Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a sheet packaging body. [Background technology]
[0002] Sanitary thin paper such as tissue paper is commonly packed in cartons (cardboard boxes). However, carton-type sanitary thin paper is bulky when transporting and storing, and has problems such as disposal after use, environmental burden, and cost. In recent years, there has been an increasing demand for sheet packages in which sheets of sanitary thin paper or the like are packed in flexible film packaging bags. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a film package in which a flexible film packaging bag containing sanitary paper has a slit (perforation) formed therein for removing the sanitary paper (see FIG. 8). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2016-188092 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, in conventional sheet packaging, the outlet formed by a slit such as a perforation is narrow, and the outlet is difficult to open when removing the tissue paper (sheet) from the packaging bag. In addition, when removing the sheet, the sheet may get caught in the outlet or may tear (see FIG. 8). In addition, in the outlet formed by a slit in the film packaging bag, the sheet's holding power decreases during use, and the sheet may fall into the packaging bag. Furthermore, since the film packaging bag is lighter than a carton, when the number of sheets remaining decreases during use, the entire film packaging bag may be lifted up when removing the sheet. Thus, conventional sheet packaging has problems with removing the sheet.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet packaging body that is excellent in ease of sheet removal. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] A first aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body comprising: a plurality of stacked sheets; a packaging bag containing the sheets; and an outlet formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag through which the sheets are pulled out, the outlet having a slit extending in a first direction and an opening continuous with at least one end of the slit, and in a second direction intersecting the first direction, the width of the opening is greater than the width of the slit. Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to one aspect of the present invention, a sheet packaging body that is excellent in ease of sheet removal can be provided. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In the following description, the same reference numerals will be used to designate parts common to the various drawings, and the description thereof may be omitted. In addition, the scale of each member in each drawing may differ from the actual scale in order to facilitate understanding.
[0010] FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a sheet wrapping body according to a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the sheet wrapping body according to the first embodiment as viewed from above in the height direction. FIG. 3 is an enlarged view of a part of the take-out opening in the sheet wrapping body shown in FIG. 2. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a state in which the sheet wrapping body according to the first embodiment is used. In the sheet wrapping body 100 shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the longitudinal direction (left-right direction) is the X direction, the depth direction (front-rear direction) is the Y direction, and the height direction (up-down direction) is the Z direction. The sheet wrapping body 100 according to this embodiment will be described below.
[0011] As shown in Fig. 1, the sheet packaging body 100 according to the first embodiment has a sheet ST, a packaging bag 10, and an outlet 20. The sheet packaging body 100 is an example of a sheet packaging body according to the present invention. The sheet ST, the packaging bag 10, and the outlet 20 are examples of the sheet, the packaging bag, and the outlet that respectively constitute the sheet packaging body according to the present invention.
[0012] The sheets ST are contained in a packaging bag 10 as a stack SL in which a plurality of sheets ST are stacked. The stack SL of sheets ST is contained in the packaging bag 10 such that the stacking direction (SD direction) of the sheets ST is the height direction (Z direction). The sheet stack SL is designed so that the sheets ST can be pulled out one set at a time through an outlet 20 (OP) formed in the packaging bag 10 (see FIG. 4).
[0013] The stack SL of sheets ST is not limited to a stack of a plurality of sheets ST, but may be stacked in a folded state, or may be stacked in a folded state with the sheets ST alternately stacked (a so-called pop-up type stack SL of sheets ST). From the viewpoint of pulling out the sheets ST one by one, the stack SL of sheets ST is preferably a stack SL that can be pulled out in a pop-up type.
[0014] The dimensions of the stack SL of sheets ST can be about 80 to 250 mm in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet wrapping body 100, about 50 to 130 mm in the depth direction (Y direction) perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet wrapping body 100 when viewed from above, and about 10 to 90 mm in the height direction (Z direction). Such a stack of tissue papers can be manufactured, for example, by a rotary or multi-stand interfolder.
[0015] The use of the sheet ST is not particularly limited, and it can be applied to sanitary thin papers such as tissue paper, toilet paper, kitchen paper, and paper towels. These sanitary thin papers also include sanitary thin papers containing moisturizing ingredients (for example, lotion tissue, etc.). The use of the sanitary thin paper constituting the sheet ST is not particularly limited, and it can be applied to industrial, household, and portable uses. The sheet packaging body 100 of the present embodiment is preferably used for household tissue paper among these.
[0016] The number of plies of the sheet ST is not particularly limited, but can be 1 or more, and is preferably 2 plies (two plies). The shape of the sheet ST is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the outline shape of the two-ply sheet when folded is rectangular, for example.
[0017] The material of the sheet ST is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a sheet of paper, nonwoven fabric, cloth, or the like, and is preferably a paper sheet. When the sheet ST is a paper sheet, base paper containing pulp as the main raw material is used. The pulp composition may be a known composition for paper sheets. For example, the blending ratio of pulp may be 50% by mass or more, preferably 90% by mass or more, and more preferably 100% by mass.
[0018] The pulp composition of the sheet ST (paper sheet) may be, for example, a mixture of softwood pulp such as NBKP (softwood kraft pulp) or NUKP (softwood unbleached pulp) and hardwood pulp such as LBKP (hardwood kraft pulp) or LUKP (hardwood unbleached pulp) in any ratio. In particular, a pulp composition having a higher ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp is preferred. The ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp is preferably 10:90 to 80:20. The pulp contained in the pulp composition of the sheet ST (paper sheet) may be recycled paper pulp.
[0019] The basis weight of the sheet ST is not particularly limited, but in the case of paper, it is 10 g / m 2 More than 80g / m 2 For non-woven fabrics, the limit is 20 g / m 2 More than 100g / m 2 The following is desirable. Basis weight is measured in accordance with the JIS P 8124 standard.
[0020] The thickness of the sheet ST (paper sheet) is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, the paper thickness measured under the environment of JIS P 8111 (1998). For example, the thickness of the paper sheet constituting the sheet ST is preferably 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less, more preferably 60 μm or more and 330 μm or less, per two plies.
