Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a hanging tool for hanging a lighting fixture on a ceiling or the like.
Background Art
[0002] The applicant of the present application has previously developed a lighting fixture by connecting a plurality of light-emitting elements such as LEDs vertically, and provided an art work in which a large number of these lighting fixtures are suspended from the ceiling (Non-Patent Document 1). This art work creates a three-dimensional object by a collection of light points, and since viewers can enter the work, it has received favorable reviews as a work with a high sense of immersion. In particular, by mirroring the ceiling surface, floor surface, and wall surface of the indoor space where a large number of these lighting fixtures are suspended, it is possible to give the viewer an impression that the light emitted by the lighting fixtures spreads infinitely.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] By the way, it is obligatory to install sprinklers in a room with a certain floor area. Since the works of the applicant of the present application described above are also assumed to be exhibited in a room with a relatively large floor area, it is necessary to install sprinkler heads (water spraying devices) at least at one or more locations on the ceiling of that room. Also, the installation standards for these sprinkler heads vary depending on the type, scale, use, height of the building, floor of the room, etc. of the facility, and also vary by country and region. In order to prevent anything from obstructing the water spraying from the head, basically, within a predetermined radius horizontally centered on the head and within a predetermined height vertically from the head, it is prohibited to install other objects. For example, within a cylindrical range with a radius of 30 cm horizontally from the head and 45 cm vertically from the head, objects such as lighting fixtures and partitions cannot be placed. In the present specification, the range where objects cannot be placed around such a sprinkler head is referred to as the "open range".
[0005] Since the installation standards of the sprinkler head must be complied with, when exhibiting the above-mentioned works, it was not possible to hang lighting fixtures on the ceiling around the sprinkler head. For this reason, the applicant of the present application has responded by not installing lighting fixtures around or below the sprinkler head, for example, by making it a passage for visitors. However, in order to reduce the restrictions imposed during the exhibition of the works, widen the scope of expression of the works, and enhance the sense of immersion in the works more, there is a desire to hang lighting fixtures even below the sprinkler head.
[0006] Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to increase the degree of freedom in installing lighting fixtures by enabling the installation of lighting fixtures even below the head while complying with the installation standards of the sprinkler head.
Means for Solving the Problem
[0007] The inventor of the present invention has intensively studied means for solving the above problems and developed a hanging tool with a structure that can avoid the open range around the sprinkler head. After installing this hanging tool around the sprinkler head and hanging a lighting fixture on this hanging tool, it has become possible to install a lighting fixture also below the head while complying with the installation standard of the sprinkler head. Then, based on such findings, the inventor conceived that the above problems can be solved and completed the present invention. Specifically described, the present invention has the following configuration.
[0008] A first aspect of the present invention relates to a hanging tool 30 for hanging a lighting fixture 20 on a ceiling 10. Note that the lighting fixture 20 hung by the hanging tool 30 is not limited to one formed by connecting a plurality of the above-described light-emitting elements (such as LEDs) vertically, and may be a general lighting fixture such as a pendant light or a spotlight. The hanging tool 30 according to the present invention has a plurality of hanging columns 31 and a support portion 32. Each hanging column 31 is fixed to the ceiling 10. Further, the support portion 32 is provided at the lower part of the plurality of hanging columns 31, and the lighting fixture 20 is supported by this support portion 32. Here, the hanging tool 30 according to the present invention is configured such that all of the plurality of hanging columns 31 can be located outside the horizontal open range (radius H) centered on the head defined by the installation standard of the sprinkler head SP. Further, in the hanging tool 30 according to the present invention, the support portion 32 is provided at the lower part of the hanging column 31 so as to be outside the vertical open range (height V) from the head SP defined by the installation standard. Therefore, by installing the hanging tool 30 around the sprinkler head SP, the open range around the head SP can be secured by this hanging tool 30. In particular, even directly below the sprinkler head SP, the lighting fixture 20 can be hung as long as it is separated from the head SP by a predetermined height V. Thus, by using the hanging tool 30 of the present invention, it becomes possible to install the lighting fixture 20 while complying with the installation standard of the sprinkler head SP even directly below the sprinkler head SP.
