of an outer layer, a middle layer, and an inner layer, and for example, either the middle layer or the inner layer can be used as a base layer made of a material for maintaining the shape of the main body, and due to the presence of such a base layer, the outer layer can be made to contain an anti-mite agent, while at the same time either the middle layer or the inner layer can be made to contain an anti-mite agent. It is desirable that the base layer has fine holes that do not allow unpleasant pests such as mites to pass through, and that the breathability of the entire fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet is guaranteed.
[0027] Such a single-layer or multi-layer fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet can also be provided with antibacterial, deodorizing, or deodorizing effects. For example, when the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention has a multi-layer structure, it is possible to provide an antibacterial and deodorizing functional layer in a layer separate from the anti-mite functional layer. The inventors of the present invention conducted an antibacterial test of textile products according to JIS L1902 for the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet provided with the antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and obtained antibacterial activity values of 5.3 and 6.0. Since the standard value is 2.0, it can be seen that high antibacterial performance is also obtained.
[0028] In addition, to impart an antibacterial, deodorizing or antibacterial deodorizing effect to such a fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet, antibacterial deodorizing agents such as silver ions can be added by mixing or spraying them, for example, a method of mixing an antibacterial deodorizing agent such as silver ions with an anti-mite agent is also possible, and another method is to fix an antibacterial deodorizing agent such as silver ions on the surface of a main sheet material with anti-mite effect by spraying or applying it, etc. Furthermore, nonwoven fabrics with fine particles of activated carbon mixed in, or fabrics or nonwoven fabrics with odor adsorbing materials mixed in can also be used.
[0029] As a second embodiment of the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet, an example in which the object to be covered is a mattress 24 is shown in Figures 3 and 4. The anti-mite covering sheet 20 is adapted to wrap the mattress 24 and covers the surface of the mattress 24 from above, and the bottom side of the bag-shaped anti-mite covering sheet 20 has gathers and an opening 22 on the inside thereof, and by pushing the mattress 24 through this opening 22, the anti-mite covering sheet 20 spreads over the surface side of the mattress 24.
[0030] Fig. 5 shows a third embodiment of a fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 30 that covers a cushion 36 as an object to be covered. The example shown in Fig. 5 shows a cushion 36 being covered with the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 30 according to the embodiment, and the main sheet material of the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 30, which is cylindrical and has openings 32, 34 at both ends, carries an anti-mite agent. In this way, the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet according to the present invention can store a cushioning material or a part of furniture, and can be applied to furniture other than sofas, such as chairs.
[0031] 6 shows a flat anti-mite covering sheet 40 as a fourth embodiment. This anti-mite covering sheet 40 has fasteners 42 on both ends, and the positions of the fasteners 42 on both ends are aligned to deform the sheet from a flat shape to a cylindrical shape, so that the sheet can be used to cover an object to be covered.
[0032] 7 and 8, a fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 50 is used as a suit cover, a hanger is placed inside, and a suit 52 is stored so as to be wrapped in the anti-mite covering sheet 50. The fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 50 of the present invention can be applied to such suit covers, and can also be used as an athletic clothing cover, a Japanese clothing cover, a hat cover, a shoe cover, a handkerchief cover, a sock cover, an underwear cover, and the like, other than as a suit cover.
[0033] In the example shown in Fig. 9, the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet 60 is a cushion cover, and a cushion 62 can be accommodated inside. The cushion can be changed in size to suit long cushions, etc. Also, while pillow covers have been described as bedding, it goes without saying that the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention can also be applied to other bedding and interior items such as quilt covers, futon covers, blanket covers, towel blanket covers, mattress covers, mat covers, carpet covers, rug covers, slipper covers, and towel covers.
[0034] The fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention does not collect unpleasant pests like disposable devices, and exerts a relatively long-term anti-mite effect as long as the anti-mite agent carried on the main body continues to be effective. Therefore, the stored items can be used cleanly and safely without being invaded by unpleasant pests such as mites. In addition, anti-mite agents derived from natural origin can also have a psychological effect on sleep, providing a comfortable feeling to the user, especially when used on bedding.
[0035] The fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of the present invention can also be in the form of a bag, as described below. As shown in Figures 10 to 12, the fabric or nonwoven fabric covering sheet of this embodiment is an anti-mite bag that functions as a pillow cover.
[0036] As shown in Figures 10 to 12, the pillow cover 110 of this embodiment has an opening 114 in the bag body 112 through which the pillow 120 to be stored inside can be inserted, and is larger than the size of the pillow 120 to be stored (single: 43 cm x 64 cm), for example, 45 x 78 cm. An opening 114 is formed at one end of the bag body 112, and when the pillow 120 is fully pushed inside the bag body 112, a part of the bag body 112 is left over near the opening 114 due to the large size of the bag body 112, and can be folded, and the folded part functions as a closing part 116. A hook-and-loop fastener, a fastener, an adhesive tape, etc. can also be arranged in the closing part 116.
[0037] The pillow cover 110 of this embodiment can be used as it is by placing it against the head as a pillow cover, or the pillow cover 110 of this embodiment can be used as an inner cover and an outer pillow cover 122 can be placed on the outside of it. Since the inner cover has an anti-dust mite effect, the user can enjoy a comfortable sleep.
[0038] The anti-mite effect is achieved by a ceramic anti-mite agent contained in the main sheet material 111 of the bag body 112. The ceramic anti-mite agent is an inorganic compound such as boric acid ceramics that release B2O3, or ceramics with copper, silver, platinum or a mixture of these supported on the surface, and is supported on, for example, polyethylene resin to kill and repel unpleasant insects, protecting the pillow 120 inside from unpleasant insects even with long-term use, and protecting the user's body from mites.
