Abstract
Description
[Technical Field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a hose auxiliary device for covering a curved portion of a hose. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, when fluid is circulated through a flexible, flattenable hose such as a fire hose, in order to smoothly bend and position the cylindrically expanded hose without kinking, support plates are placed along the inside and outside of the bent portion of the hose when it is bent, and the hose is secured to the support plates with a belt, as described in Non-Patent Document 1. In this configuration, by attaching support plates as hose auxiliary devices to parts of the bent portion of the hose that may locally hit or rub against the ground, damage to the hose can be effectively prevented. [Prior art documents] [Non-patent literature]
[0003] [Non-Patent Document 1] Construction Management Technology, May 2009 issue (pages 60-66) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] In the configuration described in Non-Patent Document 1, the hose auxiliary tool was a fixed tool that matched the curved shape of the hose, so if it was desired to attach the hose auxiliary tool to the inside of the curved part of the hose and the outside of the curved part, it was necessary to prepare two separate hose auxiliary tools, one for attachment to the inside of the hose diameter and one for attachment to the outside of the hose diameter.
[0005] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a hose auxiliary tool that can be used for both attachment to the inside of the curved portion of the hose and attachment to the outside of the curved portion. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The hose auxiliary device of the present invention comprises a plurality of hose holding members that are arranged to align with the hose at adjustable intervals in the extension direction of the hose within the range in which the curvature of the hose is desired to be maintained, and a connecting member that connects adjacent hose holding members in the extension direction of the hose, wherein the connecting member allows the width of the adjustable interval to change depending on the curvature of the hose and prevents the adjustable interval from widening beyond a certain level.
[0007] With this configuration, whether the hose is attached to the inside or outside diameter of the curved area, the connecting member regulates the adjustment spacing between adjacent hose holding members, allowing it to be wider on the outside diameter of the hose curve and narrower on the inside diameter depending on the curvature of the hose, so the overall shape is variable and can accommodate both cases.
[0008] Furthermore, in the hose auxiliary device, the hose holding member has a bottom surface portion that abuts against the outer surface of the hose at a radially inner position or a radially outer position in the direction of the radius of curvature of the curve, and a side surface portion that abuts against the outer surface of the hose at a position that is perpendicular to the radially inner position or the radially outer position in a cross section of the hose, and the connecting member may be provided with respect to the side surface between the radially inner end and the radially outer end based on the hose curve so that the width of the adjustment gap on the radially inner side and the radially outer side of the connecting member can be changed.
[0009] According to this configuration, the connection members provided on the side surfaces of the hose holding members make it possible to easily change the adjustment distance between the hose holding members on the radially inner and outer sides.
[0010] The hose holding members adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose may abut against each other at positions radially inward of the connecting member in terms of the hose curvature standard when the connecting member performs the restriction.
[0011] According to this configuration, the curvature of the hose is determined in accordance with the curvature determined by the positional relationship between the hose holding members on the radially inner side, in addition to the restriction by the connecting member.
[0012] The connecting member may have a connecting piece that spans the side portion of each of the hose holding members adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose and is rotatable relative to each of the side portions, and a regulating piece that is attached to each of the hose holding members adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose and abuts against the connecting piece, thereby regulating the rotation range of the connecting piece.
[0013] According to this configuration, the adjustment interval can be restricted using two types of members.
[0014] The connecting piece may be a flat strip-like body arranged along each of the side portions and rotatably relative to each of the side portions, and the regulating piece may be an abutment portion made from a part of a plate material and have an abutment portion formed to protrude from the side portion, and a pair of the abutment portions may be formed on the inner and outer diameter sides of the connecting piece based on the hose curvature, and the regulation may be achieved by the end edge of the connecting piece abutting one of the pair of abutment portions.
