Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a deck plate. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, deck plates have been known in which a protruding portion is formed so as to extend from a flat portion in a predetermined direction. In such deck plates, the protruding portion enhances the strength and rigidity of the deck plate in the direction in which the protruding portion extends.

[0003] In such deck plates, if the protruding portion extends to the end of the deck plate, it can interfere and make it difficult to span the deck plate over the beams, or the concrete poured to construct the floor can leak through the opening at the end of the protruding portion. In addition, if the floor or roof is located below the beams, if the protruding portion of the deck plate extends to the end of the deck plate, it can make it difficult to span the deck plate. For these reasons, the end of the protruding portion is sometimes flattened by end-closing.

[0004] As a result of the protruding portions being crushed by such end-closing processing, a bulge is formed at the end of the deck plate due to the crushed protruding portions (see, for example, Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2017-150132 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] In the above-described deck plate, a protrusion caused by the end-closed processing is formed at the end of the deck plate. Therefore, for example, when the deck plate is placed across a beam with the protruding portion facing vertically upward, the protrusion comes into contact with the beam, and as a result, the portion of the end of the deck plate that is fixed to the beam by welding, screws, riveting, adhesive, or the like, i.e., the portion excluding the end-closed portion, floats away from the beam, raising concerns that the deck plate will not be properly fixed to the beam.

[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and one of its objectives is to provide a deck plate that can be properly fixed to a beam regardless of the side from which the protruding portion protrudes. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] (1) The deck plate of the present invention is a deck plate comprising a flat portion and a plurality of protruding portions that protrude from the flat portion to one side in the thickness direction and extend along the flat portion, wherein the ends and vicinity thereof of each of the plurality of protruding portions in the extension direction of the plurality of protruding portions form an end-closed portion including a raised portion that rises in the thickness direction by crushing the end and vicinity thereof, and the outer edge portion of the deck plate includes an inverted portion located between adjacent end-closed portions in the parallel direction in which the plurality of protruding portions are parallel, and the inverted portion is configured to be inverted from one side of the flat portion and the side on which the raised portion rises to the other side in the thickness direction.

[0009] (2): In the deck plate of (1), the outer edge portion of the deck plate may include a mounting portion that is placed on a beam, and the inverted portion may be provided from the end of the deck plate over the entire length of the mounting portion in the extension direction.

[0010] (3) In the deck plate of (2), the inverted portion may be provided over the entire length of the end-closed portion from the end of the deck plate in the extending direction.

[0011] (4): In any of the deck plates (1) to (3), the inverted portion may have a curved edge portion that connects to the end-closed portion and a straight central portion that connects to the edge portion, and the edge portion may be curved so that it moves away from the position of the connection portion where the raised portion and the inverted portion connect in the thickness direction as it moves toward the central portion in the parallel direction.

[0012] (5) In the deck plate according to any one of (1) to (4), the inverted portions may be formed symmetrically when viewed in the extending direction.

[0013] (6): In any of the deck plates (1) to (5), the inverted portion may be provided with a structure that promotes the elasticity of the inverted portion. The structure that promotes the elasticity of the inverted portion may be, for example, a structure that promotes snap-through buckling of the inverted portion, or a structure that promotes inversion of the inverted portion by a phenomenon other than snap-through buckling.

[0014] (7): In any one of the deck plates (1) to (6), the deck plate may be a flat deck.

[0015] (8): In any of the deck plates (1) to (6), the deck plate may have a configuration in which the flat portions, i.e., the valley portions, and the protruding portions, i.e., the peak portions, are formed continuously in the parallel direction. In other words, any of the deck plates (1) to (6) may be a deck plate for a composite slab. [Effects of the Invention]

[0016] According to the present invention, a deck plate is provided that can be appropriately fixed to a beam regardless of the side from which the protruding portion protrudes. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0018] Below, embodiments for implementing a deck plate according to the present invention are illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments illustrated below are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be modified or improved from the following embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In addition, in the accompanying drawings, the dimensions of each component may be exaggerated or reduced, and hatching may be omitted, in order to facilitate understanding.

