Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] However, when the content holder is attached to the holder with the outlet facing downward, there is a concern about leakage of the content from the outlet.

[0005] The technology described in Patent Document 1 is intended for use with a portable measuring tape. Specifically, a non-circular bracket is moved through a parallel opening formed in the holder to a circular opening, and then the measuring tape is rotated until the bracket contacts a locking part provided on the holder, thereby stopping it in a position that makes it difficult to detach from the holder. As a result, the impact force when winding up the steel measuring tape pulled out from the measuring tape automatically rotates the measuring tape to a position (specifically, 90°) that makes it difficult to detach from the holder. In other words, the technology described in Patent Document 1 aims to dramatically improve the workability of measuring length with a measuring tape using a holder.

[0006] Therefore, if the technology described in Patent Document 1 is used for carrying a contents holder, there is a possibility that the contents holder may be attached to the holder with its opening facing downwards. Furthermore, in order to attach the contents holder to the holder without the contents leaking, it is necessary to attach it to the holder with the opening facing upwards. However, such attachment would impose a burden on the user. For this reason, there is room for improvement in the attachment operation (work) when attaching the contents holder in the technology described in Patent Document 1.

[0007] Furthermore, in the case of carrying the device using the technology described in Patent Document 1, the movement of the contents holder is restricted by a locking mechanism provided on the holder. Therefore, with the technology described in Patent Document 1, there is a concern that the contents holder may interfere with the user's work if they perform another task while the device is still attached to the holder.

[0008] The object of the present invention is to provide a content holder that can be attached to a holder in a manner that prevents leakage of contents by simply inserting it into the holder, and that does not interfere with the user's work after being attached to the holder. [Means for solving the problem]

[0009] (1) The contents holder of the present invention comprises a main body equipped with a synchronization part that synchronizes when the contents of the storage section are removed, and the main body is equipped with a bracket that can be rotatably attached to a mounting part provided on the holder, on the side of the storage section relative to the overall center of gravity.

[0010] (2) In the contents holder described in (1) above, the bracket may be positioned on the side opposite to the synchronization part, with the center of gravity in between.

[0011] (3) In the contents holder described in (1) or (2) above, the main body may be a wire drawing tool comprising a container body in which the storage section and the synchronization section are integrally formed, a flexible wire that can be housed in the container body, and an outlet through which the flexible wire passes.

[0012] (4) In the contents holder described in (3) above, it is preferable that the synchronization unit is equipped with a reel that enables the drawing out and winding of the flexible wire.

[0013] (5) In any one of the contents holders described in (1) to (4) above, the bracket may be provided on a swinging plate that is swingably attached to the main body via a hinge.

[0014] (6) In any one of the contents holders described in (3) to (4) above, the bracket may be provided integrally with the push button provided in the storage section. Also, in the contents holder described in (5) above, if the main body is the container body, the bracket may also be provided integrally with the push button provided in the storage section.

[0015] (7) In the contents holder of (1) or (2) above, the main body may be a caulking gun that includes a holding part capable of holding a cartridge having the housing part together with the synchronization part.

[0016] (8) In any one of the content holders (1) to (7) above, the bracket may be provided with an outer peripheral surface that is rotatable and slidable relative to the mounting portion in a state where the bracket is attached to the mounting portion.

[0017] (9) In any one of the content holders (1) to (7) above, the bracket may be provided with two members that are relatively rotatable with respect to the mounting portion in a state where the bracket is attached to the mounting portion.

Advantages of the Invention

[0018] According to the present invention, it is possible to attach the content to the holder in a state where it is difficult for the content to leak by a simple operation of just inserting it into the holder, and it is possible to provide a content holding portion that is unlikely to interfere with the work of the user after being attached to the holder.

MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

[0020] Hereinafter, various embodiments of the contents holder according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0021] Figure 1 shows a bracketed drawing tool 1A, which is a first embodiment of the present invention, from the front. Reference numeral O1 denotes the central axis of the bracketed drawing tool 1A. The bracketed drawing tool 1A extends along the central axis O1. In the following description, the direction in which the central axis O1 extends is also referred to as the "axial direction" or "front-to-back direction". Figure 2 shows the bracketed drawing tool 1A from the left side. Figure 3 shows a magnified view of the area around the cap of the bracketed drawing tool 1A from the back.

