Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a suction type toilet bowl. [Background technology]
[0002] Regarding commonly used toilets, the functionality of the toilets themselves has evolved, but the current state of their water-saving functions has reached an extreme limit.
[0003] In order to further improve the water-saving function, it is necessary to reconsider the structure of the toilet itself. In particular, it is necessary to use a new force for the flushing process, rather than relying only on the force of the running water.
[0004] The contents disclosed in Patent Document 1 and other similar products (mainly recent toilets with a wide water holding surface, especially those without a water storage tank) differ from conventional products (flush-type toilets with a narrow water holding surface) in that they use the force of water flow to drain the water in the water storage tank, and instead use the amount of water stored in the bowl and some newly supplied water to perform the drainage work. Therefore, with the current shape, no further water-saving measures can be expected. In toilets with a wide water holding surface, the amount of water stored in the bowl also serves as the water storage tank.
[0005] A toilet similar to that in Patent Document 1 (a toilet with a wide water surface area in which the water in the bowl itself doubles as a water storage tank) has a high water level in the bowl, unlike a wash-down toilet with a narrow water surface area, and so even when using the toilet while seated, splashes and other dirt are particularly noticeable around the back of the toilet seat. In a sense, this condition is caused by the large amount of water that accumulates. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 08-060730 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] As mentioned above, the functionality of commonly used toilets has evolved, but the current water-saving features have reached their limit.
[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned problems, and aims to further improve water-saving functions, utilize suction force, and maintain a clean feeling for a long period of time by performing drainage operations using suction force in addition to the current drainage operations that rely on running water. [Means for solving the problem]
[0009] In order to solve the above problems, the toilet bowl has the suction machine and the suction port installed around the S-trap of the sewage drain pipe, and waste and sewage can be drained not only by the force of running water but also by the suction force of the suction machine. In detail, as shown in Figs. 2 to 4, in addition to installing the suction machine and the suction port around the S-trap, a toilet flapper valve that opens and closes the inside of the piping is installed on the lower side of the sewage drain pipe. It is preferable to install the suction machine using a motor and a fan used in vacuum cleaners with high suction power, or a suction machine used in pumps and dust collectors that use a vacuum function. It is preferable to install the suction machine at the position shown in Figs. 2 to 4, but in some cases it can be installed outside the toilet bowl (outside the S-trap). The air discharged from the suction machine is discharged from the suction machine to the sewage drain pipe through the exhaust pipe for air supply.
[0010] In the present invention, by installing the suction machine, the suction force can be used to quickly exhaust odors after use to the outside, and the room can be ventilated and dehumidified periodically, and the noise generated during water supply and ventilation work can be reduced and suppressed. In detail, the suction toilet according to claim 1 or claim 2 is characterized in that an outside air intake is installed around the toilet bowl, a plurality of pipes are provided connecting the outside air intake and the suction machine, and the exhaust pipe is installed for exhausting the outside air and moisture from the suction machine to the sewage drain pipe.
[0011] In the present invention, the liquid detergent, the detergent tank for storing the liquid detergent, the liquid feed pipe for directly feeding the liquid detergent from the detergent tank into the water surface of the toilet bowl or into the water supply pipe, and a device for vibrating the aqueous solution containing the liquid detergent to generate a foam film layer (hereinafter referred to as a foam film generating device) are provided. In detail, the suction-type toilet described in claim 1 or claim 2 is preferably provided with the detergent tank, the liquid feed pipe, and the vibrating device as shown in Figures 1 and 2, and a foam film layer is formed on the water surface before the toilet is used. As for the vibrating device, a method of directly installing a part of a small vibrator or a muddler-type beer former, which is also used in electric toothbrushes and mobile phones, in the water volume, or a method of installing a vibrating device on the outer periphery of the water volume of the toilet bowl (outside the bowl of the toilet bowl) and generating a foam film layer by vibration by conduction is preferable. Furthermore, when installing the vibrating device directly within the volume of water that has accumulated, it is safest to install it near the end of the vertical groove where there is little adhesion of dirt and other contaminants, as shown in Figures 1 and 2 (where it will generally only be exposed to small amounts of urine).