[0019] (First embodiment) First, a first embodiment will be described. Fig. 1 is a plan view showing a portion of a deck plate 1 according to this embodiment. Specifically, Fig. 1 shows a portion of the deck plate 1 spanning beams 2 as viewed from above in the vertical direction. For convenience, the beams 2 are shown in dashed lines in Fig. 1.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 1, in this embodiment, the entire deck plate 1 extends in an extension direction X and a parallel direction Y perpendicular to the extension direction X, and is formed in a rectangular shape with the extension direction X as the long side direction. However, the deck plate 1 may be formed so that the extension direction X is the short side direction. When the deck plate 1 is placed across the beams 2, the vertical direction corresponds to the thickness direction Z of the deck plate 1 (see FIG. 2, described later), which is perpendicular to both the extension direction X and the parallel direction Y. The thickness of the deck plate 1 is substantially the same throughout the entire deck plate 1. Note that in this specification, "substantially the same" includes cases where the thickness is not the same within a range that is recognized as a manufacturing error, etc.

[0021] The thickness of the deck plate 1 is extremely small compared to the overall length of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X and the overall length of the deck plate 1 in the parallel direction Y. That is, the thickness of the deck plate 1 is extremely thin, for example, about 0.7 mm to 1.6 mm. Furthermore, the deck plate 1 may be formed from steel material such as ordinary steel or stainless steel, or may be formed from steel material that has been subjected to a predetermined plating (for example, zinc plating).

[0022] Fig. 2 is a diagram showing a part of a cross section taken along line A-A in Fig. 1 together with a beam. Fig. 3 is a diagram showing a part of a cut end surface taken along line B-B in Fig. 1 together with a visible line of a rib. Fig. 4 is a diagram showing a part of a cross section taken along line C-C in Fig. 1.

[0023] 1 to 4, the deck plate 1 includes a flat portion 10, a plurality of ribs 20, and an inverted portion 12. In this embodiment, the deck plate 1 may be a so-called flat deck that can be used as a formwork for pouring concrete.

[0024] The flat portion 10 occupies most of the deck plate 1 and is a thin, plate-like portion that extends horizontally when the deck plate 1 is placed across the beams 2. The flat portion 10 extends in the extension direction X and the parallel direction Y.

[0025] Each of the ribs 20 may be formed by bending a single sheet of steel material forming the deck plate 1. Each of the ribs 20 extends along the flat portion 10 over the entire length of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X. The ribs 20 are also arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the parallel direction Y. For convenience, two ribs 20 are shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4, but the number of ribs 20 is not limited. The ribs 20 protrude from the flat portion 10 to one side in the thickness direction Z, excluding both ends in the extension direction X and their vicinity. That is, the ribs 20 are protruding portions that protrude to one side in the thickness direction relative to the flat portion 10. When the deck plate 1 is used as a formwork for pouring concrete, the deck plate 1 may be spanned across the beams 2 so that the side from which the ribs 20 protrude in the thickness direction Z (one side) is vertically downward.

[0026] 4, the main body 25, which is the part of the rib 20 (protruding portion) that protrudes from the flat portion 10 to one side in the thickness direction Z, is formed in a substantially triangular shape in a cross section (cross section taken along line C-C) of the flat portion 10 cut along the thickness direction Z, and includes a connecting portion 22 that connects to the underside 10A of the flat portion 10 (the surface on one side in the thickness direction Z). In the thickness direction Z, the connecting portion 22 is the end of the rib 20 on the flat portion 10 side.

[0027] As shown in Figure 3, at the outer edge 11 of the deck plate 1 in the extending direction X, the end of the rib 20 and the vicinity of that end are folded and crushed to form an end-closed portion 21. That is, the rib 20 (protruding portion) includes a main body portion 25 and an end-closed portion 21. The underside 21A of this end-closed portion 21 is located at position ZP1 in the thickness direction Z, which is substantially the same as the underside 10A of the flat portion 10 (see Figure 4). The position in the thickness direction Z of the above-mentioned connecting portion 22 (the end of the rib 20 on the flat portion 10 side) is also position ZP1.

[0028] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the extending direction X, the end enclosure portion 21 extends over a position at a distance L1 from the end of the deck plate 1. The distance L1 may be, for example, about 50 to 120 mm. In the present embodiment, the region from the end of the deck plate 1 to the distance L1 is defined as the outer edge portion 11 of the deck plate 1. In the extending direction X, the region of the outer edge portion 11 from the end of the deck plate 1 to the middle position of the end enclosure portion 21 is the mounting portion 15. By mounting the mounting portion 15 of the deck plate 1 on the beam 2, the deck plate 1 is spanned over the beam 2. In the extending direction X, the mounting portion 15 extends over a position at a distance L2 (<L1) from the end of the deck plate. The distance L2 may be, for example, about 10 to 100 mm.

