Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a support component used in a wedge-tightening type temporary scaffolding having a plurality of supports and a fabric material whose both ends are removably attached to adjacent supports and which is subjected to vertical forces.
[0002] In this specification and the claims, the top and bottom of Fig. 1 and Figs. 3 to 7 will be referred to as the top and bottom. [Background technology]
[0003] The above-mentioned support of the wedge-fastening temporary scaffolding is constructed by connecting a plurality of support components in the longitudinal direction, or by using them individually, each of which comprises a cylindrical column member and a group of four socket fittings, each of which is U-shaped in plan view and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction. The socket fitting comprises a pair of flanges and a web portion that integrally connects both flanges, and the tips of both flanges are fixed to the column member. The column member and the socket fitting form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric material of the temporary scaffolding is inserted. The insert fittings are provided on both ends of the fabric material used in the wedge-fastening temporary scaffolding, and the insert fittings are inserted from above into the insertion space of the socket fittings, and the insert fittings are pressed against the outer circumferential surface of the column member and the surface of the web portion of the socket fitting facing the column member, and are held in a fastened state by the wedge action, thereby fixing the fabric material to the column.
[0004] In order to reduce the burden on workers when carrying them, there is a demand for the weight of the pole-constituting members, and the diameter of the pole-constituting members may be reduced. However, when the outer diameter of the pole-constituting members is reduced, there is a problem that the insert metal fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material made to fit the pole-constituting members having a normal outer diameter cannot be inserted into the insertion spaces of the socket metal fittings and held in a tightly fastened state.
[0005] As support component members for wedge fastening type temporary scaffolding that solve such problems, those described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 are known.
[0006] Patent Document 1 describes a support component that includes a cylindrical column member, a flange fixed to the column member and having a plurality of wedge holes formed on a concentric circle at intervals in the circumferential direction, and a spacer made of a plate-like body with an arc-shaped cross section fixed to the column member to correspond to the wedge holes, the wedge holes of the flange are formed so as to directly face the outer circumferential surface of the column, and the spacer is disposed in the wedge hole and fixed to the column member. Patent Document 1 also describes a support component that includes a cylindrical column member, a spacer made of a cylinder fitted over and fixed to the column member, and a flange fixed to the spacer and having a plurality of wedge holes formed on a concentric circle at intervals in the circumferential direction, the wedge holes of the flange are formed so as to directly face the outer circumferential surface of the cylinder.
[0007] Patent Document 2 describes a pillar component comprising a cylindrical pillar member, a spacer consisting of a cylinder fitted over and fixed to the pillar member, and a group of socket fittings consisting of four socket fittings that are U-shaped in plan view and fixed at equal angular intervals circumferentially to the outer circumferential surface of the spacer, wherein both upper and lower end edges of the spacer have an uneven shape with alternating concave and convex portions, and both end edges of the uneven shape of the spacer are welded to the pillar member.
[0008] According to the pillar components described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, even if the diameter of the pillar component is reduced, as long as the outer diameter of the spacer is made equal to the outer diameter of a pillar component having a normal outer diameter, the insert metal fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material made to fit the pillar component having a normal outer diameter can be held in a tightly fastened state by inserting them from above into the wedge holes of the flange in Patent Document 1, and by inserting them from above into the insertion space of the socket metal fitting in Patent Document 2. This makes it possible to reduce the weight of the pillar component. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0009] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-50655 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 6476244 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0010] However, in the case of the support component having the spacer made of a plate-like body described in Patent Document 1, in manufacturing, it is necessary to weld four spacers separately to the support component and weld a flange to the support component, which increases the number of welding points and increases the number of manufacturing steps. In addition, in the case of the support component having the spacer made of a cylindrical body described in Patent Document 1, in manufacturing, it is necessary to weld the spacer to the support component and weld a flange to the spacer, which increases the number of welding points and increases the number of manufacturing steps. Moreover, since the spacer is made of a cylindrical body, there are problems of increased material costs and weight.
[0011] In addition, in the case of the support component described in Patent Document 2, in manufacturing, it is necessary to weld the spacer to the support component and the four socket fittings to the spacer, which increases the number of welding points and increases the manufacturing man-hours. Moreover, since the spacer is made of a cylindrical body, there are problems of increased material costs and weight.
[0012] The object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component that can hold in a fastened state insert fittings provided at both ends of a fabric material made to fit a support component having a normal outer diameter, and that can reduce manufacturing labor as well as material costs and weight. [Means for solving the problem]
[0013] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises the following aspects.