[0021] The paper thickness is measured by thoroughly conditioning the test piece under the conditions of JIS P 8111 (1998), and then measuring the thickness under the same conditions in a two-ply state using a dial thickness gauge (thickness measuring device) "PEACOCK G type" (manufactured by Ozaki Manufacturing Co., Ltd.). Specifically, after making sure that there is no dirt or dust between the plunger and the measurement table, the plunger is lowered onto the measurement table, and the dial thickness gauge's scale is moved to set the zero point. Next, the plunger is raised and the sample is placed on the test table, and the gauge is read when the plunger is slowly lowered. At this time, the plunger is only placed on the test table. The terminal of the plunger is made of metal, and the circular flat surface with a diameter of 10 mm is made to contact the paper surface perpendicularly. The load when measuring the paper thickness is about 70 gf. The paper thickness is the average value obtained by performing the measurement 10 times.
[0022] The paper sheets constituting the sheet ST may be embossed. Such embossing may be performed by a known contact embossing method, edge embossing method, etc., in which an embossing not shown is pressed against both ends of a paper sheet and multiple paper sheets are laminated, a known pin embossing method in which a pin not shown is pierced into a paper sheet to form a pin embossing on one side of the paper sheet, or a known embossing method in which a water-soluble adhesive (such as starch) is heated and melted to bond laminated paper sheets (not shown) to form an embossing.
[0023] The packaging bag 10 constituting the sheet packaging body 100 is formed of a flexible film. The packaging bag 10 is manufactured by caramel packaging. Specifically, both ends of a cylindrical flexible film are formed by folding and bonding (sealing) seal parts 30, 40. The packaging form of the sheet packaging body 100 is not limited to such caramel packaging, and both ends or either one of the ends of the cylindrical flexible film may be sealed in a gusset shape by heat sealing (sealed by so-called pillow packaging).
[0024] Furthermore, the material of the flexible film forming the packaging bag 10 is not particularly limited, and examples of resins that can be used include polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), polyamide (PA), etc.
[0025] Among these flexible films, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, and the like are preferred from the viewpoints of flexibility, excellent handling, high sealability when heat sealed, and low cost. Polyethylene is preferred from the viewpoints of odorlessness, excellent water resistance and chemical resistance, and low cost mass production. As polyethylene, high density polyethylene, low density polyethylene, and the like can be used. Polypropylene is preferred from the viewpoints of robustness, ease of molding, good color development when printed, and ability to impart gloss.
[0026] The form of the flexible film forming the packaging bag 10 is not particularly limited, and may be a monolayer film formed of a single layer of the above-mentioned resin, a laminate film in which the above-mentioned resin is laminated, or a mixed film formed of a mixture of two or more of the above-mentioned resins.
[0027] The thickness of the flexible film forming the packaging bag 10 is not particularly limited, and is preferably 20 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and more preferably 25 μm or more and 70 μm or less. By making the thickness of the flexible film 20 μm or more, it is possible to ensure sufficient strength for the packaging bag 10 in which the sheet ST is contained. Furthermore, by making the thickness of the flexible film 100 μm or less, it is possible to ensure the flexibility and light weight of the packaging bag 10 and to reduce costs.
[0028] The material forming the packaging bag 10 is not limited to the resin material such as the flexible film described above, and a paper material may be used. In addition, the material forming the packaging bag 10 may be a biodegradable material (biodegradable plastic, biodegradable paper, etc.) or a biomass material (a renewable organic resource derived from a living organism, such as a biomass film, excluding fossil resources).
[0029] In this embodiment, the packaging bag 10 has an upper surface 11, a lower surface 12, a front surface 13, a rear surface 14, and side surfaces 15 and 16, and contains a stack SL of sheets ST. In the sheet packaging body 100, as shown in Fig. 1, the upper surface 11 and the lower surface 12 face each other in the up-down direction (Z direction), the front surface 13 and the rear surface 14 face each other in the front-rear direction (Y direction), and the side surfaces 15 and 16 face each other in the left-right direction (X direction).
[0030] In the packaging bag 10, the upper surface 11 is provided at the top in the vertical direction (Z direction), and the lower surface 12 is provided at the bottom in the vertical direction (Z direction). The front surface 13 is provided at the front in the front-rear direction (Y direction), and the rear surface 14 is provided at the rear in the front-rear direction (Y direction). Furthermore, the side surface 15 is provided at the left in the left-right direction (Y direction), and the side surface 16 is provided at the right in the left-right direction (Y direction). The side surface 15 and the side surface 16 are continuous with all of the upper surface 11, the lower surface 12, the front surface 13, and the rear surface 14 (see FIG. 1).
[0031] The outlet 20 is formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10. The outlet 20 is disposed in a center 11a of the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet packaging body 100, and extends in a first direction (X direction). In this embodiment, the first direction (X direction) in which the outlet 20 extends corresponds to the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet packaging body 100.
[0032] The shape of the outlet 20 is not particularly limited, and can be formed, for example, by forming a perforation M on the top surface 11 of the packaging bag 10, as shown in Figures 1 and 2. In the example shown in Figures 1 and 2, the top surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 is opened in the first direction (X direction) by tearing the outlet 20 formed by the perforation M, and the torn (opened) outlet 20 forms an outlet OP for the sheet ST (see Figure 4).
[0033] In addition, in the first direction (X direction), the dimension (length L2) of the outlet 20 (perforation M) can be arbitrarily determined according to the dimension (length L1) of the sheet ST to be taken out. For example, the difference between the length L2 of the outlet OP and the width dimension (length L1) of the sheet ST in the left-right direction (X direction) is -100 mm or more and 0 mm or less, preferably -80 mm or more and 0 mm or less, and more preferably -70 mm or more and -10 mm or less. When these are converted into the ratio of the length L2 of the outlet OP to the width dimension (length L1) of the sheet ST in the left-right direction (X direction), it is 100% or less, preferably 80% or less, and more preferably 10% or more and 75% or less.
