[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2023-67037 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, conventional pump holders are made of fabric, which makes them expensive.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and its object is to provide a low-cost portable pump holder. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The pump mobile holder of the present invention is a pump mobile holder for holding a pump bottle, and is characterized in that it comprises: a main body made of synthetic resin and having a belt engagement portion and a main body side pump fitting portion; a cover made of synthetic resin and having a cover side pump fitting portion and attached to the main body so that it can be opened and closed freely; a support wall made of synthetic resin that is provided on the main body and abuts the lower end of the cover portion; a lever made of synthetic resin that is provided on either the main body or the cover portion and has a claw portion that engages with a locking protrusion provided on the other of the main body or the cover portion to hold the cover portion in a closed state; and an operating portion that, when pressed, releases the engagement of the claw portion with the locking protrusion, and is configured to hold the pump bottle by fitting the cap of the pump bottle between the main body side pump fitting portion and the cover side pump fitting portion.

[0008] In the pump portable holder of the present invention, in the above-mentioned configuration, the main body side pump fitting portion comprises a semicircular main body side upper fitting wall having a semicircular notch and corresponding to half of the upper surface of the cap, a semicylindrical main body side peripheral wall connected to the main body side upper fitting wall and corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the cap, and a main body side lower fitting wall connected to the lower end of the main body side peripheral wall and facing the main body side upper fitting wall at a distance, and the cover side pump fitting portion comprises a semicircular cover side upper fitting wall having a semicircular notch and corresponding to half of the upper surface of the cap, a semicylindrical cover side peripheral wall connected to the cover side upper fitting wall and corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the cap, and a cover side lower fitting wall connected to the lower end of the cover side peripheral wall and facing the cover side upper fitting wall at a distance, and it is preferable that the circumferential length of the main body side lower fitting wall is longer than the circumferential length of the cover side lower fitting wall.

[0009] In the portable pump holder of the present invention having the above-mentioned configuration, it is preferable that the main body has holes at both ends for inserting a shoulder belt therethrough. [Effects of the Invention]

[0010] According to the present invention, a low-cost pump portable holder can be provided. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0011] [Figure 1] 1 is a front view of a pump mobile phone holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, attached to a waist belt and holding a pump bottle. FIG. [Figure 2] FIG. 2 is a plan view of the pump portable holder shown in FIG. 1 (the waist belt and the pump bottle are shown in phantom lines). [Figure 3] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. 2 (the pump bottle is shown as a side view). [Figure 4] 2 is a plan view of the portable pump holder shown in FIG. 1 with the cover open (the pump bottle is shown in phantom lines). FIG. [Figure 5] 2 is a front view of the pump portable holder shown in FIG. 1 attached to a shoulder belt and holding a pump bottle. FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A detailed description of the configuration of a portable pump holder according to an embodiment of the present invention will be given below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0013] As shown in Figure 1, a pump portable holder 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention is attached to a waist belt 2 worn by a user, and in this state holds a pump bottle 3, allowing the user to carry the pump bottle 3 with them. For example, the pump portable holder 1 can be used in a medical setting (hospital) or the like by a medical professional who carries a pump bottle 3 containing disinfectant liquid as its contents to disinfect their hands before work or before entering a patient's room.

[0014] The waist belt 2 is formed in a belt shape and is worn around the waist of the user.

[0015] The pump bottle 3 includes a bottle 3a containing a liquid such as a disinfectant solution as its contents, and a pump-type discharge device 3b for discharging the liquid. The pump-type discharge device 3b includes a cylindrical cap 3c with a top attached to the bottle 3a, a pump 3d held by the cap 3c, and a nozzle-equipped head 3f attached to the upper end of a stem 3e connected to the pump 3d. When the nozzle-equipped head 3f is pressed down against the cap 3c, the pump 3d performs a discharge operation, discharging the liquid contained in the bottle 3a to the outside through a discharge port 3g of the nozzle-equipped head 3f.

