Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a display packaging box. [Background technology]
[0002] Products such as liquid detergents are generally distributed in packaging boxes made of cardboard. The packaging boxes containing the products may be transported in a stacked state of a plurality of such packaging boxes. From the viewpoint of maintaining the stacked state stably, packaging boxes having a structure for preventing the stacked boxes from shifting have been proposed, such as the packaging boxes disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 5. The packaging boxes disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 5 are stacked by engaging a convex portion consisting of a flap overlapped on the top surface with a concave portion consisting of a notch provided on the bottom surface. [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2011-143966 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2011-255958 A [Patent Document 3] JP 2012-140174 A [Patent Document 4] JP 2016-030639 A [Patent Document 5] Publication No. 3202167 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Packaging boxes are sometimes displayed in a stacked state at a storefront. In this case, the packaging box on the upper level is in a state where the product is exposed. The packaging boxes disclosed in Patent Documents 2 to 5 can be broken along an easy-to-break line provided on the packaging box to form an opening, and the product contained in the packaging box can be exposed and displayed through the opening. However, when a heavy product such as a liquid detergent is to be stored, a thick packaging box is used from the viewpoint of ensuring strength. Such a packaging box is difficult to break along the easy-to-break line and to unfold when discarded, and there is a risk that it is difficult to handle. In addition, when a part of the packaging box is broken to open it, the top surface and side surface parts are partially left, and there is a risk that the visibility of the product is poor. Although the technologies of Patent Documents 1 to 5 allow stacking, there is room for improvement in terms of achieving both the ease of handling of the packaging box and the visibility of the product.
[0005] The present invention relates to a display packaging box that can be stacked and that can balance ease of handling of the packaging box and visibility of products. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The present invention relates to a display packaging box that has a depth direction and a width direction perpendicular to the depth direction and is capable of accommodating packaged items. In one embodiment, the packaging system includes a bottom box on which the packaged item is placed and a cover box capable of covering the bottom box, It is preferable that each of the bottom box and the cover box has a peripheral wall portion including a front portion and a rear portion opposed to each other in the depth direction, and a pair of side portions opposed to each other in the width direction. In one embodiment, it is preferable that the bottom box has an opening at the upper part of the peripheral wall portion, and the opening at the lower part of the peripheral wall portion is closed by a bottom surface portion. In one embodiment, it is preferable that the covering box has an opening at a lower portion of the peripheral wall portion, and an opening at an upper portion of the peripheral wall portion is closed by a top surface portion. In one embodiment, the bottom box is preferably assembled without the use of adhesive. In one embodiment, it is preferable that the bottom surface portion is formed by a plurality of plate portions and has a flat inner surface. In one embodiment, when the cover box is placed on top of the base box, it is preferable that the base box and the cover box are integrated by being restrained by a separate belt-shaped member arranged around them. In one embodiment, the bottom surface portion has a bottom surface side engagement portion, and the top surface portion has a top surface side engagement portion, It is preferable that, in a state in which the bottom box is placed on the cover box, the bottom surface side engagement portion and the top surface side engagement portion are capable of engaging with each other. In one embodiment, it is preferable that by releasing the restraint by the belt-shaped member, the integrated state between the cover box and the bottom box is released, and when the cover box is removed, the packaged item can be displayed while being held by the bottom box. Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to the display packaging box of the present invention, while the packaging box can be stacked, it is possible to achieve both ease of handling of the packaging box and visibility of the product. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0010] The packaging box 10 comprises a bottom box 2 on which the packaged item 4 is placed, and a cover box 3 capable of covering the bottom box 2. The bottom box 2 and cover box 3 are each a paper container such as cardboard or thick paper. Alternatively, the bottom box 2 and cover box 3 may be plastic cardboard. The materials forming the bottom box 2 and cover box may be treated to be water repellent. The bottom box 2 has an internal storage space capable of housing the bottom of the packaged item 4, and the cover box 3 has an internal storage space capable of housing the bottom box 2. The cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 are integrated with each other by a separate belt-shaped member 15 arranged around the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 with the cover box 3 covering the bottom box 2 (see FIG. 1). Hereinafter, such a state is also referred to as the "integrated state."
[0011] The packaging box 10 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape in an integrated state, and has a bottom surface 10u (hereinafter also referred to as "box bottom surface 10u"), a top surface 10t (hereinafter also referred to as "box top surface 10t") facing the bottom surface 10u, and walls 10f, 10s, 10s, 10b surrounding the four sides formed by the peripheral wall 3r of the cover box 3 (see FIG. 1). The walls surrounding the four sides include a pair of walls 10s, 10s facing each other and having a belt-shaped member 15 disposed thereon, and a pair of walls 10f, 10b facing each other and not having the belt-shaped member 15 disposed thereon. For ease of explanation, of the pair of walls 10f, 10b on which the belt-shaped member 15 is not arranged, one wall 10f is also referred to as the "front wall 10f," and the wall 10b facing the front wall 10f is also referred to as the "rear wall 10b." In addition, the pair of walls 10s, 10s located between the front wall 10f and the rear wall 10b and facing each other are also referred to as the "side walls 10s, 10s." In the integrated state, the packaging box 10 of this embodiment, when placed with the box bottom surface portion 10u as the bottom and the front wall portion 10f facing forward, has a depth direction Y, a width direction X perpendicular to the depth direction Y, and a height direction Z perpendicular to the depth direction Y and the width direction X. This height direction Z coincides with the vertical direction. In the packaging box 10 of this embodiment, the walls 10f, 10s, 10s, and 10b form a rectangular cylindrical peripheral wall that stands upright relative to the box bottom surface 10u, and the upper opening of the peripheral wall is closed by the box top surface 10t.
