Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] This invention relates to a method for connecting square pipes that can be connected and disconnected freely. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventional racks are manufactured as one unit, which makes their assembly very difficult and requires assembly techniques. Conventionally, assembly has been performed at the assembly site by specialists, and not just anyone can do it. In integrated factory production, the cost of transporting and bringing in the integrated product is high, and an opening of a size appropriate to the product is required, so the size of the entrance and other factors limit what can be produced. When manufacturing a one-piece mold in a factory, the factory space must be large and tall, and the mold must be rotated inside the factory before it can be manufactured. Vertical welding, etc., will be used, so a specialist in welding techniques, etc. (a welding technician with JIS-Z-3400 N-2V N-2H N-2O or higher qualification, etc.) will be required. When fabricating on-site at the product installation site, it is possible to create the desired structure, but because vertical welding etc. is used, specialized welding technicians (welders with JIS-Z-3400 N-2F N-2V N-2H N-2O or higher) are required, which not only requires space for the product to be fabricated, but also space for storing materials, processing and assembly. When recycling, the parts are disassembled using gas cutting, etc., so it is difficult to reuse them at the same dimensions. In addition, the use of open flames such as welding entails the risk of fire, and from the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, it is necessary to monitor the work, including fire control and curing, during and after work, which limits working hours and makes on-site management difficult. Dismantling also requires the use of specialised techniques such as gas cutting, which requires the participation of technicians, and just as with assembly, the use of open flames such as welding, which entails the risk of fire. From the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, therefore, it is necessary to spend time monitoring the work, including fire management and curing, during and after work, which limits working hours and makes on-site management difficult. When recycling, the parts are disassembled using gas cutting, etc., so it is difficult to reuse them at the same dimensions. When considering reusing parts, it is difficult to reuse them in the same shape, making it uneconomical and unsuitable for achieving the SDGs. If damage occurs only partially, open flames such as gas cutting and welding will be used to repair the damage, which entails the risk of fire. From the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, time will be required to monitor the work, including fire control and curing, during and after work, and work hours will be limited, making on-site management difficult and repairs also difficult. There was also a technique of using connecting plates (see, for example, Patent Documents 1 and 2), but these tended to produce protrusions such as bolt heads and splice plates on the inside and outside surfaces, which got in the way when finishing or placing objects, making it difficult to create the desired structure. When using an assembly method, protrusions often appear on the inside and outside of the structure, making it difficult to create the desired structure. With ready-made products, the options are limited and it can be difficult to find the product you want. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 5687132 [Patent Document 2] Patent No. 4281961 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] With conventional products, when manufacturing one-piece products in a factory, the factory required space, height, and equipment, which made manufacturing and assembly difficult, and the parts had to be rotated within the factory. Vertical welding techniques are used during production, so specialized welding technicians (welders with JIS-Z-3400 N-2V N-2H N-2O or higher qualifications) are required, making production in a factory difficult. In the case of one-piece products manufactured in a factory, transportation and delivery costs are incurred because it is a one-piece product, and an opening of a size appropriate to the product is required. In addition, the use of open flames such as welding entails the risk of fire, and from the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, it is necessary to monitor the work, including fire control and curing, during and after work, which limits working hours and makes on-site management difficult. Dismantling also requires an engineer, as specialized techniques such as gas cutting are used for cutting, and this is the same as with assembly. If on-site production is carried out at the product installation site, it can be made to order, but on-site production requires a large work space, and there is a risk of fire as open flames are used for welding, etc. From the perspective of safety management and fire prevention, monitoring time is required for preparation, during work, and after work is completed, including fire management and curing, so work hours are limited, making on-site management difficult. If damage occurs partially, repairs require the use of open flames such as gas cutting and welding, which entails the risk of fire. From the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, time is required for monitoring, including fire control and curing during and after work, which limits working hours, making on-site management difficult and requiring large-scale repairs. If we consider reusing the parts after dismantling, it would be difficult and uneconomical to reuse them in the same shape, and it would be unsuitable from the perspective of the SDGs. It would be difficult and uneconomical to reuse the parts in the same shape, and it would be unsuitable from the perspective of the SDGs. In the case of assembled products, protrusions such as bolt heads and splice plates tend to appear on the inside and outside surfaces, which get in the way when finishing or placing items. