Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a window body in which a panel is held between a frame member and an edge trim.
Background Art
[0002] In window bodies such as curtain wall units and fixtures, a panel is disposed in an opening of a frame body, and an edge trim is attached to a frame member of the frame body. Further, the edge trim is disposed on the outdoor side of the panel and holds the panel on the outdoor side. In such a window body, since the edge trim and the frame member are in contact with the outside air, the temperatures of the edge trim and the frame member decrease according to the temperature of the outside air. Conventionally, however, a glass-engulfing groove is formed by an indoor-side aluminum member, an outdoor-side aluminum member, and a heat-insulating bridge member that connects the indoor-side aluminum member and the outdoor-side aluminum member, and a fixture that improves heat-insulating performance by blocking heat transfer between the indoors and outdoors with the heat-insulating bridge member is known (see Patent Document 1).
[0003] In the conventional fixture described in Patent Document 1, the heat-insulating bridge member is connected to the connecting portion of the indoor-side aluminum member by caulking the connecting portion of the indoor-side aluminum member, and the heat-insulating bridge member is connected to the main body portion of the outdoor-side aluminum member by caulking the main body portion of the outdoor-side aluminum member. Thereby, a frame of a fixture having a glass-engulfing groove is manufactured. However, it is necessary to connect the heat-insulating bridge member to each of the relatively large indoor-side aluminum member and outdoor-side aluminum member constituting the frame by caulking, and it may take time and effort to connect the heat-insulating bridge member and manufacture the frame. In addition, a device for caulking each of the connecting portion of the indoor-side aluminum member and the main body portion of the outdoor-side aluminum member is required, and it may be necessary to verify the strength, water tightness, etc. of the caulked portion. Therefore, in the conventional fixture, there is a risk that the time and cost required to improve the heat-insulating performance will increase.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] An embodiment of the window body of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The window body of this embodiment is a window structure provided with a panel, and the panel is held by a frame material and a pressing edge. Hereinafter, taking the case where the window body is a curtain wall unit as an example, two embodiments of the curtain wall unit (window body) will be described. The curtain wall unit is used for the curtain wall of a building and is installed on the outer wall of the building. Further, a plurality of curtain wall units are combined with each other to constitute a part of the curtain wall. The curtain wall unit and the curtain wall are installed on the outer wall of the building between the indoor (interior) and outdoor (exterior) of the building to form the outer wall of the building.
[0010] (First Embodiment) FIG. 1 is a front view showing the curtain wall 1 of the first embodiment, and shows a part of the curtain wall 1 installed on the building 10 and the schematic configuration of the curtain wall unit 2 as viewed from the outdoor side. FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view showing the curtain wall 1 of the first embodiment, and shows the curtain wall 1 and a part of the building 10 cut along a plane including the vertical direction R and the indoor-outdoor direction T. FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing the curtain wall 1 of the first embodiment, and shows the curtain wall 1 cut along a plane including the left-right direction S and the indoor-outdoor direction T.
[0011] When the curtain wall 1 installed on the building 10 and the curtain wall unit 2 which is a window body are viewed from the front, the vertical direction is the up-down direction R, and the horizontal direction is the left-right direction S. In FIG. 1, the up-down direction R is the vertical direction, and the left-right direction S is the horizontal direction. The inside-outside direction T is the inside-outside direction (indoor-outdoor direction) in the curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 installed on the building 10. Further, the inside-outside direction T is the front-back direction (depth direction) when the curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 installed on the building 10 are viewed from the front, and in FIG. 1, it is the horizontal direction orthogonal to the left-right direction S. Thus, the directions regarding the curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 are specified in the state of being installed on the building 10. Also, regarding the curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2, the indoor side and the outdoor side are the indoor side and the outdoor side in the state of being installed on the building 10.
[0012] As shown in the drawing, the building 10 includes an outer wall 11, a framework 12, and a curtain wall 1. Further, the curtain wall 1 includes a plurality of curtain wall units 2 arranged side by side on the building 10. The curtain wall unit 2 is a window unit constituting the curtain wall 1, and is pre-assembled before being installed on the building 10. The curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 are installed at the location of the outer wall 11 of the building 10 and constitute the outer wall 11 of the building 10. The curtain wall units 2 are arranged side by side in the up-down direction R and the left-right direction S, and are connected to each adjacent curtain wall unit 2.
