Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] However, the heat insulation material support structure disclosed in the above publication is not structured such that the under-floor joist heat insulation material installed on the lower surface side of the floor joist is pushed downward by the under-floor slab heat insulation material provided on the lower surface side of the floor side plate because the floor side plate is placed on the upper surface side of the floor joist.
[0006] In view of the above circumstances, this invention aims to provide an underfloor insulation structure, a support for underfloor insulation material, and a method for constructing an underfloor insulation structure, by providing a structure in which underfloor insulation material installed on the underside of the floor horizontal member is pushed downward by underfloor insulation material provided on the underside of the floor side plate, thereby suppressing thermal bridging caused by the floor horizontal member. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The underfloor insulation structure of this invention solves the above problems by having a floor side plate positioned above a floor horizontal member, and underfloor insulation material provided on the lower surface side of the floor side plate positioned on the side of the floor horizontal member, and the underfloor insulation material is supported from below on the lower surface side of the floor horizontal member by a floor horizontal member underfloor insulation material support fixed to the floor horizontal member, wherein the floor horizontal member underfloor insulation material support has a lateral projection portion that protrudes in the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member, and the floor horizontal member underfloor insulation material is inserted between the floor horizontal member underfloor insulation material support members which are positioned spaced apart with these lateral projection portions facing each other, from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member, and the tip of the lateral projection portion is elastically displaced below its natural position due to the downward pressure on the floor horizontal member underfloor insulation material by the underfloor insulation material.
[0008] With the above configuration, the under-floor insulation material is inserted between the under-floor insulation material supports from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the under-floor insulation material. Due to the downward pressure on the under-floor insulation material by the under-floor insulation material, the tip of the lateral protruding piece is elastically displaced below its natural position. This ensures close contact between the under-floor insulation material and the under-floor insulation material, allowing the under-floor insulation material to surround the under-floor insulation material without any gaps, thereby suppressing thermal bridging caused by the under-floor insulation material.
[0009] Furthermore, the floor framing member under-insulation support of this invention is used in the above-mentioned underfloor insulation structure and comprises the above-mentioned lateral protruding piece, the above-mentioned fixing piece fixed to the floor framing member, and the above-mentioned vertical piece connecting the above-mentioned lateral protruding piece to the fixing piece, characterized in that the above-mentioned lateral protruding piece is supported by the above-mentioned vertical piece so as to be elastically deformable vertically.
[0010] A support for insulation material under a horizontal floor member with the above configuration can be made into a relatively simple structure. Furthermore, the downward pressure exerted on the insulation material under the horizontal floor member by the insulation material under the floor board is received by the horizontal protruding piece and the vertical piece, allowing the tip of the horizontal protruding piece to be easily elastically displaced downward from its natural position.
[0011] The fixing piece may be fixed to the lower side of the floor horizontal member by a fastening member that fixes the floor horizontal member support surface of the support beam to the floor horizontal member. This allows the fixing piece to be fixed to the floor horizontal member at the same time as the beam is fixed to the floor horizontal member.
[0012] The fixing piece may have a notch to avoid overlapping with the convex rib portion formed on the floor horizontal member support surface of the bundle. This eliminates the problem of the fixing piece being fixed at an angle by the rib.
[0013] The fixing piece may have a positioning piece that engages with the horizontal floor member. This allows for quick positioning and fixing of the fixing piece to the horizontal floor member.
[0014] The fixing piece has a locking claw, and may be locked and fixed to the stepped portion of the rib that is formed on the side surface of the floor horizontal member in the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member by the locking claw. This makes it easy to adjust the position of the insulation support under the floor horizontal member in the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member. Furthermore, it becomes possible to fix the fixing piece to the floor horizontal member without using fastening members.
[0015] The horizontal or vertical portion may have a piercing piece formed on it that penetrates the insulation material beneath the floor support member to secure it. This prevents the insulation material beneath the floor support member from slipping down.
[0016] The entrance portion of the lateral protruding piece into which the insulation material under the floor framing member is inserted may be inclined so that the entrance end of the entrance portion widens. This allows for smooth insertion of the insulation material under the floor framing member.
