Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a pouring cap that is attached to a double container having an outer container and an inner container, and that pushes out the content liquid in the inner container by squeezing (pressing) the body of the outer container. [Background technology]

[0002] 2. Description of the Related Art Squeeze containers have been used in the past for containing liquid contents such as various foods and seasonings as well as cosmetics and medicines, and dispensing the liquid contents by squeezing them.

[0003] Also known as a squeeze container capable of maintaining the quality of the contents is a double container with an inner and outer double structure. By squeezing the body of the outer container, the volume of the inner container placed inside is reduced and the contents are poured out, and the internal pressure is reduced accordingly. Outside air is taken in through an outside air inlet between the outer and inner containers, causing only the body of the outer container to return to its original shape (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2016-193749 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] In the case of the double container described in Patent Document 1, the outside air introduction valve is thin-walled all around, making it difficult to mold it uniformly all around. This causes problems such as the outside air introduction valve sagging or rippling in the circumferential direction, making the shape of the outside air introduction valve unstable and potentially causing malfunction.

[0006] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems and to provide a pouring cap to be attached to a double container that can open and close an outside air intake valve simply by tilting the double container. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a pouring cap that is attached to a double container which comprises an outer container and an inner container, and which, when the outer container is squeezed, reduces the volume of the inner container and pours out the content liquid, and when the squeeze is released, outside air is introduced between the outer container and the inner container through an outside air introduction hole, restoring only the outer container to its original state. The pouring cap comprises a cap body which is attached to the mouth of the double container and has a pouring part for pouring out the content liquid, a top lid which is connected to the cap body via a hinge and opens and closes to cover the pouring part, a stopper which is attached to the inside of the cap body and closes the mouth of the double container, and an outside air introduction valve which communicates between the outside of the cap body and the outside air introduction hole, the cap body comprises an outer cylinder wall which is attached to the mouth and a top wall which extends inward from the upper end of the outer cylinder wall, and the outside air introduction valve comprises a sealing cylinder which is arranged below the top wall at a predetermined angle to the horizontal so that when the double container is tilted in the pouring direction, the sealing cylinder is tilted more inclined toward the pouring direction than the horizontal, and a ball valve which moves within the sealing cylinder.

[0008] As an embodiment of the dispensing cap, the cap body is characterized in that it opens on the hinge side of the top wall and has an air vent that communicates with the outside, the sealing tube is located on the hinge side below the top wall and is inclined towards the dispensing side with the hinge side as the lowest part, the sealing tube is characterized in that it has a valve seat for a ball valve formed on the dispensing side and a vertical groove formed on the inner surface of the hinge side, the inclination angle of the sealing tube is 35° to 40° with respect to the horizontal direction, and the outside air introduction valve is characterized in that it is molded integrally with the stopper. Effect of the Invention

[0009] By adopting the above-mentioned configuration, the pouring cap of the present invention can control the opening and closing of the outside air intake valve by tilting the double container in the pouring direction or returning it to an upright position, and can take in outside air through the air vent between the outer container and the inner container. [Figure 4] FIG. 2 is a side cross-sectional view showing the state of a double container equipped with the pouring cap of the present invention during pouring. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0011] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A pouring cap according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, in which an embodiment of the pouring cap is embodied as a hinged cap. In the following description, the left side in FIG. 1 is referred to as the "front side (opposite the hinge)", the right side is referred to as the "rear side (hinge side)", the upward direction is referred to as the "upper", and the downward direction is referred to as the "lower".

[0012] (Example) In Figure 1, A is a double container, B is a hinge cap consisting of a cap body B1 attached to the double container A and an upper lid B3 connected to the cap body B1 via a hinge B2 so as to be able to open and close, C is a stopper body attached to the inside of the cap body B1 and closes the nozzle 1 of the double container A, and D is a valve body attached between the cap body B1 and stopper body C and closes the opening of the stopper body C.

[0013] As shown in FIG. 1, the double container A is formed as a laminated peelable container (delamination container) having an outer container A1 which has a mouth 1 at the top and a neck 2 formed below the mouth 1, and which can be elastically deformed by squeezing a body 3 formed below the neck 2, and an inner container A2 which is peelably stacked on the outer container A1 inside the outer container A1 and can be deformed to reduce in volume, and an end 5 of the inner container A2 is stacked on the upper end surface of the mouth 1 of the outer container A1, closing off the inside of the outer container A1. In addition, since it is sufficient that the inner container A2 is reducible in volume, it may have a structure that does not separate from the outer container A1.

