An adult sex toy, a structure including a main head configured to be inserted into a body cavity of a user; at least one moving member configured to generate a selected vibrational movement of the structure; at least one sensor located within the main head of the structure and operable to generate sensed data indicative of at least one parameter collected from the body cavity of the user; a controller connectable to the at least one sensor, the controller configured and operable to receive and process the sensory data and selectively move the at least one moving member in accordance with one or more conditions determined based on the sensory data.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, further comprising: a compartment having an interior volume adapted to contain a selected generally liquid substance; a main conduit configured to deliver the generally liquid substance from the compartment through a main liquid delivery port; and at least one pump adapted to pump the generally liquid substance through the main conduit, wherein the controller is further configured to operate the at least one pump to deliver the generally liquid substance through the main liquid delivery port according to one or more conditions determined based on the sensory data.

8. 10. The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one temperature sensor positioned near an upper end of the moving member, and the sensed data includes temperature change data.

The adult sex toy of claim 8, further comprising at least one additional temperature sensor positioned at a distal end of the moving member, the additional temperature sensor being external to the user's body cavity when the moving member is inserted into the user's body cavity, the additional temperature sensor providing sensory data indicative of an external temperature, the sensory data thereby including data indicative of a temperature difference between the at least one temperature sensor and the at least one additional temperature sensor.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to process the sensory data to determine a temperature difference in data obtained from the at least one temperature sensor and the at least one additional temperature sensor, the controller is configured to use data related to the temperature difference to determine data related to a presence of the moving member within the user's body cavity, and the controller is configured to determine an environmental status indicative of a presence of the moving member within the user's body cavity based on the temperature data collected by the at least one sensor.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the at least one sensor includes at least one conductivity sensor, and the controller is configured to process conductivity data to supplement sensed data to determine one or more parameters including at least data regarding a liquid material composition surrounding the moving member.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the controller is configured to process the sensed data to determine data indicative of a user's heart rate based on periodic changes in the sensed data in a range of 50 to 200 beats per minute, and to utilize the heart rate data to determine an estimated level of stimulation for the user.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises pre-stored user preference data, the controller configured and operable to receive and process sensory data from the at least one sensor in accordance with the user preference data and determine a user stimulation level during operation, and the controller configured and operable to correlate sensory data collected from one or more sensors, each collecting one or more different types of sensory data, to determine a user stimulation level during operation.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the generally liquid substance comprises one or more active elements comprising THC or CBD, and the controller is configured to receive input data indicative of the presence of one or more active elements in the generally liquid substance and to selectively operate in at least first or second operational modes selected according to the presence of the active elements in the generally liquid substance.

The adult sex toy of claim 1, wherein the controller includes stored data indicating one or more operating programs preselected by a user, and processes the sensory data to determine one or more operating parameters of the one or more moving members and the at least one pump in accordance with the selected operating program(s) in the stored data.

A method for controlling a battery-operated adult sex toy having the arrangement of claim 1, said method comprising: (a) using at least one pre-stored user preference data including at least data indicative of a desired duration of operation of said toy until the user's sexual stimulation is satisfied; (b) obtaining, from the at least one sensor, sensory data indicative of one or more physiologically-originated signals from the user's body, the physiologically-originated signals providing information about the user's sexual stimulation intensity while using the toy; (c) processing the sensed data to determine respective physiological origin signals and to determine at least one of (i) a movement command for controlled modification of the magnitude of movement of the movement member, and (ii) a dispensing command for controlled dispensing of a stimulant substance from a cartridge by a dispensing control member; thereby substantially matching the actual motion duration of said toy with the desired input motion duration until satisfaction is reached.

A method of operating an adult sex toy, said method comprising: - obtaining user preference data and storing said user preference data in a memory; - responding to a user-initiated command to operate said adult sex toy; - operating one or more moving members to stimulate one or more selected user body parts; - collecting sensory data from a vicinity of the one or more selected user body parts, the sensor data comprising at least one of pressure fluctuations, heart rate, humidity, and temperature; - varying the movement of said one or more moving members according to said sensory data and respective user preference data to satisfy said user; - updating the stored user preferences based on the sensory data for the additional usage session.

19. The method of claim 18 , further comprising processing the sensory data and determining a user stimulation level accordingly.

The method of claim 19, wherein said processing the user stimulation level comprises determining a combination of times that correlate with one or more of a pressure fluctuation frequency within a range of 0.5 Hz to 2 Hz, a heart rate increase within a range of 10% to 25% of the initial heart rate, a temperature increase of 0.5°C to 3°C, and a humidity increase not associated with lubricant dispensing.