[0012] In the present invention, first, water saving by suction force significantly reduces the surface area and volume of water compared to existing products, and furthermore, by changing the shape of the toilet bowl, it is necessary to take new measures to prevent dirt such as sewage from adhering. In detail, a suction-type toilet bowl described in claim 1 or claim 2 is preferably provided around the drain outlet with vertical grooves as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5. In particular, by providing the foam film generator described in paragraph number 0011, odors generated from sewage and sewage, noise during use, and dirt from splashes generated even when the height of the surface of the water is close to the distance from the toilet seat are suppressed, and unlike a wash-down toilet bowl with a narrow surface area without the vertical grooves, dirt such as sewage can be prevented from adhering to anything other than the material of the toilet bowl (the coating of the toilet bowl itself). In addition, because the water collection surface area is wide and narrower than that of a toilet bowl, where the water collection surface area in the bowl itself doubles as a water storage tank, a thick foam film layer can be maintained for a long period of time (by operating the vibration device before using the toilet), so it can prevent dirt from dirt and splashes from adhering to the toilet even when the user is sitting down. Effect of the Invention
[0013] The effect of the present invention is that it has an improved water-saving capability, unlike a flush-type toilet with a water tank and a small water surface area, or a toilet with a wide water surface area where the water in the bowl itself doubles as a water tank. Existing toilets rely mainly on the power of running water for drainage, but this product relies mainly on the suction power of the suction machine, so the amount of water used for drainage (including the volume of water) can be reduced.
[0014] As described in paragraph number 0013, the size of the water storage tank itself can be reduced or the tank can be eliminated.
[0015] Some existing toilets have small fans installed around the toilet bowl, partly for deodorizing purposes, but this product has a suction machine installed around the source of the odor to suck up solids such as waste and liquids such as sewage, so the suction machine can also be used for deodorizing and ventilation. This has the effect of allowing deodorization and ventilation to be performed in a short time. Existing products mainly use ventilation fans, but these are also installed in a completely different location from the ventilation fans installed around the ceiling, so they can be expected to be useful in terms of operating rate. However, in order to make the most of the suction machine's capabilities, it may be prohibited to use it at the same time as the toilet is emptied after use (when suction capacity is significantly reduced).
[0016] By using the suction machine for deodorization and ventilation, problems that exist especially in high-rise buildings, such as the fact that many properties do not have ventilation windows in the toilets themselves, and therefore do not use the ventilation fan constantly or periodically to ventilate, will lead to the growth of mold and bacteria due to moisture, and dust will enter the room when people enter and leave the room. As stated in paragraph 0015, this case has a higher suction capacity than a ventilation fan and is installed close to the source of odor, so it has the effect of removing moisture and dust in addition to the effects of paragraph 0015. In the case of existing toilets, including paragraph 0015, the current situation is that only the basic ventilation fan is relied upon, and this has the effect of reducing the operating rate (load) of the ventilation fan and increasing new options. This case is ideal for high-rise building properties where ventilation windows cannot be installed.
[0017] The shape of the toilet in this case is somewhere between a wash-down toilet with a narrow water collection surface and a water storage tank, and a toilet with a wide water collection surface and where the water in the bowl itself doubles as a water storage tank (in this case, the water collection surface and volume are concentrated around the point (location) where waste will mainly be discharged), so in the former case, it is particularly effective in preventing the adhesion of dirt such as waste to the toilet, and in the latter case, in addition to further improving water conservation, it is effective in preventing the adhesion of dirt from splashes (in the case of a toilet with a wide water collection surface, the height of the water collection surface is close to the distance from the toilet seat, so splashes of dirt tend to accumulate especially on the underside of the toilet seat, even when the toilet is used while seated), but the shape of the toilet bowl (installation of vertical grooves) and the inclusion of a foam film generator are expected to have preventive measures other than those in the material of the toilet bowl (the coating of the toilet bowl itself).
