[0007] Hereinafter, a sash A according to a first embodiment and a sash B according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same reference numerals in different drawings indicate parts having the same functions, and duplicated descriptions in each drawing will be omitted as appropriate.
[0008] [Configuration of sash A of the first embodiment] Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The sash A has an inner screen a and an outer screen b on the inner periphery of the sash frame 1, and is attached to an opening T1 in the main body T so as to separate the inside and outside of the room. As shown in FIG. 1, the sash A has an upper outer periphery side frame (outer periphery side frame) 20 attached to the outer periphery of an upper frame 10 of a sash frame 1. A lower outer periphery side frame (outer periphery side frame) 21 is attached to the outer periphery side of the bottom frame 11 of the sash frame 1. Sash A is a composite sash made up of a sash frame 1, inner screen a, and outer screen b, which are all made by combining metal profiles with resin profiles that provide insulation. By making it a composite sash, the insulation on the inside of the room is improved.
[0009] (Configuration of sash frame 1) Please refer to Figures 1 and 2. The sash frame 1 is a frame member facing the interior of the room, and is made up of an upper frame 10, a lower frame 11, a left vertical frame 12, and a right vertical frame 13. An inner sash a and an outer sash b are arranged on the inner circumference of the sash frame 1 so that they can slide freely from left to right (width direction). The upper frame 10, the lower frame 11, the left vertical frame 12, and the right vertical frame 13 are each screwed to the inner periphery of the body opening T1.
[0010] (Configuration of upper frame 10) Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 which is an enlarged view of a portion thereof. The upper frame 10 has an upper indoor-side shape member (indoor-side shape member) 100 on the indoor side and an upper outdoor-side shape member (outdoor-side shape member) 101 on the outdoor side. The upper interior shape member 100 and the upper exterior shape member 101 are connected by an upper resin bridge (resin bridge) 30 as shown in FIG. 3, and the connection by the upper resin bridge 30 forms the upper frame 10. A resin cover 1010 and a resin frame 1011 are attached to the inner periphery of the upper frame 10.
[0011] The upper interior profile 100 is fixed to the inner periphery of the body T by screwing. The upper interior side profile 100 is provided at its exterior end with a concave upper interior side engaging portion 100A with which a convex upper interior side engaged portion 300 (described later) of the upper resin bridge 30 engages. The upper exterior shape member 101 is provided at its end on the interior side with a concave upper exterior engaging portion 101A with which a convex upper exterior engaged portion 301 (described later) of the upper resin bridge 30 engages. The upper indoor engaging portion 100A and the upper indoor engaging portion 101A are formed in a generally trapezoidal shape with a narrow opening.
[0012] The upper interior side engaging portion 100A allows the upper interior side engaged portion 300 to be freely inserted, and after insertion, the upper resin bridge 30 can be fixed by crimping so as to narrow the opening portion. The upper exterior engaging portion 101A is capable of freely inserting the upper exterior engaged portion 301, and after insertion, the upper resin bridge 30 can be fixed by crimping the opening portion to narrow it.
[0013] (Configuration of upper resin bridge 30) Please refer to Figure 3. The upper resin bridge 30 connects the upper interior shape member 100 and the upper exterior shape member 101 . The upper resin bridge 30 ensures thermal insulation between the upper indoor-side shape member 100 and the upper outdoor-side shape member 101 (indoor-outdoor direction).
[0014] The upper resin bridge 30 has an upper indoor-side engaged portion 300 at its indoor end, and an upper outdoor-side engaged portion 301 at its outdoor-side end. The upper interior side engaged portion 300 is formed in an approximately trapezoidal shape that matches the shape of the upper interior side engaging portion 100A of the upper interior side profile 100, and the upper resin bridge 30 is held in place against the upper interior side engaging portion 100A by the uneven engagement between the approximately trapezoidal shapes. The upper exterior engaging portion 301 is formed in an approximately trapezoidal shape that matches the shape of the upper exterior engaging portion 101A of the upper exterior shape member 101, and the upper resin bridge 30 is held in place against the upper exterior engaging portion 101A by the uneven engagement between the approximately trapezoidal shapes.
[0015] (Configuration of the upper outer peripheral side frame 20) Please refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 which is an enlarged view of a portion thereof. The upper outer peripheral frame 20 has an upper body mounting piece 200 at its end facing the interior of the room. The upper outer periphery side frame 20 is placed on the outer periphery side of the upper exterior side profile 101 while being spaced apart from the upper interior side profile 100, and is engaged with and screwed in place by engagement portions d. Furthermore, after the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101, the upper body mounting piece 200 that faces the exterior side surface of the body T is screwed to the exterior side surface of the body T. In this way, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached across the upper exterior shape member 101 and the exterior surface of the body T. Such an upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101 at a distance from the upper interior shape member 100, making it difficult for cold and heat to be transmitted to the upper interior shape member 100.
