Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a power supply device for a sliding door. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, vehicles such as automobiles are equipped with a power supply device for a sliding door that electrically connects a power source (such as a secondary battery) on the vehicle body side to a switch or electrical components on the sliding door side. In this power supply device for a sliding door, the electrical connection is performed by a wire harness, and a bridge portion of this wire harness is stretched between the vehicle body and the sliding door (see Patent Document 1 below). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2021-19386 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, for example, in a conventional power supply device for a sliding door, if the fixed position of the wire harness on the sliding door side is set higher than the scuff plate on the side sill, the crossing portion is exposed in the vehicle cabin when the sliding door is in the fully closed position. Therefore, in this conventional power supply device for a sliding door, the crossing portion is visible from the vehicle cabin when the sliding door is in the fully closed position, which is not preferable in terms of appearance. Furthermore, in this conventional power supply device for a sliding door, the crossing portion is in a position where it can be touched by an occupant in the vehicle cabin, which is not preferable in terms of durability of the wire harness. In another conventional power supply device for a sliding door, the crossing portion is pulled into the inside of the door trim of the sliding door, and the end of the crossing portion is held by a single-axis rotation mechanism. In this power supply device for a sliding door, the rotation mechanism is operated when the sliding door is opened or closed, and the crossing portion is made to follow the movement inside the door trim, so that the lower end of the door trim can be lowered below the vehicle. However, in this conventional power supply device for sliding doors, the space between the bottom end of the door trim and the scuff plate can be narrowed, which is preferable in terms of appearance, but on the other hand, the operating range of the rotating mechanism inside the door trim is wide, and this rotating mechanism occupies a large space inside the door trim, which reduces the mountability of door-mounted components (electrical components such as speakers, drink holders, etc.) to be installed on the sliding door.
[0005] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT DISCLOSURE An object of the present invention is to provide a power supply device for a sliding door that improves the appearance from inside the vehicle cabin and the mountability of door-mounted components. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present invention relates to a wire harness having a bridge portion that spans between a vehicle body and a sliding door, the bridge portion passing below the lower end of the door trim and drawn into the inside of the door trim, a vehicle body side protector that is fixed to the vehicle body and through which a vehicle body side end portion of the bridge portion is inserted and which draws the bridge portion toward the sliding door, and a member that routes the bridge portion drawn into the inside of the door trim toward an introduction portion that is located in the closing operation direction of the sliding door when the sliding door is fully closed, and the door side end portion of the bridge portion drawn into the introduction portion is drawn out of a cylindrical portion toward the upper part of the vehicle. a door side protector that is supported by a first rotating shaft, a bearing portion that rotates the door side protector around the axis of the cylindrical portion with a force received by the door side protector from the door side end of the transition portion as the sliding door is opened and closed, a rotating member having a rotating shaft portion with the vehicle width direction as the axis of a second rotating shaft, and a fixed member that is fixed to the inner panel of the sliding door and has a bearing portion that rotates the rotating member around the axis of the rotating shaft portion with a force received by the rotating member from the door side end of the transition portion via the door side protector. Effect of the Invention
[0007] The power supply device for a sliding door according to the present invention makes the movement of the bridge part when the sliding door is opened or closed follow the movement of the two-shaft rotation mechanism (door protector, rotating member, fixed member) of the first and second rotating shafts. As a result, the power supply device for a sliding door according to the present invention can minimize the exposure of the bridge part when the sliding door is opened or closed, thereby improving the appearance from inside the vehicle cabin. Furthermore, since the power supply device for a sliding door according to the present invention is provided with a two-shaft rotation mechanism whose operating range is narrower than that of a conventional one-shaft rotation mechanism, it is possible to reduce the space occupied by the two-shaft rotation mechanism inside the door trim compared to the conventional one, and it is possible to improve the mountability of door-mounted components (electrical components such as speakers, drink holders, etc.). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, an embodiment of a power supply device for a sliding door according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiment.
[0010] [Embodiment] One embodiment of a power supply device for a sliding door according to the present invention will be described with reference to Figs.
[0011] Reference numeral 1 in Figs. 1 and 2 denotes a power supply device for a sliding door according to this embodiment.
