Description

[Technical field] The present invention relates to a decorative bead structure at an end portion of a vehicle seat covering material. [Background technology] The seat cover of a vehicle seat is formed by sewing together mainly cover pieces 8-11 cut into a predetermined shape as shown in Fig. 5, with cover piece 8 being disposed approximately in the center to form the main seating area, and cover pieces 9, 9 and cover pieces 10, 10 being sewn together along both sides of cover piece 8. Also, cover piece 11 is sewn together along the rear edges of the cover pieces 8-10. By sewing the skin pieces 8 to 11 together in this manner, T-shaped sewn portions are formed in the seat skin S at the locations indicated by (c) and (d) in the figure. The T-shaped sewn portion in part (c) is formed where the sewn portion between skin piece 9 and skin piece 10 abuts against the sewn portion of skin piece 8, and the T-shaped sewn portion in part (d) is formed where the sewn portion between skin piece 9 and skin piece 10 abuts against the sewn portion of skin piece 11. In order to enhance the decorative effect of the seat, piping 12, 12 is sewn together at the sewn portion of the skin piece 9 and the skin piece 10, and the ends of both piping 12 are recessed so as to slip into the back side of the skin piece 8 or the skin piece 11 at the T-shaped sewn portions at parts (c) and (d), respectively. As shown in FIG. 6, this bead 12 is formed by wrapping a thin-line bead core 13 in a bead band 14 folded in half, as in the conventional method, and both components 13, 14 are made of polyvinyl chloride, which is easily welded by high frequency. The seam of the welting band 14 is inserted between the seam of the skin piece 9 and the seam of the skin piece 10 and sewn together, so that the welting 12 is sewn along the sewn part of the skin piece 9 and the skin piece 10. In the T-shaped sewn portion of part (c), as shown in FIG. 7, the end of the welt 12 sewn together along the sewn portion of the skin pieces 9 and 10 is crushed into a thin, flat state by the weld die 15 of the high-frequency welder 16 at the seam allowance of the skin pieces 9 and 10 to the skin piece 8, and the protruding portion caused by the crushing is cut off and aligned to the end of the skin pieces 9 and 10 by the cutting blade 15a, after which the skin pieces 9 and 10 are sewn together, and the end of the welt 12 between the seam allowance of the skin pieces 9 and 10 and the seam allowance of the skin piece 8 is sewn together in a state where it is crushed into a thin, flat state. In the T-shaped sewn portion of part (iv), similarly to the case of part (iii), the end of the welt 12 is crushed into a thin, flat state, and the protruding portions from the rear ends of the skin pieces 9 and 10 are cut off by the cutting blade 15a and sewn together with the skin piece 11. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 5-269032 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention] In Patent Document 1, as shown in FIG. 5, the end of welt 12 sewn together along the sewn portion of skin pieces 9 and 10 is crushed into a thin, flat state by a weld die 15 of a high-frequency welder 16 at the seam allowance of skin pieces 9 and 10 to skin piece 8, and the protruding portion caused by the crushing is cut off and aligned to the ends of skin pieces 9 and 10 by a cutting blade 15a provided on weld die 15, and then skin piece 8 is sewn to skin pieces 9 and 10, and the end of welt 12 between the seam allowance of skin pieces 9 and 10 and the seam allowance of skin piece 8 is sewn together in a state crushed into a thin, flat state. However, in this structure, the seam allowance of the skin pieces 9 and 10 with respect to the skin piece 8 must be crushed into a thin, flat state by the weld die 15 of the high-frequency welder 16. Also, the protruding parts that are crushed must be cut off evenly to the ends of the skin pieces 9 and 10 by the cutting blade 15a provided on the weld die 15. Therefore, there is a concern that the need for a welding and cutting device such as a high-frequency welder in addition to a sewing device such as a sewing machine and the processing steps become complicated, leading to higher costs. In addition, the ends of welt 12 which are protruding when crushed into a thin, flat shape are trimmed to the ends of skin pieces 9 and 10 and sewn together with skin piece 8, and since welt core 13 has rigidity, there is a concern that the ends of welt core 13 will protrude and bulge at the T-shaped sewn portion, marring the appearance. The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and its object is to simplify the configuration of the end of the welt 12 at the T-shaped sewn portion, thereby making it possible to easily and inexpensively sew the welt 12 and to achieve a finished product with a good appearance. [Means for solving the problem] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art, the present invention provides a bead end structure at a sewn portion formed by sewing together three skin pieces, first to third, of a seat skin formed by sewing together a plurality of skin pieces cut to a predetermined shape, which intersects in a T-shape, wherein the bead end portions sewn together along the sewn portions of the first and second skin pieces cover the bead core that constitutes the bead with the folded-back portions extended from each end of the bead band that constitutes the bead being folded back inward, and the end portion of the bead core abuts against the folded-back portions to prevent the bead core from moving outward. Effect of the Invention In the present invention, at a T-shaped sewn portion formed by sewing together three skin pieces, the first to third, a folded portion is extended from each end of the welting band, and the folded portions are folded inward to cover the welting core and sewn together to the first and second skin pieces, and then the third skin piece is sewn to the first and second skin pieces.By this, the end of the welting core abuts against the end of the folded portion, preventing the welting core from moving outward and preventing the welting core from protruding outward from the end of the welting. Therefore, the third skin piece is not raised by the bead core protruding from the end of the bead, and the seat skin has a good appearance. In addition, the end of the bead core is restricted by the folded portion to be a certain distance away from the sewn portion between the first and second skin pieces and the third skin piece. Therefore, when the sewn portion is aligned along the curved surface of a seat corner, for example, the rigidity of the bead core can be prevented from causing the sewn portion to bulge, thereby preventing poor appearance. Furthermore, since the outward movement of the bead core at the end of the bead is prevented by the folded portion extended from the end of the bead band, the bead core can be prevented from popping out with a simple structure, and the sewing work of the seat cover can be performed easily and at low cost. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Note that the following description of preferred embodiments is essentially merely illustrative and does not limit the present invention in any way. The seat cover S shown in Fig. 1 is formed by sewing together a first cover piece 1, a second cover piece 2, a third cover piece 3, and a fourth cover piece 4, which are cut into a predetermined shape, with the first cover piece 1 being disposed substantially in the center to form a seating area, and the second cover pieces 2, 2 and the third cover pieces 3, 3 being sewn together along both sides of the first cover piece 1. The fourth cover piece 4 is sewn together along the rear edges of the first cover piece 1, the second cover piece 2, and the third cover piece 3. By sewing the first skin piece 1 to the fourth skin piece 4 together in this manner, T-shaped sewn portions are formed in the seat skin S at the positions indicated by (a) and (b) in the figure. The T-shaped sewn portion in part (a) is formed where the sewn portion between the second skin piece 2 and the third skin piece 3 abuts against the sewn portion of the first skin piece 1, and the T-shaped sewn portion in part (b) is formed where the sewn portion between the second skin piece 2 and the third skin piece 3 abuts against the sewn portion of the fourth skin piece 4. In order to enhance the decorative effect of the seat, piping 5, 5 is sewn together at the sewn portion between the second skin piece 2 and the third skin piece 3, and the ends of both piping 5 are recessed so as to slip into the back side of the first skin piece 1 or the fourth skin piece 4 at the T-shaped sewn portions at parts (a) and (b), respectively. As shown in Fig. 2, this beading 5 is formed by wrapping a thin-line beading core 6 in a beading band 7 folded in two, as in the conventional case, with the beading core 6 being made of polyethylene and the beading band 7 being made of polyvinyl chloride. Also, as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, a folded-back portion 7a is provided at each end of the beading band 7, and with each folded-back portion 7a folded inward, the beading band 7 is folded in two to wrap the beading core 6. Here, in the bag-shaped internal structure formed by folding the beading band 7 in two, the end of the folded-back portion 7a and the end of the beading core 6 are positioned so as not to overlap, and the end of the beading core 6 comes into contact with the end of the folded-back portion 7a, preventing the beading core 6 from moving. The seam allowance of the overlapping portion of the folded welting belt 7 is inserted between the seam allowance of the second skin piece 2 and the seam allowance of the third skin piece 3 and sewn together, so that the welting 5 is sewn along the seam between the second skin piece 2 and the third skin piece 3. This embodiment achieves the following advantageous effects by adopting the above-described end structure of the welt 5. That is, in the seat upholstery S of this embodiment, welts 5, 5 are sewn together along the sewn portion of the second and third skin pieces 2 and 3, and both ends of this welt 5 are recessed so as to go under the back side of the first skin piece 1 or the fourth skin piece 4 at the T-shaped intersecting sewn portion formed by sewing the first skin piece 1 to the second skin piece 2 and the fourth skin piece 4 or by sewing the fourth skin piece 4 to the second skin piece 2 and the third skin piece 3. The welt 5 is formed by wrapping a thin-line welt core 6 in a welt belt 7 folded in two, as in the conventional case. Folded-back portions 7a are provided at both ends of the welt belt 7, and the welt belt 7 is folded in two so as to wrap the welt core 6 with the folded-back portions 7a folded inward. In the bag-shaped internal structure formed by folding the welt belt 7 in two, the end of the folded-back portion 7a and the end of the welt core 6 are positioned so as not to overlap, and the end of the welt core 6 comes into contact with the end of the folded-back portion 7a to prevent the welt core 6 from moving. This prevents the welt core 6 from moving and protruding from the seam of the first skin piece 1 or the fourth skin piece 4, and eliminates poor appearance such as a bulge in the seat skin S. Furthermore, one end of the beading core 6 is restricted by the folded portion 7a to be a certain distance away from the sewn portion between the second and third skin pieces 2 and 3 and the fourth skin piece 4, or the other end of the beading core 6 is restricted by the fold-back portion 7a to be a certain distance away from the sewn portion between the second and third skin pieces 2 and 3 and the first skin piece. Therefore, when the sewn portion is aligned along the curved surface of a seat corner, for example, the rigidity of the beading core 6 can be prevented from causing the sewn portion to bulge, thereby preventing poor appearance. Furthermore, at the end of the welt 5, the outward movement of the welt core 6 is prevented by the folded-back portion 7a extended from the end of the welt band 7, so that the welt core 6 can be prevented from protruding with a simple structure, and the sewing work of the seat skin S can be performed easily and at low cost. The above-described embodiments are merely illustrative in all respects and should not be construed as limiting. Furthermore, all modifications and variations that fall within the scope of the claims are within the scope of the present invention. [Industrial Applicability] As described above, the beading structure in a seat covering according to the present disclosure can be used, for example, in the covering of a seat installed in an automobile.
