Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a carriage and a carriage system. [Background technology]

[0002] For example, the cart described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a fixing mechanism in a position close to the caster for restricting the rotation of the caster. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-16779 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] The present disclosure discloses an example of a cart and a cart system that can, for example, supply power to an item that requires power, such as a refrigerator, placed on the cart. [Means for solving the problem]

[0005] It is desirable for a dolly having a base (11) on which an article is placed and wheels (11A) to have at least one of the following components, for example. In other words, the constituent elements are a locking device (13) having a latch (13B) capable of engaging with a fixed striker (2), a guide member (14) that guides the striker (2) to a position where it can engage with the latch (13B), and a bogie side terminal (21) that can come into contact with a fixed side terminal (31) provided on a member (4) to which the striker (2) is fixed, the bogie side terminal (21) being arranged in a position where it can come into contact with the fixed side terminal (31) when the latch (13B) engages with the striker (2), and the guide member (14) is configured to come into contact with the striker (2) before the bogie side terminal (21) comes into contact with the fixed side terminal (31).

[0006] As a result, the cart is guided by the guide member (14) and engages with the striker (2) fixed at a predetermined position, so that the position of the cart-side terminal (21) automatically coincides with the position of the fixed-side terminal (31). Therefore, fixing of the cart and connection of the cart-side terminal (21) and the fixed-side terminal (31) are completed simultaneously.

[0007] The cart may have the following configuration, for example. When the direction in which the base (11) moves when the latch (13B) and the striker (2) are engaged is defined as the engagement direction, the carriage side terminal (21) is preferably slidable in the engagement direction and includes a spring (24) that applies an elastic force in the engagement direction to the carriage side terminal (21). This makes it possible for the carriage to absorb positional variations in the engagement direction between the carriage side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31).

[0008] When the carriage-side terminal (21) contacts the fixed-side terminal (31) and the striker (2) and the latch (13B) are engaged, it is desirable that the spring (24) be in an elastically deformed state, which can increase the contact surface pressure between the carriage-side terminal (21) and the fixed-side terminal (31) in the carriage.

[0009] It is desirable that the carriage-side terminal (21) is slidable beyond the connection completion position to a position facing further inward. The connection completion position refers to the position of the carriage-side terminal (21) when the carriage-side terminal (21) contacts the fixed-side terminal (31) and the striker (2) and the latch (13B) are engaged. The term "facing inward" refers to the direction from the fixed-side terminal (31) toward the carriage-side terminal (21).

[0010] As a result, even if the trolley side terminal (21) is significantly shifted in a direction perpendicular to the engagement direction relative to the fixed side terminal (31), a large load is applied to the trolley side terminal (21), which can prevent damage to the trolley side terminal (21).

[0011] It is desirable that a magnetic attraction force is generated between the bogie side terminal holder (22) that holds the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal holder (32) that holds the fixed side terminal (31) when the bogie side terminal (21) comes into contact with the fixed side terminal (31), which increases the contact surface pressure between the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31).

[0012] As a result, the elastic force of the spring (24) and the magnetic attraction force act on the contact portion between the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31), increasing the contact surface pressure between the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31), thereby ensuring a reliable connection between the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31).

[0013] It is desirable that the carriage-side terminal holder (22) is displaceable in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction, so that even if the carriage-side terminal (21) is displaced in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction relative to the fixed-side terminal (31), the displacement can be absorbed.

[0014] In addition, even if the carriage side terminal (21) is shifted relative to the fixed side terminal (31) in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction, the carriage side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31) can be reliably in contact with each other.

[0015] Furthermore, the trolley-side terminal holder (22) is provided with a recess (22A) into which a portion of the fixed-side terminal holder (32) can be fitted, and it is desirable that the entrance of the recess (22A) is provided with a tapered portion (22B) whose opening area increases as it approaches the entrance.

[0016] As a result, even if the bogie side terminal (21) is shifted relative to the fixed side terminal (31) in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction, the bogie side terminal (21) and the fixed side terminal (31) can be reliably in contact with each other.

[0017] Incidentally, the symbols in the above parentheses are examples showing the corresponding relationship with the specific configurations etc. described in the embodiments described below, and the present disclosure is not limited to the specific configurations etc. shown by the symbols in the above parentheses. [0019] The following "embodiments of the invention" are examples of embodiments that fall within the technical scope of the present disclosure. In other words, the invention-specific matters described in the claims are not limited to the specific configurations and structures shown in the following embodiments.

