[0014] The present invention provides a respiratory mask device for removing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas in the air for breathing, which achieves the above - mentioned functions on the premise of using a known respiratory mask.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0015] The left and right base portions of the left and right front strut portions and the left and right rear strut portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions are connected by a connecting plate portion to provide a left and right integrated balance maintaining plate. The balance maintaining plate is curved and attached to the outer surface of the lower half of the respiratory mask body. At the same time, the left and right base portions are respectively attached to the outer surfaces of the attachment portions on the left and right side surfaces of the lower half of the respiratory mask body on the outer surfaces of the attachment portions on the left and right side surfaces of the balance maintaining plate, so that the balance maintaining plate and the respiratory mask body are integrally formed. And the connecting plate portion of the balance maintaining plate is supported at a fixed position on the outer surface of the respiratory mask body by a support plate supported by the respiratory mask body. At the tip ends of the left and right front strut portions and the tip ends of the left and right rear strut portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions of the balance maintaining plate, the lower end portions of the left and right front elastic suspension bands arranged at intervals in the front and rear directions on the left and right side surfaces of the hat-shaped support band worn by the wearer are detachably connected to the lower end portions of the left and right rear elastic suspension bands respectively. By adjusting the lengths of the left front elastic suspension band, the left rear elastic suspension band, the right front elastic suspension band, and the right rear elastic suspension band respectively, the facial wearing pressure and the wearing position of the respiratory mask body are adjusted for wearing, which is in a respiratory mask device for removing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas from the air for breathing.

[0016] The left and right base portions of the left and right front strut portions and the left and right rear strut portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions are connected by a connecting plate portion to provide a left and right integrated balance maintaining plate. And the connecting plate portion of the balance maintaining plate is engaged with a rigid portion formed on the outer surface of the respiratory mask body and supported at a fixed position on the outer surface of the respiratory mask body. At the tip ends of the left and right front strut portions and the tip ends of the left and right rear strut portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions of the balance maintaining plate, the lower ends of the left and right front elastic suspension bands and the left and right rear elastic suspension bands that are arranged at intervals in the front and rear on the left and right side surfaces of the hat-shaped support band worn by the wearer are respectively detachably connected. By adjusting the lengths of the left front elastic suspension band, the left rear elastic suspension band, the right front elastic suspension band and the right rear elastic suspension band respectively, the facial wearing pressure and the wearing position of the respiratory mask body are adjusted for wearing, which is in a respiratory mask device for removing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas from the air for breathing.

[0017] The attachment of the attachment portions on the left and right side surfaces of the lower half of the respiratory mask body and the left and right base portions of the left and right front strut portions and the left and right rear strut portions of the balance maintaining plate is such that the left and right adjustment knobs are attached by attachment means. One of the left and right adjustment knobs is supported by one hand of the wearer, or the other of the left and right adjustment knobs is supported by the other hand of the wearer. By adjusting the lengths of the left front elastic suspension band, the left rear elastic suspension band, the right front elastic suspension band or the right rear elastic suspension band released from the tip ends of the left and right front strut portions and the left and right rear strut portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions, the facial wearing pressure of the respiratory mask body is adjusted for wearing on the face of the wearer, which is in a respiratory mask device for removing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas from the air for breathing.

[0018] The left and right base mounting holes of the left and right V-shaped support rod parts are made to correspond to the left and right mounting holes opened in the mounting parts on the left and right side surfaces of the lower half of the respiratory mask body. The screw rods of the screws with heads are respectively inserted outward from the inner side of the respiratory mask body through the left and right mounting holes and the outer sides of the left and right base mounting holes. Mounting nuts are screwed onto the tip ends of the respective screw rods to fasten the respiratory mask body. At the same time, the tip ends of the screw rods are inserted through the left and right base mounting holes of the left and right V-shaped support rod parts and protrude further outward. Left and right adjustment knobs with a shape in which the outer periphery of the end part has a flange-like diameter expansion are screwed and fastened to the protruding screw rods, and the left and right adjustment knobs are integrally mounted and provided on the left and right outer side surfaces of the respiratory mask body in a carbon dioxide gas and other harmful gas removal air respiratory mask device.

