Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention relates to a support member used for a strut in a wedge-fastened temporary scaffold that includes a plurality of struts and a fabric member whose both ends are detachably attached to adjacent struts.

[0002] In this specification and the claims, the up and down in FIGS. 1, 2, 4 to 11 shall be referred to as up and down.

Background Art

[0003] The strut of the above-described wedge-fastened temporary scaffold is composed of a cylindrical column member and a socket fitting group including four socket fittings in a U shape in plan view that are fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction. The strut is configured by connecting a plurality of these support members in the longitudinal direction or using them individually. The socket fitting consists of a pair of flange portions and a web portion that integrally connects both flange portions, and the tip portions of both flange portions are fixed to the column member. The column member and the socket fitting form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric member of the temporary scaffold is inserted. Insert fittings are provided at both ends of the fabric member used for the wedge-fastened temporary scaffold. When the insert fitting is inserted into the insertion space of the socket fitting from above, the insert fitting is pressed against the outer peripheral surface of the column member and the surface of the web portion of the socket fitting facing the column member side, and is held in a tightened state by the wedge action, so that the fabric member is fixed to the strut.

[0004] By the way, for the purpose of reducing the burden on workers during transportation, weight reduction of the above support member is required, and the diameter of the support member may be reduced. However, when the outer diameter of the support member is reduced, there is a problem that insert fittings provided at both ends of a fabric member made to fit a support member having a normal outer diameter cannot be inserted into the insertion space of the socket fitting and held in a tightened state.

[0005] To solve the above-mentioned problems, the applicant previously proposed a support column component for a wedge-type temporary scaffolding described in Patent Document 1.

[0006] The support column component for a wedge-type temporary scaffolding described in Patent Document 1 comprises a cylindrical column member and a group of socket fittings consisting of four U-shaped socket fittings fixed to the outer surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction. Each socket fitting consists of a pair of flange portions and a web portion that integrally connects both flange portions, with the tips of both flange portions fixed to the column member. The column member and the socket fittings form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the scaffolding's fabric material is inserted. A spacer is provided between the tips of the two flange portions of the socket fitting, having a horizontal cross-sectional shape that is arc-shaped along the outer surface of the column member and having a constant thickness in the radial direction of the column member.

[0007] According to the wedge-type temporary scaffolding equipped with support columns made of the support column components described in Patent Document 1, even if the diameter of the support column components is reduced, if the radius of curvature of the outer surface of the spacer is made equal to half the outer diameter of the support column component having a normal outer diameter, insert fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material, which is made to match the support column component having a normal outer diameter, can be inserted into the insertion space of the socket fitting and held in a fastened state by the wedge action. Therefore, it becomes possible to reduce the weight of the support column components. [Prior art documents] [Patent Documents]

[0008] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 7377402 [Overview of the Initiative] [Problems that the invention aims to solve]

[0009] However, in the case of a wedge-type temporary scaffold equipped with a support column made of the support column component described in Patent Document 1, there is a slight gap between the portion of the insert fitting of the fabric material that protrudes above the socket fitting and the column member. Therefore, when a horizontal force is continuously applied to the support column due to swaying or vibration, this horizontal force is less likely to be transmitted directly to the fabric material and will mainly be transmitted only to the insert fitting via the socket fitting. As a result, there is a risk that an upward force will act on the insert fitting.

[0010] The object of this invention is to solve the above problems and provide a wedge-type temporary scaffolding support member that enables the fastening of insert fittings provided at both ends of a fabric material made to fit a support member having an outer diameter of normal size, and enables the direct transmission of horizontal forces continuously applied to the support member due to swaying or vibration to the fabric material. There are grass Support column components for a fastening-type scaffolding.

[0013] 2) The second spacer has a plate-shaped main body portion that is horizontally arc-shaped with the center of curvature of the column member as its center of curvature and is aligned with the outer surface of the column member, and the contact portion is integrally formed with the main body portion of the second spacer and bulges out toward the web portion side of the socket fitting, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the surface of the contact portion facing toward the web portion side of the socket fitting is an arc shape with the center of curvature of the column member as its center of curvature, and the thickness of the main body portion of the second spacer and the thickness of the contact portion are equal. 1) The wedge-type scaffolding support component described.

[0014] 3) The contact portion of the second spacer is positioned such that it is located within a range at least between the lower end of the fabric material and its vertical center. (2) The wedge-type scaffolding support component described.

[0015] 4) The second spacer is formed integrally with the first spacer, and the main body of the first spacer and the main body of the second spacer, as well as the receiving portion of the first spacer and the contact portion of the second spacer, are integrated. (2) The wedge-type scaffolding support component described.

