Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an injection nozzle used in repairing walls such as exterior walls and interior walls with an adhesive (epoxy resin adhesive), and a method for using the same. [Background technology]
[0002] One type of injection nozzle known is an injection nozzle for use in a pinning method, which integrally comprises a nozzle portion having an injection flow path therein and a nozzle body having an adhesive flow path therein that communicates with the injection flow path (see Patent Document 1). This injection nozzle is attached to a syringe body and used to inject adhesive into a pilot hole drilled into a wall to a predetermined depth while sealing the opening. It comprises a nozzle portion that is inserted into the pilot hole and has an injection flow path therein that communicates with the nozzle orifice, an opening sealing portion that is attached to the base of the nozzle portion and seals the opening, a nozzle body that supports the nozzle portion and has an adhesive flow path therein that communicates with the injection flow path and the syringe body, and a casing portion that covers the nozzle body. The nozzle portion and the nozzle body are integrally formed from resin, and the nozzle portion has a cut line formed thereon to indicate the cutting position corresponding to the depth of the pilot hole. The opening sealing portion and the casing portion are configured to be disassembled from the nozzle portion and the nozzle body. In the injection nozzle configured in this way, the nozzle part is cut to match the depth of the pilot hole, and the adhesive is injected from the deepest part of the pilot hole. In preparatory work such as refilling the injector body with adhesive and cleaning the injection nozzle, the injection nozzle is disassembled and the nozzle part and nozzle body, which are disposable units, are replaced (disposable) as a whole. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6557907 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Incidentally, the two-component epoxy resin adhesive used in the pinning method and the like has a hardening time of about two hours. For this reason, taking this hardening time into consideration, the injection nozzle and the syringe body are cleaned almost periodically, and the syringe body is refilled with epoxy resin adhesive. Specifically, cleaning work is carried out approximately every hour when the adhesive begins to harden (when pumping of the syringe body becomes heavy), and approximately every 45 minutes especially in the summer. In other words, the injection nozzle and syringe body are cleaned and refilled with adhesive periodically, not only at the end of the day's work but even while working. Conventional cleaning work for injection nozzles, etc., involves a series of operations including disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of the injection nozzle as well as disposal of the solvent, which is troublesome and time-consuming.Similarly, refilling work involves measuring the base agent and hardener to obtain a predetermined weight ratio and thoroughly mixing them to avoid unevenness, which is troublesome and time-consuming. Therefore, the series of injection work actually includes preparatory work such as cleaning and refilling in addition to the actual injection work, and the ratio of the work time for the actual injection work to the preparatory work is about 4:6, so the preparatory work has a large impact on the construction period. In addition, epoxy resin adhesives are problematic in terms of their toxicity, such as carcinogenicity, and there are concerns about their impact on workers. Considering these points, in the conventional injection nozzle, the nozzle part and the nozzle body are disposable, so that the cleaning work can be omitted in the preparation work. However, on the other hand, the nozzle part needs to be cut to fit the pilot hole for each preparation work, which creates new work. In addition, when disassembling the injection nozzle, it is necessary to wipe off the adhesive adhering to the nozzle part so that it does not adhere to the opening sealing part, which creates a contradiction in that a wiping work is required for disposable parts.
[0005] The present invention aims to provide an injection nozzle that can eliminate unnecessary work associated with disposable parts and shorten the time required for preparatory work such as cleaning and refilling, and a method for using the same. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The injection nozzle of the present invention is an injection nozzle that is attached to a syringe body when used, and injects adhesive into a pilot hole drilled in a wall while sealing the opening of the pilot hole. The injection nozzle comprises a nozzle section that has a nozzle opening at its tip and has an injection flow path inside that communicates with the nozzle opening; an opening sealing section that supports the nozzle section so that it can slide freely and seals the opening; a nozzle body that has an adhesive flow path inside that allows the nozzle section to slide and communicates the injection flow path with the syringe body; and a casing section that covers the nozzle body and is composed of a front casing section on the nozzle section side and a rear casing section on the syringe body side that are assembled so as to be disassembled from each other. The nozzle body is formed from a material intended to be disposable, and has a body joint section that is directly joined to the syringe body.
