Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a flavor booster device and a shisha device.

Background Art

[0002] Efforts have been made to efficiently provide a shisha (water pipe) device (Patent Document 1). Such a shisha device generates aerosol-forming material by charcoal or the like, filters the smoke with water, and supplies it. The aerosol-forming material includes tobacco leaves, glycerin, propylene glycol, flavors, and the like. A user of the shisha device can enjoy the flavor caused by such an aerosol-forming material.

[0003] In recent years, attempts have been made to change the flavor caused by the aerosol-forming material. For example, the flavor provided by the shisha device can be changed by mixing the aerosol-forming material with other components. For example, different flavors can be obtained when the aerosol-forming material contains a plurality of flavors compared to the case where the aerosol-forming material contains a single flavor.

[0004] However, changing the flavor using the aerosol-forming material is laborious. Therefore, it is difficult to efficiently provide the shisha device to users. In addition, when the flavor is changed using the aerosol-forming material, there is also a problem that it is difficult to obtain a clear flavor. Furthermore, there is also a problem that the changed flavor cannot be restored. For these reasons, in a shisha device, it is required to efficiently change the flavor.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0020] Hereinafter, a flavor booster device and a shisha device of the present invention will be described based on preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings. First, prior to the description of the flavor booster device of the present invention, an example of the shisha device of the present invention will be described.

[0021] <<First Embodiment>> FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram showing a shisha device including a flavor booster device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In the following description, the upper side in each figure is referred to as "upper" or "above", and the lower side is referred to as "lower" or "below".

[0022] (Shisha device) The hookah device 100 shown in FIG. 1 includes a container 101 containing water W, a conduit portion 102, a base portion 103, a tray portion 104 provided with an aerosol former L, a metal sheet 105, charcoal C, a mouthpiece pipe portion 106, and a flavor booster device 1.

[0023] The container 101 houses water W and air. The water W cools and filters the smoke generated in the hookah device 100. That is, the container 101 functions as a cooling and filtering unit of the hookah device 100. The container 101 has a tapered cylindrical shape, but is not particularly limited as long as its function is exhibited. Further, the container 101 can be formed of, for example, glass, acrylic, metal, ceramic, or the like.

[0024] The conduit portion 102 has a function of guiding the smoke from the aerosol former L provided in the tray portion 104 to the container 101. One end of the conduit portion 102 is provided on the distal end side of the container 101 so as to be positioned in the water W. The other end of the conduit portion 102 is connected to the base portion 103 and the tray portion 104. The conduit portion 102 of the present embodiment has a linear pipe structure, but is not limited thereto. For example, the conduit portion 102 may have a curved pipe structure.

[0025] The base portion 103 has a function of supporting the tray portion 104, the metal sheet 105, and the charcoal C provided thereon. Further, the base portion 103 has a dish shape and also functions as an ashtray for collecting the ash of the charcoal C. The base portion 103 has a through hole at its center. The other end of the conduit portion 102 is connected to the tray portion 104 through this through hole. As long as these functions can be exhibited, the shape and constituent material of the base portion 103 are not particularly limited, but a shape that is easy to clean and maintain is preferable. Further, the base portion 103 is preferably formed of a heat-resistant material. Thereby, the above functions of the base portion 103 can be surely exhibited.

[0026] The receiving part 104 has the function of accommodating the aerosol forming body L. The receiving part 104 has a cylindrical base part and an upper part in the shape of a disc dish provided so as to surround the upper end of the base part. With the aerosol forming body L accommodated in the upper part, a metal sheet 105 is provided so as to close the opening of the upper part. Further, a lit charcoal C is provided on the metal sheet 105. Thereby, the aerosol forming body L is heated and emits smoke. The aerosol forming body L of the present embodiment contains, for example, tobacco leaves, glycerin, propylene glycol, and flavors, but may contain other components (such as molasses). Further, the constituent material of the aerosol forming body L is not particularly limited, and for example, it may be composed of only tobacco leaves.