[0012] The covering box 3 has a peripheral wall portion 3r including a front portion 31, a rear portion 33 facing the front portion 31 in the depth direction Y, and a pair of side portions 35, 36 disposed between the front portion 31 and the rear portion 33 and facing each other in the width direction X. The peripheral wall portion 3r of the covering box 3 forms the peripheral wall portion of the packaging box 10, and in the covering box 3, the front portion 31 forms the front wall portion 10f, the rear portion 33 forms the rear wall portion 10b, and the pair of side portions 35, 36 form a pair of side walls 10s, 10s (see FIG. 1). In the present embodiment, the cover box 3 has a rectangular cylindrical peripheral wall portion 3r that extends in the height direction Z with a front portion 31, a rear portion 33, and a pair of side portions 35, 36. As shown in Fig. 1, the cover box 3 has a top surface portion 37 that closes an opening at the top of the peripheral wall portion 3r. The top surface portion 37 forms a box top surface portion 10t. On the other hand, the lower portion of the peripheral wall portion 3r of the cover box 3 is open (see FIG. 2). The cover box 3 of this embodiment has an opening 38 defined by the lower edges of the front portion 31, the back portion 33, and the pair of side portions 35, 36. The opening 38 and the top surface portion 37 face each other in the height direction Z.
[0013] In the cover box 3 of this embodiment, the front portion 31, the back portion 33, the pair of side portions 35, 36, and the top portion 37 are each made of plate-like members, and these plate-like members define an accommodation space for accommodating the bottom box 2. In the covering box 3 of this embodiment, the front portion 31 becomes the front wall portion 10f of the packaging box 10, and the back portion 33 becomes the back wall portion 10b of the packaging box 10. The front wall portion 10f of the packaging box 10 becomes the front surface of the packaging box. In the packaging box 10 of this embodiment, the packaged item 4 is contained so that the front surface of the packaged item 4 faces the front surface of the packaging box 10. In other words, the packaged item 4 is contained in the packaging box 10 so that the back surface of the packaged item 4 faces the back surface of the packaging box 10.
[0014] In this embodiment, a top side portion 35t that forms the top surface portion 37 of the cover box 3 is connected to the upper edge portion of one of the side portions 35 (see FIG. 2). The top side portion 35t has approximately the same length in the depth direction Y as the side portion 35, and has approximately the same width (length in the width direction X) as the front portion 31 and the back portion 33. The top side portion 35t closes the upper opening of the peripheral wall portion 3r. Such top side portion 35t forms the box top surface portion 10t. A side flap portion 35f is connected to the edge of the top side portion 35t along the depth direction Y on the opposite side to the side portion 35 (see FIG. 2). The side flap portion 35f has approximately the same length in the depth direction Y as the top side portion 35t, and is folded inward in the height direction Z around the edge connected to the top side portion 35t. The side flap portion 35f is adjacent to the outer surface of the other side portion 36 along the height direction Z.
[0015] The top side surface portion 35t is formed with a pair of openings 35d, 35d extending in the width direction X. The pair of openings 35d, 35d are formed at both ends of the top side surface portion 35t in the depth direction Y and are spaced apart from each other in the depth direction Y. Tips of the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t described later are inserted into the pair of openings 35d, 35d. The top side surface portion 35t has a side surface flap portion 35f formed thereon, and an edge along the depth direction Y is disposed on the upper edge portion of the other side surface portion 36, thereby closing the upper opening of the peripheral wall portion 3r.
[0016] In the cover box 3 of this embodiment, the top surface portion 37 has a top side surface portion 35t connected to the upper edge of one side surface portion 35, a top front surface portion 31t connected to the upper edge of the front surface portion 31, and a top back surface portion 33t connected to the upper edge of the outer back surface portion 33 (see FIG. 4). The top side surface portion 35t can be rotated around a connection portion connected to one outer side surface portion 35 as a rotation axis, that is, around the lower edge portion of the top side surface portion 35t (upper edge portion of the outer side surface portion 35) as a rotation axis. The top front surface portion 31t and the top back surface portion 33t are flap portions each having a width shorter than the front surface portion 31 and the back surface portion 33. The top front surface portion 31t can be rotated around a connection portion connected to the outer front surface portion 31 as a rotation axis, that is, around the lower edge portion of the top front surface portion 31t (upper edge portion of the outer front surface portion 31) as a rotation axis. The top rear portion 33t is rotatable about a connection portion that connects to the outer rear portion 33 as a rotation axis, that is, about the lower edge portion of the top rear portion 33t (the upper edge portion of the outer rear portion 33) as a rotation axis. The top surface portion 37 of the cover box 3 is formed by folding the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t at their joints so that the top side portion 35t overlaps with the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t, and folding them inwardly of the cover box 3. The top side portion 35t is folded inwardly of the front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t.
