Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a fastening device for a crossing, which fastens a crossing to a support that supports the crossing in a turnout equipped with a crossing. [Background technology]
[0002] For example, as a rail fastening device for fastening a rail to a support such as a sleeper, a rail fastening device is used which has a pair of lateral pressure receiving fittings fixed to the support, and a pressing portion which presses the rail placed on the upper surface of the floor plate between the pair of lateral pressure receiving fittings against the upper surface of the floor plate to fasten it.
[0003] JP 2020-16010 A (Patent Document 1) discloses a technology for a fastening device for a rail expansion joint, which comprises a pair of lateral pressure receiving fittings fixed by anchor bolts via an adjustment plate on a sleeper, a floor plate to which at least one of a support rail and a tongue rail is fixed which is placed on the adjustment plate between the lateral pressure receiving fittings via a track pad, and an elastic pressing means which elastically presses the floor plate onto the track pad. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-16010 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] On the other hand, as a crossing fastening device for fastening a crossing to a support, there has been an example of a device in which the crossing is pressed onto a tie plate to fasten it, but since the gap between the underside of the crossing and the top surface of the sleeper is narrow, these devices often do not have an elastic support structure.
[0006] We are considering making a conventional crossing fastening device with such a tie plate into an elastically supported structure by adopting a double elastic fastening method in which springs are installed above and below the crossing. We are also considering making a crossing fastening device, which has not previously been made into an elastically supported structure, into an elastically supported structure by using the technology described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, which is a fastening device having a pair of lateral pressure receiving fittings and a floor plate between the lateral pressure receiving fittings. In such a case, as mentioned above, the gap between the bottom surface of the crossing and the top surface of the sleeper is narrower at the location where the crossing is installed than at the location where the rails other than the crossing are installed, so if the tie plate or floor plate is thick, it is not possible to insert a track pad under the crossing, and it is not possible to make it into an elastically supported structure.
[0007] In addition, in a conventional fastening device for a crossing, when a spring member is placed on a washer member and the crossing is fastened by a pressing part elastically pressing the crossing against a tie plate via a track pad, it is desirable to form a groove or recess on the upper surface of the washer member in order to stably hold the spring member. However, when a gauge adjustment is performed to shift the position of the crossing in the width direction of the crossing by causing the washer member to move obliquely due to a gauge adjustment, the relative position of the spring member to the washer member in the width direction of the crossing in a plan view changes, and therefore, even if a groove is formed on the upper surface of the washer member, the spring member cannot be stably held on the washer member.
[0008] The present invention has been made to solve the problems of the prior art as described above, and has an object to provide a crossing fastening device that fastens a crossing to a support, which can easily provide an elastic support structure for the crossing fastening device by inserting a track pad under the crossing even when the gap between the underside of the crossing and the upper side of the support is narrow, and which can stably hold a spring member on a washer member even when a gauge adjustment is performed. [Means for solving the problem]

[0048] As described below, the pressing portion 13 includes a bolt (first bolt) 32 including a male thread portion (first male thread portion) 24 and a head portion (first head portion) 31, and the female thread portion (first female thread portion) 25 is a nut (first nut) 33, and the nut 33 is screwed into the male thread portion 24 with the head portion 31 engaged in the through hole 18. However, it is only necessary that the first thread portion, which is either the male thread portion 24 or the female thread portion 25, is screwed into the second thread portion, which is the other, and the female thread portion 25 may be formed in the through hole 18, and the male thread portion 24 may be screwed into the female thread portion 25 formed in the through hole 18.
[0049] In this specification, the length direction (direction DR3) of the crossing 8 means a direction between the direction along the track 2 and the direction along the track 3, and the angle between the length direction of the crossing 8 and the direction along the track 2 is half the angle between the direction along the track 2 and the direction along the track 3. In addition, the width direction (direction DR1) of the crossing 8 means a direction perpendicular to the length direction (direction DR3) of the crossing 8 in a horizontal plane.
[0050] Alternatively, the length direction (direction DR3) of the crossing 8 can mean a direction along the track 2, which is called the reference line. Even in this case, the width direction (direction DR1) of the crossing 8 means a direction perpendicular to the length direction (direction DR3) of the crossing 8 in the horizontal plane.
[0051] 15 and 16, the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example is different from the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment in that it has a tie plate 111 and a pressing portion 112. The tie plate 111 is fixed to the support 10 by, for example, a rail screw 113 and includes an upper surface 111a, and the crossing 8 is placed on the upper surface 111a via an adjustment plate 114. The tie plate 111 includes a mounting portion 115 and a protruding portion 116 disposed on one side (first side) in the direction DR1 from the mounting portion 115. The crossing 8 is placed on the upper surface of the mounting portion 115, the protruding portion 116 protrudes upward from the upper surface 111a, a through hole is formed in the mounting portion 115, and the pressing portion 112 includes a washer member 121, a male screw portion 122, and a female screw portion 123.
[0052] As described above, conventional fastening devices for crossings that fasten a crossing to a support include those in which the crossing is pressed onto a tie plate for fastening. However, because the gap between the underside of the crossing and the top surface of the sleeper is narrow, these devices often do not have an elastic support structure.
[0053] Also, in the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example, unlike the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment, the washer member 121 includes a lower surface portion 121a and a protruding portion PR91 formed by an edge portion PP91 on the side (first side) of the lower surface portion 121a opposite the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 protruding downward from the lower surface of the portion of the lower surface portion 121a other than the edge portion PP91. Also, the protruding portion 116 includes a side surface SS91 on the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1, and the washer member 121 includes a side surface SS92 on the side (first side) opposite the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1.