[0007] In a series of operations using this type of injection nozzle, the injector body is periodically refilled with adhesive and the injector body and injection nozzle are washed (preparatory work), taking into consideration the hardening time of the adhesive (about 2 hours). The washing is carried out by disassembling the device into its component parts. According to this configuration, the nozzle part, the opening sealing part, and the nozzle body can be easily disassembled by disassembling the casing part into the front casing part and the rear casing part. Therefore, in the preliminary work, if the nozzle body with adhesive remaining in the adhesive flow path is replaced with a new one as a disposable part, the cleaning work of the nozzle body can be omitted. On the other hand, if the adhesive remaining in the nozzle part is pushed out with a push rod and the adhesive adhering to the surface is wiped off, the adhesive remains as a film, but the function is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick. Similarly, in the opening sealing part, if the adhesive adhering to the opening sealing part is wiped off, the adhesive remains as a film, but the function is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick. Therefore, if the nozzle part and the opening sealing part are replaced with new ones as disposable parts at the end of the day's work, the cleaning work can be omitted. This eliminates the need for unnecessary work associated with disposable parts, and drastically reduces the time required for preparatory work.
[0008] In this case, it is preferable that the opening sealing portion has a sealing portion main body that seals the opening, and a receiving fitting portion that is connected to the base end side of the sealing portion main body and into which the tip side of the nozzle body fits, the front casing portion has a front casing body that engages with the receiving fitting portion from the front and a first screw portion that is connected to the base end side of the front casing body, and the rear casing portion has a rear casing body that receives the base end side of the nozzle body excluding the body joint portion, and a second screw portion that is connected to the tip side of the rear casing body and screws into the first screw portion, and by screwing the second screw portion into the first screw portion, the receiving fitting portion is pulled rearward via the front casing portion and the nozzle body is pressed forward via the rear casing portion.
[0009] According to this configuration, when the rear casing part is tightened to the front casing part in the final stage of assembly, the tip of the nozzle body comes into close contact with the receiving fitting part of the opening sealing part, thereby achieving liquid-tight communication between the adhesive flow path and the injection flow path during the assembly process.
[0010] In this case, it is preferable that the nozzle body has a body main body, a body joint, and a casing penetration portion which is a penetration portion of the rear casing main body interposed between the body main body and the body joint, the rear casing main body has a through hole portion having a complementary shape to the casing penetration portion, and the casing penetration portion is formed into an elliptical cross section with the diameter of the body main body as the major axis and the diameter of the body joint as the minor axis.
[0011] With this configuration, because the casing penetration part is formed with an elliptical cross section, the nozzle body can be latched and held forward by the rear casing part through the penetration hole part. Also, when a tool is applied to the rear casing main body to fasten the main body joint part to the injector main body, it is possible to effectively prevent the main body joint part (nozzle body) from spinning freely.
[0012] Another injection nozzle of the present invention is an injection nozzle that is attached to a syringe body and used to inject adhesive into a pilot hole drilled in a wall while sealing the opening of the pilot hole, the injection nozzle comprising: a first nozzle section having a first nozzle opening facing the back of the pilot hole and having a first injection flow path therein that communicates with the first nozzle opening; a second nozzle section having a second nozzle opening facing the vicinity of the opening of the pilot hole and having a second injection flow path between the first nozzle section and the second nozzle opening; an opening sealing section to which the second nozzle section is fixed and that seals the opening; a nozzle body that slidably supports the first nozzle section and has an adhesive flow path therein that connects the first injection flow path and the second injection flow path to the syringe body; and a casing section that covers the nozzle body and is composed of a front casing section on the first nozzle section side and a rear casing section on the syringe body side that are assembled so as to be disassembled from each other, the nozzle body being formed of a material intended to be disposable and having a body joining section that is directly joined to the syringe body.