[0017] In this embodiment, the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t are maintained overlapped on the top side portion 35t by inserting their tips into a pair of openings 35d, 35d formed in the top side portion 35t. The top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t are overlapped on the top side portion 35t to form a top surface side engagement portion 3E (see FIG. 2). The top surface side engagement portion 3E is a convex portion having a step with the top side portion 35t.
[0018] Similar to the cover box 3, the bottom box 2 has a peripheral wall portion 2r including a front portion 21 and a back portion 23 opposed to each other in the depth direction Y, and a pair of side portions 25, 25 opposed to each other in the width direction X. In the bottom box 2 of this embodiment, the front portion 21, the back portion 23, and the pair of side portions 25, 25 form a rectangular cylindrical peripheral wall portion 2r extending in the height direction Z. The bottom box 2 has a bottom surface portion 29 that closes the opening at the bottom of the peripheral wall portion 2r. This bottom surface portion 29 forms the box bottom surface portion 10u. On the other hand, the upper part of the peripheral wall portion 2r of the bottom box 2 is open (see FIG. 2). The bottom box 2 of this embodiment has an opening 28 defined by the front portion 21, the back portion 23, and the upper edges of the pair of side portions 25, 25. The opening 28 and the bottom portion 29 face each other in the height direction Z.
[0019] In this embodiment, the front portion 21, the back portion 23, the pair of side portions 25, 25, and the bottom portion 29 of the bottom box 2 are each made of plate-shaped members, and these plate-shaped members define a storage space in which the packaged item 4 is stored.
[0020] In the bottom box 2 of this embodiment, the front portion 21 and the rear portion 23 each have a double-wall structure having outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d. In the front portion 21 and the rear portion 23, the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are adjacent to each other in the depth direction Y (see FIG. 2). In the front portion 21, the outer wall surface portion 21c forms the outer surface of the front portion 21, and the inner wall surface portion 21d forms the inner surface of the front portion 21. In the rear portion 23, the outer wall surface portion 23c forms the outer surface of the rear portion 23, and the inner wall surface portion 23d forms the inner surface of the rear portion 23. The outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c have upper edges connected to the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d. The inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are folded inwardly of the bottom box 2 along the boundaries between the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d so that the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are disposed on the inner side of the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c, thereby forming the double wall structure. The inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d have upper edges at their edges that are connected to the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c. The inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d have a pair of insertion flaps 21f, 23f that are long in the width direction X and protrude from the lower edges of the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d. The pair of insertion flaps 21f, 23f are inserted into a pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e formed in the bottom side surface portion 25u, which will be described later.
[0021] In this embodiment, the pair of side portions 25, 25 are provided with a pair of peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 connected to both side edges in the depth direction Y (see Figs. 6 and 7). The peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 are bent at right angles at the connection portions with the side portion 25 (both side edges in the depth direction Y of the side portion 25), and the peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 are arranged along the width direction X. The peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 are arranged between the double wall structure of the front portion 21 and the back portion 23. That is, the peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 are sandwiched between the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d. This forms the peripheral wall portion 2r of the bottom box 2.
[0022] The bottom surface portion 29 of the bottom box 2 in this embodiment is formed by a plurality of plate portions 25u, 21u, 23u. More specifically, the bottom surface portion 29 has a bottom side surface portion 25u connected to the pair of side surface portions 25, 25, a bottom flap portion 21u connected to the inner wall surface portion 21d of the front portion 21, and a bottom flap portion 23u connected to the inner wall surface portion 23d of the back portion 23 (see FIGS. 3 and 7). The bottom side surface portion 25u has an edge portion along the depth direction Y that is connected to the lower edge portions of the pair of side surface portions 25, 25. The pair of side surface portions 25, 25 are continuous via the bottom side surface portion 25u. The bottom side surface portion 25u forms the outer surface of the bottom surface portion 29, and is bent so that the pair of side surface portions 25, 25 stand up relative to the bottom side surface portion 25u.
[0023] The bottom flap portion 21u has one end edge along the width direction X connected to the lower edge of the inner wall surface portion 21d of the front portion 21, and is arranged overlapping on the bottom side surface portion 25u. The bottom flap portion 23u has one end edge along the width direction X connected to the lower edge of the inner wall surface portion 23d of the back portion 23, and is arranged overlapping on the bottom side surface portion 25u. In the bottom box 2, the portion between the bottom flap portion 21u and the inner wall surface portion 21d of the front portion 21 is folded along the width direction X, and the bottom flap portion 21u and the inner wall surface portion 21d form an L shape. Similarly, the bottom flap portion 23u and the inner wall surface portion 23d of the back portion 23 form an L shape. That is, the front portion 21 and the back portion 23 (the inner wall surface portion and the outer wall surface portion) stand up from the bottom side portion 25u, the bottom flap portion 21u and the bottom flap portion 23u, respectively (see FIG. 7).
[0024] The bottom flap portion 21u on the front portion 21 side and the bottom flap portion 23u on the back portion 23 side are folded in a double door manner with their leading edges butted against each other. The leading edges of the pair of bottom flaps 21u, 23u are the edges opposite the connection portions with the inner wall portions 21d, 23d, and are the edges on the inside in the depth direction Y when folded (see FIG. 7). The pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u form the inner surface of the bottom portion 29 of the bottom box 2. The pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u, whose leading edges abut against each other, are continuous in the planar direction, and the surface formed by the pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u (the inner surface of the bottom portion 29) is a flat surface (see Figs. 2 and 7). A gripping recess h1 consisting of a notch is formed at the tip of the bottom flap portion 21u on the front side 21. By hooking the gripping recess with fingers, the pair of bottom flaps 21u, 23u can be easily opened like a double door.
