Abstract
To provide an anaerobic treatment method that enables efficient utilization, as a resource, of harvest residues generated in fields.SOLUTION: In an anaerobic treatment method, a raw material containing harvest residues generated in a field is subjected to methane fermentation, and biogas generated by the methane fermentation is used as an energy source. The method comprises: storing the harvest residues in the form of a plurality of compression-molded bodies with different water contents; and selecting one of the compression-molded bodies having a specific water content based on demand information of the biogas so as to supply it to the methane fermentation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