[0013] The curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 are arranged on the outdoor side of the framework 12 of the building 10 and are attached to the framework 12 of the building 10. In that state, the curtain wall 1 and the curtain wall unit 2 are located between the indoor part 13 of the building 10 and the outdoor space 14 and are in contact with the outside air. The indoor part 13 is the part located inside the building 10. The outdoor space 14 is the outdoor space of the building 10, the curtain wall 1, and the curtain wall unit 2, and the outside air is the air in the outdoor space 14.
[0014] The curtain wall unit 2 includes two upper and lower panels 2A and 2B (first panel 2A, second panel 2B), and a frame body 3 surrounding the panels 2A and 2B. The panels 2A and 2B are rectangular glass panels (for example, plate glass, laminated glass, or laminated glass), and are arranged inside the frame body 3 and held by the frame body 3. Further, the panels 2A and 2B are fixed panels and are fixed to the rectangular openings 3A and 3B (first opening 3A, second opening 3B) of the frame body 3 to close the openings 3A and 3B of the frame body 3.
[0015] The frame body 3 is a rectangular opening frame (window frame), is arranged on the outdoor side of the building body 12 of the building 10, and is attached to the building body 12 of the building 10. The frame bodies 3 of the plurality of curtain wall units 2 are arranged side by side in the vertical direction R and the horizontal direction S, and are connected to the frame bodies 3 of the adjacent curtain wall units 2 respectively. The frame body 3 has four frames 4 to 6 (upper frame 4, lower frame 5, a pair of vertical frames 6) combined with each other and a joint 7, and the two upper and lower openings 3A and 3B are formed by the frames 4 to 6 and the joint 7.
[0016] The upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the joint 7 are horizontal frame members extending in the horizontal direction (horizontal direction S), and the pair of vertical frames 6 are vertical frame members extending in the vertical direction (vertical direction R). The upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5 are located at the upper and lower parts of the frame body 3, and the pair of vertical frames 6 are located at the left and right side parts of the frame body 3. The joint 7 is an intermediate frame located in the middle of the vertical direction R of the frame body 3, is located between the upper frame 4 and the lower frame 5, and is connected to the pair of vertical frames 6. The ends of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the left and right vertical frames 6 are connected to each other, and both ends of the joint 7 are connected to the left and right vertical frames 6, and the frames 4 to 6 and the joint 7 are framed. The joint 7 is installed on the pair of left and right vertical frames 6, vertically partitions the inside (openings 3A and 3B) of the frame body 3, and is located between the upper and lower openings 3A and 3B.
[0017] Of the upper and lower openings 3A and 3B of the frame body 3, one of the first openings 3A is the upper opening (upper aperture), and is formed in the upper portion of the frame body 3 by the upper frame 4, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7. One of the first panels 2A of the upper and lower panels 2A and 2B is the upper panel (upper panel), and is disposed in the first opening 3A of the frame body 3 and held by the upper frame 4, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7. The other second opening 3B of the upper and lower openings 3A and 3B is the lower opening (lower aperture), and is formed in the lower portion of the frame body 3 by the lower frame 5, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7. The other second panel 2B of the upper and lower panels 2A and 2B is the lower panel (lower panel), and is disposed in the second opening 3B of the frame body 3 and held by the lower frame 5, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7.
[0018] The frames 4 to 6 and the blind 7 of the frame body 3 are frame members (frame construction members) constituting the frame body 3, and are each made of a metal (for example, aluminum alloy) profile (extruded profile) formed by extrusion molding. The longitudinal direction of each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the blind 7 is the left-right direction S, and the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 is the up-down direction R. Also, the finding direction of each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the blind 7 is the up-down direction R, and the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 is the left-right direction S. The prospective direction of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, the vertical frame 6, and the blind 7 is the indoor-outdoor direction T.
[0019] The upper first panel 2A is held indoors by the upper frame 4, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7 above the blind 7, and is held outdoors by the bead connected to each of the upper frame 4, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7. The lower second panel 2B is held indoors by the lower frame 5, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7 below the blind 7, and is held outdoors by the bead connected to each of the lower frame 5, a pair of vertical frames 6, and the blind 7.