[0014] The double container A has a screw portion (male screw) 6 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 1, and furthermore, an outside air inlet hole 7 is provided in the mouth portion 1 for drawing in outside air between the outer container A1 and the inner container A2, and furthermore, a groove portion 8 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 1 where the outside air inlet hole 7 is located, cutting the screw portion 6 in the vertical direction. When the body 3 of the outer container A1 is squeezed, the liquid contents are poured out from the cap body B1, whereas after the body 3 is released from the squeeze, outside air is sucked into the space between the outer container A1 and the inner container A2 through the outside air introduction hole 7, causing the outer container A1 to return to its original shape while reducing the volume of the inner container A2.

[0015] The cap body B1 comprises an outer tube wall 10 which is attached to the mouth portion 1 of the outer container A1, a lid engagement portion 11 which is provided on the upper outer peripheral end of the outer tube wall 10 and which engages with the upper lid B3, a top wall 12 which extends inward from the upper inner peripheral end of the outer tube wall 10, a spout 13 which is drilled in a position biased toward the front side from the center of the top wall 12, a spout tube 14 which serves as a spouting portion and which is erected from the periphery of the spout 13, and an air vent 15 which is drilled on the back side of the top wall 12, and a hinge B2 is connected to the back side of the upper outer peripheral end of the outer tube wall 10. In addition, an inner sealed tube 16 surrounding the spout 13 and an outer sealed tube 17 located on the outer periphery of the inner sealed tube 16 are vertically attached to the underside of the top wall 12, centered at a position slightly shifted toward the front from the center of the top wall 12. The inner and outer tight fitting tubes 16, 17 are formed to sandwich and fix a fitting tube 33 of a plug C, which will be described later, when set.

[0016] The inner surface of the outer tube wall 10 is formed with a stopper attachment portion 19 at the upper part for attaching the stopper C inwardly, a threaded portion (female thread) 20 below the stopper attachment portion 19 for screwing into the threaded portion 6 of the double container A, and a contacting protrusion 21 below the threaded portion 20, the inner circumference of which is in close contact with the upper outer periphery of the neck portion 2 of the outer container A1. In addition, since it is sufficient to be able to seal between the outer peripheral surface of the neck portion 2 and the inner peripheral surface of the outer cylinder wall 10, the contact projection 21 does not have to be provided.

[0017] The upper lid B3 has a disk-shaped top wall 25 and a side wall 26 that is suspended from the peripheral edge of the top wall 25, and a hinge B2 is connected to the back side of the lower outer periphery of the side wall 26, and the upper lid B3 is connected to the cap body B1 via the hinge B2 in a freely rotatable manner. In addition, a sealing tube 27 is vertically attached to the underside of the top wall 25, and its outer surface abuts against the inner surface of the pouring tube 14 of the cap body B1 when the lid is closed, and an engagement recess 28 is provided at the lower inner end of the side wall 26, which engages with the lid engagement portion 11 of the cap body B1 when the lid is closed, thereby maintaining the lid closed.

[0018] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the stopper C abuts against the upper surface of the mouth portion 1 of the double container A and comprises an upper wall 30 whose outer edge engages with and is attached to the stopper attachment portion 19 of the outer tube wall 10 of the cap body B1, an outer peripheral wall 31 erected from the outer edge of the upper surface of the upper wall 30 and whose outer periphery is close to the inner periphery of the outer tube wall 10, a contact wall 32 erected from the lower surface of the upper wall 30 and whose outer periphery is inserted into the upper inner periphery of the mouth portion 1, a fitting tube 33 erected at a position biased toward the front side rather than the center of the upper wall 30, and a partition portion 34 closing the lower end of the inner periphery of the fitting tube 33.

[0019] Furthermore, an outside air circulation port 35 is formed in the lower part of the rear side of the outer peripheral wall 31 by cutting out the rear side end of the upper wall 30 to form a cutout opening 35a, and an outside air introduction valve 36 is formed inclined upward at a predetermined angle θ (35° in this embodiment) toward the inside from the outside air circulation port 35. In addition, a hollowed-out opening 30a is formed between the sealing wall 32 below the outside air introduction valve 36 on the back side of the upper wall 30 and the fitting tube 33, and a hollowed-out partition 37 is formed extending from the hollowed-out opening 30a to the inclined underside of the outside air introduction valve 36 and extending from the lower tip end of the outside air introduction valve 36 to the outer periphery of the fitting tube 33 to close the upper part of the hollowed-out opening 30a.