[0019] The hat-shaped support band is provided at least with a left-side band body in which the front half on the left side and the rear half on the right side are passed through the center of the top part to the annular base end band, a right-side band body in which the front half on the right side and the rear half on the left side are passed through the center of the top part to the base end band, and left and right intermediate band bodies in which the middle part on the left side and the middle part on the right side are passed through the center of the top part to the base end band. One edge of the base end band is bent and sewn into a tubular shape and fitted and connected to one vertical rod part of the frame-shaped connecting ring. On the outer surface of the other edge side of the base end band, male and female parts of a velvet fastener are provided with a required length, and a finger hook ring is connected to the other edge. After the finger hook ring is inserted through the other vertical rod part of the frame-shaped connecting ring from the inner side to the outer side and pulled out, it is bent at the other vertical rod part of the frame-shaped connecting ring and reversed to the other side, and the male and female parts of the velvet fastener facing each other are joined in contact, and it is provided in a carbon dioxide gas and other harmful gas removal air respiratory mask device that can be adjusted to be loosely or tightly worn according to the circumferential length around the wearer's head.

[0020] On the outer surface of the lower end of the left middle part of the left - right middle belt body of the hat - shaped support belt, a left front - side hat - band hanging belt with a left front - side connecting ring provided at the lower end is provided, and on the outer surface of the lower end of the right middle part, a right front - side hat - band hanging belt with a right front - side connecting ring provided at the lower end is respectively provided. [0021] In a respiratory mask device for removing harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas from the air, the base end of a detachable flap having a double - folded annular finger - hanging part facing downward is attached to the left - right center of the outer surface of the back part of the base - end band of the hat - shaped support belt.

Advantages of the Invention

[0022] The present invention can provide a respiratory mask body of a system with less compressive fatigue burden due to wearing for mask wearers engaged in an environment of harmful gases such as carbon dioxide gas.

[0023] Since the respiratory mask body of the present invention uses a hat - shaped support belt that utilizes the head with less fatigue due to wearing, in terms of time, it can be worn for a long time, that is, continuously for several days, both during waking activities and during sleep. The compressive fatigue is reduced, and continuous wearing for several days can be maintained.

[0024] Since the attachment of the respiratory mask body, whose support surface contacts the mouth area of the wearer's face, is performed at two locations that are in the middle up - down and separated left - right, the contact pressure of the surrounding contact part on the back of the mask is averaged to be at almost the same pressure, which can be made weak or strong. That is, during labor such as construction and work, the band is tightened and strongly compressed to prevent leakage of supply and exhaust air and the detachment of the respiratory mask body. During rest or sleep, the band is loosened to greatly reduce compressive fatigue.

[0025] When moving the mouth for conversation, if the contact pressure of the breathing mask is strong, the movement of the mouth is inhibited, but if the contact pressure is weak, the obstruction is reduced.

[0026] The band for fixing the conventional mask to the face is connected by providing connecting parts at two upper and lower positions on the left and right sides of the mask side, that is, at four positions. Therefore, the contact surface part on the back of the mask becomes large and wide so as to wrap around the face from both sides. As a result, it is not only difficult to move the mouth and impossible to have a conversation, but also an injury accident of biting the tongue occurs during the conversation.

[0027] In the present invention, the balance maintaining plate is formed with left and right V-shaped support rod portions branching in a V-shape from the mask attachment portion. At the tip ends of the left and right V-shaped support rod portions, the lower ends of the left and right front elastic hanging bands and the lower ends of the left and right rear elastic hanging bands of the hat-shaped support band are detachably connected. Therefore, the tip ends of the left and right V-shaped support rod portions are separated outward and opposed to the left and right sides of the face, and the contact pressure of the breathing mask on the face is buffered by the spring action of the balance maintaining plate and the tension of the left and right front elastic hanging bands and the left and right rear elastic hanging bands and dispersed to the whole mask. And since the traction direction is specified, even if the contact pressure is weakened, the breathing mask will not be displaced relative to the face.

