Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0010] First, with reference to FIG. 1, a return inspection kit set including an inspection kit transport box according to an embodiment of the transport box of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a return inspection kit set including an inspection kit transport box according to an embodiment of the transport box of the present invention.
[0011] In recent years, users themselves (not shown) have been performing inspections using a predetermined kit to detect physical risks at an early stage. In the following description, the situation where the inspection kit is sent to the user will be referred to as "the transport is the forward journey", and the situation where the user sends it to the inspection center will be referred to as "the transport is the return journey".
[0012] The return inspection kit set 1B shown in FIG. 1 is a set of inspection kits when the transport is the return journey, and includes a transport object 51 in which a sample collected from the user is enclosed. First, a brief explanation will be given of how the transport object 51 enclosing the sample is held in a stationary state inside the inspection kit transport box 10.
[0013] The inspection kit transport box 10 when the transport is the return journey includes a main body 12 and a holding part 14. The transport object 51 contains a sample (for example, urine) collected from the user. The transport object 51 enclosing the sample (for example, urine) is held inside the inspection kit transport box 10 by the characteristic structure of the holding part 14.
[0014] Although the detailed structure will be described later, the holding part 14 is formed with a covering part 141 having an object covering surface 141a and an object placing surface 141b. Also, a pair of recessed parts 144 are formed in the holding part 14. The holding part 14 is structured such that the covering part 141 can cover and temporarily hold the transport object 51 enclosing the collected sample.
[0015] In such an inspection kit transport box 10, when the holding part 14 is stored in the storage part 121 of the main body 12 and the lid 122 of the main body 12 is closed, the pressing force of the lid 122 acts on the pair of recessed parts 144, so that the transport object 51 enclosing the collected sample can be held in a stationary state. Therefore, the inspection kit transport box 10 can ensure high stability during transportation.
[0016] Next, with reference to FIG. 2, a set of inspection kits when the transportation is in the forward journey will be described. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing a set of forward journey inspection kits including an inspection kit transport box according to an embodiment of the transport box of the present invention.
[0017] The set of forward journey inspection kits 1A is composed of an inspection kit transport box 10 and an inspection kit 50. Among such a set of forward journey inspection kits 1A, the inspection kit transport box 10 is composed of a case 11, a main body 12, a forward journey storage part 13, and a holding part 14. Also, among the set of forward journey inspection kits 1A, the inspection kit 50 is composed of transport objects 51 and 52. The inspection kit transport box 10 is configured to store the transport objects 51 and 52 when the transportation is in the forward journey. On the other hand, when the transportation is in the return journey, it is configured to store the transport object 51 as shown in FIG. 1. The inspection kit transport box 10 is manufactured from a predetermined paper (cardboard) having a thickness capable of maintaining its shape.
[0018] With reference to the drawings, each of the above components will be described in order starting from the main body 12. FIG. 3 is a perspective view for explaining the configuration of the main body shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0019] The main body 12 is the main body in the transport box, and has a storage part 121, a lid 122, and a connecting part 123, and is formed by folding a single sheet of cardboard cut out in a predetermined shape. Note that although the main body 12 of the present embodiment is formed integrally with the storage part 121, the lid 122, and the connecting part 123 being continuous, it is not limited to this. That is, the storage part 121 and the lid 122 may be formed separately.
[0020] The storage part 121 is formed to have a space capable of storing the forward storage part 13, the holding part 14, and the transport objects 51 and 52 when the transport is in the forward direction, and at least the holding part 14 and the transport object 51 enclosing the collected object when the transport is in the return direction. The storage part 121 has a holding part placement surface 121a, a longitudinal side surface 121b, a pair of longitudinal side surfaces 121c and 121c, a pair of short side surfaces 121d and 121d, and a pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e and 121e in order to have the above space.
[0021] The holding part placement surface 121a is formed as a flat surface. Also, the holding part placement surface 121a is formed in a rectangle in plan view. In the present embodiment, the holding part placement surface 121a is rectangular, but it may be square, for example, according to the size of the transport objects 51 and 52.
[0022] The longitudinal side surface 121b is disposed at a position that is the long side of the holding part placement surface 121a on the side where the connecting part 123 is not continuous (the longitudinal direction of the main body 12 is formed to be the width of the longitudinal side surface 121b). The longitudinal side surface 121b is formed by folding upward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the holding part placement surface 121a. Also, the longitudinal side surface 121b is formed by folding the middle inward so that the end of the longitudinal side surface 121b faces the holding part placement surface 121a (see the cross section of FIG. 1). The longitudinal side surface 121b is formed to be a double wall by the above folding. That is, the strength is ensured. The height dimension of the longitudinal side surface 121b is set in accordance with the height dimensions of the pair of recessed portions 144 of the holding portion 14.
