To provide a processing device and a program for reducing an amount of data to be stored in a predetermined memory.SOLUTION: In a measurement system, storage processing includes: an acquisition section S10 that repeatedly acquires, in time series, point group data representing a plurality of persons in a predetermined region as a point group from a measurement device (LiDAR); a calculation section S30 that outputs the point group data obtained by scanning a laser over the predetermined region of the measurement device and calculates difference time series data from the point group data repeatedly acquired in time series from the measurement device; and a storage section S32 that stores the difference time series data in a predetermined memory. The difference time series data includes, for each of a plurality of times in time series, data indicating a difference between first point group data corresponding to a time before the time and second point group data corresponding to the time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