[0014] 1) A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component comprising a cylindrical column member and a socket fitting group consisting of four socket fittings that are U-shaped in plan view and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction, the socket fittings comprising a pair of flange portions and a web portion that integrally connects both flange portions, and the tips of both flange portions are fixed to the column member, the column member and the socket fittings form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on a fabric material of the temporary scaffolding can be inserted, A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component, in which a spacer is provided between the tip ends of both flange portions of the socket fitting, the spacer having an arc-shaped horizontal cross-sectional shape that follows the outer peripheral surface of the pillar member and a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member, and at least a part of the tip ends of both flange portions of the socket fitting and at least a part of the spacer are joined to the pillar member by welded metal formed across both of them.
[0015] 2) A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component as described in 1) above, in which the socket fitting and the spacer are formed separately, and the spacer consists of a single plate-like body with an arc-shaped cross section that is arranged across both flange portions of the socket fitting.
[0016] 3) A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component as described in 2) above, in which a notch is formed at each of the tip portions of both flange portions of the socket fitting, and convex pieces which fit into the notches are integrally provided on both side edges of the spacer, and when the convex pieces of the spacer are fitted into both flange portions of the socket fitting, the parts of the tips of both flange portions of the socket fitting excluding the notches and the convex pieces of the spacer are joined by a single weld metal spanning both of them.
[0017] 4) A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component as described in 2) above, in which a plurality of weight-reducing through holes are formed in the socket fittings and the spacer.
[0018] 5) A wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding support component as described in 1) above, in which the spacer is composed of two plate-like bodies with an arc-shaped cross section formed integrally with the tip end of each flange portion of the socket fitting and extending toward the other flange portion, and the tip ends of both flange portions of the socket fitting and both spacers are joined by a single weld metal formed across the tip ends of the flange portions and both spacers. Effect of the Invention
[0019] According to the pillar components 1) to 5) above, even if the diameter of the pillar component is reduced, as long as the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the spacer is equal to half the outer diameter of a pillar component having a normal outer diameter, the insert metal fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material made to fit the pillar component having a normal outer diameter can be inserted into the insertion spaces of the socket metal fittings and held in a tightly fastened state by the wedge action. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the weight of the pillar component.
[0020] Moreover, a spacer having a cross-sectional arc shape along part of the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member and a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member is provided between the tips of both flange parts of the socket fitting, and at least a part of the tips of both flange parts of the socket fitting and at least a part of the spacer are joined to the pillar member by a weld metal formed across both, so that the number of welded parts is reduced and the number of manufacturing steps is reduced compared to the pillar component described in Patent Document 1 having a spacer made of a plate-like body and the pillar component described in Patent Document 2. Also, material costs and weight can be reduced compared to the pillar component described in Patent Document 1 having a spacer made of a cylindrical body and the pillar component described in Patent Document 2.
[0021] According to the pillar component of 3) above, the welding work can be carried out relatively easily to join the two flange portions of the socket fitting to the pillar component using the weld metal formed across both of them, while accurately maintaining the positional relationship between the spacer and the two flange portions of the socket fitting.
[0022] According to the pillar-constituting member of 4) above, further weight reduction can be achieved.
[0023] According to the pillar component 5) above, the spacer is formed integrally with the tip end of each flange portion of the socket fitting, making it easy to handle the spacer and socket fitting and also making it relatively easy to perform welding work to join at least a part of the tips of both flange portions of the socket fitting and at least a part of the spacer to the pillar member by weld metal formed across both of them. [0025] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0026] The same objects and parts are designated by the same reference numerals throughout the drawings.
[0027] Figures 1 to 3 show a support component according to the present invention, and Figure 4 shows a method for fixing a socket fitting to a support member of the support component. Also, Figures 5 to 7 show a wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding equipped with a support made of the support component according to the present invention.
[0028] 1 to 3, the pillar component (10) comprises a cylindrical pillar member (11) and four socket fittings (12) that are U-shaped in plan view and fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member (11) at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction, and a plurality of socket fitting groups (13) that are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the pillar member (11). In each socket fitting group (13), two socket fittings (12) located on one diameter of the pillar member (11) are at the same height, and the other two socket fittings (12) are at the same height but at a different height from the two socket fittings (12) located on the one diameter.
[0029] The socket fitting (12) is composed of a pair of flange portions (14) with notches (141) formed at their tips and a web portion (15) that connects the flange portions (14) together, and the tips of the flange portions (14) are fixed to the pillar member (11). The pillar member (11) and the socket fitting (12) form an insertion space (16) that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric material of the temporary scaffolding is inserted. The web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12) and the edges of the flange portions (14) on the web portion (15) side are each inclined downward toward the pillar member (11). The flange portions (14) and the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12) are each formed with through holes (142) and (151) for weight reduction.