[0013] According to this configuration, the first nozzle part, the second nozzle part, the opening sealing part, and the nozzle body can be easily disassembled by disassembling the casing part into the front casing part and the rear casing part. Therefore, if the nozzle body with adhesive remaining in the adhesive flow path is replaced with a new one as a disposable part in the preliminary preparation work, the cleaning work of the nozzle body can be omitted. On the other hand, if the adhesive remaining in the first nozzle part and the second nozzle part is pushed out with a push rod and the adhesive adhering to the surface is wiped off, the adhesive remains as a film, but the function is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick. Similarly, in the opening sealing part, if the adhesive adhering to the opening sealing part is wiped off, the adhesive remains as a film, but the function is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick. Therefore, if the first nozzle part, the second nozzle part, and the opening sealing part are replaced with a new one as a disposable part at the end of the day's work, the cleaning work can be omitted. This eliminates the need for unnecessary work associated with disposable parts, and drastically reduces the time required for preparatory work.
[0014] Another injection nozzle of the present invention is an injection nozzle that is attached to a syringe body when used, and injects adhesive into a pilot hole drilled in a wall while sealing the opening of the pilot hole. The injection nozzle has a nozzle section at the tip side, a nozzle body connected to the nozzle section, and a body joint section connected to the nozzle body and joined to the syringe body, and is equipped with a master nozzle having a supply flow path for adhesive that passes axially therethrough, and a disposable unit that is detachably attached to the supply flow path of the master nozzle, and is characterized in that the disposable unit has a tip end protruding from the tip of the nozzle section and a base end protruding from the base end of the body joint section, and has an alternative supply flow path formed therein to replace the supply flow path.
[0015] According to this configuration, since the disposable unit is detachably attached to the master nozzle, the master nozzle and the disposable unit can be easily disassembled. Therefore, if the disposable unit with adhesive remaining in the substitute supply flow path is replaced with a new one during preparation work or at the end of the day's work, cleaning work can be omitted entirely. This eliminates the need for unnecessary work associated with disposable parts, and drastically reduces the time required for preparatory work.
[0016] The method of using the injection nozzle of the present invention is a method of using the injection nozzle described above, and is characterized in that, in an injection work pattern in which the actual injection work of injecting adhesive into a pilot hole and the preparation work including refilling the adhesive, which is carried out due to the adhesive's hardening time, are repeated alternately multiple times to make up one day's work, the nozzle body of the injection nozzle is replaced with a new one as a disposable part during each preparation work, and the outside and inside of the nozzle part are cleaned, and at the end of the day's work, the nozzle body, nozzle part and opening sealing part of the injection nozzle are replaced with new ones as disposable parts.
[0017] According to this configuration, it is possible to completely omit the cleaning process, and unnecessary work accompanying disposable parts is not required, and the time required for preparatory work can be drastically reduced.
[0018] Another method of using an injection nozzle of the present invention is a method of using the injection nozzle described above, characterized in that, in an injection work pattern in which the actual injection work of injecting adhesive into a pilot hole and the preparation work, which is carried out due to the hardening action of the adhesive and includes refilling the adhesive, are repeated multiple times to make up the work for one day, the nozzle body of the injection nozzle is replaced with a new one as a disposable part during each preparation work, and the outside and inside of the first nozzle portion are cleaned, and at the end of the day's work, the nozzle body of the injection nozzle, the opening sealing portion to which the nozzle body, first nozzle portion and second nozzle portion are fixed are replaced with a new one as a disposable part.
[0019] According to this configuration, it is possible to completely omit the cleaning process, and unnecessary work accompanying disposable parts is not required, and the time required for preparatory work can be drastically reduced.
[0020] Another method of using an injection nozzle of the present invention is a method of using the injection nozzle described above, characterized in that in an injection work pattern in which the actual injection work of injecting adhesive into a pilot hole and the preparation work including refilling the adhesive, which is carried out due to the adhesive's hardening time, are repeated multiple times in an alternating manner to make up one day's work, the disposable unit in the injection nozzle is replaced with a new one during each preparation work and at the end of the day's work.