[0022] Here, "front side" refers to the side of the wire drawing tool 1A with bracket that is furthest from the user's body when it is attached to the holder 30 (see Figure 10), and "back side" refers to the side of the wire drawing tool 1A with bracket that is closer to the user's body when it is attached to the holder. Furthermore, "left side" and "right side" are based on the view of the wire drawing tool 1A with bracket from its front side.

[0023] As shown in Figure 1, the wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket is equipped with a synchronization unit 3b that synchronizes with the removal of contents from the storage unit 3a. The synchronization unit 3b operates in synchronization with, for example, the amount of contents removed from the storage unit 3a (including the "retraction amount"). The wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket is equipped with a wire drawing tool 2 (main body) that allows the contents to be removed from the storage unit 3a. The wire drawing tool 2 has the storage unit 3a integrated with the synchronization unit 3b of the wire drawing tool 2.

[0024] The line-drawing tool 2 is used, for example, in woodworking or construction to draw lines on a material using a flexible wire 6 such as thread (see, for example, Figure 4) with contents (colored liquid or powder) attached to it.

[0025] As shown in Figure 1, the wire drawing tool 2 constitutes the main body of the wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket. The wire drawing tool 2 comprises a container body 3 in which a housing section 3a and a synchronization section 3b are integrally formed, a flexible wire 6 (not shown) that can be housed in the container body 3, and an outlet A1 through which the flexible wire 6 passes.

[0026] As shown in Figure 2, in this disclosure, the storage unit 3a comprises a storage unit body 3a1 capable of accommodating contents and a storage unit cover 3a2 that closes the storage unit body 3a1. As shown in Figure 3, in this disclosure, the storage unit body 3a1 and the storage unit cover 3a2 are connected by a hinge 3a3. This allows the storage unit cover 3a2 to be opened and closed via the hinge 3a3.

[0027] In this embodiment, the line drawing tool 2 is an ink pot containing a colored liquid. As shown in Figure 4, in this embodiment, a content storage space S1 capable of containing the content is formed between the storage body 3a1 and the storage cover 3a2. In this embodiment, an impregnating member 16 impregnated with the content is detachably housed in the content storage space S1. The impregnating member 16 can adhere the content to the flexible wire 6 by passing it through the flexible wire 6. Examples of the impregnating member 16 include a nonwoven material such as felt, or a resin material such as polyester or nylon. However, in this embodiment, the line drawing tool 2 can be a chalk line containing powder. In this case, the impregnating member 16 can be a scraping member for scraping the flexible wire 6 to which the content has adhered.

[0028] The storage compartment cover 3a2 is provided with a rubber-elastic push button 8. The push button 8 can be pushed into the contents storage space S1 by pressing it with a finger. A pressing member 81 made of synthetic resin material is attached to the inner surface of the push button 8. When the storage compartment cover 3a2 is closed, the pressing member 81 is pushed down into the contents storage space S1 by pressing the push button 8 with a finger, pressing and compressing the upper surface of the impregnation member 16, and pressing down the flexible wire 6 at both ends in the front-rear direction. When the pressure on the push button 8 is released by the finger, the pressing member 81 returns to its original position due to the restoring force of the push button 8.

[0029] In this disclosure, the synchronization unit 3b comprises a synchronization unit body 3b1 capable of accommodating the flexible wire 6, and a synchronization unit cover 3b2 that closes the synchronization unit body 3b1. In this disclosure, the synchronization unit body 3b1 is formed integrally with the accommodating unit body 3a1. In this embodiment, a reel accommodating space S2 is formed between the synchronization unit body 3b1 and the synchronization unit cover 3b2. A reel 9 that enables the unwinding and winding of the flexible wire 6 is accommodated in the reel accommodating space S2. The reel 9 comprises a reel body 91 on which the flexible wire 6 can be wound, and a retraction spring 92 that biases the reel body 91 in the winding direction of the flexible wire 6. The reel body 91 enables automatic winding after the flexible wire 6 has been unwinding by the retraction spring 92. In this disclosure, the retraction spring 92 is a spiral spring. Reference numeral 93 denotes a spring charger. The spring charger 93 includes a one-way clutch mechanism (not shown) and a release mechanism therefor (not shown). The spring charger 93 allows the biasing force of the retraction spring 92 built into the reel body 91 to be adjusted as needed.

