Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a fixing member for fixing a gusset plate to which a reinforcing member for reinforcing a structure is joined, a fixing structure of the reinforcing member to a structure using the same, and a fixing method thereof.

Background Art

[0002] Conventionally, a method of performing seismic reinforcement by arranging a reinforcing member such as a brace on an existing structure has been carried out. At this time, there is a method of fixing a brace or the like to a structure using a fixing member instead of welding (for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] A gusset plate for fixing a brace or the like is fixed to a fixing plate by welding or the like. On the other hand, in order to more efficiently receive the force acting on the gusset plate by the fixing member, reinforcing ribs may be fixed to both sides of the gusset plate substantially perpendicular to the gusset plate. In this case, the reinforcing ribs are welded to the fixing plate and the gusset plate.

[0004] When the gusset plate is arranged substantially at the center of the fixing plate, the reinforcing ribs arranged on both sides of the gusset plate can be of the same size on the left and right. However, when a reinforcing member such as a brace interferes with another structure, it is necessary to displace the gusset plate from the center of the fixing plate. Further, depending on the installation angle of the reinforcing member, the size and shape of the gusset plate to be used may be different.

[0005] Normally, the gusset plate and the reinforcing ribs are fixed to the fixing plate by welding. For this reason, as described above, it is necessary to change the fixing member according to the fixing position and type of the reinforcing member, and it is necessary to prepare different forms of fixing members for each part where the reinforcing member is installed.

[0006] On the other hand, a fixing member has been proposed (Patent Document 2) that integrally forms the reinforcing rib side in the width direction of the fixing plate and divides it into a gusset plate and a stress transmission member with the reinforcing rib in between, making it possible to share the member in which the fixing plate and the reinforcing rib are joined.

Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0008] However, as in Patent Document 2, when the gusset plate and the stress transmission member are divided, in order to ensure the strength of the gusset plate in the axial direction, it is necessary to appropriately install the joining position of the stress transmission member, and there is also a problem that the number of parts increases. For this reason, a method is required to reduce the number of parts using as many common parts as possible while integrating the gusset plate itself.

[0009] The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and an object thereof is to provide a fixing member that can correspond to the installation positions of various reinforcing members and can efficiently reinforce a structure, a fixing structure of a reinforcing member using the same, and a fixing method thereof.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0010] In order to achieve the above object, a first invention is a fixing member for a reinforcing member to a structure, including a fixing plate having bolt holes, a first rib continuously joined in the width direction along one side parallel to the width direction of the fixing plate, a gasket plate continuously joined to the fixing plate and the first rib in the height direction perpendicular to the width direction of the fixing plate, and a second rib divided on both sides of the gasket plate and joined to the fixing plate and the gasket plate along the other side opposite to the one side of the fixing plate.

[0011] In the range between the bolt holes with respect to the width direction of the fixing plate, it is desirable that the protruding height of the first rib is substantially constant with respect to the width direction.

[0012] The gasket plate is fixed at a position eccentric to one side from the center in the width direction of the fixing plate, and the gasket plate may be joined to the first rib in the substantially constant protruding height range of the first rib.

[0013] At substantially the center in the height direction of the fixing plate, third ribs may be joined to the fixing plate and the gasket plate by being divided on both sides of the gasket plate.

[0014] A plurality of holes for fixing a reinforcing member are provided in the gasket plate, and it is desirable that the third rib is joined to the fixing plate at a height where a substantially extension line connecting the plurality of holes intersects the fixing plate.

[0015] According to the first invention, on one end side of the fixing plate, the first rib is arranged over substantially the entire width, the integral gasket plate is fixed to the first rib and the fixing plate, and only the second rib is divided and arranged on both sides of the gasket plate. Therefore, even when changing the arrangement of the gasket plate or the like, only the second rib needs to be changed without changing the first rib. Thus, it is possible to cope with the minimum number of parts, and the fixing plate with the first rib fixed can be made common regardless of the type of arrangement of the gasket plate.

[0016] In particular, in the range between the bolt holes with respect to the width direction of the fixed plate, by making the protruding height of the first rib substantially constant with respect to the width direction, a constant welding length between the gusset plate and the first rib can be ensured within the range where the gusset plate can be arranged.

[0017] In this way, by sharing the first rib and the fixed plate and only changing the second rib, the gusset plate can be fixed at a position eccentric to one side from the center in the width direction of the fixed plate.

