[0039] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are used only for the explanation and interpretation of the present invention, and the scope of protection of the present invention is not limited to the following specific embodiments.
[0040] As shown in Figures 1 to 33, the present invention provides an optical element, which includes a plurality of optical units, and the optical unit includes a light incident surface 11, a light guide portion 12 and a light exit surface 13, each light incident surface 11 is connected in sequence to form a light incident surface of the optical element, each light guide portion 12 is arranged so that light incident from the light incident surface of the optical element can be branched and emitted to a corresponding light exit surface 13, and each light exit surface 13 is arranged in a predetermined form.
[0041] Here, the light input surface of the optical element is a plane integrally formed by the light input surfaces 11 located on the same plane, and the light emitted by the light source enters from the light input surface of the optical element, and is branched and output to the corresponding light output surfaces 13 by the light guide parts 12. Therefore, compared with the conventional vehicle light module having a narrow light output surface, the light output surface 13 of the present invention can be made narrower in width and realize a narrow light output surface 13 having a width of 10 mm or less, and can be applied to vehicle lights of various dimensions with high optical efficiency and narrow shape, and realizes a linear shape of the vehicle light. In addition, each light output surface 13 is arranged in a predetermined shape, and can realize various lighting effects. For example, as shown in Figures 2 to 4, the light input surface of the optical element can be regarded as being divided into a plurality of light input surfaces 11 along one direction, and the light input surface 11 is located downward, and a light output surface 13 extending laterally (extending in the left and right direction shown in the figure) is formed correspondingly, and the light output surface 13 is located upward. Figures 2 to 4 show the lighting effects of the light output surfaces of the optical element as viewed from two positions on the outside of the car light. The arrangement of the light output surfaces 13 corresponding to the lighting effect shown in Figure 2 is arranged in sequence in the left-right direction and in the depth direction in the front-to-back direction, and the shapes and sizes of the light output surfaces 13 are the same. The arrangement of the light output surfaces 13 corresponding to the lighting effect shown in Figure 3 is the same as that in Figure 2, but the widths of the light output surfaces 13 are different. The arrangement of the light output surfaces 13 corresponding to the lighting effect shown in Figure 4 is similar to that in Figure 2, but at this time, the lengths of the light guide portions 12 in the vertical direction are different, so that the light output surfaces 13 are arranged in a staggered manner in the vertical direction. Or, as shown in Fig. 5, the light entrance surface of the optical element can be regarded as being divided into a plurality of light entrance surfaces 11 along a direction perpendicular to the direction shown in Fig. 2 to Fig. 4, and a light exit surface 13 extending vertically (extending vertically in the figure) is formed corresponding to this, and Fig. 5 shows the lighting effect of the light exit surface of the optical element as seen from two positions on the outside of the car light. Here, the width of each light entrance surface 11 may be the same or different, and similarly, the width of each light exit surface 13 may be the same or different according to a predetermined form that is a requirement for the shape of the light exit surface. As can be seen from the above, the optical element of the present invention enables the vehicle lamp to meet the lighting demands, and the shapes and lighting effects are more diverse, and the light output surface 13 can have different widths, lengths, intervals and depth effects.
[0042] In order to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, in some drawings, pattern filling is performed on the light output surface 13, the light input surface of the optical element, etc. to highlight each component. It should be understood that the pattern filling is mainly used to highlight each component to better understand the technical solution of the present invention, and there is no actual corresponding pattern on the structure.