[0039] The ceramic-based anti-mite agent used in this embodiment is designed to have a long-lasting effect of about half a year, and the anti-mite effect of ceramics prevents the breeding of unpleasant pests. The inventors of this invention have confirmed this effect by conducting a test in accordance with JIS L-1920. The test was a test of anti-mite performance (growth inhibition test) for textile products according to the JIS standard, and Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus was used as the test mite. A comparison was made between pillow covers made of the anti-mite bag of this invention (Examples A and B) and a normal pillow cover without the anti-mite bag (Comparative Example) in terms of the number of remaining mites. Example A is colored, and Example B is colorless.
[0040] [Table 1]
[0041] As is clear from this table, in the pillow covers made of the anti-mite bags of Examples A and B, the number of mites was significantly reduced to 129 and 147 after 8 weeks compared to 3,375 in the comparative example, indicating that high proliferation inhibition rates of 96.2% and 95.6% were achieved.
[0042] The main sheet material of the anti-mite bag having such a mite reducing effect can be a single layer structure as shown in Fig. 13(a), but may also be a multi-layer structure as shown in (b) or (c). In the case of the single layer structure 140 shown in Fig. 13(a), a polyester synthetic resin or the like is used as a carrier 141, and inorganic compounds such as boric acid ceramics that release B2O3, or ceramics with copper, silver, platinum, or a mixture of these supported on the surface are supported on the carrier. Naturally derived anti-mite agents can be used instead of these ceramics, and similarly, naturally derived anti-mite agents may be supported on the carrier.
[0043] In the case of the multi-layer structure 142 shown in Fig. 13(b), different types of layers can be formed, and as an example, the outer layer 143 can be a layer containing a ceramic-based anti-mite agent, and the inner layer 144 can be a layer containing a naturally derived anti-mite agent. It is also possible to obtain a synergistic effect by using two or more types of anti-mite agents. In addition, the inner layer 144 can be structured to be impregnated with an organic anti-mite agent, and since the inner layer 144 is structured not to come into direct contact with the human body during use, it is easy to use even for users with sensitive skin.
[0044] In the case of the multi-layer structure 145 shown in Fig. 13(b), it has a three-layer structure of an outer layer 146, an intermediate layer 147, and an inner layer 148, and for example, either the intermediate layer 147 or the inner layer 148 is used as a base layer made of a material for maintaining the shape of the bag-like main body, and due to the presence of such a base layer, it is possible to make the outer layer 146 a layer containing an anti-mite agent while at the same time making the other of the intermediate layer 147 and the inner layer 148 a layer containing an anti-mite agent. It is desirable that the base layer has fine holes that do not allow unpleasant pests such as mites to pass through, and that the breathability of the anti-mite bag as a whole is guaranteed.
[0045] Such a single-layer or multi-layered anti-mite bag can also be provided with antibacterial and deodorizing effects. For example, when the anti-mite bag of the present invention is a multi-layered structure, it is possible to provide an antibacterial and deodorizing functional layer in a layer separate from the anti-mite functional layer. The inventors of the present invention conducted antibacterial tests of textile products according to JIS L1902 for the anti-mite bag provided with antibacterial and deodorizing effects, and obtained antibacterial activity values of 5.3 and 6.0. Since the standard value is 2.0, it can be seen that high antibacterial performance is also obtained.
[0046] Furthermore, in order to impart antibacterial and deodorizing effects to such anti-mite bags, antibacterial and deodorizing agents such as silver ions can be added by mixing or spraying them. For example, a method is possible in which an antibacterial and deodorizing agent such as a silver ion is mixed into the anti-mite agent. Another method is to fix an antibacterial and deodorizing agent such as a silver ion type to the surface of the main sheet material that already has anti-mite effects by spraying or applying it.
[0047] As another embodiment of the anti-mite bag, an example in which different types of anti-mite agents are used on the front and back is shown in Fig. 14. Anti-mite bag 150 shown in Fig. 14 has an opening 151 through which a pillow or other stored item can be inserted, front surface 152 has a two-layer structure of outer layer 156 and inner layer 158, and back surface 154 has a single-layer structure of outer layer 156. For example, if outer layer 156 of anti-mite bag 150 is a layer containing a ceramic-based anti-mite agent and inner layer 158 is a layer containing a naturally derived anti-mite agent, it is possible to place an anti-mite agent made of essential oils derived from cypress or the like, which has a high sleep-inducing effect, only on the surface closest to the user, thereby providing a more excellent anti-mite effect.
[0048] Figures 15 to 17 each show an example of changing the object contained in the anti-mite bag. Figure 15 shows an example of furniture in which the anti-mite bag is a cushion cover 164 covering a cushion 162 of a sofa 160. Figure 16 shows an example in which the anti-mite bag is used as a suit cover 170. Figure 17 shows an example in which the anti-mite bag is a cushion cover 180.
[0049] 15, a pair of cushions 162 arranged on the seat surface of a sofa 160 is shown being stored in a cushion cover 164 according to the embodiment, and an anti-mite agent is carried on the main sheet material of the cushion cover 164. In this way, the main bag body of the anti-mite bag according to the present invention can store a cushioning material or a part of a piece of furniture, and can be applied to furniture other than sofas, such as chairs.
[0050] In the example shown in Fig. 16, the anti-mite bag is used as a suit cover 170, a hanger 172 is arranged inside, and a suit 174 is stored so as to be wrapped in the suit cover 170. The suit cover 170 is shaped like a suit jacket, but an opening 176 is provided vertically on one side, and a fastener 178 is also attached to allow the opening 176 to be opened and closed.