[0015] According to this configuration, it is possible to use common materials for the connecting members and to achieve a simple structure. [Effects of the Invention]
[0016] As described above, according to the present invention, a hose auxiliary tool can be provided that can be used for both attachment to the inside of the curved portion of the hose and attachment to the outside of the curved portion. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] A hose auxiliary device according to one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8. The hose auxiliary device 1 assists in bending a hose 2. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hose auxiliary device 1 includes a plurality of hose holding members 3 arranged along the hose 2 at an adjustment interval I in the extension direction so as to follow the range of curvature of the hose 2 that is desired to be maintained, and a connecting member 4 connecting adjacent hose holding members 3 in the extension direction of the hose 2. This hose auxiliary device 1 is provided with four hose holding members 3. The hose auxiliary device 1 is fixed to the hose 2 by a belt (not shown). This belt may be integral with or separate from the hose holding members 3. Hereinafter, the lower side in FIG. 3, i.e., the side where the bottom surface portion 30 of the hose holding member 3 is provided, will be referred to as the lower side of the hose auxiliary device 1, and the upper side in FIG. 3, i.e., the side opposite to the side where the bottom surface portion 30 of the hose holding member 3 is provided, will be referred to as the upper side of the hose auxiliary device 1.
[0019] 5 and 6, the hose 2 is a tubular hose for passing a fluid. For example, the hose 2 may be a drainage or fire hose through which water or fire extinguishing liquid passes during drainage or fire extinguishing, or an air hose through which gas passes.
[0020] 3, the hose holding member 3 is a member in which the hose 2 is placed. The hose holding member 3 is made of resin such as CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastics). The hose holding member 3 has a cylindrical shape split in half.
[0021] 8, the cross-sectional shape of the hose holding member 3 is substantially U-shaped. In this embodiment, the hose holding member 3 has a bottom surface portion 30 and a side surface portion 31. The hose holding member 3 has the side surface portions 31 provided at two locations on both sides of the bottom surface portion 30 in the lateral direction. Furthermore, the cross-sectional shape of the hose holding member 3 is such that the upper portion is wider than the lower portion. Here, the lower side of the hose holding member 3 is the side closer to the bottom surface portion 30, and the upper side of the hose holding member 3 is the side farther from the bottom surface portion 30. The hose holding member 3 may also be configured so that the side surface portion 31 is provided at one location on one side of the bottom surface portion 30. In other words, the cross-sectional shape of the hose holding member 3 may be substantially J-shaped.
[0022] The bottom surface portion 30 abuts against the hose 2 (the hose 2 in a state where water is flowing, etc.; the same applies hereinafter). As shown in Figs. 5 and 6, the bottom surface portion 30 abuts against an outer surface 20 at a radially inner position or an outer surface 21 at a radially outer position of the hose 2 in the direction of the curvature radius of the curve. Note that Figs. 5 and 6 illustrate only two hose holding members 3 of the hose auxiliary device 1. Specifically, when the hose auxiliary device 1 is disposed on the radially inner side of the hose 2 based on the curvature of the hose 2, the bottom surface portion 30 abuts against the outer surface 20 at a radially inner position of the hose 2 in the direction of the curvature radius of the curve (see Fig. 5). When the hose auxiliary device 1 is disposed on the radially outer side of the hose 2 based on the curvature of the hose 2, the bottom surface portion 30 abuts against the outer surface 21 at a radially outer position of the hose 2 in the direction of the curvature radius of the curve (see Fig. 6).
[0023] 3, the upper surface 300 of the bottom surface portion 30 is a curved surface (a curved surface that is convex downward) whose cross-sectional shape can fit along the outer surfaces 20, 21 of the hose 2. The lower surface 301 of the bottom surface portion 30 is a flat surface so that the hose auxiliary tool 1 can be placed on a horizontal surface.
