Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a work vehicle. [Background technology]
[0002] Prior Patent Document 1 shows a combine harvester that harvests crops in a field, separates grains from waste straw using a threshing device, stores the grains in a grain tank (collection device), and discharges the grains from a discharge auger when the capacity of the grain tank approaches its limit. Guard handles are provided at the rear and on both the left and right sides of the driver's seat of this combine harvester in an upward protruding position to be used as handrails by the operator when getting on and off the combine harvester. As a result, the area around the worker is protected by the guard handle, and even if the machine begins to overturn, the guard handle will come into contact with the wall or ground first, making it difficult for the worker to be pinched by the machine and making it easier for the worker to escape from the overturned machine, ensuring safety. In the invention of claim 3, a vertical reinforcing pillar 20 is arranged inside the frame of the guard body 15 and at a position that does not overlap with the rotation trajectories of the dust cover 18 and the recovery device 5, the rotation fulcrum of the dust cover 18 is the front and rear longitudinal parts of the underside of the body of the guard body 15, the dust cover 18 and the reinforcing pillar 20 are connected by a linking member 21, and when opened, the upper side of the body moves to the outside of the body, and the rotation fulcrum of the recovery device 5 is arranged at the upper and lower parts of the rear side of the body of the guard body 15, resulting in a work vehicle as described in claim 2. In the invention of claim 4, the guard body 15 is configured to be rotatable up and down with the vicinity of the mounting portion of the body frame 1 as a rotation fulcrum in the fore-and-aft direction, and the rotation of the guard body 15 is configured to be independent of the rotation of other members, resulting in a work vehicle as described in claim 2. The invention of claim 5 is a work vehicle described in any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that a multi-connector 28 for attaching one or more parts is attached to the upper part of the guard body 15 and to the front and rear sides of the body, and a GPS antenna 29, work light 30, camera 31, etc. are configured to be attached detachably as desired to the multi-connector 28. In the invention of claim 6, a front work grip 33 is provided at the front of the control unit 6 to be used according to the posture when getting on and off or operating the vehicle, and the front work grip 33 is extended outside the body and connected to the guard body 15, making it a work vehicle as described in any one of claims 1 to 4. Effect of the Invention
[0006] In the invention of claim 1, the control unit 6 and the recovery device 5 are arranged to the side of the threshing device 3, and a frame-shaped guard body 15 is arranged on the outside of the machine body on the side where the control unit 6 and the recovery device 5 are provided, and the guard body 15 is configured to be detachably attached to the machine body frame 1 side. Therefore, by providing the guard body 15 in the fore-and-aft direction of the machine body from the control unit 6 to the recovery device 5, the machine body is protected when moving near a wall or the edge of a field, and it is possible to prevent damage due to contact that makes it impossible to control or store grains. Even if the machine falls over onto the side (right side) where the control section 6 and recovery device 5 of the machine are located, the guard body 15 comes into contact with the wall or ground before the machine, preventing the worker from being pinched between the machine and the wall or ground and being unable to escape. Since the guard body 15 has a frame shape, it can be used as a handrail when getting on and off the control section 6, improving the ease of getting on and off. In the invention of claim 2, an openable and closable dustproof cover 18 is provided to prevent dust from entering the cooler 17 or the power source 16, and the recovery device 5 is configured to be rotatable around a vertical axis (not shown) of a vertical rotation support part 19 provided at a predetermined position on the aircraft body. The dustproof cover 18 and the recovery device 5 are installed within the frame (within the orbit) of the guard body 15 when viewed from the side, and the opening and closing movements of the dustproof cover 18 and the recovery device 5 are configured not to interfere with the guard body 15. Therefore, since the dustproof cover 18 can be opened and closed through the frame of the guard body 15, it is possible to remove dust accumulated on the dustproof cover 18 and to perform maintenance on the power source 16 without removing the guard body 15, thereby improving maintenance workability. Since the recovery device 5 can be moved and opened / closed by passing through the frame of the guard body 15, it is possible to check for grain discharge problems and clean the periphery of the recovery device 5 without removing the guard body 15, which facilitates maintenance and prevents a decrease in grain yield. In the invention of claim 3, vertical reinforcing pillars 20 are arranged inside the frame of the guard body 15 and at positions that do not overlap with the rotation trajectories of the dustproof cover 18 and the recovery device 5, the rotation fulcrum of the dustproof cover 18 is the front and rear