[0028] Since the left adjustment gripper and the right adjustment gripper are attached and arranged at the left and right bases of the left and right V-shaped support rod portions of the balance maintaining plate on the left and right side surfaces of the lower half of the breathing mask body, the left adjustment gripper or the right adjustment gripper is supported by one hand of the wearer, and with the other hand, the lengths of the left front elastic hanging band, the left rear elastic hanging band, the right front elastic hanging band or the right rear elastic hanging band removed from the tip ends of the left and right V-shaped support rod portions are fixedly adjusted in millimeters to adjust the face mounting pressure of the breathing mask body and can be worn on the face of the wearer.

[0029] At the tip portions of one of the left front side strut portion and the left rear side strut portion of the left and right V-shaped strut portions, the lower end portions of the left front side elastic suspension band and the left rear side elastic suspension band arranged before and after on the left side surface of one of the hat-shaped support bands are connected, and at the tip portions of the other right front side strut portion and the right rear side strut portion of the left and right V-shaped strut portions, the lower end portions of the right front side elastic suspension band and the right rear side elastic suspension band arranged before and after on the right side surface of the other of the hat-shaped support bands are connected and respectively attached. The left and right base portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions are connected by a connecting plate portion so that the left and right V-shaped strut portions are integrally provided, and the left and right base portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions correspond to the outer surface of the lower half of the respiratory mask body, and the left and right base attachment holes of the left and right base portions communicate with the attachment holes opened on the left and right of the lower half of the respiratory mask body and are integrally attached by attachment means inserted therethrough. Therefore, the left and right tip portions of the left and right V-shaped strut portions are spaced apart outwardly from each other on the left and right of the face to oppose each other, buffer the contact surface pressure of the respiratory mask on the face by a spring as described above, and disperse from the left and right base portions to the whole mask. Since the pressurizing direction is applied in a predetermined direction, even if the contact surface pressure is weakened, the respiratory mask does not shift in position with respect to the face.

[0030] The middle connecting plate portion of the balance maintaining and shaping plate is placed at a predetermined position of the respiratory mask body because the opposing front edge thereof is connected and mounted from above to the protruding support portion of the support plate attached to the respiratory mask body.

[0031] The connecting plate portion may be supported at the position of the respiratory mask body by connecting and mounting the opposing front edge thereof from above to the rigid body portion formed on the respiratory mask body.

[0062] The exhalation valve front casing 56a is provided with an exhalation valve accommodation portion 64, a cover portion 65, a front exhaust hole 66, and three side peripheral exhaust holes 67. Note that 68 is a rotation pin engagement hole.

[0063] As shown in Fig. 12, a flat detachable flap 69 is provided at the left and right centers of the back surface of the base end band 24 of the hat-shaped support band 3, its base end portion 69a is sewn, and a double-folded annular finger hook portion 69b is arranged downward.

[0064] The finger hook annular portion 69b of the detachable flap 69 is provided with a length that allows two fingers of an adult's one hand to fit in. Since the coloring of the appearance is a warm color of the red system because other parts such as the respiratory mask body are composed of a dark color of the black system, a warm color of the red system is selected.

[0065] Since the embodiments of the present invention are provided as described above, when taking out the respiratory mask device stored in, for example, a heat-resistant storage bag, the attachment / detachment flap 69 can instantaneously recognize the front and rear, left and right of the hat-shaped support band 3. Also, when attaching to the face, the left and right central positions of the hat-shaped support band 3 can be recognized throughout the front and rear. As shown in FIG. 3, with respect to the frame-shaped connection ring 25 at the front of the hat-shaped support band 3, the other edge 24b side of the proximal end band 24 is loosened, and two fingers of one hand of the wearer are inserted into the finger-hooking annular portion 69b of the attachment / detachment flap 69 at the rear of the hat-shaped support band 3. Then, the attachment / detachment flap 69 is pulled down with the central portion at the rear of the hat-shaped support band 3 placed on the head facing the cervical vertebra below the back of the wearer's head, and after putting on the hat-shaped support band 3 on the head with the central portion at the rear of the hat-shaped support band 3 aligned with the cervical vertebra position of the wearer's spine, the other edge 24b side of the proximal end band 24 at the front of the hat-shaped support band 3 is turned to the right by the other vertical rod portion 25b of the frame-shaped connection ring 25. Then, the male portion 26a and the female portion 26b of the velvet fastener 26 are joined in contact to put on the hat-shaped support band 3 on the head at the correct front, rear, left, and right positions. Also, the hat-shaped support band 3 on the head can be easily removed in the reverse order. And since the front, rear, left, and right central positions of the head are aligned with the front, rear, left, and right central positions of the hat-shaped support band 3, the central position is correctly set also for the respiratory mask body.

