Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a method for loading a conveyed object, a pallet for loading a conveyed object, and a pallet for loading a conveyed object.

Background Art

[0002] When conveying a conveyed object, in order to facilitate the movement of the conveyed object, loading onto a truck or the like, unloading from a truck or the like, etc., the conveyed object is placed on a pallet, and a forklift is used to move the conveyed object together with the pallet, or to load and unload. Also, when placing a plurality of conveyed objects on a pallet, in order to prevent the load from collapsing, a stretch film or a shrink film is wound around the conveyed object and the pallet to integrate the conveyed object on the pallet and the pallet (see Patent Documents 1 and 2). However, when loading various-shaped conveyed objects onto a truck using pallets of various sizes, gaps are generated and the loading efficiency decreases. Also, most trucks load return cargo and return after unloading at the destination. Therefore, the pallets that are transported to the destination together with the conveyed objects and unloaded from the truck will be left at the destination, and a large amount of cost is required to recover these pallets. In order to prevent a decrease in loading efficiency and eliminate the pallet recovery cost, a pallet is used only to lift the conveyed object onto the truck bed, and the driver or worker manually unloads the conveyed object from the pallet and stacks it on the truck bed on the truck bed, and the empty pallet is unloaded from the truck bed and left at the departure place. However, this work is quite labor-intensive and time-consuming for the driver or worker. Therefore, there has been a demand for a loading method that can reduce manual work in loading and unloading conveyed objects and also reduce the pallet recovery cost.

[0003] On the other hand, a pallet has been proposed in the past that enables only the load to be scooped up with a multi-pronged fork (see Patent Document 3). This pallet arranges materials with a rectangular cross-section in parallel and attaches them to a base to form parallel groove-shaped depressions. By using these grooves, only the load can be scooped up with a multi-pronged fork. The pallet can be moved by inserting the fork of a forklift into the hollow part with the rectangular cross-section material as a hollow member, or by providing rectangular long holes in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular cross-section material so that the fork of the forklift can be inserted from a direction perpendicular to the parallel depressions. However, in order to scoop up the load placed on the pallet without dropping it, a multi-pronged fork is required. Moreover, even when using a multi-pronged fork, it is difficult to scoop up and move a pile of multiple stacked loads without breaking them up. Furthermore, in order to scoop up and unload only the load at the destination, it is necessary to prepare a multi-pronged fork at the destination as well. Also, the return load is usually different from the outgoing load. Even if the outgoing load can be successfully loaded and unloaded, it is difficult to successfully load or unload the return load onto or from the pallet left on the loading platform with a multi-pronged fork in the same way as the outgoing load. Therefore, if the pallet is unloaded from the loading platform and left at the destination, or if the pallet is not unloaded from the loading platform, it is conceivable to stack the return load manually on the pallet left on the loading platform. In this case, since there are many depressions on the upper part of the pallet, the loads arranged on the pallet may be damaged by the pallet surface. Furthermore, working on a pallet with many depressions is dangerous for the operator. Therefore, it is also conceivable to tidy up the empty pallet after unloading, manually load the load onto the loading platform, and return the pallet to the departure point placed at the corner of the loading platform. However, this would make the meaning of considering a method of scooping up only the load from the pallet meaningless. Due to such problems, the above pallet has not been put into practical use and has not been used.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0005] An object of the present invention is to solve the above problems, reduce manual work in loading and unloading conveyed objects, and provide a method for loading conveyed objects that can reduce the pallet recovery cost.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] The present inventors started to study a method for loading conveyed objects that eliminates manual work in loading and unloading conveyed objects and can reduce the pallet recovery cost even when using pallets. In the process of the study, the present inventors found that, unlike the prior art, by packing a plurality of conveyed objects separately from the pallet and then using them in combination with a pallet of a specific shape, manual work in loading and unloading conveyed objects can be reduced and the pallet recovery cost can be reduced. Such a loading method combining such a packing form and a pallet has not been proposed before. The packing of the conveyed objects can be performed by stacking a plurality of conveyed objects on a plate-like body and winding the plate-like body and the plurality of conveyed objects with a stretchable film such as a stretch film or packaging and shrinking them with a heat-shrinkable film such as a shrink film. Further, as the plate-like body to be used, for example, a cardboard sheet or the like can be used, and it is sufficient that it is thin and not very hard, and a very simple and easy packing is acceptable. In this way, a packed body in which a plurality of conveyed objects and a plate-like body are integrated was produced.