[0034] In the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, the dispensing opening 20 has a slit 21 and an opening 22. The slit 21 and the opening 22 are formed by a continuous perforation M. The continuous perforation M indicates that the cut portions C and tie portions T that constitute the perforation M are arranged alternately. Here, the cut portions C indicate portions where the top surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 is intermittently cut, and the tie portions T indicate portions that are not cut between two adjacent cut portions C (see FIG. 3).
[0035] In addition, the length of the cut portion C and the length of the tie portion T in the perforation M are arbitrary. For example, the length of each cut portion C can be 0.8 mm or more and 5 mm or less, preferably 1.5 mm or more and 4.5 mm or less, and more preferably 2.5 mm or more and 3.5 mm or less. Also, the length of each tie portion T can be 0.3 mm or more and 5 mm or less, preferably 0.4 mm or more and 2 mm or less, and more preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less.
[0036] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the slit 21 is configured as a straight line extending in the first direction (X direction). The shape of the slit 21 is not limited to a straight line, and may be an elongated rectangle, etc. When the slit 21 is a straight line, it is formed by breaking one perforation, and when the slit 21 is an elongated rectangle, it is formed by breaking two perforations aligned in the second direction (Y direction). The dimensions of the slit 21 are not particularly limited, and for example, on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10, the length L3 of the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction) indicates a length that occupies about one-third of the dimension (length L1) of the sheet ST.
[0037] The opening 22 is continuous (or communicates) with at least one end 21a of the slit 21. In this embodiment, as shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the opening 22 is provided at both ends 21a, 21a of the slit 21 and is continuous with each end 21a. The opening 22 continuous with at least one end 21a of the slit 21 is not limited to this form, and the opening 22 may be provided at either one of the ends 21a, 21a of the slit 21 and continuous with the one end 21a. The shape of the opening 22 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a circle, a triangle, a rectangle, a rhombus, a sector, a polygon, or the like.
[0038] In this embodiment, the width W3 of the opening 22 is larger than the width W2 of the slit 21 in a second direction (Y direction) intersecting with the first direction (X direction). Here, the second direction (Y direction) corresponds to the depth direction (Y direction) of the sheet wrapping body 100 (see Figs. 1 and 2). Moreover, the widths W2 and W3 of the slit 21 and opening 22 constituting the take-out opening 20 each indicate the width in the second direction (Y direction) intersecting with the first direction (X direction).
[0039] The width W2 of the slit 21 and the width W3 of the opening 22 are arbitrary as long as the width W3 of the opening 22 is larger than the width W2 of the slit 21. For example, the width W2 of the slit 21 is 7% or less of the dimension (width W1) of the sheet ST, preferably 6% or less, and more preferably 5% or less. The width W3 of the opening 22 is 8% or more and 30% or less of the dimension (width W1) of the sheet ST, preferably 10% or more and 29% or less, and more preferably 14% or more and 28% or less.
[0040] 1 to 3, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, the width W3 of the opening 22 at the outlet 20 increases as it moves away from the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction). That is, the outlet 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 gradually becomes wider from the center 20a (slit 21) side of the outlet 20 toward the end 20b (opening 22) side of the outlet 20 (see FIGS. 2 and 3). Specifically, the opening 22 has two inclined portions 22a, and the distance between the two inclined portions 22a in the second direction (Y direction) increases from the center 20a side of the outlet 20 toward the end 20b side of the outlet 20.
[0041] Furthermore, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the opening 22 of the take-out port 20 has a curved portion 22b that is convex in the first direction (X direction) away from the slit 21. That is, in the take-out port 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10, the end 20b of the take-out port 20 where the opening 22 is provided is curved in a convex shape from the center portion 20a (slit 21) side of the take-out port 20 toward the end 20b (opening 22) side of the take-out port 20 (see Fig. 2 and Fig. 3). Note that, in this embodiment, the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is curved in a convex shape in a part of the opening 22, but the entire opening 22 may be curved in a convex shape.
[0042] In this embodiment, the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is formed by a continuous cut CC. That is, the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is formed only by a cut portion, and no tie portion is provided (see FIG. 3).
[0043] In the sheet packaging body 100 of the first embodiment, as described above, the openings 22, 22 that are continuous with both ends 21a, 21a of the slit 21 are provided at the take-out opening 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10, and have a width W3 larger than the width W2 of the slit 21. Therefore, when pulling out the tissue paper (sheet ST) from inside the packaging bag 10, the sheet ST is less likely to get caught at the take-out opening 20 and the sheet ST is less likely to tear (see FIG. 4).
[0044] Specifically, in a conventional sheet packaging body 100 in which the outlet 20 is composed only of a slit 21, the outlet 20 is narrow, so that the sheet ST tends to get stuck in the end 20b of the outlet 20 or to rub against the end 20b of the outlet 20 (see FIG. 8). In contrast, in the sheet packaging body 100 of the present embodiment, the end 20b (opening 22) is wider than the central portion 20a (slit 21) of the outlet 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 (see FIGS. 1 to 3).
[0045] As a result, even if the outlet 20 is narrow, the sheet ST is less likely to get stuck in the end 20b of the outlet 20, and friction between the end 20b of the outlet 20 and the sheet ST can be reduced. Therefore, according to the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, it is possible to prevent the sheet ST from getting caught on the end 20b of the outlet 20 and from being torn when the sheet ST is pulled out (see FIG. 4).
[0046] In this embodiment, the opening 22 continuous with the ends 21a, 21a of the slit 21 can form a buffer section at the outlet 20. This allows stress acting on the outlet 20 and its periphery to be released (or dispersed) to the opening 22 (buffer section) when the slit 21 of the opened outlet 20 is opened with a fingertip. Therefore, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, the opened slit 21 can be easily opened with a fingertip, making it easy to take out the sheet ST from within the packaging bag 10 (e.g., take out the first sheet of the sheet ST contained in the packaging bag 10) (see FIG. 4).