[0024] The side surface portion 31 abuts against the hose 2 from the lateral direction. At least a portion of the side surface portion 31 abuts against the outer surfaces 22, 23 at positions (lateral positions) that are perpendicular in a cross section of the hose 2 to the radially inner or outer positions in the direction of the radius of curvature of the curve when the hose 2 is bent (see FIG. 3). In this embodiment, the side surface portion 31 has a pair of side surface main body portions 32 that extend upward from both lateral ends of the bottom surface portion 30 (coinciding with both ends of the lower surface 301), and a pair of flange portions 33 that extend radially outward from the upper ends of the pair of side surface main body portions 32.
[0025] 4, the side surface main body portion 32 has a first portion 321 extending upward from both lateral ends of the bottom surface portion 30 so as to widen, a second portion 322 extending laterally radially outward from the upper end of the first portion 321, a third portion 323 extending directly upward from the radially outer edge of the second portion 322, and a fourth portion 324 extending upward from the upper end of the third portion 323. In addition, the side surface main body portion 32 is provided with a rib 320 whose thickness is increased by protruding radially outward.
[0026] An upper surface 3210 of the first portion 321 is a curved surface (a curved surface that is convex downward) that conforms to the hose 2 and is continuous with an upper surface 300 of the bottom portion 30. An inner surface 3240 of the fourth portion 324 is a curved surface (a curved surface that is convex radially outward) that can conform to the outer surfaces 22, 23 of the hose 2. A space S that expands away from the outer surface of the hose 2 to be stored is defined by the upper surface 3220 of the second portion 322, which is a substantially horizontal surface, and the inner surface 3230 of the third portion 323, which is a substantially vertical surface of the second portion 322.
[0027] Two through holes 3231 are provided in the center in the up-down direction of the third portion 323, penetrating through the thickness direction of the third portion 323. The two through holes 3231 are provided at one end and the other end of the third portion 323 in the cylindrical axis direction.
[0028] 4 and 8, the ribs 320 extend upward from the base end of the first portion 321 of the side surface main body portion 32 to the extending end of the fourth portion 324, and three ribs 320 are provided on each side surface main body portion 32. Two of the three ribs 320 are provided at one end and the other end in the axial direction of the side surface main body portion 32, and the remaining rib 320 is provided in the center in the axial direction of the side surface main body portion 32. The rib 320 reinforces the side surface main body portion 32.
[0029] The flange portion 33 is used as a handle when carrying the hose auxiliary tool 1. In this embodiment, the upper and lower ends of the hose holding member 3 in the extension direction of the hose 2 are chamfered to form chamfered portions 34.
[0030] The connecting member 4 allows the width of the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3 to change in accordance with the curvature of the curve of the hose 2, and restricts the adjustment interval I from widening beyond a certain level (see Figures 5 and 6). With this configuration, whether the hose holding members 3 are attached to the radially inner side or the radially outer side of the curved range of the hose 2, the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3 can be made wider on the radially outer side of the curve of the hose 2 and narrower on the radially inner side in accordance with the curvature of the curve of the hose 2 by the restriction of the connecting member 4. Therefore, the overall shape of the hose auxiliary device 1 is variable, and the ability to restrict the angular relationship between the hose holding members 3 allows it to be used in both radially outer and radially inner installation cases.
[0031] 5 and 6, all of the hose holding members 3 of the hose auxiliary device 1 may be curved as a whole, or some of the hose holding members 3 may be curved and the remaining hose holding members may be curved in a different direction. In this way, the hose auxiliary device 1 has a wavy shape, which allows it to appropriately accommodate uneven conditions in the location where the hose 2 is placed. Furthermore, the number of hose holding members 3 provided on the hose auxiliary device 1 may be two, three, five or more, but three or more is preferable from the perspective of appropriately accommodating uneven conditions in the location where the hose 2 is placed.
[0032] Conventional hose auxiliary devices have a fixed shape that matches the curved shape of the hose, making it difficult to store multiple hose auxiliary devices compactly, even when stacked one on top of the other. In contrast, in the hose auxiliary device 1 of this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the hose holding member 3 is wider at the top (see FIG. 8), and the hose auxiliary device 1 can be made straight and not curved (see FIG. 1), which saves space when storing the hose auxiliary device 1.
