Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a device for preventing twisting and slipping of fish tapes, and more particularly to a technology for allowing the fish tape to be wound up in a circular shape without twisting when storing the fish tape after use, and for fixing the ends of the fish tape with a separate means to prevent them from slipping and being drawn into the inside of the device, thereby maintaining a state in which the fish tape can be easily separated from the device when it is used again. [Background technology]
[0002] Generally, fish tape (wire follow) is a tool for inserting various types of wires, such as electric wires for supplying and distributing power and signals, telephone lines, and communication lines, into the protective tubes of buildings, and is made by twisting at least two pieces of piano wire or spring steel wire, which are made of materials that are less likely to bend.
[0003] After being used on-site, such fish tapes are stored for reuse. In this case, since the fish tapes are long, they are stored in a state where they are wound up in a ring shape. However, problems have arisen in that the fish tapes get twisted during the winding process, or even if they are normally wound up, they get disintegrated and tangled or twisted during storage.
[0004] As described above, when the fish tapes are tangled or twisted, an operation must be performed again to untangle them, which causes problems such as slowing down the on-site work and increasing the fatigue of the workers.
[0005] In order to solve the problem of twisting of fish tapes, the applicant proposed a fish tape twist prevention device as shown in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0487253. The fish tape twist prevention device proposed in Korean Utility Model No. 20-0487253 prevents twisting and tangling of fish tapes by inserting the fish tape through an insertion hole provided on the outer surface of one side of a semicircular ring-shaped tube so that the fish tape is introduced at a fixed position.
[0006] However, in the conventional technologies known up to now, including the Korean Registered Utility Model No. 20-0487253, there was a problem that one end of the fish tape protruding outward would slip inside the tube due to shaking or vibration that occurred during storage or transportation.
[0007] In this way, if one end of the fish tape is not maintained in a protruding state outside the tube and is slipped inside the tube, it is difficult to find the one end of the fish tape and it takes a long time to untie the fish tape, which reduces work efficiency. [0008] [Patent Document 1] Korean Registered Utility Model No. 0487253 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0009] The present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and aims to provide a fish tape twisting and slip prevention device that stores a part of the fish tape so that the fish tape does not get twisted or tangled when it is wound into a ring shape and stored after use, and has a structure that prevents the end of the fish tape from slipping into the inside of the device when the fish tape is stored, thereby storing the fish tape in an orderly manner and increasing the convenience of use. [Means for solving the problem]
[0010] The present invention is characterized by including a tubular body formed in an arc shape and having a wire wound therein; a wire pull-in prevention tube connected to one side of the tubular body outside and communicating with the inside of the tubular body, into which one end of the wire is inserted; and an anti-slip member provided inside the wire pull-in prevention tube to support the wire inserted into the wire pull-in prevention tube and prevent the one end of the wire from slipping inside the tubular body.
[0011] The tube body and the wire-pulling prevention tube are integrally formed and have a first body and a second body cut in half on both sides.
[0012] The first body and the second body are connected to each other through a hinge part that is separated and joined to form a single rotation axis.
[0013] In addition, the anti-slip member is made of an elastic rubber tube that corresponds to the inner diameter of the wire pull-in prevention tube, and is inserted so that the wire passes through a hollow portion formed in the center of the rubber tube. The outer surface of one end of the wire is in close contact with the inside of the hollow portion, thereby supporting the wire to prevent it from slipping.
[0014] In addition, the anti-slip member is composed of a protrusion formed integrally on the inside of the wire pull-in prevention tube, and the protrusion is in close contact with the outer peripheral surface of one end of the wire, thereby supporting the wire to prevent it from slipping. Effect of the Invention
[0015] When fish tape, which corresponds to a wire, is used and then wound into a ring shape for storage, the device of the present invention prevents the fish tape from twisting or tangling, and prevents one end of the fish tape from slipping inside the device and being inserted, thereby storing the fish tape in a well-organized manner and increasing the convenience of use. [0017] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail. In the description of the present invention, if it is determined that the detailed description of related well-known functions or configurations may unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, the detailed description will be omitted.