[0066] Next, connect the lower end of the left front elastic suspension band 4a from the left front side of the hat-shaped support band 3 to the left front tip 17a11 of the left front support rod 17a1 of the left V-shaped support rod part 17a of the balance maintaining plate 17, and connect the lower end of the left rear elastic suspension band 5a to the left rear tip 17a21 of the left rear support rod 17a2 of the left V-shaped support rod part 17a of the balance maintaining plate 17. Also, connect the lower end of the right front elastic suspension band 4b from the right side to the right front tip 17b11 of the right front support rod 17b1 of the right V-shaped support rod part 17b of the balance maintaining plate 17, and connect the lower end of the right rear elastic suspension band 5a to the right rear tip 17b21 of the right rear support rod 17b2 of the right V-shaped support rod part 17b of the balance maintaining plate 17. Then, connect the respiratory mask body 2 that is attached at two locations on the left and right, namely, the left front support rod 17a1 and the left base 17a3 of the left rear support rod 17a2 of the left V-shaped support rod part 17a of the balance maintaining plate 17, and the right front support rod 17b1 and the right base 17b3 of the right rear support rod 17b of the right V-shaped support rod part 17b. And then, apply and attach the respiratory mask body 2 to the wearer's face.

[0067] Regarding the respiratory mask body 2, taking the pulling strength of the left front elastic suspension band 4a, the left rear elastic suspension band 5a, the right front elastic suspension band 4b, and the right rear elastic suspension band 5b as an example, for the left front elastic suspension band 4a, it is folded in half around the left front connecting ring 28a, and the distance between the left front connecting ring 28a and the left front female hook button 22a2 can be adjusted according to the position where the male part 33a1 and the female part 33a2 of the velvet fastener 33a are joined to obtain an appropriate tension.

[0068] The adjustment of the tension of the four elastic suspension bands such as the left front elastic suspension band 4a is carried out by grasping the left adjustment gripper 21a or the right adjustment gripper 21b with one hand of the wearer, moving the respiratory mask body 2 to an appropriate position on the face, then pressing and holding its position. For example, grasping the thick-diameter both ends 31a2 of the left front elastic suspension band 4a with the other hand to release the connection between the male part 33a1 and the female part 33a2 of the Velcro fastener 33a, or grasping the thick-diameter both ends 32a2 of the left rear elastic suspension band 5a to release the connection between the male part 34a1 and the female part 34a2 of the velvet fastener 34a, moving the thick-diameter both ends 31a2 in the extension direction or the contraction direction around the connecting ring 28a that suspends the left front elastic suspension band 4a, or moving the thick-diameter both ends 32a in the extension direction or the contraction direction around the connecting ring 29a that suspends the left rear elastic suspension band 5a, and then reconnecting the male part 33a1 and the female part 33a2 of the Velcro fastener 33a to adjust the tension applied to the respiratory mask body 2.