[0021] According to this configuration, it is possible to completely omit the cleaning process, and unnecessary work accompanying disposable parts is not required, and the time required for preparatory work can be drastically reduced. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0023] An injection nozzle according to one embodiment of the present invention and a method of using the same will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The injection nozzle in the pinning method and the like, together with the syringe body to which it is attached, constitutes an adhesive injector for injecting adhesive into a pilot hole. The pinning method involves drilling a pilot hole at a location that needs to be repaired in a wall body such as an exterior or interior wall of a building where "lifting" has occurred, injecting adhesive into the pilot hole using an adhesive injector, and then loading an anchor pin into the pilot hole to repair it (to prevent peeling). Below, a brief description will be given of repairing the exterior wall of a building as an example.
[0024] Fig. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view showing the relationship between an exterior wall and an adhesive injector. As shown in the figure, the exterior wall 1 is composed of a concrete structure 2, a base mortar 3 applied to the surface of the concrete structure 2, an adhesive mortar 4 applied to the surface of the base mortar 3, and a finishing material 5 such as a tile applied to the surface of the adhesive mortar 4.
[0025] In the exterior wall 1 of this embodiment, a first raised portion 6a is formed at the interface between the concrete skeleton 2 and the base mortar 3, a second raised portion 6b is formed at the interface between the base mortar 3 and the adhesive mortar 4, and a third raised portion 6c is formed at the interface between the adhesive mortar 4 and the finishing material 5. In order to repair the exterior wall 1, a pilot hole 8 is formed in the exterior wall 1, which penetrates the finishing material 5, the adhesive mortar 4, and the base mortar 3 and is drilled into the concrete skeleton 2 to a predetermined depth. When repairing the exterior wall 1, adhesive R is injected into the pilot hole 8 from the opening 8a by an adhesive injector 10, and an anchor pin is inserted and attached.
[0026] Here, a brief description of adhesive injector 10 will be given with reference to Figures 1 and 2. As shown in both figures, adhesive injector 10 is composed of a pump-type injector body 11 that supplies adhesive R, and an injection nozzle 12 that is detachably attached to the tip of injector body 11.
[0027] The injector main body 11 comprises a cylindrical adhesive reservoir 15 with a bottom, a pump section 16 to which the adhesive reservoir 15 is detachably attached, and a generally "L" shaped operating lever 17 held by the pump section 16. The adhesive reservoir 15, in which the adhesive R is stored, is attached to the base end side of the pump section 16, and the injection nozzle 12 is attached to the tip side. By holding the adhesive reservoir 15 and manually operating (pumping) the operating lever 17, a constant amount of adhesive R is discharged from the injection nozzle 12 via the pump section 16. A two-component type epoxy resin adhesive is mainly used as the adhesive R in this case.
[0028] Incidentally, in the pinning method using an epoxy resin adhesive, the injector body 11 is periodically refilled with adhesive R and the injector body 11 and injection nozzle 12 are washed (preparatory work) in consideration of the hardening time of the adhesive R (about 2 hours). Since this preparatory work is complicated and time-consuming, efforts have been made to shorten the refilling work and to omit the cleaning work. Although not explained, the injector body 11 described above allows the adhesive reservoir 15 to be refilled with adhesive R using a cartridge, and the main parts of the pump section 16 are disposable parts that can be replaced each time. The injection nozzle 12 of this embodiment also aims to omit the cleaning work.
[0029] [First embodiment] The injection nozzle 12 according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 3 to 5. As shown in these figures, the injection nozzle 12 includes a nozzle section 21 having a nozzle opening 22 at its tip and an injection flow path 23 therein, an opening sealing section 24 that slidably supports the nozzle section 21 and seals the opening 8a of the pilot hole 8, a nozzle body 25 having an adhesive flow path 26 therein that allows the nozzle section 21 to slide and that communicates with the injection flow path 23, and a casing section 27 that covers the nozzle body 25 and is made up of a front casing section 28 on the nozzle section 21 side and a rear casing section 29 on the injector main body 11 side, which are assembled so as to be disassembled from each other.
[0030] The nozzle portion 21 is a portion for injecting the adhesive R into the pilot hole 8, and is formed like a syringe needle from a thin-diameter metal pipe made of stainless steel, steel, or the like. A restriction portion 31 that opens out like a funnel is formed at the base end of the nozzle portion 21, and a washer-like retaining ring 32 is attached to the restriction portion 31. A nozzle opening 22 that is cut obliquely is formed at the tip of the nozzle portion 21.