[0033] Specifically, the width W2 of the lower part of the hose holding member 3 (the side surface portion 31 and the pair of first portions 321) is smaller than the width W1 of the upper end E of the opening of the hose holding member 3 (see FIG. 3). Therefore, with this hose holding member 3, when the hose auxiliary devices 1 are stacked, the side surface portion 31 and the pair of first portions 321 of one hose holding member 3 are positioned below the upper end E of the opening of the other hose holding member 3. Note that the hose auxiliary devices 1 may be stacked not only with the hose auxiliary devices 1 straight, but also in the curved state shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
[0034] In this embodiment, one connecting member 4 is provided on each side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3 (see FIG. 3). The connecting members 4 are provided on the side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3 between the radially inner end and the radially outer end of the hose when the hose is bent, so that the width of the adjustment gap I on the radially inner side and the radially outer side of the connecting members 4 can be changed (see FIGS. 5 and 6). With this configuration, the connecting members 4 provided on the side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3 make it possible to easily change the adjustment gap I on the radially inner side and the radially outer side between the hose holding members 3.
[0035] As shown in FIG. 2 , the connection member 4 includes a connection piece 5 that spans the side surface 31 of each of the hose holding members 3 adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose 2 and is rotatable relative to each of the side surface portions 31, and a restriction piece 6 that is attached to each of the hose holding members 3 adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose 2 and abuts against the connection piece 5 to restrict the rotation range of the connection piece 5. As shown in FIG. 4 , the connection member 4 is fixed to the hose holding member 3 with a bolt B, a nut N, and a washer W. The fixing strength of the connection piece 5, the restriction piece 6, and the bolt B, the nut N, and the washer W is set to withstand the weight of the hose 2 in a water-passing state. With this configuration, the adjustment interval I can be restricted using two types of members (the connection piece 5 and the restriction piece 6). The bolt B, the nut N, and the washer W do not necessarily have to be fixed in the order shown in FIG. 4 , and this is not a limitation. For example, the washer W may be fixed adjacent to the bolt B.
[0036] The connection piece 5 is a flat, band-like body, specifically an oval flat plate. The connection piece 5 is disposed along each side surface portion 31 and is rotatable relative to each side surface portion 31. The connection piece 5 is provided with two through holes 50 that penetrate the connection piece 5 in the thickness direction.
[0037] The connecting piece 5 is fixed to the side surface portion 31 on which the restricting piece 6 is provided by a bolt B inserted through the through hole 50 in the thickness direction of the connecting piece 5. The connecting piece 5 is rotatable relative to the side surface portion 31 around the axis of the bolt B. The connecting piece 5 is made of a metal such as stainless steel (SUS). In this embodiment, the head of the bolt B is disposed in a space S defined by an upper surface 3220 of the second portion 322 and an inner surface 3230 of the third portion 323 (see FIGS. 3 and 8). This prevents the bolt B from interfering with the hose 2. Furthermore, the portion of the bolt B that protrudes into the hose holding member 3 (the head of the bolt B in this embodiment) is covered with a protective member (such as a coating resin or tape). This prevents the hose 2 held by the hose holding member 3 from being damaged even if this portion of the bolt B hits the hose 2. The bolt B does not necessarily need to be provided with a protective member.
[0038] The regulating piece 6 has an abutment portion 60 made from a part of a plate material, and has the abutment portion 60 formed so as to protrude from the side surface portion 31 when attached to the hose holding member 3 (see FIG. 4). The regulating piece 6 is made of a metal such as SUS (stainless steel). The regulating piece 6 is made of the remaining part of the plate material other than the part that forms the abutment portion 60, and has an attachment portion 61 that is attached to the side surface portion 31. In this manner, the regulating piece 6 is formed by bending a single piece of plate material. In this embodiment, the regulating piece 6 is provided on a rib 320 of the side surface portion 31 (specifically, the rib 320 provided at the end of the side surface main body portion 32 in the cylindrical axis direction).