[0047] In this embodiment, as described above, there is an opening 22 (buffer portion) that is continuous with at least one end 21a of the slit 21. Therefore, the periphery of the slit 21 can bend (or the slit 21 can deform in response to the weight of the sheet ST) held in the center portion 20a (slit 21) of the take-out opening 20 during use. As a result, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, the holding force of the sheet ST at the take-out opening 20 is maintained, and the sheet ST can be prevented from falling into the packaging bag 10 during use (hereinafter, referred to as the falling of the sheet ST) (see FIG. 4).
[0048] In addition, in this embodiment, the friction between the end 20b of the take-out opening 20 and the sheet ST is reduced as described above, so that the end 20b of the take-out opening 20 of the sheet packaging body 100 is less likely to tear during use. This suppresses a decrease in the holding force of the sheet ST at the take-out opening 20, so that it is possible to prevent the sheet ST from falling into the packaging bag 10 during use (hereinafter, referred to as the falling of the sheet ST) (see FIG. 4).
[0049] In addition, in this embodiment, when the sheet ST is taken out (or pulled out) from the slit 21 of the take-out opening 20 during use of the sheet packaging body 100, the frictional force (or resistance force) acting on the slit 21 can be released (or dispersed) to the opening 22 (buffer section). As a result, in this embodiment, even if the remaining sheet ST becomes small during use (i.e., even if the weight of the sheet packaging body 100 becomes light), it is possible to prevent the entire packaging bag 10 from lifting up when the sheet ST is taken out (hereinafter, referred to as lifting up of the packaging bag 10) (see FIG. 4).
[0050] In addition, in this embodiment, by forming openings 22 wider than slit 21 in the second direction (Y direction) at both ends 21a, 21a of slit 21, even if the length L2 (area where the outlet is formed) of outlet 20 in the first direction (X direction) is shortened, it is possible to prevent the packaging bag from lifting up and also to prevent the sheet from falling (see Figure 4).
[0051] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the opening 22 having a width W3 larger than the width W2 of the slit 21 is provided at the outlet 20, so that the state inside the sheet packaging body 100 can be visually observed from the outlet 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10. This makes it possible to check the remaining amount of the sheet ST, etc., even when the sheet ST is contained in the packaging bag 10 as in the sheet packaging body 100 (see FIG. 4).
[0052] In addition, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, the width W3 of the opening 22 increases with increasing distance from the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction), so that the stress applied to the center 20a (slit 21) of the outlet 20 and its surroundings can be gradually released (or dispersed) to the end 20b (opening 22) of the outlet 20, which serves as a buffer. In addition, in this configuration, the periphery of the slit 21 can bend appropriately in response to the stress applied to the center 20a (slit 21) of the outlet 20, etc. As a result, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, it is possible to easily take out the sheet ST while preventing the sheet ST from falling and the packaging bag 10 from lifting up in a well-balanced manner (see FIG. 4).
[0053] Furthermore, in this embodiment, as described above, the opening 22 provided in the outlet 20 has the curved portion 22b, so that the sheet ST is less likely to become clogged at the end 20b of the outlet 20, and the rubbing between the end 20b of the outlet 20 and the sheet ST can be further alleviated. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the portion of the outlet 20 where the opening 22 having such a curved portion 22b is formed can form a gripping margin. Therefore, in this embodiment, even if the opening 22 is provided at at least one end 21a of the slit 21 in the outlet 20, the gripping margin corresponding to the opening 22 can prevent a decrease in the ease of opening the outlet 20 (see FIG. 3).
[0054] In addition, in this embodiment, when the portion of the outlet 20 where the opening 22 is formed constitutes a gripping margin, the gripping margin can also be formed with a curved portion 22b corresponding to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 (see FIG. 3). This makes it easier to grip the gripping margin by pinching the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin when opening the outlet 20. This allows the ease of opening the outlet 20 to be improved when the outlet 20 is provided with an opening 22 that is continuous with the end 21a of the slit 21 (see FIG. 4).
[0055] In addition, in this embodiment, since the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is formed by a continuous cut, when opening the outlet 20, the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin formed corresponding to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 can be easily hooked with fingers (see FIG. 3). Therefore, in this embodiment, when an opening 22 continuous with the end portion 21a of the slit 21 is provided in the outlet 20, the openability of the outlet 20 can be further improved.
[0056] Furthermore, in the sheet packaging body 100 of this embodiment, as described above, the slit 21 and the opening 22 constituting the outlet 20 are formed by a continuous perforation M. In this embodiment, the outlet 20 in which the slit 21 and the opening 22 are continuous can be easily formed by breaking this continuous perforation M (see Figs. 1 to 4).
[0057] 5 is an enlarged view of a portion of the take-out opening 20 in a sheet packaging body 100 according to a modified example of the first embodiment. In the modified example of the first embodiment, the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is formed by a cut TC having a tie portion 22c. The cut TC having the tie portion 22c is not formed as a continuous cut. Specifically, the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin that corresponds to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is connected to the upper surface 11 of the packaging body other than the gripping margin via the tie portion 22c (see FIG. 5).
[0058] In the modified example of the first embodiment, in the opening 22 of the outlet 20, the tie portion 22c of the curved portion 22b is provided on an extension line of the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction). Specifically, the tie portion 22c of the curved portion 22b is provided in a portion (the apex of the curved portion 22b of the grip margin) that overlaps with the first direction (X direction) in the cut TC that constitutes the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 (see FIG. 5).
[0059] When the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 is formed by a continuous cut CC as in the first embodiment described above, the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin formed corresponding to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 may turn over, and the take-out opening 20 may be opened during the manufacture of the sheet packaging body 100 or before use (see FIG. 3). In contrast, in the modified example of the first embodiment, the cut TC forming the curved portion 22b has a tie portion 22c, so that such turning over of the curved portion 22b can be prevented (see FIG. 5).
[0060] In the curved portion of the gripping margin configured to correspond to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22, the portion overlapping with the first direction (X direction) (the apex of the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin) is most likely to turn over. In contrast, in the modified example of the first embodiment, the tie portion 22c of the cutout TC that constitutes the curved portion 22b is provided on an extension line of the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction), so that the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin can be prevented from turning over in this manner.