[0009] In the hanging tool 30 according to the present invention, it is preferable that each of the hanging columns 31 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a through hole 31a through which one or a plurality of cables 23 connected to the lighting fixture 20 can be inserted. By forming the hanging column 31 of the hanging tool 30 in a cylindrical shape in this way, the cable 23 extending from the lighting fixture 20 can be concealed, and the cable 23 can be led to the ceiling space.
[0010] In the hanging tool 30 according to the present invention, it is preferable that a suspension bolt 31b is further inserted through the through hole 31a of the hanging column 31, and the hanging column 31 is fixed to the ceiling 10 using this suspension bolt 31b. By using the suspension bolt 31b in this way, the hanging tool 30 can be stably fixed to the ceiling 10.
[0011] In the hanging tool 30 according to the present invention, it is preferable that the support portion 32 includes a frame body 32a and a plurality of horizontal members 32b. The frame body 32a is fixed to the hanging column 31. Further, the horizontal members 32b are fixed to the frame body 32a with a gap therebetween. And it is preferable that the lighting fixture 20 is supported by the horizontal members 32b of the support portion 32. By fixing the plurality of horizontal members 32b to the frame body 32a with a gap therebetween in this way, even if a fire breaks out in the room and water spraying from the sprinkler head SP is required, since the water passes through the gap between the horizontal members 32b, this hanging tool 30 does not obstruct the water spraying.
[0012] The second aspect of the present invention relates to a suspension structure 100 in which a lighting fixture 20 is suspended from a ceiling 10. The suspension structure 100 according to the present invention includes a ceiling surface 11, a support structure 13 provided on the back side of the ceiling surface 11, a sprinkler head SP provided on the front side of the ceiling surface 11, and a suspension tool 30 for suspending the lighting fixture 20 below the sprinkler head SP. The suspension tool 30 has a plurality of suspension columns 31 fixed to the support structure 13 and a support portion 32 for supporting the lighting fixture 20 provided at the lower portions of the plurality of suspension columns 31. And all of the plurality of suspension columns 31 are configured to be outside the horizontal opening range (radius H) centered on the head SP determined by the installation standard of the sprinkler head SP, and the support portion 32 is provided at the lower portion of the suspension column 31 so as to be outside the vertical opening range (height V) from the head SP determined by this installation standard.
Advantages of the Invention
[0013] According to the present invention, while complying with the installation standard of the sprinkler head, a lighting fixture can also be installed below the head, so that the degree of freedom in installing the lighting fixture can be increased.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0015] Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and also includes those appropriately modified by those skilled in the art within an obvious range from the following embodiments.
[0016] FIG. 1 shows a suspension structure 100 of a lighting fixture 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, it is assumed that the floor surface, the ceiling surface, and the wall surface are all mirrored, and a large number of lighting fixtures 20 are installed in a display room without windows. As the lighting fixture 20, a plurality of light-emitting elements 21 such as LEDs are connected vertically by a coupler 22, and this lighting fixture 20 is suspended in large numbers from the ceiling 10 in the display room. Further, a cable 23 for supplying power and control signals to these lighting fixtures 20 is disposed on the back side of the ceiling 10. Note that some of the lighting fixtures 20 have a length reaching from the ceiling 10 to the floor surface, and some have a length reaching only up to near the heads of the visitors from the ceiling 10. By adjusting the length of the lighting fixture 20, a passage for visitors can be formed in the display room. Such a lighting fixture 20 is already known as disclosed in Non-Patent Document 1 described above.