[0069] Next, grasp the left adjustment gripper 21a or the right adjustment gripper 21b with one hand of the wearer, press and hold the respiratory mask body 2 that is being moved to an appropriate position, grasp the thick-diameter both ends 31b2 of the right front elastic suspension band 4b with the other hand to release the connection between the male part 33b1 and the female part 33b2 of the Velcro fastener 33b, or grasp the thick-diameter both ends 32b2 of the right rear elastic suspension band 5b to release the connection between the male part 34b1 and the female part 34b2 of the velvet fastener 34b, move the thick-diameter both ends in the extension direction or the contraction direction around the connecting ring 28b or 29b that suspends the right front elastic suspension band 4b or the right rear elastic suspension band 5b, then reconnect the male part 33b1 and the female part 33b2 of the Velcro fastener 33b, or reconnect the male part 34b1 and the female part 34b2 of the velvet fastener 34b to adjust the tension applied to the respiratory mask body 2.

[0070] At the lower left front connection part 4a21 of the left front elastic suspension band 4a, the attachment of the left front female hook button 22a2 is provided integrally with the left front elastic suspension band 4a as shown in Fig. 9. Therefore, to engage the left front female hook button 22a2 with the left front male hook button 22a1, they can be easily joined by simply applying pressure in the engaging direction.

[0071] The connection between the attachment points on the left and right side surfaces of the respiratory mask body 2 and the left and right front elastic suspension bands 4a, 4b or the left and right rear elastic suspension bands 5a, 5b is not a direct connection, but a balance - maintaining plate 17 is interposed in between. Therefore, after the pressure on the respiratory mask body 2 is concentrated at the attachment points, it is dispersed throughout the entire respiratory mask body 2, enabling the user to wear it without being stressed and to wear it continuously for a long time.

[0072] Also, since the embodiments of the left front elastic suspension band 4a, the left rear elastic suspension band 5a, the right front elastic suspension band 4b, and the right rear elastic suspension band 5b are configured as described above, taking the left front elastic suspension band 4a as an example, the non - extensible left front lower non - stretchable part 4a2 is sewn and integrally provided at the lower part of the left front upper half elastic band part 4a1 made of an elastic suspension band member, and the lower end is provided at the left front lower end connection part 4a21. The upper end part of the left front upper half elastic band part 4a1 is provided at the left front upper end tubular part 4a11, the insertion small - diameter part 31a1 of the stopper pin 31a is inserted by extending the left front upper end tubular part 4a11, and both ends are provided at the large - diameter both ends 31a2 protruding outward. Therefore, the left front upper end tubular part 4a11 can be extended to easily pull out the stopper pin 31a. Also, it can be exchanged with a new left front elastic suspension band 4a. And the male part 33a1 of the velcro fastener 33a on the left front upper half elastic band part 4a1 is joined to the female part 33a2 of the velcro fastener 33a on the non - extensible suspension band member arranged at the left front lower non - stretchable part 4a2 to adjust the double - folded length. Due to such a configuration, it can be finely adjusted to an interval of as narrow as 1 mm.

[0073] In the left front elastic suspension band 4a, the left rear elastic suspension band 5a, the right front elastic suspension band 4b, and the right rear elastic suspension band 5b, since each is a connection by the male and female parts of each velcro fastener, by moving the connection part, re-pressing and connecting, the overall length of each can be easily and surely changed.

[0074] Since the elastic suspension bands on the left and right and front and rear are easily replaceable, even if aging occurs due to the aging of the rubber part over time, they can be replaced at regular intervals to maintain the predetermined performance.

Industrial Applicability

[0075] In construction work in an environment where harmful gases are generated, and also, the sizing of emergency security supplies for dealing with accidents of survival air-conditioning equipment in a closed environment achieves cost reduction of the supplies, and moreover, contributes to the reduction of maintenance costs to ensure safety.

[0076] Since flat detachable flaps are provided at the left and right centers of the back surface of the base band of the hat-shaped support band, using this as a mark and also as a handle, the hat-shaped support band can be quickly and correctly positioned on the body for wearing.

[0077] By using the wearer's head as a support, the stress and fatigue of wearing are reduced, enabling continuous wearing of the mask for a long period of time.

[0078] Generally, it can maintain a flat surface in a wide range and be applied from a relatively small face to a large face, contributing to the sizing freedom.

[0079] By making the contact surface structure of the mask size-free and soft, and simplifying and streamlining the structure of the mask suspension band, the wearing operation can be simplified and the durability can be extended.
