Embodiments for Carrying out the Invention

[0009] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, embodiments of the present invention will be exemplarily described in detail. However, the components described in the following embodiments are merely examples, and are not intended to limit the technical scope of the present invention thereto.

[0010] [First Embodiment] The toy gun 100 as the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the toy gun 100 is a handgun, includes a slide 101 at the upper part, and a grip 102 and a trigger 103 at the lower part. Bullets in the magazine mounted in the grip 102 are fired from the barrel in the slide 101. In order to aim, a front sight 104 and a rear sight 105 are provided, but in order to hit the target more accurately, an optical sight 106 called a dot sight or a holographic sight is used. That is, the slide 101 is provided with an upper cover 111 on its upper surface, and in a state where the upper cover 111 is removed, the optical sight 106 can be fixed.

[0011] FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the slide 101. The slide 101 includes a detachable upper cover 111 and an engagement member 212 that moves between a position where it engages with the upper cover 111 to hold the upper cover 111 and a position where it releases the upper cover 111.

[0012] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the slide 101. The slide 101 further includes a spring 313 as a biasing member that biases the engagement member 212 to a position where it engages with the upper cover 111. By operating the rear end surface of the slide 101, the engagement member 212 is moved. Specifically, the engagement member 212 moves back and forth between a position where it engages with the upper cover 111 and a position where it releases the upper cover 111.

[0013] FIG. 4 is an enlarged cross-sectional view for explaining the configuration of the rear part of the slide 101. The rear end portion 401 of the engagement member 212 is exposed on the rear end surface of the slide 101, but at first glance, it has a design hidden by the housing itself (firing pin retainer) of the slide 101. That is, there is no difference in design from a real gun, and the operation of removing the upper cover 111 can be easily performed (without special tools). With the rear end portion 401 of the engagement member 212 pushed forward against the biasing force of the spring 313, the upper cover 111 is removed upward. The engagement member 212 includes a protruding portion 402 protruding rearward at the front end portion, and the engagement member 212 engages with the upper cover 111 when the protruding portion 402 is inserted into a hole portion 403 provided at the rear end of the upper cover 111 from the front. The front end of the spring 313 is in contact with the part 404 of the piston portion, and the rear end of the spring 313 is in contact with the inner surface 405 of the engagement member 212. Note that the front end of the spring 313 may be in contact with a part of the housing of the slide 101.

[0014] FIG. 5 is a view showing the engagement member 212 taken out and shown from all angles. The front end portion of the engagement member 212 has an upward hook shape, and the tip of the hook shape constitutes the protruding portion 402. Further, a housing portion 501 for housing the spring 313 is provided on the bottom surface side of the engagement member 212, and the spring 313 can be held by the front pressing wall portion 502 and the lower pressing wall portion 503.

[0015] FIG. 6 is a partial perspective view with some parts of the slide 101 removed to show the engaged state of the upper cover 111 and the engaging member 212. If the parts are removed as shown in FIG. 5, it can be seen that the tip of the protruding portion 402 is visible through the hole 403 provided in the upper cover 111. In the present embodiment, the hole 403 is provided in the upper cover 111 to engage with the protruding portion 402, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and a recess or a slit into which the protruding portion 402 can be inserted may be provided in the upper cover 111. Alternatively, the rear end portion of the upper cover 111 may be formed in a downward hook shape as a shape that engages with the front end portion of the upward hook-shaped engaging member 212.

[0016] FIG. 7 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a state where the rear end portion 401 of the engaging member 212 is pushed forward. When the engaging member 212 is pushed forward against the elastic force of the spring 313, the protruding portion 402 is disengaged from the hole 403, and the rear end portion of the upper cover 111 becomes movable upward.

[0017] FIG. 8 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a state where the upper cover 111 is removed upward. When the rear end portion of the upper cover 111 is moved upward while pushing the engaging member 212 forward against the elastic force of the spring 313, the lower front portion 801 of the upper cover 111 can be disengaged from the slide 101.

[0018] FIG. 9 is a partial perspective view with some parts of the slide 101 removed to show the released state where the upper cover 111 is released from the engaging member 212. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a state where the upper cover 111 is moved upward while pushing the engaging member 212 forward against the elastic force of the spring 313.

[0019] FIG. 11 is a view showing a state where the optical sight 106 is attached at the position where the upper cover 111 of the slide 101 is removed. The optical sight 106 may be attached to the slide 101 with bolts (not shown) or may be attached with a gimmick similar to that of the upper cover 111.

[0020] That is, an optical device detachable from a toy gun and having a hole or a recess of the same size as the hole 403 at the rear end for engaging with the engaging member is also included in the scope of the present invention.

[0021] [Second Embodiment] Next, the engaging member 1201 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 12. FIG. 12 is a schematic configuration diagram of the engaging member 1201 according to the present embodiment as viewed from above.

[0022] As shown in FIG. 12, the engaging member 1201 does not have to be in the shape of a hook as long as it has a portion 1211 protruding rearward.

[0023] [Other Embodiments] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments above, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Various changes that can be understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present invention can be made to the configuration and details of the present invention. Also, a real gun with a detachable upper cover having the same gimmick as the first and second embodiments above is also included in the scope of the present invention.