[0025] In the bottom box 2 of this embodiment, a pair of side portions 25, 25 are continuous via a bottom side portion 25u. The bottom side portion 25u forms the outer surface of the bottom portion 29 of the bottom box 2. In this embodiment, one edge of the bottom side portion 25u along the depth direction Y is connected to one side portion 25, and the other edge of the bottom side portion 25u along the depth direction Y is connected to the other side portion 25. This bottom side portion 25u is disposed between the pair of side portions 25, 25 in the width direction X, and closes the lower opening of the peripheral wall portion 2r of the bottom box 2.
[0026] In the present embodiment, the bottom side surface portion 25u has a pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e formed at each of the end edges on both sides in the depth direction Y, the pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e being spaced apart in the width direction X. The pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e are formed along both side edges of the bottom side surface portion 25u in the depth direction Y. By inserting the pair of insertion flap portions 21f, 23f described above into the pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e, the double-wall structure of the front surface portion 21 and the rear surface portion 23 is maintained, and the peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 of the side surface portion 25 are maintained in a sandwiched state between the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d. The bottom side surface portion 25u has a notch portion n1, which will be described later, formed between the pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e in the width direction X.
[0027] The bottom side surface portion 25u in this embodiment has trapezoidal cutout portions n1, n1 formed by cutting out both ends inward in the depth direction Y (see FIG. 3). In the bottom surface portion 29 in this embodiment, the bottom side surface portion 25u overlaps the pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u, so that the opening formed by the cutout portion n1 is closed by the bottom flap portion 21u and the bottom flap portion 23u. In the present embodiment, the inner bottom surface portion 29 has a bottom surface side engagement portion 2E formed by overlapping the cutout portions n1, n1 with the bottom flap portion 21u and the bottom flap portion 23u. The bottom surface side engagement portion 2E has an opening formed by the cutout portion n1, and is a recess having the bottom portion of the bottom flap portion 21u or the bottom flap portion 23u.
[0028] As described above, the bottom box 2 has a peripheral wall portion 2r formed by sandwiching the peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 of the pair of side portions 25, 25 between the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c and the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d of the front portion 21 and the back portion 23. Furthermore, the insertion flap portions 21f, 23f of the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are inserted into the insertion opening 25e of the bottom side portion 25u, and the bottom flap portions 21u and 23u are folded in a double-door manner to form the bottom portion 29. In this manner, the bottom box 2 is assembled without using adhesive.
[0029] In the following, in order to distinguish each part of the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2, the peripheral wall part 3r, the front part 31, the back part 33, the side parts 35, 36, and the top part 37 of the cover box 3 are also referred to as the outer peripheral wall part 3r, the outer front part 31, the outer back part 33, the outer side parts 35, 36, and the outer top part 37. In addition, the opening 38 of the cover box 3 is also referred to as the outer opening 38. The peripheral wall portion 2r, the front portion 21, the back portion 23, the side portions 25, 25, and the bottom portion 29 of the bottom box 2 are also referred to as the inner peripheral wall portion 2r, the inner front portion 21, the inner back portion 23, the inner side portions 25, 25, and the inner bottom portion 29. In addition, the opening 28 of the bottom box 2 is also referred to as the inner opening 28.
[0030] As described above, in the integrated packaging box 10, the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 are integrated by being restrained by the belt-shaped member 15. More specifically, in a state where the cover box 3 is placed on the bottom box 2 (see FIG. 1), when viewed from the depth direction Y, the belt-shaped member 15 is continuously arranged along the four sides of the outer side surface portion 36, the inner bottom surface portion 29, the outer side surface portion 35, and the outer top surface portion 37. That is, the bottom box 2 and the cover box 3 placed thereon are integrated by the annular belt-shaped member 15. The belt-shaped member 15 may be made into a ring shape by a fastener that connects one end and the other end of the belt-shaped member 15, or may be made into a ring shape by joining the one end and the other end. The belt-shaped member 15 may be, for example, a polypropylene band (PP band), a polypropylene rope (PP rope), hemp string, or the like.
[0031] In the integrated packaging box 10, the outer front portion 31 and the inner front portion 21 are adjacent to each other in the depth direction Y, and the outer back portion 33 and the inner back portion 23 are adjacent to each other in the depth direction Y. In addition, the outer side portions 35, 36 and the inner side portions 25, 25 are adjacent to each other in the width direction X. In the integrated packaging box 10, the cover box 3 is placed over the bottom box 2. In this state, both the bottom box 2 and the packaged item 4 are covered by the cover box 3, and the packaged item 4 is not visible. In the integrated packaging box 10, the lower end of the bottom box 2 may or may not extend downward from the outer opening 38 of the cover box 3. In the latter case, the position of the lower edge of the outer peripheral wall portion 3r of the cover box 3 and the position of the bottom surface portion 29 of the bottom box 2 are approximately the same in the height direction Z.
