Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to disaster prevention equipment that can be used for various purposes in the event of a disaster. [Background technology]

[0002] Disaster prevention bags that can store disaster prevention supplies such as emergency food, emergency lights, and radios and can be taken out and used in the event of a disaster are widely known, and technology has been proposed in the past to make this type of disaster prevention bag multifunctional so that it can be used for various purposes. For example, the disaster prevention bag in Patent Document 1 can be used not only as a storage device but also as a gas mask, a simple bucket, a waste container, etc. in the event of a disaster.

[0003] However, conventional disaster prevention bags, including those in Patent Document 1, were composed of a single bag made of a sheet-like fabric, and therefore could not be used in a self-supporting state. For example, when using the bag as a storage tool, even if the bag was temporarily made to stand on its own when empty, putting an item into the bag would cause the bag to lose its shape and block the opening of the bag, making it impossible to use the bag in a self-supporting state.

[0004] Meanwhile, large storage devices such as box benches that can be installed outdoors and can store the above-mentioned disaster prevention supplies have been publicly known in the past (see, for example, Patent Documents 2 and 3). However, even if disaster prevention supplies are stored in these large storage devices, the stored disaster prevention supplies must be taken out one by one in the event of a disaster, which makes them inconvenient in an emergency. In addition, the storage devices are large, making it difficult to make them multifunctional. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] JP 2003-290370 A [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 11-225853 [Patent Document 3] JP 2002-225970 A DISCLOSURE OF THEINVENTION [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] The present invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and in summary, to provide a disaster prevention device that can be used in a self-supporting state even if the bag is made of a relatively thin sheet, that allows disaster prevention supplies to be quickly taken out in an emergency, and that is advantageous in terms of multi-function. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] As a means for solving the above problems, the present inventor has proposed a bag for storing a bag, comprising a bag 1 having an opening on the upper side and an inner frame 2 for a bag formed to match the shape of the bag 1, The inner frame 2 for the bag comprises an upper opening frame 21 having an opening, and legs 22 that support the upper opening frame 21 from below, and the bag 1 can stand on its own when the inner frame 2 for the bag is attached inside the bag 1 (the effect will be described later).

[0008] In addition, in the present invention, the bag 1 is composed of a bag body 11 having an opening on the upper side and a lid portion 12 formed on one side of the opening of the bag body 11, so that the lid portion 12 of the bag 1 can be placed over the upper opening frame 21 of the bag inner frame 2 to be used as a storage device.

[0009] In addition, in the present invention, by attaching a flat plate 24 to the inside of a pair of parallel arranged frame materials in the upper opening frame 21 of the inner frame 2 for bags, leaving an opening in the center, the upper opening frame 21 of the inner frame 2 for bags can be used as a seat for a portable toilet.

[0010] In addition, in the present invention, a part or the entirety of the sheet forming the bottom portion 11a of the bag 1 is folded, and when the sheet of the bottom portion 11a is unfolded, it has a cone-shaped shape, so that the tip of the cone-shaped portion of the bag 1 can be inserted into a manhole or the like to use it as a simple toilet.

[0011] In addition, in the present invention, by forming a waterproof layer on one of the front and back surfaces of the bag 1, the bag 1 can be turned inside out so that the waterproof surface 13 faces outward or inward, allowing it to be used for different purposes.

[0012] In addition, the present invention is configured to include a container 3 having a storage space, and one or more of the bags 1 and inner bag frames 2 lined up are configured to fit between a pair of opposing inner walls of the container with almost no gaps, so that the bags 1 and inner bag frames 2 can be used as a storage section with partitions within the container 3.

[0013] In addition, as the container 3, a box bench B is used having a fascia 31 forming the side walls of each side when viewed in a plane, stringers 32 attached at a predetermined interval to the inside of the fascia 31, a rail 33 attached so as to span over the stringers 32 on the inside of the side walls of two opposing sides when viewed in a plane, and a seat panel 34 arranged on the rail 33 to form a seating surface, and by configuring the bags 1 and inner bag frames 2 arranged in one or more rows to fit between adjacent stringers 32 or between the rails 33 with almost no gaps, the bags 1 and inner bag frames 2 can be used as a storage section with partitions within the box bench B. Effect of the Invention

[0014] Since the disaster prevention device of the present invention is composed of a bag and an inner frame for the bag attached to its inside, the bag can be used in a self-supporting state by attaching the inner frame to the bag. Furthermore, when the bag is used as a storage device, the shape of the bag can be maintained by the inner frame even when an item is placed in the bag, so there is no problem of the bag losing its shape or the opening of the bag becoming blocked.