[0016] Referring to FIG. 3, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 has a hollow portion 201 on the outdoor side. In the first embodiment, an upper surface portion 2020 extending toward the indoor side and an upper body mounting piece 200 rising upward from the indoor side end of the upper surface portion 2020 are provided on the upper side of the upper outer peripheral side frame 20. The indoor side of the indoor side wall portion 2010 of the hollow portion 201 is an upper space portion 202 formed by being surrounded by the indoor side wall portion 2010 and an upper surface portion 2020 . When the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101, the upper space portion 202 of the first embodiment swallows up a portion of the exterior side of the upper resin bridge 30 engaged with the upper exterior engagement portion 101A. The upper space portion 202 is formed so that when the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached, the upper surface portion 2020 faces the outdoor side upper surface 302 of the upper resin bridge 30, but is spaced apart from the outdoor side upper surface 302 of the upper resin bridge 30. In the conventional example, a jig is used to crimp the upper resin bridge 30, so that the area above the upper resin bridge 30 needs to be open so that the jig can be moved. In the first embodiment, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached after the upper resin bridge 30 is attached and crimped to connect. Therefore, consideration to move the jig is not necessary, and no inconvenience occurs even if the upper side of the upper exterior engagement part 101A of the upper resin bridge 30 is covered by the upper surface part 2020. It is sufficient that the upper surface part 2020 of the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 and the upper resin bridge 30 are disposed at a distance sufficient to ensure thermal insulation. Furthermore, when the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101, the upper resin bridge 30 and the upper exterior engagement portion 101A can be inserted into the upper space portion 202, so that the upper resin bridge 30 and the upper exterior engagement portion 101A do not become an obstacle during installation. In addition, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 can be attached by screwing it between both vertical frames while it is placed on the outer peripheral side of the upper exterior shape material 101, making the installation work easy. Furthermore, the upper outer periphery side frame 20 can ensure rigidity by the hollow portion 201 . Therefore, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 can be easily attached while ensuring rigidity.
[0017] (Configuration of lower frame 11) Please refer to Figure 1. The lower frame 11 has a lower indoor-side shape member (indoor-side shape member) 110 on the indoor side and a lower outdoor-side shape member (outdoor-side shape member) 111 on the outdoor side. The lower interior side shape member 110 and the lower exterior side shape member 111 are connected by a lower resin bridge (resin bridge) 31, and the connection by the lower resin bridge 31 forms the lower frame 11. The lower frame 11 is fixed to the body opening T1 via the lower outer peripheral side frame 21. A rail-to-rail cover 112 made of a resin shaped material and an interior cover 113 made of a resin shaped material are attached to the lower frame 11.
[0018] Please refer to Fig. 4, which is a partially enlarged view of Fig. 1. The lower interior side profile 110 is provided at the upper part of the exterior end with a concave lower interior side engaging portion 110A that clamps a convex lower interior side engaged portion 310 (described later) of the lower resin bridge 31. The lower exterior shape member 111 is provided at the upper part of the interior side end with a concave lower exterior engaging portion 111A that clamps a convex lower exterior engaged portion 311 (described later) of the lower resin bridge 31. The lower indoor side engagement portion 110A and the lower outdoor side engagement portion 111A are formed in a generally trapezoidal shape with a narrow opening portion.
[0019] The lower indoor side engaging portion 110A is freely insertable into the lower indoor side engaged portion 310, and is a portion that fixes the lower resin bridge 31 by crimping so as to narrow the opening portion after insertion. The lower exterior engaging portion 111A is a portion into which the lower exterior engaged portion 311 can be freely inserted, and which fixes the lower resin bridge 31 by crimping the opening portion to narrow it after insertion.
[0020] (Configuration of the lower resin bridge 31) Please refer to Figure 4. The lower resin bridge 31 connects the lower interior shape member 110 and the lower exterior shape member 111 . The lower resin bridge 31 ensures thermal insulation between the lower indoor-side shape member 110 and the lower outdoor-side shape member 111 (indoor-outdoor direction).