[0054] The side surface SS91 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1 in such a way that an end EP91 on the front side (second side) of the side surface SS91 in the direction DR3 is located closer to the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 than an end EP92 on the rear side (opposite the second side) of the side surface SS91 in the direction DR3. The side surface SS92 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1 in such a way that an end EP93 on the front side (second side) of the side surface SS92 in the direction DR3 is located closer to the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 than an end EP94 on the rear side (opposite the second side) of the side surface SS92 in the direction DR3.
[0055] In the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example, for example, the side surface SS91 is inclined with respect to the plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1 as described above, so that gauge adjustment can be performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8.
[0056] Consider making the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example into an elastic support structure by adopting a double elastic fastening method in which the crossing is supported by springs installed above and below the crossing. In such a case, the distance between the rail underside and the sleeper top surface is narrower at the location where the crossing is installed than at the location where the rail other than the crossing is installed. However, in the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example, the thickness of the tie plate is thick for reasons such as ensuring the rigidity of the tie plate extending from one side to the opposite side in the width direction of the crossing. Therefore, it is not possible to insert a track pad between the crossing 8 and the adjustment plate 114, i.e., under the crossing 8, and it is not possible to make the crossing into an elastic support structure, and it is not possible to suppress damage to the crossing.
[0057] In the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example, when the crossing 8 is fastened by elastically pressing the pressing part 112 against the upper surface 111a of the tie plate 111 via the track pad with the spring member arranged on the washer member 121, it is desirable to form a groove or a recess on the upper surface of the washer member 121 in order to stably hold the spring member. However, when a gauge adjustment is performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8 because, for example, the side surface SS91 is inclined with respect to the plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1, the washer member 121 moves obliquely due to the gauge adjustment. When the washer member 121 moves obliquely, even if a groove or a recess is formed on the upper surface of the washer member 121, the relative position of the washer member 121 to the spring member in the width direction of the crossing 8 in a plan view changes, and so the spring member cannot be stably held on the washer member 121 even if a groove is formed on the upper surface of the washer member 121.
[0058] Here, the above-mentioned Patent Document 1 discloses a technology for a rail expansion joint fastening device, which comprises a pair of lateral pressure receiving fittings fixed on a sleeper by an anchor bolt via an adjustment plate, a bed plate to which at least one of a support rail and a tongue rail is fixed, which is placed on the adjustment plate between the lateral pressure receiving fittings via a track pad, and an elastic pressing means for elastically pressing the bed plate onto the track pad. According to the technology described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, in a place where a normal rail is installed, an expansion joint fastening device that has not previously had an elastic support structure can be made to have an elastic support structure, and an existing expansion joint fastening device can be easily replaced with an expansion joint fastening device with an elastic support structure.
[0059] However, in places where crossings are installed, the distance between the bottom surface of the crossing and the top surface of the sleeper is narrower than in places where rails other than the crossings are installed. Therefore, fastening devices with a double bed structure cannot be used in places where crossings are installed. In other words, the technology described in the above Patent Document 1 cannot be applied to fastening devices for crossings, which are fastening devices that cannot be made into a double bed structure due to the space constraints from the bottom surface of the rail to the top surface of the sleeper.
[0060] Meanwhile, unlike the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example and the technology described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment has a base plate part 11 on which the crossing 8 is placed via a track pad 15, a lateral pressure receiving part 12 fixed to the support body 10 via the base plate part 11, and a pressing part 13 that presses the crossing 8 against the base plate part 11 via the track pad 15 to fasten it. The pressing part 13 includes a washer member 21 for pressing the crossing 8, a spring member 22 arranged on the washer member 21, and a spring receiving member 23 arranged between the washer member 21 and the spring member 22 and receiving the spring member 22.
[0061] In such a case, the floor plate portion 11 does not need to be as rigid as a tie plate extending from one side to the opposite side in the width direction of the crossing 8, so the thickness of the floor plate portion 11 can be made thinner than the thickness of the tie plate 111 in the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example, and thinner than the thickness of the floor plate in the technology described in the above Patent Document 1. Therefore, according to the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment, compared with the crossing fastening device 109 of the comparative example and the technology described in the above Patent Document 1, even in a location where a crossing is installed, for example, where the distance between the bottom surface of the rail and the top surface of the sleeper is narrow, a track pad 15 can be inserted between the crossing 8 and the floor plate portion 11, and an elastic support structure can be easily formed.
[0062] In addition, since the spring receiving member 23 is disposed between the washer member 21 and the spring member 22, even when the crossing 8 is elastically pressed against the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11 via the track pad 15 by the pressing portion 13 to fasten the crossing 8 with the spring member 22 disposed on the washer member 21, a groove or recess can be formed on the upper surface of the spring receiving member 23, not on the upper surface of the washer member 21, in order to stably dispose the washer member 21. Therefore, even if a groove or recess is formed on the upper surface of the spring receiving member 23, in a case where a gauge adjustment is performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8 because the side surface SS1 described later is inclined with respect to the plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1, and the washer member 21 moves obliquely due to the gauge adjustment, the relative position of the spring member 22 to the spring receiving member 23 in the width direction of the crossing 8 in a plan view does not change, so that the spring member 22 can be stably held on the washer member 21 via the spring receiving member 23.
[0063] As mentioned above, the technology described in the above Patent Document 1 is a technology that makes the fastening device for expansion joints, which did not have an elastic support structure, elastically support structure and can be directly replaced at the installation location of the existing fastening device, but it cannot be applied to fastening devices that cannot be made into a double deck structure due to the space constraints from the bottom surface of the rail to the top surface of the sleeper. Also, if there is not enough space from the bottom surface of the rail to the top surface of the sleeper, it is not easy to make the fastening device for crossing 109 of the comparative example into an elastic support structure.