[0015] In addition, the disaster prevention device of the present invention can be used by separating the bag and the inner frame for the bag, and by devising the shape of the bottom of the bag, it can be installed on a manhole and used as a simple toilet, making it multifunctional and usable for various purposes. Furthermore, if the bag and the inner frame for the bag are stored in a container, it can be used as a storage area for disaster prevention supplies, and disaster prevention supplies can be easily taken out by removing the bag in an emergency. [Figure 6] 1A is a plan view showing a state in which a bag and an inner frame for a bag in a first embodiment of the present invention are housed in a box bench, FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view from the front, and FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0017] "First embodiment" A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 1 to 6. In the drawings, the reference symbol T indicates a disaster prevention tool, the reference symbol 1 indicates a bag, the reference symbol 2 indicates an inner frame for the bag, and the reference symbol 3 indicates a container. The reference symbol A1 indicates a male buckle, and the reference symbol A2 indicates a female buckle.

[0018] "Configuration and use of disaster prevention equipment" [1] Basic configuration The basic configuration of the disaster prevention tool T of this embodiment will be described below. In this embodiment, the disaster prevention tool T is composed of a rectangular parallelepiped bag 1 having an opening on the upper side as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a), and a bag inner frame 2 shown in Fig. 2(b) formed to match the shape of the bag 1. The bag inner frame 2 shown in Fig. 2(b) has a shape including an upper opening frame 21 having an opening and legs 22 supporting each corner of the upper opening frame 21 from below, and the bag 1 is made to stand on its own with the bag inner frame 2 attached in the bag 1 as shown in Fig. 1.

[0019] By attaching the inner bag frame 2 to the inside as described above, the bag 1 made of a sheet material that does not stand on its own can be made to stand on its own, so that the shape can be maintained even when the bag 1 is used as a storage tool by putting items inside it. Also, the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 of the disaster prevention device T can be separated and used for different purposes (details will be described later). Furthermore, by unfolding the bottom part 11 of the bag 1 as shown in Figures 3(a) to (d), the disaster prevention device T can be used as a simple toilet (details will be described later).

[0020] [2] About bags [2-1] Basic shape of the bag body Next, each component of the disaster prevention bag 2 will be described. First, in this embodiment, the basic shape of the bag body 11 of the bag 1 is formed as a rectangular parallelepiped having a bottom portion 11a, four side portions, and an upper opening, as shown in Figures 1 and 2(a), but the width, depth, and length of the bag 1 can be changed appropriately depending on the required volume and use, and a cylindrical shape can also be adopted. Also, if the basic shape of the bag 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped or cylindrical shape, the width and depth may be partially different, and the bottom portion 11 may be folded.

[0021] [2-2] Material Regarding the material of the bag 1, in this embodiment, a polyester woven fabric is used, but as long as it is in a sheet form, not only woven fabric such as canvas but also knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric, resin sheet, etc. can be used. Also, different materials can be used partially for a part of the bag 1 (for example, the bottom surface portion 11a, etc.), and the thickness of the sheet can be appropriately changed depending on the application. Also, in this embodiment, a non-stretchable sheet material is used as the material of the bag 1, but a stretchable sheet material can also be used. Also, regarding the fiber material, not only synthetic resin fibers but also natural fibers can be used, and various synthetic resins can be used as the sheet material.

[0022] [2-3] Lid part In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a), a lid portion 12 is formed on one side of the opening of the bag body 11 of the bag 1. As a result, an article is stored in the bag body 11 of the bag 1 in the state shown in Fig. 1, and the stored article can be protected by covering the upper opening frame 21 of the bag inner frame 2 with the lid portion 12. In this embodiment, the shape of the lid portion 12 of the bag 1 is formed into a rectangular shape so as to match the shape of the opening of the bag 1, but if the opening is circular, it may be formed into a circular shape, and it may also be formed to be longer or slightly larger than the opening so that the end of the lid portion 12 can be detached from the side part. In this embodiment, the lid portion 12 of the bag 1 is formed from the same sheet material as the bag body 11, but a different material may also be used.