[0032] In this embodiment, the contour shapes of the top surface side engaging portion 3E and the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E are approximately the same. That is, the outer peripheral edge of the convex portion of the top surface side engaging portion 3E corresponds to the inner peripheral edge of the concave portion of the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E. This allows the top surface side engaging portion 3E and the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E to engage with each other. The packaging boxes 10 of this embodiment can be stacked by stacking the integrated packaging boxes 10 on top of each other (see FIG. 5). In the stacked state, the bottom surface 29 of the bottom box 2 is placed on the outer top surface 37 of the cover box 3, and the top surface side engagement portion 3E and the bottom surface side engagement portion 2E engage with each other. This engagement allows the bottom box 2 to be stably placed on the cover box 3, and effectively prevents the bottom box 2 from shifting and falling. The packaging box 10 may have the bottom box 2 placed on the cover box 3 even in a display state described later. In this case, the bottom box 2 can be displayed at a high position, which is effective in increasing the visibility of the packaged item 4 in the bottom box 2.
[0033] The integrated state of the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 of the packaging box 10 can be released by releasing the restraint by the belt-shaped member 15. This release allows the cover box to be removed from the packaging box 10. The restraint by the belt-shaped member 15 may be released by cutting the belt-shaped member 15 or by removing the fastener from the belt-shaped member 15. Even when the cover box 3 is removed from the packaging box 10, the package 1 can be used with only the bottom box 2, as shown in Fig. 6. The bottom box 2 contains the packaged item 4. More specifically, the packaged item 4 is placed on the bottom surface 29 of the bottom box 2, and the packaged item 4 is surrounded by the peripheral wall 2r. The packaged item 4 is exposed from the opening 28 of the bottom box 2, and can be visually confirmed. In other words, the bottom box 2 can be displayed while holding the packaged item 4 (see Fig. 6).
[0034] The packaging box 10 can be easily released from the integrated state by releasing the restraint by the belt-shaped member 15, and the packaged item 4 can be easily exposed by removing the cover box 3. Furthermore, since the bottom box 2 of the packaging box 10 is assembled without using adhesive, the bottom box 2 can be easily assembled and the used bottom box 2 can be easily unfolded compared to a box assembled using adhesive. Therefore, the packaging box 10 is easy to handle when displayed, assembled, and disposed of. When the cover box 3 is removed, the packaging box 10 has a simple appearance consisting of only the bottom box 2, and the packaged item 4 is exposed through the opening 28 of the bottom box 2, thereby improving the visibility of the packaged item 4. Furthermore, the bottom box 2 with the packaged item 4 exposed can be stably placed on the cover box 3 or another packaging box 10 due to the engagement between the top engaging portion 3E and the bottom engaging portion 2E. In this manner, the packaging box 10 of the present embodiment can be stacked while still maintaining visibility of the product.
[0035] The height H2 (see FIG. 1) of the bottom box 2 is lower (H1>H2) than the overall height H1 (see FIG. 1) of the packaging box 10 before the cover box 3 is removed. The overall height H1 of the packaging box 10 before the cover box 3 is removed is the height of the packaging box 10 in an integrated state, and is the length in the height direction Z between the top surface 37 of the cover box 3 and the bottom surface 29 of the bottom box 2. The height H2 of the bottom box 2 is the maximum length of the bottom box 2 in the height direction Z.
[0036] In order to further improve the retention and visibility of the packaged item 4 in the bottom box 2, it is preferable that the overall height H1 of the packaging box 10 before the cover box 3 is removed (hereinafter also referred to simply as "overall height H1") and the height H2 of the bottom box 2 be within the following ranges. The overall height H1 is preferably 3 to 6 times, and more preferably 3 to 5 times, the height H2 of the bottom box 2. The difference between the overall height H1 and the height H2 of the bottom box 2 is preferably 190 mm or more and 240 mm or less, and more preferably 190 mm or more and 230 mm or less. The overall height H1 is preferably 200 mm or more and 400 mm or less, and more preferably 250 mm or more and 350 mm or less. The height H2 of the bottom box 2 is preferably 30 mm or more and 130 mm or less, and more preferably 40 mm or more and 120 mm or less.
[0037] In the integrated state, the bottom box 2 is covered by the cover box 3. From the viewpoint of making it easier to release the integrated state, it is preferable that the dimensions of the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 are within the following ranges. The ratio (W2 / W3) of the outer width W2 of the bottom box 2 to the inner width W3 of the cover box 3 is preferably 94% or more and 98% or less, more preferably 96% or more and 98% or less. In this specification, "width" refers to the length in the width direction X. The difference between the inner width W3 of the cover box 3 and the outer width W2 of the bottom box 2 is preferably 2 mm or more and 7 mm or less, and more preferably 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less. The ratio (L2 / L3) of the outer dimension L2 in the depth direction Y of the bottom box 2 to the inner dimension L3 in the depth direction Y of the cover box 3 is preferably 95% or more and 98% or less, more preferably 96% or more and 98% or less. The difference between the inner dimension L3 in the depth direction Y of the cover box 3 and the outer dimension L2 in the depth direction Y of the bottom box 2 is preferably 2 mm or more and 7 mm or less, more preferably 2 mm or more and 5 mm or less. The inner width is the length between the inner surfaces of a pair of side portions opposing each other in the width direction X. The outer width is the length between the outer surfaces of a pair of side portions opposing each other in the width direction. The inner dimension in the depth direction Y is the length between the inner surfaces of the front and rear parts facing each other in the depth direction Y. The outer dimension in the depth direction Y is the length between the outer surfaces of the front and rear parts facing each other in the depth direction Y.