[0064] On the other hand, since the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment has the sole plate portion 11 and the spring receiving member 23, even at a location where a crossing is installed, for example, where the gap between the bottom surface of the rail and the top surface of the sleeper is narrow, that is, even when the gap between the bottom surface of the crossing and the top surface of the support is narrow, a track pad can be inserted under the crossing to easily provide an elastic support structure for the crossing fastening device, and the spring member can be stably held on the washer member even when performing gauge adjustment. Also, by adopting an elastic support structure for the crossing fastening device, the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment reduces the burden on the vehicles and track and suppresses damage to the crossing.
[0065] Preferably, the spring receiving member 23 includes a main body portion (first main body portion) 23a and a recessed portion (first recessed portion) 23b. The main body portion 23a includes an upper surface (second upper surface) 23c, and is formed with a through hole (fourth through hole) 28. The recessed portion 23b is formed on the upper surface 23c of the main body portion 23a, and engages with the spring member 22. With the spring member 22 engaged with the recessed portion 23b, the first screw portion screws into the second screw portion.
[0066] In such a case, as mentioned above, even if the washer member 21 moves diagonally due to the gauge adjustment, the relative position of the spring receiving member 23 to the spring member 22 in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8) when viewed in a plan view does not change, so a groove or recess can be easily formed on the upper surface of the spring receiving member 23, and the spring member 22 can be more stably held on the washer member 21.
[0067] Preferably, the through hole portion 17 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 includes an upper surface (third upper surface) 17a. The lateral pressure receiving portion 12 includes a protruding portion (first protruding portion) 34. The protruding portion 34 is disposed on the opposite side (first side) of the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 from the through hole portion 17, and protrudes upward from the upper surface 17a of the through hole portion 17. The protruding portion 34 includes a side surface (first side surface) SS1 on the crossing 8 side (opposite side to the first side) in the direction DR1. The washer member 21 includes a side surface (second side surface) SS2 on the opposite side (first side) from the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1. Note that a through hole 16a for the rail screw 16 is formed on the opposite side of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 from the through hole portion 17 across the protruding portion 34.
[0068] Side SS1 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to direction DR1 so that a front (second side) end (first end, edge) EP1 of side SS1 in direction DR3 (third direction), which is the longitudinal direction of crossing 8, is located closer to the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) than a rear (opposite the second side) end (second end, edge) EP2 of side SS1 in direction DR3.
[0069] In addition, side SS2 is inclined with respect to plane PL1 so that an end (third end, edge) EP3 on the front side (second side) of side SS2 in direction DR3 is located closer to the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in direction DR1 than an end (fourth end, edge) EP4 on the rear side (opposite the second side) of side SS2 in direction DR3.
[0070] The pressing portion 13 is arranged such that the side surface SS2 of the washer member 21 contacts the side surface SS1 of the protrusion 34, the washer member 21 spans the portion of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 between the protrusion 34 and the crossing 8, the through holes 18, 26, 27 and 28 overlap each other in a planar view, and the male threaded portion 24 is arranged in the through holes 18, 26, 27 and 28, and the first threaded portion screws into the second threaded portion, thereby elastically pressing the crossing 8 against the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11 to fasten it.
[0071] In such a case, the position of the washer member 21 in the direction DR3 (the length direction of the crossing 8) is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 so that the side surface SS2 contacts the side surface SS1. Therefore, by moving the washer member 21 obliquely in a plan view, a gauge adjustment can be performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8.
[0072] Furthermore, because the side surface SS1 is inclined with respect to the plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1, when a gauge adjustment is performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8, the washer member 21 moves obliquely due to the gauge adjustment. As described above, when the washer member 21 moves obliquely, even if a groove or recess is formed in the upper surface of the washer member 21, the relative position of the washer member 21 to the spring member 22 in the width direction of the crossing 8 in a plan view changes, and the spring member 22 cannot be stably held on the washer member 21.
[0073] Therefore, since the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment has the spring receiving member 23, when the washer member 21 moves diagonally due to gauge adjustment, by forming a groove or recess in the upper surface of the spring receiving member 23, the relative position of the spring member 22 to the spring receiving member 23 in the width direction of the crossing 8 in a planar view does not change, so the effect of the spring member 22 being able to be stably held on the washer member 21 via the spring receiving member 23 becomes more pronounced.
[0074] That is, according to the crossing fastening device 9 of the present embodiment, the crossing fastening device can be easily made into an elastic support structure, and the gauge can be easily adjusted.
[0075] Preferably, the washer member 21 includes a lower surface portion (first lower surface portion) 21a and a notch portion (first notch portion) 21b. The notch portion 21b is formed in an edge portion (first edge portion) PP1 on the crossing 8 side (opposite side to the first side) of the lower surface portion 21a in the direction DR1, extends in the direction DR3, and engages with an edge portion (second edge portion) PP2 on the opposite side (first side) to the center side of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 of the bottom portion 8b of the crossing 8. The position of the washer member 21 in the direction DR3 is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 so that the notch portion 21b engages with the edge portion PP2 and the side surface SS2 contacts the side surface SS1.
[0076] In such a case, a gauge adjustment can be easily made to shift the position of the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8) while the positional deviation of the edge PP1 on the crossing 8 side of the washer member 21 toward the crossing 8 side (the side opposite the first side) in direction DR1 is restricted by the edge PP2 of the bottom 8b of the crossing 8.
[0077] Preferably, the washer member 21 includes an upper surface portion (first upper surface portion) 21c. The spring receiving member 23 is disposed on the opposite side (first side) of the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 from the main body portion 23a, and includes a protruding portion (second protruding portion) 23d protruding downward from the lower surface of the main body portion 23a. An edge portion (third edge portion) PP3 of the upper surface portion 21c included in the washer member 21 on the opposite side (first side) of the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 engages with a step portion (first step portion) 23e formed by the lower surface of the main body portion 23a and the protruding portion 23d.