[0017] As shown in Fig. 1, a sprinkler head SP is installed on the front side (indoor side) of the ceiling 10 of the exhibition room. Although there are various installation standards for the sprinkler head SP, in the case of an exhibition room without windows and with a large number of lighting fixtures 20 installed, as in the exhibition room of the embodiment shown in Fig. 1, it is essential to install a sprinkler on the ceiling 10 for fire prevention and the safety of visitors. Also, there is an "open range" around the sprinkler head SP where placing other objects is prohibited according to the installation standard so as not to obstruct water spraying. In Fig. 1, this open range is indicated by a dashed line. As shown in Fig. 1, when viewed horizontally, the open range extends up to a radius H centered on the sprinkler head SP. That is, the diameter of the open range is 2H. Also, when viewed vertically, the open range extends down to a height V directly below the sprinkler head SP. Such a cylindrical range with a radius H and a height V becomes the open range where placing objects around the sprinkler head SP is prohibited. The standards for the radius H and height V of the open range vary by country and region, but for example, it is common for the radius H to be 20 - 50 cm and the height V to be 30 - 70 cm. More specifically, the radius H is 30 cm and the height V is 45 cm. Since placing other objects is prohibited in a certain range in the horizontal and vertical directions of the sprinkler head SP in this way, conventionally, it has not been possible to install lighting fixtures 20 etc. below the sprinkler head SP.
[0018] The present invention mainly relates to a hanging tool 30 for enabling a lighting fixture 20 to be installed below a sprinkler head SP. In FIG. 1, an overview of this hanging tool 30 is shown. As shown in FIG. 1, the hanging tool 30 is configured to be able to hang the lighting fixture 20 below the open range while avoiding the open range around the aforementioned sprinkler head SP. Specifically, the hanging tool 30 has a plurality of hanging columns 31 fixed to the ceiling 10 and a support portion 32 provided at the lower portions of these hanging columns 31. These hanging columns 31 and the support portion 32 are provided so as to surround the open range around the sprinkler head SP and none of them enters this open range. Therefore, even if the hanging tool 30 having such a structure is arranged around the sprinkler head SP, it does not violate the installation standards. More specifically, the interval between the hanging columns 31 is 2H or more in diameter of the open range, and the position of the support portion 32 is separated from the head SP by a height of V or more. And one or a plurality of lighting fixtures 20 can be hung on the support portion 32 of this hanging tool 30. Therefore, it becomes possible to install the lighting fixture 20 also below the open range. Also, as in the example shown in FIG. 1, from the line of sight of the audience, the sprinkler head SP and the hanging tool 30 are hidden on the back side of the lighting fixture 20, so these heads SP and the hanging tool 30 are not conspicuous to the audience.
[0019] Figure 2 shows a more specific configuration of the ceiling 10 and the suspension tool 30. In Figure 2, the configuration of the lighting fixture 20 is simplified. As shown in Figure 2, the ceiling 10 is provided with a plate-like ceiling surface 11, and the indoor of the exhibition room and the ceiling space are separated by this ceiling surface 11. Holes 12 are formed in the ceiling surface 11 at predetermined intervals, and the lighting fixture 20 and the suspension column 31 of the suspension tool 30 are mainly inserted into these holes 12. Further, on the back side (ceiling space) of the ceiling surface 11, a support structure 13 for supporting the ceiling surface 11 and fixing the lighting fixture 20 and the suspension tool 30 is provided. In the example shown in Figure 2, the support structure 13 is constituted by arranging a plurality of L-shaped angle members 14 in parallel at substantially equal intervals. The ceiling surface 11 is fixed to the bottom surface (horizontal plane) of each angle member 14, and the suspension column 31 of the lighting fixture 20 or the suspension tool 30 can be fixed to the vertical surface of each angle member 14. The method of fixing the ceiling surface 11, the lighting fixture 20, and the suspension column 31 to the angle member 14 is not particularly limited, and known fixing fittings may be used.
[0020] In the example shown in Figure 2, the suspension tool 30 has four suspension columns 31. Each suspension column 31 penetrates the ceiling surface 11 and is fixed to the support structure 13 (angle member 14) provided in the ceiling space. Although it is preferable that the number of suspension columns 31 is four or more, it is also possible to set it to two or three.