[0020] When setting the stopper C into the cap body B1, the fitting tube 33 of the stopper C, which fits between the inner and outer tight fitting tubes 16 and 17 suspended from the underside of the top wall 12 of the cap body B1, is located in a position biased toward the front from the center of the whole, so that when attaching it, the centers of the two must be aligned, and therefore the stopper C and the cap body B1 are aligned with the pouring direction facing the front. After setting, a space α is formed between the underside of top wall 12 of cap body B1 near spout 13, the inner periphery of inner contact tube 16, the inside of fitting tube 33 of plug C, and the inner upper surface of valve body D, as shown in FIG. A space β is formed between the vicinity of the vent hole 15 on the underside of the top wall 12, the space between the outer wall 31 of the plug C and the fitting tube 33, and above the upper wall 30 including the outside of the outside air intake valve 36 and the hollowed-out partition 37.

[0021] An outer circumferential protrusion 39 is formed at a predetermined location on the outer periphery of the fitting tube 33, the upper end surface of which comes close to the lower end surface of the outer contact tube 17 of the cap body B1 when set. A plurality of fixing ribs 40 are arranged at intervals around the inner circumference of the fitting tube 33 to sandwich and fix the valve body D between the lower end surface and the upper end of the inner contact tube 16 of the cap body B1 when set.

[0022] The partition portion 34 has a cylindrical wall portion 42 which is vertically disposed with an opening 42a formed on the front side for sucking back and which has a reduced diameter at the bottom and an inner surface which serves as a valve seat 42b, and a pouring opening 43 formed on the back side of the cylindrical wall portion 42. A spherical movable valve 44 which serves as a check valve is housed inside the cylindrical wall portion 42 and is capable of moving up and down. The movable valve 44 is made of metal or synthetic resin, and when the content liquid is poured out, the double container A is tilted and moves toward the opening 42a of the partition section 34 within the cylindrical wall section 42. When the pouring of the content liquid is completed, the squeezing of the body section 3 is stopped, and the double container A is returned to the upright position, the movable valve 44 moves down and seats on the valve seat 42b of the cylindrical wall section 42, thereby blocking communication between the inside of the cylindrical wall section 42 and the inside of the double container A, and the movable valve 44 moves downward to draw the content liquid in the space α into the double container A side (suck back). In this embodiment, the movable valve 44 is provided as a check valve, but a check valve of a different structure may be provided.

[0023] The outside air introduction valve 36 is composed of a sealing tube 45 which extends upward from the outside air circulation port 35, which is the lowest part on the hinge B2 side, at a predetermined inclination angle θ (35° in this embodiment) with respect to the horizontal direction and has a reduced diameter at its upper tip with its inner surface forming a valve seat 45a, a ball valve 46 which is accommodated within the sealing tube 45 so as to be able to move along the inner surface of the sealing tube 45 and which abuts against the valve seat 45a to form a check valve, and a vertical groove 47 which is recessed along the axial direction of the sealing tube 45 on the inner surface of the sealing tube 45 on the outside air circulation port 35 side.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 3, when the double container A is tilted to the front side (35° or more in this embodiment) during pouring out of the content liquid, the ball valve 46 moves to the front side within the sealing tube 45 and seats against the valve seat 45a, thereby blocking the flow of air between the inside of the sealing tube 45 and the space β. Also, when the double container A is returned to the upright position, as shown in FIG. 1, the ball valve 46 moves to the outside air circulation port 35 side due to the inclination within the sealing tube 45, and the air within the space β can be introduced from the inside of the sealing tube 45 through the vertical groove 47 and the cutout opening 35a into the outside air introduction hole 7 below the stopper C. In this embodiment, the outside air introduction valve 36 is inclined relative to the cap body B1, but is connected to a hollowed-out partition 37 that is integrally formed between the outside air introduction valve 36 and the rear side of the upper wall 30 of the plug body C, thereby improving airtightness.

