Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] By the way, in the sash described in Patent Document 1, when the protruding portion of the summoned inner frame is brought into contact with the resin cover material of the summoned outer frame, the resin cover material of the summoned outer frame may be deformed due to repeated thermal contraction caused by temperature changes or the like, and it may be difficult to maintain the airtightness without being able to maintain the contact state.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide a fitting capable of maintaining airtightness between an outer summoned frame and an inner summoned frame.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] The fitting of the present invention is a sliding window in which an outer shutter and an inner shutter are arranged within a frame body. The outer shutter has an outer assembled frame formed by combining a metal frame member made of metal and a resin frame member made of resin. The inner shutter has an inner assembled frame formed by combining a metal frame member made of metal and a resin frame member made of resin. The outer assembled frame and the inner assembled frame each have a smoke return portion that overlaps with each other in the expected direction. An airtight material that is arranged on the indoor space side of the smoke return portion and blocks the indoor and outdoor spaces between the outer assembled frame is attached to the inner assembled frame. The metal frame member of the outer assembled frame has a metal contact portion that is arranged to face the inner assembled frame, and the airtight material is slidably contacted with the contact portion.
Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fitting that can maintain the airtightness between the outer assembled frame and the inner assembled frame.

[0009] [Configuration of this Embodiment] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The sliding window 1, which is a fitting shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, is installed in an opening of a building such as a building, and includes a window frame 2 (frame body), an outer shutter 4 and an inner shutter 6 that are slidably arranged in a sliding manner within the window frame 2. In the following description, the left - right direction of the sliding window 1 is defined as the X - axis direction, the up - down direction of the sliding window 1 is defined as the Y - axis direction, and the prospective direction of the sliding window 1 is defined as the Z - axis direction (indoor - outdoor direction). The X, Y, and Z - axis directions are orthogonal to each other.
[0010] [Window Frame] The window frame 2 includes an upper frame 21, a lower frame 22, and left and right vertical frames 23, 24 that are assembled in a four - sided frame. The upper frame 21, the lower frame 22, and the left and right vertical frames 23, 24 are configured by connecting metal frame members 211, 221, 231, 241 on the outdoor side and resin frame members 311, 321, 331, 341 on the indoor side. The metal frame members 211, 221, 231, 241 are aluminum - made profiles that are extrusion - formed, and the resin frame members 311, 321, 331, 341 are synthetic - resin - made profiles that are extrusion - formed.
[0011] As shown in FIG. 4, in the upper frame 21, the metal frame member 211 has an upper frame prospective surface portion 212 (frame prospective surface portion) along the Z - axis direction, an outdoor finding surface portion 213 along the Y - axis direction that is continuous with the outdoor - side end of the upper frame prospective surface portion 212, and an indoor finding surface portion 214 along the Y - axis direction that is continuous with the indoor - side end of the upper frame prospective surface portion 212. An engaging groove portion 214A into which the resin frame member 311 is engaged is formed in the indoor finding surface portion 214. On the upper frame prospective surface portion 212, an outdoor - side upper rail 212A that protrudes downward from a position facing the outer shutter 4 in the Y - axis direction and a mounting piece portion 212B that is arranged on the indoor side of the upper rail 212A in the Z - axis direction and protrudes downward are continuously formed. At the lower end of the mounting piece portion 212B (a position on the inner peripheral side of the upper frame prospective surface portion 212), a concave groove portion 212E is formed into which an airtight material 10 (other outer airtight material) is fitted and mounted toward the outdoor side. At the lower end of the indoor finding surface portion 214, a concave groove portion 214E is formed into which an airtight material 10 (other inner airtight material) is fitted and mounted toward the outdoor side. Therefore, the indoor finding surface portion 214 is also configured as a mounting piece portion of the airtight material 10. Further, on the upper surface of the upper frame prospective surface portion 212, a plurality of screw hole forming portions 212D into which the upper portions of the left and right