[0061] The tie portion 22c of the cut TC may be provided at a position that does not overlap with the extension of the slit 21 in the first direction (X direction) (at a position offset from the extension of the slit 21). In this way, the curved portion of the gripping margin that corresponds to the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 can be easily hooked by the fingers, improving the ease of opening the outlet 20 even when the cut TC has the tie portion 22c.
[0062] Fig. 6 is a view of the sheet wrapping body 100 according to the second embodiment, seen from above in the height direction. Fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a part of the outlet in the sheet wrapping body shown in Fig. 6. In the sheet wrapping body 100 of the second embodiment, the slit 21 and the opening 22 constituting the outlet 20 are surrounded by a perforation M. That is, the outlet 20 is formed in an area closed by the continuous perforation M, and the slit 21 and the opening 22 are arranged in this area.
[0063] Specifically, the slit 21 surrounded by the perforation M together with the opening 22 has a width W2 in the second direction (Y direction) (see FIG. 6). The width W2 of the slit 21 is preferably 1% or more of the dimension (width W1) of the sheet ST. The opening 22 surrounded by the perforation M together with the slit 21 has a width W3 larger than the width W2 and is continuous with the end 21a of the slit 21 (see FIG. 7).
[0064] In the sheet packaging body 100 according to the second embodiment, the slit 21 and the opening 22 constituting the outlet 20 are surrounded by a continuous perforation M, so that by breaking such perforation M, one gripping tab can be formed for the outlet 20. This makes it possible to prevent multiple broken pieces from being generated after opening the outlet 20 in the second embodiment. Also, since the outlet 20 can be opened by simply pinching one gripping tab for the outlet 20, opening the outlet 20 is easy (see Figs. 6 and 7).
[0065] In the second embodiment, the slit 21 constitutes a part of the outlet 20 having the dimension of the width W2 in the second direction (Y direction), so that the opened outlet 20 (OP) becomes even easier to open. Therefore, according to the second embodiment, it becomes even easier to take out the sheet ST from the outlet OP (such as taking out the first sheet of the sheet ST (sheet stack SL) contained in the packaging bag 10).
[0066] Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the frictional force (or resistance force) acting on the slit 21 of the outlet 20 when the sheet ST is taken out (or pulled out) from the outlet 20 (OP) during use is reduced. Therefore, according to the second embodiment, even if the remaining sheet ST becomes small during use, the packaging bag 10 can be prevented from lifting up with high accuracy.
[0067] Furthermore, in the second embodiment, as described above, the width W3 of the opening 22 in the outlet 20 is larger than the width W2 of the slit 21. That is, a gripping margin can be formed in the portion of the outlet 20 where the opening 22 is formed, such that the end 20b is wider than the central portion 20a of the outlet 20. As a result, in the second embodiment, even if the opening 22 is provided at the end 21a of the slit 21 in the outlet 20, the outlet 20 can be easily opened by pinching the gripping margin corresponding to the opening 22 to open the outlet 20. EXAMPLES
[0068] The present invention will now be described in more detail with reference to the following examples. The examples and comparative examples were evaluated by the following tests.
[0069] [Sheet packaging (test specimen)] As a test specimen, a sheet package 100 was prepared in which a sheet stack SL, in which a plurality of sheets ST were stacked, was packaged in a packaging bag 10 (see Figs. 1 and 8). The sheet stack SL is made of tissue paper (basis weight: 10.7 g / m2) in which the sheets ST are folded alternately and stacked so that they can be pulled out one by one in a pop-up style. 2, paper thickness: 110 μm, number of plies: 2 plies, number of sets: 150 sets (300 sheets), dimensions: bulk (height) about 40 mm, width L1 (horizontal) about 179 mm, width W1 (vertical) about 101 mm) were used. The sheet laminate SL was contained in the packaging bag 10 so that the stacking direction (SD direction) was the height direction (Z direction) of the sheet packaging body 100 (see Fig. 1 and Fig. 8). The material of the packaging bag 10 was polyethylene (PE) with a thickness of 50 μm. The packaging form of the packaging bag 10 was such that both side surfaces 15, 16 of the sheet packaging body 100 were sealed with caramel packaging (sealed parts 30, 40 were formed). The dimensions of the packaging bag 10 constituting the sheet packaging body 100 were about 181 mm in the longitudinal direction (X direction), about 101 mm in the depth direction (Y direction), and about 40 mm in the height direction (Z direction). Further, the packaging bag 10 has an outlet 20 (perforation M) formed on the upper surface 11 thereof, the outlet 20 extending in the first direction (X direction).
[0070] [Pull-out resistance value] The pull-out resistance value of the sheet packaging body 100 was confirmed. In the confirmation of the pull-out resistance value, the above-mentioned test body (sheet packaging body 100) was placed on a flat placement surface, about half of the first set of tissue paper (sheet ST) was pulled out from the outlet 20 (OP) of the packaging bag 10, and the upper end of the pulled-out sheet ST (the center part in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the sheet packaging body 100) was clamped with a clip (manufactured by Kokuyo Co., Ltd., "Cli-17"). A hook of a push-pull gauge (manufactured by Imada Co., Ltd., model number: Z2-20) was passed through one hole of the handle part of the clip, and the resistance force (unit: gf) was measured when the tissue paper was pulled out in a direction perpendicular to the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 (Z direction) at a constant speed over a period of 0.4 to 0.6 seconds. The evaluation criteria for the pull-out resistance value were as follows: if the resistance force when pulled out was 200 gf or less, it was considered good (the sheet ST was easy to remove), and if it exceeded 200 gf, it was considered bad (the sheet ST was difficult to remove).