longitudinal parts of the underside of the body of the guard body 15, the dustproof cover 18 and the reinforcing pillars 20 are connected by a connecting member (connecting cable) connecting member 21, and when opened, the upper side of the body moves to the outside of the body, and the rotation fulcrum of the recovery device 5 is arranged at the upper and lower (vertical) parts of the rear side of the body of the guard body 15.Since the guard body 15 serves as the rotation fulcrum of the dustproof cover 18 and the recovery device 5, there is no need to provide a separate rotation axis, which reduces the number of parts and the arrangement space, and makes the device lighter and more compact. In the invention of claim 4, the guard body 15 is configured to be rotatable up and down, with the vicinity of the mounting part of the machine frame 1 as the rotation fulcrum in the fore-and-aft direction, and the rotation of the guard body 15 is configured to be capable of being performed independently of the rotation of other members. Therefore, by making the guard body 15 rotatable in the up and down direction, the maintenance space can be expanded without removing the guard body 15, thereby improving work efficiency. In the invention of claim 5, a multi-connector 28 for mounting one or more parts is attached to the upper part of the guard body 15 and to the front and rear sides of the aircraft, and a GPS antenna 29, work light 30, camera 31, etc. can be attached detachably as desired. By providing the multi-connector 28 on the upper part of the guard body 15, each device can be placed at a high position, so that the signal reception accuracy of the GPS antenna 29 is improved, the work trajectory can be accurately recorded, and work can be appropriately controlled using the position information. Furthermore, with the work lights 30 and the camera 31, blind spots caused by aircraft components are less likely to occur, making it easier to obtain accurate information about the surrounding area, thereby improving work efficiency and accuracy. In the invention of claim 6, a front work grip 33 (work handle) is provided at the front of the control unit 6 to be used according to the posture when getting on and off and operating the machine, and the front work grip 33 is extended to the outside of the machine body and connected to the guard body 15. By connecting the front work grip 33 and the guard body 15, the strength of both can be improved, so that the grip will not come off even if a strong force is applied due to the operator's grip, etc., and a decrease in safety is prevented. In addition, by increasing the number of places to hold on when getting on and off the aircraft, getting on and off can be done safely. [Brief description of the drawings]

[Figure 17] FIG. [Figure 18] FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0008] One embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. 1 is the body frame of a work vehicle (combine), 2 is a traveling device below the body frame 1, 3 is a threshing device provided on one side above the body frame 1, 4 is a harvesting device, 5 is a recovery device (grain tank) provided to the side of the threshing device 3, 6 is a control unit, and 7 is a discharge auger that discharges the harvested material inside the recovery device 5 (Figure 1). The control section 6 is provided with a floor 10 where the operator stands, a work seat 11 where the operator sits, and a front operation panel 12 and a side operation panel 13 having switches and levers located in front of the driver's seat 11, and the driver's seat 11, the front operation panel 12, the side operation panel 13, etc. are not enclosed by the cabin, in a so-called open type configuration (Figure 2). That is, the machine is configured to comprise a machine body (running body) and its machine body frame 1, a harvesting device 4 that harvests crops at the front of the machine body, a thresher 3 that takes over the crops from the harvesting device 4 and threshes them, separating them into grains and straw, a recovery device (grain tank) 5 that stores the grains separated by the thresher 3, and a control unit 6 on which an operator sits, and at least the recovery device 5 is positioned to the side of the thresher 3, and a frame-shaped guard body 15 is positioned on the outside of the machine body on the side where the control unit 6 and recovery device 5 are located, and the guard body 15 is removably attached to the machine frame 1 side.
[0009] Therefore, by providing a guard body 15 in the fore-and-aft direction of the machine body from the control section 6 to the recovery device 5, the machine body is protected when moving near walls or the edge of a field, preventing damage due to contact that would make it impossible to control or store grains. A power source (engine or electric motor) 16 is provided below the working seat 11 of the control section 6, a cooler 17 (radiator / cooling fan) is provided to send cooling air (cooling heat) to the power source 16, and an openable / closable dust cover 18 is provided to prevent dust from entering the cooler 17 and power source 16. The recovery device 5 is configured to be rotatable around a vertical axis (not shown) of a vertical rotation support part 19 provided at a predetermined position on the aircraft (Figure 4). The dust cover 18 and the recovery device 5 are installed within the frame (within the orbit) of the guard body 15 in a side view, and the opening and closing movements of the dust cover 18 and the recovery device 5 do not interfere with the guard body 15.