[0039] The attachment portion 61 includes a first attachment portion 611 shaped to fit the side surface portion 31 , and a second attachment portion 612 extending from the first attachment portion 611 in the thickness direction of the side surface portion 31 .
[0040] The first mounting portion 611 has a flat plate shape, specifically, a rectangular plate shape that is long in the vertical direction. The first mounting portion 611 has one through-hole 613 that penetrates the first mounting portion 611 in the thickness direction. When the connecting member 4 is in an assembled state, the connecting piece 5 is arranged on the first mounting portion 611 so that the through-hole 613 overlaps the through-hole 50 of the connecting piece 5 and the through-hole 3231 of the hose holding member 3, and a bolt B is inserted through these through-holes 3231, 50, and 613. The diameter of the through-hole 50 is larger than the outer diameter of the bolt B to a degree that allows play to allow insertion of the bolt B. In this embodiment, the first mounting portion 611 is provided along the outer surface of a rib 320 provided at the end of the side main body portion 32 in the cylindrical axis direction.
[0041] The second attachment portion 612 is in the shape of a flat plate, specifically a rectangular plate that is long in the vertical direction. The second attachment portion 612 extends radially inward of the hose holding member 3 from a portion of one edge of the first attachment portion 611 in the short direction, excluding the upper and lower ends.
[0042] A pair of abutting portions 60 are formed on the radially inner and outer sides of the connecting piece 5 relative to the hose bending reference. The abutting portions 60 are flat and extend radially outward from the upper end (the end farther from the bottom surface 30) and lower end (the end closer to the bottom surface 30) of one edge of the first mounting portion 611 in the short direction. The edge 51 of the connecting piece 5 abuts against one of the pair of abutting portions 60, thereby regulating the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5 , when the hose auxiliary tool 1 is attached to the radially inner side of the bending range of the hose 2, the radially inner side of the bending range of the hose 2 coincides with the side closer to the bottom surface 30 (the lower end side) of the hose holding member 3. In this case, the lower edge 51 of the connecting piece 5 abuts against the upper edge 600 of the lower abutting portion 60 (the edge 600 of the abutting portion 60 closer to the bottom surface 30, on the side farther from the bottom surface 30), thereby regulating the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3. As shown in FIG. 6 , when the hose auxiliary tool 1 is attached to the radially outer side of the range to be bent with respect to the hose 2, the radially outer side of the range to be bent of the hose 2 coincides with the side closer to the bottom surface 30 (the lower end side) of the hose holding member 3. In this case, the upper edge 52 of the connecting piece 5 abuts against the lower edge 601 of the upper abutting portion 60 (the edge 601 of the abutting portion 60 farther from the bottom surface 30, on the side closer to the bottom surface 30), thereby regulating the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3.
[0043] In this embodiment, the vertical distance from the upper edge 600 of the lower contact portion 60 to the bolt B is set differently from the vertical distance from the lower edge 601 of the upper contact portion 60 to the bolt B. Therefore, an appropriate angular relationship of the hose holding member 3 can be set whether the hose auxiliary device 1 is attached to the radially inner side or the radially outer side of the bending range of the hose 2. In this embodiment, the vertical distance from the upper edge 600 of the contact portion 60 on the side closer to the bottom surface 30 of the holding member 3 to the bolt B is longer than the vertical distance from the lower edge 601 of the contact portion 60 on the side farther from the bottom surface 30 of the holding member 3 to the bolt B.
