[0017] In order to better understand the technical content of the present disclosure, particularly preferred specific examples are given below. In the following, the specific embodiments of the present disclosure are further described with reference to the drawings and examples. The following examples are only intended to more clearly explain the technical solutions of the present disclosure, and are not intended to limit the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
[0018] In the description of each embodiment, "first" and "second" are used to describe different elements, and these elements are not limited by such terms. In addition, for convenience and clarity of description, the maximum width or dimensions of each element in the drawings are shown in an exaggerated, omitted or schematic form so that a person skilled in the art can understand and view, and the dimensions of each element are not entirely their actual dimensions, are not used to limit the operable limiting conditions of this disclosure, and therefore have no technical substantial meaning. Any structural modification, change in proportionality, or adjustment of dimensions should be within the scope covered by the technical contents disclosed in this disclosure, as long as they do not affect the effects that can be achieved and the purpose that can be achieved by this disclosure. The same reference numerals in all drawings are used to indicate the same or similar elements.
[0019] FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of a server device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is an exploded schematic diagram of the server device shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a three-dimensional cross-sectional view of the server device shown in FIG. 1 along line AA, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the server device shown in FIG. 1 along line AA. Please refer to FIG. 1, FIG. 2, FIG. 3, and FIG. 4. The server device S of this embodiment includes a case 1 and a plurality of hard disk modules 9. Here, the case 1 includes a main body 10, a partition plate 20, at least one sound-absorbing structure 30, and a cover plate 40. As shown in FIG. 2, the main body 10 includes an opening 11 and a storage space 12. In addition, the storage space 12 can be communicated with the outside of the main body 10 through the opening 11. As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, the hard disk module 9 is accommodated in the storage space 12 of the main body 10 and is close to the opening 11. It should be noted that the hard disk module 9 shown in FIG. 2 is located in the storage space 12 of the main body 10.
[0020] In this embodiment, the partition plate 20 has a first side 21, a second side 22 opposite to the first side 21, and at least one flow passage 23. Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the flow passage 23 penetrates the first side 21 and the second side 22. It should be noted that the partition plate 20 in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 is just partitioned into the flow passage 23. In this embodiment, the partition plate 20 is provided at the opening 11 of the main body 10, and the first side 21 faces the storage space 12, and the second side 22 faces the outside of the case 1. The flow passage 23 is an air duct for allowing the air outside the server device S to flow into the case 1. In addition, the partition plate 20 according to this embodiment has a plurality of flow passages 23 that can respectively correspond to the hard disk modules 9, so that the cold air from the outside can flow into the case 1 through the flow passage 23 and pass through the hard disk modules 9 to achieve the effect of cooling.
[0021] In this embodiment, the sound-absorbing structure 30 and the cover plate 40 are provided at the opening 11 of the main body 10, and the sound-absorbing structure 30 is provided between the partition plate 20 and the cover plate 40. In other words, at the opening 11 of the main body 10, the cover plate 40, the sound-absorbing structure 30, and the partition plate 20 are provided in order from the outside to the inside. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the server device shown in FIG. 1 along the line BB, and please refer to FIG. 2 and FIG. 5. The number of the sound-absorbing structures 30 is preferably the same as the number of the flow paths 23, so that each sound-absorbing structure 30 can correspond to each flow path 23, respectively. As shown in FIG. 5, the sound-absorbing structure 30 is preferably capable of blocking the opening of the flow path 23, which is referred to as the open surface 231 in this specification. Specifically, the flow path 23 has an open surface 231, i.e., an opening facing the outside of the flow path 23. Since the width of the sound absorbing structure 30 is larger than the inner diameter of the flow path 23 and its open surface 231 , the projection surface of the sound absorbing structure 30 onto the partition plate 20 may block the open surface 231 .
[0022] 3 and 4, the cover plate 40 has a plurality of ventilation holes 41. The sound absorbing structure 30 is fixed by the cover plate 40, where the fixing manner may include, but is not limited to, gluing, adhesion, heat fusion or other manners. Moreover, the cover plate 40 is always called the front window, so that the sound absorbing structure 30 of this embodiment is provided on one side of the cover plate 40 facing the receiving space 12 of the main body 10.
[0023] The sound-absorbing structure 30 is provided between the cover plate 40 and the second side surface 22 of the partition plate 20, and is close to the opening 11 of the main body 10. Therefore, when noise from the outside of the server device S enters the case 1, the acoustic energy can be blocked and absorbed by the sound-absorbing structure 30 first. FIG. 6 is an enlarged schematic diagram of the sound-absorbing structure shown in FIG. 2, and please refer to FIG. 2, FIG. 4, FIG. 5, and FIG. 6. In this embodiment, the sound-absorbing structure 30 includes a sound-absorbing element 31 and a reflecting element 32. Here, the reflecting element 32 is provided on one side of the sound-absorbing element 31. The sound-absorbing element 31 is for absorbing acoustic energy, and the reflecting element 32 can reflect the acoustic energy back into the sound-absorbing element 31, thereby further improving the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing structure 30. Specifically, the sound-absorbing element 31 has a smaller density than the reflecting element 32, and thus the reflecting element 32 can achieve the effect of reflecting acoustic energy. In this embodiment, the sound-absorbing element 31 may be a porous material such as a sound-absorbing sponge. The reflective element 32 may be a plastic or metal plate.