[0078] In such a case, the spring receiving member 23 is provided with a protrusion that catches on the washer member 21, and the stepped portion 23e has a rotation prevention function that prevents the spring receiving member 23 from rotating around the male thread portion 24. Therefore, the spring member 22 can be held on the washer member 21 more stably.
[0079] Preferably, the width (first width) WD1 in direction DR1 of the end (fifth end, edge) EP5 of the protrusion 23d on the front side (second side) in direction DR3 is larger than the width (second width) WD2 in direction DR3 of the end (sixth end, edge) EP6 of the protrusion 23d on the rear side (opposite the second side) in direction DR3.
[0080] In this case, even if the spring receiving member 23 has a rectangular shape, i.e., a rectangular shape, in a plan view, the protruding portion 23d can have a trapezoidal shape in a plan view, and the end of the front side (second side) of the step portion 23e in the direction DR3 can be located closer to the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 than the end of the rear side (opposite the second side) of the step portion 23e in the direction DR3. Therefore, even if the washer member 21 moves obliquely due to the gauge adjustment, the edge portion PP3 of the upper surface portion 21c of the washer member 21 can easily engage with the step portion 23e of the spring receiving member 23. Note that, in order for the edge portion PP3 to more easily engage with the step portion 23e, it is preferable that the width of the protruding portion 23d in the direction DR1 is larger on the rear side (opposite the second side) of the protruding portion 23d in the direction DR3.
[0081] Preferably, the base plate portion 11 includes a restricting portion (first restricting portion) 11c, a restricting portion (second restricting portion) 11d, and a restricting portion (third restricting portion) 11e. The restricting portion 11c is adjacent to an end portion (11th end portion, edge portion) EP11 on the opposite side (first side) of the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12, and restricts the positional deviation of the end portion EP11 to the opposite side (first side) of the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1. The restricting portion 11c is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11. The base plate portion 11 is formed with a through hole 16b for the rail screw nail 16.
[0082] The restricting portion 11d is adjacent to a corner (first corner) CP1 on the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 in the direction DR1 and on the front side (second side) in the direction DR3, and a corner (second corner) CP2 on the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 side (first side) in the direction DR1 of the track pad 15 and on the front side (second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the corners CP1 and CP2 to the front side (second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11d is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11.
[0083] The restricting portion 11e is adjacent to a corner (third corner) CP3 on the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 in the direction DR1 and on the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3, and a corner (fourth corner) CP4 on the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 side (first side) of the track pad 15 in the direction DR1 and on the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the corner CP3 and the corner CP4 to the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11e is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11.
[0084] In such a case, the track pad 15 and the lateral pressure receiving part 12 can be automatically installed in the correct position by fitting them to the three protrusions consisting of the restricting parts 11c, 11d, and 11e. In addition, the base plate part 11 has a slip-out prevention function that prevents the track pad 15 from slipping out from between the upper surface 11a of the base plate part 11 and the crossing 8.
[0085] Preferably, the floor plate portion 11 includes a restricting portion (fourth restricting portion) 11f and a restricting portion (fifth restricting portion) 11g. The restricting portion 11f is located in the center of the track pad 15 in the direction DR1 and adjacent to an edge portion (sixth edge portion) PP6 on the front side (second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the edge portion PP6 to the front side (second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11f is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11.
[0086] The restricting portion 11g is located at the center of the track pad 15 in the direction DR1, adjacent to the edge (seventh edge) PP7 on the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the edge PP7 to the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11g is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11.
[0087] In such a case, the restricting portions 11f and 11g clamp the center of the track pad 15 in the direction DR1 from both the front and rear sides, so that even if the ratio of the width WD of the mounting portion 11b in the direction DR1 to the length LN of the mounting portion 11b in the direction DR3 is large, the slip-out prevention function of the floor plate portion 11, which prevents the track pad 15 from slipping out from between the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11 and the crossing 8, can be further enhanced.
[0088] Preferably, the washer member 21 includes a lower surface portion (third lower surface portion) 21d and a protruding portion (third protruding portion) 21e. The protruding portion 21e is formed by protruding an edge portion (eighth edge portion) PP8 on the side (first side) opposite to the crossing 8 side of the lower surface portion 21d in the direction DR1 downward from the lower surface of the portion of the lower surface portion 21d other than the edge portion PP8. The washer member 21 is disposed on the upper surface 17a of the through-hole portion 17 via an adjustment plate 35 that adjusts the gap between the upper surface 17a and the washer member 21. The protruding portion 21e contacts the adjustment plate 35. The portion of the lower surface portion 21d other than the edge portion PP8 is separated from the adjustment plate 35. The adjustment plate 35 has a through hole 35a for the male thread portion 24, i.e., for the bolt 32. The width in the direction DR1 of the front side (second side) of the adjusting plate 35 in the direction DR3 is smaller than the width in the direction DR1 of the end of the rear side (opposite the second side) of the adjusting plate 35 in the direction DR3.
[0089] In such a case, the thickness of the adjustment plate 35 can be reduced by the height of the protrusion 21e that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the portion of the lower surface portion 21d other than the edge portion PP8. In addition, the cutout portion 21b engages with the edge portion (second edge portion) PP2, and the protrusion (third protrusion) 21e comes into contact with the adjustment plate 35, so that the spring member 22 can be stably held on the lateral pressure receiving portion 12.
[0090] Preferably, as described above, the pressing portion 13 includes a bolt (first bolt) 32 including a male thread portion (first male thread portion) 24 and a head portion (first head portion) 31, and the female thread portion (first female thread portion) 25 is a nut (first nut) 33. The first thread portion described above is the nut 33, and the second thread portion described above is the male thread portion 24. The nut 33 is screwed onto the male thread portion 24 included in the bolt 32 in a state in which the through hole 18, the through hole 26, the through hole 27, and the through hole 28 overlap each other in a plan view, the male thread portion 24 is inserted through the through hole 26, the through hole 27, and the through hole 28, and the head portion 31 is engaged with the through hole 18.