[0031] Further, inside the nozzle portion 21, an injection flow path 23 that communicates with an adhesive flow path 26 of the nozzle body 25 is formed. The nozzle portion 21 penetrates the opening sealing portion 24 in the axial direction and is held so as to be freely movable forward and backward (slidable) in the opening sealing portion 24. Further, the base side of the nozzle portion 21 faces the adhesive flow path 26 of the nozzle body 25 in a state in which it is allowed to slide.
[0032] The nozzle portion 21 is pulled out to its maximum extent and inserted into the pilot hole 8. When the opening sealing portion 24 reaches and seals the opening 8a of the pilot hole 8, the tip of the nozzle portion 21 reaches the innermost portion of the pilot hole 8. In this state, injection of the adhesive R begins. Then, the adhesive R is filled in the first raised portion 6a, the second raised portion 6b, and the third raised portion 6c in that order.
[0033] The opening sealing portion 24 is a portion that seals the opening 8a of the pilot hole 8 when the adhesive R is injected, and is formed of a chemical-resistant elastic material such as fluororubber. The opening sealing portion 24 has a sealing portion main body 34 that seals the opening 8, and a receiving fitting portion 35 that continues to the base end side of the sealing portion main body 34 and into which the tip side of the nozzle body 25 fits. The sealing portion main body 34 has a tapered portion 36 that has a tapered shape and directly seals the opening 8a, and a straight portion 37 that continues to the base end side of the tapered portion 36, and the receiving fitting portion 35 having a fitting recess 35a is integrally connected to the base end side of this straight portion 37.
[0034] The receiving fitting portion 35 is connected to the base end of the straight portion 37 via an annular step portion 38, and the front casing portion 28 that covers the straight portion 37 and the receiving fitting portion 35 is hooked (engaged) to this annular step portion 38. That is, the opening sealing portion 24 is hooked to the front casing portion 28 toward the rear via the annular step portion 38. Also, the tip side of the nozzle body 25 is fitted into the fitting recess 35a of the receiving fitting portion 35.
[0035] The nozzle body 25 has a cylindrical body main body 41, a body joint 42 connected to the base end side of the body main body 41, and a casing penetration part 43 interposed between the body main body 41 and the body joint 42, and is integrally formed of a disposable material such as resin. An adhesive flow path 26 is formed at the axis of the nozzle body 25 so as to penetrate it in the axial direction. The adhesive flow path 26 communicates with the injection flow path 23 of the nozzle part 21 facing it. The adhesive flow path 26 also communicates with the flow path of the injector body 11 via the body joint 42 connected to the injector body 11. Needless to say, the injection flow path 23 and the adhesive flow path 26 are formed coaxially, and the adhesive flow path 26 is formed to have a larger diameter than the injection flow path 23.
[0036] The casing through-hole 43 is a through-hole portion of the rear casing part 29, and is formed in a shape complementary to a through-hole part 55 of the rear casing part 29, which will be described later. Specifically, the casing through-hole 43 is formed in an elliptical cross-section with the diameter of the main body 41 as its major axis and the diameter of the main body joint part 42 as its minor axis. This elliptical cross-section functions as a retaining part or a latching part for the main body 41 relative to the rear casing part 29, and also functions as a rotation stopper when the main body joint part 42 is screwed into the injector main body 11 via the rear casing part 29.
[0037] The main body joint 42 is a portion that is detachably attached to the injector body 11, and protrudes from the rear casing portion 29. A part of the adhesive flow path 26 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the main body joint 42, and a male thread 44 is formed on the outer peripheral surface. This male thread 44 is configured as a tapered thread. Therefore, the adhesive R does not leak out from the main body joint 42 when it is joined to the injector body 11. Furthermore, when the injection nozzle 12 (main body joint 42) is detached from the injector body 11, the adhesive R adheres to the main body joint 42 only at the end of the main body joint 42.