[0018] In toilets with a wide water collection surface area, where the water in the bowl itself doubles as a water storage tank, the water collection surface area creates a thin foam film layer that is difficult to maintain for a long time. The toilet in question, as shown in Figure 1, has a narrow water collection surface area (especially an oval shape with a significantly narrow width), which creates a thick foam film layer, and has the effect of being able to maintain a clean surface for a long time.
[0019] Although there is some overlap with the description in paragraphs 0015 to 0018, by storing water containing an aqueous solution of liquid detergent, it is possible to suppress the growth of bacteria, etc. In addition, by performing ventilation and dehumidification work using a suction machine, it is possible to suppress the growth of mold, etc.
[0020] The thick foam film layer not only prevents splashes, but also has the effect of suppressing odors from waste and noise generated when using the toilet.
[0021] In this case, a thick foam film layer is used, so the foam film layer itself not only prevents dirt and splashes from adhering, but also serves as a lid to cover the entire wastewater on the surface of the pool. In this case, the suction force of the suction machine is the main force, so the foam film layer itself can block the inflow of outside air from the drain when the suction of the wastewater is about to finish. Therefore, it is expected that the polluted pooled water around the drain can also be efficiently sucked up.
[0022] Some existing products prevent splashing with a foam film manufactured using a different method (manufactured by the force of running water), but when the foam film layer is light, the foam breaks off easily, but splash dirt adheres a lot, and when it is heavy, splash dirt adheres less, but the foam breaks off poorly. However, in this case, a heavy foam film layer always covers the surface of the pooled water, preventing splash dirt from adhering, and as described in paragraph 0021, the heavy foam film layer is sucked in before the outside air flows in from the drain, so the foam breaks off easily and the burden of rinsing work can be expected to be reduced.
[0023] With some existing products, when installing in a high-rise building, the water pressure required for drainage work must also be taken into consideration. However, in this case, the suction force of the suction machine is the main focus, so low water pressure does not pose any problems.
[0024] With existing toilets, after use, noise is generated for a long period of time due to the work of filling the water tank with water and the ventilation work using a ventilation fan for deodorization, etc., but in this case, since the suction force of the suction machine is the main source of noise, it has the effect of significantly shortening the time spent filling the water tank and ventilating the tank. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Diagram 5] 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of the suction-type toilet bowl according to the present invention; FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0026] The toilet 1 has a suction device 8 and a suction port 13 installed around the S-trap of the wastewater drain pipe 14, and waste and wastewater 12 can be drained not only by the force of running water, but also by the suction force of the suction device 8. In more detail, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, in addition to installing the suction device 8 and the suction port 13 around the S-trap, a toilet flapper valve 11 that opens and closes the inside of the piping is installed below the wastewater drain pipe 14. Next, by installing the suction device 8, the suction force can be used to quickly exhaust odors after use to the outside, and the room can be ventilated and dehumidified periodically in the same way, and the noise time generated by water supply and ventilation can be reduced and suppressed. In detail, an outside air intake 18 is installed around the toilet bowl 1, and multiple pipes (buried in the base under the seat 3 of the toilet bowl 1) are provided to connect the outside air intake 18 and the suction machine 8, and a separate exhaust pipe 10 is installed to exhaust the outside air and moisture from the suction machine 8 to the wastewater drain pipe 14. Next, liquid detergent, a detergent tank 15 that stores the liquid detergent, a liquid delivery pipe 16 that sends the liquid detergent from the detergent tank 15 directly to the water surface of the toilet bowl 1 or into the water supply pipe 19, and a device 17 that vibrates the aqueous solution containing the liquid detergent to generate a foam film layer (hereinafter referred to as a foam film generator) are installed. Finally, in this case, water saving by suction force significantly reduces the water surface 6 and water volume 7 compared to existing products, but by further reducing this by changing the shape of the toilet bowl 1, it is necessary to take new measures to prevent dirt such as filth from adhering. The detailed countermeasure is to install a vertical groove portion 4 around the drain outlet 5 as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5. The following explanation mainly concerns the configuration of a normal suction toilet.