[0007] In addition, as the shape of the pallet, there is an open groove extending upward from one side surface of the pallet for inserting the forks of a forklift to lift only the package, and a portion that does not extend upward and is open from the same side surface as the one side surface, that is, the side surface that is the starting point of the open groove. A pallet having a fork insertion portion for inserting the forks of a forklift to lift both the package and the pallet can be used. However, by integrating a plurality of conveyed items using a plate-like body as described above, the conveyed items can be scooped up from the pallet, moved, or placed on the pallet without causing the conveyed items to collapse or be damaged. In particular, since the conveyed items can be scooped up from the pallet, moved, and placed on the pallet without causing the conveyed items to collapse or be damaged using two forks without using multiple claws, it is also possible to have two open grooves. Furthermore, by integrating with a plurality of conveyed items using a plate-like body as described above, it is possible to have two open grooves in the pallet, so it is also possible to reduce the ratio of the groove portion of the pallet and improve the strength of the pallet, the ease and safety of work on the pallet. The present invention has been completed in this way.

[0008] That is, the present invention is specified by the following matters. (1) A method for loading a plurality of conveyed objects onto one pallet, comprising stacking the plurality of conveyed objects on a plate-like body, packing the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body, and producing a packed body in which the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body are integrated. As the pallet, a pallet is used which includes an open groove extending upward and open from one side surface of the pallet, and a fork insertion portion having a portion that does not extend upward and open from the same side surface as the one side surface. When placing the packed body on the pallet and lifting only the packed body loaded on the pallet, the fork of a forklift can be inserted into the open groove to lift only the packed body. When lifting both the packed body and the pallet, the fork of a forklift can be inserted into the fork insertion portion to lift both the packed body and the pallet. A method for loading a conveyed object for loading the packed body on the pallet. (2) The method for loading a conveyed object according to (1) above, characterized in that a cardboard sheet is used as the plate-like body, and the plurality of conveyed objects and the cardboard sheet are packed using a film having elasticity or shrinkability to produce a packed body in which the plurality of conveyed objects and the cardboard sheet are integrated. (3) A conveyed object loading pallet comprising a packed body in which a plurality of conveyed objects are integrated and a pallet on which the packed body is loaded. The packed body is a packed body in which the plurality of conveyed objects are stacked on a plate-like body, and the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body are packed so that the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body are integrated. The pallet is a pallet including an open groove extending upward and open from one side surface of the pallet for inserting the fork of a forklift to lift only the packed body, and a fork insertion portion having a portion that does not extend upward and open from the same side surface as the one side surface for inserting the fork of a forklift to lift both the packed body and the pallet. A conveyed object loading pallet. (4) A pallet for loading a conveyed object, comprising two open grooves and two fork insertion parts. The open grooves extend linearly from one side surface of the pallet to the side surface facing the one side surface, have a width larger than the width of the fork of a forklift, and are grooves open upward. The fork insertion parts are provided below the open grooves in the pallet, extend linearly from the same side surface as the one side surface to the side surface facing this side surface, have a width larger than the width of the fork of a forklift, and have a part that is not open upward. The open grooves and the fork insertion parts are arranged such that the width of the overlapping part of the open grooves and the fork insertion parts is larger than the width of the fork of a forklift when viewed from above the pallet.

Advantages of the Invention

[0009] The method for loading a conveyed object and the pallet for loading a conveyed object according to the present invention can reduce manual work during loading and unloading of the conveyed object and reduce the pallet recovery cost. The pallet for loading a conveyed object according to the present invention is suitable as a pallet for use in the method for loading a conveyed object and the pallet for loading a conveyed object according to the present invention.

Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention

[0011] The method for loading conveyed objects of the present invention is a method for loading a plurality of conveyed objects onto one pallet. The method includes stacking the plurality of conveyed objects on a plate-like body, packing the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body together to produce a packed body in which the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body are integrated, and using, as the pallet, a pallet having an open groove that extends upward and is open from one side surface of the pallet and a fork insertion portion that has a portion that does not extend upward and is not open from the same side surface as the one side surface. This is the method for loading conveyed objects for loading the packed body onto the pallet. The conveyed objects in the present invention are not particularly limited in terms of type, shape, etc. The products may be in a state of being stored in containers such as boxes and cans, and the shape of the containers is not particularly limited. For example, rectangular parallelepipeds, cylinders, prismatic columns, etc. can be mentioned. The plate-like body in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the conveyed objects can be stacked on it and packed and integrated with a film or the like having elasticity or shrinkability and the integrated shape can be maintained. The material of the plate-like body is not particularly limited. For example, plastic, cloth, paper, wood, metal, etc. can be mentioned. The plate-like body in the present invention only needs to be able to maintain a plate-like form and may have elasticity and be bendable. Examples of the plate-like body in the present invention include cardboard sheets, veneer boards, thin iron plates, plastic cardboard, plastic plates, thick paper, resin sheets, etc. Among them, cardboard sheets are preferred for the plate-like body in the present invention. The cardboard sheet to be used is not particularly limited. For example, A flute, B flute, C flute, W flute, etc. can be mentioned, and the thickness can be about 3 to 10 mm. The veneer board may be a single board or a plywood board. Examples of the thickness of the plate-like body in the present invention include 3 to 20 mm, 3 to 15 mm, 5 to 10 mm, etc.The size of the sheet is preferably the same as or slightly larger than the lower surface of the stacked packages.

[0012] In the present invention, the method of packaging and integrating a plurality of conveyed objects and a plate-like body is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to package the plurality of conveyed objects and the plate-like body using a film having elasticity or shrinkability. Examples of the elastic film include a stretch film, and as the stretch film, those usually used as a stretch film can be used. Examples of the shrinkable film include a film that shrinks by heat, ultraviolet rays, etc. Examples of the film that shrinks by heat include a shrink film, and as the shrink film, those usually used as a shrink film can be used. As a method of packaging, when using an elastic film such as a stretch film, the conveyed object and the plate-like body can be packaged and integrated by winding the film from the conveyed object to the plate-like body. When using a shrinkable film such as a shrink film, the conveyed object and the plate-like body can be packaged and integrated by wrapping the conveyed object and the plate-like body with the film and shrinking it with heat or the like. In the present invention, it is preferable to package and integrate a plurality of conveyed objects and a plate-like body by winding a stretch film. When using a stretch film, even if the conveyed object is a box with low strength such as a cardboard box, it can be packaged without the corners being dented or crushed. The stretch film is usually wound in the horizontal direction, but in order to integrate the plate-like body and the conveyed object, it is also effective to wind it in the vertical direction to strongly adhere the conveyed object and the plate-like body. Further, as a method of packaging and integrating the conveyed object and the plate-like body, a band can be used. For example, when the weight of the conveyed object becomes large, etc., a strong plate-like body such as a veneer is used as the plate-like body, and a band such as a PP band can be used to bind the conveyed object and the plate-like body.

[0013] The pallet in the present invention includes an open groove that extends upward and is open from one side surface of the pallet, and a fork insertion portion that has a portion that extends from the same side surface as the one side surface and is not open upward. The overall shape of the upper and lower surfaces of the pallet is preferably a quadrilateral from the perspective of loading efficiency when loading onto a loading platform such as a truck, but it can be appropriately selected according to the shape of the conveyed object and the shape of the loading platform such as a truck. Also, the width of the pallet can be appropriately selected according to the size of the package placed on the pallet and the shape of the loading platform such as a truck. The material of the pallet is not particularly limited, and examples include wooden, resin-made, metal-made, etc. The open groove in the present invention has a width larger than the width of the fork of the forklift and a depth larger than the thickness of the fork so that the fork of the forklift can be inserted from the side surface direction of the pallet in a state where a package of a conveyed object and a plate-like body is placed on the pallet. When lowering the package from the pallet, the open groove is open upward so that the inserted fork can be lifted. When placing the package on the pallet, the fork can be lowered into the open groove from above. The range that is open upward may be the range of the length for inserting the fork or a range equal to or greater than the range of the length for inserting the fork. In the present invention, there may be two open grooves corresponding to two forks, but there may also be three or more. However, from the perspective of minimizing the area of the open groove as much as possible, making the upper surface of the pallet as flat as possible, and enhancing the strength of the pallet, two open grooves are preferred. The open groove in the present invention has an open portion on one side surface so that the fork of the forklift can be inserted from the side surface direction of the pallet, and extends linearly starting from there. The open groove in the present invention may extend from the side surface serving as the starting point to the side surface facing it and have an open portion on the facing side surface, or may not extend to the facing side surface and no open groove may be formed around the facing side surface. From the perspective of minimizing the area of the open groove and making the upper surface of the pallet as flat as possible, and from the perspective of enhancing the strength of the pallet, the length of the open groove only needs to be the length necessary to support the lower surface of the package with the forks of the forklift. There may be no open groove formed around the opposing side surfaces and they may be flat, or there may be an open portion even penetrating to the opposing side surfaces and having an open portion on the opposing side surfaces as well, such that the forks of the forklift can reach the opposing side surfaces or can penetrate through the opposing side surfaces and be inserted.