[0091] In addition, when viewed in a plane, the through holes 18, 26, 27 and 28 overlap each other, the male threaded portion 24 is inserted into the through holes 26, 27 and 28, and the head 31 is engaged with the through hole 18, and the nut 33 is screwed into the male threaded portion 24 included in the bolt 32, thereby elastically pressing the crossing 8 against the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11 to fasten it.
[0092] In this case, since the bolt 32 and the nut 33 can be used as the pressing portion 13, the crossing 8 placed on the upper surface 11a of the mounting portion 11b can be easily pressed against the upper surface 11a of the mounting portion 11b to be fastened. As described above, it is sufficient that the first threaded portion, which is either the male threaded portion 24 or the female threaded portion 25, is screwed into the second threaded portion, which is the other, and the female threaded portion 25 may be formed in the through hole 18, and the male threaded portion 24 may be screwed into the female threaded portion 25 formed in the through hole 18.
[0093] Preferably, the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 is disposed on one side (first side) of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 on the floor plate portion 11. The crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment further has a lateral pressure receiving portion (second lateral pressure receiving portion) 42 and a pressing portion (second pressing portion) 43 (similar to the modified embodiment described later). The lateral pressure receiving portion 42 is disposed on the floor plate portion 11 on the opposite side (opposite side to the first side) of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 from the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 side, for example, by the rail screw 16, and receives a lateral pressure acting in the direction DR1 from the crossing 8. That is, the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 is disposed on the opposite side of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 across the crossing 8 in the direction DR1. The pressing portion 43 elastically presses the crossing 8 against the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11 via the track pad 15 to fasten the crossing 8. Further, the pressing portion 43 is disposed on the opposite side to the pressing portion 13 across the crossing 8 in the direction DR1.
[0094] Since the crossing fastening device 9 of this embodiment has a lateral pressure receiving portion 42 and a pressing portion 43 in addition to the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 and the pressing portion 13, the crossing 8 can be fastened from both sides in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8), so that the crossing 8 can be fastened reliably.
[0095] The lateral pressure receiving portion 42 includes a through hole portion (second through hole portion) 47. The through hole portion 47 is disposed on the opposite side to the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 side in the direction DR1 (opposite side to the first side) from the crossing 8, and has a through hole (fifth through hole) 48 penetrating in the direction DR2 (the same applies to modified examples of the embodiment described later).
[0096] The pressing portion 43 includes a washer member (second washer member, washer) 51, a spring member (second spring member) 52, a spring receiving member (second spring receiving member, spring receiving washer, spring receiving base) 53, a male thread portion (second male thread portion) 54, and a female thread portion (second female thread portion) 55. The washer member 51 has a through hole (sixth through hole) 56 penetrating in the direction DR2, and is for pressing the crossing 8. The spring member 52 is made of, for example, a leaf spring, has a through hole (seventh through hole) 57 penetrating in the direction DR2, is disposed on the washer member 51, and elastically deforms in the direction DR2. The spring receiving member 53 has a through hole (eighth through hole) 58 penetrating in the direction DR2, is disposed between the washer member 51 and the spring member 52, and receives the spring member 52 (the same applies to modified examples of the embodiment described later).
[0097] The male threaded portion 54 can be inserted into the through hole 48, the through hole 56, the through hole 57, and the through hole 58. The female threaded portion 55 can be screwed into the male threaded portion 54. With the through hole 48, the through hole 56, the through hole 57, and the through hole 58 overlapping each other in a plan view and the male threaded portion 54 being disposed in the through hole 48, the through hole 56, the through hole 57, and the through hole 58, a third threaded portion which is one of the male threaded portion 54 and the female threaded portion 55 is screwed into a fourth threaded portion which is the other (the same applies to modified examples of the embodiment described later).
[0098] Like the pressing portion 13, the pressing portion 43 includes a bolt 62 including a male threaded portion 54 and a head 61, and the female threaded portion 55 is a nut 63, and the nut 63 is screwed into the male threaded portion 54 with the head 61 engaged in the through hole 48. In addition, it is sufficient that either the male threaded portion 54 or the female threaded portion 55 is screwed into the other, and the female threaded portion 55 may be formed in the through hole 48, and the male threaded portion 54 may be screwed into the female threaded portion 55 formed in the through hole 48.
[0099] Preferably, the spring receiving member 53 includes a main body portion 53a and a recessed portion 53b. The main body portion 53a includes an upper surface 53c, and is formed with a through hole 58. The recessed portion 53b is formed on the upper surface 53c of the main body portion 53a, and engages with the spring member 52. With the spring member 52 engaged with the recessed portion 53b, one of the male threaded portion 54 and the female threaded portion 55 screws into the other.
[0100] In such a case, as mentioned above, even if the washer member 51 moves diagonally due to the gauge adjustment, the relative position of the spring support member 53 to the spring member 52 in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8) when viewed in a plan view does not change, so a groove or recess can be easily formed on the upper surface of the spring support member 53, and the spring member 52 can be more stably held on the washer member 51.
[0101] Preferably, the through hole portion 47 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 includes an upper surface (fourth upper surface) 47a. The lateral pressure receiving portion 42 includes a protruding portion (fourth protruding portion) 64. The protruding portion 64 is disposed on the opposite side of the crossing 8 side (opposite side to the first side) from the through hole portion 47 in the direction DR1, and protrudes upward from the upper surface 47a of the through hole portion 47. The protruding portion 64 includes a side surface (third side surface) SS3 on the crossing 8 side (first side) in the direction DR1. The washer member 51 includes a side surface (fourth side surface) SS4 on the opposite side of the crossing 8 side (opposite side to the first side) in the direction DR1 (similarly in the modified embodiment described later). Note that a through hole 16a for the rail screw 16 is formed on the opposite side of the through hole portion 47 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 across the protruding portion 64.