[0038] The casing portion 27 mainly constitutes a protective cover for the nozzle body 25, and is made of stainless steel, steel, or the like. The casing portion 27 has a front casing portion 28 on the nozzle portion 21 side and a rear casing portion 29 on the injector body 11 side, and has a structure divided into two parts, a front part and a rear part, which can be assembled and disassembled from each other. The front casing portion 28 has a front casing main body 51 which engages with the receiving fitting portion 35 from the front, and a female screw portion (first screw portion) 52 which continues to the base end side of the front casing main body 51.
[0039] Meanwhile, the rear casing part 29 has a rear casing main body 53 that receives the base end side of the nozzle body 25 excluding the main body joint part 42, a male screw part (second screw part) 54 that is connected to the tip side of the rear casing main body 53 and screws into the above-mentioned female screw part 52, and a through hole part 55 through which the casing through part 43 of the nozzle body 25 passes. By screwing the male screw part 54 into the female screw part 52, the receiving fitting part 35 is pulled backward via the front casing part 28, and the nozzle body 25 is pressed forward via the rear casing part 29. As a result, with the tip of the nozzle body 25 and the fitting recess 35a of the opening sealing part 24 in close contact with each other, the injection flow path 23 and the adhesive flow path 26 are communicated.
[0040] When front casing part 28 and rear casing part 29 are screwed together with opening sealing part 24, nozzle part 21, and nozzle body 25 enclosed therein, injection nozzle 12 is assembled as a whole. On the other hand, when front casing part 28 and rear casing part 29 are unscrewed from each other from this state, front casing part 28 and rear casing part 29 are separated, and opening sealing part 24, nozzle part 21, and nozzle body 25 can be disassembled.
[0041] Here, a method of using the injection nozzle 12 will be described with reference to Figures 4 and 5. As described above, in the pinning method, taking into consideration the hardening time (about 2 hours) of the adhesive R, the injector body 11 is periodically refilled with adhesive R, and the injector body 11 and the injection nozzle 12 are periodically cleaned (preparatory work). This preparatory work is carried out approximately one hour (45 minutes in summer) before the adhesive R starts to harden, and also when work for the day is finished.
[0042] As described above, in the method of using injection nozzle 12 of this embodiment, cleaning is avoided as much as possible. Specifically, in the periodic preparation work, first, front casing part 28 and rear casing part 29 are separated, and opening sealing part 24, nozzle part 21, and nozzle body 25 are in a disassembled state. Here, nozzle body 25 is replaced with a new one as a disposable part, and the outside and inside of nozzle part 21 are cleaned.
[0043] Although adhesive R remains in adhesive flow path 26 of disassembled nozzle body 29, the only parts on the tip side where adhesive R is attached are stop ring 32 and the end of main body joint 42. Therefore, nozzle body 29 can be simply replaced without requiring any accompanying work such as wiping.
[0044] Furthermore, in the disassembled nozzle portion 21, the adhesive R remaining in the injection flow path 23 is pushed out with a push rod, and the adhesive R adhering to the surface is wiped off with a rag. Similarly, the adhesive R adhering to the opening sealing portion 24 is also wiped off. Although the adhesive R remains as a film on the wiped off portion, the function of the part is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick. Similarly, in the opening sealing portion 24, if the adhesive R adhering to the opening sealing portion 24 is wiped off, although the adhesive R remains as a film, the function is not impaired until the film thickness becomes thick.
[0045] On the other hand, when work for the day is finished, the opening sealing portion 24, the nozzle portion 21 and the nozzle body 25 are disassembled, and in this case, not only the nozzle body 25 but also the nozzle portion 21 and the opening sealing portion 24 are replaced with new ones as disposable parts. In this way, the preparatory work does not require any cleaning work, including the treatment of solvents, and the work time for the preparatory work can be shortened significantly. In addition, the worker does not have to touch the adhesive R, and the toxicity of the adhesive R can be avoided.
[0046] [Second embodiment] Next, an injection nozzle 12A according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6. As shown in the figure, injection nozzle 12A includes a first nozzle part 61 having a first nozzle opening 62 facing the inner part of pilot hole 8 and a first injection flow path 63 inside that communicates with first nozzle opening 62, a second nozzle part 64 having a second nozzle opening 65 facing the vicinity of opening 8a of pilot hole 8 and having a second injection flow path 66 between first nozzle part 61 and second nozzle opening 65, and an opening sealing part 67 attached to second nozzle part 64 and sealing opening 8a.