[0027] The suction pipe part 106 has the function of guiding the air (filtered smoke) in the container 101 to the flavor booster device 1. One end of the suction pipe part 106 is connected to the tip of the container 101. The other end of the suction pipe part 106 is connected to the flavor booster device 1. Thereby, the user of the shisha device 100 can inhale the smoke filtered in the container 101 through the flavor booster device 1. In this way, the flavor booster device 1 is detachably connected to the suction pipe part 106 of the shisha device 100 and is used as a suction port part and a mouthpiece, but according to the present invention, it has the function of efficiently changing the flavor. Hereinafter, the flavor booster device 1 will be specifically described.

[0028] (Flavor booster device) FIG. 2 is a perspective view schematically showing a flavor booster device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a partially exploded perspective view schematically showing a flavor booster device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 4 is a top view showing a flavor booster device according to the first embodiment of the present invention with the suction part omitted. FIG. 5 is a perspective view schematically showing a flavor holding part and a separation member in a flavor booster device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0029] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the flavor booster device 1 includes a housing portion 2, a fragrance holding portion 3, a spacer member 4, and a suction portion 5. In the vertical direction in FIG. 3, each part of the flavor booster device 1 is shown partially disassembled. This vertical direction corresponds to the connection direction of each part of the flavor booster device 1.

[0030] The housing portion 2 has a function of housing the fragrance holding portion 3. Further, the housing portion 2 can also function as a suction port portion (mab sum) of the shisha device 100. Specifically, the housing portion 2 has a cylindrical shape, and the tip portion of the housing portion 2 is configured to be wide so as to fit with the suction portion 5 described later. On the other hand, the base end portion of the housing portion 2 is configured to be narrow so that it can be inserted into the suction pipe portion 106. Thereby, the flavor booster device 1 is configured to be detachable from the suction pipe portion 106. For this reason, for example, the flavor booster device 1 including the fragrance holding portion 3 holding the first fragrance can be easily replaced with the flavor booster device 1 including the fragrance holding portion 3 holding the second fragrance different from the first fragrance. As a result, without the first fragrance remaining on other members (for example, the suction pipe portion 106) of the shisha device 100, the user of the shisha device 100 can clearly taste different flavors only by replacing the flavor booster device 1.

[0031] The accommodating portion 2 includes an intermediate portion 21 with a constant inner diameter, an inner diameter gradually increasing portion 22 whose inner diameter gradually increases upward (toward the tip of the accommodating portion 2) from the intermediate portion 21, and an inner diameter gradually decreasing portion 23 whose inner diameter gradually decreases downward (toward the base end of the accommodating portion 2) from the intermediate portion 21. The inner diameter gradually increasing portion 22 corresponds to the tip portion of the accommodating portion 2. On the other hand, the inner diameter gradually decreasing portion 23 corresponds to the base end portion of the accommodating portion 2. With such a configuration, the space inside the accommodating portion 2 increases in the order of the inner diameter gradually decreasing portion 23, the intermediate portion 21, and the inner diameter gradually increasing portion 22. For this reason, the flavor (gaseous component) caused by the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3 provided in the accommodating portion 2 tends to diffuse from a narrow space to a wide space. As a result, the flavor caused by the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3 can be efficiently diffused inside the accommodating portion 2. The flavor diffusing in this way mixes with the flavor contained in the smoke emitted from the aerosol forming body L, and the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be efficiently changed.

[0032] In the present embodiment, the fragrance holding portion 3 is provided in the intermediate portion 21. Thereby, the above-described effects can be more effectively exhibited. Further, it is preferable that the fragrance holding portion 3 is provided on the inner diameter gradually decreasing portion 23 side in the intermediate portion 21. Thereby, the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be changed more efficiently. However, the fragrance holding portion 3 may be provided in a portion other than the intermediate portion 21 (for example, the inner diameter gradually increasing portion 22).

