Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a divider for packaging made of paper, such as cardboard. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, various packaging containers capable of storing multiple items inside have been used. However, when multiple items are stored in such a paper packaging container, the items may end up being stored randomly in the packaging container during transportation, or may be damaged due to contact between the items. In addition, particularly when storing a variety of items, it is desirable to store the items by type in appropriate positions in the packaging container according to their types. For this reason, in order to store multiple items securely in predetermined positions in the packaging container and to prevent the multiple items from contacting each other and damaging the items, paper packaging dividers are used to separate the packaging container into multiple compartments. Demand for such paper packaging dividers is increasing in place of conventional plastic packaging dividers from the viewpoint of environmental protection, etc. (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2000-255554 A (Fig. 1, etc.) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, with conventional paper packaging dividers, it was not easy to remove the items stored in each partition. In particular, when the items are thin and multiple items are stored in each partition, such as when multiple items are stored in each partition, the items have to be removed multiple times, making the removal process even more cumbersome.
[0005] The object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the conventional skin beauty devices described above, and to provide a paper packaging divider that allows easy removal of items stored in each compartment. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The above objectives are achieved by the following: (1) A paper packaging divider in which a number of vertical wall pieces and a number of horizontal wall pieces are combined in a lattice pattern to divide the inside of a packaging container into numerous compartments and to store a number of items in each compartment, wherein at least one of the vertical wall pieces or the horizontal wall pieces has a notched hanging hole with an open top for each compartment.
[0007] (2) A paper packaging divider as described in (1), wherein the handle hole is formed in a tongue shape that gradually widens at the top and gradually narrows at the bottom.
[0008] (3) A paper packaging partition as described in (1) or (2), wherein the width of the hanging hole is one-fifth to one-third of the width of the wall portion constituting the vertical wall piece or the horizontal wall piece constituting each partition. (4) A paper packaging partition as described in (1) or (2), wherein the hanging hole is formed in the center of the width of the wall portion constituting the vertical wall piece or the horizontal wall piece constituting each partition section. (5) A paper packaging partition as described in (1) or (2), in which the upper ends of the vertical wall pieces, the horizontal wall pieces and the hanging holes are each wavy when viewed from the front. [Diagram 5] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of another paper packaging divider of the present invention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0010] Hereinafter, a paper packaging partition according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the embodiment shown in the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the paper packaging partition 10 according to the embodiment of the present invention is provided with a plurality of partitions X partitioned by a plurality of vertical wall pieces 20 and a plurality of horizontal wall pieces 30 combined in a lattice pattern. The overall shape of the paper packaging partition 10 is a generally rectangular shape in a plan view. Although not shown in the drawings, the paper packaging partition 10 is housed inside a packaging container that matches its outer shape, and is used to store a plurality of items in each partition X, so that each item can be organized and stored in an appropriate position in the packaging container. The paper packaging partition 10 in this example is made of kraft paper.
[0011] The paper packaging partition 10 is provided with three vertical wall pieces 20, a first vertical wall piece 20a to a third vertical wall piece 20c. Each of these vertical wall pieces 20 is formed as a thin rectangular plate of approximately the same shape. In this example, each vertical wall piece 20 is formed to be 44 mm high and 240 mm wide.
[0012] The paper packaging partition 10 is provided with four horizontal wall pieces 30, namely, the first horizontal wall piece 30a to the fourth horizontal wall piece 30d. Each of these horizontal wall pieces is formed as a thin rectangular plate of approximately the same shape. In this example, each horizontal wall piece 30 is formed to have a height of 44 mm and a width of 244 mm.
[0013] These three vertical wall pieces 20 are arranged in parallel at equal intervals of 121 mm, and four horizontal wall pieces 30 are arranged in parallel at equal intervals of 80 mm so as to be perpendicular to each of the vertical wall pieces 20, forming a "lattice-like" configuration as a whole in a plan view. Six compartments X are formed by the vertical wall pieces 20 and the horizontal wall pieces 30. Items are stored in each of these compartments X, which are divided as described above.
[0014] 2, the horizontal wall piece 30 is provided with a hanging hole 40. One hanging hole 40 is provided in each of the left and right first horizontal wall portion 32 and second horizontal wall portion 34, which are separated by the central vertical wall piece 20b. The hanging hole 40 is formed as a "tongue-shaped" notch near the upper portion of the horizontal wall piece 30 so as to open upward from the horizontal wall piece 30.