[0020] In addition, arrows and diagonal lines indicating directions in each of the following drawings are provided to facilitate understanding of the relationships between the drawings and the shapes of the components or parts, etc. Therefore, the trolley system shown in this disclosure is not limited to the directions in each of the drawings.

[0021] At least one of the components or parts that are described with a reference number is provided, unless otherwise specified by "one" or the like. The trolley system shown in the present disclosure includes at least one of the components such as the components or parts that are described with a reference number and the structural parts shown in the drawings.

[0022] (First embodiment) <1. Overview of the trolley system> The trolley system 1 according to this embodiment is a system that is capable of supplying power to the trolley 10 (see FIG. 1) from a power supply unit (not shown) when the trolley 10 is engaged with a striker 2 (see FIG. 2).

[0023] As shown in Fig. 2, the striker 2 is a generally C-shaped or U-shaped locking wire fixed to a wall-like portion such as an inner wall of a vehicle (hereinafter referred to as a wall portion 4). The portion of the striker 2 that locks with the latch 13B (see Fig. 4) extends in a generally vertical direction.

[0024] Incidentally, the striker 2 according to this embodiment is fixed to a wall 4 via a fixing rail 5 such as an airline rail (registered trademark). An article (for example, a fixture such as a refrigerator) 3 can be placed on the cart 10 (see FIG. 1).

[0025] <2. Details of the cart> 1, the cart 10 includes at least a base 11, a post portion 12, a locking device 13, a guide member 14, and a power receiving device 20. The base 11 is a portion on which an article 3 is placed. A plurality of wheels 11A are attached to the base 11.

[0026] The base 11 according to this embodiment is configured in a substantially rectangular plate shape. The wheels 11A are disposed at positions corresponding to the four corners of the base 11. Incidentally, each wheel 11A is configured as a so-called "swivel caster." A swivel caster is a wheel in which the axle centerline and the swivel centerline are in a twisted position, so that the direction of the axle can be freely swiveled.

[0027] The post portion 12 is a columnar member rising from the base 11. In this embodiment, a post portion 12 is provided at each of two corners of the base 11. Each post portion 12 is configured in a substantially U-shape or substantially C-shape with an opening on the rear side (see FIG. 3).

[0028] In this description, as shown in Fig. 1, a portion of the cart 10 where the two post portions 12 are provided is referred to as the rear side. The side opposite the rear side with the base 11 or the article 3 sandwiched therebetween is referred to as the front side.

[0029] <2.1 Locking device> The locking device 13 is a device capable of gripping the striker 2 and locking it with the striker 2. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 4, the locking device 13 has a recess 13A, a latch 13B, and the like.

[0030] The recess 13A is a portion into which the striker 2 fits. The latch 13B is a bar that engages with the striker 2 that fits into the recess 13A. When a release device (not shown) is operated, the engagement between the latch 13B and the striker 2 is released.

[0031] That is, the locking device 13 is a device that can switch between a locked state in which the striker 2 and the latch 13B are engaged with each other and an unlocked state in which the locked state is released. The position of the latch 13B differs between the locked state and the unlocked state.

[0032] 1, at least one locking device 13 is provided on each post portion 12. In this embodiment, a locking device 13 is provided on each of the upper and lower ends of each post portion 12.

[0033] In particular, the locking device 13 disposed on the lower end side of the post portion 12 is located closer to the base 11 than the longitudinal middle portion of the post portion 12. Each locking device 13 is housed within each post portion 12 (see FIG. 3).

[0034] <2.2 Guide parts> 5, the guide member 14 is provided adjacent to the locking device 13. The guide member 14 is a member that guides the striker 2 to a portion of the recess 13A where the striker 2 can be engaged with the latch 13B (hereinafter, this portion is also referred to as an engagement portion).

[0035] Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the guide member 14 is a member that makes sliding contact with the striker 2 when the post portion 12 approaches the striker 2, and guides the striker 2 into the engaging portion of the locking device 13.

[0036] 5, the guide member 14 is provided with a recess 14A for guiding the striker 2. The recess 14A is a portion recessed from the rear end of the guide member 14 toward the front side.

[0037] An inclined surface 14B is provided on the opening side of the recess 14A, that is, on the rear end side of the guide member 14. The inclined surface 14B is a portion inclined with respect to the normal direction of the contact surface 14C so that the opening width W becomes smaller toward the front.

[0038] An abutment surface 14C is provided on the rear end of the guide member 14, i.e., on the opening side of the recess 14A. The abutment surface 14C is a surface that comes into contact with the wall 4 when the striker 2 is engaged with the locking device 13, as shown in FIG.