[0033] Also, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner diameter increasing portion 22 and the inner diameter decreasing portion 23 are provided adjacent to the intermediate portion 21. With such a configuration, the space in the accommodating portion 2 surely increases in the order of the inner diameter decreasing portion 23, the intermediate portion 21, and the inner diameter increasing portion 22. Thereby, the diffusion of flavor (gas components) becomes smoother, and the above-described effects can be exerted more effectively. Also, the inner diameter of the intermediate portion 21 may gradually increase. The inner diameter of the accommodating portion 2 having such an intermediate portion 21, an inner diameter increasing portion 22, and an inner diameter decreasing portion 23 increases from the proximal end to the distal end of the accommodating portion 2. Thereby, the above-described effects can be exerted more remarkably. Also, it is preferable that the inner diameter of at least one of the intermediate portion 21, the inner diameter increasing portion 22, and the inner diameter decreasing portion 23 is larger than the inner diameter of the suction pipe portion 106. Thereby, the above-described effects can be exerted efficiently. Note that the inner diameter R2 of the intermediate portion 21 can be, for example, about 1.5 cm to 3 cm.

[0034] The accommodating portion 2 is not particularly limited in terms of its size, shape, and constituent material as long as its function is exhibited. The accommodating portion 2 can be formed of, for example, glass, resin (e.g., acrylic), metal (e.g., stainless steel), ceramic (e.g., pottery), or the like. The length of the accommodating portion 2 in the connection direction (the overall length L1 shown in FIG. 6) can be, for example, in the range of 8 cm to 15 cm.

[0035] The fragrance holding portion 3 has a function of holding a fragrance. Examples of the fragrance include, but are not limited to, fruit-based fragrances, spice-based fragrances, mint-based fragrances, etc. The fragrance may be an essential oil. The fragrance holding portion 3 has a small elliptical spherical shape, but is not limited thereto. For example, the fragrance holding portion 3 may be spherical, cuboid, rod-shaped, sheet-shaped, or the like. Also, the fragrance holding portion 3 of the present embodiment is preferably composed of a natural material such as cotton or hemp. Thereby, the fragrance holding portion 3 can stably hold a liquid (such as aroma oil) containing the fragrance.

[0036] The diameter of the small, elliptical spherical fragrance holding part 3 is preferably, for example, 0.1 cm to 1.5 cm, more preferably 0.2 cm to 1.3 cm, and particularly preferably 0.3 cm to 1.2 cm. Thereby, while suppressing the contact between the fragrance holding part 3 and the accommodating part 2, a certain amount of fragrance can be stably and quickly held in the fragrance holding part 3.

[0037] Also, the length of the small, elliptical spherical fragrance holding part 3 (the total length L2 shown in FIG. 6) is preferably, for example, 0.5 cm to 5 cm, more preferably 0.8 cm to 4.5 cm, and particularly preferably 1 cm to 4 cm. Thereby, the fragrance holding part 3 has high handleability and can exhibit the above-described effects.

[0038] Note that the fragrance holding part 3 is not limited to the above-described configuration. For example, the fragrance holding part 3 may be composed of plastic or silicon aroma beads, a bag member in which a fragrance is enclosed and which has a vent hole, a porous member such as an aroma stone, or the like. Also, the fragrance holding part 3 may be a small aroma diffuser device. Note that the fragrance holding part 3 may contain a plurality of fragrances.

[0039] The separation member 4 contacts the accommodating part 2 and has a function of separating the fragrance holding part 3 from the inner surface of the accommodating part 2. By the separation member 4, adhesion of the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 to the inner surface of the accommodating part 2 is suppressed. Therefore, in the flavor booster device 1, even when the fragrance holding part 3 after use is replaced with a fragrance holding part 3 that holds a new fragrance, the flavor caused by the new fragrance and the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be prevented from unexpectedly changing due to the flavor caused by the used fragrance adhering to the accommodating part 2.

