Abstract
To enable the feeling of making conversation with a partner having a personality to be improved.SOLUTION: A conversation control device makes conversation with a user using a user terminal by using an avatar. A chat screen (150) including an avatar image (152) is displayed on a display device of the user terminal, and an action of the avatar is determined on the basis of at least of one of a behavior of the user and a context determined from a chat log. When there is a user's behavior or a question from the user, a moving image of the avatar performing the determined action is displayed on the chat screen.
