Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to transportation vehicles. [Background technology]
[0002] As a mobility vehicle that assists the movement of people and luggage, walking frames that assist users who have difficulty walking on their own, such as the elderly and physically disabled, have been known. Patent Document 1 discloses a walking frame that includes an article placement section on which items can be placed and a storage section that is located below the article placement section and can store items. In this walking frame, the article placement section is formed in the shape of a tray, and the article placement section is positioned so as to cover the upper opening of the storage section.
[0003] In addition, in the walker of Patent Document 1, the article placement section is supported while being placed on a frame-shaped support frame. The support frame has a pair of left and right rail sections extending in the front-to-rear direction, and supported sections provided in the storage section are hooked to each of these rail sections. In this case, the storage section is hooked and supported on the rail sections via the supported sections and can slide in the front-to-rear direction along the rail sections in this supported state. As a result, in the walker of Patent Document 1, the storage section can be pulled out approximately halfway rearward from below the article placement section by the above sliding movement. This makes it possible to put items in and take items out of the front side of the storage section.
[0004] Furthermore, in the walking vehicle of Patent Document 1, the article placement section is rotatably connected to the front end of the support frame. As a result, in the walking vehicle of Patent Document 1, the article placement section can be retracted from above the storage section by rotating it upward. In this case, the entire storage section is open upward, making it possible to put items in and take them out from the back side of the storage section as well as the front side. [0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2024-63358 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] However, with the walking frame of Patent Document 1, when putting an object in or taking an object out of the back of the storage compartment, the article placement section must be rotated upward, which is thought to be time-consuming. Furthermore, if an object is placed on the article placement section, the object must be removed from the article placement section before the article placement section can be rotated, which is thought to be even more time-consuming.
[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its main object is to provide a vehicle that is easy to use when putting things in and taking things out of the storage section. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to solve the above problem, the first invention of a mobile vehicle is a mobile vehicle comprising a storage section that opens upward and can store objects, and a loading section that is provided above the storage section and can place objects on, and a displacement mechanism that allows the storage section and the loading section to be displaced relative to each other in the fore-and-aft direction, and the displacement mechanism has a first part, a second part, and a third part that is provided so that it can be displaced relative to the first part and the second part, and when one side in the fore-and-aft direction is defined as the first side and the other side is defined as the second side, the first part is displaceable relative to the third part to the first side, and the second part is displaceable relative to the third part to the second side, and the storage section is provided in the first part, and the loading section is provided in the second part.
[0009] According to a first aspect of the present invention, the storage section and the placement section provided above the storage section are relatively displaceable in the front-rear direction by a displacement mechanism. The displacement mechanism has a first section, a second section, and a third section provided so as to be displaceable relative to the first and second sections. The first section is relatively displaceable to one side (first side) in the front-rear direction relative to the third section, and the second section is relatively displaceable to the other side (second side) in the front-rear direction relative to the third section. In this case, the first section can be displaced relative to the second section toward the first side, and the amount of relative displacement can be increased.
[0010] Furthermore, a storage section is provided in the first section, and a mounting section is provided in the second section. In this case, the storage section can be displaced relative to the mounting section toward the first side, and the amount of relative displacement can be increased. In this configuration, by displacing the storage section relative to the mounting section toward the first side, the storage section can be opened over a wide range in the front-to-rear direction. This makes it possible to put items in and take them out not only from the front side of the storage section but also from the back side. Furthermore, when displacing the storage section relative to the mounting section toward the first side, there is no need to change the orientation of the mounting section, so items can remain loaded on the mounting section. This improves usability when putting items in and taking them out of the storage section.
[0011] The transport vehicle of the second invention is the same as that of the first invention, and comprises a pair of left and right frame sections extending in the vertical direction, and a support frame as the third section arranged across the pair of frame sections, wherein the first section is a first slide member that is slidable toward the first side relative to the support frame, the second section is a second slide member that is slidable toward the second side relative to the support frame, the storage section is provided on the first slide member, and the placing section is provided on the second slide member.
[0012] According to a second aspect of the present invention, the displacement mechanism includes a support frame spanning a pair of frame portions, a first slide member slidable to a first side relative to the support frame, and a second slide member slidable to a second side relative to the support frame. The first slide member is provided with a storage section, and the second slide member is provided with a mounting section. With this configuration, the storage section can be slid toward the first side relative to the support frame, and the mounting section can be slid toward the second side relative to the support frame, thereby opening the storage section widely in the front-to-rear direction. In this case, the sliding distance of the mounting section can be made relatively short, so that the mounting section can be slid without much strain even when it is slid with an object placed on it.