[0017] Furthermore, the method for constructing the underfloor insulation structure of this invention is characterized by including the steps of: fixing the support beam for the floor horizontal member and the underfloor insulation support to the floor horizontal member with the lower surface of the floor horizontal member facing upward; inserting the underfloor insulation from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member with the lower surface of the floor horizontal member facing downward and supporting the floor horizontal member by the beam, and temporarily fixing the underfloor insulation with the tip of the lateral projection of the underfloor insulation support; piercing the underfloor insulation with the piercing piece provided on the underfloor insulation support to permanently fix the underfloor insulation to the underfloor insulation support; and placing the floor side plate on the floor horizontal member and pressing down the underfloor insulation with the underfloor insulation provided on the lower surface of the floor side plate. Furthermore, in this method, the floor support for insulation material under the horizontal beam comprises the horizontal protruding piece, the fixing piece fixed to the floor beam, and the vertical piece connecting the horizontal protruding piece to the fixing piece. The fixing piece may be fixed to the floor beam at the same time as the work of fixing the bundle to the floor beam. [Effects of the Invention]

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0020] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described based on the accompanying drawings. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the under-floor heat insulation structure of the embodiment, a floor side plate 4 is located above a floor joist 3 such as a steel or wooden girder supported by a bundle 6 made of steel or the like, and an under-floor insulation material 41 (such as high-performance rigid urethane) provided on the lower surface side of the floor side plate 4 is located on the lateral side of the floor joist 3. An under-floor joist under-insulation material 2 (such as high-performance rigid urethane) is supported on the lower surface side of the floor joist 3 by a lateral protruding piece portion 11 protruding in the longitudinal direction of the floor joist 3 in an under-floor joist under-insulation material support 1 fixed to the floor joist 3. The width of the under-floor joist under-insulation material 2 is larger than the width of the floor joist 3, and overlaps with the edge regions of the under-floor insulation material 41 in both edge regions of the under-floor joist under-insulation material 2. Note that a bundle 6A made of steel or the like is disposed on the upper surface of the standing portion of the cloth foundation, and the floor joist 3 is also supported by this bundle 6A. In this example, the bundle 6A does not have a rib portion 61a described later.
[0021] The floor-below insulation material 2 is inserted between the floor-below insulation material supports 1,1, which are spaced apart from each other, from a lateral direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the floor-below insulation material 3. The downward pressure on the floor-below insulation material 2 by the floor-below insulation material 41 causes the tip of the lateral protruding piece 11 to be elastically displaced below its natural position.
[0022] In this type of underfloor insulation structure, the underfloor insulation material 2 installed on the underside of the horizontal floor members 3 is supported by the underfloor insulation material support 1. This provides elastic support to the underfloor insulation material 41, which is pressed downward by the underfloor insulation material 41 provided on the underside of the floor side plate 4. This ensures close contact between the underfloor insulation material 41 and the underfloor insulation material 2, completely enclosing the underside of the horizontal floor members 3 with insulation material, thereby suppressing thermal bridging caused by the horizontal floor members 3.
[0023] The floor horizontal member under insulation support 1 is made of, for example, a steel plate with a thickness of about 0.4 to 1.0 mm, and as shown in Figures 3 and 4, it comprises the horizontal protruding piece 11, a fixing piece 12 fixed to the floor horizontal member 3, and a vertical piece 13 connecting the horizontal protruding piece 11 to the fixing piece 12, and the horizontal protruding piece 11 is supported by the vertical piece 13 so as to be elastically deformable vertically.
[0024] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the floor horizontal member under-insulation support 1 is sized to support the above-mentioned floor horizontal member under-insulation 2 which is 40 mm thick. The lower end of the vertical piece 13 is 45 mm below the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3, and the horizontal protruding piece 11 slopes upward from the lower end of the vertical piece 13, passing through a point 42 mm below the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 at an intermediate position, with its tip located 39 mm below the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3.
[0025] When the 40mm thick underlayment 2 for the underlayment of
[0026] The fixing piece 12 is fixed (fastened together) to the lower side of the floor horizontal member 3 by fastening member B, which fixes the floor horizontal member support surface 61 of the support post 6 that supports the floor horizontal member 3 to the floor horizontal member 3. The fixing piece 12 is positioned below the floor horizontal member support surface 61 and overlaps with the floor horizontal member support surface 61. The fixing piece 12 has a notch 12a that avoids overlapping with the convex rib portion 61a formed on the floor horizontal member support surface 61 of the support post 6. The rib portion 61a extends radially from the axial center of the support post 6, and three radially extending rib portions 61a are inserted into the fixing piece 12, with the notch 12a positioned corresponding to the three radially extending rib portions 61a.
[0027] Furthermore, the fixing piece 12 has positioning pieces 12b, 12b that are locked to the floor horizontal member 3. In this example, the positioning pieces 12b, 12b are formed to abut against both sides of the floor horizontal member 3, and this abutment prevents the fixing piece 12 from shifting in the width direction of the floor horizontal member 3, so that the hole through which the fastening member B passes in the support 6 aligns with the insertion hole 12c of the fastening member B in the fixing piece 12 (such as an elongated hole that is long in the width direction of the floor horizontal member 3).
[0028] Furthermore, a piercing piece 11a is formed on the lateral protruding piece 11, which penetrates the floor framing insulation material 2 to fix the floor framing insulation material 2. This piercing piece 11a is formed by press processing, in which a portion is cut into the base side of the lateral protruding piece 11, and is bent downward relative to the base side of the lateral protruding piece 11. In this example, the piercing piece 11a is made long by utilizing the area of the lateral protruding piece 11 that is long in the width direction of the floor framing material 3. In addition, the tip side of the piercing piece 11a is bent upward, but the cutting edge is located below the base, so as not to obstruct the insertion of the floor framing insulation material 2.
[0029] The openings 11b (both ends in the width direction of the floor horizontal member 3) of the lateral protruding piece 11 into which the insulation material 2 under the floor horizontal member is inserted are inclined downward so that the opening ends of the openings 11b become wider.