[0029] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the end enclosure portion 21 is raised to the other side in the thickness direction Z by folding the steel material portion forming the rib 20 and crushing it toward the other side in the thickness direction Z. In the present embodiment, substantially the entire end enclosure portion 21 is a raised portion 23 that is a portion raised in the thickness direction Z. That is, the end enclosure portion 21 includes the raised portion 23. In the thickness direction Z, the upper surface (the surface on the other side in the thickness direction Z) 23A of the raised portion 23 is substantially flat and is at the position ZP2. That is, in the thickness direction Z, the position ZP2 of the upper surface 23A of the raised portion 23 is on the other side with respect to the position ZP1.

[0030] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the reversing portion 12 is connected to the end of the flat portion 10 in the extending direction X. In FIG. 1, for convenience, the boundary between the reversing portion 12 and the flat portion 10 is shown by a dashed line. Also, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the reversing portion 12 is between the adjacent end enclosure portions 21, 21 in the parallel direction Y. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the reversing portion 12 is connected to the side surface in the parallel direction Y of the raised portion 23 of the end enclosure portion 21.

[0031] When the deck plate 1 is viewed in the extension direction X, i.e., as shown in Figure 3, in this embodiment, the inverted portion 12 is formed symmetrically. Furthermore, the inverted portion 12 in this embodiment includes a pair of edge portions 121, 121 and a linear central portion 122. The central portion 122 extends along the parallel direction Y.

[0032] One of the pair of edge portions 121, 121 is connected to one end of the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y and to the other end of the closed end portion 21 (the side surface of the raised portion 23) on one side of the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y. The other of the pair of edge portions 121, 121 is connected to the other end of the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y and to one end of the closed end portion 21 (the side surface of the raised portion 23) on the other side of the closed end portion 21 on the other side of the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y. Furthermore, a position ZP3 in the thickness direction Z of a connection portion a at which the edge portion 121 and the side surface of the raised portion 23 of the closed end portion 21 are connected is between a position ZP1 of the lower surface 21A of the closed end portion 21 and a position ZP2 of the upper surface 23A of the raised portion 23. In this embodiment, the distance ZD1 (height difference) from position ZP3 to position ZP1 is substantially the same as the distance ZD2 (height difference) from position ZP2 to position ZP3. That is, in this embodiment, the connection portion a is located at substantially the same position as the center of the side surface of the raised portion 23 in the thickness direction Z.

[0033] Each of the edge portions 121, 121 is curved so as to move away from position ZP3 to one side in the thickness direction Z as it approaches the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y. Therefore, in the thickness direction Z, the lower surface 122A of the central portion 122 (the surface on one side in the thickness direction Z) is located at the position furthest to one side in the inverted portion 12. Furthermore, in the thickness direction Z, the lower surface 122A of the central portion 122 is located at substantially the same position ZP1 as the lower surface 21A of the end-closed portion 21 and the lower surface 10A of the flat portion 10, and the upper surface 122B of the central portion 122 is located at substantially the same position as the upper surface of the flat portion 10.

[0034] 1, in this embodiment, the inverted portions 12 are provided in the extension direction X from the end of the deck plate 1 over the entire length of the end-closed portion 21. In other words, the inverted portions 12 are provided over the entire length of the outer edge portion 11 of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X. Therefore, the outer edge portion 11 of the deck plate 1 includes the inverted portions 12 located between the end-closed portions 21, 21 adjacent to each other in the parallel direction Y.

[0035] 1, in this embodiment, slits 13 extending along the parallel direction Y are formed in the reversal portions 12. The number of slits 13 is not particularly limited, but FIG. 1 and other figures show an example in which two slits 13 are formed in each reversal portion 12.

[0036] As described above, the inverted portion 12 on the outer edge 11 of the deck plate 1 includes a central portion 122 whose underside 122A is located at the same position ZP1 as the underside 21A of the end-closed portion 21. For this reason, as shown in Figure 2, when the deck plate 1 is normally used with the rib 20 facing vertically downward and the deck plate 1 is laid across the beam 2, the central portion 122 of the inverted portion 12 comes into surface contact with the beam 2. Therefore, by forming a fixing portion in this central portion 122 by welding or the like, the deck plate 1 can be properly fixed to the beam 2 without interference from the main body 25 or raised portion 23 of the rib 20.