[0018] The fish tape twisting and slip prevention device of the present invention is characterized by comprising a tubular body 10 formed in an arc shape and having a wire W wound therein, a wire pull-in prevention tube 20 connected to one side of the tubular body 10 outside the tubular body 10 and having an interior that communicates with the interior of the tubular body 10 and into which one end W1 of the wire is inserted, and an anti-slip member 30 provided inside the wire pull-in prevention tube 20 and supporting the wire W inserted into the wire pull-in prevention tube 20 to prevent the one end W1 of the wire from slipping inside the tubular body 10.
[0019] The fish tape twisting and slippage prevention device of the present invention is for storing various wires W, including fish tapes, such as wires, communication lines, power lines, wires, etc., and guides the wires W so that they can be stored inside the tube 10 in a ring shape to prevent them from twisting or tangling, and prevents one end W1 of the wire from slipping inside the tube 10 or from being pulled out too far to the outside, thereby increasing convenience of use.
[0020] The tube 10 is configured so that the wire W is wound inside, and is formed in an arc shape corresponding to a part of the ring to be wound so that it can be guided into a ring shape. The fish tape applied to the wire W has a certain degree of strength, so that it can be guided into a ring shape and wound, even though it corresponds to a part of the ring to be wound.
[0021] The pipe 10 is preferably made of synthetic resin for ease of mass production, and may be subjected to a separate coating process to prevent the inside from being scratched during the insertion of the wire W.
[0022] The wire-intake prevention tube 20 of the present invention is another tube connected to the tube 10 from the outside of the tube 10, and is formed to have a diameter smaller than that of the tube 10. The wire-intake prevention tube 20 and the tube 10 have passages that communicate with each other, and the path of the wire-intake prevention tube 20 is connected to the path of the tube 10. Therefore, the wire W inserted into the wire-intake prevention tube 20 is connected to the inside of the tube 10.
[0023] The wire-drawn prevention tube 20 is integrally formed with the tube 10 and protrudes outward from the tube 10. It is preferable that the entrance of the wire-drawn prevention tube is spaced apart from the tube by a distance L as shown in Fig. 3 in order to ensure separation, thereby improving convenience of use.
[0024] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the pipe 10 and the wire-drawing prevention pipe 20 of the present invention are preferably cut in half on both sides to comprise a first body 100a and a second body 100b.
[0025] When the body is composed of the first body 100a and the second body 100b as described above, it has a structural advantage that the wire W can be easily pulled out during use and foreign matter inside can be easily removed.
[0026] When the first body 100a and the second body 100b of the present invention are connected to each other via the hinge unit 200 that is combined and separated as a single rotation axis, the convenience of use can be improved. The hinge unit 200 can be formed only on the tube 10, but when it is formed on both the tube 10 and the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 as shown in the drawing, the hinge unit 200 can be folded stably, and when the first body 100a and the second body 100b are folded, the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 can abut against each other at accurate positions.
[0027] It is preferable that the hinge portion 200 is formed on the outer side of the arc shape of the tube 10 so that no interference occurs when the tube 10 is opened or folded.
[0028] In addition, a coupling part 300 is formed at a portion where the first body 100a and the second body 100b contact each other, so that the first body 100a and the second body 100b can maintain a coupled state when they contact each other. The coupling part 300 may be configured in various ways, and may be configured in a concave-convex shape to be fitted together as shown in Figures 4 and 5.
[0029] As described above, the anti-slip member 30 of the present invention is provided inside the wire pull-in prevention tube 20 and is configured to support the wire W inserted into the wire pull-in prevention tube 20, thereby preventing one end W1 of the wire from slipping inside the tube body 10.
[0030] Therefore, the anti-slip member 30 of the present invention can be roughly divided into two types of embodiments. First, the first embodiment is characterized in that, as shown in Fig. 1 or 3, a rubber tube 31 made of an elastic material corresponding to the inner diameter of the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 is applied and inserted, a wire W is inserted in a penetrating manner into a hollow portion 31a formed in the center of the rubber tube 31, and the outer circumferential surface of one end W1 of the wire is in close contact with the inside of the hollow portion 31a, thereby supporting the wire W so as not to slip.