[0030] A spacer (17) having an arc-shaped cross section that follows part of the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member (11) and a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member (11) is provided between the tip ends of both flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12). The spacer (17) is made of a plate-like body having an arc-shaped cross section that is formed separately from the socket fitting (12), and protruding pieces (171) that fit into the notches (141) of both flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12) are integrally provided on both side edges of the spacer (17). In addition, a through hole (172) is formed in the spacer (17) to reduce weight. With the convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) fitted into the notches (141) of both flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12), the portions of the tips of both flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12) excluding the notches (141) and the convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) are joined by a single weld metal (18) spanning both. In other words, at least a portion of the tips of both flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12) and at least a portion of the spacer (17) are joined to the pillar member (11) by the weld metal (18) formed spanning both.
[0031] The socket fitting (12) and the spacer (17) are joined to the post member (11) as follows.
[0032] That is, first, as shown in Fig. 4(a), the spacer (17) is aligned along the outer peripheral surface of the pillar member (11), and the tip ends of both flanges (14) of the socket metal fitting (12) are abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the pillar member (11) so that both convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) fit into the notches (141) of both flanges (14). In this state, the parts of the tip ends of both flanges (14) of the socket metal fitting (12) excluding the notches (141) and the convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) are welded to the pillar member (11) (see Fig. 4(b)). In this way, the socket metal fitting (12) and the spacer (17) are joined to the pillar member (11) by a single weld metal (18) that spans both of them. In addition, the two may be previously assembled by fitting the two convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) into the notches (141) of the two flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12), and the assembled socket fitting (12) and spacer (17) may be arranged so that the spacer (17) is aligned along the outer peripheral surface of the pillar member (11). Then, the portions of the tips of the two flange portions (14) of the socket fitting (12) excluding the notches (141) and the convex pieces (171) of the spacer (17) may be welded to the pillar member (11).
[0033] 5 to 7 show a part of a wedge-fastening type temporary scaffolding equipped with a support made of the support component 10 according to the present invention. In the following description, the left and right of Fig. 5 to Fig. 7 will be referred to as left and right.
[0034] As shown in Fig. 5, the support (2) of the wedge-fastened temporary scaffolding (1) is formed by a plurality of support component members (10) according to the present invention arranged vertically with the longitudinal direction of the support member (11) facing vertically and connecting adjacent ones to each other, or by a single support component member (10). A plurality of support members (2) are erected at intervals in the left-right direction and in the front-back direction of the paper of Fig. 5, and a cloth member (3) such as a cross member or a leading handrail is placed between adjacent support members (2), and both ends of the cloth member (3) are detachably attached to the support members (2). Note that Fig. 5 shows only two support members (2) on the left and right and one cloth member (3) placed between the support members (2).
[0035] Insert fittings (4) are provided hanging down at both ends of the fabric material (3), and the insert fittings (4) are inserted from above into the insertion space (16) of the socket fitting (12) of the pillar component (10) of the pillar (2) and pressed against the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12) and the spacer (17), thereby maintaining the fabric material (3) in a tightly fastened state by a wedge action.
[0036] As shown in Fig. 6, the insert metal fitting (4) is composed of a wedge holding member (5) having a fixed length in the vertical direction, and a wedge (6) having a fixed length in the vertical direction and held by the wedge holding member (5) so as to be movable up and down. Only the insert metal fitting (4) provided at the right end of the fabric material (3) will be explained below. The insert metal fitting (4) provided at the left end of the fabric material (3) is symmetrical to the insert metal fitting (4) at the right end.
[0037] The wedge holding member (5) has a generally U-shaped cross section (horizontal cross section) that opens to the left (the center of the longitudinal direction of the fabric material (3)), a constant length in the vertical direction and a constant width in the circumferential direction of the pillar member (11), and has a plate-shaped base portion (51) with an arc-shaped horizontal cross section that fits along the surface (left side surface) facing the web portion (15) of the spacer (17), a pair of protruding walls (52) that are formed integrally with both side edges in the width direction of the base portion (51) and protrude to the left, and a protruding piece (53) that is formed integrally with the lower ends of the base portion (51) and both protruding walls (52) and protrudes to the left from the protruding walls (52). A circular through hole (54) is formed in the upper end of the base portion (51). The upper end of the protruding wall (52) is provided with a protruding portion (55) protruding to the left, and in a portion below the protruding portion (55), the right end face of the fabric material (3) is abutted against the upper portion of the protruding wall (52) and the protruding portion (55) is engaged with the upper end of the outer peripheral surface of the right end portion of the fabric material (3), and the fabric material (3) is fixed to the protruding wall (52) and the protruding portion (55) by welding. In addition, an engaging portion (56) that protrudes to the left and engages with the upper end of the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12) is provided in a vertically intermediate portion of the protruding wall (52) of the wedge holding member (5) and is below the fabric material (3). The wedge holding member (5) is inserted from above into the insertion space (16) of the socket fitting (12) so that its lower end protrudes below the socket fitting (12) and its portion above the engaging portion (56) is located above the socket fitting (12). The wedge retaining member (5) is retained by the socket fitting (12) with the base portion (51) fitting along the left side surface of the spacer (17), the engagement portion (56) engaging with the upper end of the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12), and the protruding wall (52) not in contact with the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12).