[0071] [Easy to remove (initial)] The initial take-out ability of the sheet packaging body 100 was confirmed. In checking the take-out ability (initial), the ease of take-out was evaluated when taking out the first sheet ST of the sheet stack SL from the sheet stack SL contained in the packaging bag 10 of the sheet packaging body 100 through the opened take-out opening 20 (OP) of the packaging bag 10. The take-out ability (initial) was evaluated according to the following criteria. Note that a take-out ability (initial) rating of 3 or more was deemed good (the sheet ST was easy to take out), and a rating of less than 3 was deemed not good (the sheet ST was difficult to take out). 5: The first pair is very easy to pick up 4: The first pair is easy to pick up 3: The first pair is picked up 2: The first pair is easy to pick up but difficult to grasp 1: The first pair is easy to pick up but very difficult to grasp
[0072] [Non-depressing] The non-sagging property of the sheet ST contained in the packaging bag 10 of the sheet packaging body 100 was confirmed. In the confirmation of the non-sagging property, whether the sheet ST would not sag into the packaging bag 10 (non-sagging property) was evaluated when the sheet ST was pulled out from the sheet stack SL through the outlet 20 of the packaging bag 10. The non-sagging property was evaluated according to the following criteria. Note that a non-sagging property evaluation of 3 or more was considered to be good (the sheet ST does not easily sag), and a non-sagging property evaluation of less than 3 was considered to be poor (the sheet ST easily sags). 5: No sagging of the seat 4: Seat ST falls 1 to 3 times 3: Seat ST falls 4 to 6 times 2: Seat ST falls 7 to 9 times 1: Seat ST falls 10 or more times
[0073] [Non-lifting] The non-lifting property of the packaging bag 10 containing the sheet ST of the sheet packaging body 100 was confirmed. In checking the non-lifting property, whether the packaging bag 10 would lift up (non-lifting property) was evaluated when the sheet ST was pulled out from the sheet stack SL through the outlet 20 of the sheet packaging body 100. The non-lifting property was evaluated according to the following criteria. Note that a rating of 3 or more for the non-lifting property was considered to be good (the sheet ST is difficult to lift up), and a rating of less than 3 was considered to be poor (the sheet ST is easy to lift up). 5: The packaging bag 10 does not lift up 4: The number of sheets ST remaining is between 1 and 3, and the packaging bag 10 is lifted up. 3: There are 4 to 6 sets of sheets ST remaining and the packaging bag 10 is lifted up 2: There are 7 to 9 pairs of sheets ST remaining and the packaging bag 10 is lifted up 1: There are 10 or more sets of sheets ST remaining and the packaging bag 10 is lifted up
[0074] [Openability] The openability of the packaging bag 10 of the sheet packaging body 100 was confirmed. In the confirmation of the openability, the ease of opening was evaluated when the end 20b (grabbing margin) of the outlet 20 was pinched and the perforation M was torn in the first direction (X direction). The openability was evaluated according to the following criteria. An openability rating of 3 or more was considered to be good (the outlet 20 was easy to open), and an openability rating of less than 3 was considered to be poor (the outlet 20 was difficult to open). 5: The end 20b (grip) of the outlet 20 can be easily hooked with fingers, and only one broken piece remains after opening. 4: The end 20b (grip) of the outlet 20 is gripped with fingers, and there is only one broken piece after opening. 3: The end 20b (grip) of the outlet 20 can be gripped by fingers, but after opening, there are two broken pieces. 2: It is difficult to place fingers on the end 20b (grip) of the outlet 20. 1: The end 20b (grip) of the outlet 20 cannot be gripped by fingers.
[0075] Examples and comparative examples will be described below.
[0076] [Example 1] In the sheet packaging body 100, the take-out port 20 is provided with a slit 21 extending in the first direction (X direction) and an opening 22 (opening) continuous with both ends 21a (both ends) of the slit 21. In the second direction (Y direction), the width W3 of the opening 22 is larger than the width W2 of the slit 21. The shape of the slit 21 of the take-out port 20 is a straight line, and the shape of the opening 22 is a sector. The dimensions of the take-out port 20 are a length L2 in the first direction (X direction) of about 134 mm. The dimensions of the slit 21 are a length L3 in the first direction (X direction) of about 114 mm, and a width W2 in the second direction (Y direction) of about 0.5 mm. Furthermore, the dimensions of the opening 22 are a length in the first direction (X direction) of 10 mm, and a width W3 in the second direction (Y direction) of about 15.5 mm at maximum. The ratio of the length L2 of the take-out opening 20 to the length L1 of the sheet ST is about 75% (see Figs. 1 and 2). The test specimen was evaluated for pull-out resistance, take-out property (initial stage), anti-sagging property, and anti-lifting property. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0077] [Example 2] In the sheet packaging body 100, the dimensions of the take-out opening 20 were set to a length L2 in the first direction (X direction) of about 116 mm, the dimensions of the slit 21 were set to a length L3 in the first direction (X direction) of about 96 mm, and the ratio of the length L2 of the take-out opening 20 to the length L1 of the sheet ST was set to about 65%, but other than that, the evaluation was performed in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0078] [Example 3] 6 and 7, the shape of the slit 21 of the take-out opening 20 was a long and narrow rectangle, the opening 22 was a sector, the dimensions of the slit 21 were a length L3 in the first direction (X direction) of about 67 mm, and a width W2 in the second direction (Y direction) of about 5 mm, the dimensions of the opening 22 were a length in the first direction (X direction) of about 67 mm, and a width W3 in the second direction (Y direction) of about 15.5 mm at maximum, and the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 was formed by a continuous cut CC. The sheet packaging body 100 was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0079] [Example 4] In the sheet packaging body 100, the dimensions of the outlet 20 were set to a length L2 in the first direction (X direction) of about 116 mm, the dimensions of the slit 21 were set to a length L3 in the first direction (X direction) of about 49 mm, and the ratio of the length L2 of the outlet 20 to the length L1 of the sheet ST was set to about 65%, but other than that, the evaluation was performed in the same manner as in Example 3. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0080] [Example 5] 5, the sheet packaging body 100 was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 3, except that the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 was formed by a cut TC having a tie portion 22c, and a tie portion 22c (curved portion tie) of about 0.5 mm was provided at the portion overlapping with the first direction (X direction) (the apex of the curved portion 22b of the gripping margin). The results are shown in Table 1.