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] This structure uses a "square pipe" in two or multiple directions as a joint, consisting of a "connecting square pipe", a "joint plate" and an "attachment bolt", and uses the same type of joint to connect a "square pipe" in two or multiple directions, a "joint plate", and an "attachment bolt and nut" for a detachable connection. A connection structure that allows for free attachment and detachment in two or more directions by inserting the "connecting square pipe" attached to the "square pipe", "joint plate" and "mounting bolt" into the "connecting square pipe" that extends in two or more directions, crossing the "joint plate", and fitting and fixing the "joint plate" and "mounting bolt and nut" respectively. The "square pipe", "connecting square pipe", "connecting square pipe", "joint plate" and "mounting bolts" used in this connection method are basically pre-made products. Effect of the Invention
[0006] This allows for reuse in the same form from the perspective of the SDGs. The "square pipes" that are perpendicular to each other are connected with a "connecting square pipe" and a "joint plate", the "joint plate" is cross-joined, and then the joint is completed using an "attachment bolt". When manufacturing one-piece products in a factory, the factory requires space, height, and equipment, and manufacturing and assembly is difficult, and the product must be rotated within the factory. In addition, the use of open flames, such as welding, carries the risk of fire, and from the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, it is necessary to spend time monitoring the work, including fire control and curing, during and after work, which limits working hours and makes on-site management difficult. Dismantling also requires specialist techniques such as gas cutting, and engineers are needed. Assembly and on-site production can be made to order, but on-site production requires a large work space and there is a risk of fire as open flames are used for welding, etc. From the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, monitoring time is needed for preparation, during and after work, including fire control and curing, so working hours are limited and on-site management becomes extensive. If damage occurs only partially, repairs require the use of open flames such as gas cutting and welding, which entails the risk of fire. From the standpoint of safety management and fire prevention, time is required for monitoring, including fire control and curing during and after work, which limits working hours, making on-site management difficult and repairs very difficult. When considering reusing the parts after dismantling, it is difficult and uneconomical to reuse them in the same shape, and it is not suitable from the perspective of the SDGs. It is difficult and uneconomical to reuse the parts in the same shape, and it is not suitable from the perspective of the SDGs. In the case of assembled products, protrusions such as bolt heads and splice plates tend to appear on the inside and outside surfaces, which get in the way when finishing or placing items. This connection method makes it easy to process in factories, reducing the specialized skills and the area, height, and equipment required for the manufacturing factory. In addition, since the connection method is simple, anyone can assemble it without specialized skills. The assembly method allows for compact storage, making it easy to store and requiring little storage space. Since it is a prefabricated system, it can be put together compactly, making it easy to transport and carry in. Furthermore, restrictions on entrances are relaxed, making it possible to assemble it on site, reducing the costs of transporting and carrying it in. Since no open flames such as welding or gas cutting are used during on-site installation and dismantling, there is no need for monitoring, including fire control and curing, during and after work preparation, reducing management time. There is no risk of fire, assembly time can be shortened, and on-site management becomes easier. Since no welding or gas cutting is used, there is no need to hire an engineer, and anyone can easily assemble and disassemble it. Since there are no protruding plates, bolts, etc. on the inside and outside, the wall and ceiling surfaces can be finished freely and windows and other fittings can be installed, allowing for a free design that also allows for the creation of airtight rooms. By using this connection method, a wide variety of prefabricated racks can be made. Because it is made to order, by examining the components, it is possible to consider the space required for installation. By using commercially available steel materials, plates, and bolts, delivery times can be shortened. Since the components can be packed compactly, storage space is small and they can be prepared and stored according to the installation location. This will enable reuse from the perspective of the SDGs. It can be used as the framework for simple temporary facilities such as toilets and bathtubs during disasters. It is easy to process and assemble, so it can be used as the framework for simple temporary structures. It is easy to assemble, so you can create the basic structure of a home workspace or telework space within your home. It can be used as a simple temporary structure such as a storage shed or rest area in agricultural fields, or as a frame for an outdoor tent for fishing or camping. The assembly method allows for a compact size. The product can be reused even at the installation site, and there is no need for monitoring, including fire control and protection, during and after work preparation, reducing management time, making it easier to change the layout, etc. It is compact and requires little storage space, so it can be made in advance and stored. If a part is damaged, it