[0016] Here, in this embodiment and the claims, "upper" means the upper side when the pump bottle 3 held in the pump portable holder 1 is in an upright position with the nozzle head 3f positioned above the bottle 3a as shown in Figure 1, and "lower" means the opposite side.

[0017] 1, 2, and 3, the pump portable holder 1 has a main body 10, a cover 20, a support wall 30, and a lever 40. The main body 10, the cover 20, the support wall 30, and the lever 40 are each made of synthetic resin.

[0018] The main body 10 includes a belt engaging portion 11 and a main body side pump fitting portion 12 .

[0019] 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the belt engagement portion 11 includes a plate-shaped portion 11a, a connecting wall 11b connected to the upper end of the plate-shaped portion 11a, and a pair of opposing walls 11c that face the plate-shaped portion 11a with a gap therebetween and that connect to the connecting wall 11b at their upper ends, thereby defining a groove 11d that opens downward. The groove 11d need only have a width that allows the waist belt 2 to be inserted therein. The pump holder 1 is attached to or supported by the waist belt 2 by engaging or hooking the belt engagement portion 11 onto or onto the waist belt 2 from above so that the waist belt 2 is inserted into the groove 11d.

[0020] 1, the belt engaging portion 11 preferably has an arched shape so that both ends in the width direction are positioned higher than the center in the width direction when viewed from the front. This prevents the waist belt 2 from bending downward due to the downward load applied to the belt engaging portion 11 when the nozzle head 3f is pressed down, allowing the pump holder 1 to be securely supported by the waist belt 2.

[0021] 2, it is preferable that plate-like portion 11a has an arched shape curved away from opposing wall 11c in a plan view, so that belt engaging portion 11 is supported along the user's waist, allowing pump holder 1 to be securely supported by waist belt 2.

[0022] The belt engaging portion 11 is not limited to the above configuration, and may have various configurations as long as it is configured to engage with the waist belt 2 and be supported by the waist belt 2.

[0023] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the main body side pump fitting portion 12 includes a main body side upper fitting wall 12a, a main body side peripheral wall 12b, and a main body side lower fitting wall 12c.

[0024] The main body upper fitting wall 12a is provided integrally with the upper wall 13 of the main body portion 10, which is integrally connected to the connecting wall 11b. The main body upper fitting wall 12a has a semicircular arc shape centered on the axis O, and is provided with a semicircular notch 12d that corresponds to half of the upper surface of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3 held in the portable pump holder 1 and has a diameter slightly larger than that of the stem 3e. The main body upper fitting wall 12a abuts against the upper end of the cap 3c when the pump bottle 3 is held by the portable pump holder 1.

[0025] The main body side peripheral wall 12b is integrally formed on the lower surface of the main body side upper fitting wall 12a. The main body side peripheral wall 12b has a semi-cylindrical shape centered on the axis O, corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3 held in the pump portable holder 1. When the pump bottle 3 is held by the pump portable holder 1, the main body side peripheral wall 12b faces the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c with a small gap between them.

[0026] In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the main body side peripheral wall 12b is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the cap 3c, but the inner diameter of the main body side peripheral wall 12b may be the same as the outer diameter of the cap 3c, so that when the pump bottle 3 is held by the pump portable holder 1, the inner surface of the main body side peripheral wall 12b abuts against the outer surface of the cap 3c.

[0027] The body-side lower fitting wall 12c is integrally connected to the lower end of the body-side peripheral wall 12b and faces the body-side upper fitting wall 12a at a distance. The body-side lower fitting wall 12c has an inner diameter larger than that of the base of the mouth (not shown) of the bottle 3a of the pump bottle 3 and smaller than that of the outer circumferential surface of the cap 3c, and is arc-shaped about the axis O. In this embodiment, the body-side lower fitting wall 12c extends circumferentially around the axis O along the lower end of the body-side peripheral wall 12b over the entire range of the body-side peripheral wall 12b, i.e., a 180-degree range. The vertical distance between the body-side upper fitting wall 12a and the body-side lower fitting wall 12c corresponds to the vertical height of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3. The body-side lower fitting wall 12c abuts against the lower end of the cap 3c when the pump bottle 3 is held by the portable pump holder 1.