[0013] A vehicle of a third invention is the vehicle of the second invention, wherein the first side is the rear side and the second side is the front side.
[0014] According to the third aspect of the present invention, the storage section can be slid to the rear side, i.e., toward the side where the user is standing. This makes the storage section easier to use. Furthermore, since the placement section slides to the front side, i.e., toward the side opposite the user, the placement section can be prevented from getting in the way of the user.
[0015] The transport vehicle of the fourth invention is the same as that of the first invention, and comprises a pair of left and right frame sections extending in the vertical direction, and a support frame as the second part arranged to span the pair of frame sections, the third part being a third slide member that is slidable toward the first side relative to the support frame, the first part being a fourth slide member that is slidable toward the first side relative to the third slide member, the storage section being provided on the fourth slide member, and the placing section being provided on the support frame.
[0016] According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the displacement mechanism includes a support frame spanning a pair of frame portions, a third slide member slidable toward a first side relative to the support frame, and a fourth slide member slidable toward the first side relative to the third slide member. The fourth slide member is provided with a storage section, and a mounting section is provided on the support frame. With this configuration, the storage section can be opened widely in the front-to-rear direction by sliding the mounting section toward the first side relative to the support frame. In this case, since there is no need to slide the mounting section, the storage section can be made easier to use when an object is placed on the mounting section.
[0017] A vehicle according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is any one of the first to fourth aspects of the present invention, wherein the length of the storage section and the placing section in the front-rear direction is longer than the length in the left-right direction.
[0018] According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the length of the storage compartment in the front-to-rear direction is longer than the length in the left-to-right direction. In this case, the storage capacity of the storage compartment can be increased while preventing the left-to-right width of the storage compartment, and therefore the width of the travel vehicle, from increasing. Furthermore, if the storage compartment is long in the front-to-rear direction, it may be difficult to put items in and take them out from the back of the storage compartment. In this regard, the present invention applies the first aspect of the present invention to this configuration, so that even if the storage compartment is long in the front-to-rear direction, the storage compartment can be opened over a wide range in the front-to-rear direction. This makes the storage compartment easier to use.
[0019] The sixth invention of the mobile vehicle is any of the first to fourth inventions, wherein the sum of the distance by which the first portion can be displaced relative to the third portion toward the first side and the distance by which the second portion can be displaced relative to the third portion toward the second side is greater than the left-right length of the storage section. [0021] [First embodiment] An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the mobility vehicle of the present invention is embodied as a walking vehicle for assisting elderly people and others in walking, and more specifically, as an indoor walking vehicle for use indoors. Figure 1 is a perspective view of the walking vehicle 10, seen obliquely from the rear. In the following description, the direction of movement of the walking vehicle 10 is defined as the front-to-rear direction, and the direction perpendicular to the front-to-rear direction is defined as the left-to-right direction.
[0022] As shown in Figure 1, the walker 10 comprises a pair of left and right frame sections 11 extending in the vertical direction, front wheels 12 and rear wheels 13 attached to the lower end of each frame section 11, and a connecting section 14 connecting the frame sections 11 together. Each frame section 11 is formed from a light metal such as aluminum. Each frame section 11 has a lower frame section 15 attached to its lower part and extending in the front-to-rear direction, and a vertical frame section 16 extending upward from the middle of the lower frame section 15. The front wheels 12 are attached to the front end of each lower frame section 15, and the rear wheels 13 are attached to the rear end.
[0023] An operating unit 21 is provided at the upper end of the vertical frame portion 16 of each frame section 11. The operating unit 21 has an attachment portion 22 attached to the upper end of the vertical frame portion 16, and a handle 23 and a brake lever 24 supported by the attachment portion 22. The handle 23 is the part that the user grips when moving the walker 10. The brake lever 24 is used to operate the brakes and is located below the handle 23. The handle 23 and the brake lever 24 are attached to the attachment portion 22 in a direction that extends rearward. The attachment portion 22 is formed with a handle 25 that can be gripped when lifting the walker 10 over steps, etc.