[0038] From the viewpoint of further improving the ability of the bottom box 2 to retain the packaged item 4, it is preferable that the dimensions of the bottom box 2 be within the following ranges. The outer width W2 of the bottom box 2 is preferably 150 mm or more and 350 mm or less, and more preferably 200 mm or more and 300 mm or less. The outer dimension length L2 of the bottom box 2 in the depth direction Y is preferably 150 mm or more and 500 mm or less, and more preferably 250 mm or more and 400 mm or less.
[0039] From the viewpoint of maintaining the stacking more stably, it is preferable that the top surface portion of the cover box 3, i.e., the outer top surface portion 37, is configured to include a plate-like member that is continuous over the entire width direction X of the cover box 3. The cover box 3 of this embodiment includes a top side surface portion 35t as the plate-like member. From the viewpoint of assembling the cover box 3 more efficiently, it is preferable that such a plate-like member is connected to one of the pair of side surfaces 35, 36. When the outer top surface portion 37 includes a plate-shaped member that is continuous across the entire width direction X of the covering box 3, from the standpoint of further stabilizing the stability of the stacking, it is preferable that the top surface side engagement portion 3E is a convex portion formed on the outer top surface portion 37, and the bottom surface side engagement portion 2E is a concave portion formed on the inner bottom surface portion 29.
[0040] As described above, the inner bottom surface portion 29 has a pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u connected to the front portion 21 and the back portion 23 (see FIG. 7). The inner surface of the inner bottom surface portion 29 is formed by folding these bottom flap portions 21u, 23u inward, and the inner surface is formed in a planar continuous state with the pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u butted together. This configuration can further stabilize the self-supporting state of the packaged item 4 and can prevent the packaged item 4 from being scratched by the corners of the plate-like member forming the inner surface of the inner bottom surface portion 29. Examples of the corners of the plate-like member include corners of a plate-like member folded in a crash lock manner. The inner bottom surface portion 29 of this embodiment is configured by overlapping a pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u that form a flat inner surface and a bottom side portion 25u that forms the outer surface of the inner bottom surface portion 29, thereby enabling a heavy packaged item 4, such as a pouch container, to be held more stably.
[0041] From the viewpoint of further improving the visibility of the packaged item 4, it is preferable that the packaged item 4 is stored in a self-supporting state in the bottom box 2 (see FIG. 6). In this case, it is preferable that the packaged item 4 has a contact surface at the bottom and can be maintained in an upright (self-supporting) state from the bottom. Examples of such packaged item 4 include pouch containers, bottle containers, box-shaped carton containers, etc., each of which has a bottom that serves as a contact surface. From the same viewpoint as above, the height H4 of the packaged item 4 in a free-standing state (see FIG. 1) is preferably 2.8 to 5.8 times, more preferably 2.8 to 4.8 times, the height H2 of the bottom box 2.
[0042] Each of the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 in the above-described embodiments is formed using one blank. The blank will be described below with reference to the embodiment shown in Figs. 1 to 7. The cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 can each be formed using a single blank 20, 30 capable of forming a rectangular parallelepiped or cube (see Figs. 8 and 9). These blanks 20, 30 can be easily obtained by punching and cutting a single sheet of paper material so that the cover box 3 and the bottom box 2 each have a predetermined shape when unfolded. To more reliably ensure the strength required for use as the packaging body 1, the thickness of the sheet material forming the blanks 20, 30 is preferably 1.5 mm or more and 5 mm or less, and more preferably 3 mm or more and 4 mm or less.
[0043] The blanks 20, 30 are subjected to creasing such as creasing, cutting, etc. to form each portion defined by the folded portion. The blank 30 forming the cover box 3 may be provided with easy-to-break lines at appropriate positions for forming the pair of openings 35d, 35d. The blank 20 forming the bottom box 2 may be provided with easy-to-break lines at appropriate positions for forming the notch n1 and the pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e.
[0044] The blank 30 shown in Figure 8 forms the cover box 3, and has a longitudinal direction R1 corresponding to the circumferential direction of the outer wall portion 3r and an orthogonal direction Z1 corresponding to the height direction Z, and has a long shape in the longitudinal direction R1. The blank 30 has a pair of outer side portions 35, 36, an outer front portion 31, and an outer back portion 33, which are divided by folding portions b5, b6, and b7 extending in the perpendicular direction Z1. In the blank 30 of this embodiment, the outer side portion 36, the outer front portion 31, the outer side portion 35, and the outer back portion 33 are arranged in this order from the left along the longitudinal direction R1. The outer side portions 35, 36 are connected to both sides of the outer front portion 31 in the longitudinal direction R1 via a pair of folding portions b5, b5. One of the outer side portions 36 is one end of the blank 30 in the longitudinal direction R1. The other outer side portion 35 is located between the outer front portion 31 and the outer back portion 33, and is connected to the outer back portion 33 via the folding portion b6. A joint portion 33r extending in the perpendicular direction Z1 is connected to the outer back surface portion 33 on the outer side in the longitudinal direction R1 via a bent portion b7. The joint portion 33r forms the other end portion of the blank 30 in the longitudinal direction R1.