[0028] With this configuration, when the pump bottle 3 is held by the pump portable holder 1, the main body side pump fitting portion 12 can sandwich the cap 3c between the main body side upper fitting wall 12a and the main body side lower fitting wall 12c, and fit into the half of the cap 3c sandwiched between the axis O.

[0029] The cover portion 20 has a cover-side pump fitting portion 21 and is attached to the main body portion 10 so as to be able to be opened and closed freely.

[0030] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 includes a cover-side upper fitting wall 21a, a cover-side peripheral wall 21b, and a cover-side lower fitting wall 21c.

[0031] The cover-side upper fitting wall 21a corresponds to half of the upper surface of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3 held in the portable pump holder 1, and has a semicircular notch 21d with a diameter slightly larger than that of the stem 3e, and has a semicircular arc shape centered on the axis O. The cover-side upper fitting wall 21a is disposed adjacent to and coaxial with the main body-side upper fitting wall 12a on the same plane when the cover part 20 is closed on the main body part 10. Furthermore, the cover-side upper fitting wall 21a abuts against the upper end of the cap 3c when the pump bottle 3 is held by the portable pump holder 1.

[0032] The cover-side peripheral wall 21b is integrally connected to the cover-side upper fitting wall 21a. The cover-side peripheral wall 21b has a semi-cylindrical shape centered on the axis O, corresponding to the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3 held in the portable pump holder 1, and is disposed coaxially with the body-side peripheral wall 12b and symmetrically across the axis O when the cover part 20 is closed relative to the body part 10. When the pump bottle 3 is held by the portable pump holder 1, the cover-side peripheral wall 21b faces the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c with a small gap between them.

[0033] In this embodiment, the cover side peripheral wall 21b is configured so that its inner diameter is slightly larger than the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c, but the inner diameter of the cover side peripheral wall 21b may be the same as the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c, so that when the pump bottle 3 is held by the pump portable holder 1, the inner peripheral surface of the cover side peripheral wall 21b abuts against the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c.

[0034] The cover-side lower fitting wall 21c is integrally connected to the lower end of the cover-side peripheral wall 21b and faces the cover-side upper fitting wall 21a at a distance. The cover-side lower fitting wall 21c has an arc shape centered on the axis O, with its inner diameter larger than that of the base of the mouth (not shown) of the bottle 3a of the pump bottle 3 and smaller than that of the outer circumferential surface of the cap 3c. The vertical distance between the cover-side upper fitting wall 21a and the cover-side lower fitting wall 21c corresponds to the vertical height of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3. The cover-side lower fitting wall 21c abuts against the lower end of the cap 3c when the pump bottle 3 is held by the portable pump holder 1.

[0035] In this embodiment, the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 is configured to include a pair of cover-side lower fitting walls 21c. The pair of cover-side lower fitting walls 21c are symmetrically disposed with respect to the circumferential center position of the cover-side peripheral wall 21b, and each extends in the circumferential direction around the axis O along the lower end of the cover-side peripheral wall 21b over a range of less than half of the cover-side peripheral wall 21b, i.e., a range of less than 90 degrees.

[0036] With this configuration, when the pump bottle 3 is held by the pump portable holder 1, the cover side pump fitting portion 21 can sandwich the cap 3c between the cover side upper fitting wall 21a and the cover side lower fitting wall 21c, and can fit into the remaining half of the cap 3c across the axis O that is not fitted into the body side pump fitting portion 12.