[0037] As described above, the deck plate 1 is made of extremely thin steel and therefore has elasticity. The reversal portion 12 has edge portions 121 on both sides in the parallel direction Y. Each of these edge portions 121, 121 is curved such that its position changes from the connecting portion a to one side in the thickness direction Z as it moves toward the center portion 122 in the parallel direction Y. Therefore, as shown by the dashed line in FIG. 5 , when the center portion 122 of the reversal portion 12 is pressed toward the other side in the thickness direction Z, the elasticity of the steel forming the deck plate 1 causes the reversal portion 12 to revert to the other side (i.e., the side where the raised portion 23 rises) based on the imaginary line VL connecting the connecting portion a on one side and the connecting portion a on the other side in the parallel direction Y. This reversal of the reversal portion 12 may be due to, for example, snap-through buckling. Furthermore, it goes without saying that if the inverted portion 12 that has been inverted to the other side is pressed to one side in the thickness direction Z, the inverted portion 12 will invert to one side (i.e., the side of the flat portion 10) due to a snap-through buckling phenomenon or the like, and return to its original state (the state in which the inverted portion 12 is shown by the solid line in Figure 3).

[0038] As described above, the deck plate 1 comprises a flat, planar portion 10 and a plurality of ribs 20 (protruding portions) that protrude from one side of the flat portion 10 in the thickness direction Z and extend along the flat portion 10. In the deck plate 1, the ends and vicinity of each of the plurality of ribs 20 in the extension direction X along which the ribs 20 extend form end-closed portions 21 that include raised portions 23 that rise in the thickness direction Z when the ends and vicinity thereof are crushed, and the outer edge portion 11 of the deck plate 1 includes reversing portions 12 located between adjacent end-closed portions 21 in the parallel direction Y along which the plurality of ribs 20 are aligned, and the reversing portions 12 are configured to be reversible in the thickness direction Z from one side of the flat portion 10 and the other side of the raised portions 23.

[0039] In addition to the above configuration, in this embodiment, the inverted portions 12 are formed symmetrically when viewed from the extension direction X, and the inverted portions 12 include a pair of edge portions 121 that curve away from the position ZP3 of the connecting portion a in the thickness direction Z as they move toward the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y. This makes it easier for the inverted portions 12 to invert due to snap-through buckling, etc. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the slits 13 extending along the parallel direction Y are formed in the inverted portions 12, which promotes the elasticity of the inverted portions 12 and makes it even easier for the inverted portions 12 to invert due to snap-through buckling, etc.

[0040] As a structure other than the slit 13 that promotes the elasticity of the inverted portion 12, for example, a structure in which a slit is made in the vicinity of the connection portion a of the inverted portion 12 to form a weakened portion can be mentioned. Also, a rotation mechanism that can invert the inverted portion 12 may be provided at the connection portion a.

[0041] However, as long as the inverted portion 12 can be inverted, it does not matter if the inverted portion 12 is not formed symmetrically when viewed from the extension direction X, it does not matter if the inverted portion 12 does not include a pair of edge portions 121 that curve so as to move away from the position ZP3 of the connecting portion a in the thickness direction Z toward the central portion 122 in the parallel direction Y, it does not matter if the inverted portion 12 does not have a slit 13 extending along the parallel direction Y, it does not matter if the extending direction of the slit 13 is not the parallel direction Y, and when a plurality of slits 13 are formed, it does not matter if the plurality of slits 13 do not extend parallel to each other. Furthermore, as long as the inverted portion 12 can be inverted, it does not matter if the inverted portion 12 does not have a structure that promotes elasticity, such as the slit 13.

[0042] Furthermore, as described above, the reversal portion 12 is provided in the extension direction X from the end of the deck plate 1 along the entire length of the end-closed portion 21, so that the reversal portion 12 of this embodiment snaps through and buckles along approximately the entire length of the outer edge portion 11 of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X.

[0043] Now consider the case where the deck plate is used upside down, that is, where the deck plate is placed over the beam 2 with the ribs facing vertically upward. When used upside down, the raised portion of the end-closed portion faces vertically downward, so with a normal deck plate, the raised portion would come into contact with the beam 2, and the flat portion of the outer edge of the deck plate, i.e., the portion between the end-closed portions 21, 21 in the parallel direction Y, would be floating above the beam 2 in the thickness direction Z.