[0012] The power supply device 1 for sliding door is mounted on a vehicle such as an automobile in which a sliding door 500 that can move back and forth in a sliding direction relative to a vehicle body B is installed (FIGS. 1 and 2). The sliding door 500 is installed, for example, on the side of the vehicle and moves back and forth in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The power supply device 1 for sliding door is responsible for supplying power from a power source (secondary battery, etc.) on the vehicle body B side to an electrically connected object (not shown) on the sliding door 500 side. The electrically connected object is something that is installed on the sliding door 500, such as an electrical component or a switch. For example, the electrical component of the sliding door 500 refers to a drive device for driving a power window, a speaker, etc. Furthermore, the switch of the sliding door 500 refers to a switch for operating a power window, a switch for operating a power seat, etc.
[0013] The power supply device 1 for a sliding door includes a wire harness 10 (FIGS. 1 and 2). One end of the wire harness 10 is electrically connected directly or indirectly to a power source on the vehicle body B side, and the other end is electrically connected directly or indirectly to an object to be electrically connected on the sliding door 500 side. Thus, the wire harness 10 has a crossover portion 11, which is a portion between the one end and the other end, and spans between the vehicle body B and the sliding door 500 (FIGS. 1 and 2). That is, in the wire harness 10, one end is located beyond one end of the crossover portion 11, and the other end is located beyond the other end of the crossover portion 11. Although not shown, an exterior member such as a corrugated tube is provided on the outside of the crossover portion 11.
[0014] In the wire harness 10, one end of the transition portion 11 (hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle body side end") is attached to the vehicle body B (FIGS. 1 and 2). The sliding door power supply device 1 is fixed to the vehicle body B and includes a protector (hereinafter referred to as the "vehicle body side protector") 20, through which the vehicle body side end of the transition portion 11 is inserted and which causes the transition portion 11 to be pulled out toward the sliding door 500 (FIGS. 1 and 2). The vehicle body side end of the transition portion 11 is attached to the vehicle body B via this vehicle body side protector 20. This vehicle body side protector 20 is molded from an insulating material such as synthetic resin.
[0015] The vehicle body side protector 20 is attached to the vehicle body B, for example, by screwing, so as not to be displaced relative to the vehicle body B. The vehicle body side protector 20 shown here is installed below the upper wall B1a of the side sill B1 of the vehicle body B (FIGS. 1 and 2). Note that only a portion of the side sill B1 is shown in the drawings.
[0016] The vehicle body side protector 20 has an opening that opens toward the sliding door 500 in the vehicle width direction, and the crossing portion 11 is pulled out from this opening toward the sliding door 500 (FIG. 1). The crossing portion 11 pulled out from the vehicle body side protector 20 is passed over to the sliding door 500 via the side wall B1b of the side sill B1 (FIGS. 1 and 2). For example, the side wall B1b of the side sill B1 has a notch or a through hole formed therein to pass the crossing portion 11 through.
[0017] In the wire harness 10, the other end of the crossover portion 11 (hereinafter referred to as the "door side end portion") is attached to the sliding door 500 side (FIGS. 1 and 2). In this wire harness 10, the crossover portion 11 is pulled between the inner panel 501 and the door trim 502 of the sliding door 500 (i.e., inside the door trim 502) and the door side end portion is attached to the inner panel 501 side. The crossover portion 11 is pulled inside the door trim 502 through the vehicle lower side than the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 (FIGS. 1 and 2). The power supply device 1 for a sliding door is a member that routes the transition portion 11, which is drawn inside the door trim 502, toward an introduction portion 31 (here, toward the front of the vehicle) located in the closing direction of the sliding door 500 when the sliding door 500 is fully closed, and includes a protector (hereinafter, referred to as a "door-side protector") 30 that draws the door-side end portion of the transition portion 11, which is drawn into the introduction portion 31, out of a cylindrical portion 32 toward the upper part of the vehicle (FIGS. 1 to 3). This door-side protector 30 is molded from an insulating material such as synthetic resin. Note that the inner panel 501 and the door trim 502 in the figures are only partially shown.