[0018] Further, by arranging the third ribs divided on both sides of the gusset plate substantially at the center in the height direction of the fixed plate, the strength of the fixing member can be improved. In this case, the components of the second rib and the third rib can also be shared.

[0019] Also, by providing a plurality of holes for fixing the reinforcing member to the gusset plate and joining the third rib to the fixed plate at the height where the substantially extended line connecting the plurality of holes intersects the fixed plate, the stress from the gusset plate can be more reliably received by the fixed plate or the like.

[0020] The second invention is a fixing structure of a reinforcing member to a structure using the fixing member according to the first invention, including the fixing member disposed on one side of the structure, a second fixing member disposed on the other side of the structure and sandwiching the structure and fixed to the fixing member with bolts, and a reinforcing member fixed to the gusset plate of the fixing member. The second fixing member has a second fixing plate corresponding to the fixing plate, an upper rib and a lower rib respectively joined continuously in the width direction of the second fixing plate, and a vertical rib joined continuously in the height direction perpendicular to the width direction and joined to the upper rib, the lower rib and the second fixing plate, and is characterized by being a fixing structure of a reinforcing member.

[0021] The reinforcing member may have a brace obliquely connected to the structure and a connecting beam connected in a direction perpendicular to the structure.

[0022] According to the second invention, a reinforcement structure in which a reinforcing member is fixed to a gusset plate can be obtained in at least one of the structures.

[0023] At this time, as the reinforcing member, a brace connected obliquely to the structure and a connecting beam connected in a direction perpendicular to the structure can be fixed to the structure.

[0024] The third invention is a method for constructing a reinforcing member on a structure using the fixing member according to the first invention. The method includes determining the arrangement of the gusset plate with respect to the width direction of the fixing plate for a main body member in which the fixing plate and the first rib are pre-joined, joining the gusset plate to the fixing plate and the first rib at the determined position, and joining the second rib to the gusset plate and the fixing plate on both sides of the gusset plate to manufacture the fixing member; arranging the fixing member on one side of the structure, arranging another fixing member on the other side of the structure, and sandwiching and fixing the structure by the fixing member and the other fixing member; and joining a reinforcing member to the gusset plate.

[0025] According to the third invention, by forming a main body member in which a fixing plate and a first rib are pre-joined, the main body member can be used as a common member regardless of the arrangement and type of the gusset plate. Therefore, by joining the gusset plate to the main body member according to the positional relationship with other members at the site and only changing and joining the second rib, various fixing members can be formed.

Advantages of the Invention

[0026] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fixing member that can correspond to the installation positions of various reinforcing members and efficiently reinforce a structure, a fixing structure of a reinforcing member using the same, and a fixing method thereof.

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0028] Hereinafter, the fixing member 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the fixing member 1, FIG. 2(a) is a front view of the fixing member 1, and FIG. 2(b) is a side view of the fixing member 1. The fixing member 1 mainly includes a fixing plate 3, a first rib 5, a second rib 9, a third rib 11, a gasket plate 13, and the like. The fixing member 1 is made of, for example, steel and is a member for fixing a reinforcing member to a structure.

[0029] A plurality of bolt holes 15 are provided in the fixing plate 3. A plate-shaped first rib 5 is joined along one side parallel to the width direction of the fixing plate 3. The first rib 5 is arranged continuously (without being divided) in the width direction of the fixing plate 3. Note that the fixing plate 3 and the first rib 5 together form the main body member 7.

[0030] Here, in the figure, the X direction is the width direction of the fixed plate 3, and the Z direction in the figure is the height direction (vertical direction) of the fixed plate 3. Also, the Y direction in the figure is the protruding height of each rib with respect to the fixed plate 3. That is, the first rib 5 is fixed along the lower edge of the fixed plate 3 so as to be continuous in the width direction from substantially end to end, connecting both ends of the fixed plate 3. Note that the first rib 5 does not necessarily extend completely from end to end of the fixed plate 3.

[0031] A plate-shaped gusset plate 13 is continuously arranged in the height direction perpendicular to the width direction of the fixed plate 3 and is joined to the fixed plate 3 and the first rib 5. A plurality of bolt holes 17a, 17b for fixing a reinforcing member are formed in the gusset plate 13. The bolt holes 17a are arranged obliquely upward with respect to the fixed plate 3, and the bolt holes 17b are formed below the gusset plate 13.

