To provide an oily cosmetic composition that can: 1) improve spreadability; 2) improve hair manageability; 3) improve finger-through feel of hair; and 4) suppress stickiness of hair.SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic composition of the present invention includes: a plant oil (component A) selected from the group consisting of argania spinosa kernel oil, crambe abyssinica seed oil, camellia seed oil, apricot kernel oil, yuzu seed oil, and sesame oil; a plant oil (component B) selected from the group consisting of macadamia nut oil and almond oil; and a plant oil (component C) selected from the group consisting of rice bran oil, safflower seed oil, sunflower seed oil, corn oil, avocado oil, olive husk oil, and jojoba seed oil; where a mass ratio (content of component B) / (total content of components A and B) is 0.25 to 0.80, a total content of components A and B is 7.0 to 60.0 mass%, and a total content of components A, B and C is 80.0 mass% or more.SELECTED DRAWING: None