[0023] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a), a pocket portion 12a is formed on one side of the lid portion 12 of the bag 1, and as shown in Fig. 3(b), a plate material 12b can be inserted inside. This increases the weight and rigidity of the lid portion 12, and prevents the lid portion 12 from rolling up or odor leakage when the lid portion 12 is placed over the upper opening frame 21 of the bag inner frame 2 in the state shown in Fig. 1. In this embodiment, the pocket portion 12a of the lid portion 12 is formed by overlapping a piece of fabric that is one size smaller than the lid portion 12 on the lid portion 12 and sewing three sides together, but the shape and method of forming the pocket portion 12a are not limited to this. As for the plate material 12b inserted into the pocket portion 12a of the lid portion 12, a plate with high rigidity such as wood or a metal plate can be appropriately used.

[0024] [2-4] Waterproof layer In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a), a waterproof layer is formed on one of the front and back sides of the bag body 11 of the bag 1 to form a waterproof surface 13. By this, the waterproof surface 13 of the bag 1 can be made to face outward, making the bag 1 less likely to get dirty. Also, by turning the fabric of the bag 1 inside out and facing the waterproof surface 13 inward, the bag 1 can be filled with water or hot water and used as a laundry tool or water storage tool. In this embodiment, the waterproof layer of the bag 1 is provided on one of the front and back sides of the bag body 11, but it can also be provided on both sides of the bag body 11, or it can also be provided on a part of the bottom surface 11a and side surface. As a method for forming the waterproof layer, a waterproof coating is applied to the fabric of the bag 1 in this embodiment, but a sheet made of a waterproof material can also be used.

[0025] [2-5] Shape of the bottom surface In this embodiment, a part of the sheet forming the bottom surface portion 11a of the bag 1 is folded, and when the sheet of the bottom surface portion 11a is unfolded, it is formed into a cone-shaped shape with a narrowed lower side as shown in Figs. 3(a) to (d). As a result, if the tip of the cone-shaped bottom surface portion 11a shown in Figs. 3(a) to (d) is inserted into a manhole or the like, the disaster prevention device T can be used as a simple toilet. Note that Figs. 3(a) to (d) show the state of the bag 1 alone, but when used as a simple toilet, the bag inner frame 2 is attached to the inside of the bag 1 as shown in Fig. 1. When used as a simple toilet, the fabric of the bag 1 is turned inside out so that the waterproof surface 13 is on the inside, and the tip of the cone-shaped bottom surface portion 11a is cut and used. In this embodiment, since the bag 1 is a rectangular parallelepiped, the unfolded shape of the bottom surface portion 11a is a pyramid shape, but when the bag 1 is formed into a cylindrical shape, the unfolded shape of the bottom surface portion 11a can also be a cone shape.

[0026] In this embodiment, a part of the sheet of the bottom surface portion 11a of the bag 1 is folded, but the entire bottom surface portion 11a may be folded. Also, as long as the shape of the bottom surface portion 11a when expanded is pyramidal, a conical shape other than a pyramidal shape may be adopted. Furthermore, in this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) to (d), a male buckle A1 and a female buckle A2 are attached to the tip of the pyramidal shape of the bottom surface portion 11a and the edge of the bottom surface portion 11a far from the tip of the pyramidal shape, respectively, and these buckles are connected to each other to make the bottom surface portion 11a of the bag 1 foldable. Note that buttons and zippers can also be used as connecting means other than buckles.

[0027] [2-6] Shape of the side part In this embodiment, a loop-type fixing portion 14 is provided on the side of the bag 1 as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(a). The bag 1 can be fixed to an external support or wall surface by using this loop-type fixing portion 14. In this embodiment, three front loops 14a are formed on the front and rear of the side portions on both the left and right sides (when the connecting side of the lid portion 12 is the back side) on the front (waterproof surface 13) side of the bag 1. On the other hand, one back loop 14b is formed on the front and rear of the side portions on both the left and right sides on the back (non-waterproof surface) side of the bag 1 as shown in Fig. 3(a)(b). The loop-type fixing portion 14 has a hole (grommet portion) formed in the center of the loop, and a bolt or string can be passed through this hole to fasten the bag 1 to an external support or wall surface with a bolt or string. The position, number, and shape of the loop-type fixing portion 14 are not limited to those described above.

[0028] In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 3(a) and (c), a male buckle A1 and a female buckle A2 are provided on the top and bottom of the side surface of the bottom surface 11a on the side far from the tip of the cone shape. By connecting these buckles together, when used as a portable toilet, the shape of the bottom surface of the bag 1 can be changed to a shape that makes it easy for feces and urine to fall downward, as shown by the dotted line in Figure 3(d). In this embodiment, a pair of buckles are provided side by side on the side surface of the front side of the bag 1 (when the connecting side of the lid portion 12 is the back side), but the number and positions of the buckles can be changed as appropriate. Buttons or zippers can also be used as connecting means other than buckles.