[0018] The door side protector 30 is formed as a cylindrical protector part in which a cylindrical introduction part 31 and a cylindrical part 32 cross each other (FIG. 3). In the door side protector 30 shown here, the respective cylindrical axes of the introduction part 31 and the cylindrical part 32 cross each other at an obtuse angle. When the door is fully closed, the door side protector 30 is disposed so that an opening (opening of the introduction part 31) 30a at one end faces the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (here, toward the rear of the vehicle) and an opening (opening of the cylindrical part 32) 30b at the other end faces upward in the vehicle (FIGS. 1 to 3). Furthermore, when viewed from a position where the transition part 11 is pulled inward of the door trim 502 when the door is fully closed, the door side protector 30 is disposed at a distance from the position in the closing direction of the sliding door 500 (toward the front of the vehicle) (FIGS. 1 and 2). Therefore, when the door is fully closed, the transition portion 11 is pulled into the inside of the door trim 502, and then wired in the closing direction of the sliding door 500 (to the front of the vehicle) (FIGS. 1 and 2). When the door is fully closed, the door side end of the transition portion 11 is pulled into the introduction portion 31 from the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31 in the closing direction of the sliding door 500 (to the front of the vehicle), passes through the introduction portion 31 and the cylindrical portion 32, and is pulled out toward the upper part of the vehicle from the opening 30b of the cylindrical portion 32. When the door is fully closed, the transition portion 11 shown here is pulled into the inside of the door trim 502 through the lower side of the vehicle than a corner portion 502b (to the rear of the vehicle) located at the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 in the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (FIGS. 1 and 2). Therefore, when the door is fully closed as shown here, the transition portion 11 is routed from the retracted position toward the closing direction of the sliding door 500 (toward the front of the vehicle) and is then retracted into the introduction portion 31.
[0019] The power supply device 1 for sliding door rotates the door-side protector 30 together with the door-side end of the transition portion 11 around two rotation shafts with different axial directions when the sliding door 500 is opened or closed. The power supply device 1 for sliding door includes a rotating member 40 having a bearing portion 41 that rotates the door-side protector 30 around the axis of the cylindrical portion 32 by a force received from the door-side end of the transition portion 11 when the sliding door 500 is opened or closed, and a rotating shaft portion 42 that has an axis of a second rotation shaft R2 in the vehicle width direction (FIGS. 1 to 3). The power supply device 1 for a sliding door includes a fixed member 50 that is fixed to an inner panel 501 of a sliding door 500 and has a bearing portion 51 that rotates the rotating member 40 around the axis of the rotating shaft portion 42 by a force received by the rotating member 40 from the door side end portion of the transition portion 11 via the door side protector 30 (FIGS. 1 to 3). The rotating member 40 and the fixed member 50 are molded from an insulating material such as synthetic resin.
[0020] In the rotating member 40, a bearing portion 41 is formed in a ring shape concentrically surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 32, and the cylindrical portion 32 arranged inside the bearing portion 41 rotates concentrically around the first rotation axis R1. The bearing portion 41 is sandwiched between a bent portion (a boundary portion between the introduction portion 31 and the cylindrical portion 32) of the door-side protector 30 and an annular flange 32a provided on the opening 30b side of the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 32, thereby holding the cylindrical portion 32 rotatably concentrically (FIG. 3).
[0021] In addition, in the rotating member 40, a circular or cylindrical rotating shaft portion 42 is formed so as to protrude from the bearing portion 41 (FIG. 3). In the rotating member 40 shown here, the rotating shaft portion 42 is disposed on the closing direction side of the sliding door 500 (toward the front of the vehicle) relative to the bearing portion 41.
[0022] The fixing member 50 is provided with a bearing portion 51 and has a fixing portion 52 fixed to an inner panel 501 (FIGS. 1 to 3). The fixing portion 52 is attached to the inner panel 501, for example, by screwing, so as not to move relative to the inner panel 501. The fixing portion 52 shown here is formed in a plate shape, and has the bearing portion 51 formed in an annular or cylindrical shape on a part of it. The bearing portion 51 is fitted into the rotating shaft portion 42 in the axial direction, for example, to hold the rotating shaft portion 42 concentrically and rotatably.
[0023] The fixing member 50 also has a protector portion 53 (FIGS. 1 to 3) that surrounds the door side end of the transition portion 11 that is pulled out from the cylindrical portion 32. The protector portion 53 is formed in a cylindrical shape, and guides the door side end of the transition portion 11 that is pulled out from the cylindrical portion 32 to the upper part of the vehicle in the closing direction of the sliding door 500 (toward the front of the vehicle), and pulls it out from the opening in the closing direction (toward the front of the vehicle).
[0024] The door side end of the transition portion 11 is attached to the vehicle body B via a two-shaft rotation mechanism consisting of the door side protector 30, the rotating member 40, and the fixed member 50. The transition portion 11 changes shape between the vehicle body side protector 20 and the door side protector 30 when the sliding door 500 is opened or closed, and a reaction force caused by the shape change acts on the vehicle body side protector 20 from the vehicle body side end and on the door side protector 30 from the door side end.