[0027] The suction machine 8 is operated to drain the toilet after use (transporting the wastewater 12 in the pool to the temporary wastewater storage tank 9). However, as shown in FIG. 2, the bottom of the temporary wastewater storage tank 9 is open, so that the outside air in the wastewater drain pipe 14 simply circulates inside the temporary wastewater storage tank 9. Therefore, first, in order to block the inflow of outside air into the wastewater drain pipe 14, the toilet flapper valve 11 installed on the lower side of the wastewater drain pipe 14 is used to close it. After that, the suction machine 8 is operated to suck in the air in the temporary wastewater storage tank 9 through the suction port 13, lowering the air pressure inside the temporary wastewater storage tank 9 and sucking in the wastewater 12. It is preferable to install the suction machine 8 using a motor and fan used in vacuum cleaners with high suction power, or a pump using a vacuum function or a suction machine used in dust collectors. It is preferable to install the suction machine 8 in the position shown in FIG. 2 to FIG. 4, but in some cases it can be installed outside the toilet bowl 1 (outside the S-trap area). The air exhausted from the suction machine 8 is discharged from the suction machine 8 through the air exhaust pipe 10 to the sewage drain pipe 14.
[0028] During the discharge operation after use of the toilet, the sewage 12 is transferred to the temporary sewage storage 9 by suction (see Figures 2 and 3), causing the water level 6 to drop, and the amount of water 7 (sewage 12) around the drain outlet 5 to be close to being replaced. As the transfer time passes, the water level 6 drops, and there is a possibility that the outside air from the drain outlet 5 will be preferentially sucked in rather than the residual sewage 12 around the drain outlet 5. In order to preferentially suck in the residual sewage 12 around the drain outlet 5, it is necessary to block the outside air separately. As a countermeasure, the heavy foam film layer generated by the foam film generator before use of the toilet is reused (other than to prevent splashes and dirt adhesion) and the outside air from the drain outlet 5 is blocked (the foam film layer remaining from the discharge operation is sandwiched between the residual sewage 12 and the outside air, and the residual sewage 12 and the foam film layer are sucked in together).
[0029] The suction machine 8 is not only used to transport and suck the wastewater 12, but also for deodorizing ventilation and dehumidifying work using its suction power. It also doubles as a small fan or ventilation fan installed in some existing toilets. By installing it near the toilet bowl 1, which is the source of odor and moisture, it can be efficiently discharged to the outside. As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5, the route is as follows: an outside air intake 18 is installed around the toilet bowl 1, and multiple pipes (buried in the base under the toilet seat 3 of the toilet bowl 1) are installed to connect the outside air intake 18 and the suction machine 8, and an exhaust pipe 10 for air supply is installed that connects to the wastewater drain pipe 14 for exhaust from the suction machine 8. This route is used not only for deodorizing ventilation work, but also for dehumidification work on a regular or regular basis.
[0030] In this case, the discharge work is mainly performed by suction force, so in addition to reducing the total amount of water used in the drainage work, the advantageous location for ventilation work (ventilation fans installed around the ceiling) significantly shortens the time required for water supply and ventilation, and also suppresses the noise generated by each work. However, in order to make the most of the capacity of the suction machine 8, it is sometimes not possible to use it simultaneously with the discharge work after using the toilet (when the suction capacity is significantly reduced). For this reason, the tip of the suction machine 8 (the part connected to the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18) is designed to be switched to either the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18 depending on the purpose of use.