[0030] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5, in this disclosure, the synchronization section 3b is a reel section that is wider than the storage section 3a in the left-right direction. In this disclosure, the reel storage space S2 is a circular storage space in plan view, as shown in Figure 5. In this disclosure, the contents storage space S1 and the reel storage space S2 are separated by a partition wall 3c. In addition, in this disclosure, the synchronization section 3b is provided with a mounting section 3d having a mounting hole A3 for attaching a safety rope (not shown).

[0031] In addition, in this disclosure, the container body 3 further comprises an outlet portion 4. In this disclosure, the outlet portion 4 is formed integrally with the storage portion body 3a1 together with the synchronization portion body 3b1. The outlet portion 4 comprises an outlet A1 that allows the flexible wire 6 to be inserted and removed. In this disclosure, the outlet portion 4 comprises an annular front end surface 4a that surrounds the outlet A1 in an annular manner around the central axis O1. In this embodiment, the front end surface 4a is perpendicular to the central axis O1.

[0032] In addition, as shown in Figure 2, for example, the wire drawing tool 2 is equipped with a fastening member 5 attached to the front end of the flexible wire 6. The fastening member 5 functions as a so-called "callop". In this embodiment, the fastening member 5 comprises a hollow handle 5a made of synthetic resin and a metal fastening needle (not shown) detachably attached to the handle 5a. The fastening needle is normally housed inside the handle 5a by a spring (not shown). However, when using the wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket, the fastening needle can be made to protrude from the back side of the handle 5a by pushing the push piece 5b forward against the biasing force of the spring. The rear end of the handle 5a is shaped to be held in a fitted state in the outlet A1. Here, "front side" refers to the side in the axial direction where the fastening member 5 (housing part 3a) is located, and "rear side" refers to the side in the axial direction where the synchronization part 3b is located.

[0033] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the wire drawing tool 2 is equipped with a flexible wire retainer 7 that protrudes from the outlet 4. The flexible wire retainer 7 extends forward from the front end surface 4a of the outlet 4. As shown in Figure 3, a guide groove 7c for guiding the flexible wire 6 is formed at the front end of the flexible wire retainer 7.

[0034] In addition, as shown in Figure 2, in this disclosure, the line drawing tool 2 is provided with a bracket 10 that allows the line drawing tool 2 to be rotatably attached to a mounting portion 30A provided on the holder 30 (see Figure 10), on the side of the housing portion 3a that is closer to the overall center of gravity G, i.e., the center of gravity G of the line drawing tool 1A with bracket.

[0035] As shown in Figure 10, the holder 30 can be configured to be attached to a waist belt 33, for example, and held to the user's body. The holder 30 has a pair of guide rail sections 31 arranged opposite each other at a predetermined distance on its front side. A mounting section 30A is formed between the pair of guide rail sections 31 and the main body of the holder 30, which is an upper opening space through which the bracket 10 is inserted. A locking stopper 32 is provided above the pair of guide rail sections 31, which is slidable diagonally up and down. In this disclosure, as shown in Figure 10, the locking stopper 32 is initially positioned to narrow the upper end openings of the two guide rail sections 31. In this disclosure, the locking stopper 32 is biased by an elastic member such as a spring (not shown) to maintain the position in Figure 10. In this disclosure, the locking stopper 32 can be slid to open to the left by pushing down on the inclined surface 32a. This allows the upper end openings of the two guide rail sections 31 to be opened. In contrast, in this disclosure, the locking stopper 32 can be slid to close to the right by the biasing force (restoring force) of the elastic member by releasing the downward pressure on the inclined surface 32a. This allows the upper end openings of the two guide rail portions 31 to be closed. In this disclosure, the inclined surface 32a is inclined to the left as it moves upward. However, the locking stopper 32 can be provided on the right side, contrary to this disclosure. In this case, the inclined surface 32a is inclined to the right as it moves upward.