[0040] As long as such a function can be exhibited, the configuration of the separation member 4 is not particularly limited. For example, the separation member 4 may be constituted by a rod-shaped member, a string member, a spring member, or the like. In order to efficiently diffuse the flavor (gaseous component) caused by the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3, the separation member 4 is preferably configured to expose the fragrance holding part 3 or to have holes or openings.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 5, in the present embodiment, the separation member 4 is constituted by a mesh-like sheet member. The separation member 4 has a plurality of holes 41 and is formed of a porous material. The separation member 4 having such a configuration is provided in the intermediate portion 21 of the housing portion 2 in a state where the fragrance holding portion 3 is wound (FIG. 4). Thereby, the separation member 4 can prevent the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 from adhering to the inner surface of the housing part 2 and can diffuse the flavor of the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 through the holes 41. The flavor diffused in this way can be mixed with the flavor contained in the smoke emitted from the aerosol forming body L, and the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be efficiently changed.

[0042] As long as the separation member 4 can exhibit its function, its shape and size are not particularly limited. When the separation member 4 is configured to wind around the fragrance holding part 3, the separation member 4 and the fragrance holding part 3 can be made compact. For this reason, it also becomes easy to provide the fragrance holding part 3 and the separation member 4 in the housing part 2. Thereby, the flavor booster device 1 can be efficiently provided to the user.

[0043] The diameter of the holes 41 in the present embodiment is on the order of millimeters (for example, about 2 mm), but may be on the order of micrometers or nanometers. Even with such a configuration, the flavor of the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 can be diffused through the holes 41. Further, the shape of the holes 41 is not particularly limited and may be circular, elliptical, polygonal, or the like.

[0044] The separation member 4 may be made of the same material as the fragrance holding part 3 or may be made of a different material. When the separation member 4 is made of the same material as the fragrance holding part 3, it becomes easy to integrally form the fragrance holding part 3 and the separation member 4, and it also becomes easy to provide them in the housing part 2. Thereby, the flavor booster device 1 can be efficiently provided to the user. Further, when the separation member 4 is made of a material different from that of the fragrance holding part 3, even if the fragrance holding part 3 holds a liquid containing a fragrance, it is possible to suppress the retained liquid from adhering to the housing part 2 via the separation member 4.

[0045] Regarding the separation of the fragrance holding part 3 from the inner surface of the housing part 2 by the separation member 4, it will be specifically described with reference to FIG. 4. As shown in FIG. 4, when the flavor booster device 1 is viewed from the connection direction, the length (diameter in this embodiment) R1 of the fragrance holding part 3 is shorter than the inner diameter R2 of the intermediate part 21 of the housing part 2. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 from adhering to the inner surface of the housing part 2. As a result, even when the fragrance holding part 3 of the flavor booster device 1 is replaced as described above, it is possible to prevent the flavor caused by the new fragrance after replacement and the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L from unexpectedly changing due to the flavor caused by the fragrance before replacement.

[0046] Preferably, R1 is 1 / 2 or less, more preferably 1 / 3 or less, and particularly preferably 1 / 4 or less with respect to R2. Thereby, the above-described effects can be surely exhibited. Further, when the flavor booster device 1 is viewed from the connection direction, the fragrance holding part 3 may be positioned at the center of the housing part 2 or may be displaced from the center of the housing part 2.

[0047] Further, when the flavor booster device 1 is viewed from the connection direction, the plurality of fragrance holding parts 3 may be provided at equal intervals from each other. For example, in a state where the plurality of fragrance holding parts 3 are provided at equal intervals on the separation member 4 shown in FIG. 5, the plurality of fragrance holding parts 3 can be wound around the separation member 4 respectively. Further, when the flavor booster device 1 is viewed from the connection direction, the plurality of fragrance holding parts 3 may be uniformly provided in the housing part 2 on the circumference.

[0048] Thus, the flavor booster device 1 of the present embodiment can easily include a plurality of fragrance holding parts 3. Thereby, the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be efficiently changed.

[0049] The suction part 5 has a function of efficiently sucking smoke for the user. In the present embodiment, the suction part 5 has a tip port part 51 and a base end joint part 52. The tip port part 51 is configured such that the user of the shisha device 100 can hold it in the mouth. The tip port part 51 is configured such that the inner diameter gradually increases from the base end to the tip side. Thereby, the smoke sucked through the tip port part 51 is efficiently carried to the user's mouth while diffusing from the base end to the tip.