[0014] The fork insertion part in the present invention extends linearly from the same surface as the side surface that is the starting point of the open groove. Therefore, when loading a pallet with a package onto a loading platform such as a truck, the direction in which the fork of the forklift is inserted is the same as the direction in which the fork of the forklift is inserted when lifting and lowering only the package leaving the pallet from the loading platform such as a truck, making loading and unloading easier. The fork insertion part in the present invention may be a groove that is open downward, or may be a hole shape that is not open downward, but has an opening part for inserting the fork of the forklift on the side surface that is the starting point. The fork insertion part in the present invention may extend from the side surface that is the starting point to the side surface facing it and have an opening part on the facing side surface, or may not extend to the facing side surface, as long as it has the length necessary to support the lower surface of the pallet with the fork of the forklift. Since the fork insertion part in the present invention has a part that is not open upward, when the inserted fork of the forklift is lifted upward, the fork hits the non-open part and the pallet can be lifted. The part that is not open upward of the fork insertion part, that is, the part where the fork contacts when the fork is lifted, only needs to be of a degree necessary to support the lower surface of the pallet with the fork from the viewpoint of strength and the like. The part that is not open upward of the fork insertion part does not have to be the entire upper surface of the fork insertion part, that is, a part of the upper surface of the fork insertion part may be open upward, or it may be the entire upper surface of the fork insertion part, that is, the fork insertion part does not have to have a part that is open upward, as long as it is an insertion part having an upper surface that is not open upward. In the present invention, when the pallet is placed on a flat surface with the open groove facing up, the upper side is referred to as the upper side and the lower side is referred to as the lower side. Also, for the upper part, lower part, upper surface, and lower surface, the upper side when the pallet is placed in the same way is referred to as the upper side and the lower side is referred to as the lower side. The width of the groove in the case where the fork insertion part is in the groove shape, and the width or diameter of the hole in the case of the hole shape are larger than the width of the fork of the forklift, and the depth of the groove in the case where the fork insertion part is in the groove shape, and the height or diameter of the hole in the case of the hole shape are larger than the thickness of the fork.

[0015] In the method for loading conveyed objects of the present invention, a package in which a plurality of conveyed objects and a plate-like body are integrated is produced. This package is placed on the forks of a forklift and transported to a pallet placed in a warehouse or the like. The forks are lowered into the open groove of the pallet, and by pulling the forks out of the open groove, the package can be placed on the pallet. When loading onto a truck or the like, the forks of the forklift are inserted into the fork insertion portion of the pallet, and the pallet is lifted by raising the forks. Then, it is transported to the loading platform of the truck or the like, and the pallet is lowered onto the loading platform of the truck or the like. In this state, the conveyed objects are transported to the destination together with the pallet. When arriving at the destination, the forks of the forklift are inserted into the open groove of the pallet on the loading platform, and by raising the forks, only the package is lifted and transported to a predetermined location. Even if the pallet on the loading platform remains as it is, in the present invention, various conveyed objects can be used as the package in the present invention. Since the package can be transported with ordinary two forks and placed on the pallet, it is easy to place the return load on the pallet on the loading platform, so it becomes easy to place the return load on the pallet and transport it. From the truck that has returned to the departure place, the package is loaded and unloaded in the same manner as the operation at the destination, and a new package is loaded and transported to the destination again in the same manner as described above. By using the method for loading conveyed objects of the present invention, such transportation can be repeated, eliminating manual work and the need to collect pallets. Even if manual work is required for loading at the destination, if a pallet with two open grooves is used, there will be more flat surfaces on the pallet, improving workability and enhancing work safety.

