Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning sheet that not only has disinfecting properties against bacteria and mold and an inactivating effect on viruses, but also has excellent effects of preventing corrosion, cracking, and discoloration of an object to be wiped. [Background technology]

[0002] The so-called wet sheets (cleaning sheets) in which a nonwoven fabric is impregnated with an aqueous solution containing a disinfectant are simple, easy to use, and disposable, so that clean sheets can always be used, and therefore they are widely used not only for home use but also for environmental maintenance in food factories, kitchens, medical facilities, etc. In particular, medical facilities require high disinfecting and cleanability, and medical equipment and devices are frequently cleaned using cleaning sheets.

[0003] As an example of a conventional wet sheet, Patent Document 1 discloses an anti-virus sheet in which an aqueous liquid agent is supported on a fiber assembly, and the fiber composition of the fiber assembly and / or the composition of the aqueous liquid agent are adjusted so that the released liquid from the sheet derived from the aqueous liquid agent onto the surface to be wiped contains alkylbenzyldimethylammonium chloride and a water-soluble solvent (hereinafter, Prior Art 1). It has excellent virus inactivation effect and disinfecting properties.

[0004] Patent Document 2 discloses a disinfecting sheet (hereinafter, Prior Art 2) impregnated with an aqueous disinfectant containing a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant, an inorganic electrolyte and / or a citrate salt, and an alkaline agent, and having a pH of 8.1 or more and 12.0 or less. Prior Art 2 has good disinfecting properties against bacteria and mold, and also has virus removing properties against viruses that exhibit strong resistance, and is excellent in disinfecting and virus removing effects.

[0005] Patent Document 3 discloses a cleaning sheet (hereinafter, Prior Art 3) that contains a quaternary ammonium salt surfactant as component (A) and an isothiazolinone compound as component (B), the mass ratio of component (A) to component (B) being 1.0 or more and 100 or less in terms of the (A) / (B) value, the total of components (A) and (B) in the aqueous disinfectant being 0.1% by mass or more, and the pH of the aqueous disinfectant impregnated in the base sheet being 4.0 or more and 9.0 or less. Prior Art 3 has good disinfecting properties against bacteria and mold, is also considered in terms of virus inactivation effect, and is excellent in corrosion prevention properties for items to be wiped. [0006] [Patent Document 1] JP 2022-033630 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2018-027916 A [Patent Document 3] Patent No. 6961777 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, all conventional cleaning sheets have had problems. The virus-removing sheet of conventional technology 1 is suggested to have excellent virus-removing and germ-removing properties against enveloped viruses, but is less effective at inactivating non-enveloped viruses, which are considered to have stronger physical and chemical resistance than enveloped viruses. Meanwhile, the germ-removing sheet of conventional technology 2 has an alkaline pH range, so although it has an excellent virus-inactivating effect against enveloped and non-enveloped viruses, it does not provide sufficient corrosion protection for the object being wiped.

[0008] Conventional technology 3 has good disinfecting properties against bacteria and mold, and also takes into consideration the virus inactivation effects against enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. In addition, since the pH is in the neutral range, it has excellent corrosion prevention properties for the objects to be wiped. However, there is a risk that the resins used in medical devices, etc. may be affected by discoloration and cracking.

[0009] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems. That is, an object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning sheet impregnated with an aqueous disinfectant that is excellent in disinfecting properties, mold removing properties, and virus inactivating effects including non-enveloped viruses, as well as in preventing corrosion of objects to be wiped, such as metals and resins. [Means for solving the problem]

[0010] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors conducted extensive research and found that the problems can be solved by impregnating a base sheet with an aqueous disinfectant containing a quaternary ammonium salt as component (A) and an isothiazolinone compound as component (B) in specific ranges, and selecting an aqueous disinfectant such that the pH of the squeezed liquid squeezed out after impregnation into the base sheet is 4.0 or more and 9.5 or less, thereby completing the present invention.

[0011] That is, the present invention relates to a cleaning sheet comprising a base sheet impregnated with an aqueous disinfectant, the aqueous disinfectant comprising, as component (A), 0.01% by mass or more and less than 0.5% by mass of a quaternary ammonium salt, as component (B), 0.0001% by mass or more and less than 0.1% by mass of an isothiazolinone-based compound, as component (C), and water, in which component (A) includes an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salt (component (A-1)) and a dialkyldimethylammonium salt (component (A-2)), and the pH of the squeezed liquid squeezed out after impregnating the base sheet with the aqueous disinfectant is 4.0 or more and 9.5 or less. Effect of the Invention

[0012] The cleaning sheet of the present invention not only exhibits excellent disinfecting properties and virus inactivation effects, but also has excellent corrosion prevention properties for the objects being wiped, especially for resins with low resistance to chemicals, such as polyvinyl chloride, ABS, PET, PBT, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, polycarbonate, silicone, and Teflon (registered trademark). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0013] The cleaning sheet of the present invention is a cleaning sheet comprising a base sheet impregnated with an aqueous disinfectant. The aqueous disinfectant contains 0.01% by mass or more and less than 0.5% by mass of a quaternary ammonium salt as component (A), 0.0001% by mass or more and less than 0.1% by mass of an isothiazolinone compound as component (B), and water as component (C), and is prepared so that component (A) contains an alkyldimethylbenzylammonium salt (component (A-1)) and a dialkyldimethylammonium salt (component (A-2)).