[0023] The pair of longitudinal side surfaces 121c, 121c are arranged on the opposite side of the longitudinal side surface 121b. That is, the pair of longitudinal side surfaces 121c, 121c are arranged in accordance with the position of the long side of the holding portion placement surface 121a on the side where the connecting portion 123 is continuous. The pair of longitudinal side surfaces 121c, 121c are formed in a substantially strip piece shape. Such a pair of longitudinal side surfaces 121c, 121c are formed at a portion that is continuous with the pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d and is bent at approximately 90 degrees at the continuous position.
[0024] The pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d are arranged at the positions that are the short sides of the holding portion placement surface 121a (the short side direction of the main body 12 is formed to be the width of the short side surface 121d). The pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d are formed by being bent upward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the holding portion placement surface 121a. The height dimensions of the pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d are set in accordance with the height dimensions of the pair of recessed portions 144 of the holding portion 14. Note that when the holding portion 14 is stored in the storage portion 121, the pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d are arranged and formed such that the pair of recessed portions 144 of the holding portion 14 are respectively attached to form a double wall.
[0025] The pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e are formed so as to be continuous with the height direction ends of the pair of short side surfaces 121d, 121d. Also, the pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e are formed in a substantially flange shape. The pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e are arranged so as to be substantially parallel to the holding portion placement surface 121a. The pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e are arranged and formed such that when the holding portion 14 is stored in the storage portion 121, the tip ends 144a of the pair of pressing portions 144 in the holding portion 14 come into contact with each other respectively. Although the formation of the pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e is arbitrary, it is preferably formed because it is effective in preventing the holding portion 14 stored in the storage portion 121 from falling off or the like before the lid 122 of the main body 12 is closed.
[0026] The lid 122 has a lid main body portion 122a and an insertion portion 122b. The lid main body portion 122a is a portion that covers the storage portion 121 and is formed on a flat surface. Also, the lid main body portion 122a is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view. The lid main body portion 122a is formed so as to be substantially parallel to the holding portion placement surface 121a when the lid 122 is closed.
[0027] The insertion portion 122b is arranged at a position that becomes the long side on the side where the connecting portion 123 is not continuous (the longitudinal direction of the main body 12 is formed to be the width of the insertion portion 122b). The insertion portion 122b is formed in a shape that can be inserted inside the side surface 121b on the long side when the lid 122 is closed (by insertion, a triple wall is formed overlapping the side surface 121b on the long side). In this embodiment, the insertion portion 122b is structured to be inserted inside the side surface 121b on the long side, but it is not limited to this. That is, when the lid 122 is closed, it may be structured to be arranged outside the side surface 121b on the long side.
[0028] The connecting portion 123 is a portion that connects the storage portion 121 and the lid 122 so as to be continuous, and when the lid 122 is closed, it is arranged and formed so as to be attached to the pair of side surfaces 121c, 121c on the long side and the side surface 143 on the long side of the holding portion 14 to form a triple wall (partially a double wall).
[0029] Next, the state where the forward path storage portion and the holding portion are stacked will be described. Figure 4 is a perspective view for explaining a state in which the forward path storage unit and the holding unit shown in Figure 2 are stacked on top of each other. When the lid 122 is closed, the side closer to the lid 122 is defined as "up" and the side farther from the lid 122 is defined as "down" for the explanation.
[0030] The forward path storage unit 13 and the holding unit 14 are used in a state where they are stacked vertically as shown in Figure 4 when the transportation is in the forward path. The forward path storage unit 13 and the holding unit 14 in the vertically stacked state are formed so that they can be stored in the storage unit 121 of the main body 12 when the transportation is in the forward path.
[0031] The forward path storage unit 13 is used to hold the inspection kit 50 (transportation objects 51, 52) when the transportation is in the forward path, and has an upper surface 131, a pair of longitudinal side surfaces 132, 132, a pair of lower surfaces 133, and a pair of short-side side surfaces 134, 134. The forward path storage unit 13 is formed by folding a single sheet of cardboard cut out in a predetermined shape.
