[0020] According to the present disclosure, it is possible to provide a display structure that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0021] [Figure 1] 1 is an external view illustrating an electrical device according to an embodiment. [Diagram 2] 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0022] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0023] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, a display structure 1 has a light-emitting body 2 that emits light L, a light guide 3 that receives, guides, and emits the light L from the light-emitting body 2, a diffusion chamber C that internally reflects and diffuses the light L emitted from the light guide 3, and a display surface 5a that transmits the light L diffused in the diffusion chamber C and displays it to the outside.

[0024] According to the above configuration, the light L emitted from the light guide 3 can be reflected and diffused in the diffusion chamber C, and then transmitted through the display surface 5a to be displayed to the outside. Therefore, a display structure 1 that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a can be realized.

[0025] The diffusion chamber C is formed by a pair of reflecting surfaces 4c facing each other in a second direction D2 along a second axis A2 perpendicular to a first direction D1 along the first axis A1 within a predetermined plane (a plane along the paper surface of FIG. 2) including a first axis A1 passing through both the exit surface 3a and the entrance surface 3b of the light guide 3 and the optical axis O of the light emitter 2. According to the above configuration, the light L is reflected by the pair of reflecting surfaces 4c, thereby improving the diffusion effect in the diffusion chamber C and improving the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a.

[0026] The diffusion chamber C is formed by the emission surface 3a of the light guide 3, the rear surface 5b of the sheet-like member 5 having the display surface 5a, and the pair of reflecting surfaces 4c. According to the above configuration, the diffusion chamber C can be realized with a simple structure.

[0027] In a predetermined plane including a first axis A1 passing through both the exit surface 3a and the entrance surface 3b of the light guide 3 and the optical axis O of the light emitter 2, the length X1 of the diffusion chamber C in a first direction D1 along the first axis A1 is 1 to 1.5 times the length X2 of the light guide 3 in a second direction D2 along a second axis A2 perpendicular to the first axis A1. According to the above configuration, the length X1 of the diffusion chamber C in the first direction D1 is a length suitable for diffusion in the diffusion chamber C, i.e., a length suitable for improving the uniformity of brightness in the second direction D2 on the display surface 5a, so that the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a can be improved.

[0028] The incident surface 3b of the light guide 3 is a rough surface. According to the above configuration, when the light L from the light emitter 2 is incident on the light guide 3, the light L can be diffused by the rough surface of the incident surface 3b, thereby improving the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a.

[0029] The exit surface 3a of the light guide 3 is a rough surface. According to the above configuration, when the light L of the light emitter 2 is emitted from the light guide 3, the light L can be diffused by the rough surface of the exit surface 3a, thereby improving the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a.

[0030] The incident surface 3b and the exit surface 3a of the light guide 3 are rough surfaces, and the arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) of the incident surface 3b of the light guide 3 is larger than the arithmetic mean roughness of the exit surface 3a of the light guide 3. According to the above configuration, a good diffusion effect can be obtained by the rough surfaces of the incident surface 3b and the exit surface 3a. In addition, the transfer of the shape of the relatively rough rough surface of the incident surface 3b to the display surface 5a can be suppressed by the relatively non-rough rough surface of the exit surface 3a. In this case, from the viewpoint of enhancing the above effect, the arithmetic mean roughness of the incident surface 3b of the light guide 3 is preferably 40 μm or more and 100 μm or less, more preferably 40 μm or more and 60 μm or less, and the arithmetic mean roughness of the exit surface 3a of the light guide 3 is preferably 10 μm or more and 100 μm or less, more preferably 15 μm or more and 90 μm or less. In this case, even if the incident surface 3b of the light guide 3 is a rough surface having a periodic structure of a predetermined pattern, the transfer of the periodic structure of the incident surface 3b to the display surface 5a can be prevented by the rough surface of the exit surface 3a.

[0031] The incident surface 3b of the light guide 3 is a rough surface having a periodic structure of a predetermined pattern. With the above configuration, it is possible to obtain a desired diffusion effect according to the periodic structure of the incident surface 3b. The shape of the constituent units of the periodic structure is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a rectangle (including a square), a rhombus, a parallelogram including these, a rectangle, or a polygon other than a rectangle (for example, a hexagon).