[0031] The anti-slip member 30 according to the first embodiment is applied with an elastic rubber tube 31, and a hollow portion 31a corresponding to the diameter of the wire W is provided at the center of the rubber tube 31, and when the wire W is inserted into the hollow portion 31a, the wire W can be fixed without slipping due to frictional force. Here, the shape of the hollow portion 31a can be formed in various shapes such as a circle, a square, a hexagon, an octagon, a star, etc.
[0032] The rubber tube 31 is not divided but has a single structure, and is connected to the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 of the first body 100a or the second body 100b by a hinge part 200 and a connecting part 300 after being seated on the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 of the first body 100a or the second body 100b. In order to prevent the rubber tube 31 from moving loosely, a locking protrusion may be formed on the inside of the wire-drawing prevention tube 20 or a groove may be formed on the outside of the rubber tube 31 to support the wire so that it cannot move.
[0033] FIG. 6 shows another embodiment in which a pressure ring 40 is further applied to the first embodiment. The outer diameter of the wire-intake prevention tube 20 is formed to gradually increase, and with the wire W inserted, the pressure ring 40 is fitted onto the outside of the wire-intake prevention tube 20, thereby transmitting a pressing force to the inside of the rubber tube 31, thereby further increasing the force for fixing the wire W.
[0034] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, when the pressure ring 40 is fitted into the front part of the wire-drawn prevention tube 20, the inner diameter of the pressure ring 40 is almost the same as the outer diameter of the wire-drawn prevention tube 20, so no pressure is generated by the pressure ring 40.
[0035] Thereafter, in order to fix one end W1 of the wire to the wire-drawn-in prevention tube 20, as shown in Fig. 8, the pressure ring 40 is pushed into the thicker part with a larger diameter, generating pressure to press the wire W against the inside of the wire-drawn-in prevention tube 20. In this process, the rubber tube 31 is pressed while slightly deforming the wire-drawn-in prevention tube 20, so that the wire W is fixed with strong pressure at the portion where the pressure ring 40 is located.
[0036] When separating the wire W, the pressing ring 40 may be removed in the reverse order. It is preferable that a stopper 21 is protruded from the outside of the wire pull-in prevention tube 20 to prevent the pressing ring 40 from being pushed in too deeply. Also, the surface of the pressing ring 40 may be knured or a separate handle may be protruded so that the user can move the pressing ring 40 smoothly.
[0037] Figures 9 and 10 show a second embodiment of the anti-slip member 30 of the present invention, which is characterized in that by applying a protrusion 32 formed integrally on the inside of the wire pull-in prevention tube 20, the protrusion 32 comes into close contact with the outer peripheral surface of one end W1 of the wire, thereby supporting the wire W to prevent it from slipping.
[0038] The protrusion 32 is integrally formed inside the wire-drawing prevention tube 20. The protrusion 32 may be formed in one place, but as shown in the drawing, it is preferable to form it in two or more places so that there are two or more support parts.
[0039] As described above, the anti-slip member 30 in the form of the protrusion 32 is integrally formed inside the anti-pullback tube, which has the advantages of improving manufacturing convenience, reducing production costs, and facilitating mass production.
[0040] However, since the protrusion 32 is integrally formed with the wire-drawing prevention tube 20, it is difficult for only the protrusion 32 to be made of rubber. Therefore, it is preferable to further form a coating layer 32a made of a material with high friction force, such as rubber, on the end of the protrusion 32. In order to further increase the friction force, the surface can be formed in a sawtooth shape.
[0041] 11 shows another embodiment of the present invention in which a cut window 400 is further formed in the tube 10 to allow the user to visually check how much of the wound wire W remains inside the tube, thereby improving the convenience of use. The cut window 400 is preferably formed long in the width direction of the tube to widen the observable range.
[0042] The incision window 400 may be configured to allow the inside to be seen as it is, or the cut portion may be finished by filling it with a transparent material.
[0043] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the above-mentioned embodiment, it is needless to say that various modifications can be made within the scope of the technical concept of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