[0025] In this embodiment, the angle θ of the outside air intake valve 36 at which it is tilted upward relative to the horizontal is set to 35°. However, for example, if the tilt angle θ is set to 90° and the valve is placed upright, the ball valve 46 will not move unless the double container A is tilted by 90° or more. Therefore, the air flow between the inside of the sealing tube 45 and the space β cannot be blocked unless the double container A is tilted significantly more than the horizontal position. Considering that the container will be used while tilted, it is preferable that the ball valve 46 be moved and seated at as small an inclination angle θ as possible, blocking the space between the inside of the sealing tube 45 and the space β. Therefore, it is preferable that the inclination angle θ of the outside air intake valve 36 be set to about 35 to 40° so that the double container A can be used with the inclination angle θ blocked to about 40°.

[0026] The valve body D, when set into the stopper body C and the cap body B1, is provided with a fixed flange 50 which is fixed on the inner circumference of the fitting tube 33 of the stopper body C by being sandwiched between the upper end of the fixed rib 40 and the lower end surface of the inner contact tube 16 of the cap body B1, a spring deformation portion 51 in the form of an elastically deformable spiral spring which is connected to the inner circumference of the fixed flange 50 and extends downward, and a valve portion 52 which is connected to the lower end of the spring deformation portion 51, the lower surface of which abuts against the upper surface of the partition portion 34, and which closes at least the pouring opening 43 of the partition portion 34. In this embodiment, the spring deformation portion 51 has a spiral spring shape, but multiple deformable spring pieces (preferably three or more points) may be arranged in a balanced manner between the fixed flange 50 and the valve portion 52 to enable stable elastic deformation in the vertical direction, and any structure of the spring deformation portion 51 that enables elastic deformation may be used.

[0027] Next, the manner of use and the effects of this embodiment will be described. In the hinge cap B of this embodiment, a cap body B1 and an upper cover B3 are integrally molded in an open state via a hinge B2, and then the cap is closed.

[0028] After the movable valve 44 is accommodated in the cylindrical wall portion 42 of the plug body C, the valve body D is attached to the fitting cylinder 33 . Next, the plug body C with the valve body D attached is inserted into the sealing tube 45 of the outside air intake valve 36 through the outside air flow port 35 of the outer wall 31, and then the plug body C is aligned from below and attached into the cap body B1.

[0029] When the plug C is attached to the cap body B1, the plug attachment portion 19 of the outer tube wall 10 of the cap body B1 covers the outside air circulation port 35 opening in the outer peripheral wall 31 of the plug C, preventing the ball valve 46 from coming off from inside the sealing tube 45. In addition, the upper part of the fitting tube 33 of the stopper C is fitted between the inner tight fitting tube 16 and the outer tight fitting tube 17 of the cap body B1, thereby maintaining the space α formed by the lower surface of the top wall 12, the inside of the stopper C, and the upper surface of the valve body D airtight, and fixing the valve body D within the stopper C. Furthermore, a space β is formed between the top wall 12 and the outer wall 31 and fitting tube 33 of the plug body C, and above the upper wall 30, including the outside of the outside air introduction valve 36 and the hollowed-out partition 37, and a flow path is formed for the air in the space β to escape to the outside of the top wall 12 through the air vent 15 in the top wall 12. In this embodiment, the outside air introduction valve 36 (seal cylinder 45) is molded integrally with the plug body C. However, the outside air introduction valve 36 may be molded separately from the plug body C.

[0030] Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the hinge cap B equipped with the stopper body C and the valve body D is screwed into the threaded portion 20 formed on the outer tube wall 10 of the cap body B1, which is screwed into the threaded portion 6 formed on the mouth 1 of the double container A, the inner container A2 of which is filled with the liquid, thereby screwing the cap body B1 into the double container A, and the sealing wall 32 of the stopper body C is fitted and attached to the inner periphery of the upper end portion of the mouth 1 of the double container A, thereby forming a container that seals the inside of the double container A (particularly the inner container A2). At this time, the contact projection 21 at the lower end of the inner circumference of the outer cylinder wall 10 of the cap body B1 comes into contact with the upper outer circumference of the neck portion 2 of the outer container A1, sealing the inside of the outer cylinder wall 10. In addition, air in space β flows below the upper wall 30 of the stopper C through the outside air introduction valve 36 and the outside air circulation port 35 of the stopper C, forming a flow path for air flowing between the inner periphery of the outer tube wall 10 of the cap body B1 and the outer periphery of the mouth portion 1 of the outer container A1, and through the groove portion 8 of the mouth portion 1 to the inside of the outside air introduction hole 7.