[0039] 6 and 7, the guide member 14 is displaceable in a direction perpendicular to the contact surface 14C (in the present embodiment, the front-rear direction) relative to the locking device 13 fixed to the post portion 12. Note that, hereinafter, this direction (in the present embodiment, the front-rear direction) is also referred to as the locking direction.

[0040] Specifically, as shown in Fig. 3, the guide member 14 is displaceably supported by a bracket 15. That is, the bracket 15 is fixed to the post portion 12. The bracket 15 is provided with an elongated hole 15A.

[0041] The long diameter direction of the elongated hole 15A coincides with the displacement direction of the guide member 14. A boss portion 14D (see FIG. 5) provided on the guide member 14 is slidably fitted into the elongated hole 15A. The boss portion 14D is a protruding portion protruding from the wall surface of the guide member 14.

[0042] 3, a plate 15B is disposed on the opposite side of the bracket 15 to the guide member 14, that is, on the upper surface side of the bracket 15. The plate 15B is fastened and fixed to the guide member 14 by a bolt 15C.

[0043] Therefore, bracket 15 is sandwiched between plate 15B and guide member 14. Boss portion 14D slides and displaces within elongated hole 15A, so that guide member 14 can be displaced relative to lock device 13 in a direction perpendicular to contact surface 14C.

[0044] 6, a spring 16 is provided on the front end side of the guide member 14. The spring 16 is an elastic body that applies an elastic force to the guide member 14 against the pressing force acting on the contact surface 14C.

[0045] The front end side of guide member 14 refers to the side opposite to contact surface 14C in the displacement direction (locking direction in FIG. 6) of guide member 14. The pressing force acting on contact surface 14C is a reaction force generated when a user presses cart 10 toward wall 4 to fix cart 10 with striker 2 and contact surface 14C collides with wall 4.

[0046] For this reason, the guide member 14 according to this embodiment is configured so that the contact surface 14C first comes into contact with the wall portion 4 when the post portion 12 approaches the striker 2. Specifically, the contact surface 14C is configured to be located at the rearmost end regardless of the displacement state of the guide member 14.

[0047] <3 Power receiving device> <3.1 Overview of power receiving device> The power receiving device 20 is a power line connector box for supplying power from a power source (a vehicle in this embodiment) to the cart 10. The power receiving device 20 is provided with an outlet (not shown) to which a power cord plug (not shown) of an item 3 such as a refrigerator is attached.

[0048] 1, the power receiving device 20 is provided in a position adjacent to the locking device 13. Specifically, the power receiving device 20 is stored in the post portion 12 in a state where it is disposed adjacent to the locking device 13 at a position shifted vertically from the locking device 13.

[0049] <3.2 Configuration of power receiving device> As shown in FIG. 9, the power receiving device 20 is configured to have at least a terminal 21 (hereinafter referred to as the cart side terminal 21), a cart side terminal holder case 22 (hereinafter referred to as the cart side terminal holder 22), and a holder bracket 23, etc.

[0050] <Truck side terminal> The carriage-side terminal 21 is an electrode capable of making electrical contact with a fixed-side terminal 31 (see FIG. 2) provided on the wall portion 4. The fixed-side terminal 31 is a power supply electrode electrically connected to a power supply unit. The fixed-side terminal 31 is held by a fixed-side terminal holder 32 as shown in FIG.

[0051] The fixed-side terminal holder 32 is held by a fixed power receiving device 30 (see FIG. 1) fixed to the wall portion 4. The cart-side terminal 21 is disposed at a position where it can come into contact with the fixed-side terminal 31 when the latch 13B is engaged with the striker 2.

[0052] Specifically, when the trolley 10 is not engaged and fixed to the striker 2, that is, when the striker 2 and the guide member 14 are separated from each other, the trolley side terminal 21 is also separated from the fixed side terminal 31, as shown in FIG. 10.

[0053] Then, when the trolley 10 moves from the front to the rear along the engagement direction and the post portion 12 approaches the wall portion 4, the guide member 14 comes into contact with the striker 2 before the trolley side terminal 21 comes into contact with the fixed side terminal 31, as shown in Figure 11.

[0054] Furthermore, when the cart 10 approaches the wall 4, as shown in Fig. 12, the latch 13B engages the striker 2, and the cart-side terminal 21 comes into contact with the fixed-side terminal 31. This electrically connects the power supply unit and the power receiving device 20 of the cart 10.