[0024] The walking frame 10 is provided with a storage section 31 capable of storing objects, a tray 32 on which objects can be placed, and a frame body 33 that supports the storage section 31 and tray 32. The configurations of the storage section 31, tray 32, and frame body 33 will be described below with reference to Figs. 2 to 5. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the storage section 31 and tray 32 supported by the frame body 33, as seen obliquely from above. Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the frame body 33. Fig. 4 is a perspective view of the storage section 31 to which a sliding member 51 is attached, as seen obliquely from below. Fig. 5 is a perspective view of the tray 32 to which a sliding member 56 is attached, as seen obliquely from below.
[0025] As shown in Figures 2 and 4, the storage compartment 31 is formed in the shape of a flat rectangular box that is open upward. The storage compartment 31 is formed, for example, from a synthetic resin. As the synthetic resin, a thermoplastic resin is preferable, and in particular, a general-purpose plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene is preferable. The storage compartment 31 has a rectangular, flat bottom plate 31a and a peripheral wall 31b that rises upward from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate 31a. A handle 34 is formed by recessing a portion of the rear wall of the peripheral wall 31b. Furthermore, the length L1 of the storage compartment 31 in the front-to-rear direction is longer than the length W1 in the left-to-right direction.
[0026] As shown in Figures 2 and 5, the tray 32 is formed in a rectangular shape (oblong) and is disposed above the storage section 31. The tray 32 has a rectangular flat plate portion 32a and an edge portion 32b rising upward from the peripheral edge of the flat plate portion 32a. The tray 32 is formed, for example, from a synthetic resin. As the synthetic resin, a thermoplastic resin is preferable, and in particular, a general-purpose plastic such as polyethylene or polypropylene is preferable. The upper end of the edge portion 32b of the tray 32 extends outward to form a flange portion 32c. Furthermore, the length L2 of the tray 32 in the front-rear direction is longer than the length W2 in the left-right direction. The tray 32 and the storage section 31 have approximately the same size in a plan view. The tray 32 corresponds to the "placing section."
[0027] 2 and 3, the frame body 33 has a frame main body 35, a pair of left and right first rail portions 36 attached to the frame main body 35, and a pair of left and right second rail portions 37 also attached to the frame main body 35. The frame body 33 corresponds to the "support frame" set forth in claim 2 of the claims.
[0028] The frame main body 35 has a pair of storage frames 38 that support the storage section 31 and a tray frame 39 that supports the tray 32. The pair of storage frames 38 are formed by bending metal rod or pipe material into a U-shape and are arranged spaced apart in the front-to-rear direction. Each storage frame 38 has a horizontal frame portion 38a that extends in the left-to-right direction and a pair of diagonal frame portions 38b that extend diagonally upward from both ends of the horizontal frame portion 38a. The diagonal frame portions 38b of each storage frame 38 extend diagonally so as to approach each other as they extend upward in a side view.
[0029] The tray frame 39 is formed from metal bars or pipes and has a rectangular ring shape in plan view. The tray frame 39 is disposed above each storage frame 38. The upper ends of the diagonal frame portions 38b of each storage frame 38 are fixed to the tray frame 39 by welding. A reinforcing frame 41 is bridged between the tray frame 39 and the diagonal frame portions 38b.
[0030] Plate-shaped hanging portions 42 extending downward from tray frame 39 are fixed to tray frame 39. Hanging portions 42 are disposed on both the left and right sides of tray frame 39. Each hanging portion 42 is disposed between diagonal frame portions 38b of each storage frame 38.
[0031] Each first rail portion 36 extends in the front-rear direction and is provided so as to span the horizontal frame portion 38a of each storage frame 38. Each first rail portion 36 has two rail constituent portions 43, 44 extending in the front-rear direction. Each rail constituent portion 43, 44 is made of a long sheet metal member and is fixed to the corresponding horizontal frame portion 38a by welding. Of each rail constituent portion 43, 44, rail constituent portion 43 is formed in a flat plate shape and rail constituent portion 44 is bent in steps to form a Z-shaped cross section. A portion of rail constituent portion 44 is disposed above rail constituent portion 43, and forms a rail groove 45 (see FIG. 6) that is open to the side between rail constituent portion 43 and rail constituent portion 43.
