8. A hair conditioning method comprising the step of applying the hair cosmetic according to claim 1 or 2 to the hair using at least one selected from the group consisting of hands, fingers, and an applicator.
9. A hair cosmetic kit comprising the hair cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2 and an applicator.