[0016] 5) The second spacer is formed separately from the first spacer. (2) The wedge-type scaffolding support component described.

[0017] 6) A wedge-type temporary scaffolding support member comprising a cylindrical column member and a group of socket fittings consisting of four U-shaped socket fittings fixed to the outer surface of the column member at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction, wherein the socket fittings consist of a pair of flange portions and a web portion that integrally connects both flange portions, and the ends of both flange portions are fixed to the column member, and the column member and socket fittings form an insertion space that opens upward and into which an insert fitting provided on the fabric material of the temporary scaffolding is inserted, Within each socket fitting, at least within the total height range of each socket fitting, a first spacer is positioned and fixed to the column member, having a receiving portion that presses against the portion of the insert fitting inserted into the socket fitting when fastened. A second spacer is positioned at a height above the upper end of each socket fitting, and has a contact portion that abuts against the portion of the insert fitting that protrudes above the socket fitting when fastened, and is fixed to the column member. The first spacer is cylindrical, shorter than the socket fitting and having its center coinciding with the center of the column member. The first spacer is fitted over the column member and fixed to the column member so as to be positioned within the height range of the socket fitting. Effect of the Invention

[0019] The above 1) to 7)According to the support column component, even if the diameter of the support column component is reduced, if the distance between the receiving portion of the first spacer and the web-facing surface of the socket fitting is made equal to the distance between the outer circumferential surface of a support column component with a normal outer diameter and the web-facing surface of the socket fitting, then the insert fittings provided at both ends of the fabric material, which is made to fit a support column component with a normal outer diameter, can be inserted into the insertion space of the socket fitting and held in a tightly fastened state by the wedge action. Therefore, it becomes possible to reduce the weight of the support column component.

[0020] Moreover, when fastened, the portion of the insert fitting inserted into each socket fitting that protrudes above the socket fitting comes into contact with the contact portion of the second spacer, so as described in 1)~ 7) In a wedge-type temporary scaffolding equipped with support columns made of the specified support component, if a continuous horizontal force is applied to the support column due to swaying or vibration, the horizontal force applied to the support column is transmitted directly to the scaffolding material via the portion of the insert fitting that protrudes above the socket fitting. Therefore, it becomes possible to prevent an upward force that would loosen the fastening force due to the wedge action from acting on the insert fitting.

[0021] Also, see 1) above. According to the support column component, the thickness of the main body and receiving portion of the first spacer can be made lighter compared to the spacer described in Patent Document 1, in which the overall thickness is constant and the radius of curvature of the entire outer surface is half the outer diameter of a support column component with an outer diameter of a normal size.

[0022] (2) According to the support column components, the second spacer can be made relatively lightweight.

[0023] 3) According to the support column component, the contact portion of the second spacer is positioned so that it is located within a range at least between the lower end of the fabric material and the vertical center. 3)In a wedge-type temporary scaffolding equipped with support columns made of the support column components, when a continuous horizontal force is applied to the support column due to swaying or vibration, the horizontal force applied to the support column is efficiently and directly transmitted to the strip material via the portion of the insert fitting that protrudes above the socket fitting.

[0024] 4) According to the support column components, the first and second spacers can be manufactured relatively easily, and the installation of both spacers onto the column members becomes easier.

[0025] 7) According to the support column components, it becomes possible to reduce the number of parts. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0032] The support column (2) is made up of a support column component (10) according to this invention. The support column component (10) consists of a cylindrical column member (11) and four U-shaped socket fittings (12A) (12B) fixed to the outer surface of the column member (11) at equal angular intervals in the circumferential direction, and also comprises a plurality of socket fitting groups (13) provided at intervals in the longitudinal direction of the column member (11). The support column (2) is formed by arranging multiple column members (11) vertically with their longitudinal direction facing up and down, and connecting adjacent ones to each other, or by a single support column component (10). Insert fittings (4) are provided hanging down at both ends of the fabric material (3), and the insert fittings (4) are inserted from above into the socket fittings (12A) (12B) of the support column component (10) of the support column (2) and held in a tightly fastened state by a wedge action.

[0033] As shown in Figures 2 to 4, each socket fitting group (13) provided on the column member (11) of the support structure member (10) consists of two first socket fittings (12A) located on one diameter of the column member (11) and two second socket fittings (12B) located on another diameter of the column member (11) perpendicular to the aforementioned one diameter. The two first socket fittings (12A) are at the same height, and the two second socket fittings (12B) are at the same height and also at a height higher than the first socket fittings (12A).