[0032] The display structure 1 includes a base 4 having a first surface 4a, a second surface 4b, and a hole H extending in a first direction D1 from the first surface 4a to the second surface 4b in the above-mentioned predetermined plane, and a sheet-like member 5 arranged on the first surface 4a of the base 4, covering the hole H, and having a display surface 5a, the light guide 3 is arranged in the hole H, and the diffusion chamber C is formed between the display surface 5a and the exit surface 3a of the light guide 3. According to the above-mentioned configuration, the display structure 1 can be realized with a simple structure. Furthermore, even if a gap G in the second direction D2 perpendicular to the first direction D1 occurs in the hole H between the base 4 and the exit surface 3a of the light guide 3, the diffusion chamber C can suppress unevenness in brightness on the display surface 5a caused by the gap G. In the illustrated example, the gap G is composed of an upper gap Ga formed above the emission surface 3a and a lower gap Gb formed below the emission surface 3a, but is not limited thereto, and may be configured to have only the upper gap Ga without the lower gap Gb. Note that the display surface 5a or the back surface 5b or both of the sheet-like member 5 may be formed as rough surfaces.

[0033] The hole H in the base 4 is a through hole, and the light emitter 2 is disposed on the second surface 4b side of the base 4. According to the above configuration, the display structure 1 can be realized with an even simpler structure.

[0034] The light emitter 2 is disposed such that the optical axis O of the light emitter 2 is inclined with respect to the first axis A1 within the above-mentioned predetermined plane. According to the above-mentioned configuration, the inclination of the optical axis O of the light emitter 2 increases the number of reflections, and as a result, the diffusion effect can be improved. The angle θ at which the optical axis O is inclined with respect to the first axis A1 can be appropriately set in consideration of the angle at which the light L can be totally reflected inside the light guide 3, and is preferably 10° or more and 20° or less.

[0035] The pair of reflecting surfaces 4c form the ends of the hole H on the first surface 4a side. According to the above configuration, the pair of reflecting surfaces 4c can be realized with a simple structure.

[0036] Either one or both of the pair of reflecting surfaces 4c is a rough surface having an uneven structure, and the uneven structure has an uneven width direction and an uneven length direction along the reflecting surface 4c, the uneven structure is uneven in the uneven width direction and smooth in the uneven length direction, and the uneven length direction is parallel to the above-mentioned predetermined plane or inclined at an angle of less than 45° with respect to the above-mentioned predetermined plane. According to the above configuration, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of light passing through the display surface 5a toward the outside due to reflection on the pair of reflecting surfaces 4c, so that it is easy to ensure the brightness of the light L displayed on the display surface 5a. In addition, the above-mentioned uneven structure can be easily formed by making the molding surface for the reflecting surface 4c in the mold for molding the base 4 by injection molding or the like a rough surface that can be formed by transferring the uneven structure of the reflecting surface 4c from the mold. The rough surface can be realized, for example, by appropriately setting the polishing direction when polishing the molding surface of the mold.

[0037] The light emitter 2 is not particularly limited and may be, for example, a light emitting diode (LED). The material forming the light guide 3 is not particularly limited and may be, for example, a resin or glass.

[0038] The display device 6 in this embodiment has a display structure 1 and a control device 7 (see FIG. 2) that controls the light emission of the light emitter 2. With the above configuration, it is possible to realize a display device 6 that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a. Note that, although the display device 6 in FIG. 1 has four display structures 1, the number of display structures 1 provided in the display device 6 can be set appropriately as long as it is one or more.

[0039] The electrical device 8 in this embodiment includes a display device 6. According to the above configuration, it is possible to realize an electrical device 8 that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a.

[0040] The electrical device 8 is a medical device. According to the above configuration, it is possible to realize the electrical device 8 as a medical device that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a.

[0041] The electrical device 8 is a medical pump. According to the above configuration, the electrical device 8 can be realized as a medical pump that can easily improve the uniformity of brightness on the display surface 5a. The medical pump is a syringe pump in the illustrated example, but is not limited thereto and may be, for example, an infusion pump, an insulin pump, etc. In the illustrated example, the syringe pump has a display device 6, a monitor 9, a plurality of operation buttons 10, and a syringe operation unit 11, but is not limited thereto.

[0042] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and the above-described embodiments can be modified in various ways without departing from the gist of the present disclosure.