[0020] The upper frame 4 and the pressing edge connected to the upper frame 4 hold the edge (upper edge) of the first panel 2A, and the lower frame 5 and the pressing edge connected to the lower frame 5 hold the edge (lower edge) of the second panel 2B. The blind 7 and the pressing edge connected to the blind 7 hold the edge (lower edge) of the first panel 2A and also hold the edge (upper edge) of the second panel 2B. The pair of vertical frames 6 and the pressing edge connected to the pair of vertical frames 6 hold the left and right edges (vertical edges) of the first panel 2A and also hold the left and right edges (vertical edges) of the second panel 2B.
[0021] FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view showing the curtain wall 1 of the first embodiment cut along the line X1-X1 of FIG. 1, and shows the adjacent portions of the two curtain wall units 2 on the left and right. As shown in the figure, the plurality of curtain wall units 2 and the frame body 3 are installed side by side in the left-right direction S on the outer wall 11 of the building 10. The left and right curtain wall units 2 and the frame body 3 installed side by side in the left-right direction S are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction S.
[0022] The vertical frames 6 of the left and right curtain wall units 2 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction S are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction S, are adjacent to each other in the left-right direction S, and face each other in the left-right direction S. Further, the vertical frame 6 is connected to another vertical frame 6 adjacent to it in the left-right direction S (the vertical frame 6 of another curtain wall unit 2 installed side by side in the left-right direction S). In each of the curtain wall units 2, the vertical frame 6 is located on the indoor side of the panels 2A, 2B (only the second panel 2B is shown in FIG. 4), and the panels 2A, 2B are arranged on the outdoor side of the vertical frame 6.
[0023] The curtain wall unit 2 and the frame body 3 include a vertical frame 6 which is a frame member for holding the panels 2A and 2B on the indoor side, a pressing edge 20 for holding the panels 2A and 2B on the outdoor side, and a connecting member 30 for connecting the pressing edge 20 to the vertical frame 6. The pressing edge 20 and the connecting member 30 extend in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 and are provided along the vertical frame 6 over the entire longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The pressing edge 20 is a vertical pressing edge extending in the vertical direction and is located on the outdoor side of the vertical frame 6 and the panels 2A and 2B. The panels 2A and 2B (longitudinal edge portions) are arranged between the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and are held between the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20. The connecting member 30 is a vertical connecting member extending in the vertical direction and is located between the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20. The connecting member 30 is attached to the vertical frame 6 and is located on the outdoor side of the vertical frame 6. The pressing edge 20 is attached to and mounted on the connecting member 30 and is located on the outdoor side of the connecting member 30.
[0024] When the curtain wall unit 2 is installed side by side on the building 10 (outer wall 11), a joint space 40 that opens toward the outdoor side of the curtain wall unit 2 is formed between the vertical frames 6, the pressing edges 20, and the connecting members 30 of adjacent curtain wall units 2. The joint space 40 is a space (gap) formed at the joints (vertical joints) between the vertical frames 6, the pressing edges 20, and the connecting members 30 of adjacent curtain wall units 2 in the left-right direction S. Therefore, the joint space 40 is a vertical joint space extending in the vertical direction. Each of the vertical frames 6, the pressing edges 20, and the connecting members 30 of adjacent curtain wall units 2 forms a joint space 40 between them and faces each other with the joint space 40 interposed therebetween.
[0025] The panels 2A and 2B are held in a holding groove portion 50 formed by the vertical frame 6, the pressing edge 20, and the connecting member 30. The holding groove portion 50 has a pair of groove wall portions 50A and 50B (a first groove wall portion 50A and a second groove wall portion 50B) and a groove bottom portion 50C, and is open toward the openings 3A and 3B of the panels 2A and 2B and the frame body 3. The pair of groove wall portions 50A and 50B are a pair of wall portions of the holding groove portion 50, are located on the indoor side and the outdoor side of the panels 2A and 2B, and face each other in the indoor-outdoor direction T. The groove bottom portion 50C is the bottom portion of the holding groove portion 50 and is located between the pair of groove wall portions 50A and 50B.