[0032] The upper surface 131 is formed as a flat surface. Also, the upper surface 131 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view. On such an upper surface 131, an object holding portion 131a for holding the enclosure container 511 (see Figure 2) of the transportation object 51 and an object holding portion 131d for holding the transportation object 52 (collection container (see Figure 2)) are formed. The object holding portion 131a for holding the enclosure container 511 has a hole portion 131b and a container support portion 131c. Also, the object holding portion 131d for holding the collection container also has a hole portion 131e and a container support portion 131f.
[0033] The pair of longitudinal side surfaces 132, 132 are respectively arranged and formed at positions that become the long sides of the upper surface 131. The pair of longitudinal side surfaces 132, 132 are formed by being bent downward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface 131.
[0034] The pair of lower surfaces 133, 133 are formed in a portion that is continuous with the pair of longitudinal side surfaces 132, 132 and is bent inward at approximately 90 degrees at the continuous position. The pair of lower surfaces 133, 133 are arranged and formed to be substantially parallel to the upper surface 131. Note that the pair of lower surfaces 133, 133 of the present embodiment are arranged with an interval in consideration of the size of the object to be transported 51 so that they can be used even when the transportation is a return journey.
[0035] The pair of short-side side surfaces 134, 134 are arranged and formed at positions that are the short sides of the upper surface 131. Also, the pair of short-side side surfaces 134, 134 are bent upward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the upper surface 131.
[0036] Next, the holding part will be described. FIG. 5 is a perspective view for explaining the configuration of the holding part shown in FIG. 2. Similarly, FIG. 6 is also a perspective view for explaining the configuration of the holding part shown in FIG. 2.
[0037] The holding part 14 is used to hold the object to be transported 51 (inspection kit 50) enclosing the collected sample in the above-described immobile state when the transportation is a return journey, and has a covering part 141, a temporary holding part 142, a longitudinal side surface 143, and a pair of short-side side surfaces (a pair of indentation parts 144). The holding part 14 is formed by bending a single sheet of cardboard cut out into a predetermined shape.
[0038] The covering part 141 is a part that covers the object to be transported 51 enclosing the collected sample, and has an object covering surface 141a and an object placement surface 141b. The covering part 141 is configured such that the object covering surface 141a and the object placement surface 141b are continuous, and is formed in a shape in which the object covering surface 141a overlaps the object placement surface 141b by folding back. In other words, the covering portion 141 is formed in a shape such that the object to be transported 51 placed on the object placement surface 141b can be covered with the object covering surface 141a. The object covering surface 141a and the object placement surface 141b are each formed in a rectangular shape in plan view.
[0039] A hole portion 141c is formed in the object covering surface 141a to allow a part of the object to be transported 51 enclosing the collected material to pass through (see FIG. 1) and to project that part. The hole portion 141c is formed as a through hole in a substantially rectangular shape that extends long along the longitudinal direction of the main body 12 and whose four corners are not angled (are rounded). Although not particularly labeled, the object covering surface 141a around the hole portion 141c is configured to hold down the container bag 512 described later.
[0040] In this embodiment, the hole portion 141c is formed to cover the relatively tall object to be transported 51 with the object covering surface 141a. However, when transporting an object with a low height, the formation of the hole portion 141c is optional.
[0041] In addition to the hole portion 141c, a temporary holding convex portion 141d is also formed on the object covering surface 141a. The temporary holding convex portion 141d is formed as a convex engaging portion for temporarily maintaining the covered state (until the lid 122 is closed) when the object covering surface 141a covers the object to be transported 51 enclosing the collected material. The temporary holding convex portion 141d is arranged so as to be located on the opposite side of the folded portion between the object placement surface 141b and the object covering surface 141a. The temporary holding convex portion 141d and a temporary holding concave portion 143a described later together constitute a temporary holding portion 142.
[0042] As described above, the temporary holding portion 142 is formed as an engaging portion so that the object covering surface 141a can temporarily maintain the state of covering the object to be transported 51 enclosing the collected material (until the lid 122 is closed). The temporary holding part 142 is composed of a convex temporary holding convex part 141d and a concave temporary holding concave part 143a into which the temporary holding convex part 141d is inserted and engaged. The temporary holding concave part 143a is formed on the longitudinal side surface 143.
[0043] The longitudinal side surface 143 is arranged to be located on the opposite side (the end part that becomes the long side) of the folded part on the object placement surface 141b. The longitudinal side surface 143 is formed by being bent upward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the object placement surface 141b. The height dimension of the longitudinal side surface 143 is set in accordance with the height dimensions of the pair of recessed parts 144 of the holding part 14. On such a longitudinal side surface 143, a concave temporary holding concave part 143a into which the temporary holding convex part 141d is inserted and engaged is formed.