[0031] The installation of a foam film generator prevents and suppresses the adhesion of dirt from splashes, odors in the toilet bowl 1 after use, and noises during use. Furthermore, by narrowing the water surface 6, the foam film layer itself becomes thicker, and the foam film layer is maintained for a long time and the above-mentioned capabilities are further improved. As for the vibration device 17, a method of directly installing a part of a small vibrator or a muddler-type beer former, which are also used in electric toothbrushes and cell phones, in the water volume 7, or a method of installing a vibration device 17 on the outer casing of the water volume 7 of the toilet bowl 1 (outside the bowl of the toilet bowl 1) and generating a foam film layer by vibration through conduction is preferable.
[0032] First of all, there are various theories as to why the toilet bowl 1, which has a wide water surface and the water in the bowl itself also serves as a water tank, was created, but we recognize that it is mainly to prevent dirt such as filth from adhering to the toilet bowl 1, to suppress odors only within the water, and to be a substitute for a water tank (emphasis on the mass and design of the toilet itself). Therefore, it was effective. However, on the other hand, the effectiveness was not utilized in the surface where dirt from splashes adheres easily. One of the reasons why dirt from splashes adheres easily is that the height of the water surface is close to the distance from the toilet seat, and this case is described in paragraph number 0031 as a countermeasure to that. However, this case further improves the water-saving ability by changing not only the suction force but also the shape inside the toilet bowl 1, but on the other hand, the water surface 6 and the water volume 7 themselves are reduced, which may lead to the adhesion of dirt such as filth. Therefore, as a preventative measure, the vertical groove portion 4 is installed in the area where dirt adhesion is likely, and the area where it is unlikely (especially both ends of the water surface 6) is structured to reduce the water surface 6 and water volume 7. EXAMPLES
[0033] The following is an explanation of an embodiment of a normal suction toilet. Basically, the process is carried out as shown in Fig. 2 to Fig. 4. In detail, in addition to installing the suction machine 8 and the suction port 13 around the S-trap of the sewage drain pipe 14, a toilet flapper valve 11 that opens and closes the inside of the piping is installed on the lower side of the sewage drain pipe 14. Next, by installing the suction machine 8, the suction force can be used to quickly exhaust odors after use to the outside, and the room can be ventilated and dehumidified periodically in the same manner, and the noise time generated by water supply and ventilation can be shortened and suppressed. In detail, an outside air intake port 18 is installed around the toilet bowl 1, and multiple pipes (buried in the base under the toilet seat 3 of the toilet bowl 1) that connect the outside air intake port 18 and the suction machine 8 are installed, and a separate exhaust pipe 10 is installed to exhaust the outside air and moisture from the suction machine 8 to the sewage drain pipe 14. Next, there is a liquid detergent, a detergent tank 15 that stores the liquid detergent, a liquid delivery pipe 16 that delivers the liquid detergent from the detergent tank 15 directly to the water surface 6 of the toilet bowl 1 or into the water supply pipe 19, and a device 17 that vibrates the aqueous solution containing the liquid detergent to generate a foam film layer (hereinafter referred to as a foam film generator). Finally, in this case, water saving by suction force significantly reduces the water surface 6 and water volume 7 compared to existing products, but by further reducing this by changing the shape of the toilet bowl 1, it is necessary to take new measures to prevent dirt such as filth from adhering. The details of the measures consist of installing vertical grooves 4 around the drain 5 as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5.
[0034] When the user enters the toilet, the foam film generator 17 operates for a certain period of time in conjunction with the opening of the toilet seat lid 2. An aqueous solution containing liquid detergent that was added after the previous use is accumulated on the water surface 6, and a foam film layer is generated by vibration by placing a small vibrator or a stirrer-type beer former, which is also used in electric toothbrushes and cell phones, directly in the water volume 7, or by placing a vibrating device 17 on the outer casing of the water volume 7 of the toilet bowl 1 (outside the bowl of the toilet bowl 1) and using vibrations caused by conduction.