[0026] The vertical frame 6 is located at the first groove wall portion 50A on the indoor side among the pair of groove wall portions 50A and 50B, and the pressing edge 20 is located at the second groove wall portion 50B on the outdoor side among the pair of groove wall portions 50A and 50B. Further, the connecting member 30 is located at the groove bottom portion 50C of the holding groove portion 50. The holding groove portion 50 is formed in a concave shape (groove shape) by the vertical frame 6, the pressing edge 20, and the connecting member 30, and extends in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The panels 2A and 2B (longitudinal edge portions) are disposed inside the holding groove portion 50 and are held inside the holding groove portion 50. In the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, the groove bottom portion 50C and the connecting member 30 are separated from the end faces (outer peripheral faces) of the panels 2A and 2B and are disposed to face the end faces of the panels 2A and 2B.
[0027] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing a peripheral portion of the pressing edge 20 and the connecting member 30 of the curtain wall unit 2 according to the first embodiment, and shows an enlarged part of FIG. 4. In FIG. 5, one of the curtain wall units 2 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction S is shown. As shown in the drawing, the vertical frame 6 has an outdoor wall portion 6A disposed toward the outdoor side, an indoor side holding portion 6B that holds the panels 2A and 2B on the indoor side, and an engaging groove portion 6C with which the connecting member 30 engages. The outdoor wall portion 6A, the indoor side holding portion 6B, and the engaging groove portion 6C are finding portions on the outdoor side of the vertical frame 6 and are located at the outdoor side end of the vertical frame 6.
[0028] The indoor-side holding part 6B is located on the indoor side of the panels 2A and 2B (the indoor-side surfaces of the panels 2A and 2B), is arranged along the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and faces the panels 2A and 2B in the indoor-outdoor direction T. A backup material 6D and a sealing material 6E are sandwiched between the indoor-side holding part 6B and the panels 2A and 2B. The outdoor wall part 6A and the engaging groove part 6C are located on the indoor side of the panels 2A and 2B. The engaging groove part 6C is a part to which the connecting member 30 is attached, is formed in a concave shape (groove shape), and extends in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. Also, the engaging groove part 6C is formed on the outdoor side of the outdoor wall part 6A and is arranged facing the outdoor side. The engaging groove part 6C is separated from the indoor-side holding part 6B and the panels 2A and 2B in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 and is open toward the outdoor side. The connecting member 30 engages with the engaging groove part 6C and is attached to the engaging groove part 6C and the vertical frame 6.
[0029] The pressing edge 20 has an outdoor-side holding part 20A that holds the panels 2A and 2B on the outdoor side, a protruding wall part 20B that protrudes from the outdoor-side holding part 20A toward the indoor side, and two mounting protrusions 20C that are mounted on the connecting member 30, and is arranged from the connecting member 30 to the outdoor side of the panels 2A and 2B. The outdoor-side holding part 20A is located on the outdoor side of the panels 2A and 2B (the outdoor-side surfaces of the panels 2A and 2B) and the vertical frame 6, is arranged along the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and faces the panels 2A and 2B in the indoor-outdoor direction T. A gasket 41 is sandwiched between the outdoor-side holding part 20A and the panels 2A and 2B.
[0030] The panels 2A and 2B are arranged between the indoor-side holding part 6B of the vertical frame 6 and the outdoor-side holding part 20A of the pressing edge 20 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and are held between the indoor-side holding part 6B of the vertical frame 6 and the outdoor-side holding part 20A of the pressing edge 20. The protruding wall part 20B is located on the opposite side of the panels 2A and 2B with respect to the connecting member 30 in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 and is arranged along the indoor-outdoor direction T. The two mounting protrusions 20C are hook parts bent toward the outdoor side and are formed at intervals in the indoor-outdoor direction T. The mounting protrusions 20C are provided on the protruding wall part 20B and protrude from the protruding wall part 20B toward the connecting member 30.