[0015] The tongue-shaped attachment hole 40 is formed starting from a position 16 mm from the lower end of the side wall piece 30 to the upper end of the side wall piece 30 at a height of 44 mm, with the height being set to 28 mm. That is, the attachment hole 40 is formed in a portion of about two-thirds of the upper part of the side wall piece 30. The width of the attachment hole 40 is about 30 mm at the bottom 42 and about 35 mm at the upper part 44. That is, the attachment hole 40 is formed in each of the side wall portions 32, 34 of the side wall piece 30 with a width of about one-quarter of the width. The attachment hole 40 is formed in the center of the width of each of the side wall portions 32, 34 of the side wall piece 30. It rises upward from the bottom 42 in a gentle curve, and near the upper portion 44 it curves so as to expand gently in the left and right width directions, connecting to the upper end of the side wall piece 30, with the upper portion gradually becoming wider and the lower portion gradually narrowing, so that overall it is shaped like a "tongue" when viewed from the front.
[0016] As shown in Fig. 3, the upper end of the horizontal wall piece 30 is processed into a wavy shape. This is to prevent injuries such as cutting fingers on the upper end when removing stored items. Although not shown in the figures, the upper end of the vertical wall piece 20 is formed in a similar manner. As shown in Fig. 4, the upper end of the hanging hole 4 of the horizontal wall piece 30 is also processed into a wavy shape.
[0017] In the paper packaging divider 10 configured in this manner, items are stored in each partition X. Typical examples of stored items include individually packaged confectioneries, but other types of stored items may also be used. In particular, when multiple stored items are stored in layers, the stored items will be frequently removed, and therefore the paper packaging divider 10 can be made to be highly convenient in terms of ease of removal.
[0018] Such a paper packaging divider 10 can be manufactured by gluing together pre-cut backing sheets for the horizontal wall pieces and backing sheets for the vertical wall pieces, but there are no particular limitations on the shape of the backing sheets or the manufacturing method.
[0019] The paper packaging divider of the present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned examples. For example, as shown in Fig. 5, this paper packaging divider 11 is different from the above-mentioned examples in that it has three vertical wall pieces 20 and five horizontal wall pieces 30. In this way, the number of vertical wall pieces and horizontal wall pieces can be changed appropriately according to the size and number of items to be stored.
[0020] The width and height of the attachment hole can be changed as appropriate. However, as in the above example, if the width of the bottom of the attachment hole 40 is set to about 30 mm, which is about one-fourth the width (121 mm) of the first or second lateral wall portion 32 or 34 of the lateral wall piece 30, as in this example, it is possible to ensure the strength of the first or second lateral wall portion 32 or 34 to a certain level while at the same time ensuring the convenience of taking out the item with fingers. It is desirable that such an attachment hole has a minimum width of 20 mm or more for inserting a finger. In order to ensure the strength of the first or second lateral wall portion 32 or 34, it is preferable that the width is about one-fifth to one-third of the width of the first or second lateral wall portion 32 or 34. The shape of the attachment hole may be other shapes, such as a simple square, trapezoid, triangle, or semicircle. However, as in the above-mentioned example of the hanging hole 40, by providing a generally trapezoidal shape with curved portions with chamfered corners, it becomes easier to reduce the risk of fingers getting caught when removing the container, and convenience is further improved. Also, as in the above-mentioned example of the hanging hole 40, by making the top of the hanging hole 40 wider than the bottom, it is possible to reduce the risk of fingers getting caught when removing the container.
[0021] In the above example, the position of the hanging hole 40 in the width direction of the first horizontal wall portion 32 or the second horizontal wall portion 34 of the horizontal wall piece 30 is the center of the width direction of the horizontal wall piece, but it may be any position in the width direction. However, by locating the hanging hole 40 in the center of the width direction of the first horizontal wall portion 32 or the second horizontal wall portion 34 as in this example, it is possible to improve the ease of taking out the stored items stored in the partition section X. On the other hand, depending on the shape of the stored items, it may be preferable to provide the hanging hole at a position close to any position in the width direction rather than at the center of the first horizontal wall portion 32 or the second horizontal wall portion 34. It is desirable to change the position of the hanging hole depending on the shape of the stored items. In the above example, the hanging hole 40 is provided in the horizontal wall piece 30, but the hanging hole may be provided in the vertical wall piece, or the hanging hole may be provided in both the horizontal wall piece and the vertical wall piece. In cases where the shape of the items to be stored is not clear in advance, it is preferable to provide hanging holes in both the horizontal and vertical wall pieces, as this makes it easy to remove the items from either direction regardless of their shape.
[0022] In addition, although the paper packaging partition 10 in the above example is made of kraft paper, it can be made of other types of paper. The height, length, and thickness of the vertical wall pieces and horizontal wall sides can be changed as appropriate to fit the packaging container to be stored. The number of partitions can also be changed as appropriate, without being limited to the above example. [Industrial Applicability]
[0023] The present invention can be widely used for paper packaging dividers. [Explanation of symbols]