[0029] [2-7] How to use the bag alone The bag 1 of this embodiment is designed to be used with the bag inner frame 2 attached, but the bag 1 alone can also be used as a storage bag, and can also be used for a variety of purposes, such as filling it with water or hot water and using it as a laundry tool, dishwashing tool, or water storage tool.

[0030] [3] About the inner frame for bags [3-1] Basic shape Next, the inner frame 2 for the bag will be described. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(b), the inner frame 2 for the bag is formed of an upper opening frame 21 assembled on all four sides from angle bars with an L-shaped cross section, and legs 22 supporting the corners of the upper opening frame 21. However, if the bag 1 is cylindrical, the upper opening frame 21 can be made circular, and the upper opening frame 21 can be provided with three or more legs 22 at a predetermined interval. Also, materials other than angle bars can be used for the frame materials of the upper opening frame 21 and the legs 22. For example, solid rod materials or hollow pipe materials can be used. In this embodiment, the structural strength of the inner frame 2 for the bag is increased by providing crosspieces 23 on the lower side of the legs 22 to connect adjacent legs 22, but the presence or absence of crosspieces 23 and the number of crosspieces 23 can be changed as appropriate. The width and depth of the inner frame 2 for the bag are preferably set to a size that fits inside the bag 1 without any gaps, but there is no problem if there are some gaps so that the bag 1 can stand on its own. The height of the bag inner frame 2 is preferably set so that the top surface of the upper opening frame 21 is flush with the opening of the bag 1 or is slightly lower than the opening.

[0031] [3-2] Material In this embodiment, steel is used as the material for the inner bag frame 2, but metal materials other than steel (such as stainless steel or aluminum) can also be used, and plastic materials, wood, and composite materials (such as CFRP or GFRP) can also be used as long as sufficient strength can be ensured. Also, different materials can be used for parts of the upper opening frame 21, the legs 22, and the crosspieces 23.

[0032] [3-3] Shape of upper opening In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2(b), in the upper opening frame 21 of the inner frame 2 for the bag, a flat plate 24 is attached to the inside of a pair of frame members arranged in parallel. By attaching the flat plate 24 to the center of the upper opening frame 21 in this way, leaving an opening, the area of the upper opening frame 21 and the flat plate 24 can be increased and used as a seat for a portable toilet. The flat plate 24 is preferably attached so as to be flush with the upper opening frame 21. In this embodiment, a metal plate is used as the material for the flat plate 24, but a plastic plate or a wooden plate with low thermal conductivity can also be used. In addition, when the upper opening frame 21 is made circular, the flat plate 21 having an arc and a chord can be attached to both sides of the upper opening frame 21.

[0033] The flat plate 24 of the inner bag frame 2 can also be used as a restraining device to prevent stored items from falling out from the top when using the disaster prevention tool T as a storage device. For example, when clothes or the like are stuffed into the bag 1, the flat plate 24 can be used to press the clothes or the like from above so that the clothes or the like fit within the bag 1.

[0034] [3-4] How to use the bag inner frame alone The bag inner frame 2 of this embodiment is designed to be attached to a bag 1 for use, but the bag inner frame 2 alone can also be used as a chair or a stand for a pot P as shown in Figure 4(a), a support for a table top L as shown in Figure 4(b), or a cart with casters C as shown in Figure 4(c), and can be used for a variety of purposes.

[0035] [3-5] Bolt holes In this embodiment, as shown in Figures 1 and 2(b), bolt holes 21a are provided at the four corners of the upper opening frame 21 of the inner frame 2 for bags. With this, when used as a support base for a table shown in Figure 4(b), multiple inner frames 2 for bags can be stacked so that the upper opening frames 21 are in contact with each other, and the upper opening frames 21 can be bolted together using the bolt holes 21a to integrate the multiple inner frames 2 for bags. When used as a dolly as shown in Figure 4(c), casters C can be screwed into the bolt holes 21a at the four corners of the upper opening frame 21.

[0036] [4] How to use it as a storage space inside a container Next, a method of using the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 as a storage section in a container will be described. As shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6(a)-(c), the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 are stored with almost no gap between a pair of opposing inner walls of the container 3 having a storage space, and the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 can be used as a storage section with partitions in the container 3. This allows disaster prevention goods (food, drinking water, cooking utensils, sleeping bags, sanitary products, medicines, lighting equipment, clothes, etc.) to be sorted and stored in the container 3. The same effect can be obtained even if the bag 1 is cylindrical.