[0031] The curtain wall unit 2 is provided with a filler 42 that closes the joint space 40. The filler 42 closes the joint space 40 at a location outside the vertical frame 6. The filler 42 is an elastic material made of rubber, and is attached to the pressing edge 20 and protrudes from the pressing edge 20 toward the joint space 40. Here, the filler 42 is attached to one of the pressing edges 20 of the adjacent curtain wall units 2, protrudes from one pressing edge 20 toward the other pressing edge 20, and contacts the other pressing edge 20 (see Fig. 4). The filler 42 partitions the joint space 40 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and closes the joint space 40 at a location between the pressing edges 20 of the adjacent curtain wall units 2. The filler 42 blocks the outside air flowing into the joint space 40 and inhibits the inflow of outside air into the joint space 40. As a result, it becomes difficult for outside air to flow into the location on the indoor side of the filler 42 in the joint space 40, and the area of the surface of the vertical frame 6 in contact with the outside air decreases. Consequently, it becomes difficult for the vertical frame 6 to be cooled by the outside air.
[0032] The connecting member 30 protrudes outward from the vertical frame 6 (engagement groove portion 6C) and is arranged along the indoor-outdoor direction T. The connecting member 30 is a heat insulating member having a heat insulating function, and insulates between the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20 to prevent heat transfer between the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20. Further, the connecting member 30 has a mounting member 60 attached to the vertical frame 6, a mounting member 70 to which the pressing edge 20 is attached, and a heat insulating bridge 80 having a heat insulating function. The mounting member 60 is located on the indoor side of the panels 2A, 2B and the mounting member 70 and abuts against the vertical frame 6. The mounting member 70 is located on the outdoor side of the mounting member 60 and is arranged at a position facing the end faces of the panels 2A, 2B in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6.
[0033] The attachment member 60 and the mounting member 70 are each made of a metal profile (extruded profile) formed by extrusion (for example, made of an aluminum alloy). The attachment member 60 is located on the indoor side of the heat insulation bridge 80, and the mounting member 70 is located on the outdoor side of the heat insulation bridge 80. The heat insulation bridge 80 is located between the attachment member 60 and the mounting member 70 in the indoor-outdoor direction T and is fixed to the attachment member 60 and the mounting member 70. The heat insulation bridge 80 is a heat insulating material made of resin (for example, made of glass fiber reinforced polyamide resin) and is spanned between the attachment member 60 and the mounting member 70. The heat insulation bridge 80 protrudes outward from the attachment member 60 and the vertical frame 6 to the mounting member 70 and is arranged along the indoor-outdoor direction T.
[0034] The attachment member 60 is inserted inside the engagement groove portion 6C at the longitudinal end of the vertical frame 6 and slides along the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 along the engagement groove portion 6C and is accommodated inside the engagement groove portion 6C. Thereby, the attachment member 60 is fitted into the engagement groove portion 6C and engages with the engagement groove portion 6C. In this way, the attachment member 60 is arranged inside the engagement groove portion 6C and engages slidably with the engagement groove portion 6C in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The attachment member 60 and the connecting member 30 are located on the indoor side of the mounting member 70, the heat insulation bridge 80, and the panels 2A and 2B, and are attached to the engagement groove portion 6C and the vertical frame 6 by engaging with the engagement groove portion 6C. The attachment member 60 and the connecting member 30 are allowed to move (slide) in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 by the engagement groove portion 6C, and the movement in the direction other than the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6 (the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, the indoor-outdoor direction T) is restricted.
[0035] The attachment member 60 has two fixing portions 60A to which the heat insulation bridge 80 is fixed. The two fixing portions 60A are fixing groove portions formed in a groove shape, are formed at intervals in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and are open toward the outdoor side. With the indoor-side ends of the two heat insulation bridges 80 arranged inside the fixing portions 60A respectively, the fixing portions 60A are caulked, and the indoor-side ends of the heat insulation bridges 80 are fixed to the fixing portions 60A and the attachment member 60. The two heat insulation bridges 80 are spaced apart in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 and face each other with the space formed between them in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 interposed therebetween.