[0044] Furthermore, in this embodiment, when the connecting member 4 performs the restriction, the hose holding members 3 adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose 2 abut against each other at a position radially inner than the connecting member 4 based on the bending standard of the hose 2. Specifically, as shown in Fig. 5, when the hose auxiliary device 1 is arranged radially inner than the bending standard of the hose 2, the hose holding members 3 adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose 2 abut against each other at a position radially inner than the connecting member 4 based on the bending standard of the hose 2. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 6, even when the hose auxiliary device 1 is arranged radially outer than the bending standard of the hose 2, the hose holding members 3 adjacent to each other in the extension direction of the hose 2 abut against each other at a position radially inner than the connecting member 4 based on the bending standard of the hose 2.
[0045] According to this configuration, in addition to the restriction by the connecting member 4, the curvature of the hose 2 is determined according to the curvature determined by the abutment between the hose holding members 3, specifically, the positional relationship between the hose holding members 3 on the radially inner side.
[0046] In this embodiment, adjacent hose holding members 3 abut against each other at chamfered portions 34 provided at the lower or upper ends of the hose holding members 3 in the extension direction. Specifically, in FIG. 5, adjacent hose holding members 3 abut against each other at the chamfered portions 34 provided at the lower ends (ends closer to the bottom surface 30) of the hose holding members 3 in the extension direction, and in FIG. 6, adjacent hose holding members 3 abut against each other at the chamfered portions 34 provided at the upper ends (ends farther from the bottom surface 30) of the hose holding members 3 in the extension direction. Therefore, in addition to the lower edge 51 of the connection piece 5 abutting against the upper edge 600 of the lower abutting portion 60 (see FIG. 5) and the upper edge 52 of the connection piece 5 abutting against the lower edge 601 of the upper abutting portion 60 (see FIG. 6), the lower or upper ends of adjacent hose holding members 3 abut against each other stably, making it possible to set an appropriate angular relationship between adjacent hose holding members 3.
[0047] Furthermore, a common material (plate material) can be used for the connecting member 4, and the structure can be simple. In this embodiment, the upper and lower ends of one edge in the short direction of a rectangular plate material are bent radially outward to form the abutting portion 60, and the central portion of one edge in the short direction of the plate material is bent radially inward to form the mounting portion 61, thereby obtaining the restricting piece 6.
[0048] The hose auxiliary device of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
[0049] In the above embodiment, the connecting member 4 is attached to the hose holding member 3 with the bolt B, but it may be fixed by other methods. For example, it may have an assembly structure that allows the connecting member 4 to be attached and detached to the hose holding member 3 with a single touch using a clamp or a fitting structure. In this configuration, the hose auxiliary tool 1 can be easily disassembled into the hose holding member 3 alone (see FIG. 7), allowing for more compact storage.
[0050] Furthermore, a projection that projects radially outward may be provided integrally with the side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3, and the connecting piece 5 of the connecting member 4 may be provided on this projection. Specifically, the connecting piece 5 may be attached to the side surface portion 31 by inserting this projection into the through-hole 50 of the connecting piece 5.
[0051] In the above embodiment, the connection member 4 is provided at the third portion 323 of the side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3, but it may be provided at another portion of the side surface portion 31.
[0052] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the connecting member 4 is provided on the side surface portion 31 of the hose holding member 3. However, it may also be provided on the bottom surface portion 30 of the hose holding member 3. In this case, for example, the multiple hose holding members 3 may be configured to bend radially inward and outward relative to the hose bending reference, and the connecting member 4 may slide within a certain range to regulate the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3. Specifically, the connecting member 4 may be configured on the bottom surface portion 30 by a springy rail member and a movable member guided by the rail member, and the multiple hose holding members 3 may be fixed in a state where they are bent radially inward and outward relative to the hose bending reference. As a fixing configuration, the connecting member 4 may be further provided on the upper end or flange portion 33 of the side surface portion 31, or a separate means may be provided to fix the angle between the hose holding members 3. Note that in a configuration in which the connecting member 4 is provided on the side surface portion 31, the adjustment interval I between adjacent hose holding members 3 may be regulated by sliding the connecting member 4.