vertical frames 23, 24 are screwed are formed. Among the plurality of screw hole forming portions 212D, the outdoor side screw hole forming portion 212D is disposed at the base portion of the upper rail 212A. Among the plurality of screw hole forming portions 212D, the indoor side screw hole forming portion 212D is disposed between the mounting piece portion 212B and the indoor finding surface portion 214 and at a substantially central position in the Z-axis direction between them. Among the plurality of screw hole forming portions 212D, the intermediate screw hole forming portion 212D is disposed at a position slightly closer to the outdoor side from the base portion of the mounting piece portion 212B. Between the mounting piece portion 212B and the indoor finding surface portion 214, a groove forming piece 215 is provided which cooperates with the indoor finding surface portion 214 to form an indoor side guide groove 212C. The groove forming piece 215 has an upper piece portion 215A along the Z-axis direction, a side piece portion 215B continuous with the outdoor side end of the upper piece portion 215A and along the Y-axis direction, and an extension portion 215C continuous with the lower end of the side piece portion 215B and extending outward in the outdoor side in the Z-axis direction. The upper piece portion 215A and the side piece portion 215B form a main body portion having a substantially L-shaped cross section. On the side piece portion 215B, an engaged protrusion portion 215G protruding toward the mounting piece portion 212B side is formed. The extension portion 215C is disposed so as to cover the lower end of the mounting piece portion 212B from below, and its tip protrudes toward the mounting piece portion 212B side and abuts against the lower end of the mounting piece portion 212B. Here, at the base end portion of the indoor finding surface portion 214, a fitting groove into which the indoor side end of the upper piece portion 215A is fitted is formed. By configuring the window frame 2, the outer shutter 4, and the inner shutter 6 with aluminum resin composite materials, the heat insulation between the indoor and outdoor is improved. The expected dimension in the Z-axis direction between the position of the outdoor finding surface of the outdoor finding surface portion 412 of the upper frame 41 of the outer shutter 4 and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 212B) that contacts the upper frame 41 is the outdoor finding surface of the outdoor finding surface portion 612 of the upper frame 61 of the inner shutter 6. It is larger than the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction between the position and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor finding surface portion 214) that contacts the upper frame 61. The metal frame member 411 of the upper frame 41 is formed over the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 212B) from the position of its outdoor finding surface in the Z-axis direction, and the panel mounting groove 411A is made of a metal material. Further, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 212B) is arranged at a position closer to the indoor side than the position of the indoor surface 46B of the panel 46 in the Z-axis direction. The metal frame member 421 of the lower frame 42 of the outer shutter 4 has an expected dimension between the position of the outdoor-facing surface of the outdoor-facing surface portion 422 of the lower frame 42 and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 229) that contacts the lower frame 42, which is larger than the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction between the position of the outdoor-facing surface of the outdoor-facing surface portion 622 of the lower frame 62 of the inner shutter 6 and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor-facing surface portion 228) that contacts the lower frame 62. The metal frame member 421 of the lower frame 42 is formed extending in the Z-axis direction from the position of its outdoor-facing surface to the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 229) that contacts the upper frame 41, and the panel mounting groove 421A is made of a metal material. Also, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 229) is arranged at a position on the indoor side of the position of the indoor surface 46B of the panel 46 in the Z-axis direction. The metal frame member 431 of the door-end frame 43 of the outer shutter 4 has an expected dimension between the position of the outdoor-facing surface of the outdoor-facing surface portion 432 of the door-end frame 43 and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 232B) that contacts the door-end frame 43, which is larger than the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction between the position of the outdoor-facing surface of the outdoor-facing surface portion 632 of the door-end frame 63 of the inner shutter 6 and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor-facing surface portion 244) that contacts the door-end frame 63. The metal frame member 