[0034] The socket fittings (12A) and (12B) consist of a pair of flange portions (14) with a notch (141) formed in the middle of the vertical direction at the tip, and a web portion (15) that integrally connects both flange portions (14), with the tips of both flange portions (14) fixed to the column member (11). The column member (11) and the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) form an insertion space (16) that opens upward and into which an insert fitting (4) provided on the strip material (3) of the temporary scaffolding (1) is inserted. The web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and the web portion (15) side edge of both flange portions (14) are inclined downward toward the column member (11). Through holes (142) and (151) are formed in both flange portions (14) and web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), respectively, to reduce weight.

[0035] A first spacer (17) having a receiving portion (171) into which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened is positioned within each socket fitting (12A) (12B) and fixed to the column member (11). In addition, a second spacer (18) having a contact portion (181) into which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened is positioned at a height above the upper end of each socket fitting (12A) (12B) and fixed to the column member (11).

It is also equipped with a plate-shaped main body (172) that is positioned between the tips of both flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and follows a part of the outer circumferential surface of the column member (11). The portions of the main body (172) that are a certain length from the upper and lower ends are each gradually narrowed in width towards the tip. The receiving portion (171) is integrally formed in the center of the width direction of the main body (172) with its longitudinal direction oriented vertically, and bulges out toward the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). The lower end of the receiving portion (171) is at a height slightly above the lower end of the main body (172). The receiving portion (171) is integrally formed by deforming the main body portion (172), and the thickness of the main body portion (172) and the receiving portion (171) are equal. The surface of the receiving portion (171) facing the web portion (15) has a horizontal cross-sectional arc shape with the center of curvature being the center of the column member (11). The radius of curvature of the surface of the socket fittings (12A)(12B) of the receiving portion (171) facing the web portion (15) is half the outer diameter of a support column with a normal outer diameter before weight reduction was implemented.

[0037] The first spacer (17) has protrusions (173) integrally provided on both side edges of the main body (172) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) that fit into the notches (141) of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). With the protrusions (171) of the spacer (17) fitted into the notches (141) of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), the portions of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) excluding the notches (141) and the protrusions (171) of the spacer (17) are joined to the column member (11) by weld metal (not shown) formed across both.

[0038] The second spacer (18) has a horizontal arc-shaped cross-section with the center of curvature of the column member (11) as its center of curvature, and has the same thickness as the main body (172) of the first spacer (17) in the radial direction of the column member (11), and is equipped with a plate-shaped main body (182) that follows a part of the outer circumferential surface of the column member (11). The width of the main body (182) is narrower than the width of the main body (172) of the first spacer (17), and the centers in the width direction of both main body (172) and (182) coincide. The contact portion (181) is integrally formed in the center of the width direction of the main body (182) with its longitudinal direction oriented vertically, and bulges out toward the fabric material (3), with the upper end of the contact portion (181) being at a height slightly below the lower end of the main body (182). The contact portion (181) is integrally formed by deforming the main body portion (182), and the thickness of the main body portion (182) and the contact portion (181) are equal. Furthermore, the width of the contact portion (181) is equal to the width of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17), and the widthwise centers of the receiving portion (171) and the contact portion (181) coincide. The surface of the contact portion (181) facing the fabric material (3) has a horizontal cross-sectional arc shape with the center of curvature being the center of the column member (11).

[0039] The main body (172) and receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) are located within the height range of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), and the lower ends of the main body (172) and receiving portion (171) are located slightly below the lower ends of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). The upper ends of the main body (182) and contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18) are located above the vertical center of the fabric material (3).

[0040] The first spacer (17) and the second spacer (18) are integrated and formed as a single unit by processing a single material. The main body (182) of the second spacer (18) is connected to the center of the width direction of the upper end of the main body (172) of the first spacer (17), and the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18) is connected straight to the upper end of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17). The lower ends of the main body (172) and receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) are located slightly below the lower ends of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and their upper ends are located slightly above the upper ends of the socket fittings (12A) (12B). The upper ends of the main body (182) and contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18) are located above the vertical center of the fabric material (3).

[0041] Figures 6 and 7 show enlarged views of a portion of the wedge-type temporary scaffolding (1) shown in Figure 1. Figure 6 shows the state when the insert fitting (4) is fastened within the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), and Figure 7 shows the state when the insert fitting (4) is not fastened within the socket fittings (12A) and (12B).

[0042] As shown in Figure 6, the insert fitting (4) consists of a wedge-holding member (5) having a fixed length in the vertical direction and a wedge (6) having a fixed length in the vertical direction and held by the wedge-holding member (5) so as to be able to move up and down. Hereinafter, only the insert fitting (4) provided at the right end of the fabric material (3) will be described. The insert fitting (4) provided at the left end of the fabric material (3) is symmetrical to the insert fitting (4) at the right end.