[0032] At the upper edge of the fixed plate 3, plate-shaped second ribs 9 are joined to both sides of the gusset plate 13. The second ribs 9 are arranged separately on both sides of the gusset plate 13 and are joined to the fixed plate 3 and the gusset plate 13. That is, the second rib 9 is joined along the other side facing the one side to which the first rib 5 is joined with respect to the fixed plate 3.

[0033] Also, at substantially the center in the height direction of the fixed plate 3, plate-shaped third ribs 11 are arranged separately on both sides of the gusset plate 13. The third ribs 11 are joined to the fixed plate 3 and the gusset plate 13. As shown in Fig. 2(a), the bolt holes 15 arranged in the fixed plate 3 are respectively provided in the ranges defined by the first rib 5 or the second rib 9, the third rib 11, and the gusset plate 13.

[0034] Note that the third rib 11 is not essential and is arranged as required. Also, the second rib 9 and the third rib 11 may have the same shape. For example, the second rib 9 may also be formed in a substantially triangular shape like the third rib 11. Note that any of the first rib 5, the second rib 9, and the third rib 11 has a tapered shape in which the protruding height decreases obliquely with respect to the direction away from the gusset plate 13.

[0035] Also, as shown in Fig. 2(b), the extension line of the arrangement direction (line B in the figure) of the bolt holes 17a intersects the fixing plate 3 at approximately the center in the height direction of the fixing plate 3 (line A in the figure). That is, the joint portion between the third rib 11 and the fixing plate 3 is located in the vicinity of the height where the substantially extended line connecting the plurality of bolt holes 17a intersects the fixing plate 3.

[0036] Note that, with respect to the arrangement direction (line B in the figure) of the bolt holes 17a described above, it is desirable that the respective angles (angles C and D in the figure) formed by the upper and lower hypotenuses of the gusset plate 13 are 15° or more. By doing so, the stress from the reinforcing member joined to the bolt holes 17a can be efficiently transmitted to the fixing plate 3. In order to form such an angle, the base portion of the gusset plate 13 may protrude above the fixing plate 3. By doing so, the fixing plate 3 can be miniaturized and the stress can be efficiently transmitted.

[0037] Also, the plurality of bolt holes 17b formed below the gusset plate 13 are arranged at positions that are substantially symmetric above and below with respect to approximately the center in the height direction of the fixing plate 3 (line A in the figure). In this way, the fixing member 1 is configured by joining the first rib 5, the second rib 9, the third rib 11, and the gusset plate 13 to the substantially rectangular fixing plate 3 by welding or the like.

[0038] Next, a method for constructing a reinforcing member on a structure using the fixing member 1 will be described. First, as shown in Fig. 3(a), a main body member 7 in which the fixing plate 3 and the first rib 5 are pre-joined is prepared. The main body member 7 can be used as a common member regardless of the arrangement of the gusset plate 13 described later.

[0039] Next, as shown in Fig. 3(b), the arrangement of the gusset plate 13 with respect to the width direction of the fixing plate 3 is determined, and the gusset plate 13 is joined to the fixing plate 3 and the first rib 5 at that portion. In the illustrated example, the gusset plate 13 is fixed at approximately the center in the width direction of the fixing plate 3.

[0040] Here, FIG. 4(a) is a plan view of the main body member 7. As described above, bolt holes 15 are formed in the fixing plate 3. A range inside the bolt holes 15 with respect to the width direction of the main body member 7 is defined as range E. Also, as described above, the first rib 5 has a tapered shape with both ends in the width direction slightly cut obliquely, but the range parallel to the fixing plate 3 (range F in the figure, where the protruding height from the fixing plate 3 is constant) is set to a range equal to or greater than range E between the bolt holes 15. That is, with respect to the width direction of the fixing plate 3, in the range between the bolt holes 15, the protruding height of the first rib 5 is substantially constant with respect to the width direction.

[0041] FIG. 4(b) is a view showing a state where the gusset plate 13 is fixed to approximately the center in the width direction of the fixing plate 3 as shown in FIG. 3(b), and FIG. 4(c) is a view showing a state where the gusset plate 13 is fixed at an eccentric position to one side from the center in the width direction of the fixing plate 3. Thus, the gusset plate 13 can be freely arranged in the range between the bolt holes 15. At this time, since the gusset plate 13 is joined to the first rib 5 in the substantially constant protruding height range of the first rib 5, a certain joining length between the gusset plate 13 and the first rib 5 can be ensured.