can be repaired by removing the bolts from the damaged part and replacing it with a new part without using welding, gas cutting, etc. Since it uses ready-made steel materials, etc., the materials are easy to obtain and the system can be used in a variety of applications. It can also be used to create the base for small items such as desks. The wide range of production and the degree of freedom allow for applications in a variety of forms. [0008] This will enable reuse from the perspective of the SDGs. It can be used as the framework for simple temporary facilities such as toilets and bathtubs during disasters. It is easy to process and assemble, so it can be used as the framework for simple temporary structures. It can be used as a simple temporary structure such as a storage shed or rest area in agricultural fields, or as a frame for an outdoor tent for fishing or camping. The product can be reused even at the installation location, and there is no need for monitoring, including fire control and protection, during and after work preparation, reducing management time and making it easier to change the layout. It is compact and requires little storage space, so it can be made in advance and stored. Since it uses ready-made steel materials, etc., the materials are easy to obtain and the system can be used in a variety of applications. It can also be used to create the base for small items such as desks. The flexible design allows installation in places with steps. Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In the figure, the symbol indicating the center line is expressed as "CL." EXAMPLES
[0009] The two-way assembly method will be described with reference to the drawings. The joints in two-way connectors include "welded joints", "bolted joints", and others. Materials used 101: Two-way connection connector A 102: Two-way connection connector B S01: Body: Square steel pipe □2.3x50x50(mm) S02: Connection square steel pipe □1.6x50x50(mm) S11: Square steel pipe for joints □2.3x45x45(mm) L=100(mm) P01: Perforated mounting plate PL t=4.5(mm) P02: Perforated mounting plate PL t=4.5(mm) B01: Mounting bolt M12- L-25(mm) The "two-way connection connector A (101)" is constructed by joining a "square steel pipe for connection (S11)" and a "perforated mounting plate (P01)" to a "square steel pipe for main body (S01)." The "two-way connection connector B (102)" is constructed by joining a "perforated mounting plate (P02)" to a "connection square steel pipe (S02)". The "two-way connection connector A (101)" connects the "connecting square steel pipe (S11)" so that the "connecting square steel pipe (S11)" is in the center of height at a position 40.0 mm from the bottom end of the "main square steel pipe (S01)", and so that the "connecting square steel pipe (S11)" is at a right angle to the center of the side of the "main square steel pipe (S01)" 25.0 mm from the side of the "main square steel pipe (S01)". The "perforated mounting plate (P01)" is set on the same surface as where the "connecting square steel pipe (S11)" is joined to the "main square steel pipe (S01)", so that the position 40.0 mm from the bottom end of the "main square steel pipe (S01)" is the center of the height of the "connecting square steel pipe (S11)".Then, the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" is joined so that 80.0 mm above that center of height becomes the hole center of the "perforated mounting plate (P01)", and the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" is joined to the "main square steel pipe (S01)" so that the left side of the plate is on the center line of the "main square steel pipe (S01)", and so that it is perpendicular to the "main square steel pipe (S01)". The "two-way connecting connector B (102)" is connected at right angles to the "connecting square steel pipe (S02)" by connecting the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" to the "connecting square steel pipe (S02)" so that the right side of the plate is at the center line of the "connecting square steel pipe (S02)", so that it is 80.0 mm from the center line of the hole in the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" in a direction perpendicular to the "connecting connector (101)" from the center line of the "connecting connector (101)", and so that the mounting end of the "two-way connecting connector B (102)" is 50.0 mm from the center line of the hole in the "perforated mounting plate (P02)". In this method, the "two-way connection connector B (102)" is inserted into the "joint square steel pipe (S11)" of the "two-way connection connector A (101)," and at the same time, the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" joined to the "two-way connection connector B (102)" are joined to the "two-way connection connector A (101)" with a cross joint. The wall thickness of the "connecting square steel pipe (S02) (□1.6x50x50mm)" is 1.6mm, and the inside dimension of the "connecting square steel pipe (S02)" is 46.8mm, which is 1.8mm clear of the 45.0mm external dimension of the "joining square steel pipe (S11) (□2.3x45x45mm)", allowing the "two-way connecting connector B (102)" to be inserted into the "joining square steel pipe (S11)". The "two-way connection connector B (102)" is inserted into the "joint square steel pipe (S11) part" of the "two-way connection connector A (101)". Since the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" of the "two-way connection connector A (101)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" of the "two-way connection connector B (102)" are symmetrical about their respective center lines, they can be cross-joined without colliding. In addition, since the hole center is located 80.0 mm vertically and horizontally from the center line of "two-way connection body A (101)" and "two-way connection body B (102)" of "two-way connection body A (101)", the hole positions of the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" joined to "two-way connection body A (102)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" joined