[0016] The transport load pallet of the present invention is a transport load pallet comprising a package in which a plurality of transported items are integrated and a pallet on which the package is loaded. The package is a package in which the plurality of transported items are stacked on a plate-like body, and the plurality of transported items and the plate-like body are packaged to integrate the plurality of transported items and the plate-like body. The pallet has an open groove extending upward from one side surface of the pallet for inserting the forks of a forklift to lift only the package, and a fork insertion portion having a portion that does not open upward and extends from the same side surface as the one side surface for inserting the forks of a forklift to lift both the package and the pallet. In the present invention, the transport load pallet refers to the combination of the package and the pallet in a state where the package in the transport load method of the present invention is loaded on the pallet in the transport load method of the present invention.

[0017] The pallet for loading conveyed objects of the present invention is a more preferable form among the pallets in the method for loading conveyed objects of the present invention. It is a pallet for loading conveyed objects used for loading conveyed objects, and includes two open grooves and two fork insertion parts. The open grooves extend linearly from one side surface of the pallet to the side surface facing the one side surface, have a width larger than the width of the forks of a forklift, and are grooves open upward. Further, the fork insertion parts are provided below the open grooves of the pallet, extend linearly from the same side surface as the one side surface to the side surface facing the one side surface, have a width larger than the width of the forks of a forklift, and are fork insertion parts having a portion not open upward. Furthermore, the open grooves and the fork insertion parts are arranged such that the width of the overlapping portion of the open grooves and the fork insertion parts when viewed from above the pallet is larger than the width of the forks of a forklift. The material of the pallet, the structure, material, etc. of the open grooves, fork insertion parts, and other parts in the pallet for loading conveyed objects of the present invention are the same as those of the pallet in the method for loading conveyed objects of the present invention. However, since the fork insertion parts are provided below the open grooves of the pallet and are arranged such that the width of the overlapping portion of the open grooves and the fork insertion parts when viewed from above the pallet is larger than the width of the forks of a forklift, there is no need to change the width of the forks when lifting only the package and when lifting both the package and the pallet, which can reduce the labor of the work and make the work easier. Also, since it is not necessary to change the position where the forks are inserted when lifting only the package and when lifting both the package and the pallet, in both cases, the forks can be inserted and operated at the most stable positions of the package and the package and the pallet.

[0018] FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the package in the present invention. In the package A of FIG. 1, a plurality of rectangular parallelepiped boxes are stacked on a plate-like body 2 as the conveyed object 1. FIG. 1(a) is a view of the package A seen from the front, and FIG. 1(b) is a view of the package A seen from the bottom. In the package A, although not shown in FIG. 1(a), a stretch film 3 is wound around the front, left and right sides, and the back of the package A, that is, the entire periphery. Further, the stretch film 3 is also wound around a part of the side surface and the bottom surface side of the plate-like body 2. By winding the stretch film 3 around the bottom surface side of the plate-like body 2 as shown in FIG. 1(b), the conveyed object 1 and the plate-like body 2 are packaged by the stretch film 3 and integrated into the package A. Further, when placing the conveyed object 1 on the plate-like body 2, the space between the plate-like body 2 and the conveyed object 1 in contact with the plate-like body 2 may be adhered or bonded with an adhesive, an adhesive agent, or the like. By doing so, when packaging with the stretch film 3 or the like or when moving the package A, the possibility that the conveyed object 1 and the plate-like body 2 are separated can be reduced, and the packaging and the movement of the package A can be facilitated. The adhesive, the adhesive agent, etc. are preferably of a type that has a light adhesiveness or light adhesivity that allows the conveyed object 1 to be easily separated from the plate-like body 2 with a little force, and that loses its adhesiveness or adhesivity when the conveyed object 1 is separated from the plate-like body 2. FIG. 1(c) is a schematic view showing a portion where the conveyed object 1 is adhered or bonded to the plate-like body 2 with an adhesive or an adhesive agent 10. The adhesion or bonding does not necessarily have to be over the entire conveyed object 1, and it may be performed on a part thereof.