[0042] Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the second rib 9 and the third rib 11 are prepared according to the arrangement of the gusset plate 13, and the fixing member 1 can be manufactured by joining the second rib 9 and the third rib 11 to the gusset plate 13 and the fixing plate 3 on both sides of the gusset plate 13. At this time, since only the second rib 9 and the third rib 11 need to be changed according to the arrangement of the gusset plate 13, it is possible to cope with various fixing members with a minimum number of parts.

[0043] FIG. 6 is a view showing a reinforcing member fixing structure 20 using a fixing member 1, FIG. 7(a) is an enlarged view of part G in FIG. 6, and FIG. 7(b) is an enlarged view of part H in FIG. 6. Also, FIG. 8(a) is a side view of the reinforcing member fixing structure 20. The structure 25 is composed of a column 21 and a beam 23. First, the fixing member 1 is arranged on one side of the column 21 which is the structure 25, and the fixing member 1a which is a second fixing member is arranged on the other side of the column 21 and fixed with bolts.

[0044] As shown in FIG. 8(a), in FIG. 7(a), the fixing member 1a is arranged on the back side of the column 21, and in FIG. 7(b), the fixing member 1 is arranged on the back side of the column 21. That is, the fixing member 1 and the fixing member 1a are arranged sandwiching the structure 25 (column 21), and are fixed with bolts passing through the bolt hole 15 of the fixing member 1, the structure 25 (the web of the column 21), and the bolt hole (not shown) of the fixing member 1a.

[0045] As shown in FIG. 7(b), the fixing member 1a has a fixing plate 31 which is a second fixing plate corresponding to the fixing plate 3, an upper rib 35 and a lower rib 33 which are respectively joined continuously in the width direction of the fixing plate 31, and a vertical rib 39 which is continuous in the height direction perpendicular to the width direction of the fixing plate 31 and is joined to the upper rib 35, the lower rib 33, and the fixing plate 31. Also, middle ribs 37 are divided and fixed on both sides in the width direction of the vertical rib 39.

[0046] Note that the fixing plate 3 and the fixing plate 31 are arranged at corresponding positions to each other, and the upper rib 35, the middle rib 37, and the lower rib 33 of the fixing member 1a are arranged at positions corresponding to the second rib 9, the third rib 11, and the first rib 5 of the fixing member 1 respectively.

[0047] After fixing the fixing members 1 and 1a to the structure 25, the brace 29 as a reinforcing member and the connecting beam 27 are connected to the gusset plate 13. The brace 29 is fixed to the bolt hole 17a (FIG. 2(b)) of the gusset plate 13 and is connected obliquely to the structure 25 (column 21). Further, the connecting beam 27 is fixed to the bolt hole 17b (FIG. 2(b)) of the gusset plate 13 and is connected in a direction perpendicular to the column 21 of the structure 25. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2(b) as well, the center line of the brace 29 and the center line of the connecting beam 27 intersect at substantially the center in the height direction of the fixing plate 3. Thus, the reinforcing member fixing structure 20 can be obtained.

[0048] Note that the fixing member 1 may be arranged on both sides of the column 21. FIG. 8(b) is a view showing a reinforcing member fixing structure 20a in which the column 21 is sandwiched between a pair of fixing members 1 and the reinforcing members are fixed to both sides of the column 21. In this way, if the fixing member 1 as the first fixing member is arranged on at least one side of the column 21, the second fixing member arranged on the other side may have the same structure as the fixing member 1 or may be another fixing member 1a or the like.

[0049] According to the present embodiment, since the gusset plate 13 is integrally formed, direct stress can be transmitted from the gusset plate 13 to the fixing plate 3. Further, regardless of the arrangement of the gusset plate 13, the main body member 7 can be shared, and only the second rib 9 or the like needs to be changed according to the arrangement of the gusset plate 13 or the like, so that it is possible to cope with a minimum number of parts.

[0050] Further, when the gusset plate 13 is fixed to the fixing plate 3, the first rib 5 is arranged on the fixing plate 3, and the gusset plate 13 can be supported in two directions, so that positioning and welding work during welding work are also easy. Note that on the first rib 5, a scale (or mark) for positioning or indicating perpendicularity of the gusset plate 13 may be provided.

[0051] The embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the attached drawings. However, the technical scope of the present invention is not limited by the above-described embodiments. It is obvious that those skilled in the art can conceive various modification examples or correction examples within the scope of the technical idea described in the claims, and it is naturally understood that those also belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