[0055] <Carriage side terminal holder> The carriage-side terminal holder 22 holds the carriage-side terminal 21. As shown in Fig. 12, the carriage-side terminal holder 22 is provided with a recess 22A. The recess 22A is a recess into which a part of the fixed-side terminal holder 32 can be fitted.

[0056] For this reason, the recess 22A is recessed forward in the locking direction from the tip of the carriage-side terminal holder 22. At the entrance of the recess 22A, as shown in FIG.

[0057] Tapered portion 22B is a surface inclined with respect to the locking direction so that the opening area increases toward the entrance of recess 22A. Tapered portion 22B according to this embodiment is configured with an arc-shaped curved surface, and is provided around the entire outer edge of the entrance of recess 22A (see FIG. 9).

[0058] <Support structure of terminal holder on trolley side> The carriage-side terminal holder 22, i.e., the carriage-side terminal 21, is slidable in the locking direction. That is, the holder bracket 23 is fixed to the post portion 12 as shown in Fig. 9. The carriage-side terminal holder 22 is connected to the holder bracket 23 so as to be slidable in the locking direction.

[0059] Specifically, an elongated hole 23A is provided in the holder bracket 23. The long diameter direction of the elongated hole 23A coincides with the locking direction. A boss portion 22C provided on the carriage-side terminal holder 22 is slidably fitted into the elongated hole 23A.

[0060] The boss portion 22C is a protruding portion protruding from the wall surface of the cart-side terminal holder 22. A plate 22E is disposed on the opposite side of the holder bracket 23 from the cart-side terminal holder 22, that is, on the upper surface side of the holder bracket 23.

[0061] 13, the plate 22E is fastened and fixed to the carriage-side terminal holder 22 by a plurality of bolts 22D (four bolts in this embodiment). Therefore, the holder bracket 23 is sandwiched between the plate 22E and the carriage-side terminal holder 22.

[0062] The boss portion 22C is slidably displaced within the elongated hole 23A, so that the carriage-side terminal holder 22 can be displaced relative to the holder bracket 23 in the locking direction (in the front-rear direction in this embodiment).

[0063] A spring 24 is provided between the carriage-side terminal holder 22 and the post portion 12. The spring 24 applies an elastic force to the carriage-side terminal 21 in the rearward locking direction, that is, an elastic force toward the wall portion 4 (hereinafter, referred to as a pressing force).

[0064] In other words, when at least the carriage side terminal 21 is in contact with the fixed side terminal 31 and the striker 2 and the latch 13B are engaged (hereinafter referred to as the engaged contact state), the spring 24 is elastically deformed and generates a pressing force.

[0065] Furthermore, when the position of the trolley side terminal holder 22 when in the locked contact state is defined as the connection completion position, and the direction from the fixed side terminal 31 toward the trolley side terminal 21 side (in this embodiment, the locking direction facing forward) is defined as the rearward direction, the trolley side terminal holder 22 can slide beyond the connection completion position to a position further rearward.

[0066] In other words, the slidable dimension of the carriage-side terminal holder 22 is greater than the dimension from the position at which the fixed-side terminal 31 and the carriage-side terminal 21 come into contact with each other to the connection completion position. <Relationship between the trolley-side terminal holder and the fixed-side terminal holder> At least one of the carriage-side terminal holder 22 and the fixed-side terminal holder 32 is provided with a magnet 33 (see FIG. 14), and the other is provided with an attraction portion 25 (see FIG. 9) made of a ferromagnetic material. In this embodiment, the fixed-side terminal holder 32 is provided with the magnet 33, and the carriage-side terminal holder 22 is provided with the attraction portion 25.

[0067] Therefore, in this embodiment, when the trolley side terminal 21 comes into contact with the fixed side terminal 31, the magnetic attraction force generated between the magnet 33 and the attraction portion 25 acts as a magnetic attraction force that increases the contact surface pressure between the trolley side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal 31.

[0068] <4. Fixed power receiving device> 14, the fixed power receiving device 30 at least includes a fixed terminal holder 32 (including a fixed terminal 31) and a bracket 34. The bracket 34 is a member fixed to the wall 4 via a fixed rail 5 or the like.

[0069] The fixed terminal holder 32 is supported by the bracket 34 so as to be displaceable in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction. That is, as shown in Fig. 15, the fixed terminal holder 32 is provided with at least one stay portion 32A (two in this embodiment).

[0070] The stay portions 32A are provided with through holes 32C through which the fixing stepped bolts 32B pass. The hole diameter dimension of the through holes 32C is larger than the large diameter portion of the stepped bolts 32B.