[0019] Figs. 2(a) and (b) are diagrams showing an embodiment of a pallet in the present invention. In pallets P1 and P2, the open grooves 4 and 6 extend linearly from the starting side surface to the side surface opposite thereto and are open on both side surfaces. The fork insertion portions 5 and 7 are rectangular hole-shaped cross-sections with the upper and lower surfaces of the fork insertion portions also not open, and extend linearly from the same side surface as the starting side surface of the open grooves 4 and 6 to the side surface opposite thereto and are open on both side surfaces. Further, the fork insertion portions 5 and 7 are provided below the open grooves 4 and 6, that is, lower than the open grooves 4 and 6 in the pallet, and have a two-layer structure. Here, "below" means that the fork insertion portions 5 and 7 are in a position where the fork can be inserted only by lowering the height of the fork without changing the width of the fork inserted into the open grooves 4 and 6. The width of the open grooves 4 and 6 and the width of the fork insertion portions 5 and 7 may be the same or different, and the center of the width of the open grooves 4 and 6 and the center of the width of the fork insertion portions 5 and 7 may be the same or different. Another expression for the positional relationship between the open groove and the fork insertion portion is that the open groove and the fork insertion portion are arranged such that the width of the overlapping portion of the open groove and the fork insertion portion when viewed from above the pallet is larger than the width of the fork of the forklift.

[0020] FIG. 2(c) is a diagram showing the positional relationship between the open groove and the fork insertion portion. When viewed from above the pallet P3 in the direction of the arrow, the width W of the overlapping portion of the open groove 8 and the fork insertion portion 9 below the pallet P3 from the open groove 8 is larger than the width of the fork of the forklift. By arranging the open groove and the fork insertion portion, without changing the width of the fork inserted into the open groove 8, the fork can be inserted into the fork insertion portion 9 only by lowering the height of the fork. The width of the open groove and the width of the fork insertion portion may be the same as shown in FIGS. 2(a) and (b), or the width of the fork insertion portion may be larger as shown in FIG. 2(c), or conversely, the width of the open groove may be larger. In order to prevent the package or pallet from shifting horizontally on the fork during loading / unloading or movement, the difference between the width of the open groove and the width of the fork insertion portion and the width of the fork should not be too large so that the insertion and extraction of the fork can be smooth, and it is preferable that the width of the open groove and the width of the fork insertion portion are about the same. The pallet P1 in FIG. 2(a) is an example in which loading / unloading of the package and the pallet loaded with the package can be performed with two forks, and the fork can be inserted from either of the two opposing side surfaces for loading / unloading. The pallet P2 in FIG. 2(b) is also an example in which loading / unloading of the package and the pallet loaded with the package can be performed with two forks, but the pallet P2 is an example in which the fork can be inserted from any of the four side surfaces for loading / unloading. The fork insertion portions 5 and 7 in FIGS. 2(a) and 2(b) are in the shape of a rectangular hole with the upper and lower surfaces of the fork insertion portion not open, but a part of the upper surface of the fork insertion portion may be open upward, that is, a part between the open groove and the fork insertion portion may be open, or a part of the lower surface may be open downward. Also, if the entire lower surface is opened to form a groove open downward, the pallet can be used in the same way as the front side even when it is turned over.

Example

[0021] Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described by way of examples of the present invention, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to these examples.

[0022] On a corrugated cardboard sheet (125 cm long, 165 cm wide, 0.5 cm thick), 6 rectangular corrugated cardboard boxes (40.6 cm long, 80.9 cm wide, 34.9 cm high) each containing 8 bags of toilet paper (12 pieces per bag) were stacked in 7 layers, for a total of 42 corrugated cardboard boxes. This was wrapped with a stretch film (Super Terryt Slim, manufactured by Shikika Kogyo Co., Ltd.: 12 μm thick, 500 mm wide, 500 m long) to produce a package. A one-touch adhesive (Rockin Pop, manufactured by Zig Node Co., Ltd.) was applied and pasted between the bottom surface of the corrugated cardboard box on the first layer and the corrugated cardboard sheet as shown in Fig. 1(c). The produced package was placed on two forks of a forklift and moved, but the package did not collapse. Using the same pallet as in Fig. 2(a), the forks of the forklift carrying the produced package were lowered into the release groove, and then the forks were pulled out from the release groove and the package was placed on the pallet. The forks of the forklift were inserted into the fork insertion part of the pallet with the package, and the pallet was moved and loaded onto the truck bed. The forks of the forklift were inserted into the release groove of the pallet loaded on the truck bed, and the forks were raised to lift only the package. In these processes, the package did not collapse in shape and could be loaded and unloaded by a forklift.
