Abstract

To estimate the position of a vehicle with good accuracy even when the reliability of received global navigation satellite system (GNSS) signals is not high.SOLUTION: An information processing device according to the present disclosure estimates a position of a vehicle. The information processing device includes a control unit that executes the steps of: receiving a GNSS signal; acquiring information indicating a traveling state of the vehicle; and determining whether to estimate the position of the vehicle on the basis of the GNSS signal, or to estimate the position of the vehicle on the basis of the information indicating the traveling state of the vehicle, on the basis of whether or not a first position representing the position of the vehicle estimated from the previously acquired position information of the vehicle matches a second position calculated on the basis of the GNSS signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