[0043] The wedge-holding member (5) has a roughly U-shape in cross-section (horizontal cross-sectional shape) that opens to the left (towards the longitudinal center of the strip material (3)), has a constant length in the vertical direction and a constant width in the circumferential direction of the column member (11), and has a plate-shaped base portion (51) with a horizontal arc shape that is along the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) and the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18), a pair of protruding walls (52) integrally formed on both side edges in the width direction of the base portion (51) and projecting to the left, and a protruding piece (53) integrally formed with the lower end of the base portion (51) and both protruding walls (52) and projecting to the left from the protruding wall (52). A circular through hole (54) is formed at the upper end of the base portion (51). The upper end of the protruding wall (52) is provided with a projection (55) that protrudes to the left. Below the projection (55), the right end surface of the fabric material (3) is in contact with the upper part of the protruding wall (52), and the projection (55) is engaged with the upper end of the outer circumferential surface of the right end of the fabric material (3). The fabric material (3), the protruding wall (52), and the projection (55) are fixed together by welding. In this state, the upper end of the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18) is located above the vertical center of the fabric material (3).

[0044] An engaging portion (56) is provided on the protruding wall (52) of the wedge-holding member (5) in the middle of the vertical direction and below the fabric material (3), protruding to the left and engaging with the upper end of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B). The wedge-holding member (5) is inserted from above into the insertion space (16) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) such that its lower end protrudes below the socket fittings (12A) (12B) and the portion above the engaging portion (56) is positioned above the socket fittings (12A) (12B). The wedge-holding member (5) is held by the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) with its base portion (51) aligned with the left side of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) and the left side of the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18), and its engaging portion (56) engaging with the upper end of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), while its protruding wall (52) is not in contact with the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B).

[0045] The wedge (6) is longer than the wedge retaining member (5) and is housed inside the wedge retaining member (5) so as to be movable in the vertical direction with its longitudinal direction facing up and down. The wedge (6) has a first contact portion (61) on the lower left side that can be pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and a second contact portion (62) on the right side below the first contact portion (61) that can be pressed against the protruding edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge retaining member (5). The first contact portion (61) is inclined downward to the right, and its vertical length is slightly longer than the vertical length of the socket fittings (12A) (12B). The second contact portion (62) is inclined downward to the left, and its vertical length is longer than the thickness of the protruding piece (53). The lower end surface of the wedge (6) is rounded so as to protrude downward. A guide portion (63) is provided on the right side of the wedge (6) below the second pressure contact portion (62), which is connected to the lower end surface of the wedge (6) and inclined upward to the right.

[0046] As shown in Figure 7, when the wedge (6) is not fastened, its lower end is received by the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5) and its upper end protrudes above the wedge holding member (5). The first pressure contact portion (61) is not in pressure contact with the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and the second pressure contact portion (62) is not in pressure contact with the protruding edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5).

[0047] Between the upper part of the wedge (6) and the upper end of the wedge holding member (5), a compression coil spring (7) is positioned to hold the wedge (6) in an unfastened state by biasing the upper part of the wedge (6) toward the fabric material (3). One end of the compression coil spring (7) is fitted into a circular through hole (54) in the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5). The compression coil spring (7) is prevented from coming out of the circular through hole (54) by a retaining piece (57) provided above the circular through hole (54) of the base portion (51) when the wedge (6) is moved upward relative to the wedge holding member (5) by contacting the compression coil spring (7).

[0048] The transition from the unfastened state to the fastened state is performed by driving the wedge (6) downward from the unfastened state, causing the guide portion (63) to slide against the protruding piece (53) and move downward so that its lower end protrudes below the wedge holding member (5). At this time, the first pressure contact portion (61) is pressed against the inner surface of the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and the second pressure contact portion (62) is pressed against the protruding edge of the protruding piece (53) of the wedge holding member (5). As a result, the portion of the base portion (51) of the wedge holding member (5) that is inside the socket fittings (12A) (12B) is pressed against the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17), and as a result the insert fitting (4) is braced between the web portion (15) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) and the spacer (17), resulting in a fastened state. At the same time, the portion of the base portion (51) of the wedge-holding member (5) of the insert fitting (4) that is above the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) is pressed against the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18), so that the horizontal force applied to the support column (2) acts directly on the fabric material (3) via the wedge-holding member (5) of the insert fitting (4).