431 of the door-end frame 43 is formed extending in the Z-axis direction from the position of its outdoor-facing surface to the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 232B) that contacts the door-end frame 43, and the panel mounting groove 431A is made of a metal material. Also, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the attachment piece portion 232B) is arranged at a position on the indoor side of the position of the indoor surface 46B of the panel 46 in the Z-axis direction. In the inner shutter 6, the contact positions of the respective airtight materials 10 (the airtight materials 10 attached to the indoor-facing surface portions 214, 228, and 244 respectively) with respect to the upper frame 61, the lower frame 62, and the door-end frame 63 are arranged at positions on the outdoor side of the position of the indoor surface 66B of the panel 66 in the Z-axis direction. Here, the contact positions of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the mounting piece portion 212B) that contacts the upper frame 41 of the outer shutter 4, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the mounting piece portion 229) that contacts the lower frame 42, and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the mounting piece portion 232B) that contacts the door end frame 43 are arranged at equal positions with respect to each other in the Z-axis direction, and these airtight materials 10 that contact the upper frame 41 continuously form an airtight line 100 in the outer shutter 4. Further, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor finding surface portion 214) that contacts the upper frame 61 of the inner shutter 6, the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor finding surface portion 228) that contacts the lower frame 62, and the contact position of the airtight material 10 (the airtight material 10 attached to the indoor finding surface portion 244) that contacts the door end frame 63 are arranged at equal positions with respect to each other in the Z-axis direction, and these airtight materials 10 that contact the upper frame 61 continuously form an airtight line 200 in the inner shutter 6. Also, in the window frame 2, the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction of the outdoor guide groove 212G formed between the outdoor finding surface portion 213 and the mounting piece portion 212B of the upper frame 21 is larger than the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction of the indoor guide groove 212C, and the expected dimensions in the Z-axis direction of the extending piece portion 232A and the mounting piece portion 232B of the vertical frame 23 are larger than the expected dimension in the Z-axis direction between the extending piece portion 242A of the vertical frame 24 and the indoor finding surface portion 244. According to this sliding window 1, while aiming to reduce the expected dimensions of the window frame 2 and maintain heat insulation performance, the metal portions where the frame body 45 of the outer shutter 4 is held by the window frame 2 can be increased, and the strength of the outer shutter 4 can be improved.
[0039] [Modification Example] In the above-described embodiment, the metal frame members 411, 421, 431, 441 of the frame body 45 have the contact portions 413D, 426, 436B where the indoor side portions thereof contact the respective airtight materials 10. However, alternatively, resin frame members 711, 721, 731, 741 may have contact portions that contact the respective airtight materials 10. In the above-described embodiment, in the summons frame 64, the groove portion 642A into which the airtight material 14 is fitted and mounted is formed in the metal frame material 641 and is made of a metal material. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, it may be formed in a resin frame material 741. In the above-described embodiment, in the summons frame 44, the contact portion 448 is configured to have the above-described extended piece portion 448A and the contact piece portion 448B. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and any configuration may be used as long as the airtight material 14 has a surface that can be slidably contacted in the X-axis direction. Further, the engagement groove portion 449 with which the resin frame material 541 engages is formed in the contact portion 448. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and an engagement portion with which the resin frame material 541 can engage may be formed in the metal frame material 441 at a portion different from the contact portion 448. In this case, the configuration of the resin frame material 541 may be appropriately changed so as to be engageable with the metal frame material 441. In the above-described embodiment, the sliding window 1 has been described as a fitting. However, in addition, one of the outer sash 4 and the inner sash ⑥ may be a fixed sash fitted and fixed to the window frame 2, and the other may be a single-slide window that can slide in the X-axis direction within the window frame 2 as a fitting.