[0050] The base end joint part 52 is configured to fit with the tip part of the housing part 2. Further, the base end joint part 52 has a through hole along its longitudinal direction. The tip port part 51 is connected to the upper end side of this through hole. The base end joint part 52 also has a function of closing the upper opening of the housing part 2. Thereby, in the housing part 2, the flavor caused by the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 and the flavor contained in the smoke emitted from the aerosol forming body L are efficiently mixed. Therefore, the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be efficiently changed. As a result, when the user sucks while holding the tip port part 51 in the mouth, the user can taste the well-mixed flavor in the housing part 2.

[0051] In this embodiment, the proximal joint portion 52 is made of a rubber member (for example, silicone rubber), but is not limited thereto. For example, the proximal joint portion 52 may be made of a natural material such as cork, plastic, or the like. The length of the proximal joint portion 52 in the connection direction can be, for example, about 3 cm, but is not limited thereto.

[0052] Also, in this embodiment, the distal end portion 51 is made of plastic, but is not limited thereto. For example, the distal end portion 51 may be made of glass, resin, metal, ceramic, or the like. The length of the distal end portion 51 in the connection direction can be, for example, about 5 cm, but is not limited thereto. The distal end portion 51 and the proximal joint portion 52 may be integrally formed. Also, the proximal joint portion 52 may be omitted. In this case, the distal end portion 51 may be configured to engage with the distal end portion of the housing portion 2. For example, the distal end portion 51 can have an engaging portion that engages with the distal end portion of the housing portion 2.

[0053] Next, with reference to FIG. 6, the positional relationship between the flavor holding portion 3 and other members of the flavor booster device 1 will be described. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram for explaining the positional relationship between the flavor holding portion and other members in the flavor booster device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 6, the size of the flavor holding portion 3 (specifically, the total length L2 of the flavor holding portion 3) in the connection direction (vertical direction) between the housing portion 2 and the suction portion 5 is smaller than the size of the housing portion 2 (specifically, the total length L1 of the housing portion 2) in the connection direction. Therefore, in the housing portion 2, a space can be secured for the flavor caused by the flavor of the flavor holding portion 3 and the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L to mix. As a result, the flavor caused by the aerosol forming body L can be efficiently changed.

[0055] The overall length L2 is preferably at most one-third, more preferably at most one-fourth, and particularly preferably at most one-fifth of the overall length L1. Thereby, the above-described space can be ensured reliably, and the flavor caused by the aerosol-forming body L can be changed reliably and efficiently.

[0056] Further, the fragrance holding part 3 is provided in the middle part 21 of the housing part 2, separated from the tip part of the housing part 2. Thereby, a space for mixing the flavor caused by the fragrance in the fragrance holding part 3 and the flavor caused by the aerosol-forming body L can be ensured reliably. As a result, the flavor caused by the aerosol-forming body L can be changed more efficiently.

[0057] The separation distance D1 from the tip part of the housing part 2 to the fragrance holding part 3 is preferably 1 cm or more and 10 cm or less, more preferably 1.5 cm or more and 9 cm or less, and even more preferably 2 cm or more and 8.5 cm or less. Thereby, the above-described effects can be exhibited more remarkably.

[0058] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the fragrance holding part 3 is provided separated from the base end of the base end joint part 52. Thereby, the flavor caused by the fragrance in the fragrance holding part 3 can be mixed with the flavor caused by the aerosol-forming body L by the time it reaches the base end joint part 52. As a result, when the user inhales the smoke, a well-mixed flavor can be tasted. The separation distance D2 from the base end of the base end joint part 52 to the fragrance holding part 3 can be set shorter than the separation distance D1. For example, the separation distance D2 may be at most half of the separation distance D1.

[0059] The separation distance D2 is preferably 0.5 cm or more and 8 cm or less, more preferably 0.6 cm or more and 7.5 cm or less, and even more preferably 1 cm or more and 7 cm or less. Thereby, the above-described effects can be exhibited more remarkably.

