To provide a trigger-type sprayer and a trigger-type spray container capable of easily performing targeted spraying.SOLUTION: A sprayer 1 comprises a body 2, a pump 3 for sucking and pressure-feeding a content liquid C by being held on a mouth part 21 of a container 20 by the body 2, a head 4 held on the upper end of a stem 36, a lever 5 capable of swinging with respect to the body 2 and of pressing the head 4, an ejection port 6, and a connection member 7 for connecting the head 4 and the ejection port 6. The body 2 comprises a base 11 attachable to the mouth part 21, an ejection wall 12 having the ejection port 6, and two holding walls 13 for holding the ejection wall 12 on the front upper side of the base 11 and holding the lever 5 so as to be swingable.