[0038] The wedge (6) is longer than the wedge holding member (5) and is housed inside the wedge holding member (5) so as to be movable in the vertical direction with its longitudinal direction facing the vertical direction. The wedge (6) has a first pressure contact portion (61) at the lower left portion that can be pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket metal fitting (12), and a second pressure contact portion (62) at the right portion below the first pressure contact portion (61) that can be pressed against the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). The first pressure contact portion (61) is inclined downward to the right, and its vertical length is slightly longer than the vertical length of the socket metal fitting (12). The second pressure contact portion (62) is inclined downward to the left, and its vertical length is longer than the thickness of the protruding piece (53). The lower end surface of the wedge (6) is rounded so as to protrude downward. A guide portion (63) that is continuous with the lower end surface of the wedge (6) and that slopes upward and to the right is provided on the right side surface of the wedge (6) below the second pressure contact portion (62).
[0039] 7, when the wedge (6) is not fastened, its lower end is received by the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5) and its upper part protrudes above the wedge holding member (5), with the first pressure contact portion (61) not in pressure contact with the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket metal fitting (12) and the second pressure contact portion (62) not in pressure contact with the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). The transition from the not fastened state to the fastened state is achieved by driving the wedge (6) downward from the not fastened state and moving the guide portion (63) downward while sliding against the protruding piece (53) so that the lower end protrudes below the wedge holding member (5). At this time, the first pressure contact portion (61) is pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12), and the second pressure contact portion (62) is pressed against the protruding end edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). This causes the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5) to be pressed against the spacer (17) of the socket fitting (12), resulting in the insert fitting (4) being stretched between the web portion (15) of the socket fitting (12) and the spacer (17) to be in a tightly connected state.
[0040] A compression coil spring (7) is disposed between the upper portion of the wedge (6) and the upper end of the wedge holding member (5), which biases the upper portion of the wedge (6) toward the fabric material (3) to hold the wedge (6) in an untightened state. One end of the compression coil spring (7) is fitted into a circular through hole (54) in the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5). A retaining piece (57) is provided above the circular through hole (54) in the base portion (51) so that the compression coil spring (7) comes into contact with the compression coil spring (7) when the wedge (6) is moved upward relative to the wedge holding member (5), thereby preventing the compression coil spring (7) from coming out of the circular through hole (54).
[0041] Furthermore, in a wedge-tightened temporary scaffolding (1) equipped with a support (2) made of the support component (10) of this invention, even if the diameter of the support component (10) used is smaller, as long as the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the spacer (17) is made equal to 1 / 2 the outer diameter of a support component having a normal outer diameter, the wedge retaining members (5) provided at both ends of the fabric material (3) made to fit the support component having a normal outer diameter can be inserted into the insertion space (16) of the socket fitting (12) and maintained in a tightened state by the wedge action (6).
[0042] FIG. 8 shows a modified example of the socket fitting of the support component.
[0043] In the case of the socket fitting (80) shown in Fig. 8, the spacer (81) is provided between the tip ends of both flanges (14), has an arc-shaped cross section along a part of the outer circumferential surface of the pillar member (11), and has a constant thickness in the radial direction of the pillar member (11). The spacer (81) is composed of two plate-like bodies (82) having an arc-shaped cross section that are integrally formed with the tip ends of the flanges (14) of the socket fitting (12) and extend toward the other flange (14). At least a part of the tip ends of both flanges (14) of the socket fitting (12) and at least a part of both spacers (81) are joined by a single weld metal (70) formed across the tip ends of the flanges (14) and both spacers (81). [Industrial Applicability]
[0044] The support component of the present invention is suitably used as a support for a wedge (6) fastening type temporary scaffolding. [Explanation of symbols]