[0031] To use the liquid content in the double container A, from the state shown in FIG. 1, the top lid B3 is opened from the cap body B1 to open the pouring tube 14 of the cap body B1, and the double container A is tilted while being held. When the double container A is tilted by a predetermined angle θ (35° in this embodiment) or more, as shown in FIG. 3, the ball valve 46 in the outside air introduction valve 36 moves toward the valve seat 45a due to the tilt within the sealing tube 45 and seats on the valve seat 45a, blocking the flow of air inside the outside air introduction valve 36.

[0032] Furthermore, by tilting the double container A and squeezing the body 3 of the outer container A1 as shown in FIG. 4, the liquid content can be poured out. At this time, the liquid contained in the inner container A2 of the double container A is squeezed to push up the movable valve 44 in the cylindrical wall portion 42 of the partition portion 34 of the stopper body C, and also pushes up the valve portion 52 of the valve body D through the pouring opening 43, creating a gap between the upper surface of the partition portion 34 and the lower surface of the valve portion 52, and flows through this gap into the space α and is poured out from the space α through the open pouring tube 14 of the cap body B1. In addition, the ball valve 46 blocks the flow of air inside the outside air introduction valve 36 and seals the inside of the outer cylinder wall 10 of the cap body B1, so that the pressure generated by squeezing can be efficiently transmitted to the inner container A2 inside the outer container A1.

[0033] When the squeezing of the double container A is stopped, the valve portion 52 of the valve body D stops being pushed up from the pouring opening 43 of the partition portion 34 of the stopper body C, and as the spring deformation portion 51 returns to its original position, the valve portion 52 abuts against the upper surface of the partition portion 34 to block the pouring opening 43, stopping the flow into the space α and stopping the pouring.

[0034] Next, when the double container A is returned to the upright position, the movable valve 44 in the cylindrical wall portion 42 moves down, and as shown in Fig. 1, the opening at the bottom of the cylindrical wall portion 42 is closed to stop the content liquid from being poured out, and the content liquid remaining in the space α is sucked back from the opening at the bottom of the cylindrical wall portion 42. This prevents the content liquid in the inner container A2 of the double container A from coming into contact with air, and the quality of the content liquid can be maintained at a good level.

[0035] Furthermore, the ball valve 46 in the outside air introduction valve 36 moves downward within the seal cylinder 45 and separates from the valve seat 45a, allowing air to flow within the outside air introduction valve 36. The outside air introduction hole 7 creates negative pressure inside due to the deformation of the inner container A2 that reduces the volume of the inner container A2 as the content liquid is poured out and the restoring force from the elastic deformation of the outer container A1, and introduces air between the inner container A2 and the outer container A1. Air enters the space β through the ventilation hole 15 in the top wall 12 of the cap body B1 and is drawn into the outer container A1 through the outside air introduction valve 36, the groove 8 in the nozzle portion 1, and the outside air introduction hole 7, and only the outer container A1 quickly returns to its initial state.

[0036] When the restoration of the outer container A1 is completed, the negative pressure between the inner container A2 and the outer container A1 is eliminated, and the introduction of air stops. If the double container A is tilted again and the body 3 of the outer container A1 is squeezed, the pressure of the air that has flowed into the outer container A1 will press against the inner container A2, allowing the liquid content within the inner container A2 to be repeatedly poured out.

[0037] After use, the top lid B3 is fitted onto the cap body B1 to close the lid, and the inside of the inner container A2 is doubly sealed by the tight contact between the pouring tube 14 of the cap body B1 and the sealing tube 27 of the top lid B3, as well as the valve body D in the space α. In this state, even if the double container A is stored in a refrigerator and the air between the outer container A1 and the inner container A2 and inside the inner container A2 are cooled and negative pressure is created, air flows into the outer container A1 through the ventilation hole 15 in the top wall 12 of the cap body B1 and the flow inside the outside air introduction valve 36, so that the negative pressure does not prevent the upper lid B3 from being opened from the cap body B1, or the contents from spilling out when the upper lid B3 is opened, and the container can be used stably. [Industrial Applicability]

[0038] The pouring cap of the present invention can control the opening and closing of the outside air intake valve by tilting the double container and returning it to an upright position, and can take in outside air through the air vent between the outer container and the inner container, making it particularly suitable as a pouring cap for double containers whose inner container reduces in volume when filled with food, seasonings, etc. [Explanation of symbols]