[0014] The cleaning sheet of the present invention has excellent disinfecting and virus inactivating effects, and also has excellent corrosion prevention properties for objects to be wiped, particularly vinyl chloride, ABS, PET, PBT, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, polycarbonate, silicone, and Teflon. Therefore, the cleaning sheet of the present invention is effective not only for household use, but also for environmental maintenance in food factories, kitchens, and medical facilities, as well as for removing bacteria and taking measures against viruses, and even if the surface to be cleaned is metal such as brass, soft iron, aluminum, zinc nickel, aluminum, copper, stainless steel, or resin such as vinyl chloride, ABS, PET, PBT, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylic, polycarbonate, silicone, and Teflon, corrosion of the surface to be cleaned is effectively prevented, particularly for vinyl chloride, PET, PBT, and polycarbonate.

[0015] The cleaning sheet of the present invention will be described in detail below. In addition, some terms related to the effects of the present invention have the following meanings. The term "bactericidal property" and "mold removing property" refer to the ability to remove bacteria on the surface of an object to be cleaned when the cleaning sheet is used to clean the object, and the term "virus inactivation effect" refers to the ability to remove or inactivate viruses on the surface of the object to be cleaned. Furthermore, the term "cleaning property" refers to the ability to remove dirt when the cleaning sheet is used.

[0016] (Base sheet) The cleaning sheet of the present invention includes a base sheet. The cleaning sheet of the present invention may be a single-layer sheet substantially consisting of only the base sheet, or may be a laminated sheet of two or more layers consisting of the base sheet and any sheet laminated thereto. In addition, the cleaning sheet may be laminated with base sheets made of different materials.

[0017] The base sheet may be any sheet capable of adequately retaining the aqueous disinfectant impregnated therein.Specific examples of the base sheet include nonwoven fabrics, woven fabrics, mesh fabrics, and the like made of recycled fibers, synthetic fibers, natural fibers, or mixtures thereof.

[0018] From the viewpoint of the base sheet becoming hydrophilic and thus enabling an increased amount of the aqueous disinfectant to be impregnated, and of uneven distribution of the agent, it is preferable that the base sheet is a sheet containing recycled fibers, and the proportion of recycled fibers in the 100% by mass of the fibers constituting the base sheet is preferably 10% by mass or more, and more preferably 50% by mass or more.

[0019] The amount of the aqueous disinfectant impregnated into the base sheet is usually about 20 to 120 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the fibers constituting the base sheet, but a base sheet comprising recycled fibers can increase the amount of the aqueous disinfectant impregnated into the base sheet. For example, a base sheet comprising 50% or more recycled fibers in a base sheet made up of 100% by mass of fibers constituting the base sheet can have an amount of the aqueous disinfectant impregnated in the range of 150 to 350 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the fibers constituting the base sheet. Furthermore, a base sheet containing recycled fibers is also preferable from the viewpoints of improving the feeling of use and preventing abrasion to the surface to be wiped.

[0020] Here, the regenerated fiber refers to a fiber made by dissolving a natural polymer compound into a solution and then spinning the solution through a spinneret. Examples of the natural polymer compound include cellulose-based materials using cellulose materials such as wood and cotton, and protein-based materials using protein materials such as milk, corn, and peanuts. Examples of regenerated fibers produced using cellulosic materials include rayon, polynosic, cupra, lyocell, etc. From the viewpoint of uneven distribution of chemicals and excellent chemical resistance, it is preferable that rayon is contained, and it is more preferable that rayon is contained in an amount of more than 50 mass% based on 100 mass% of the fibers constituting the base sheet.

[0021] The other fibers that are combined with the regenerated fibers to form the base sheet are not particularly limited, but examples include synthetic fibers such as polypropylene, polyester, polystyrene, and acrylic, and natural fibers such as cotton and wool.

[0022] (Water-based disinfectant) Next, the aqueous disinfectant of the present invention will be described. The aqueous disinfectant contains the (A), (B) and (C) components, and is adjusted so that the (A) and (B) components are blended in a specific range. In the present invention, the pH of the squeezed liquid obtained from the base sheet impregnated with the aqueous disinfectant is 4.0 or more and 9.5 or less. As described above, the pH is in the neutral range, and the composition is excellent not only in terms of disinfection and mold removal properties but also in terms of virus inactivation effects, and is excellent in terms of corrosion prevention of the wiped surface of various materials such as metals and resins. The present invention was first achieved by combining the quaternary ammonium salt (component (A-1)) and the dialkyldimethylammonium salt (component (A-2)) as the (A) component, and the isothiazolinone compound (component (B)) as one of the main components in the cleaning sheet, and blending them in an appropriate concentration range.

[0023] The lower limit of the pH of the aqueous disinfectant impregnated in the base sheet is preferably pH 4.5 or more, more preferably pH 5.0 or more, and even more preferably pH 6.0 or more, from the viewpoint of improving the cleaning property, disinfecting property, mold removal property, and virus inactivation effect. On the other hand, the upper limit of the pH is preferably pH 9.0 or less, and even more preferably pH 8.5 or less, from the viewpoint of improving the corrosiveness to the object to be wiped. For the method of measuring the pH, see the description in the examples below.

[0035] The aqueous disinfectant may further contain at least one selected from inorganic electrolytes and organic acids or their salts as component (D). By including component (D), the disinfecting property, mold removing property, and virus inactivation effect can be further improved. This is believed to be because the incorporation of component (D) inhibits component (A) from being adsorbed to the fibers constituting the base sheet, and facilitates transfer of component (A) to the surface to be wiped.