[0010] Since the dust cover 18 can be opened and closed through the frame of the guard body 15, dust accumulated on the dust cover 18 can be removed and the power source 16 can be serviced without removing the guard body 15, improving the efficiency of maintenance work. Since the recovery device 5 can be moved and opened / closed through the frame of the guard body 15, it is possible to check for grain discharge failure and clean the periphery of the recovery device 5 without removing the guard body 15, which facilitates maintenance and prevents a decrease in grain yield. Vertical reinforcing pillars 20 are arranged within the frame of the guard body 15 at positions that do not overlap with the rotation trajectories of the dustproof cover 18 and the recovery device 5 (Figure 4), and the rotation fulcrum 18A of the dustproof cover 18 is located at the front-to-rear longitudinal part of the underside of the body of the guard body 15 (Figure 5). The dustproof cover 18 and the reinforcing pillars 20 are connected by a connecting member (connecting cable) 21 (Figure 6). When opened, the upper side of the dustproof cover 18 moves to the outside of the body (rotates outward), and the rotation fulcrum (vertical rotation support part 19) of the recovery device 5 is arranged at the upper and lower (vertical) parts of the rear side of the body of the guard body 15.
[0011] In other words, a vertical reinforcing pillar 20 is arranged within the frame of the guard body 15 at a position that does not overlap with the rotation trajectory of the dust cover 18 and the recovery device 5, and the rotation fulcrum 18A of the dust cover 18 is provided between the lower part of the dust cover 18 and the lower frame 23 of the guard body 15 (Figure 5), and the dust cover 18 side and the reinforcing pillar 20 are connected by a linking member 21 that is configured to maintain a position in which the upper side of the dust cover 18 has moved further outward from the guard body 15 than the aircraft body, and a vertical rotation support part 19, which serves as the rotation fulcrum of the recovery device 5, is arranged on the rear vertical frame 24 of the guard body 15 on the rear side of the aircraft body. Therefore, since the guard body 15 serves as both the dust cover 18 and the rotation support member for the recovery device 5, there is no need to provide a separate rotation support shaft, which reduces the number of parts and the installation space, resulting in a lighter and more compact device. In this case, a rotating shaft member 25 having a vertical axis is provided on the rear vertical frame 24 of the guard body 15, and the recovery device 5 is configured to open outwardly around the rotating shaft member 25.
[0012] The guard body 15 is configured to be rotatable up and down with the vicinity of the mounting portion of the machine frame 1 as the rotation fulcrum in the front-rear direction, and the rotation of the guard body 15 is configured to be independent of the rotation of other members. In other words, the upper part of the guard body 15 is configured to be able to rotate outward via a fore-and-aft rotation fulcrum axis 23A provided between the lower frame 23 of the guard body 15 and the body frame 1, and the rotation of the guard body 15 is configured to be independent of the rotation of other components (Figure 3). Therefore, by making the guard body 15 rotatable in the vertical direction (outward rotation), the maintenance space can be expanded without removing the guard body 15, thereby improving work efficiency. A multi-connector 28 for mounting one or more parts is attached to the upper part of the guard body 15 and to the front and rear sides of the aircraft, and a GPS antenna 29, a work light 30, a camera 31, etc. can be attached detachably as desired to the multi-connector 28 (Figure 8).
[0013] By providing a multi-connector 28 on the top of the guard body 15, each device can be placed at a high position, so that if a GPS antenna 29 is used, the signal reception accuracy is improved, allowing the work trajectory to be recorded accurately and work to be appropriately controlled using position information. Furthermore, with the work lights 30 and the camera 31, blind spots caused by aircraft components are less likely to occur, making it easier to obtain accurate information about the surrounding area, thereby improving work efficiency and accuracy. A front work grip (work handle) 33 is provided at the front of the control unit 6 to be used according to the posture when getting on and off or operating the machine. The front work grip 33 extends to the outside of the machine body and is connected to the guard body 15 (Figures 11 and 12). By connecting the front working grip 33 and the guard body 15 (reinforcement pillar 20), the strength of both can be improved, so that they will not come off even if a strong force is applied due to the worker's grip, etc., and a decrease in safety is prevented. In addition, by increasing the number of places to hold on when getting on and off the aircraft, getting on and off can be done safely.