[0044] In contrast, with the deck plate 1, the inverted portion 12 is inverted as described above. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, when the deck plate 1 is used upside down, if the inverted portion 12 is pressed toward the other side in the thickness direction Z (the side where the raised portion 23 is raised), the inverted portion 12 is inverted toward the other side (for example, by snap-through buckling) by approximately a distance ZD1 from the imaginary line VL, which is located at position ZP3 in the thickness direction Z. Also, as described above, the distance ZD1 is substantially the same as the distance ZD2 in the thickness direction Z from position ZP2 to position ZP3. Therefore, by inverting the inverted portion 12 as described above, the central portion 122 of the inverted portion 12 is located at substantially the same position in the thickness direction Z as the upper surface 23A of the raised portion 23, i.e., position ZP2. Therefore, when using the deck plate 1 upside down, by inverting the reversible portion 12 and then bridging the deck plate 1 across the beam 2, the central portion 122 can be brought into surface contact with the beam 2 without interference from the raised portion 23. Therefore, by forming a fixing portion in this central portion 122, the deck plate 1 can be properly fixed to the beam 2 even when used upside down.

[0045] As described above, the deck plate 1 can be appropriately fixed to the beam regardless of the side from which the protruding portion protrudes.

[0046] In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the reversal portion 12 is provided in the extension direction X from the end of the deck plate 1 over the entire length of the end-closed portion 21. However, the reversal portion 12 may also be provided from the end of the deck plate 1 over the entire length of the placing portion 15. Even in this case, because the reversal portion 12 is provided over the entire length of the placing portion 15, the center portion 122 of the reversal portion 12 can be in surface contact with the beam 2 in both normal use and reverse use.

[0047] Furthermore, the reversal portion 12 may be provided extending to a position further inward than the outer edge 11 of the deck plate 1. For example, the reversal portion 12 may be provided along the entire length of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X. When the reversal portion 12 extends along the entire length of the deck plate 1 in the extension direction X, the central portion 122 of the reversal portion 12 functions as the flat portion of the deck plate 1. Alternatively, the reversal portion 12 may be provided along the extension direction X from the end of the deck plate 1 to a position slightly shifted toward the end of the deck plate 1 relative to the inner edge of the placement portion 15. In other words, the length of the reversal portion 12 in the extension direction X may be slightly shorter than the length of the placement portion 15.

[0048] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiment, an example was described in which the position of the inverted portion 12 in the thickness direction Z before inversion was position ZP1. However, the position of the inverted portion 12 in the thickness direction Z before inversion may also be position ZP2. In this case, when the deck plate 1 is used in reverse, the inverted portion 12 can be properly fixed to the beam 2 without being inverted. On the other hand, when the deck plate 1 is used normally, the inverted portion 12 can be properly fixed to the beam 2 by inverting it to one side in the thickness direction Z (the side of the flat portion 10).

[0049] (Second embodiment) Next, a second embodiment will be described. Fig. 6 is a perspective view showing a portion of a deck plate 200 according to this embodiment.

[0050] As shown in Figure 6, the entire deck plate 200 extends in an extension direction X and a parallel direction Y perpendicular to the extension direction X, and is formed in a rectangular shape with the extension direction X as the long side direction. However, as in the first embodiment, the deck plate may be formed so that the extension direction X is the short side direction. When the deck plate 200 is spanned across beams, the vertical direction corresponds to the thickness direction Z of the deck plate 200, which is perpendicular to both the extension direction X and the parallel direction Y of the deck plate 200. Note that for convenience, the beams are not shown in Figure 6.

[0051] The thickness of the deck plate 200 is substantially the same throughout the entire deck plate 200 and is extremely small compared to the overall length of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X and the overall length of the deck plate 200 in the parallel direction Y. In other words, the thickness of the deck plate 200 may be extremely thin, for example, approximately 0.8 mm to 6.0 mm. Furthermore, the deck plate 200 may be formed from steel material such as ordinary steel or stainless steel, or may be formed from steel material that has been subjected to a predetermined plating (for example, zinc plating).

[0052] The deck plate 200 includes a valley portion 210, which is a flat portion, a peak portion 220, which is a protruding portion, and an inverted portion 212. The inverted portion 212 is connected to an end portion 210E of the valley portion 210 in the extension direction X. In other words, the end portion 210E forms the boundary between the valley portion 210 and the inverted portion 212. For convenience, the end portion 210E is shown by a dashed line in FIG. 6. The deck plate 200 has a shape in which the valley portions 210 and the peak portions 220 are provided alternately and continuously in the parallel direction Y. The deck plate 200 may be used to form a concrete slab by being integrated with concrete.

[0053] Each of the plurality of valleys 210 is a thin plate-like portion that extends horizontally when the deck plate 200 is placed across a beam. The valleys 210 extend in the extension direction X and the parallel direction Y.