[0021] The lower resin bridge 31 has a lower indoor-side engaged portion 310 at its indoor-side end, and a lower outdoor-side engaged portion 311 at its outdoor-side end. The lower interior side engaged portion 310 is formed in an approximately trapezoidal shape that matches the shape of the lower interior side engaging portion 110A of the lower interior side profile 110, and the lower resin bridge 31 is held in place against the lower interior side engaging portion 110A by the uneven engagement and crimping between the approximately trapezoidal shapes. The lower exterior engaged portion 311 is formed in a substantially trapezoidal shape that matches the shape of the lower exterior engaging portion 111A of the lower exterior shape member 111. The lower resin bridge 31 is held in place by the lower exterior engaging portion 111A by the concave-convex engagement between the substantially trapezoidal shapes and by caulking.
[0022] (Configuration of the lower outer periphery side frame 21) Please refer to FIG. 4, which is an enlarged view of a portion of FIG. The lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is formed in an approximately crank shape and is attached from the outer peripheral side to the indoor side wall portion 1111 of the lower outdoor exterior shape member 111 and the outdoor exterior surface of the main body T so as to cover the lower part of the lower space portion 213. The lower outer circumferential frame 21 and the lower resin bridge 31 are separated by a lower space 213 . The lower outer peripheral side frame 21 has a lower body mounting piece 210 at its end on the indoor side and a corner abutment portion 211 at its end on the outdoor side, as well as a connecting plate portion 212 connecting the lower body mounting piece 210 and the corner abutment portion 211. The corner abutment portion 211 abuts the indoor side corner of the lower exterior shape member 111 and is screwed to the indoor side wall portion 1111 of the lower exterior shape member 111. The lower body mounting piece 210 is abutted against the exterior surface of the body T and screwed in place. In this way, the lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is attached so as to span the indoor side wall portion 1111 of the lower outdoor side profile 111 and the outdoor side surface of the main body T, so that it is fixed to the main body T as well as to the lower outdoor side profile 111.
[0023] This type of lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is attached in a spaced-apart relation to the lower indoor-side profile 110 so as to span the lower outdoor-side profile 111 and the outdoor-side surface of the body T, thereby making it difficult for cold and heat to be transmitted to the lower indoor-side profile 110. In addition, since the lower outer periphery side frame 21 is structured to be attached to the lower interior side profile 110 from the outer periphery side, the attachment work can be easily performed.
[0024] (Configuration of left vertical frame 12) Please refer to Figure 2 below. The left vertical frame 12 has a left body abutment piece 120 on its outer periphery that abuts against the exterior surface of the body T, and the left body abutment piece 120 is abutted against the exterior surface of the body T and screwed in place. Additionally, the outer peripheral surface of the left vertical frame 12 is screwed to the inner peripheral surface of the frame opening T1. The left body abutment piece 120 also functions to position the left vertical frame 12 when it is installed, and by abutting it against the exterior side surface of the body T, the left vertical frame 12 is installed in the correct position.
[0025] (Configuration of right vertical frame 13) The right vertical frame 13 has a right body abutment piece 130 on its outer periphery that abuts against the exterior surface of the body T, and is screwed in place with the right body abutment piece 130 abutting against the exterior surface of the body T. In addition, the outer peripheral surface of the right vertical frame 13 is screwed to the inner peripheral surface of the body opening T1. The right body abutment piece 130 also functions to position the right vertical frame 13 when it is installed, and by abutting it against the exterior side surface of the body T, the right vertical frame 13 is installed in the correct position.
[0026] (Manufacturing method of sash A of the first embodiment) Next, a manufacturing method for the sash A of the first embodiment will be described. Please refer to Figures 5(a) to (d) (upper frame side) and Figures 6(a) to (d) (lower frame side). First, a manufacturing method for the upper part (upper frame side) will be described with reference to Figs. 5(a) to (d).
[0027] First step (see Figure 5(a)): The upper interior side engaged portion 300 of the upper resin bridge 30 is inserted into the upper interior side engaging portion 100A of the upper interior side profile 100, and the upper interior side engaging portion 100A is crimped, thereby engaging the upper interior side engaged portion 300 with the upper interior side engaging portion 100A. The upper exterior engaging portion 301 of the upper resin bridge 30 is inserted into the upper exterior engaging portion 101A of the upper exterior shape material 101, and the upper exterior engaging portion 101A is crimped, so that the upper exterior engaging portion 301 engages with the upper exterior engaging portion 101A. This makes it possible to form the upper frame 10 in which the upper interior side profile 100 and the upper exterior side profile 101 are connected by the upper resin bridge 30.
[0028] Second step (see FIG. 5(b)): The upper outer periphery frame 20 is placed on the outer periphery of the upper exterior engagement portion 101A and attached. The positioning protrusions 23 of the upper outer periphery frame 20 abut against the exterior end of the upper exterior shape member 101, and the upper outer periphery frame 20 is positioned. At this time, the upper outer periphery side frame 20 has the upper exterior engagement portion 101A and the upper resin bridge 30 positioned within the upper space portion 202. This allows the upper outer periphery side frame 20 to be placed and attached without interfering with the upper exterior engagement portion 101A and the upper resin bridge 30 (see FIG. 5(c)).