[0102] Side SS3 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to direction DR1 so that the front (second side) end (12th end, edge) EP12 of side SS3 in direction DR3 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) than the rear (opposite the second side) end (13th end, edge) EP13 of side SS3 in direction DR3.
[0103] In addition, side SS4 is inclined with respect to plane PL1 so that the front (second side) end (16th end, edge) EP16 of side SS4 in direction DR3 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) than the rear (opposite the second side) end (17th end, edge) EP17 of side SS4 in direction DR3.
[0104] The pressing portion 43 is positioned on the through hole portion 47 and the bottom 8b of the crossing 8 so that the side surface SS4 of the washer member 51 contacts the side surface SS3 of the protrusion 64, the washer member 51 spans the portion of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 between the protrusion 64 and the crossing 8, and the through hole 48, through hole 56, through hole 57 and through hole 58 overlap each other in a planar view, and the male threaded portion 54 is positioned in the through hole 48, through hole 56, through hole 57 and through hole 58, and the third threaded portion screws into the fourth threaded portion, thereby elastically pressing the crossing 8 against the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11 to fasten it (the same applies to the modified embodiments described below).
[0105] In such a case, the position in the direction DR1 of the washer member 51 of the pressing part 43 arranged on the opposite side of the crossing 8 to the washer member 21 of the pressing part 13 is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 so that the side surface SS4 comes into contact with the side surface SS3. In addition, in a plan view, the part of the floor plate part 11 between the side surface SS1 of the protruding part 34 of the lateral pressure receiving part 12 and the side surface SS3 of the protruding part 64 of the lateral pressure receiving part 42 can have a parallelogram shape. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 14, the washer member 21 and the washer member 51 move diagonally parallel to each other in a plan view, so that a gauge adjustment can be performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing).
[0106] That is, the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 is adjusted by the washer member 21 and the washer member 51 moving obliquely and parallel to each other in a plan view.
[0107] Preferably, the washer member 51 includes a lower surface portion 51a and a notch portion 51b. The notch portion 51b is formed on an edge portion PP11 on the crossing 8 side (first side) of the lower surface portion 51a in the direction DR1, extends in the direction DR3, and engages with an edge portion PP21 on the opposite side (opposite the first side) to the center side of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 of the bottom portion 8b of the crossing 8. The position of the washer member 51 in the direction DR3 is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 so that the notch portion 51b engages with the edge portion PP21 and the side surface SS4 contacts the side surface SS3.
[0108] In such a case, a gauge adjustment can be easily made to shift the position of the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8) while the positional deviation of the edge PP11 on the crossing 8 side of the washer member 51 toward the crossing 8 in direction DR1 is restricted by the edge PP21 of the bottom 8b of the crossing 8.
[0109] Preferably, the washer member 51 includes an upper surface portion 51c. The spring receiving member 53 is disposed on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 from the main body portion 53a and includes a protruding portion 53d that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the main body portion 53a. An edge portion PP31 of the upper surface portion 51c included in the washer member 51 on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 (opposite to the first side) engages with a step portion 53e formed by the lower surface of the main body portion 53a and the protruding portion 53d.
[0110] In such a case, the spring receiving member 53 is provided with a protrusion that is hooked onto the washer member 51, and the stepped portion 53e has a rotation prevention function that prevents the spring receiving member 53 from rotating around the male thread portion 54. Therefore, the spring member 52 can be held on the washer member 51 more stably.
[0111] Preferably, the width WD11 in the direction DR1 of the front (second side) end EP51 of the protrusion 53d in the direction DR3 is smaller than the width WD21 in the direction DR1 of the rear (opposite side to the second side) end EP61 of the protrusion 53d in the direction DR3.
[0112] In this case, even if the spring receiving member 53 has a rectangular shape, i.e., a rectangular shape, in a plan view, the protruding portion 53d can have a trapezoidal shape in a plan view, and the end of the front side (second side) of the step portion 53e in the direction DR3 can be located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 than the end of the rear side (opposite the second side) of the step portion 53e in the direction DR3. Therefore, even if the washer member 51 moves obliquely due to the gauge adjustment, the edge portion PP31 of the upper surface portion 51c of the washer member 51 can easily engage with the step portion 53e of the spring receiving member 53. Note that, in order for the edge portion PP31 to more easily engage with the step portion 53e, it is preferable that the width of the protruding portion 53d in the direction DR1 is larger on the rear side (opposite the second side) of the protruding portion 53d in the direction DR3.
[0113] Preferably, the floor plate portion 11 includes a restricting portion 11h, a restricting portion 11i, and a restricting portion 11j. The restricting portion 11h is adjacent to an end portion EP21 on the opposite side of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42, and restricts the positional deviation of the end portion EP21 to the opposite side of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1. The restricting portion 11h is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11.
[0114] The restricting portion 11i is adjacent to a corner CP5 on the crossing 8 side (first side) in the direction DR1 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 and on the front side (second side) in the direction DR3, and a corner (second corner) CP6 on the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 of the track pad 15 and on the front side (second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the corners CP5 and CP6 to the front side (second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11i is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the base plate portion 11.
[0115] The restricting portion 11j is adjacent to a corner CP7 on the crossing 8 side (first side) in the direction DR1 of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 and on the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3, and a corner CP8 on the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 side (opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 of the track pad 15 and on the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3, and restricts the positional deviation of the corners CP7 and CP8 to the rear side (opposite the second side) in the direction DR3. The restricting portion 11j is a protrusion (projection) protruding upward from the upper surface 11a of the floor plate portion 11.