[0054] Each of the multiple peaks 220 may be formed by bending a single sheet of steel material forming the deck plate 200. Each of the multiple peaks 220 extends along the valleys 210 over the entire length of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X. Furthermore, two peaks 220 are adjacent to each other in the parallel direction Y, with one valley 210 interposed between them. For convenience, FIG. 6 shows two peaks 220 and one valley 210 between the two peaks 220, but the number of peaks 220 and the number of valleys 210 are not limited. The peaks 220 protrude from the valleys 210 to one side in the thickness direction Z, except for both end portions and their vicinities in the extension direction X. In other words, the peaks 220 are protruding portions that protrude to one side in the thickness direction relative to the valleys 210 (flat portions). When the deck plate 200 is used to form a concrete slab, the deck plate 200 may be placed across a beam so that the side (one side) from which the peaks 220 protrude in the thickness direction Z is vertically upward. However, with the deck plate 200, it is also possible to place the deck plate 200 across a beam so that the side (one side) from which the peaks 220 protrude in the thickness direction Z is vertically downward. Figure 6 shows an example in which the deck plate 200 is oriented so that the side (one side) from which the peaks 220 protrude in the thickness direction Z is vertically upward.

[0055] The main body 225, which is a portion of the peak 220 (protrusion) that protrudes from the valley 210, is formed to have an isosceles trapezoidal shape when viewed in the extension direction X. That is, the main body 225 includes an apex 225A parallel to the valley 210 and a pair of side portions 225B, 225B that slope away from each other in the parallel direction Y toward the other side in the thickness direction Z. The connecting portion 222 is a portion where the valley 210 is connected to the other end of each of the pair of side portions 225B, 225B in the thickness direction Z (the end opposite to the apex 225A side). In the thickness direction Z, the connecting portion 222 is an end of the peak 220 (protrusion) on the valley 210 (flat portion) side.

[0056] Note that various grooves and embossments may be formed in the peak portion 220 to further strengthen the integration with the concrete. Fig. 6 shows an example in which a groove 226 extending in the extension direction X is formed in the peak portion 225A, and a plurality of embossments 232 are formed in the side portion 225B. Although not shown, various grooves and embossments may also be formed in the valley portion 210 to further strengthen the integration with the concrete.

[0057] At the outer edge 211 of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X, the ends of the peaks 220 and the vicinity thereof are crushed to form closed-end portions 221. That is, the peaks 220 (protruding portions) include a main body 225 and the closed-end portions 221. The closed-end portions 221 include a flat plate portion 227, a side wall portion 223, an inclined surface 230, and an inclined side wall 231. The flat plate portion 227, the side wall portion 223, the inclined surface 230, and the inclined side wall 231 are formed when the ends of the main body 225 and the vicinity thereof are crushed by, for example, rolling.

[0058] The flat plate portion 227 is a portion that is deformed into a flat plate shape extending in the extension direction X and the parallel direction Y by crushing the end portion of the main body portion 225 and its vicinity. The flat plate portion 227 extends in the extension direction X from the end portion of the deck plate 200 toward the main body portion 225. Furthermore, the flat plate portion 227 may be formed with an embossed portion 229 for removing wrinkles (e.g., rolling wrinkles) that occur when the end portion of the main body portion 225 and its vicinity are crushed.

[0059] The inclined surface 230 is a plate-like portion that is deformed into an inclined shape by crushing the end portion and its vicinity of the main body portion 225. In the extension direction X, the inclined surface 230 is connected to the end portion of the flat plate portion 227 on the main body portion 225 side. The inclined surface 230 is inclined toward the main body portion 225 side in the extension direction X and toward one side in the thickness direction Z, and is connected to the top portion 225A of the main body portion 225.

[0060] The side wall portion 223 is a wall-like portion formed by crushing the end portion and its vicinity of the main body portion 225. The side wall portion 223 rises from both ends of the flat plate portion 227 in the parallel direction Y to one side in the thickness direction Z. That is, the end-closed portion 221 includes the side wall portion 223, which is a raised portion that rises in the thickness direction Z when the end portion and its vicinity of the ridge portion 220 (protruding portion) are crushed. The side wall portion 223 extends from the end portion of the deck plate 200 toward the main body portion 225 in the extension direction X for a predetermined distance Dx. This distance Dx is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 50 mm or more and 85 mm or less.