[0025] Since the vehicle body side protector 20 is fixed to the vehicle body B, it returns the force received from the vehicle body side end of the transition portion 11 as a reaction force to the vehicle body side end as it is. On the other hand, when the door side protector 30 receives a force from the door side end of the transition portion 11, it rotates around the first rotation axis R1 (around the axis of the cylindrical portion 32) relative to the fixed member 50 with a rotational torque corresponding to the component force of the force, and also rotates around the second rotation axis R2 (around the axis of the rotational shaft portion 42) relative to the fixed member 50 with a rotational torque corresponding to the component force of the force.
[0026] In this power supply device 1 for sliding doors, when the sliding door 500 is opened from the fully closed position, the door side protector 30 receives a force from the door side end of the transition portion 11, and rotates the door side protector 30 and the door side end of the transition portion 11 in the forward direction around the first rotation axis R1 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31, which faces in the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle) when the door is fully closed, faces the inside of the vehicle compartment (Figures 1, 2, 4 and 5). Furthermore, in this power supply device for sliding doors 1, when the sliding door 500 is opened from the fully closed position, the rotating member 40 receives a force from the door side end of the transition portion 11 via the door side protector 30, and rotates the door side protector 30, the door side end of the transition portion 11, and the rotating member 40 around the second rotation axis R2 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31, which faces in the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle) when the door is fully closed, faces downward of the vehicle (Figures 1, 2, 4 and 5).
[0027] Because of the wiring path of the crossover portion 11 shown here when the door is fully closed, the force acting from the door side end portion to the door side protector 30 is small until the sliding door 500 from the fully closed position (FIGS. 1 and 2) reaches the half-open position (FIG. 6). Therefore, in the power supply device 1 for sliding door shown here, the rotation angle of the door side protector 30 about the first rotation axis R1 and the rotation angle of the door side protector 30 about the second rotation axis R2 are small until the sliding door 500 from the fully closed position reaches the half-open position (FIG. 7). In addition, because of the wiring path of the crossover portion 11 shown here when the door is fully closed, the crossover portion 11 moves downward between the vehicle body side protector 20 and the door side protector 30 when the sliding door 500 from the half-open position moves to the fully open position (FIG. 5), so that a large force acts on the door side protector 30 from the door side end portion toward the vehicle downward. Therefore, in the power supply device 1 for sliding door shown here, when the sliding door 500 in the half-open position moves to the fully-open position, the rotation angle around the axis of the first rotation axis R1 and the rotation angle around the axis of the second rotation axis R2 in the door side protector 30 are each larger than when the sliding door 500 in the fully-closed position moves to the half-open position (Figures 4, 5 and 7).
[0028] In this power supply device for sliding door 1, when the sliding door 500 in the half-open position is moved to the fully-open position, the door side protector 30 and the door side end of the transition portion 11 are rotated forward about the axis of the first rotation axis R1 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31 facing the opening operation direction (vehicle rear) of the sliding door 500 from the fully closed position to the half-open position faces the inside of the vehicle compartment (FIGS. 4, 5, and 7). Furthermore, in this power supply device for sliding door 1, when the sliding door 500 in the half-open position is moved to the fully-open position, the door side protector 30, the door side end of the transition portion 11, and the rotating member 40 are rotated forward about the axis of the second rotation axis R2 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31 facing the opening operation direction (vehicle rear) of the sliding door 500 from the fully closed position to the half-open position faces the vehicle downward (FIGS. 4, 5, and 7). That is, in this power supply device 1 for sliding doors, when the sliding door 500 in the half-open position is moved to the fully-open position, the door side protector 30 and the door side end of the transition portion 11 are rotated forward around the axis of the first rotation axis R1, while the door side protector 30, the door side end of the transition portion 11 and the rotating member 40 are rotated forward around the axis of the second rotation axis R2 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31, which faces in the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle) from the fully closed position to the half-open position, faces inside the passenger compartment and downward of the vehicle.
[0029] The crossover portion 11 displaces the passing position on the vehicle lower side of the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 from the corner portion 502b toward the closing operation direction of the sliding door 500 (to the front of the vehicle) in association with the opening operation of the sliding door 500 in the fully closed position. In other words, the sliding door 500 in the fully closed position is opened toward the fully open position with the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 aligned along the crossover portion 11. Therefore, in the sliding door power supply device 1 of this embodiment, when the sliding door 500 in the fully closed position is opened to the fully open position, the crossover portion 11 passes through the vehicle lower side of the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 and remains pulled into the inside of the door trim 502. Therefore, the sliding door power supply device 1 can minimize the exposure of the crossover portion 11 when the sliding door 500 in the fully closed position is opened to the fully open position, thereby improving the appearance from inside the vehicle cabin.
