Abstract

To provide a residual concrete treatment device capable of efficiently performing residual concrete treatment.SOLUTION: Ready-mixed concrete (hereinafter referred to as "residual concrete") obtained by kneading at least cement, water, gravel G and sand S remaining in the mixing drum D of the mixer truck M is poured into the mixing drum D. The apparatus for treating residual concrete includes a charging part 1 for charging concrete slurry formed by further adding water to the residual concrete or charging the residual concrete and further adding water to the residual concrete to form concrete slurry, an aggregate separation part 2 for separating gravel G and sand S from the concrete slurry in the charging part 1, and a solid-liquid separation part 4 for putting the concrete slurry after separating the gravel G and the sand S in the aggregate separation part 2 into a treatment water tank 3 and precipitating a solid material X containing cement to separate solid and liquid.