[0044] The pair of recessed parts 144, 144 are arranged and formed so as to be continuous with the positions of the short sides (the end parts of the object covering surface 141a) of the object covering surface 141a respectively. The pair of recessed parts 144, 144 are formed by being bent upward so as to be substantially perpendicular to the object covering surface 141a. In other words, they are formed in a shape that stands up substantially perpendicular to the object covering surface 141a.
[0045] The tip ends 144a of each of such a pair of recessed parts 144, 144 are parts that can receive the pressing force from the lid 122 via the pair of flange-like covering surfaces 121e, 121e when the lid 122 is closed (that is, the pair of recessed parts 144, 144 are set to have a height dimension such that they can receive the pressing force from the lid 122). When the lid 122 is closed, the pressing force of the lid 122 acts on the pair of recessed parts 144, 144, so that the covering parts 141, 144 can hold the transport object 51 enclosing the collected object in an immovable state. The pair of recessed parts 144, 144 are structured so that they can press the transport object 51 enclosing the collected object against the covering part 141. The pair of pressing parts 144, 144 are structured such that when the holding part 14 is stored in the storage part 121, they form a double wall with the pair of short-side side surfaces 121d, 121d of the storage part 121 (ensuring strength).
[0046] Note that the pair of pressing parts 144, 144 may be separate from the object covering surface 141a respectively. That is, the pair of pressing parts 144, 144 may be formed in a shape that stands up substantially perpendicular to the object covering surface 141a.
[0047] Next, the object to be transported 51 will be described with reference to FIG. 7. FIG. 7 is a plan view for explaining the configuration of the object to be transported shown in FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0048] The object to be transported 51 includes an encapsulation container 511 for encapsulating a collected substance (for example, urine), and a container bag 512 for putting the encapsulation container 511 therein. The encapsulation container 511 includes a transparent container body 511a and a lid 511b. On the transparent bag body 512a of the container bag 512, a container insertion port 512b, a seal part 512c, an attachment part 512d, and a cut-out part 512e are formed.
[0049] The encapsulation container 511 encapsulating the collected substance (for example, urine) is first put into the bag body 512a through the container insertion port 512b (step S1), then the release paper (release film) of the seal part 512c is peeled off (step S2), and if it is attached to the attachment part 512d (step S3), the collected substance (for example, urine) can be double-sealed with the encapsulation container 511 and the container bag 512. Note that at the inspection center, the encapsulation container 511 encapsulating the collected substance (for example, urine) can be taken out of the container bag 512 using the cut-out part 512e.
[0050] Next, with reference to FIGS. 8 to 10, an explanation regarding covering the object to be transported with the covering part will be given. FIG. 8 is a perspective view for explaining a state in the middle of covering an object to be transported with a covering portion. FIG. 9 is a perspective view for explaining a holding portion in a state where an object to be transported is covered with a covering portion. FIG. 10 is a perspective view for explaining a state before housing a holding portion in a state where an object to be transported is covered with a covering portion in a housing portion of a main body and closing a lid.
[0051] As shown in FIG. 8, the object to be transported 51 in which the collected matter is enclosed is placed on the object placement surface 141b and then covered with the object covering surface 141a. Then, when the temporary holding convex portion 141d is inserted into the temporary holding concave portion 143a to form the temporary holding portion 142 shown in FIG. 9, the object to be transported 51 in which the collected matter is enclosed is in a state of being temporarily held by the holding portion 14. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, a part of the object to be transported 51 in which the collected matter is enclosed protrudes from the hole portion 141c, and the container bag 512 can be pressed around the hole portion 141c.
[0052] The holding portion 14 in which the object to be transported 51 in which such a collected matter is enclosed is in a temporarily held state is housed in the housing portion 121 of the main body 12 as shown in FIG. 10. After that, when the lid 122 is closed, the lid 122 can be in a state of being indirectly in contact with the respective pressing portion tips 144a of the pair of pressing portions 144, 144 via the pair of flange-shaped covering surfaces 121e, 121e.
[0053] Therefore, since the pressing force of the lid 122 acts on the pair of pressing portions 144, 144, the pair of pressing portions 144, 144 and the object covering surface 141a of the covering portion 141 can press and hold the object to be transported 51 in which the collected matter is enclosed in a stationary state, thereby ensuring high stability during transportation.
[0054] Next, a state before putting the main body in a case in a state where the holding portion is housed in the housing portion and the lid is closed will be described. FIG. 11 is a perspective view for explaining a state before putting the main body in a case in a state where the holding portion is housed in the housing portion and the lid is closed.
