Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an electrode material transport jig. [Background technology]

[0002] In transporting sheet-like electrode materials, a transport technique using suction pads, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, is known. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2012-218871 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] However, it is difficult to transport a sheet-like electrode material coated with electrode paste. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and can be realized in the following forms.

[0006] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, there is provided an electrode material transport jig for transporting a sheet-like electrode material, the electrode material transport jig including a frame for gripping an outer periphery of the electrode material and a pin hole portion provided on a part of the outer periphery of the frame and having a hole for inserting a pin. According to this form of electrode material transport jig, the electrode materials can be transported one by one by hooking the pins into the holes, so that even if an electrode paste is applied, the electrode surfaces can be transported without being damaged.

[0007] The present disclosure can be realized in various forms, for example, in the form of a transport method using an electrode material transport jig. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0008] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing an outline of an electrode material transport jig. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line II-II in FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] A. First embodiment: FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing an outline of an electrode material transport jig 100 in this embodiment. FIG. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional diagram of FIG. 1 cut along line II-II. The electrode material transport jig 100 is a jig for transporting a sheet-like electrode material 200. The electrode material transport jig 100 is formed of a material that can withstand the processes of applying an electrode paste to the electrode material 200 to be transported, drying, and pressing. More specifically, the electrode material transport jig 100 is formed of various resins and metals that have at least some of heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, and organic solvent resistance to organic solvents contained in an organic electrolyte. The heat resistance is preferably 200° C. or higher.

[0010] The electrode material transport jig 100 includes a frame portion 10 and pin hole portions 20. In this embodiment, the electrode material transport jig 100 has the frame portion 10 and the pin hole portions 20 formed by integral molding of a resin material. As the resin material, for example, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), polyether ether ketone (PEEK), or polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) can be used.

[0011] The frame 10 is a member for gripping the outer periphery of the electrode material 200 without touching the electrode surface of the electrode material 200. The frame 10 is larger than the electrode material 200, and grips the electrode material 200 by a part of the frame 10 pinching the outer periphery of the electrode material 200. In this embodiment, the frame 10 is substantially rectangular. The frame 10 is bonded to the electrode material 200 by pinching the electrode material 200 at the size of the product from above and below.

[0012] The pin hole portion 20 is a member having a hole 21 for inserting a pin for transporting the electrode material 200 via the electrode material transport jig 100. The pin hole portion 20 is provided in a part of the outer periphery of the frame portion 10. In this embodiment, the pin hole portion 20 is substantially cylindrical in shape, and is substantially circular when viewed from the electrode surface direction of the electrode material 200. The pin hole portion 20 is provided in each of the four corners of the frame portion 10. The pin hole portion 20 can be separated from the frame portion 10. Therefore, a product can be easily manufactured by applying an electrode paste to the electrode material 200, and then separating the pin hole portion 20 from the frame portion 10 after the electrode paste is applied and the electrode material 200 is dried and pressed.

[0013] According to the electrode material transport jig 100 of the present embodiment described above, the electrode materials 200 can be transported one by one by hooking the pins into the holes 21 of the pin hole portions 20, so that even if the electrode paste is applied, the electrode materials 200 can be transported without damaging the electrode surface. In addition, since the electrode materials 200 are held by the frame portion 10, they can be transported with higher strength than when the electrode materials 200 are transported by themselves. In addition, since the electrode materials 200 of the product size can be transported, the equipment for each process can be made smaller than when the electrode materials 200 are cut to the product size after the coating process, drying process, and pressing process. In addition, the electrode material transport jig 100 is made of resin and has insulating properties. Therefore, the product can be easily manufactured by cutting the pin hole portions 20 from the frame portion 10.

[0014] B. Other embodiments: (B1) In the above-described embodiment, the pin hole portion 20 is substantially circular. However, the pin hole portion 20 may have any shape, such as a substantially polygonal shape. The pin hole portion 20 is preferably shaped such that, with a pin inserted in the hole 21, the electrode material transport jig 100 can be easily turned over, handled, and separated from the frame portion 10. The pin hole portion 20 may have a plurality of holes 21.

[0015] (B2) In the above-described embodiment, the pin hole portions 20 are provided at the four corners of the frame portion 10. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and any number of pin hole portions 20 may be provided at any positions. The pin hole portions 20 are preferably provided at positions where the electrode material 200 can be transported horizontally with the pins inserted in the holes 21.

[0016] The present disclosure is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, and can be realized in various configurations without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure. For example, the technical features in the embodiments corresponding to the technical features in each form described in the Summary of the Invention column can be appropriately replaced or combined in order to solve the above-mentioned problems or to achieve some or all of the above-mentioned effects. Furthermore, if the technical feature is not described as essential in this specification, it can be appropriately deleted. [Explanation of symbols]