[0029] Third step (see FIG. 5(c)): After the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is screwed to the upper exterior shape material 101, a resin cover 1010 and a resin frame 1011 made of a resin shape material are attached to the inner peripheral side of the upper frame 10.
[0030] By performing the first to third steps, the upper part (upper frame side) of the sash A can be formed as shown in FIG. 5(d).
[0031] Next, a manufacturing method for the lower part (lower frame side) will be described with reference to FIGS. 6(a) to (d).
[0032] Step 1 (see Figure 6(a)): The lower interior side engaged portion 310 of the lower resin bridge 31 is inserted into the lower interior side engaging portion 110A of the lower interior side profile 110, and the lower interior side engaging portion 110A is crimped, thereby connecting the lower interior side engaged portion 310 to the lower interior side engaging portion 110A. The lower exterior engaged portion 311 of the lower resin bridge 31 is inserted into the lower exterior engaging portion 111A of the lower exterior shape material 111, and the lower exterior engaging portion 111A is crimped, thereby connecting the lower exterior engaged portion 311 to the lower exterior engaging portion 111A. This allows the lower frame 11 to be formed in which the lower interior shape member 110 and the lower exterior shape member 111 are connected by the lower resin bridge 31.
[0033] Second step (see FIG. 6( b )): The lower outer periphery frame 21 is positioned so that the corner abutment portions 211 of the lower outer periphery frame 21 abut against the outer periphery of the lower exterior shape member 111 . At this time, the lower outer periphery side frame 21 is positioned so as to be separated from the lower exterior engagement portion 111A and the lower resin bridge 31 with the lower space portion 213 therebetween. As a result, the lower outer periphery side frame 21 does not interfere with the lower exterior engagement portion 111A and the lower resin bridge 31. In this process, the rail-to-rail cover 112 and the interior cover 113 are attached to the inner periphery of the lower frame 11.
[0034] Third step (see FIG. 6( c )): The arranged lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is attached to the lower exterior shape member 111 . The lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is fixed by screws with the corner abutment portion 211 abutting the indoor side of the lower exterior shape member 111.
[0035] By performing the first to third steps, the lower part (sill side) of the sash A can be formed as shown in FIG. 6(d). In addition to the manufacturing method shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the sash A can be manufactured by attaching a left vertical frame 12 and a right vertical frame 13. Since the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 having the upper body mounting piece 200 is attached after the frame is crimped, even if the frame has the upper body mounting piece 200 at a position overlapping the outer peripheral side of the upper resin bridge 30, the crimping position is not limited by the upper body mounting piece 200, so a wide resin bridge with high thermal insulation properties can be used. The upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the exterior side shape material and is structured to be spaced apart from the interior side shape material, so that cold and heat are not easily transmitted to the interior side shape material.
[0036] (Function and effect of sash A of the first embodiment) The sash A of the first embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration has an upper frame 10 consisting of two components, an upper interior shape member 100 and an upper exterior shape member 101, and the upper frame 10 is formed by connecting both shapes with an upper resin bridge 30. The sash A is structured so that after the upper frame 10 is constructed, the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 having the upper body mounting piece 200 is attached to the upper exterior side profile 101 in a state spaced apart from the upper interior side profile 100. Therefore, even if the sash A has an upper outer peripheral side frame 20 in a position where the upper body mounting piece 200 overlaps the outer periphery of the upper resin bridge 30, the crimping position is not limited by the upper body mounting piece 200, so a wide upper resin bridge 30 with high thermal insulation properties can be used. Furthermore, since the sash A is structured so that the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is attached to the upper exterior side profile 101 with the upper interior side profile 100 spaced apart, cold and heat are less likely to be transmitted to the upper interior side profile 100. Therefore, the sash A can have higher thermal insulation properties.
[0037] On the other hand, the bottom frame 11 of the sash A is made up of two components, a lower interior shape member 110 and a lower exterior shape member 111, and the bottom frame 11 is formed by connecting both shapes with a lower resin bridge 31. The sash A has a structure in which, after the lower frame 11 is constructed, a lower outer peripheral side frame 21 having a lower body mounting piece 210 is attached to the lower exterior shape member 111. Therefore, the sash A does not have anything that gets in the way of the installation work of the lower resin bridge 31, making the installation work of the lower resin bridge 31 easy to perform. Furthermore, since the sash A is structured so that the lower outer peripheral side frame 21 is attached to the lower exterior side profile 111 with the frame 21 spaced apart from the lower interior side profile 110, cold and heat are less likely to be transmitted to the lower interior side profile 110. Furthermore, in the sash A, the lower outer peripheral side frame 21 and the lower resin bridge 31 are separated by the lower space 213, so that a wide lower resin bridge 31 with high thermal insulation properties can be used. Therefore, the sash A can have higher thermal insulation properties.