[0014] The guard body 15 has a front frame 35 parallel to the rear vertical frame 24 on the front side of the lower lower frame 23, and an upper frame 36 connected to the upper parts of the rear vertical frame 24 and the front frame 35, forming the guard body 15 into a rectangular frame shape in side view. At least the lower frame 23 is provided on the right side of the main beam 38 in the fore-and-aft direction of the body frame 1 at the right end of the body, and the lower frame 23 is formed into a circular cross-section by covering the outer periphery of the round cross-section shaft 39 with a resin tube 40 (Figure 3). Therefore, the shape and material of the product will protect the operator in the event of an accident in which the operator is trapped due to a right-side tipping. In other words, if the aircraft tips over to the right, it will head toward the ground starting from flat components that are long in the vertical direction, such as the dust cover 18 and the grain tank 5. If the aircraft hits a wall or utility pole, it may become distorted or cracked, necessitating repairs and causing work to be halted. Furthermore, if a worker is caught in the fall, he or she will bear the weight of the machine, which has fallen by almost 90 degrees, and if it takes time to remove the machine, this could result in a serious accident.
[0015] By providing a guard body 15 to prevent this, even if the aircraft falls to the right, the guard body 15 will come into contact with the wall or utility pole first, causing the guard body 15 to become distorted, but since contact with the recovery device 5, dust cover 18, etc. can be prevented, work interruptions due to damage and repair man-hours can be reduced. Even if the machine falls over significantly, the guard body 15 touches the ground first, forming a space between the machine and the ground, preventing workers caught in the falling machine from being crushed by the machine. When viewed from the right side, the work seat 11 and dust cover 18 are inscribed (disposed on the inside) within the guard body 15, providing a safety area for the operator and preventing obstruction to opening and closing the dust cover 18. When viewed from the right side, a vertical rotation support portion 19 of the recovery device 5 is disposed within the guard body 15 . Therefore, even if the guard body 15 is present outside the recovery device 5, the recovery device 5 can be opened outward without removing the guard body 15 from the machine frame 1 side, facilitating maintenance.
[0016] The guard body 15 is disposed in a non-operating area of the discharge auger 7 in a plan view. Therefore, the discharge auger 7 can be rotated counterclockwise from the left side surface of the guard body 15 to rotate the tip of the discharge auger 7 to the discharge location on the right side of the machine body, and the guard body 15 does not interfere with the rotation of the discharge auger 7. In side view, a vertical reinforcing column 20 is provided between the rear end edge of the dust cover 18 and the front surface of the collection device 5 to connect them together (FIGS. 4 and 5). The reinforcing pillar 20 and the dust cover 18 are connected by a connecting member 21 such as a cable or an arm, and the reinforcing pillar 20 also functions as a member for rotating the dust cover 18 laterally (FIG. 7). In other words, the dust cover 18 is connected to the reinforcing pillar 20 via a vertical rotation support part 19 which rotates (opens) the dust cover 18 along a vertical axis, and the reinforcing pillar 20 and the dust cover 18 are connected by a connecting member 21 such as a cable or arm, so that the reinforcing pillar 20 also serves as a support member for rotating the dust cover 18 laterally. Therefore, the reinforcing pillars 20 can also be used as support members for the dust cover 18 .
[0017] The rear vertical frame 24 of the guard body 15 is connected to the recovery device 5, and the rear vertical frame 24 is also used as a support member for supporting the rotation of the recovery device 5. Therefore, the rear vertical frame 24 can also be used as a support member for the recovery device 5. The guard body 15 is configured to be in a guard state when it is tilted to the left (away from the machine body) when viewed from the front of the machine body relative to the front-rear main beam 38 of the machine body frame 1. When passing through a work area where the guard body 15 is not needed or a place with a narrow passageway, the guard body 15 is rotated to the right (approaching the machine body) when viewed from the front of the machine body to be in a stored state. 14 to 16 show another embodiment, in which a circular frame 48 made of a round tube in cross section is attached to the right side of the main beam 38 in the front-to-rear direction on the right side of the aircraft frame 1, and the circular frame 48 is a component part of the guard body 15, and a horizontal frame (round pipe) 49 in the lateral direction (front-to-rear direction) is connected to this circular frame 48. The height position of this horizontal frame 49 is approximately the same height as the vicinity of the front operation panel 12 of the control unit 6.
[0018] 14 to 16 show another embodiment, in which a circular frame 48 made of a round tube in cross section is attached to the right side of the guard body 15, and the circular frame 48 is a component part of the guard body 15, and a horizontal frame (round pipe) 49 in the horizontal direction (front-rear direction) is connected to this circular frame 48. The height position of this horizontal frame 49 is approximately the same height as the vicinity of the front operation panel 12 of the control unit 6 (Figs. 15 and 16). The horizontal frame 49 is configured so as to be able to rotate outwardly at least about the axis of the circular frame 48 . The horizontal frame 49 acts as a partition member for visually recognizing the entrance / exit (boarding / alighting) area of the cockpit 6, which does not have a cabin. Although the illustration of the horizontal frame 49 is omitted, the base of the horizontal frame 49 is attached to the circular frame 48 side so as to be rotatable, and the horizontal frame 49 is configured to be switchable between a locked state and an unlocked state for rotation (or to require a large force to rotate), and during work it is moved toward the control section 6 side (parallel to the lower frame 23 of the guard body 15) to make the boundary of the control section 6 clear, and when the worker is too close to the outside, it comes into contact with the horizontal frame 49, making the worker aware that he is in a position where he may fall. Also, when getting on and off, the horizontal frame 49 is rotated outward to move it away from the step 10 side of the control section 6.