[0030] On the other hand, the crossover portion 11 shown here, because of its wiring path when the door is fully closed, returns to the upper part of the vehicle between the vehicle body side protector 20 and the door side protector 30 when the sliding door 500 moves from the fully open position (FIG. 5) to the half-open position (FIG. 6), and applies a large force from the door side end to the door side protector 30 toward the upper part of the vehicle. Therefore, in the power supply device 1 for sliding door shown here, when the sliding door 500 moves from the fully open position to the half-open position, the rotation angle of the door side protector 30 around the first rotation axis R1 and the rotation angle of the door side protector 30 around the second rotation axis R2 are larger than when the sliding door 500 moves from the latter half-open position to the fully closed position. Also, because the crossover portion 11 shown here is its wiring path when the door is fully closed, the force applied from the door side end to the door side protector 30 is small until the sliding door 500 from the half-open position reaches the fully closed position (FIGS. 1 and 2). Therefore, in the power supply device 1 for sliding doors shown here, until the sliding door 500 in the half-open position reaches the fully closed position, the rotation angle around the axis of the first rotation axis R1 and the rotation angle around the axis of the second rotation axis R2 in the door side protector 30 are each smaller than when the sliding door 500 in the fully open position moves to the half-open position.
[0031] In this power supply device for sliding door 1, when the sliding door 500 is moved from the fully open position to the half-open position, the door side protector 30 and the door side end of the transition portion 11 are reversed around the axis of the first rotation axis R1 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31 facing the inside of the vehicle compartment at the fully open position faces the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle) (FIGS. 4, 5, and 7). Furthermore, in this power supply device for sliding door 1, when the sliding door 500 is moved from the fully open position to the half-open position, the door side protector 30, the door side end of the transition portion 11, and the rotating member 40 are reversed around the axis of the second rotation axis R2 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31 facing downward of the vehicle at the fully open position faces the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle) (FIGS. 4, 5, and 7). That is, in this power supply device 1 for a sliding door, the door side protector 30 and the door side end of the transition portion 11 are reversed around the axis of the first rotation axis R1, while the door side protector 30, the door side end of the transition portion 11 and the rotating member 40 are reversed around the axis of the second rotation axis R2 so that the opening 30a of the introduction portion 31, which faces inside the passenger compartment and downward of the vehicle when in the fully open position, faces in the opening direction of the sliding door 500 (rear of the vehicle).
[0032] The crossover portion 11 displaces the passing position on the vehicle lower side from the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 toward the corner portion 502b located in the opening movement direction (rear of the vehicle) of the sliding door 500 in accordance with the closing operation of the sliding door 500 in the fully open position. In other words, the sliding door 500 in the fully open position is closed toward the fully closed position with the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 aligned along the crossover portion 11. Therefore, in the sliding door power supply device 1 of this embodiment, when the sliding door 500 in the fully open position is closed to the fully closed position, the crossover portion 11 passes through the vehicle lower side from the lower end 502a of the door trim 502 and remains pulled into the inside of the door trim 502. Therefore, the sliding door power supply device 1 can minimize the exposure of the crossover portion 11 when the sliding door 500 in the fully open position is closed to the fully closed position, thereby improving the appearance from inside the vehicle cabin.
[0033] As described above, the power supply device for sliding door 1 of this embodiment makes the movement of the transition part 11 when the sliding door 500 is opened or closed follow the movement of the two-axis rotation mechanism (door side protector 30, rotating member 40, fixed member 50) by the first rotation axis R1 and the second rotation axis R2. As a result, the power supply device for sliding door 1 of this embodiment can minimize the exposure of the transition part 11 when the sliding door 500 is opened or closed, thereby improving the appearance from inside the vehicle cabin. Furthermore, since the power supply device for sliding door 1 of this embodiment is provided with a two-axis rotation mechanism whose operating range is narrower than the operating range of a conventional one-axis rotation mechanism, it is possible to reduce the space occupied by the two-axis rotation mechanism inside the door trim 502 compared to the conventional one, and the mountability of door installation parts (electrical parts such as speakers, drink holders, etc.) can be improved.