[0035] After a user uses the toilet (relieves the water), the toilet is drained manually, by a motion sensor, or by a control panel, etc. First, the toilet flapper valve 11 rises and closes the bottom of the temporary wastewater storage tank 9. Then the suction machine 8 starts operating.
[0036] By operating the suction machine 8 for a certain period of time, air is sucked from the temporary sewage storage tank 9 through a suction port 13 installed near the suction machine 8, lowering the air pressure inside the temporary sewage storage tank 9. The sewage 12 in the toilet bowl is then sucked in and moved to the temporary sewage storage tank 9. Note that the outside air present in the temporary sewage storage tank 9 during suction is exhausted from the suction machine 8 through the air exhaust pipe 10 to the sewage drain pipe 14.
[0037] Thereafter, as the water level 6 drops, new outside air may flow in through the drain outlet 5; however, due to the presence of a thick foam film layer on the water level 6 inside the toilet bowl 1, the outside air is blocked, and the residual wastewater 12 around the drain outlet 5 and vertical groove portion 4 moves preferentially (the foam film layer itself acts as a lid on the drain outlet 5).
[0038] After the sewage 12 has been transferred to the temporary sewage storage tank 9, the suction machine 8 stops, the toilet flapper valve 11 descends, and the bottom of the temporary sewage storage tank 9 is opened to perform the drainage operation.
[0039] Then, water is discharged (more than the stored water volume) from the water storage tank (or water supply device), and the force of the water flow is used to wash the entire inside of the bowl of the toilet 1. Some of the water is drained into the wastewater drain pipe 14 (the bottom part of the wastewater temporary storage tank 9 is open) while washing the wastewater 12 as a rinse, and the remaining water is collected inside the bowl of the toilet 1.
[0040] Thereafter, an appropriate amount of liquid detergent contained in detergent tank 15 is poured into pooled water surface 6 through liquid supply pipe 16.
[0041] When the next user enters the toilet, the same action as in paragraph 0034 is performed. After that, the following process is repeated.
[0042] Although it is separate from the normal drainage work (flushing work), the suction machine 8 operates constantly or periodically to draw in outside air from the outside air intake 18 installed around the toilet bowl 1 and perform ventilation work. The outside air taken in during ventilation work is discharged from the suction machine 8 to the wastewater drain pipe 14 through the exhaust pipe 10 for air supply. This reduces the load on the ventilation fan and suppresses the noise generated during work. It also suppresses the growth of germs and allows dust to be removed periodically. However, in order to make the most of the capacity of the suction machine 8, it may not be possible to use it simultaneously with the drainage work after using the toilet (when the suction capacity is significantly reduced). For this reason, the tip of the suction machine 8 (the part connected to the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18) is switched to the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18 depending on the purpose of use.
[0043] The operation is the same as that of paragraph number 0042, but the suction machine 8 operates constantly or periodically to suck in moisture from the toilet room through the outside air intake 18 installed around the toilet bowl 1 and perform dehumidification. The moisture collected during the dehumidification process is also discharged from the suction machine 8 to the wastewater drain pipe 14 through the exhaust pipe 10 for air supply. This reduces the load on the ventilation fan and suppresses the noise generated during the process. It also suppresses the growth of mold. However, in order to make the most of the capacity of the suction machine 8, it may be prohibited to use it at the same time as the discharge process after using the toilet (when the suction capacity is significantly reduced). For this reason, the tip of the suction machine 8 (the part connected to the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18) is switched to the suction port 13 or the outside air intake 18 depending on the purpose of use. [Industrial Applicability]
[0044] The industrial applicability of the present invention is that the functions are enhanced and evolved from the conventional products, and are convenient. In addition, by adding some of the functions of the present invention to the conventional products, the conventional products themselves can be evolved or strengthened. [Explanation of symbols]