[0060] In addition, in this embodiment, the fragrance holding part 3 is provided so as to be separated from the inner surface of the housing part 2 (intermediate part 21). As described above, this is achieved by the separation member 4. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 from adhering to the inner surface of the housing part 2. The separation distance D3 from the inner surface of the intermediate part 21 to the fragrance holding part 3 can be set shorter than the separation distance D1 and the separation distance D2. For example, the separation distance D3 may be 1 / 3 or less of the separation distance D1, or may be 1 / 2 or less of the separation distance D2.

[0061] The separation distance D3 is preferably 0.3 cm or more and 4 cm or less, more preferably 0.5 cm or more and 3.5 cm or less, and even more preferably 0.7 cm or more and 3 cm or less. Thereby, the above-described effects can be exhibited more remarkably.

[0062] Next, an example of the usage method of the flavor booster device 1 will be described.

[0063] (Usage Example 1) First, provide the user with an existing shisha device having a general mouthpiece (mabsam) connected to the suction pipe part. Thereby, the user can enjoy the flavor (original flavor) caused by the aerosol former. After a predetermined time has elapsed, replace the mabsam with the flavor booster device 1. That is, remove the mabsam from the suction pipe part and connect the flavor booster device 1 to the suction pipe part. Thereby, with respect to the original flavor, the flavor caused by the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 in the flavor booster device 1 can be added (boosted). That is, the flavor (original flavor) caused by the aerosol former can be efficiently changed. Further, the user can optionally return the flavor booster device 1 to the mabsam. At this time, since the fragrance of the fragrance holding part 3 does not remain on other members (such as the suction pipe part) of the existing shisha device, the user can enjoy the original flavor clearly again.

[0064] (Usage Example 2) First, provide two users with existing shisha devices each having a common suction port (mabsam) connected to a suction pipe section. The two (or more) existing shisha devices each have an aerosol former containing a different fragrance. As a result, the user can enjoy different original flavors. Further, provide one user with a flavor booster device 1. The user can replace the mabsam of either of the two existing shisha devices with the flavor booster device 1. Therefore, for the original flavor of each of the two existing shisha devices, the flavor resulting from the fragrance in the fragrance holding section 3 of the flavor booster device 1 can be added (boosted). Thus, with one flavor booster device 1, a plurality of original flavors can be changed.

[0065] (Usage Example 3) Similar to Usage Example 2, provide two users with existing shisha devices each having a common suction port (mabsam) connected to a suction pipe section. The two (or more) existing shisha devices each have an aerosol former containing a different fragrance. As a result, the user can enjoy different original flavors. Further, in this usage example, provide the user with a plurality of flavor booster devices 1. As a result, the user can replace each of the plurality of flavor booster devices 1 with the mabsam of either of the two existing shisha devices. Therefore, for the original flavor of each of the two existing shisha devices, the flavor resulting from the fragrance in the fragrance holding section 3 of the plurality of flavor booster devices 1 can be added (boosted). By using the flavor booster device 1 in this way, more original flavors can be changed.

[0066] (Second Embodiment) Next, a second embodiment of the flavor booster device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0067] FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram for explaining a flavor booster device according to the second embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described, centering on the differences from the above-described first embodiment, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Note that the same components as those in the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0068] In the present embodiment, the configurations of the housing portion and the separating member are different from those of the housing portion 2 and the separating member 4 in the first embodiment. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the housing portion 2 has an insertion portion 24 near the intermediate portion 21. The insertion portion 24 has an opening through which the flavor holding portion 3 is inserted. The insertion portion 24 preferably has a sealing portion for sealing the opening. For example, the sealing portion is made of a soft member such as silicone rubber. Thereby, the sealing portion can be deformed in accordance with the insertion of the flavor holding portion 3, and leakage of the smoke in the housing portion 2 through the insertion portion 24 can be suppressed or prevented.