[0036] The mounting member 70 has two fixing portions 70A to which the heat insulation bridge 80 is fixed and two mounting receiving portions 70B to which the pressing edge 20 is mounted. The two fixing portions 70A are fixing groove portions formed in a groove shape, are formed at intervals in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and are open toward the indoor side. With the outdoor ends of the two heat insulation bridges 80 arranged inside the fixing portions 70A respectively, the fixing portions 70A are caulked, and the outdoor ends of the heat insulation bridges 80 are fixed to the fixing portions 70A and the mounting member 70. The heat insulation bridge 80 is fixed to the mounting member 60 and the mounting member 70 by caulking. The mounting member 60 and the mounting member 70 are parts smaller than the vertical frame 6 and the pressing edge 20 and are formed in a relatively simple shape. Therefore, the fixing of the heat insulation bridge 80 to the mounting member 60 and the mounting member 70 by caulking can be performed relatively easily.
[0037] The mounting member 60 and the mounting member 70 are arranged at intervals in the indoor-outdoor direction T with two heat insulation bridges 80 sandwiched therebetween and are connected to each other by the two heat insulation bridges 80. The mounting member 70 protrudes outward from the heat insulation bridge 80. The two mounting receiving portions 70B of the mounting member 70 are hook portions bent toward the indoor side and are formed at intervals in the indoor-outdoor direction T. The two mounting protrusions 20C of the pressing edge 20 are respectively hooked on the mounting receiving portions 70B of the mounting member 70 from the indoor side, are received by the mounting receiving portions 70B, and are locked to the mounting receiving portions 70B. Thereby, the pressing edge 20 is mounted on the mounting member 70 and is attached to the mounting member 70 and the connecting member 30. The pressing edge 20 does not contact the vertical frame 6, the mounting member 60, and the heat insulation bridge 80, is separated from the vertical frame 6, the mounting member 60, and the heat insulation bridge 80 toward the outdoor side, and is connected to the vertical frame 6 via the connecting member 30.
[0038] The upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the mullion 7, which are framing members, each have the same configuration as that of the vertical frame 6. Further, a bead is connected to each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the mullion 7 by a connecting member. The bead connected to each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the mullion 7 has the same configuration as that of the bead 20 connected to the vertical frame 6, and the connecting member for connecting the bead to each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the mullion 7 has the same configuration as that of the connecting member 30 for connecting the bead 20 to the vertical frame 6.
[0039] Therefore, hereinafter, regarding the framing members (upper frame 4, lower frame 5, mullion 7), the bead, and the connecting member, the description of the same matters as those regarding the vertical frame 6, the bead 20, and the connecting member 30 will be omitted, and mainly the matters different from those regarding the vertical frame 6, the bead 20, and the connecting member 30 will be described. [0056] The pressing edge 23 has an outdoor side holding part 23A that holds the panels 2A and 2B on the outdoor side, and a protruding wall part 23B, and is arranged from the connecting member 33 to the outdoor sides of the panels 2A and 2B respectively. The outdoor side holding part 23A protrudes from both sides in the finding direction of the blind 7 from the outdoor side end of the protruding wall part 23B and is arranged along the finding direction of the blind 7. Gaskets 47 and 48 are sandwiched between the outdoor side holding part 23A and each of the panels 2A and 2B. The protruding wall part 23B is located below the connecting member 33.
[0057] The connecting member 33 has a mounting material 63, a mounting member 73, and a heat insulation bridge 83. The mounting material 63 of the connecting member 33 is configured in the same way as the mounting material 60 of the connecting member 30 in the vertical frame 6 and has a fixing part to which the heat insulation bridge 83 is fixed. The mounting member 73 of the connecting member 33 is configured in the same way as the mounting member 70 of the connecting member 30 in the vertical frame 6 and has a fixing part to which the heat insulation bridge 83 is fixed and a mounting receiving part to which the mounting protrusion of the pressing edge 23 is locked.
[0058] The curtain wall unit 2 includes a plurality of frame members (upper frame 4, lower frame 5, pair of vertical frames 6, mullion 7) that form openings 3A, 3B closed by panels 2A, 2B (see FIGS. 4, 6, and 7). Connecting members 30 to 33 attached to at least two of the plurality of frame members of the curtain wall unit 2 (two or more frame members) are formed in the same cross-sectional shape as each other in a cross-section orthogonal to their respective longitudinal directions. The longitudinal directions of the connecting members 30 to 33 are the longitudinal directions of the frame members to which they are respectively attached, and the cross-sectional shape of the connecting members 30 to 33 is the cross-sectional shape of the connecting members 30 to 33 in a cross-section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the connecting members 30 to 33 (the longitudinal direction of the frame members). The cross-sectional shapes of the connecting members 30 to 33 attached to at least two frame members are the same as each other.