[0061] The inclined side wall 231 is a portion that is deformed into an inclined wall shape by crushing the end of the main body portion 225 and its vicinity. The inclined side wall 231 starts from the end of the side wall portion 223 on the main body portion 225 side and is inclined toward the main body portion 225 in the extension direction X and toward one side in the thickness direction Z. The inclined side wall 231 is connected to the end of the top portion 225A of the main body portion 225 in the parallel direction Y.

[0062] In the thickness direction Z, the flat portion 227 of the end-closed portion 221, the valley portion 210, and the connecting portion 222, which is the end of the peak portion 220 (protruding portion) on the valley portion 210 (flat portion) side, are all located at position ZP11, which is substantially the same position. Also, the peak portion 223A (the end opposite to the flat portion 227 side) of the side wall portion 223 in the thickness direction Z is located at position ZP12 on one side of position ZP11.

[0063] The inverted portion 212 is located between the adjacent closed end portions 221 in the parallel direction Y. Furthermore, the inverted portion 212 is connected to the side wall portion 223, which is a raised portion of the closed end portion 221.

[0064] In this embodiment, the inverted portion 212 is formed symmetrically when the deck plate 200 is viewed in the extension direction X. Furthermore, the inverted portion 212 in this embodiment includes a pair of edge portions 212A, 212A and a linear center portion 212B. The center portion 212B extends linearly along the parallel direction Y.

[0065] One of the pair of edge portions 212A, 212A is connected to one end of the central portion 212B in the parallel direction Y and to the other end (the raised side wall portion 223) of the closed end portion 221 on one side of the inverted portion 212 in the parallel direction Y. The other of the pair of edge portions 212A, 212A is connected to the other end of the central portion 212B in the parallel direction Y and to one end (the raised side wall portion 223) of the closed end portion 221 on the other side of the inverted portion 212 in the parallel direction Y. Furthermore, position ZP13 in the thickness direction of connection portion a where the edge portion 212A and the side wall portion 223 (raised portion) of the closed end portion 221 are connected is between position ZP11 of the flat portion 227 of the closed end portion 221 and position ZP12 of the apex 223A of the side wall portion 223. In this embodiment, the distance (height difference) from position ZP13 to position ZP11 is substantially the same as the distance (height difference) from position ZP12 to position ZP13. That is, in this embodiment, in the thickness direction Z, the connection portion a is located at substantially the same position as the center of the side wall portion 223.

[0066] Each of the edge portions 212A, 212A is curved so as to move away from position ZP13 in the thickness direction Z toward the central portion 212B in the parallel direction Y. Therefore, in the thickness direction Z, the central portion 212B is located at the position furthest to the other side in the inverted portion 212. Furthermore, in the thickness direction Z, the central portion 212B is located at position ZP11 which is substantially the same as the flat portion 227 and the valley portion 210 of the end-closed portion 221.

[0067] In this embodiment, the inverted portion 212 is provided in the extension direction X over a distance longer than the above-mentioned distance Dx from the end of the deck plate 200. More specifically, in the extension direction X, the inverted portion 212 extends from the end of the deck plate 200 to the end 210E of the valley portion 210. In this embodiment, the length of the outer edge portion 211 in the extension direction is longer than the distance Dx, and the end 210E is the inner edge of the outer edge portion 211. Therefore, in this embodiment, the outer edge portion 211 of the deck plate 200 includes the inverted portion 212. In the extension direction X, the section from the end of the deck plate 200 to a part of the outer edge portion 211, or the entire outer edge portion 211, may be placed on a beam. In other words, the outer edge portion 211 of the deck plate 200 includes a placing portion that is placed on a beam.

[0068] However, the reversal portion 212 may be provided over a distance Dx from the end of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X, or over a distance shorter than the distance Dx from the end of the deck plate 200. The reversal portion 212 may also be provided over the entire length of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X. When the reversal portion 212 is provided over the entire length of the deck plate 200 in the extension direction X, the central portion 212B of the reversal portion 212 functions as a flat portion of the deck plate 200.

[0069] Although not shown in FIG. 6, a structure for promoting elasticity, such as the slit 13, may be formed in the inverted portion 212, as in the first embodiment.

[0070] As described above, the inverted portion 212 at the outer edge 211 of the deck plate 200 includes a central portion 212B that is located at the same position ZP11 as the flat portion 227 of the end-closed section 221. For this reason, when the deck plate 200 is normally used across a beam with the peaks 220 (protruding portions) facing vertically upward, the central portion 212B of the lowermost inverted portion 212 of the deck plate 200 comes into surface contact with the beam. For this reason, by forming a fixing portion at this central portion 212B by welding or the like, the deck plate 200 can be properly fixed to the beam without interference from the main body 225, side wall 223, and inclined side wall 231 of the peaks 220.