[0037] In this embodiment, as described above, the total circumferential length of the pair of cover-side lower fitting walls 21c provided in the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 is shorter than the circumferential length of the body-side lower fitting wall 12c provided in the body-side pump fitting portion 12, so the fitting force of the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 to the cap 3c is smaller than the fitting force of the body-side pump fitting portion 12 to the cap 3c.

[0038] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the cover portion 20 is provided with a hinge shaft 22 extending in the vertical direction at one end thereof sandwiching the cover-side pump fitting portion 21. Furthermore, a locking hook portion 14 is provided on one side of the main body portion 10, on which the belt engagement portion 11 extends, sandwiching the main body-side pump fitting portion 12. The hinge shaft 22 is rotatably engaged with the locking hook portion 14, so that the cover portion 20 is supported by the main body portion 10 so as to be rotatable about the hinge shaft 22. As a result, the cover portion 20 can be opened and closed between a closed state in which the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 is assembled to the main body portion 10 so as to be adjacent to the main body-side pump fitting portion 12, as shown in FIG. 2 , and an open state in which the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 is rotated about the hinge shaft 22 relative to the main body portion 10 so as to be separated from the main body-side pump fitting portion 12, as shown in FIG. 4 .

[0039] 2, the hinge shaft 22 is disposed offset toward the belt engagement portion 11 from the axis O of the main body pump fitting portion 12. This allows the main body 10 to be provided with the main body pump fitting portion 12 while still reducing the size of the main body 10.

[0040] 1, 2, and 4, the support walls 30 are provided on the main body 10. In this embodiment, the support walls 30 are provided so as to protrude from both sides of the main body-side pump fitting portion 12. When the cover 20 is in a closed state, the support walls 30 abut against the lower end of the cover 20 on both sides of the main body-side pump fitting portion 12. As a result, the cover 20 is supported from below by the support walls 30, and downward displacement relative to the main body 10 is suppressed.

[0041] The lever 40 is provided at the other end of the cover unit 20 opposite the hinge shaft 22 across the cover-side pump fitting portion 21. The lever 40 includes a claw portion 41 that engages with a locking protrusion 15 integrally formed on the outer end of one of the opposing walls 11c of the main body 10 to hold the cover unit 20 in a closed state, and an operating portion 42 that, when pressed, releases the engagement of the claw portion 41 with the locking protrusion 15. In this embodiment, the operating portion 42 has a plate shape curved in an inverted U shape in a plan view as shown in FIG. 2 , and is integrally connected to the cover unit 20 at its base end. The claw portion 41 protrudes laterally from the curved inverted U shape of the operating portion 42, and in its natural state, engages with the locking protrusion 15 to hold the cover unit 20 in a closed state relative to the main body 10. Meanwhile, the claw portion 41 can be separated from the locking protrusion 15 by pressing the distal end portion of the operating portion 42 toward the base end. This releases the engagement of the claws 41 with the locking projections 15, allowing the cover 20 to be opened relative to the main body 10.

[0042] The pump portable holder 1 of this embodiment having the above configuration can hold the pump bottle 3 by fitting the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3 between the main body side pump fitting portion 12 and the cover side pump fitting portion 21 with the cover portion 20 closed.

[0043] That is, first, as shown in Fig. 4, the cover part 20 is opened relative to the main body part 10, and in this state, one half of the cap 3c of the pump bottle 3, which is sandwiched across the axis O, is fitted into the main body pump fitting part 12. At this time, the stem 3e of the pump bottle 3 is positioned in the notch 12d, and the nozzle head 3f is positioned above the main body upper fitting wall 12a. Next, as shown in Fig. 2, the cover part 20 is rotated around the hinge shaft 22 to close it, and the claw part 41 of the lever 40 is engaged with the engaging protrusion 15 of the main body part 10. When the cover portion 20 is in the closed state, the cover side pump fitting portion 21 fits into the remaining half on the other side of the axis O of the cap 3c, and the cap 3c is sandwiched between the main body side pump fitting portion 12 and the cover side pump fitting portion 21, and also fits into the main body side pump fitting portion 12 and the cover side pump fitting portion 21, so that the pump bottle 3 is held in the pump portable holder 1.