[0049] Furthermore, in a wedge-type temporary scaffolding (1) equipped with a support column (2) made of the support column component (10) of this invention, even if the diameter of the support column component (10) used is reduced, if the radius of curvature of the surface of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) facing the web portion (15) is made equal to half the outer diameter of a support column component having an outer diameter of normal size, the wedge-holding members (5) provided at both ends of the fabric material (3) made to match a support column component having an outer diameter of normal size can be inserted into the insertion space (16) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) and held in a fastened state by the wedge action.

[0050] Furthermore, if a horizontal force is continuously applied to the support column (2) due to shaking or vibration, the horizontal force applied to the support column (2) is transmitted directly to the fabric material (3) via the portion of the wedge-holding member (5) of the insert fitting (4) that protrudes above the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). Therefore, it becomes possible to prevent an upward force from being applied to the insert fitting (4) that would loosen the fastening force due to the wedge action.

[0051] Figures 8 to 10 show modified examples of the first and / or second spacers of the support column component.

[0052] In Figure 8, the first spacer (20) positioned within the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) comprises a receiving portion (21) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened, and a plate-shaped main body portion (22) which has a horizontal cross-sectional arc shape with the center of curvature of the column member (11) as its center of curvature, has a constant thickness in the radial direction of the column member (11), and is positioned between the tips of both flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and follows a part of the outer circumferential surface of the column member (11).

[0053] The vertical length of the main body (22) is slightly longer than the height of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), and its upper and lower ends are located outside the socket fittings (12A) and (12B). The width of the portion of the main body (22) that is located inside the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) is constant throughout, and protruding pieces (23) are integrally formed at both the upper and lower ends of the edges on both sides of this constant width portion. Although not shown in the illustration, notches are formed at both the upper and lower ends of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B), and the protruding pieces (23) are fitted into these notches.

[0054] The receiving portion (21) of the first spacer (20) has the same configuration as the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) shown in Figures 2 to 5.

[0055] The second spacer (18), which is positioned at a height above the upper ends of each socket fitting (12A) (12B) and fixed to the column member (11), and has a contact portion (181) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) abuts when fastened, has the same configuration as the second spacer (18) shown in Figures 2 to 5 and is integrated with the first spacer (20). The main body (182) of the second spacer (18) is connected to the widthwise center of the upper end of the main body (22) of the first spacer (20), and the contact portion (181) of the second spacer (18) is connected straight to the upper end of the receiving portion (21) of the first spacer (20).

[0056] In Figure 9, the first spacer (30) is positioned within the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and fixed to the column member (11), and has a receiving portion (31) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened. The second spacer (40) is positioned at a height above the upper end of each socket fitting (12A) and (12B) and fixed to the column member (11), and has a contact portion (41) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened. These are formed separately. The first spacer (30) has a horizontal cross-sectional arc shape with the center of curvature of the column member (11) as its center of curvature, and has a constant thickness in the radial direction of the column member (11). It is also equipped with a plate-shaped main body (32) that is positioned between the tips of both flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) and (12B) and follows a part of the outer circumferential surface of the column member (11).

[0057] The vertical length of the main body (32) is slightly longer than the height of the socket fittings (12A) (12B), and its upper and lower ends are located outside the socket fittings (12A) (12B). The width of the portion of the main body (32) that is located inside the socket fittings (12A) (12B) is constant throughout, and protrusions (33) that fit into the notches (141) of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B) are integrally provided at the vertical center of both side edges of this constant width portion. The protrusions (33) of the first spacer (30) are then fitted into the notches (141) of the flange portions (14) of the socket fittings (12A) (12B).

[0058] The receiving portion (31) of the first spacer (30) has an upper end located below the upper end of the main body portion (32) and a lower end located above the lower end of the main body portion (32). The other configurations of the receiving portion (31) are the same as those of the receiving portion (171) of the first spacer (17) shown in Figures 2 to 5.

[0059] The second spacer (40) is separate from the first spacer (30), and has the same configuration as the abutment portion (171) and body portion (172) of the second spacer (17) shown in Figures 2 to 5, except that the abutment portion (41) and the plate-shaped body portion (42) on which the abutment portion (41) is provided are formed separately from the abutment portion (31) and plate-shaped body portion (32) of the first spacer (30). The upper ends of the body portion (42) and abutment portion (41) of the second spacer (40) are located above the vertical center of the fabric material (3), and similarly, the lower ends are located below the lower end of the fabric material (3).

[0060] In Figures 10 and 11, a first spacer (80) having a receiving portion (81) against which the insert fitting (4) of the fabric material (3) is pressed when fastened is positioned in the middle of the vertical direction of each socket fitting (12A) (12B) and fixed to the column member (11).