[0019] At this time, the rotation of the horizontal frame 49 is locked or a heavy resistance (click feeling) is applied to the rotation so that it can also be used as a handrail when getting on and off. Therefore, the dust cover 18 can be opened and closed without being hindered, and the operator can ascend and descend without being hindered, and the strength of the cover can be maintained. The added horizontal frame 49 is configured to rotate about a vertical axis, and the outer periphery of the horizontal frame 49 is covered with a cushioning material (not shown). An airbag (not shown) is installed inside the horizontal frame 49 on the operator side. A GPS antenna 29 for grasping the aircraft's position is installed at a predetermined position on the upper frame 36 of the guard body 15 (FIG. 8). Therefore, there is no obstruction to the signal of the GPS antenna 29, making installation easy. A work light 30 for assisting nighttime work is installed at a predetermined position on the upper frame 36 of the guard body 15 (FIG. 8).
[0020] Therefore, there are no obstructions around the work light 30, improving workability at night. A CCD camera 31 for checking visibility is installed at a predetermined position on the upper frame 36 of the guard body 15 (FIG. 8). Therefore, there are no obstructions around the camera 31, improving visibility. The front frame 35 of the guard body 15 and the front work grip (front handle) 33 of the work seat 11 are connected to each other. Therefore, the rigidity can be improved by connecting the members. A machine body sheet 65 that covers the machine body is secured to a predetermined position of the guard body 15 (FIG. 17).
[0021] On the upper part of the guard body 15, one round guide 67 is provided that is long enough to cover the entire front-rear direction of the guard body 15 and to receive the front-rear width of the machine body sheet 65, or multiple round guides 67 are provided to receive multiple points on the front and rear of the machine body sheet 65. This round guide 67 winds the machine body sheet 65 around a winding roll that is rotated by a handle or an electric motor (not shown) during work, and when transporting or storing after work is completed, the machine body sheet 65 is pulled out and passed over the machine body so that the machine body sheet 65 covers the left and right sides (FIG. 17). That is, a sheet storage section 67A for storing the machine body sheet 65 is provided in the upper frame 36 of the guard body 15, a rotation shaft 67B in the front-rear direction is provided rotatably within the storage section 67A, and one end of the machine body sheet 65 is engaged with the rotation shaft 67B. The other end of the machine body sheet 65 is configured to be freely inserted and removed from the sheet storage section 67A, and the machine body sheet 65 is stored in the storage sheet storage section 67A during normal harvesting work, and after harvesting work, the machine body sheet 65 is pulled out of the storage sheet storage section 67A to surround the upper part of the machine body of the combine harvester.
[0022] In this case, the rotating shaft 67B may be provided with a driving source such as a motor (not shown) so that it can be automatically retracted when work begins. Therefore, it is preferable that the body sheet 65 is formed to a length that spans the front-to-rear direction of the guard body 15 so as to surround the threshing device 3 and the recovery device 5, and to a length that can accommodate the front-to-rear width of the body sheet 65. Therefore, the aircraft sheet 65 can be quickly installed without any surrounding obstructions. In this case, when the machine body sheet 65 is not in use, the machine body sheet 65 is rolled up and made compact and fixed to the inside portion of the guard body 15, and when in use, it is unfolded and used. Therefore, there are no surrounding obstructions, so the aircraft seat can be quickly installed. There are no surrounding obstructions, so the aircraft seat can be quickly installed.
[0023] An operator's sun visor 70 is installed at a predetermined position of the guard body 15, for example, at the upper end portion and toward the inside of the aircraft body, and above the work seat 11 (FIG. 18). This eliminates the need to provide a separate support for the sun visor 70 on the aircraft body, eliminates the need to modify the aircraft structure, and prevents the worker from being exposed to direct sunlight. The guard body 15 is detachable from the right side of the machine body relative to the main beam 38, and is constructed so as to maintain strength without impeding the opening and closing of the dust cover 18 or the operator's ascent and descent.