[0032] Each second rail portion 37 extends in the front-rear direction and is provided so as to span the front and rear ends of the tray frame 39. Like the first rail portion 36, each second rail portion 37 has two rail components 47, 48 extending in the front-rear direction. Each rail component 47, 48 is made of a long sheet metal member and is fixed to the tray frame 39 by welding. The rail component 47 is formed in a flat plate shape, and the rail component 48 is bent in steps to form a Z-shaped cross section. A portion of the rail component 48 is disposed above the rail component 47, and forms a rail groove 49 (see FIG. 7) that is open laterally between the rail component 47 and the rail component 47.
[0033] A storage section 31 is placed on each first rail section 36. The storage section 31 is arranged between the diagonal frame sections 38b of the storage frame 38. A tray 32 is placed on each second rail section 37. The tray 32 is arranged above the storage section 31 so as to cover the opening of the storage section 31.
[0034] The storage section 31 is slidable rearward (rearward) along each of the first rail sections 36. The tray 32 is slidable forward (frontward) along each of the second rail sections 37. The configuration relating to the sliding of the storage section 31 and the tray 32 will be described below with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5 as well as FIGS. 6 to 9. FIG. 6 is an enlarged view of the area within frame A in FIG. 2 as seen from the rear. FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the area within frame B in FIG. 2 as seen from the rear. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the storage section 31 and the tray 32 supported by the frame body 33 as seen obliquely from below. FIG. 9 is a perspective view showing a state in which the storage section 31 has been slid rearward and the tray 32 has been slid forward in FIG. 8. The rear side (in other words, the rear) corresponds to the "first side," and the front side (in other words, the front) corresponds to the "second side."
[0035] 4 and 6, a pair of left and right slide members 51 that can slide along each of the first rail portions 36 is provided on the bottom surface of the storage section 31. Each slide member 51 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the front-to-rear direction and is attached to the bottom surface of the storage section 31. Each slide member 51 has an attachment portion 51a attached to the bottom surface of the storage section 31 and an extension portion 51b that extends laterally from a lower portion of the attachment portion 51a.
[0036] As shown in Figures 6 and 8, each slide member 51 is placed on the rail component 43 of the first rail portion 36, and in this placed state, the extension portion 51b is inserted into the rail groove 45 of the first rail portion 36. As shown in Figure 9, each slide member 51 is slidable rearward along the first rail portion 36 in this inserted state. This allows the storage portion 31 to slide rearward, that is, to be pulled out rearward. When pulling out the storage portion 31, it can be pulled out by holding the handle 34.
[0037] A hand-tightened screw portion 53 is screwed into the rail component 43 from below. The screw portion 53 is located on the rear end side of the rail component 43 and is inserted into an elongated hole 54 formed in the slide member 51. The elongated hole 54 extends in the front-to-rear direction. In this case, the slide member 51 and therefore the storage portion 31 are slidable in the front-to-rear direction within the range in which the elongated hole 54 is formed. Note that by removing the screw portion 53, the storage portion 31 can be pulled rearward and removed from the first rail portion 36.
[0038] In the above configuration, each slide member 51 is slidable (displaceable relative to) the rearward direction relative to the first rail portion 36 (and thus the frame body 33), and it can also be said that the storage section 31 is placed on each slide member 51. Therefore, the slide member 51 corresponds to the "first slide member" and the "first part," and the frame body 33 corresponds to the "third part."
[0039] 5 and 7, a pair of left and right slide members 56 that can slide along the second rail portions 37 are provided on the bottom surface of the tray 32. The slide members 56 are formed in an elongated shape extending in the front-to-rear direction and are attached to the bottom surface of the tray 32. The slide members 56 have an attachment portion 56a attached to the bottom surface of the tray 32 and an extension portion 56b that extends laterally from a lower portion of the attachment portion 56a.
[0040] 7 and 8, each slide member 56 is placed on the rail component 47 of the second rail portion 37, and in this placed state, the extension portion 56b is inserted into the rail groove 49 of the second rail portion 37. In this inserted state, each slide member 56 is slidable forward along the second rail portion 37, as shown in FIG. 9. This allows the tray 32 to slide forward.
[0041] A hand-tightened screw 58 is screwed into the rail component 47 from below. The screw 58 is located on the front end side of the rail component 47 and is inserted into an elongated hole 59 formed in the slide member 56. In this case, the slide member 56 and therefore the tray 32 are slidable in the front-rear direction within the range in which the elongated hole 59 is formed. Note that if the screw 58 is removed, the tray 32 can be slid forward and removed from the second rail portion 37.