[0024] The reflecting element 32 is preferably provided on the sound absorbing element 31 and faces the second side surface 22 of the partition plate 20. In other words, the sound absorbing element 31 of the sound deadening structure 30 faces (i.e., is close to) the cover plate 40, whereas the reflecting element 32 faces (i.e., is close to) the partition plate 20 and the hard disk module 9. Therefore, noise from outside the server device S rides on the air flow (shown by the directional arrow in FIG. 5 ) and enters the case 1 through the air vent 41 of the cover plate 40, and is first absorbed by the sound absorbing element 31 of the sound deadening structure 30. Next, when the acoustic energy is transmitted to the reflecting element 32, a part of the acoustic energy can be reflected back to the sound absorbing element 31, which further enhances the sound deadening effect of the sound deadening structure 30 and significantly reduces the intrusion of noise from outside the server device S into the case 1.
[0025] FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged schematic diagram of the server device shown in FIG. 5. Please refer to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7. It is preferable that there is a gap between the sound deadening structure 30 and the partition plate 20 according to this embodiment. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, there is a first distance D1 between the sound deadening structure 30 and the open surface 231 of the flow path 23. Therefore, as shown by the directional arrow in FIG. 5, the air flow from the outside of the server device S also flows into the flow path 23 through the gap between the sound deadening structure 30 and the flow path 23, and can flow in the direction of the hard disk module 9. It is preferable that the ratio of the first distance D1 to the inner diameter I of the flow path 23 is 0.5 to 2. For example, if the inner diameter I of the flow path 23 is 2 centimeters (cm), the first distance D1 may be 1 to 4 centimeters.
[0026] As described above, the width of the sound-absorbing structure 30 according to this embodiment is larger than the inner diameter I of the flow path 23 and its open surface 231, so that the projection surface of the sound-absorbing structure 30 projected onto the partition plate 20 can block the open surface 231. In other words, there is a second distance D2 between the side wall of the flow path 23 and the extension line of the side wall of the sound-absorbing structure 30. The ratio of the second distance D2 to the first distance D1 is preferably 1 to 2. For example, if the first distance D1 is 1 centimeter, the second distance D2 may be 1 to 2 centimeters. Due to the limitations of the first distance D1 and the second distance D2, the airflow from the outside of the server device S can still flow into the flow path 23 to achieve the function of cooling the hard disk module 9, and the noise from the outside can be absorbed by the sound-absorbing structure 30 at the same time so as not to affect the performance of the hard disk module 9.
[0027] Please refer to FIG. 8, which is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of a case according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. The case 1a according to this embodiment differs from the above embodiment in the partition plate 20a, and therefore the same reference numerals as those in the above embodiment are used for the other elements. The partition plate 20a according to this embodiment has an inducer portion 232a at one end close to the open surface 231a of the flow path 23a. That is, the inducer portion 232a is located at one end close to the open surface 231a of the flow path 23a. In other words, the inducer portion 232a is close to the second side surface 22a of the partition plate 20a. Specifically, the inner wall of the flow path 23a according to this embodiment is mainly a vertical inner wall, and is located in a region in the center of the flow path 23a, biased toward the first side surface 21a. In the region close to the second side surface 22a and the open surface 231a of the flow path 23a, a guide structure different from the vertical inner wall is formed to form the inducer portion 232a.
[0028] In this embodiment, the inducer portion 232a may be a gradually expanding camber angle or an inclined surface, and the gradually expanding camber angle is taken as an example in Fig. 8. The structure of the inducer portion 232a can enhance the smoothness of the air flow so as to prevent turbulence from occurring near the open surface 231a, and allow the air flow to smoothly flow into the flow path 23a.
[0029] In addition, the present disclosure further provides a case applicable to the server device, and the elements and connections of the case can be referred to the cases 1 and 1a in the above embodiments, and detailed description thereof will be omitted here.
[0030] In summary, the present disclosure provides a server device and its case, the case comprising a main body, a partition plate, and at least one sound-absorbing structure. Here, both the partition plate and the sound-absorbing structure are provided at the opening of the main body, and the sound-absorbing structure is provided on the side (i.e., the second side) of the partition plate facing the outside, corresponding to the flow path. When noise from outside the server device enters the case, the acoustic energy can be blocked and absorbed first by the sound-absorbing structure, and the external noise can be prevented from affecting the performance of the hard disk module. In addition, the sound-absorbing structure comprises a sound-absorbing element and a reflecting element provided on one side of the sound-absorbing element. Here, the sound-absorbing element can absorb acoustic energy, and the reflecting element can reflect the acoustic energy back into the sound-absorbing element, and the sound-absorbing effect of the sound-absorbing structure can be further enhanced.
[0031] It should be noted that many of the above embodiments are given as examples for ease of explanation, and the scope of the rights claimed in this disclosure is not limited to the above embodiments, but is consistent with the scope of the claims.