[0044] The procedure for holding the above-mentioned pump-equipped bottle 3 with the pump portable holder 1 may be performed while the pump portable holder 1 is attached to the user's waist belt 2 at the belt engagement portion 11, or may be performed before the pump portable holder 1 is attached to the user's waist belt 2 at the belt engagement portion 11.

[0045] The liquid content can be discharged by pressing down the nozzle head 3f of the pump bottle 3 held by the portable pump holder 1. When the nozzle head 3f is pressed down, the bottle 3a rotates around the belt engagement part 11 as a fulcrum and is pressed against the user's body, ensuring stable pressing down of the nozzle head 3f and preventing the cover part 20 from coming off the main body part 10.

[0046] In this way, the pump portable holder 1 according to this embodiment can hold the pump bottle 3 with a simple structure including the main body 10, cover 20, support wall 30, and lever 40, all of which are made of synthetic resin. Therefore, the pump portable holder 1 can be made at a lower cost than conventional cloth holders.

[0047] Furthermore, the pump portable holder 1 according to this embodiment is provided with a support wall 30 on the main body 10 that abuts against the lower end of the cover part 20 when the cover part 20 is closed. This allows the load applied to the cover part 20 via the cap 3c when the nozzle head 3f is pressed down to dispense the content liquid from the pump bottle 3 to be supported by the support wall 30, thereby preventing the cover part 20 from shifting downward relative to the main body 10. Therefore, the pump portable holder 1 can hold the pump bottle 3 more securely.

[0048] Furthermore, in the pump holder 1 according to this embodiment, as described above, the circumferential length of the main body-side lower fitting wall 12c is longer than the circumferential length of the cover-side lower fitting wall 21c. This makes the fitting force of the cover-side pump fitting portion 21 with respect to the cap 3c smaller than the fitting force of the main body-side pump fitting portion 12 with respect to the cap 3c. Therefore, when the cover portion 20 is opened relative to the main body 10 while holding the pump bottle 3, the pump bottle 3 can be held on the main body 10 side without moving together with the cover portion 20. Therefore, even if the hinge shaft 22 is positioned offset toward the belt engagement portion 11 from the axis O of the main body-side pump fitting portion 12 in the plan view shown in FIG. 2, it is possible to prevent the outer peripheral surface of the cap 3c from interfering with the main body-side peripheral wall 12b when the cover portion 20 is opened relative to the main body 10, making it difficult to open the cover portion 20.

[0049] As shown in Figures 1, 2, and 5, the main body 10 can also be configured with holes 16 at both ends for inserting the shoulder belt 50. In this embodiment, holes 16 penetrating the top wall 13 of the main body 10 are provided at both ends of the top wall 13 of the main body 10, sandwiching the main body pump fitting portion 12. With this configuration, as shown in Figure 5, the user can wear the pump portable holder 1 holding the pump bottle 3 by hanging the shoulder belt 50 inserted through the pair of holes 16 over the shoulder without attaching it to the waist belt 2. This increases the versatility of the pump portable holder 1.

[0050] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0051] For example, in the above embodiment, the lever 40 is provided on the cover portion 20 and the locking protrusion 15 is provided on the main body portion 10, but this is not limited to this, and the lever 40 may be provided on the main body portion 10 and the locking protrusion 15 may be provided on the cover portion 20.

[0052] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the cover portion 20 is supported at one end by a hinge shaft 22 so as to be freely rotatable on the main body portion 10, and at the other end by a lever 40 so as to be engaged with the main body portion 10. However, it is also possible to provide a lever 40 at both the one end and the other end, and to use the lever 40 to detachably attach the cover portion 20 to the main body portion 10.