[0069] The separating member 4A has a rod shape. The flavor holding portion 3 is connected to one end of the separating member 4A. In the present embodiment, the flavor holding portion 3 and the separating member 4A may be replaced with a commercially available cotton swab. Also by such a second embodiment, the same effects as those of the flavor booster device 1 in the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0070] <<Third Embodiment>> Next, a third embodiment of the flavor booster device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0071] FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram for explaining a flavor booster device according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the third embodiment will be described, centering on the differences from the above-described first embodiment, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Note that the same components as those in the above-described first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0072] In this embodiment, the configurations of the proximal end joint portion and the flavor holding portion are different from those of the proximal end joint portion 52 and the flavor holding portion 3 of the first embodiment. Also, the separation member 4 is omitted. Specifically, the length of the proximal end joint portion 52A in the connection direction is shorter than the length of the distal end port portion 51. For this reason, the distal end port portion 51 protrudes through the proximal end joint portion 52A. As a result, the distance from the proximal end of the distal end port portion 51 to the flavor holding portion 3A corresponds to the separation distance D2.

[0073] In this way, by shortening the length of the proximal end joint portion 52A in the connection direction, the space for the flavors resulting from the flavor of the flavor holding portion 3 and the flavor resulting from the aerosol forming body L to mix within the housing portion 2 increases. As a result, the flavor resulting from the aerosol forming body L can be changed more efficiently.

[0074] Also, in this embodiment, the flavor holding portion 3A is composed of a bag member enclosing the scent. Along with this, the separation member 4 is omitted. Pores (ventilation holes) for allowing air to pass through are provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the bag member. Even with such a third embodiment, the same effects as those of the flavor booster device 1 of the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0075] <<Fourth Embodiment>> Next, a fourth embodiment of the flavor booster device of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0076] FIG. 9 is a partial cross-sectional view schematically showing a flavor booster device according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, the fourth embodiment will be described, focusing on the differences from the first embodiment described above, and the description of the same matters will be omitted. Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment described above are denoted by the same reference numerals.

[0077] In this embodiment, the configurations of the storage portion and the fragrance holding portion are different from those of the storage portion 2 and the fragrance holding portion 3 of the first embodiment. Specifically, the storage portion 2A has a separate member 25 for partitioning the space within the storage portion 2. The separate member 25 is provided within the storage portion 2 along the longitudinal direction of the storage portion 2. For this reason, the storage portion 2 has two storage spaces. In each of the two storage spaces, a fragrance holding portion 3A containing a different fragrance and a fragrance holding portion 3B are provided. As a result, it is possible to experience flavors resulting from three different fragrances combined with the fragrance of the aerosol forming body L. Also by such a fourth embodiment, the same effects as those of the flavor booster device 1 of the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0078] The separate member 25 is formed in a plate shape. Thereby, the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3A and the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3B are prevented from being mixed within the storage portion 2. Thereby, the flavor resulting from the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3A and the flavor resulting from the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3B can be separately mixed with the flavor resulting from the fragrance of the aerosol forming body L. For this reason, by providing the two suction portions 5 so as to respectively correspond to the space in the storage portion 2 corresponding to the fragrance holding portion 3A and the space in the storage portion 2 corresponding to the fragrance holding portion 3B, the user can also instantaneously change and enjoy two different flavors.

[0079] Also, the separate member 25 may be formed of a porous material. Thereby, within the storage portion 2, the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3A and the fragrance of the fragrance holding portion 3B are gradually mixed, and the user can enjoy different flavors over time. The constituent material of the separate member 25 is preferably the same as the constituent material of the storage portion 2 or the spacer member 4. Thereby, the above-described effects can be more effectively exhibited.

[0080] As described above, the flavor booster device and the shisha device of the present invention have been described based on preferred embodiments, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The configuration of each part can be modified and replaced with any configuration having the same function. Note that the configuration of each part is not particularly limited as long as its function can be properly exhibited. For example, the components of each part may be integrally formed as necessary. Also, any configuration may be added. For example, when storing the flavor booster device, a stopper member may be provided in the storage portion to prevent it from rolling.