[0047] The injection nozzle 12A also includes a nozzle body 25A that supports the first nozzle portion 61 in a slidable manner and has an adhesive flow path 26A therein that connects the first injection flow path 63 and the second injection flow path 66 to the injector main body 11, and a casing portion 27A that covers the nozzle body 25A and is composed of a front casing portion 28A on the first nozzle portion 61 side and a rear casing portion 29A on the injector main body 11 side, which are assembled so as to be disassembled from each other.
[0048] Like the nozzle section 21, the first nozzle section 61 is formed of a small-diameter metal pipe made of stainless steel, steel, or the like. In this case as well, a first nozzle opening 62 cut at an angle is formed at the tip of the first nozzle section 61, and a first injection flow path 63 is formed inside. A restriction section 31 that opens out like a funnel is formed at the base end of the first nozzle section 61. In the injection nozzle 12A of the second embodiment, the first nozzle section 61 is held in the nozzle body 25A so as to be movable forward and backward (slidable) in the axial direction (details will be described later).
[0049] The second nozzle part 64 is formed of a thin-diameter metal pipe such as stainless steel or steel, which is slightly larger in diameter than the first nozzle part 61, and is fixed to the opening sealing part 24A while penetrating it in the axial direction. The opening sealing part 24A protrudes slightly from the tip side of the second nozzle part 64, and a ring-shaped second nozzle port 65 is formed at the tip. A cylindrical second injection flow path 66 of the second nozzle part 64 is formed between the second nozzle part 64 and the first nozzle part 61, which coaxially penetrates the second nozzle part 64.
[0050] , As described above, the first injection flow path 63 and the second injection flow path 66 are connected to the adhesive flow path 26A of the nozzle body 25A. The adhesive that flows into the adhesive flow path 26A from the injector main body 11 is injected from the back of the pilot hole 8 via the first injection flow path 63, and is injected from the front of the pilot hole 8 (near the opening 8a) via the second injection flow path 66. As a result, the adhesive R is filled into the first raised portion 6a, the second raised portion 6b, and the third raised portion 6c.
[0051] The opening sealing portion 24A has the same configuration as the opening sealing portion 24 of the first embodiment, and is formed of a chemical-resistant elastic material such as fluororubber, as in the first embodiment. That is, the opening sealing portion 24A has a sealing portion main body 34 consisting of a tapered portion 36 and a straight portion 37, and a receiving fitting portion 35 into which the tip side of the nozzle body 25A fits. The front casing portion 28A covering the straight portion 37 and the receiving fitting portion 35 is hooked onto the annular step portion 38.
[0052] The nozzle body 25A, like the nozzle body 25 of the first embodiment, has a body main body 41, a body joint 42, and a casing penetration part 43, and is integrally formed from a disposable material such as resin. In this case, the casing penetration part 43 is also formed to have an elliptical cross section with the major axis being the diameter of the body main body 41 and the minor axis being the diameter of the body joint 42. A male thread 44 is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the body joint 42. An adhesive flow path 26A is formed at the axis center of the nozzle body 25A so as to penetrate it in the axial direction.
[0053] In this case, the adhesive flow path 26A has a front flow path section 26a formed in the main body 41 portion having a triangular (equilateral) cross section, and a rear flow path section 26b formed in the main body joint section 42 and the casing penetration section 43 portion having a circular cross section (see FIG. 6(b)). The first nozzle section 61 (the base end side thereof) is slidably supported by the front flow path section 26a having a triangular cross section.
[0054] Similar to the casing 27 of the first embodiment, the casing 27A is made up of a front casing 28A and a rear casing 29A which are assembled so as to be disassembled from each other, and is made of stainless steel, steel, etc. In this case as well, the front casing 28A has a front casing body 51 and a female threaded portion 52, and the rear casing 29A has a rear casing body 53, a male threaded portion 54, and a through hole portion 55.