[0116] In such a case, the track pad 15 and the lateral pressure receiving part 12 can be automatically installed in the correct position by fitting them to the three protrusions consisting of the restricting parts 11h, 11i, and 11j. In addition, the base plate part 11 has a slip-out prevention function that prevents the track pad 15 from slipping out from between the upper surface 11a of the base plate part 11 and the crossing 8.
[0117] Preferably, the washer member 51 includes a lower surface portion 51d and a protruding portion 51e. The protruding portion 51e is formed by protruding an edge portion PP81 on the side of the lower surface portion 51d opposite to the crossing 8 side (opposite to the first side) in the direction DR1 downward from the lower surface of the portion of the lower surface portion 51d other than the edge portion PP81. The washer member 51 is disposed on the upper surface 47a of the through-hole portion 47 via an adjustment plate 65 that adjusts the distance between the upper surface 47a and the washer member 51. The protruding portion 51e contacts the adjustment plate 65. The portion of the lower surface portion 51d other than the edge portion PP81 is separated from the adjustment plate 65. The adjustment plate 65 has a through hole 65a for the male thread portion 54, i.e., for the bolt 62. The width in the direction DR1 of the front side (second side) of the adjusting plate 65 in the direction DR3 is smaller than the width in the direction DR1 of the end of the rear side (opposite the second side) of the adjusting plate 65 in the direction DR3.
[0118] In such a case, the thickness of the adjustment plate 65 can be reduced by the height of the protrusion 51e that protrudes downward from the lower surface of the portion of the lower surface portion 51d other than the edge portion PP81. In addition, the cutout portion 51b engages with the edge portion PP21 and the protrusion 51e comes into contact with the adjustment plate 65, so that the spring member 52 can be stably held on the lateral pressure receiving portion 42.
[0119] <Modifications of the embodiment> Next, a modified version of the crossing fastening device of the embodiment will be described. In the crossing fastening device 9a of this modified version, the shapes of the side surfaces SS1 and SS2 are different from the shapes of the side surfaces SS1 and SS2 in the crossing fastening device of the embodiment.
[0120] Fig. 17 is a plan view showing a crossing fastening device according to a modified example of the embodiment. Fig. 18 is a cross-sectional view showing a crossing fastening device according to a modified example of the embodiment. Fig. 18 shows a cross section taken along line CC in Fig. 17.
[0121] Fig. 19 is a perspective view showing a lateral pressure receiving portion in a crossing fastening device of a modified embodiment. Fig. 19(a) shows an enlarged view of a portion arranged to the left of the crossing in Fig. 17, and Fig. 19(b) shows an enlarged view of a portion arranged to the right of the crossing in Fig. 17. Fig. 20 is a plan view showing a state where height adjustment has been performed using a crossing fastening device of a modified embodiment.
[0122] In the crossing fastening device 9a of this modification, the portions other than the side surface SS1 of the protrusion 34, the side surface SS2 of the washer member 21, the side surface SS3 of the protrusion 64, and the side surface SS4 of the washer member 51 can be made similar to the portions other than the side surface SS1 of the protrusion 34, the side surface SS2 of the washer member 21, the side surface SS3 of the protrusion 64, and the side surface SS4 of the washer member 51 in the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment. That is, the crossing fastening device 9a of this modification also has a lateral pressure receiving portion (first lateral pressure receiving portion) 12 and a pressing portion (first pressing portion) 13, similar to the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment. The lateral pressure receiving portion 12 is disposed on one side (first side) in the direction DR1 from the crossing 8 on the base plate portion 11.
[0123] On the other hand, in the crossing fastening device 9a of this modified example, unlike the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment, the side SS1 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to the direction DR1 so that the front (second side) end (first end, edge) EP1 in the direction DR3 of the side SS1 is located closer to the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 (opposite the first side) than the rear (opposite the second side) end (second end, edge) EP2 in the direction DR3 of the side SS1, and the upper end (seventh end, edge) EP7 of the side SS1 in the direction DR2 is located closer to the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 (first side) than the lower end (eighth end, edge) EP8 of the side SS1 in the direction DR2.
[0124] In addition, side SS2 is inclined with respect to plane PL1 so that the front (second side) end (third end, edge) EP3 of side SS2 in direction DR3 is located closer to the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) than the rear (opposite the second side) end (fourth end, edge) EP4 of side SS2 in direction DR3, and the upper end (ninth end, edge) EP9 of side SS2 in direction DR2 is located closer to the crossing 8 in direction DR1 (first side) than the lower end (tenth end, edge) EP10 of side SS2 in direction DR2.
[0125] As a result, compared to the embodiment, the washer member 21 is more easily positioned on the through-hole portion 17 and the bottom portion 8b of the crossing 8 so as to straddle the portion of the lateral pressure receiving portion 12 between the protrusion 34 and the crossing 8.
[0126] Furthermore, without inserting an adjustment plate between the washer member 21 and the through hole portion 17, the position of the washer member 21 in the direction DR2 (vertical direction) is adjusted according to the position of the crossing in the direction DR1 and the direction DR2 so that the side surface SS2 contacts the side surface SS1. That is, the gauge adjustment can be performed by shifting the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8, and the elevation adjustment can be performed by shifting the position of the crossing 8 in the vertical direction. Therefore, according to the crossing fastening device 9a of this modification, in addition to the effects of the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment, it is not necessary to insert an adjustment plate under the washer member 21 included in the pressing portion 13 to perform the elevation adjustment, and the number of parts can be reduced. That is, with the crossing fastening device 9a of this modification, the gauge adjustment and the elevation adjustment can be performed simultaneously with fewer parts than with the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment.