[0021] In the hoisting tool 30, at the lower end of each hoisting column 31, a support portion 32 capable of hoisting the lighting fixture 20 as described above is provided. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the support portion 32 includes a frame body 32a. This frame body 32a is configured to surround all the hoisting columns 31 by a plate-like member spanned between adjacent hoisting columns 31, and the inside of the frame body 32a is an opening. Further, the support portion 32 further includes a plurality of cross members 32b provided in the opening inside the frame body 32a. Each cross member 32b is fixed so as to span the plate-like member constituting the frame body 32a. Specifically, in the example shown in FIG. 2, since four hoisting columns 31 are installed, the frame body 32a surrounding them has a rectangular shape in plan view. With respect to the rectangular shape formed by this frame body 32a, each cross member 32b extends parallel to the diagonal direction. That is, the cross member 32b is basically obliquely spanned between plate-like members corresponding to adjacent sides among the rectangular shape formed by the frame body 32a. In addition, as in the example shown in FIG. 2, a cross member 32b may be spanned between two hoisting columns 31 located diagonally among the hoisting columns 31 installed at the four corners of the rectangular shape. Thus, each cross member 32b is arranged parallel to the diagonal direction of the rectangular frame body 32a with a predetermined gap therebetween.
[0022] Further, the cross member 32b of the hoisting tool 30 has an upright surface (vertical surface) substantially perpendicular to the ceiling surface 11 or the floor surface, and the lighting fixture 20 can be fixed to this upright surface. The method of fixing the lighting fixture 20 to this cross member 32b is not particularly limited, and a known fixing fitting may be used in the same manner as the angle member 14 described above. In FIG. 2, as an example, a state where one lighting fixture 20 is fixed to the cross member 32b of the hoisting tool 30 is shown, but a plurality of lighting fixtures 20 can be fixed to this cross member 32b.
[0023] Further, the extending direction of the horizontal member 32b of the hanging tool 30 and the extending direction of the angle member 14 in the ceiling space are preferably substantially parallel in plan view. Thereby, since the regularity of fixing the lighting fixture 20 to the horizontal member 32b of the hanging tool 30 and the regularity of fixing the lighting fixture 20 to the angle member 14 in the ceiling space can be unified, the unity of the whole work is not impaired even at the location where the lighting fixture 20 is fixed to the hanging tool 30.
[0024] FIG. 3 schematically shows the internal structure of the suspension column 31 of the hanging tool 30. The suspension column 31 of the hanging tool 30 has a cylindrical shape (square cylindrical shape) in which a through hole 31a penetrating in the vertical direction is formed. First, a suspension bolt 31b is inserted into the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31. The lower end portion of the suspension bolt 31b is coupled by being screwed into a screw hole or the like (not shown) provided at the lower end of the suspension column 31, and the upper end portion of the suspension column 31 protrudes upward from the upper end of the suspension column 31. As shown in FIG. 2, the upper end portion of the suspension bolt 31b protruding from the suspension column 31 is fixed to the angle member 14 in the ceiling space by a fixing metal fitting or the like.
[0025] Further, a cable 23 connected to the lighting fixture 20 suspended by the hanging tool 30 can be inserted into the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31. As shown in FIG. 3, a connector 24 is usually coupled to the end of the cable 23, but the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31 has enough space to allow the connector 24 to pass through. For this reason, the cable 23 can be stored inside the through hole 31a by inserting the connector 24 from the lower end of the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31 and pulling it out from the upper end. Also, as in the example shown in FIG. 3, it is possible to store a plurality of cables 23 in the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, since the upper end of the suspension column 31 reaches the ceiling space, the cable 23 can be led to the ceiling space through the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31. For this reason, by using the through hole 31a of the suspension column 31, the cable 23 connected to the lighting fixture 20 can be made hardly visible to the visitors in the exhibition room.
[0026] As described above, in the present specification, in order to describe the content of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and includes obvious modifications and improvements that can be made by those skilled in the art based on the matters described in the present specification.