[0030] The floor framing under-insulation support 1 with the above configuration can have a relatively simple structure. Furthermore, the downward pressure on the floor framing under-insulation 2 by the floorboard under-insulation 41 is received by the horizontal protruding piece 11 and the vertical piece 13, allowing the tip of the horizontal protruding piece 11 to be easily elastically displaced downward from its natural position.
[0031] If the fixing piece 12 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 by a fastening member B that fixes the floor horizontal member support surface 61 of the support post 6 that supports the floor horizontal member 3 to the floor horizontal member 3, then the fixing piece 12 can be fixed to the floor horizontal member 3 at the same time as the work of fixing the support post 6 to the floor horizontal member 3, thereby improving work efficiency.
[0032] Furthermore, if the fixing piece 12 has a notch 12a that avoids overlapping with the convex rib portion 61a formed on the floor horizontal member support surface portion 61 of the support joist 6, the problem of the fixing piece 12 being fixed at an angle due to the rib portion 61a can be resolved. Of course, even when a support joist 6A with a floor horizontal member support surface portion 61 that does not have the convex rib portion 61a is used, the floor horizontal member under insulation support 1 having the notch 12a can still be used (shared). In addition, if the insertion hole 12c for the fastening member B in the fixing piece 12 of the floor horizontal member under insulation support 1 is an elongated hole that is long in the width direction of the floor horizontal member 3, the floor horizontal member under insulation support 1 can still be used (shared) even if the position of the hole through which the fastening member B passes in the support joists 6 and 6A differs in the width direction depending on whether or not there is a convex rib portion 61a.
[0033] Furthermore, if the fixing piece 12 has positioning pieces 12b, 12b that engage with the floor horizontal member 3, the work of positioning and fixing the fixing piece 12 to the floor horizontal member 3 can be performed quickly.
[0034] If the floor framing under-insulation support 1 has a piercing piece 11a, it is possible to prevent the floor framing under-insulation 2 from slipping down. Also, if the piercing piece 11a is formed on the lateral protruding piece 11, it is easier to operate the piercing piece 11a, and the floor framing under-insulation 2 can be easily fixed to the floor framing under-insulation support 1.
[0035] If the opening portion 11b of the lateral protruding piece 11 into which the floor framing insulation material 2 is inserted is inclined downward so that the opening end of the opening portion 11b widens, the insertion work of the floor framing insulation material 2 can be performed smoothly.
[0036] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 6, in a configuration where a convex rib portion 61a is not formed on the floor horizontal member support surface portion 61 of the support 6, the fixing piece portion 12 may not have a notch portion 12a. Also, a piercing piece 13a may be formed on the vertical piece portion 13 to pierce the floor horizontal member under insulation material 2 and fix the floor horizontal member under insulation material 2. In addition, although Figures 6 and 5 show a structure in which the fixing piece portion 12 is fixed to the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 by a fastening member B that fixes the floor horizontal member support surface portion 61 of the support 6 of the support 6 that supports the floor horizontal member 3 to the floor horizontal member 3, the fixing piece portion 12 is not limited to this, and may be directly fixed to the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 by a separately provided fastening member.
[0037] As shown in Figure 7, the fixing piece 12 may have a locking claw 12d, which can be used to lock and fix the fixing piece 12 to the stepped portion of the rib portion 31 that is elongated in the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member 3 and formed on the side surface of the floor horizontal member 3. This makes it easier to adjust the position of the floor horizontal member 3 in the longitudinal direction, and the fixing piece 12 can be fixed to the floor horizontal member 3 without using fastening members B. However, after position adjustment, the fixing piece 12 may be fixed to the side surface of the floor horizontal member 3 using fastening members B. In addition, the piercing piece 11a may be formed to be short in the short-width direction of the lateral protruding piece 11.
[0038] Furthermore, the method for constructing the underfloor insulation structure of this invention involves the steps of fixing the support beams 6 (6A) and the underfloor insulation support 1 to the floor horizontal member 3 with the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 facing upward, and inserting the underfloor insulation 2 from a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the floor horizontal member 3 with the lower surface of the floor horizontal member 3 facing downward and the floor horizontal member 3 supported by the support beams 6 (6A), and securing the underfloor insulation 2 to the lateral protruding piece 1 of the underfloor insulation support 1. The process includes: temporarily fixing the front end of 1 (39 mm below the underside of the horizontal floor member 3); permanently fixing the horizontal floor member under insulation material 2 to the horizontal floor member under insulation material support 1 by inserting the piercing piece 11a or piercing piece 13a provided on the horizontal floor member under insulation material support 1 into the horizontal floor member under insulation material 2; and placing the floor side plate 4 on the horizontal floor member 3 and pressing down the horizontal floor member under insulation material 2 with the floor board under insulation material 41 provided on the underside of the floor side plate 4.
[0039] Although embodiments of this invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, this invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Various modifications and variations can be made to the illustrated embodiments within the same scope as this invention, or within the equivalent scope. [Explanation of Symbols]