[0055] Next, a method of using the injection nozzle 12A according to the second embodiment will be described. In this case as well, in the preliminary preparation work, first, the front casing part 28A and the rear casing part 29A are separated, and the integrated second nozzle part 64, the opening sealing part 24A, the first nozzle part 61, and the nozzle body 25A are disassembled. Then, the nozzle body 25A is replaced with a new one as a disposable part, and the exterior and interior of the first nozzle part 61 and the second nozzle part 64 are cleaned.
[0056] Although adhesive R remains in the adhesive flow path 26A of the nozzle body 25A, the adhesive R is only attached to the end of the main body joint portion 42. Therefore, the nozzle body 25A can be simply replaced, and no accompanying work such as wiping is required. In addition, the first nozzle part 61 and the second nozzle part 64 push out the adhesive R remaining in the first injection flow path 63 and the second injection flow path 66 with a push rod, respectively, and the adhesive R attached to the surface is wiped off with a rag. The adhesive R attached to the opening sealing part 24A is wiped off together with the second injection flow path 66.
[0057] On the other hand, when work for the day is finished, not only the nozzle body 25A but also the integrated second nozzle portion 64, the opening sealing portion 24A, and the first nozzle portion 61 are replaced with new ones as disposable parts. In this way, the preparatory work does not require any cleaning work, including the treatment of solvents, and the work time for the preparatory work can be shortened significantly. In addition, the worker does not have to touch the adhesive R, and the toxicity of the adhesive R can be avoided.
[0058] [Third embodiment] Next, an injection nozzle 12B according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7. As shown in the figure, injection nozzle 12B has a nozzle section 72 at the tip side, a nozzle body 73 connected to nozzle section 72, and a body joint section 74 connected to nozzle body 73 and joined to injector body 11, and is equipped with a master nozzle 71 having a supply flow path 75 for adhesive R penetrating therein in the axial direction, and a disposable unit 76 detachably attached to supply flow path 75 of master nozzle 71.
[0059] Prototype nozzle 71 is an integrated steel nozzle, which is a so-called commercially available nozzle for conventional construction. Supply flow passage 75 formed in prototype nozzle 71 has a small diameter in the front half on the nozzle portion 72 side and a large diameter in the rear half on the main body joint portion 74 side following the flow passage of injector main body 11. The boundary between the front half and the rear half of supply flow passage 75 is a step 75a.
[0060] The disposable unit 76 has a tip end protruding from the tip of the nozzle portion 72 and a base end protruding from the base end of the main body joint portion 74, and is internally formed with an alternative supply flow path 77 in place of the supply flow path 75. The external shape of the disposable unit 76, excluding these protruding portions, is formed to have a shape complementary to that of the supply flow path 75 (see FIG. 7(b)).
[0061] That is, the front half of the disposable unit 76 is formed in a shape complementary to the front half of the supply flow path 75 except for the portion protruding from the tip of the nozzle portion 72, and the rear half of the disposable unit 76 is formed in a shape complementary to the rear half of the supply flow path 75 except for the portion protruding from the base end of the main body joint portion 74. The substitute supply flow path 77 is formed in a straight shape with the same diameter in the front and rear half portions.
[0062] A flange 78 facing the flow path of the injector body 11 is formed at the base end of the disposable unit 76 protruding from the body joint 74. In this case, a gasket 79 is interposed between the flange 78 and the base end of the prototype nozzle 71 (body joint 74), and in this state, the injection nozzle 12B is screwed to the injector body 11. The disposable unit 76 is attached to the prototype nozzle 71 by inserting the disposable unit 76 from the rear of the prototype nozzle 71 until the rear half of the disposable unit 76 hits the step 75a of the supply flow path 75. The disposable unit 76 is removed from the prototype nozzle 71 by gripping the flange 78 and pulling the disposable unit 76 out of the prototype nozzle 71.
[0063] In this case, the method of using the injection nozzle 12B is to replace the disposable unit 76 with the adhesive R remaining in the substitute supply flow path 77 with a new one during preparation work or when the day's work is finished. At that time, the adhesive R adhering to the tip surface of the master nozzle 71 and the tip surface of the disposable unit 76 is wiped off with a rag when the disposable unit 76 is pulled out. In this way, it is possible to omit all cleaning work. [Explanation of symbols]