[0038] The sash A is attached to the upper outer periphery side frame 20 by the upper space portion 202 without interfering with the upper resin bridge 30 of the upper outer periphery side frame 20 or the upper exterior engagement portion 101A. Furthermore, since the rigidity of the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 is ensured by the hollow portion 201 of the upper outer peripheral side frame 20, the necessary rigidity of the entire sash A can be ensured.
[0039] On the other hand, the lower frame 11 of the sash A has the lower outer periphery side frame 21 attached to the outer periphery side of the lower exterior shape member 111. Furthermore, since the lower outer periphery side frame 21 of the sash A is spaced apart from the lower resin bridge 31, the sash A can be attached without interfering with the lower resin bridge 31, the lower indoor side engaging portion 110A, and the lower outdoor side engaging portion 111A.
[0040] Therefore, the sash A of the first embodiment is easy to assemble and has the necessary rigidity.
[0041] (Configuration of sash B in the second embodiment) Please refer to Figure 7. Sash B is equipped with an upper outer peripheral side frame 40 (second embodiment) that has a different shape from the upper outer peripheral side frame 20 in sash A of the first embodiment, but the upper frame 10, inner sash a, outer sash b, etc. are the same.
[0042] (Configuration of the upper outer peripheral side frame 40) The upper outer periphery side frame 40 of the second embodiment has a body attachment piece 400 (second embodiment) at the end on the indoor side, similar to the upper outer periphery side frame 20 of the first embodiment. The upper outer periphery side frame 40 is placed on the outer periphery side of the upper exterior side profile 101 while being spaced apart from the upper interior side profile 100, and is engaged with and screwed in place by engagement portions d. Furthermore, the upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101. The assembled sash B is attached to the frame T by screwing the frame attachment piece 400 that faces the exterior surface of the frame T to the exterior surface of the frame T. The upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached across the upper exterior shape member 101 and the exterior surface of the body T. Such an upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101 at a distance from the upper interior shape member 100, making it difficult for cold and heat to be transmitted to the upper interior shape member 100.
[0043] The upper outer circumferential frame 40 has a hollow portion 401 . In the second embodiment, the portion of the upper outer circumferential frame 40 adjacent to the hollow portion 401 on the indoor side is shaped to envelop the upper resin bridge 30 . Therefore, the indoor side of hollow portion 401 of upper outer peripheral frame 40 is upper space portion 402 formed by being surrounded by indoor side wall portion 4010 and upper surface portion 4020 of hollow portion 401. Note that upper surface portion 4020 extends indoors from the upper portion of indoor side wall portion 4010 to frame mounting piece 400, and frame mounting piece 400 stands up from its indoor side end portion. In the second embodiment, when the upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached to the upper exterior shape member 101 , the upper space portion 402 is in a state in which the entire upper resin bridge 30 is inserted into the upper space portion 402 . In the second embodiment, the upper space portion 402 is formed so that when the upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached, the upper surface portion 4020 faces the outdoor side upper surface 302 of the upper resin bridge 30 and is spaced apart from the outdoor side upper surface 302 of the upper resin bridge 30. In the conventional example in which the upper exterior profile 101 and the upper outer peripheral side frame 40 are integrated, a space large enough to insert a crimping jig was required above the upper resin bridge 30. In the second embodiment, an upper resin bridge 30 is attached between the upper exterior profile 101 and the upper interior profile 100, and then the upper outer peripheral side frame 40 is attached after they are crimped to connect them, eliminating the need for a space large enough to insert a jig as in the conventional example. Moreover, in the second embodiment, there is no need to consider securing a space for inserting a jig or the like for crimping, and the degree of freedom in design is improved. Furthermore, the upper outer periphery side frame 40 can ensure rigidity by the hollow portion 401 . Therefore, the upper outer periphery side frame 40 can be easily attached while ensuring rigidity.
[0044] (Function and effect of sash B of second embodiment) The sash B of the second embodiment having the above-mentioned configuration provides the same effects as the sash A of the first embodiment described above.
[0045] The sash B of the second embodiment can be manufactured by the same method as the manufacturing method of the sash A of the first embodiment.
[0046] The above describes in detail the embodiments of sashes A and B according to the present invention with reference to the drawings.