[0040] [Summary of the Invention] The sliding window of the present invention based on the above-described sliding window 1 is as follows. (A1) The sliding window of the present invention is a sliding window in which an outer shutter and an inner shutter that can slide relative to each other are arranged within a frame body. The outer shutter includes an outer frame body and an outer surface material disposed inside the outer frame body. The inner shutter includes an inner frame body and an inner surface material disposed inside the inner frame body. The outer frame body has at least an outer door leading frame as a frame material constituting the outer frame body. The inner frame body has at least an inner door leading frame as a frame material constituting the inner frame body. Each of the outer door leading frame and the inner door leading frame is composed of a metal frame material on the outdoor side and a resin frame material on the indoor side. The frame body is provided with an outer airtight material that abuts against the outer door leading frame from the indoor side and an inner airtight material that abuts against the inner door leading frame from the indoor side. The inner airtight material is disposed at a position on the outdoor side of the indoor surface of the inner surface material in the prospective direction. The prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor facing surface of the outer door leading frame and the abutting position of the outer airtight material against the outer door leading frame is larger than the prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor facing surface of the inner door leading frame and the abutting position of the inner airtight material against the inner door leading frame. According to the sliding window of the present invention, since each of the outer door leading frame and the inner door leading frame is composed of a metal frame material on the outdoor side and a resin frame material on the indoor side, for example, compared with the case where the outer door leading frame or the inner door leading frame is composed only of a metal frame material on the outdoor side without having a resin frame material on the indoor side, the heat insulation between the indoor and outdoor can be improved. Also, since the inner airtight material is disposed at a position on the outdoor side of the indoor surface of the inner surface material in the prospective direction, the prospective dimension of the inner door leading frame can be reduced, and the prospective dimension of the frame body can also be reduced. Moreover, since the prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor facing surface of the outer door leading frame and the abutting position of the outer airtight material against the outer door leading frame is larger than the prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor facing surface of the inner door leading frame and the abutting position of the inner airtight material against the inner door leading frame, while constructing a frame body with a small prospective dimension as described above, the prospective dimension of the outer door leading frame can be formed to be large, and the rigidity of the door leading frame can be increased. Thereby, the strength of the outer shutter can be increased, for example, the risk of the outer shutter falling off to the outdoor side can be reduced. (A2) In the sliding window of the present invention, the metal frame material in the outer frame body may be formed from the position of its outdoor facing surface to the abutting position of the outer airtight material against the outer door leading frame in the prospective direction. According to such a configuration, for example, compared with a case where the metal frame material of the outer frame is formed up to the middle from the position of the outdoor exposed surface of the outer frame in the prospective direction to the contact position of the outer airtight material with respect to the outer door leading frame, and the remaining portion is formed of a resin frame, in the outer frame, particularly in its outer peripheral portion, the portion formed of a metal material can be increased, the strength of the outer shutter can be improved, and the holding property of the outer shutter with respect to the frame body can be improved. (A3) In the sliding window of the present invention, the frame body has at least a frame prospective surface portion and a mounting piece portion that is continuous with the frame prospective surface portion and to which the outer airtight material is mounted, and the frame prospective surface portion and the mounting piece portion may be formed of a metal material. According to such a configuration, the interior and the exterior can be separated by a metal material and an outer airtight material, and the holding property of the outer shutter by the frame body can be improved. (A4) In the sliding window of the present invention, the metal frame material of the outer frame may have a contact portion that contacts the outer airtight material on its indoor side portion. According to such a configuration, for example, when the resin frame of the outer frame contacts the outer airtight material, the resin frame may be deformed by heat shrinkage and the heat insulation property may be reduced. However, in the present invention, since the indoor side portion of the metal frame material is brought into contact with the outer airtight material, deformation due to heat shrinkage hardly occurs in the metal frame material. Thereby, the interior and the exterior can be suitably blocked and the blocking property can be stabilized. (A5) In the sliding window of the present invention, the outer frame has an outer upper frame and an outer lower frame, the inner frame has an inner upper frame and an inner lower frame, and the frame body is provided with another outer airtight material that abuts against the outer upper frame and the outer lower frame from the indoor side, and another inner airtight material that abuts against the inner upper frame and the inner lower frame from the indoor side. The other inner airtight material is arranged at a position outside the indoor surface of the inner surface material in the prospective direction. The prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor finding surface of the outer upper frame and the contact position of the other outer airtight material with respect to the outer upper frame is larger than the prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor finding surface of the inner upper frame and the contact position of the other inner airtight material with respect to the inner upper frame. The prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor finding surface of the outer lower frame and the contact position of the other outer airtight material with respect to the outer lower frame may be larger than the prospective dimension between the position of the outdoor finding surface of the inner lower frame and the contact position of the other inner airtight material with respect to the inner lower frame. According to such a configuration, as described above, it is possible to improve the heat insulation between the indoor and outdoor, and while reducing the prospective dimension of the frame body, it is possible to improve the strength of the outer shutter. (A6) In the sliding window of the present invention, the contact positions of the outer airtight material and the other outer airtight material with respect to the outer frame may be arranged at positions on the indoor side of the indoor surface of the outer surface material in the prospective direction, and the contact positions of the other inner airtight material with respect to the inner frame may be arranged at positions on the outdoor side of the indoor surface of the inner surface material in the prospective direction. According to such a configuration, an airtight line can be formed around the outer shutter by the outer airtight material and the other outer airtight material, and an airtight line can be formed around the inner shutter by the inner airtight material and the other inner airtight material, so that the indoor and outdoor can be suitably blocked. Also, the prospective dimension of the inner frame can be reduced at the four sides, whereby the prospective dimension of the frame body can also be reduced, and the prospective dimension of the outer frame can be increased to configure an outer frame that can sufficiently hold the outer surface material with a large prospective dimension even when using an outer surface material with a large prospective dimension.