[0055] The case 11 is formed in a shape (for example, a cylindrical shape as shown in FIG. 11) having an upper surface 111, a lower surface 112, and a pair of side surfaces 113 and 114 so that the main body 12 can be inserted to prevent the lid 122 from opening. The case 11 can maintain the suppression of the object to be transported 51 in order to prevent the lid 122 from opening. Note that the shape of the case 11 is assumed to be arbitrary.
[0056] As described above, one embodiment of the present invention has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and modifications, improvements, etc. within the scope that can achieve the object of the present invention are included in the present invention.
[0057] In the above-described embodiment, the collected substance is urine, which is a liquid, for example, but this is not the only case. For example, it may be a chemical, a pharmaceutical, a lotion, saliva, or the like. Also, solids such as feces may be mixed. An object that does not easily move inside the transport box (liquid, solid, gas, or a mixture thereof) can be the object to be transported.
[0058] Also, in the above-described embodiment, it is assumed that the transport is to a test center, but this is not the only case. That is, it may be a box used when a user brings it to a designated place. Also, in the above-described embodiment, the holding part 14 is assumed to be separate from the main body 12, but this is not the only case. That is, the structure of the holding part 14 may be provided in the main body 12. In this case, the number of components as a transport box can be reduced by one.
[0059] In summary, the transport box to which the present invention is applied only needs to have the following configuration, and can take various embodiments. That is, the transport box (for example, the test kit transport box 10 in FIGS. 1 and 2) to which the present invention is applied In a transport box for storing and transporting an object to be transported (for example, the objects to be transported 51 and 52 in FIGS. 1 and 2), A main body having a lid (for example, the lid 122 in FIGS. 1 and 2), and a holding part (for example, the holding part 14 in FIGS. 1 and 2) that is integral with or separate from the main body and is used to hold the object to be transported stored in the main body, comprising: the holding part has a covering part (for example, the covering part 141 in FIGS. 1 and 5) that covers the object to be transported, and a pressing part (for example, the pressing part 144 in FIGS. 1 and 5) that is provided integrally or continuously with the covering part and is disposed between the lid that abuts directly or indirectly when the lid is closed and the covering part, so that the object to be transported is pressed into the covering part by the pressing force of the lid. having is sufficient. Thereby, the object to be transported can be held in a stationary state inside to ensure high stability during transportation.
[0060] The pressing part is preferably formed in a shape that rises substantially perpendicular to the object covering surface (for example, the object covering surface 141a in FIGS. 1 and 5) which is the surface of the covering part that covers the object to be transported. This is preferable. Thereby, the pressing force of the lid can be efficiently transmitted to the object covering surface.
[0061] Also, the pressing part is preferably disposed at an end of the covering part (the short side of the object covering surface 141a in the covering part 141 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6). This is preferable. Thereby, not only can the object to be transported be covered over a wide area, but also the pressing part can be formed by bending instead of being a separate part, which can contribute to reducing the number of parts.
[0062] Also, the pressing part is preferably attached to the side surface of the main body (for example, the short-side side surface 121d in FIGS. 1 and 10) when the lid is closed. This is preferable. This allows for the formation of a double wall between the side surface of the main body and the recessed portion, thereby ensuring strength.
[0063] In addition, the covering portion is preferably formed with a hole portion (for example, the hole portion 141c in FIGS. 1 and 5) for allowing a part of the object to be transported to pass through and project the part. This is preferable. This enables the retention of the object to be transported, even if it is relatively tall, in a stationary state.
[0064] It is also preferable to further include a cylindrical case (for example, the case 11 in FIGS. 2 and 11) for inserting the main body to prevent the lid from opening. This is preferable. This can prevent the lid from opening, thereby ensuring high stability during transportation.
[0065] It is also preferable to further include an outward journey storage portion (for example, the outward journey storage portion 13 in FIGS. 2 and 4) for storing the object to be transported during the outward journey of transportation. The holding portion is used in place of the outward journey storage portion during the return journey of transportation of the object to be transported. This is preferable. This enables the optimal holding of the object to be transported during each of the outward journey and the return journey of transportation.
[0066] The object to be transported preferably includes a container (for example, the enclosed container 511 in FIG. 7) capable of enclosing a liquid. During the return journey of transportation, the container is preferably filled with a liquid (for example, urine). This is preferable. This can hold the object to be transported with the liquid enclosed in a stationary state. Therefore, high stability during transportation can be ensured even for a liquid.