[0043] The light body space has different structural dimension characteristics, for example, a light body space with a small vertical space and a large front-rear space, or a light body space with a large vertical space and a small front-rear space. As a specific structural form of the optical element, as shown in Figures 6 to 8, this optical element can be applied to a light body space with a small vertical space and a large front-rear space, the light output surface 13 is located in the front, the optical element light input surface is located in the rear, and the light source may be provided behind the optical element light input surface to fit the space in the light body. Specifically, the light guide 12 includes two side surfaces 121, which are located on the left and right sides of the light guide 12, respectively, and the inclination angles of the side surfaces 121 with respect to the corresponding light incident surfaces 11 are different. In one preferred embodiment, the two side surfaces 121 located on the left and right sides of the same light guide 12 are parallel to each other, and the side surfaces 121 can be used as reflective surfaces. For example, a reflection-enhancing film is provided on the side surfaces 121 to reflect and emit light to the corresponding light exit surfaces 13. The side surfaces 121 of each light guide 12 are arranged at an incline with respect to the light incident surfaces 11. As shown in Figures 11 to 13, the inclination angles of the side surfaces 121 of each light guide 12 with respect to the respective light incident surfaces 11 are different, so that the corresponding light exit surfaces 13 can be arranged in a predetermined form. Here, according to the arrangement requirements of the light exit surfaces 13, the side surfaces 121 of some light guides 12 may be arranged perpendicular to the light incident surfaces 11, as shown in Figure 11. The light input surface of the optical element is formed by connecting each light input surface 11 in the same plane. In the embodiment of Fig. 6, the light input surface of the optical element is a rectangular light input surface, the light is incident from the light input surface of the optical element, the incident light is branched by each light guide part 12, and the light is reflected by the side surface 121, so that each part of the light after branching is reflected to the corresponding light output surface 13 and output. Fig. 9 shows the lighting effect of the light output surface 13 of the optical element of this structural form seen from a certain position outside the car light, and each light output surface 13 is located on the same plane and arranged in a stepped manner, which presents a new lighting effect for the car light. Of course, each light output surface 13 may be deformed to be arranged in the depth direction, that is, the length of each light guide part 12 is different in the front-rear direction, so that each light output surface 13 is arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction. As shown in Figure 13, the light incident surface 11 is simply a part of the bottom of the optical unit, and the side surface 121 of the light guide section 12 may be arranged at an angle relative to the light incident surface 11, so that light enters from the light incident surface 11, is branched by the light guide section 12, and is reflected by the side surface 121 to be emitted to the corresponding light exit surface 13.
[0044] As a specific structural form of the optical element, as shown in Fig. 1, this optical element can be applied to the space of the light body having a large vertical space and a small front-rear space, the light exit surface 13 faces forward, the light input surface of the optical element is located below the optical element, and the light incident from the light input surface of the optical element is reflected to the light exit surface 13 by the first reflecting surface 21 and exits. Specifically, the first reflecting surface 21 is disposed between the light guide portion 12 and the corresponding light exit surface 13, and the first reflecting surface 21 is disposed at an angle with respect to the light exit surface 13, so that the light exiting from the light guide portion 12 can be reflected to the corresponding light exit surface 13, and thus exits from the light exit surface 13. The optical element of the present invention is installed in a car light, and the shape of the light output surface arranged in a predetermined form can be seen from a certain position outside the car light, and the shape of the multiple light output surfaces arranged in the depth direction can be seen from another position outside the car light, and each light output surface 13 is arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction, which has a three-dimensional stereoscopic effect and is a novel shape. Here, the first reflecting surface 21 may be a total reflecting surface, which has high optical efficiency, and the first reflecting surface 21 may be provided with an enhanced reflection film to enhance the reflection effect.
[0045] In a specific embodiment, as shown in Fig. 27 and Fig. 28, the width of the light exit surface 13 and the width of the light entrance surface 11 of each optical unit may be the same, and further, in the embodiment of Fig. 27, the light entrance surface of the optical element may be a rectangular light entrance surface, and each light entrance surface 11 may be obtained by equally dividing the light entrance surface of the optical element, and the included angle between the first reflection surface 21 and the corresponding light entrance surface 11 may range from 30° to 90°, and is preferably 45°, and the included angle may be selected so long as the first reflection surface 21 can reflect the light passing through the corresponding light entrance surface 11 to the light exit surface 13. For example, when the dimensions of the rectangular light entrance surface are 40mm x 40mm and the width of the light exit surface 13 is required to be 10mm, four optical units are provided and the width of the light entrance surface 11 of each optical unit is 10mm, a long car light with a width of the light exit surface 13 of 10mm can be obtained.
[0046] As shown in Figures 30 to 33, the inclination angles of the side surfaces 121 of each light guide section 12 with respect to the light incident surface 11 are different, and a first reflecting surface 21 is provided between the light guide section 12 and the corresponding light exit surface 13, and light incident from the light incident surface 11 is reflected by one side surface 121, then reflected by the other side surface 121 to the first reflecting surface 21, and further reflected to the corresponding light exit surface 13 before being emitted, thereby achieving a predetermined lighting effect. Depending on the arrangement requirements of the light exit surface 13, the side surfaces 121 of some of the light guide sections 12 may be arranged perpendicular to the light incident surface 11, as shown in Figure 31, and the light incident in parallel is directly reflected by the first reflecting surface 21 to the corresponding light exit surface 13 without being reflected by the side surface 121 arranged perpendicular to the light incident surface.