[0059] Here, the connecting members 30, 32, 33 attached to the pair of vertical frames 6, lower frame 5, and mullion 7 are formed in the same cross-sectional shape as each other. Therefore, the mounting members 60, 62, 63, mounting materials 70, 72, 73, and heat insulation bridges 80, 82, 83 of the connecting members 30, 32, 33 are each formed in the same cross-sectional shape as each other. The connecting members 30, 32, 33 are each manufactured by cutting a common long connecting member material.
[0060] In the curtain wall unit 2 of the first embodiment described above, by connecting the pressing edges 20 to 23 to the frame members (upper frame 4, lower frame 5, pair of vertical frames 6, mullion 7) with the connecting members 30 to 33, heat transfer between the pressing edges 20 to 23 and the frame members can be prevented, and the heat insulation performance of the curtain wall unit 2, which is a window unit, can be easily improved. Also, surface treatments (for example, painting, coloring treatment) can be set for each of the frame members, pressing edges 20 to 23, mounting members 60 to 63 of the connecting members 30 to 33, and mounting materials 70 to 73 of the connecting members 30 to, and different surface treatments can also be applied to each other. The mounting members 60 to 63 of the connecting members 30 to 33 are slid and attached to the engaging groove portions 4C to 7C, and the mounting members 60 to 63 can be stably attached to the frame members to prevent the mounting members 60 to 63 from coming off the frame members.
[0061] By positioning the connecting members 30 to 33 at the groove bottoms 50C to 54C of the holding grooves 50 to 54 that hold the panels 2A and 2B, when condensation occurs at the locations of the connecting members 30 to 33, the water from the condensation can be made to flow inside the holding grooves 50 to 54 and drained easily. Also, the water from the condensation can be quickly drained to the outside of the curtain wall unit 2 through the locations inside the holding grooves 50 to 54. Since the inside of the holding grooves 50 to 54 is a location that cannot be seen, the exposure of the condensation can also be prevented.
[0062] By making the cross-sectional shapes of the pair of vertical frames 6, the lower frame 5, and the connecting members 30, 32, 33 attached to the joint 7 the same, the connecting members 30, 32, 33 can be made from a material of a connecting member with the same cross-sectional shape. Also, for each frame member, the pressing edges 20, 22, 23 can be connected using connecting members 30, 32, 33 with a common cross-sectional shape, and the types of materials of the connecting members can be reduced. Note that the cross-sectional shape of the connecting member 31 attached to the upper frame 4 may be formed to be the same as the cross-sectional shapes of the other connecting members 30, 32, 33.
[0063] (Second Embodiment) Next, the curtain wall unit 2 of the second embodiment will be described. In the curtain wall unit 2 of the second embodiment, descriptions of the same matters as those of the curtain wall unit 2 of the first embodiment will be omitted, and mainly matters different from those of the curtain wall unit 2 of the first embodiment will be described. Also, for the curtain wall unit 2 of the second embodiment, for the configurations corresponding to the configurations of the curtain wall unit 2 of the first embodiment, the same names and reference numerals as those of the configurations of the curtain wall unit 2 of the first embodiment will be used.
[0064] FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view showing the curtain wall 1 of the second embodiment, and similar to FIG. 4, shows the adjacent locations of the two curtain wall units 2 on the left and right. FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the peripheral portion of the pressing edge 20 and the connecting member 30 of the curtain wall unit 2 of the second embodiment, and shows an enlarged part of FIG. 8. As shown in the drawing, the vertical frame 6 has two hook-shaped receiving portions 6F for receiving the attachment member 60 of the connecting member 30, instead of the engaging groove portion 6C of the vertical frame 6 in the first embodiment.