[0045] A top side portion 35t is connected to one side of the outer side portion 35 located between the outer front portion 31 and the outer back portion 33 via a bent portion b3 extending in the longitudinal direction R1. The length of the top side portion 35t in the orthogonal direction Z1 is approximately the same as the width of the outer front portion 31 and the outer back portion 33, and is capable of closing the upper opening of the outer peripheral wall portion 3r. A pair of openings 35d, 35d extending in the orthogonal direction Z1 are formed on both ends of the top side portion 35t in the longitudinal direction R1. The pair of openings 35d, 35d are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction R1. A side flap portion 35f extending in the longitudinal direction R1 is connected to the outer edge of the top side portion 35t in the orthogonal direction Z1. The top side portion 35t and the side flap portion 35f have approximately the same length in the longitudinal direction R1.
[0046] The outer front part 31 is connected to a top front forming part 31p on one side in the orthogonal direction Z1 via bent parts b1 and b2 extending in the longitudinal direction R1. The top front forming part 31p is a part extending outward in the orthogonal direction Z1 from the outer front part 31, and has a top front part 31t cut into the top front forming part 31p in a substantially trapezoidal shape, and an inverted U-shaped outer peripheral part 31e surrounding the periphery of the top front part 31t. The top front part 31t has an insertion flap part 31f that is long in the longitudinal direction R1 at the tip part on the outer side in the orthogonal direction Z1. The top front part 31t and the outer peripheral part 31e are spaced apart, and an inverted U-shaped opening is formed between the top front part 31t and the outer peripheral part 31e. The bent portions b2 connecting the outer front portion 31 and the outer peripheral portion 31e are located on both sides of the bent portion b1 connecting the outer front portion 31 and the top front portion 31t. The bent portion b2 connecting the outer peripheral portion 31e is located slightly inward in the orthogonal direction Z1 than the bent portion b1 connecting the top front portion 31t. By shifting the positions of the bent portions b1 and b2 in the orthogonal direction Z1 in this way, a convex portion (top surface side engagement portion 3E) made of the top front portion 31t can be easily formed. The bent portions b3 and b4 connecting the top back surface forming portion 33p described later also have the same configuration as the bent portions b1 and b2 connecting the top front forming portion 31p.
[0047] The top back forming part 33p is connected to one side of the outer back part 33 in the orthogonal direction Z1 via the bent parts b3 and b4 extending in the longitudinal direction R1. The top back forming part 33p is a part extending outward in the orthogonal direction Z1 from the outer back part 33, and has a top back part 33t cut into the top back forming part 33p in a substantially trapezoidal shape and an inverted U-shaped outer peripheral part 33e surrounding the periphery of the top back part 33t. The top back part 33t has an insertion flap part 33f that is long in the longitudinal direction R1 at the tip part on the outer side in the orthogonal direction Z1. The top back part 33t and the outer peripheral part 33e are spaced apart, and an inverted U-shaped opening is formed between the top back part 33t and the outer peripheral part 33e.
[0048] The blank 20 shown in FIG. 9 is for forming the bottom box 2, and has a lateral direction X1 corresponding to the width direction X and a vertical direction Y1 corresponding to the depth direction Y, and has a shape that is long in the vertical direction Y1. The blank 20 has a bottom flap portion 21u, an inner wall surface portion 21d, an outer wall surface portion 21c, a bottom side surface portion 25u, an outer wall surface portion 23c, an inner wall surface portion 23d, and a bottom flap portion 23u arranged in the vertical direction Y1. A pair of inner side surface portions 25, 25 are connected to both side edges in the width direction X1 of the bottom side surface portion 25u, and a pair of peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 are connected to both side edges in the vertical direction Y1 of the inner side surface portion 25.
[0049] The blank 20 has a bottom flap portion 21u, an inner wall surface portion 21d, an outer wall surface portion 21c, a bottom side surface portion 25u, an outer wall surface portion 23c, an inner wall surface portion 23d, and a bottom flap portion 23u, which are divided by folding portions b11, b12, b13, b15, b16, b17, and b18 extending in the width direction X1. A pair of bottom flap portions 21u, 23u connected to the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d constitute both ends of the blank 20 in the vertical direction Y1. The inner wall surface portion 21d forming the inner front surface portion 21 is connected to the bottom flap portion 21u via a bent portion b11 at an edge along the width direction X1 on the outside of the vertical direction Y1. This bent portion b11 has a portion that protrudes outward in the vertical direction Y1 so that a pair of insertion flaps 21f, 21f are formed at the edge of the inner wall surface portion 21d. The outer wall surface portion 21c is connected to an edge along the horizontal direction X1 on the inside of the vertical direction Y1 via two bent portions b12, b13. The outer wall surface portion 21c has a width (length in the horizontal direction X1) slightly larger than the inner wall surface portion 21d and the bottom flap portion 21u. The inner wall surface portion 23d, the outer wall surface portion 23c, and the bottom flap portion 23u that form the inner back surface portion 23 have the same configuration as the inner wall surface portion 21d, the outer wall surface portion 21c, and the bottom flap portion 21u that form the inner front surface portion 21.