[0042] In the above configuration, each slide member 56 is slidable (displaceable relative to) the second rail portion 37 (and thus the frame body 33) forward, and the tray 32 is placed on each slide member 56. In this case, the slide member 56 corresponds to the "second slide member" and the "second portion." In addition, in the above configuration, the slide members 51, 56 and the frame body 33 constitute a "displacement mechanism 60." The displacement mechanism 60 allows the storage section 31 and the tray 32 to be displaced relative to each other in the front-to-rear direction.
[0043] Next, how to use the storage section 31 and the tray 32 will be described with reference to Figures 10 and 11. Figure 10 is a perspective view showing the state in Figure 1 where the storage section 31 has been slid rearward and the tray 32 has been slid forward. Figure 11 is a side view showing the upper part of the walker 10. In Figure 11, the state in which the storage section 31 has been slid rearward and the tray 32 has been slid forward are shown by two-dot chain lines.
[0044] 10 and 11, by sliding (pulling out) the storage section 31 rearward, the front side of the storage section 31 is opened upward. In this case, it becomes possible to put items in and take items out of the front side of the storage section 31. Alternatively, instead of sliding the storage section 31 rearward, the front side of the storage section 31 can also be opened upward by sliding the tray 32 forward.
[0045] By sliding the storage section 31 backward and the tray 32 forward, almost the entire storage section 31 is opened upward. In this case, it becomes possible to put things in and take things out from the back side of the storage section 31 as well as the front side.
[0046] The dimension L3 by which the storage section 31 can slide backward is the same as the dimension L4 by which the tray 32 can slide forward. The sum of the slidable dimension L3 of the storage section 31 and the slidable dimension L4 of the tray 32 is longer than the left-right length W1 of the storage section 31 (see FIG. 4). The slidable dimension L3 of the storage section 31 corresponds to the distance by which the storage section 31 (in other words, the slide member 51) can slide backward (be relatively displaced) with respect to the frame body 33 (first rail portion 36). The slidable dimension L4 of the tray 32 corresponds to the distance by which the tray 32 (in other words, the slide member 56) can slide forward (be relatively displaced) with respect to the frame body 33 (second rail portion 37).
[0047] Next, the installation configuration of the storage section 31, tray 32, and frame body 33 in the walker 10 will be described with reference to Fig. 12. Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing the storage section 31, tray 32, and frame body 33 removed from the walker 10.
[0048] 12, the frame body 33 is provided across the vertical frame sections 16 of each frame section 11 in a state in which it supports the storage section 31 and the tray 32. A support section 63 that supports the frame body 33 is provided on the upper end side of each vertical frame section 16. Each support section 63 has an insertion hole 64 through which the vertical frame section 16 is inserted, and is attached to the vertical frame section 16 in a state in which the vertical frame section 16 is inserted into the insertion hole 64.
[0049] Each support portion 63 has a protruding portion 63a that protrudes inward in the left-right direction beyond the vertical frame portion 16. An insertion hole 65 is formed in the protruding portion 63a of each support portion 63, into which the hanging portion 42 of the frame body 33 is inserted. The insertion hole 65 is a hole that opens upward. The hanging portion 42 of the frame body 33 is inserted from above into the insertion hole 65 of each support portion 63. In this way, the frame body 33 is bridged across each support portion 63, and is therefore bridged across each vertical frame portion 16 via each support portion 63.
[0050] Each support portion 63 is provided with a hand-tightened fixing screw 67 that secures hanging portion 42 inserted into insertion hole 65. Hanging portion 42 is secured by this fixing screw 67, thereby fixing frame body 33 to each support portion 63. Furthermore, by loosening fixing screw 67, hanging portion 42 can be removed from insertion hole 65, allowing frame body 33 to be removed from each support portion 63. Frame body 33 is thus detachably attached to each support portion 63, and is in turn detachably attached to each vertical frame portion 16 via each support portion 63. Although not shown, walker 10 can be folded left and right by moving frame portions 11 closer to each other. When folding walker 10, frame body 33 is first removed from each support portion 63 and then folded.
[0051] According to the configuration of this embodiment described above in detail, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
[0052] In the displacement mechanism 60, the slide member 51 is slidable (relatively displaceable) backward (rearward) with respect to the frame body 33, and the slide member 56 is slidable (relatively displaceable) forward (frontward) with respect to the frame body 33. In this case, the slide member 51 can be displaced backward relative to the slide member 56, and the amount of relative displacement can be increased.