[0071] Therefore, each stay portion 32A can be displaced relative to the stepped bolt 32B in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the stepped bolt 32B. In this embodiment, the longitudinal direction coincides with the locking direction. Therefore, each stay portion 32A can be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction (hereinafter referred to as the vertical plane direction).

[0072] At least one stepped bolt 32B and one through hole 32C (in this embodiment, multiple ones) are provided in each stay portion 32A. Each stepped bolt 32B penetrates each stay portion 32A and is fixed to the bracket 34 (see FIG. 14).

[0073] The bracket 34 is provided with a restricting member 35 (shown by a rough diagonal line in FIG. 15). The restricting member 35 exerts an elastic force on each stay portion 32A to restrict the stay portion 32A from being displaced in a vertical plane direction. The restricting member 35 according to this embodiment is a plate-shaped member made of rubber.

[0074] <5. Features of the dolly according to this embodiment> The cart 10 according to this embodiment is guided by the guide member 14 and engages with the striker 2 fixed at a predetermined position, so that the position of the cart-side terminal 21 automatically coincides with the position of the fixed-side terminal 31. Therefore, fixing of the cart 10 and connection of the cart-side terminal 21 and the fixed-side terminal 31 are completed simultaneously.

[0075] The cart-side terminal 21 is slidable in the locking direction, and the cart 10 is provided with a spring 24 that applies an elastic force in the locking direction to the cart-side terminal 21. This allows the cart 10 to absorb positional variations between the cart-side terminal 21 and the fixed-side terminal 31 in the locking direction.

[0076] In the bogie 10, when the bogie-side terminal 21 contacts the fixed-side terminal 31 and the striker 2 and the latch 13B are engaged, the spring 24 is elastically deformed. As a result, in the bogie 10, when the bogie-side terminal 21 contacts the fixed-side terminal 31, the contact surface pressure between the bogie-side terminal 21 and the fixed-side terminal 31 can be increased.

[0077] The cart-side terminal 21 of the cart 10 can slide beyond the connection completion position to a position facing further inward. This prevents a large load from acting on the cart-side terminal 21, which may cause damage to the cart-side terminal 21, if the cart-side terminal 21 is significantly displaced in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction relative to the fixed-side terminal 31.

[0078] In the bogie system 1 of this embodiment, a magnetic attraction force is generated between the bogie side terminal holder 22 that holds the bogie side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal holder 32 that holds the fixed side terminal 31, which increases the contact surface pressure between the bogie side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal 31 when the bogie side terminal 21 comes into contact with the fixed side terminal 31.

[0079] As a result, the elastic force of the spring 24 and the magnetic attraction force act on the contact portion between the bogie side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal 31, increasing the contact surface pressure between the bogie side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal 31, thereby ensuring a reliable connection between the bogie side terminal 21 and the fixed side terminal 31.

[0080] In the bogie system 1, at least one of the bogie side terminal holder 22 and the fixed side terminal holder 32 (in this embodiment, the bogie side terminal holder 22) is displaceable in a vertical plane direction. As a result, even if the bogie side terminal 21 is displaced in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction with respect to the fixed side terminal 31, the displacement can be absorbed.

[0081] In addition, even if the carriage-side terminal 21 is misaligned in the vertical plane direction with respect to the fixed-side terminal 31, the carriage-side terminal 21 and the fixed-side terminal 31 can be reliably in contact with each other. The carriage-side terminal holder 22 is provided with a recess 22A into which a part of the fixed-side terminal holder 32 can be fitted, and a tapered portion 22B is provided at the entrance of the recess 22A, the opening area of which increases as it approaches the entrance.

[0082] As a result, even if the carriage-side terminal 21 is shifted relative to the fixed-side terminal 31 in a direction perpendicular to the locking direction, the carriage-side terminal 21 and the fixed-side terminal 31 can be reliably in contact with each other. Second embodiment The carriage-side terminal holder 22 according to the above-described embodiment is immovable in a vertical plane relative to the post portion 12. In contrast, the carriage-side terminal holder 22 according to the present embodiment is configured to be displaceable in a vertical plane.

[0083] That is, the holder bracket 23 according to this embodiment is fixed to the post portion 12 via elastically deformable support members 23E, 23F made of rubber or the like, as shown in Fig. 16. The support members 23E, 23F are supported by the post portion 12 directly or indirectly.

[0084] The support member 23E allows the holder bracket 23 to be displaced in the horizontal direction, but prevents the holder bracket 23 from being displaced in the horizontal direction beyond a predetermined dimension.