[0041] Also, the fitting of the present invention based on the sliding window 1 described above is as follows. (B1) The fitting of the present invention is a fitting configured by arranging an outer shutter and an inner shutter within a frame body. The outer shutter has an outer assembled frame formed by combining a metal frame member made of metal and a resin frame member made of resin. The inner shutter has an inner assembled frame formed by combining a metal frame member made of metal and a resin frame member made of resin. The outer assembled frame and the inner assembled frame each have a smoke return portion that overlaps with each other in the prospective direction. An airtight material that is disposed on the indoor space side of the smoke return portion and blocks the indoor and outdoor spaces between the outer assembled frame is attached to the inner assembled frame. The metal frame member of the outer assembled frame has a metal contact portion disposed opposite to the inner assembled frame, and the airtight material is slidably contacted with the contact portion. According to the fitting of the present invention, since the airtight material attached to the inner assembled frame contacts the metal contact portion of the outer assembled frame, for example, when the contact portion is made of resin, compared with the case where deformation may occur due to repeated thermal contraction caused by temperature changes or the like, thermal contraction and deformation based thereon can be suppressed, and a desired contact state of the airtight material with respect to the metal contact portion can be maintained, and airtightness can be maintained. (B2) In the fitting of the present invention, a concave groove portion into which the airtight material is fitted and attached may be formed in the metal frame member of the inner assembled frame. According to such a configuration, for example, compared with the case where the above-described concave groove portion is formed in the resin frame member of the inner assembled frame, the metal concave groove portion can reduce the possibility of thermal contraction and deformation based thereon, and a desired attachment state of the airtight material can be maintained, and airtightness can be improved. (B3) In the fitting of the present invention, the contact portion has an extension piece portion extending from the outer assembled frame toward the inner assembled frame side, and a contact piece portion extending in the left-right direction from the extension piece portion and with which the airtight material is slidably contacted. The extension piece portion has a protrusion protruding in the left-right direction toward the inner peripheral side of the outer shutter, and the contact piece portion has a protrusion protruding in the prospective direction toward the outdoor side. The extension piece portion and the contact piece portion may constitute an engagement groove portion in which the resin frame member is engaged between the protrusions. According to such a configuration, the contact portion described above can be utilized by combining the resin frame material with the metal frame material of the external call assembly frame, and the contact portion can have the role of contacting the airtight material and the role of engaging with the resin frame material, thereby achieving a simplified configuration. (B4) In the fitting of the present invention, the metal frame material of the external call assembly frame has an outdoor finding surface portion along the left-right direction where the contact portion is formed, and the resin frame material of the external call assembly frame includes a resin main body portion that covers the end portion of the outdoor finding surface portion, an engaging piece portion that is continuous with the resin main body portion and is engaged with the engaging groove portion, and a protrusion that protrudes from the resin main body portion toward the tip of the contact piece portion at a position closer to the indoor side than the engaging piece portion. According to such a configuration, the contact state of the airtight material with respect to the contact piece portion can be kept good, and except for a part of the contact piece portion, the exposure of the metal frame material of the external call assembly frame to the indoor space with respect to the airtight material described above can be suppressed by the resin frame material, thereby improving the heat insulation between the indoor and outdoor.