[0053] Furthermore, the slide member 51 is provided with a storage section 31, and the slide member 56 is provided with a tray 32. In this case, the storage section 31 can be displaced rearward relative to the tray 32, and the amount of relative displacement can be increased. With this configuration, by displacing the storage section 31 rearward relative to the tray 32, the storage section 31 can be opened over a wide range in the front-to-rear direction. This makes it possible to put items in and take them out not only from the front side of the storage section 31 but also from the back side. Furthermore, when displacing the storage section 31 rearward relative to the tray 32, there is no need to change the orientation of the tray 32, so items can remain on the tray 32. This improves usability when putting items in and taking them out of the storage section 31.
[0054] The storage section 31 is slid rearward relative to the frame body 33, and the tray 32 is slid forward relative to the frame body 33, thereby opening the storage section 31 widely in the front-to-rear direction. In this case, the sliding distance of the tray 32 can be made relatively short, so that the tray 32 can be slid without much strain even when it is slid with an object placed on it.
[0055] The storage section 31 can be slid backward (toward the rear), that is, toward the side where the user is standing, which improves the ease of use of the storage section 31. Moreover, the tray 32 can be slid forward (toward the front), that is, toward the side opposite to the user, which prevents the tray 32 from getting in the way of the user.
[0056] The storage compartment 31 is longer in the front-to-rear direction than in the left-to-right direction. In this case, the storage capacity of the storage compartment 31 can be increased while preventing the left-to-right width of the storage compartment 31, and therefore the left-to-right width of the walker 10, from increasing. Furthermore, if the storage compartment 31 is long in the front-to-rear direction, it may be difficult to put items in and take them out from the back of the storage compartment 31. In this regard, in the above embodiment, because the displacement mechanism 60 is used in this configuration, even if the storage compartment 31 is long in the front-to-rear direction, the storage compartment 31 can be opened over a wide range in the front-to-rear direction. This makes the storage compartment 31 easy to use.
[0057] [Second embodiment] Next, a second embodiment will be described. In the second embodiment, the configuration of the displacement mechanism that allows the storage section 31 and the tray 32 to be relatively displaced in the front-to-rear direction differs from that of the first embodiment. Therefore, the configuration of the displacement mechanism in this embodiment will be described below. Fig. 13 is a perspective view of the walker 10 in this embodiment, seen obliquely from behind. Fig. 14 is a perspective view of the storage section 31 and the tray 32 supported by the frame body 73, seen obliquely from above. Fig. 15 is a perspective view of the frame body 73. In the following description, components common to the first embodiment will be assigned the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment, and their description will be omitted.
[0058] 13, similar to the first embodiment, the walking frame 70 includes a storage section 31, a tray 32, and a frame body 73 that supports the storage section 31 and the tray 32. The frame body 73 corresponds to the "support frame" set forth in claim 4 of the claims.
[0059] As shown in Fig. 14, the storage section 31 and the tray 32 have the same configuration as in the first embodiment. Also, as shown in Fig. 15, the frame body 73 has a configuration in which the second rail sections 37 are removed from the frame body 33 of the first embodiment. The first rail section 75 of the frame body 73 has a configuration similar to the first rail section 36 of the first embodiment. That is, the first rail section 75 is configured to have a flat rail component 76 and a rail component 77 having a Z-shaped cross section, and each of these rail components 76, 77 forms a rail groove 78 (see Fig. 16) that is open to the side.
[0060] The storage section 31 is slidable rearward relative to the frame body 73 (see FIGS. 19 to 21). Meanwhile, the tray 32 is provided in a state in which it is placed on a tray frame 39 of the frame body 73. The tray 32 is disposed through the inside of the tray frame 39, and its flange portion 32c is placed on the tray frame 39. In this way, the tray 32 is provided in a detachable state on the tray frame 39. Furthermore, the tray 32 is disposed above the storage section 31 so as to cover the opening of the storage section 31.
[0061] Next, the configuration related to the sliding movement of the storage section 31 will be described with reference to Figs. 16 to 19. Fig. 16 is an enlarged view of the area within frame C in Fig. 14 as seen from behind. Fig. 17 is a perspective view of the storage section 31 and tray 32 supported by the frame body 73 as seen from diagonally below. Fig. 18 is a perspective view showing a state in Fig. 17 where the storage section 31 has been slid rearward until it is in a half-open state. Fig. 19 is a perspective view showing a state in Fig. 17 where the storage section 31 has been slid rearward until it is in a fully open state.