[0081] [Comparative Example 1] 8, the sheet packaging body 100 was evaluated in the same manner as in Example 1, except that only a slit 21 was formed in the linear outlet 20 (no opening 22 was formed), and the dimensions of the outlet 20 (slit 21) were a length of about 134 mm in the first direction (X direction) and a width of about 0.5 mm in the second direction (Y direction). The results are shown in Table 1.
[0082] [Reference example 1] In the sheet wrapping body 100, evaluation was performed in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, except that the dimension of the outlet 20 (slit 21) was set to about 5 mm in width in the second direction (Y direction). The results are shown in Table 1.
[0083] [Table 1]
[0084] As shown in Table 1, the sheet packaging body 100 in which the removal opening 20 formed on the upper surface 11 of the packaging bag 10 has an opening 22 that is continuous with both end portions 21a of the slit 21, and the width W3 of the opening 22 in the second direction (Y direction) is larger than the width W2 of the slit 21, was good in terms of pull-out resistance, removal property (initial), non-sagging property, non-lifting property, and openability (Examples 1 to 5).
[0085] On the other hand, in a sheet packaging body 100 in which only a slit 21 having a width of approximately 0.5 mm in the second direction (Y direction) was formed at the removal opening 20 (no opening 22 was formed), the pull-out resistance, removal property (initial), non-sagging property, non-lifting property, and openability were all poor (Comparative Example 1).
[0086] Furthermore, in a sheet packaging body 100 in which only a slit 21 having a width of approximately 5 mm in the second direction (Y direction) was formed at the removal opening 20 (an opening 22 wider than the slit 21 was not formed at the end 21a of the slit 21), the openability was poor (Reference Example 1).
[0087] Furthermore, by forming an opening 22 wider than the slit 21 at the end 21a of the slit 21, even if the length L2 of the outlet 20 in the first direction (X direction) (the area where the outlet 20 is formed) is shortened (even if the ratio of the length L2 of the outlet 20 to the length L1 of the packaging bag 10 in the first direction (X direction) becomes approximately 75% to approximately 65%), the anti-sagging property is improved while the anti-lifting property is almost maintained (Example 2, Example 4).
[0088] Furthermore, by forming the curved portion 22b of the opening 22 with a notch TC having a tie portion 22c, it is possible to prevent the curved portion 22b from curling up (the removal opening 20 from being opened during the manufacture of the sheet packaging body 100 or before use) (Example 5).
[0089] These results show that a sheet packaging body in which the removal outlet formed on the upper surface of a packaging bag has a slit extending in a first direction and an opening continuous with at least one end of the slit, and in which the width of the opening is greater than the width of the slit in a second direction intersecting the first direction, is excellent for removing the sheet and opening the removal outlet.
[0090] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to a specific embodiment, and various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the invention described in the claims.
[0091] Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0092] A first aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body comprising: a plurality of stacked sheets; a packaging bag containing the sheets; and an outlet formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag through which the sheets are pulled out, the outlet having a slit extending in a first direction and an opening continuous with at least one end of the slit, and in a second direction intersecting the first direction, the width of the opening is greater than the width of the slit.
[0093] In this specification, an opening continuous with at least one end of a slit refers to a case where an opening is provided at one of both ends of a slit and continuous with the one end, or a case where an opening is provided at both ends of a slit and continuous with each end. Also, the widths of the slit and openings constituting the outlet are all widths in a second direction intersecting with the first direction.
[0094] In the first aspect, an opening that is continuous with at least one end of the slit and has a width larger than that of the slit is provided at the take-out opening formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag, so that when the tissue paper (sheet) is pulled out from inside the packaging bag, the sheet is less likely to get caught on the take-out opening and is less likely to tear.
[0095] In particular, in conventional sheet packaging bodies in which the outlet is composed only of a slit, the outlet is narrow, so the sheet tends to get stuck at the edge of the outlet or rub against the edge of the outlet. In contrast, in the first aspect, at least one end (opening) is wider than the center (slit) of the outlet formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag, so even if the outlet is narrow, the sheet is less likely to get stuck at the edge of the outlet and rubbing between the edge of the outlet and the sheet can be reduced. Therefore, in the first aspect, it is possible to prevent the sheet from getting caught on the edge of the outlet or from being torn when the sheet is pulled out.
[0096] In the first aspect, an opening connected to at least one end of the slit can form a buffer part at the outlet. This allows stress acting on the outlet and its surroundings to be released (or dispersed) to the opening (buffer part) when the slit of the opened outlet is opened with a fingertip. Therefore, in the first aspect, the opened slit can be easily opened with a fingertip, making it easier to remove the sheet from the packaging bag (e.g., to remove the first sheet contained in the packaging bag).
[0097] In the first embodiment, the presence of an opening (buffer section) continuous with at least one end of the slit allows the periphery of the slit to bend (or the slit to deform in response to the weight of the sheet) held in the center (slit) of the outlet during use. This allows the first embodiment to maintain the sheet's holding force at the outlet and prevent the sheet from falling into the packaging bag during use (hereinafter, referred to as "sheet falling").
[0098] In the first aspect, as described above, the friction between the edge of the outlet and the sheet is reduced, so that the edge of the outlet of the sheet package is less likely to tear during use. From this perspective, the sheet's holding force at the outlet is prevented from decreasing, so that the sheet can be prevented from falling into the packaging bag during use (hereinafter, referred to as "sheet falling").
[0099] In the first aspect, the frictional force (or resistance force) acting on the slit when the sheet is taken out (or pulled out) from the slit at the take-out opening during use can be released (or dispersed) to the opening (buffer section). This makes it possible to prevent the entire packaging bag from lifting up when the sheet is taken out (hereinafter referred to as lifting up of the packaging bag) even if the number of remaining sheets becomes small during use (i.e., the weight of the sheet package becomes lighter).