to "two-way connection body B (102)" match, and the "mounting bolt (B01)" can be inserted and attached. Then, the connection is tightened. The hole position of the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" is 80.0 mm from the center line of the "two-way connecting link A (101)" in a direction perpendicular to the "two-way connecting link B (102)". Also, the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" of the "two-way connecting link B (102)" is arranged so that the left side of the plate is at the center line of the "two-way connecting link B (102)", and the orthogonality can be maintained because the hole center line is 80.0 mm from the center line of the "two-way connecting link A (101)" in a direction perpendicular to the "two-way connecting link A (101)". In addition, the "perforated mounting plate (P01)" is attached to the "two-way connecting connector A (101)", and the "perforated mounting plate (P02)" is attached to the "two-way connecting connector B (102)" so that they intersect with each other, with the core of the "two-way connecting connector B (102)" serving as the plate surface, thereby maintaining orthogonality between the pipes of the "two-way connecting connector A (101)" and the "two-way connecting connector B (102)". Orthogonality is maintained by two types of construction methods: "Two-way connection connector A (101)", "Two-way connection connector B (102)", "Square steel pipe for connection (S11)", "Perforated mounting plate (P01)", and "Perforated mounting plate (P02)". EXAMPLES
[0010] The assembly method in three directions will be explained with reference to FIGS. 11 and 12 using the reference numerals [0012 (explanation of reference numerals)]. Although the structure is the same as the two-way assembly method of
[0009] , the angle can be maintained more effectively by joining the connecting bodies to each other with a mounting plate having holes. Joints include welded joints, bolted joints, and others. The "three-way connection connector A (103)" is made by joining a "main square steel pipe (S03)", a "joining square steel pipe (S12)", a "joining square steel pipe (S13)", and a "perforated mounting plate (P03)" and a "perforated mounting plate (P04)" using the same method as
[0009] . The "three-way connection connector B (104)" is formed by joining a "perforated mounting plate (P04)" and a "perforated mounting plate (P07)" to a "connection square steel pipe (S04)". The "three-way connection connector C (105)" is made by joining a "perforated mounting plate (P06)" and a "perforated mounting plate (P08)" to a "connecting square steel pipe (S05)". The "three-way connection body B (104)" and the "three-way connection body C (105)" are connected to the "joint square steel pipe (S12)" and the "joint square steel pipe (S13)" so that the left and right and top and bottom of the "three-way connection body B (104)" and the "three-way connection body C (105)" of the "three-way connection body A (103)" are centered. The "three-way connection body B (104)" and the "three-way connection body C (105)" are the same height. The above installation is the upper part, and explains how to join the "three-way connection connector A (103)", "three-way connection connector B (104)" and "three-way connection connector C (105)". The "perforated mounting plate (P07)" is joined to the "three-way connecting body A (103)" using the same method as above, aligning the center line with the side of the "perforated mounting plate (P07)" and the bottom. Using the same method as above, join the center line to the side of the "perforated mounting plate (P08)" and to the top. By inserting the "three-way connecting connector B (104)" and the "three-way connecting connector C (105)" into the "three-way connecting connector A (103)", the "perforated mounting plate (P03)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P04)", the "perforated mounting plate (P05)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P06)", and the "perforated mounting plate (P07)" and the "perforated mounting plate (P08)" become cross-jointed, which serves to maintain the angle. The "Connecting square steel pipe (S-12)" and "Connecting square steel pipe (S13)" of the "3-way connecting connector A (103)" act as guides to maintain the angle, and the "Perforated Mounting Plate (P07)" and "Perforated Mounting Plate (P08)" of the "3-way connecting connector B (104)" and "3-way connecting connector C (105)" also make it possible to maintain angles in other directions.
[0011] For on-site installation, since it is manufactured as a single unit, it can be brought into the installation location without being restricted by access routes or openings. When installing, the "connection connector" is inserted into the "square joining tube" of the "connection connector," causing the "joining plates" attached to each to intersect, aligning the holes in the "joining plates" attached to each, allowing the connections to be made. Attach the "mounting bolt" to the hole in the "joint plate" and tighten it.
[0012] An embodiment of a two-way connection according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs. 13 to 18. Joints include welded joints, bolted joints, and others. In the figure, the symbol indicating the center line is expressed as "CL." The "2-way connection construction example part A (106)" is constructed by joining a "square steel pipe (S06)" to a "square steel pipe for connection (S14)", a "square steel pipe for connection (S15)", a "perforated mounting plate (P09)", and a "perforated mounting plate (P10)". The "2-way connection construction example part B (107)" is constructed by joining a "square steel pipe (S07)" to a "square steel pipe for connection (S16)", a "square steel pipe for connection (S17)", a "perforated mounting plate (P11)", and a "perforated mounting plate (P12)". The "Two-way connection construction example part C (108)" is constructed by joining a "perforated mounting plate (P13)" and a "perforated mounting plate (P14)" to a "connecting square steel pipe (S08)".