[0050] In the perpendicular direction Z1, the bottom side portion 25u is located between the two outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c that form the outer surfaces of the inner front portion 21 and the inner back portion 23. The bottom side portion 25u is located inside the two outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c in the vertical direction Y1 and is connected to the end edges extending in the horizontal direction X1. The bottom side portion 25u has a pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e formed along both end edges (bent portions b14, b15) that are connected to the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c. The insertion openings 25e, 25e are rectangular openings that are elongated in the horizontal direction X1. The bottom side surface portion 25u has a notch portion n1 formed between the pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e in the horizontal direction X1. In a plan view, the notch portion n1 has a trapezoidal shape that protrudes inward in the vertical direction Y1, and the lower base of the trapezoid is aligned with the bent portions b14, b15.
[0051] The peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 are connected to both vertical direction Y1 edges of the inner side surface portion 25 via bent portions b19, b20 extending in the horizontal direction X1, and the pair of peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 and the inner side surface portion 25 are arranged in the vertical direction Y1. That is, the inner side surface portion 25 is disposed between the pair of peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2. One peripheral wall flap portion f1 is located on both sides in the horizontal direction X1 of the outer wall surface portion 21c that forms the outer surface of the inner front portion 21, and the other peripheral wall flap portion f2 is located on both sides in the horizontal direction X1 of the outer wall surface portion 23c that forms the outer surface of the inner back surface portion 23.
[0052] A method for manufacturing the packaging box 10 using the blanks 20 and 30 shown in Fig. 8 and Fig. 9 will be described. Note that the joining performed when assembling the cover box 3 from the blank 30 shown in Fig. 8 can be performed by a known joining means such as an adhesive.
[0053] The blank 30 forming the cover box 3 has the joint portion 33r joined to the outer surface of the outer surface portion 36 forming one end of the blank 30 in the longitudinal direction R1 to form the outer peripheral wall portion 3r (see FIG. 10(a)). Next, the outer peripheral portion 31e connected to the outer front portion 31 and the outer peripheral portion 33e connected to the outer back portion 33 are folded inward in the orthogonal direction Z1 around the folding portions b2 and b4 (see FIG. 10(b)). Next, the top side portion 35t is placed on top of the outer peripheral portions 31e and 33e. At this time, the side flap portion 35f is disposed on the outer surface side of the outer surface portion 36 to which the joint portion 33r is joined (see FIG. 10(c)). Next, the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t are placed on top of the top side portion 35t, and the insertion flaps 31f, 33f of the top front portion 31t and the top back portion 33t are inserted into the pair of openings 35d, 35d of the top side portion 35t. In this manner, the cover box 3 is assembled.
[0054] The blank 20 forming the bottom box 2 is folded so that the pair of inner side portions 25, 25 stand up from the bottom side portion 25u, and the peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 on both sides of the inner side portion 25 in the vertical direction Y1 are folded inward in the horizontal direction X1 at the folding portions b19, b20. As a result, the peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 are also raised up from the bottom side portion 25u, and the peripheral wall flaps f1, f2 of the pair of inner side portions 25 are arranged on both side edges of the bottom side portion 25u in the vertical direction Y1 (see FIG. 11). Next, the bottom flaps 21u, 23u are folded inward in the vertical direction Y1 between the bottom flaps 21u, 23u and the inner wall portions 21d, 23d (folding portions b11, b18), and the pair of bottom flaps 21u, 23u are overlapped on the bottom side portion 25u. At the same time, the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d and the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c are folded (at the bent portions b12, b13, b16, b17) so that the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are disposed on the inner side of the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c, and the peripheral wall flap portions f1, f2 are sandwiched between the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d and the outer wall surface portions 21c, 23c, and further, a pair of insertion flap portions 21f, 23f on the outer side in the vertical direction Y1 of the inner wall surface portions 21d, 23d are inserted into a pair of insertion openings 25e, 25e of the bottom side surface portion 25u (see FIG. 11). In this manner, the inner front surface portion 21, the pair of inner side surfaces 25, 25, and the inner back surface portion 23 are disposed in a ring shape, and the bottom box 2 is assembled.
[0055] The bottom box 2 of this embodiment is assembled without using adhesive by inserting the insertion flap parts 21f, 23f into the insertion opening 25e and sandwiching the peripheral wall flap parts f1, f2 between the inner wall surface parts 21d, 23d and the outer wall surface parts 21c, 23c. This configuration is preferable because the bottom box 2 can be easily unfolded when the packaging box 10 is discarded. In addition, since no adhesive that may become an impurity during recycling is used, it has excellent recyclability.
[0056] After the assembled bottom box 2 contains the packaged item 4 inside, the cover box 3 is placed over the bottom box 2 through the outer opening 38. A belt-shaped member 15 is placed around the bottom box 2 and the cover box 3 in this state, and the bottom box 2 and the cover box 3 are restrained by the belt-shaped member 15, thereby obtaining an integrated packaging box 10 (package 1) containing the packaged item 4. By the above method, the integrated package 1 shown in FIG. 1 can be manufactured.
[0057] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment and can be modified as appropriate. For example, in the above-described embodiment, the top surface side engaging portion 3E is a convex portion and the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E is a concave portion, but the top surface side engaging portion 3E may be a concave portion and the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E may be a convex portion. In this case, the top surface side engaging portion 3E is a concave portion formed on the top side surface portion 35t, and the bottom surface side engaging portion 2E is a convex portion formed on the inner bottom surface portion 29.