[0065] The two receiving portions 6F are hook portions bent toward the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, are formed at intervals in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and extend in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The receiving portion 6F is formed on the outdoor side of the outdoor wall portion 6A of the vertical frame 6 and protrudes outward from the outdoor wall portion 6A. Further, the receiving portion 6F is a portion to which the connecting member 30 is attached, and is located on the indoor side of the panel 2A, 2B, separated from the indoor side holding portion 6B and the panel 2A, 2B in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6. The attachment member 60 and the connecting member 30 are received by the receiving portion 6F and are attached to the receiving portion 6F and the vertical frame 6.
[0066] The attachment member 60 of the connecting member 30 has two hook-shaped locking portions 60B that are hooked and locked to the receiving portion 6F of the vertical frame 6. The two locking portions 60B are hook portions bent toward the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, are formed at intervals in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and extend in the longitudinal direction of the vertical frame 6. The locking portion 60B is formed on the indoor side of the fixing portion 60A of the attachment member 60 and protrudes toward the indoor side. The two locking portions 60B of the attachment member 60 are respectively hooked to the receiving portion 6F of the vertical frame 6, received by the receiving portion 6F, and locked to the receiving portion 6F. The locking portion 60B and the attachment member 60 are located on the indoor side of the mounting material 70, the heat insulation bridge 80, and the panel 2A, 2B, and are attached to the receiving portion 6F and the vertical frame 6 by being locked to the receiving portion 6F.
[0067] The curtain wall unit 2 includes a pressing member 8 that presses the locking portion 60B of the mounting member 60 and holds the locking portion 60B in the receiving portion 6F of the vertical frame 6. The pressing member 8 is fixed to the vertical frame 6 by a screw 8A which is a fixture, and protrudes from the vertical frame 6 toward the outdoor side. In this state, the pressing member 8 abuts on one of the two locking portions 60B from the panel 2A, 2B side, and presses the locking portion 60B toward the receiving portion 6F in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6. The locking portion 60B is sandwiched between the pressing member 8 and the receiving portion 6F in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6, and is restrained by the pressing member 8 in the receiving portion 6F. The locking portion 60B and the mounting member 60 are restricted from moving in the indoor-outdoor direction T and to one side in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 by the receiving portion 6F of the vertical frame 6, and the movement to the other side in the finding direction of the vertical frame 6 is restricted by the pressing member 8.
[0068] The pressing member 8 maintains the state in which the locking portion 60B of the mounting member 60 is locked to the receiving portion 6F of the vertical frame 6, and prevents the locking portion 60G from coming off the receiving portion 6F. Thereby, the mounting member 60 is maintained in a state of being attached to the vertical frame 6, and the mounting member 60 is prevented from coming off the vertical frame 6. The pressing member 8 presses the mounting member 60 attached to the vertical frame 6 and holds the mounting member 60 on the vertical frame 6. Thus, in the curtain wall unit 2 of the second embodiment, the mounting member 60 can be easily attached to the vertical frame 6 using the pressing member 8, and the mounting member 60 can be prevented from coming off the vertical frame 6.
[0069] Note that the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the jointless portion 7 have the same configuration as that of the vertical frame 6, and each has a receiving portion for receiving the mounting members 61 to 63 of the connecting members 31 to 33 instead of the engaging groove portions 4C, 5C, and 7C. Further, the mounting members 61 to 63 of the connecting members 31 to 33 are each configured in the same manner as the mounting member 60 of the connecting member 30 in the vertical frame 6, and have a locking portion that is hooked and locked in the receiving portion. A pressing member having the same configuration as the pressing member 8 in the vertical frame 6 is fixed to each of the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, and the jointless portion 7.
[0070] In each of the above embodiments, although the example where the window body is the curtain wall unit 2 has been described, the present invention is also applicable to window bodies other than the curtain wall unit 2. Further, the frame members are not limited to the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, the vertical frame 6, and the mullion 7, and other frame members may be used. For example, the window body may be a curtain wall that does not use the curtain wall unit 2 or a sash that is a fitting. The frame members may be frame members other than the upper frame 4, the lower frame 5, the vertical frame 6, and the mullion 7 of the curtain wall unit 2 (for example, vertical intermediate members), frame members of the curtain wall (for example, vertical posts, mullions), or frame members of the sash (for example, upper frame, lower frame, vertical frame, mullion, vertical intermediate member).