[0100] In addition, in the first aspect, by forming an opening wider than the slit at at least one end of the slit, even if the length of the outlet in the first direction (the area in which the outlet is formed) is shortened, it is possible to prevent the packaging bag from lifting up and also to prevent the sheet from falling.
[0101] Furthermore, in the first aspect, since the outlet has an opening with a width larger than the width of the slit, the state inside the sheet packaging body can be visually observed from the outlet formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag. This makes it possible to check the remaining amount of the sheet even when the sheet is contained in a packaging bag like the sheet packaging body.
[0102] A second aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body in which the width of the opening increases with increasing distance from the slit in the first direction. In this specification, the fact that the width of the opening increases with increasing distance from the slit in the first direction indicates that the outlet formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag gradually becomes wider from the center (slit) side of the outlet toward the end (opening) side of the outlet.
[0103] In the second aspect, the width of the opening increases as it moves away from the slit in the first direction, so that the stress applied to the center (slit) of the outlet and its surroundings can be gradually released (or dispersed) to the end (opening) of the outlet, which serves as a buffer. Also, the periphery of the slit can bend appropriately in response to the stress applied to the center (slit) of the outlet. As a result, in the second aspect, it is possible to easily remove the sheet while preventing the sheet from falling and the packaging bag from lifting in a well-balanced manner.
[0104] A third aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, in which the opening has a curved portion that is convex in a direction away from the slit in the first direction. In this specification, the curved portion that is convex in a direction away from the slit indicates that, in a take-out opening formed on the upper surface of the packaging bag, the end of the take-out opening where the opening is provided is curved in a convex shape from the center (slit) side of the take-out opening toward the end (opening) side of the take-out opening.
[0105] In the third aspect, the opening provided at the outlet has such a curved portion, so that the sheet is less likely to get clogged at the end of the outlet, and friction between the end of the outlet and the sheet can be further reduced. Also, in the third aspect, the portion of the outlet where the opening having such a curved portion is formed can form a gripping tab. As a result, in the third aspect, even if an opening is provided at at least one end of the slit in the outlet, the gripping tab corresponding to the opening can prevent a decrease in the ease of opening the outlet.
[0106] In the third aspect, when the portion of the outlet where the opening is formed constitutes a gripping tab, the gripping tab can also be curved to correspond to the curved portion of the opening. This makes it easier to grip the gripping tab by pinching the curved portion of the gripping tab when opening the outlet. This makes it easier to open the outlet in the third aspect when an opening is provided in the outlet that is continuous with at least one end of the slit.
[0107] A fourth aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, wherein the curved portion is formed by a continuous cut. In this specification, the continuous cut means that the curved portion is formed only by a cut portion and has no tie portion.
[0108] In the fourth aspect, since the curved portion of the opening is formed by a continuous cut, when opening the outlet, the curved portion of the gripping portion that corresponds to the curved portion of the opening can be easily caught by the fingers. Therefore, in the fourth aspect, when an opening that is continuous with at least one end of the slit is provided in the outlet, the ease of opening the outlet can be further improved.
[0109] A fifth aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, in which the curved portion is formed by a cut having a tie portion. In this specification, a cut having a tie portion means that the cut is not formed continuously, and the curved portion of the gripping portion formed to correspond to the curved portion of the opening is connected to the upper surface of the packaging body other than the gripping portion via the tie portion.
[0110] When the curved portion of the opening is formed by a continuous cut as in the fourth embodiment, the curved portion of the tab corresponding to the curved portion of the opening may turn up, and the outlet may be opened during the manufacture of the sheet packaging body or before use. In contrast, in the fifth embodiment, the cut that forms the curved portion has a tie portion, so that such turning up of the curved portion can be prevented.
[0111] A sixth aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, in which the tie portion is provided on an extension of the slit in the first direction. In this specification, the extension of the slit in the first direction refers to a position that overlaps with a portion of a cut that constitutes a curved portion of the opening that overlaps with the first direction (the apex of the curved portion of the gripping margin).
[0112] In the curved portion of the gripping margin that is configured to correspond to the curved portion of the opening, the portion that overlaps with the first direction (the apex of the curved portion of the gripping margin) is most likely to turn over. In contrast, in the sixth aspect, the tie portion of the cut that constitutes the curved portion is provided on an extension line of the slit in the first direction, so that such turning over of the curved portion can be prevented.
[0113] The tie portion of the notch may be provided at a position that does not overlap with an extension of the slit in the first direction (a position offset from the extension of the slit). In this way, the curved portion of the grip portion that corresponds to the curved portion of the opening can be easily caught by fingers, improving the ease of opening the outlet even when the notch has a tie portion.
[0114] A seventh aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, in which the slit and the opening are formed by a continuous perforation. In this specification, the continuous perforation means that the cut portions and tie portions constituting the perforation are arranged alternately.
[0115] In the seventh aspect, the slit and opening that constitute the outlet are formed by a continuous perforation, and therefore, by breaking such perforation, an outlet in which the slit and opening are continuous can be easily formed.
[0116] An eighth aspect of the present invention is a sheet packaging body, in which the slit and the opening are surrounded by the perforations. In this specification, "surrounded by perforations" means that the slit and the opening of the take-out outlet are present in an area closed by continuous perforations.
[0117] In the eighth aspect, the slit and opening constituting the outlet are surrounded by continuous perforations, so that by breaking such perforations, one gripping tab can be formed for the outlet. This makes it possible to prevent multiple broken pieces from being generated after opening the outlet in the eighth aspect. Also, since the outlet can be opened by simply pinching one gripping tab, it is easy to open the outlet.
[0118] In the eighth aspect, since the width of the opening in the outlet is greater than the width of the slit, a gripping tab can be formed in the portion where the opening is formed in the outlet, with at least one end being wider than the center of the outlet. Therefore, in the eighth aspect, even if an opening is provided in at least one end of the slit in the outlet, the ease of opening the outlet can be prevented from being reduced by pinching the gripping tab corresponding to the opening to open the outlet.