[0062] 16 to 19, the frame body 73 is provided with a pair of left and right slide members 81 that are each slidable rearward along each first rail portion 75, and a pair of left and right slide members 82 that are each slidable rearward along each slide member 81. Each slide member 81 corresponds to a "third slide member," and each slide member 82 corresponds to a "fourth slide member."
[0063] Each slide member 81 is formed in an elongated shape extending in the front-rear direction. Each slide member 81 is placed on the rail component 76 of the first rail portion 75, and in this placed state, a portion of the slide member 81 is inserted into the rail groove 78 of the first rail portion 75. In this state, each slide member 81 is slidable rearward along the first rail portion 75.
[0064] An elongated hole 84 extending in the front-rear direction is formed in each slide member 81. A hand-tightened screw portion 85 is screwed from below into the rear end side of each rail component 76, and the screw portion 85 is inserted into the elongated hole 84 from below. This makes each slide member 81 guideable (slidable) in the front-rear direction, and the sliding range of each slide member 81 is defined by the elongated hole 84. Note that by removing the screw portion 85, each slide member 81 can be slid rearward and removed from the first rail portion 75.
[0065] Each slide member 82 has the same configuration as the slide member 51 of the first embodiment. Each slide member 82 is placed on the slide member 81 and is capable of sliding rearward along the slide member 81 while placed thereon. Each slide member 82 is formed with an elongated hole 87 extending in the front-to-rear direction. A screw portion 88 is fastened from below to the rear end side of each slide member 81, and the screw portion 88 is inserted into the elongated hole 87 from below. This makes each slide member 82 guideable (slidable) in the front-to-rear direction, and the sliding range of each slide member 82 is defined by the elongated hole 87. A notch 89 is formed on the rear end side of the rail-forming portion 76 to avoid interference with the screw portion 88.
[0066] As described above, each slide member 81 is slidable (relatively displaceable) rearward with respect to the first rail portion 75 (and thus the frame body 73), and each slide member 82 is slidable (relatively displaceable) rearward with respect to the slide member 81. As a result, each slide member 82 is displaceable (relatively displaceable) rearward with respect to the first rail portion 75, and the amount of displacement (relative displacement amount) is large. Furthermore, in this case, when viewed from the perspective of the slide member 81, the slide member 82 is displaceable rearward relative to the slide member 81, and the first rail portion 75 (and thus the frame body 73) is displaceable forward relative to the slide member 81. Therefore, in this case, the slide member 81 corresponds to the "third part," the slide member 82 corresponds to the "first part," and the frame body 73 corresponds to the "second part." Furthermore, the slide members 81, 82 and the frame body 73 constitute a "displacement mechanism 90."
[0067] Each slide member 82 is provided with a storage section 31 that straddles the slide member 82. The storage section 31 is placed on each slide member 82 and attached to the slide member 82 in that placed state. As described above, the slide member 82 is displaceable (slidable) rearward relative to the frame body 73, and therefore, in this case, the storage section 31 is slidable rearward relative to the frame body 73, that is, it is pullable out rearward. Also, in this case, the storage section 31 is slidable rearward relative to the tray 32 provided on the frame body 73 (displaceable relative to the tray 32).
[0068] Next, a method of using the storage section 31 will be described with reference to Fig. 20 and Fig. 21. Fig. 20 is a perspective view showing a state in which the storage section 31 in Fig. 13 has been slid rearward to a half-open state. Fig. 21 is a perspective view showing a state in which the storage section 31 in Fig. 13 has been slid rearward to a fully-open state.
[0069] As shown in Fig. 20, when the storage section 31 is slid (pulled out) about halfway toward the rear, the front side (rear side) of the storage section 31 opens upward. In this case, it becomes possible to put items in and take items out of the front side of the storage section 31. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 21, when the storage section 31 is slid further rearward, almost the entire storage section 31 opens upward. In this case, it becomes possible to put items in and take items out of the rear side of the storage section 31 as well as the front side.