[0071] As described above, the deck plate 200 is formed from extremely thin steel and therefore has elasticity. Furthermore, as described above, the reversal portion 212 has edge portions 212A on both sides in the parallel direction Y. Each of these edge portions 212A, 212A is curved such that its position changes from the connecting portion a to the other side in the thickness direction Z as it approaches the central portion 212B in the parallel direction Y. Therefore, when the central portion 122 of the reversal portion 212 is pressed to one side in the thickness direction Z, the elasticity of the steel forming the deck plate 200 causes the reversal portion 212 to reverse to one side (i.e., the side where the raised side wall portion 223 rises) based on a virtual line (not shown) connecting the connecting portion a on one side and the connecting portion a on the other side in the parallel direction Y. This reversal of the reversal portion 212 may be due to, for example, snap-through buckling. Furthermore, it goes without saying that if the inverted portion 212 that has been inverted to one side is pressed to the other side in the thickness direction Z, the inverted portion 212 will invert to the other side (i.e., the side of the valley portion 210, which is the flat portion) due to a phenomenon such as snap-through buckling and return to its original state.

[0072] As described above, the deck plate 200 includes valley portions 210, which are flat portions, and peak portions 220, which are multiple protrusions that protrude to one side of the valley portions 210 in the thickness direction Z and extend along the valley portions 210. In the deck plate 200, the ends and vicinity of each of the multiple peak portions 220 in the extension direction X in which the multiple peak portions 220 extend are crushed to form end-closed portions 221 that include sidewall portions 223 that rise in the thickness direction Z, and the outer edge portion 211 of the deck plate 200 includes reversal portions 212 that are located between adjacent end-closed portions 221 in the parallel direction Y in which the multiple peak portions 220 are parallel, and the reversal portions 212 are configured to be reversible in the thickness direction Z from one side of the valley portions 210 (flat portions) to the other side of the side where the sidewall portions 223 (rising portions) rise.

[0073] Now consider the case where a deck plate is used upside down, i.e., where the deck plate is placed over a beam with the peaks facing vertically downward. When used upside down, the raised side walls of the end-closed sections face vertically downward, so with a normal deck plate, the side walls come into contact with the beam, and the flat section of the outer edge of the deck plate, i.e., the section between the end-closed sections 221, 221 in the parallel direction Y, is raised above the beam in the thickness direction Z.

[0074] In contrast, with the deck plate 200, as described above, when the deck plate 200 is used upside down, pressing the inverted portion 212 to one side in the thickness direction Z (the side where the side wall portion 223 rises) causes the inverted portion 212 to invert to one side (for example, by snap-through buckling) with respect to the imaginary line at which its position in the thickness direction Z is ZP13. Also, as described above, the distance in the thickness direction Z from position ZP11 to position ZP13 is substantially the same as the distance in the thickness direction Z from position ZP12 to position ZP13 of the top 223A of the side wall portion 223. Therefore, by inverting the inverted portion 212 as described above, the center portion 212B of the inverted portion 212 is in substantially the same position in the thickness direction Z as the top 223A of the side wall portion 223, i.e., position ZP12. Therefore, when using deck plate 200 upside down, by inverting inverted portion 212 and then spanning deck plate 200 across a beam, center portion 212B can be brought into surface contact with the beam without interference from side wall portion 223. Therefore, by forming a fixing portion in center portion 212B, deck plate 200 can be properly fixed to the beam even when used upside down.

[0075] As described above, the deck plate 200 can be appropriately fixed to the beam regardless of the side from which the protruding portion protrudes.

[0076] As described in the first embodiment, as long as the inverted portion 212 is capable of snap-through buckling, the inverted portion 212 does not have to be formed symmetrically when viewed from the extension direction X, and the inverted portion 212 does not have to include a pair of edge portions 212A, 212A that curve away from position ZP11 in the thickness direction Z as it goes toward the central portion 212B in the parallel direction Y.

[0077] Although the present invention has been described above using the above-mentioned embodiment as an example, the present invention is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art can appropriately modify the deck plate of the present invention in accordance with conventional knowledge. As long as such modifications still comprise the configuration of the present invention, they are of course included in the scope of the present invention. [Explanation of symbols]