[0127] Preferably, the washer member 21 includes a lower surface portion (second lower surface portion) 21a (see FIG. 4(a)) and a notch portion (second notch portion) 21b. The notch portion 21b is formed in an edge portion (fourth edge portion) PP4 on the crossing 8 side (opposite the first side) of the lower surface portion 21a in the direction DR1, extends in the direction DR3, and engages with an edge portion (fifth edge portion) PP5 on the opposite side (first side) to the center side of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 of the bottom portion 8b of the crossing 8. The position of the washer member 21 in the direction DR3 is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the directions DR1 and DR2 so that the notch portion 21b engages with the edge portion PP5 and the side surface SS2 contacts the side surface SS1.
[0128] In such a case, with the positional deviation of the edge PP4 on the crossing 8 side of the washer member 21 toward the crossing 8 side (the side opposite the first side) in the direction DR1 being restricted by the edge PP5 of the bottom 8b of the crossing 8, a gauge adjustment can be easily made by shifting the position of the crossing 8 in the width direction of the crossing 8, and a height adjustment can be easily made by shifting the position of the bottom 8b in the vertical direction.
[0129] Preferably, the width (third width) WD3 (see Figure 9(a)) of the cutout portion 21b in the direction DR1 is equal at any position in the direction DR3, and the depth (height) DP1 (see Figure 10(a)) of the cutout portion 21b in the direction DR2 is equal at any position in the direction DR3.
[0130] In this case, regardless of the position of the washer member 21 in the direction DR3, the position of the edge portion PP4 of the washer member 21 on the crossing 8 side in the direction DR1 becomes equal, and in a state in which the positional deviation of the edge portion PP4 of the washer member 21 on the crossing 8 side toward the crossing 8 side (the side opposite to the first side) in the direction DR1 is restricted by the edge portion PP5 of the bottom portion 8b of the crossing 8, the gauge adjustment for shifting the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing 8) can be made more easily, and the height adjustment for shifting the position of the crossing 8 in the vertical direction can be made more easily. Therefore, the height adjustment of the washer member 21 can be made easily without using an adjustment plate, and the gauge adjustment of the washer member 21 can be made easily.
[0131] Like the washer member 21, the washer member 51 may also include a lower surface portion 51a (see FIG. 10(b)) and a cutout portion 51b, and like the cutout portion 21b, the width of the cutout portion 51b in the direction DR1 may be the same at any position in the direction DR3, and the depth (height) of the cutout portion 51b in the direction DR2 may be the same at any position in the direction DR3. The shapes of the cutout portion 21b and the cutout portion 51b may be the same not only in this modified example but also in the embodiment.
[0132] Preferably, the crossing fastening device 9a of this modified example also has a lateral pressure receiving portion (second lateral pressure receiving portion) 42 and a pressing portion (second pressing portion) 43, similar to the crossing fastening device 9 of the embodiment. The lateral pressure receiving portion 42 includes a through hole portion 47, and the pressing portion 43 includes a washer member (second washer member, washer) 51, a spring member (second spring member) 52, a spring receiving member (second spring receiving member, spring receiving washer, spring receiving base) 53, a male thread portion (second male thread portion) 54, and a female thread portion (second female thread portion) 55. The lateral pressure receiving portion 42 includes a protruding portion (fourth protruding portion) 64.
[0133] The protrusion 64 includes a side surface (third side surface) SS3 on the crossing 8 side (first side) in the direction DR1. The washer member 51 includes a side surface (fourth side surface) SS4 on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side (opposite to the first side) in the direction DR1.
[0134] Side SS3 is inclined with respect to a plane PL1 perpendicular to direction DR1 so that a front (second side) end (12th end) EP12 of side SS3 in direction DR3 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) from a rear (opposite the second side) end (13th end, edge) EP13 of side SS3 in direction DR3, and an upper end (14th end, edge) EP14 of side SS3 in direction DR2 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) from a lower end (15th end, edge) EP15 of side SS3 in direction DR2.
[0135] In addition, side SS4 is inclined with respect to plane PL1 so that its front (second side) end (16th end, edge) EP16 in direction DR3 of side SS4 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) from its rear (opposite the second side) end (17th end, edge) EP17 in direction DR3 of side SS4, and its upper end (18th end, edge) EP18 in direction DR2 of side SS4 is located on the opposite side to the crossing 8 side in direction DR1 (opposite the first side) from its lower end (19th end, edge) EP19 in direction DR2 of side SS4.
[0136] In such a case, compared to the embodiment, the washer member 51 is more likely to be positioned on the through hole portion 47 and the bottom 8b of the crossing 8 so as to straddle the portion of the lateral pressure receiving portion 42 between the protrusion 64 and the crossing 8.
[0137] In addition, the position of the washer member 51 of the pressing part 43 arranged on the opposite side of the washer member 21 of the pressing part 13 across the crossing 8 in the directions DR1 and DR2 is adjusted according to the position of the crossing 8 in the directions DR1 and DR2 so that the side surface SS4 contacts the side surface SS3. In addition, in the plan view, the part of the floor plate part 11 between the side surface SS1 of the protruding part 34 of the lateral pressure receiving part 12 and the side surface SS3 of the protruding part 64 of the lateral pressure receiving part 42 can have a parallelogram shape. Therefore, as described using FIG. 14 in the embodiment, the washer member 21 and the washer member 51 move diagonally parallel to each other in the plan view, so that the gauge adjustment can be performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR1 (width direction of the crossing). In addition, as shown in FIG. 20, the washer member 21 and the washer member 51 move diagonally anti-parallel to each other in the plan view, so that the height adjustment can be performed to shift the position of the crossing 8 in the direction DR2 (up and down direction).
[0138] That is, the position of crossing 8 in direction DR1 is adjusted by washer member 21 and washer member 51 moving diagonally parallel to each other in a planar view, and the position of crossing 8 in direction DR2 is adjusted by washer member 21 and washer member 51 moving diagonally anti-parallel to each other in a planar view.