[0070] According to the configuration of this embodiment described above in detail, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
[0071] In the displacement mechanism 90, the slide member 82 is displaceable rearward (rearward) relative to the slide member 81, and the frame body 73 (first rail portion 75) is displaceable forward (frontward) relative to the slide member 81. In this case, the slide member 82 can be displaced rearward relative to the frame body 73, and the amount of relative displacement can be increased.
[0072] Furthermore, the slide member 82 is provided with a storage section 31, and the frame body 73 is provided with a tray 32.
[0073] The slide member 81 is slidable rearward relative to the frame body 73 (first rail portion 75), and the slide member 82 is slidable rearward relative to the slide member 81. The storage section 31 is provided on the slide member 82, and the tray 32 is provided on the frame body 73. With this configuration, the storage section 31 can be opened widely in the front-to-rear direction by sliding the storage section 31 rearward relative to the frame body 73. In this case, there is no need to slide the tray 32, and therefore the storage section 31 can be made easier to use when an item is placed on the tray 32.
[0074] [Other embodiments] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and may be implemented, for example, as follows.
[0075] (1) The configuration in which the storage section 31 and the tray 32 are relatively displaceable in the front-rear direction is not necessarily limited to the configurations of the above-described embodiments. For example, the storage section 31 may be provided (e.g., fixed) to the frame body, and the tray 32 may be configured to be slidable forward relative to the frame body. In this case, a slide member α that is slidable forward relative to the frame body (more specifically, a second rail portion of the frame body) and a slide member β that is slidable forward relative to the slide member α may be provided, and the tray 32 may be mounted on the slide member β.
[0076] In this configuration, when the slide member α is used as a reference, the frame body is displaceable rearward relative to the slide member α, and the slide member β is displaceable forward relative to the slide member α. Therefore, in this case, the frame body can be displaced rearward relative to the slide member β, and the amount of this relative displacement can be increased. Furthermore, since the storage section 31 is provided on the frame body and the tray 32 is provided on the slide member β, the storage section 31 can be displaced rearward relative to the tray 32, and the amount of this relative displacement can be increased. Thus, by displacing the storage section 31 rearward relative to the tray 32 (i.e., by displacing the tray 32 forward relative to the frame body), the storage section 31 can be opened over a wide range in the front-to-rear direction. Therefore, in this case, it is possible to put items in and take items out of the storage section 31 not only on the front side but also on the back side.
[0077] In the above configuration, the slide member α corresponds to the “third part,” the frame body corresponds to the “first part,” and the slide member α corresponds to the “second part.” The slide member α, the slide member β, and the frame body constitute a “displacement mechanism.”
[0078] (2) In the first embodiment, the storage section 31 is slidable forward and the tray 32 is slidable backward. However, this may be reversed, with the storage section 31 slidable backward and the tray 32 slidable forward. In this case, the slide member 51 is slidable forward (toward the front) relative to the frame body 33 (first rail portion 36), and the slide member 56 is slidable backward (toward the rear) relative to the frame body 33 (second rail portion 37). The storage section 31 is provided on the slide member 51, and the tray 32 is provided on the slide member 56. In this case, the front side corresponds to the "first side" and the rear side corresponds to the "second side."
[0079] (3) In the second embodiment, the storage section 31 is slidable rearward. However, the storage section 31 may be slidable forward. In this case, the slide member 81 is slidable forward (toward the front) relative to the frame body 73, and the slide member 82 is slidable forward (toward the front) relative to the slide member 81. The storage section 31 is provided on the slide member 82. In this case, the front side corresponds to the "first side," and the rear side corresponds to the "second side."
[0080] (4) In the above embodiments, the tray 32 is provided as a placement portion above the storage portion 31. However, the placement portion does not necessarily have to be the tray 32, and may be a flat table.
[0081] (5) In each of the above embodiments, the front-to-back length of the storage section 31 and the tray 32 was longer than the left-to-right length, but the front-to-back length may be the same as the left-to-right length, or the front-to-back length may be shorter than the left-to-right length.
[0082] (6) In the above embodiments, the mobility vehicle of the present invention is embodied as the walking frame 10. However, the present invention may be applied to mobility vehicles other than the walking frame 10. For example, the present invention may be applied to a silver cart, a transport cart equipped with a table, a cart for accommodation, a cart for commercial use, a cart for welfare purposes, a cart for medical use, etc. The present invention may also be applied to a shopping cart used when shopping, or a box-shaped cabinet-like piece of furniture with casters.
