Technical Field

[0001] This application claims the benefit of priority based on Korean Patent Application Nos. 10-2022-0116476 and 10-2022-0116475 filed on September 15, 2022, and all the contents disclosed in the documents of the Korean patent applications are included as part of this specification. This application relates to a curable composition, a thermal interface material (TIM), and uses thereof.