[0037] In this embodiment, one set (single) of bag 1 and bag inner frame 2 is configured to fit inside container 3 with almost no gaps, but depending on the size of the storage space of container 3, multiple sets can be arranged and stored inside storage container 3. Regarding the shape of the storage space of container 3, in this embodiment, it is a linear rectangular parallelepiped, but containers 3 having storage spaces with L-shapes, cross-shapes, circles, or combinations of these shapes can also be used, and the shape is not particularly limited. In this embodiment, a box bench B is used as container 3, but containers 3 for purposes other than box bench B (such as storage furniture or underfloor storage equipment) can also be used.

[0038] [5] About box benches [5-1] Basic configuration Next, the box bench B shown in Figure 5 and Figures 6(a)-(c) will be described. The box bench B of this embodiment has a rectangular parallelepiped storage space formed on the inside by the skirting boards 31 forming the side walls of each side in a plan view. Then, the bundle members 32 are attached at a predetermined interval to the inside of the skirting boards 31 of two opposing sides (long sides) in a plan view, and the rails 33 are attached so as to span the bundle members 32 on the inside of the side walls of two different sides (long sides). Furthermore, the seat panel 34 forming the seat surface is attached onto the rails 33 to form the entire structure.

[0039] The box bench B is configured so that the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 fit without gaps between the skirting boards 31 on two opposing sides (long sides) in a plan view and between adjacent rails 33. This allows the movement of the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 to be restricted by the skirting boards 31 and the rails 33, so that the positions of the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 can be fixed in the storage space within the box bench B.

[0040] In this embodiment, the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 are configured to fit between adjacent joists 33 with no gaps, but the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2 can also be configured to fit between adjacent bundles 32 with no gaps. Also, in this embodiment, one set (single) of bag 1 and inner bag frame 2 is configured to fit between adjacent joists 33 (or bundles 32), but depending on the spacing between adjacent joists (or bundles 32), multiple sets of bags 1 and inner bag frames 2 can also be configured to fit.

[0041] [5-2] Skirting board In this embodiment, the fascia boards 31 are formed by connecting multiple plate materials on all four sides as shown in Fig. 5, but the fascia boards 31 can also be formed from a single plate material with a large vertical width. In this embodiment, the spacing between the fascia boards 31 on the long side is made to match the depth of the bag 1 and the inner frame 2 for the bag, as shown in Fig. 6(a)(c). The height of the upper end of the fascia boards 31 is made slightly higher than the upper surfaces of the bag 1 and the inner frame 2 for the bag, so that the seat board 34 does not interfere with the bag 1.

[0042] [5-3] Bundling material In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 6(b), a window hole is formed on the inner surface of the bundle 2 (the surface opposite to the surface attached to the skirting board 1), and a screw is inserted through the window hole to screw the skirting board 31 on the long side and the bundle 32. In this embodiment, the distance between adjacent bundles 32 is slightly larger than the width of the bag 1 and the inner frame 2 for the bag, as shown in Fig. 6(b). Furthermore, in this embodiment, the bag 1 and the bundle 32 are configured to be bolted by utilizing the loop-type fixing portion 14 (front side loop portion 14a) of the bag 1. This makes it even more difficult for the bag 1 and the inner frame 2 for the bag to become misaligned.

[0043] [5-4] Main drawer In this embodiment, the joists 33 are disposed on the bundle 32 and fixed by screws as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6(a)(b). In this embodiment, the width of the joists 33 is made slightly larger than the width of the bundle 32, so that the interval between adjacent joists 33 matches the width of the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2, as shown in Fig. 6(b). The height of the upper surface of the joists 33 is made slightly higher than the upper surfaces of the bag 1 and the inner bag frame 2, so that the seat plate 34 does not interfere with the bag 1.

[0044] [5-5] Seat board In this embodiment, the seat plate 34 is formed by connecting a plurality of plate materials as shown in Fig. 5, but it can also be formed from a single plate material with a large depth. In this embodiment, the seat plate 34 is configured to be slidable on the rails 33 and can be locked, but the seat plate 34 can also be hinged to the skirting board 31 and configured to be rotatable. The back surface of the seat plate 34 is preferably shaped so as not to interfere with the bag 1 and the bag inner frame 2 when placed on the rails 31 (rails 33). [Explanation of symbols]