[0047] As shown in Fig. 29, under the technical concept of the present invention, the light exit surface 13 can have any width, and the light exit surface 13 can have a narrower width of 10mm or less, and the optical efficiency is high. The light incident from each light entrance surface 11 is directly emitted to the light exit surface 13 through the light guide portion 12, or the light incident from each light entrance surface 11 is emitted from the light guide portion 12 to the first reflection surface 21, and then projected to the corresponding light exit surface 13 by the first reflection surface 21, thereby achieving a desired lighting effect.
[0048] According to design needs, the light-emitting surface 13 can be designed to form a required lighting shape, the light-emitting surface 13 can be composed of a plurality of light-emitting unit surfaces 131, and each light-emitting unit surface 131 can be arranged in a predetermined shape, and in the embodiment of Fig. 22 to Fig. 24, each light-emitting unit surface 131 can be arranged in the order of height in the vertical direction shown in the figure, and the outer shape of the light-emitting unit surface 131 is a square, and the lighting effect shown in Fig. 25 and Fig. 26 can be formed, so that the lighting effect of the car lamp is more diverse. Of course, the specific design of the light-emitting surface 13 is not limited to the above example, and can be arranged in other outer shapes and arrangement forms, for example, the outer shape of the light-emitting unit surface 131 can be circular, and each light-emitting unit surface 131 can be arranged in a ring shape, etc.
[0049] As a specific structural form of the optical element, as shown in Fig. 17 to Fig. 19, each optical unit is arranged in order in the front-rear direction, but is not arranged in a staggered manner in the left-right direction, that is, the side surface 121 of the same side of each light guide part 12 is located on the same plane, and a second reflection surface 22 is arranged between the light guide part 12 and the corresponding light output surface 13, and the second reflection surface 22 is arranged at an angle with respect to the light output surface 13, so that the light output from the light guide part 12 can be reflected to the corresponding light output surface 13, and thus emitted from the light output surface 13. The optical element of the present invention is installed in a car light, and as shown in Fig. 20, the shape of the light output surface arranged in the up-down direction can be seen from a certain position outside the car light, and as shown in Fig. 21, the vertical lighting effect arranged in the depth direction can be seen from another position outside the car light, and each light output surface 13 is arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction, which has a three-dimensional stereoscopic effect and is innovative in shape. Here, the second reflection surface 22 may be a total reflection surface, and the optical efficiency is high, and the second reflection surface 22 may be provided with an increased reflection film in order to enhance the reflection effect. The included angle between the second reflection surface 22 and the corresponding light incident surface 11 may be 30° to 90°, and is preferably 45°. Correspondingly, the appearance shape of the light output surface 13 may be a parallelogram, or as shown in FIG. 22 to FIG. 24, the light output surface 13 may be composed of a plurality of light output unit surfaces 131, and each light output unit surface 131 is arranged in a predetermined form.
[0050] In addition, as shown in Figures 14 to 16, each light output surface 13 may be located on the same plane. That is, based on Figure 1, three light output surfaces 13 are moved forward until they are located on the same plane as another light output surface 13 to form an optical element with a new structural form, and the optical element light output surface shown in Figure 14 is also formed, which has a narrow and elongated external shape, and the lighting effect of the car light is displayed in an elongated shape no matter what angle is viewed from in front of the vehicle.
[0051] In addition, the light guide 12 may be a hollow light guide, and the optical unit is a hollow optical element surrounded by optical surfaces such as the light entrance surface of the optical element, the light guide 12, the reflective surface (side surface 121 or first reflective surface 21 or second reflective surface 22) and the light exit surface 13, or the light guide 12 may be a solid light guide, and the optical unit is a solid optical element surrounded by optical surfaces such as the light entrance surface of the optical element, the light guide 12, the reflective surface (side surface 121 or first reflective surface 21 or second reflective surface 22) and the light exit surface 13.