[0036] As described later, the bracket 10 is inserted into the guide rail portion 31 provided on the holder 30 and is detachably attached to the holder 30.

[0037] As shown in Figure 2, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned on the side opposite to the synchronization unit 3b in the axial direction, with the center of gravity G in between. In other words, the center of gravity G is positioned between the bracket 10 and the synchronization unit 3b. In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned in front of the center of gravity G. In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is provided in the outlet portion 4. However, the bracket 10 is positioned behind the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4.

[0038] As shown in Figure 4, etc., in this disclosure, the retraction spring 92, which is the heaviest component of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A, is built into the synchronization part 3b. Therefore, as shown in region G of Figure 2, in this disclosure, the center of gravity G is near the synchronization part 3b. Accordingly, in this disclosure, the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A can be rotated so that the synchronization part 3b faces downwards with the bracket 10 as the pivot point, that is, so that the outlet A1 faces upwards with the bracket 10 as the pivot point. Note that, as shown in Figure 1, in this disclosure, the center of gravity G is located on the central axis O1.

[0039] As shown in Figure 2, specifically, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 has an outer peripheral surface 11f that is rotatably slidable with respect to the mounting portion 30A when the bracket 10 is attached to the mounting portion 30A of the holder 30.

[0040] In this disclosure, the bracket 10 comprises a neck 11 fixed to the outlet portion 4 and a head 12 integrally provided on the neck 11. In this disclosure, the outer circumferential surface 11f of the neck 11 is cylindrical. The outer circumferential surface 11f of the neck 11 has a circular (more preferably perfectly circular) cross-sectional shape in a cross section perpendicular to the central axis O1. The diameter of the outer circumferential surface 11f of the neck 11 is smaller than the diameter of the head 12. In this disclosure, the head 12 is a disc-shaped flange. However, the head 12 is not limited to a disc-shaped flange as long as it does not interfere with the holder 30 in the internal space of the mounting portion 30A. If the head 12 does not interfere with the holder 30 in the internal space of the mounting portion 30A, for example, the head 12 can be an elliptical flange or a polygonal flange.

[0041] By making the cross-sectional shape of the outer surface 11f of the neck 11 circular, as described later, the wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket can be rotated relative to the holder 30 with respect to the bracket 10, specifically the neck 11, while attached to the holder 30 via the bracket 10. As a result, the wire drawing tool 1A with a bracket can be automatically attached to the holder 30 by inserting the bracket 10 into the mounting portion 30A of the holder 30, so that the outlet A1 faces upwards.

[0042] Figure 6 shows a modified example of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A, namely the bracketed wire drawing tool 1B. Figure 6 shows a magnified view of the area around the outlet portion 4 of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1B from the back. The bracketed wire drawing tool 1B has the same configuration as the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A, except that the flexible wire holder portion 7 has been removed. Therefore, parts that are substantially the same as those of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A are given the same reference numerals, and their explanation is omitted.

[0043] The wire drawing tool with bracket 1B omits the flexible wire retaining portion 7 of the wire drawing tool with bracket 1A. In the wire drawing tool with bracket 1B, the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 functions as the flexible wire retaining portion. As shown in Figure 6, a plurality of guide grooves 4c are formed on the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 to guide the flexible wire 6. In this disclosure, the plurality of guide grooves 4c are arranged at intervals around the central axis O1. However, at least one guide groove 4c is sufficient.

[0044] In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned behind the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4. Referring to Figure 2, the head 12 of the bracket 10 is positioned such that the front end of the head 12 is at the same position as or behind the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4. As a result, as shown in Figure 16, the flexible wire 6 can be pressed against the drawing surface F with the outlet portion 4 of the wire drawing tool 1B with bracket facing downwards. Therefore, when drawing lines using the wire drawing tool 1B with bracket, the bracket 10 does not interfere with the drawing surface F, and the lines can be drawn without interference. In addition, in this case, the ease of holding the wire drawing tool 1B with bracket is not impaired.

[0045] Figure 7 shows the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, which is another modified example of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A. Figure 7 shows a magnified view of the area around the outlet 4 of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C from the left side. In addition, parts of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C that are substantially the same as those of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A are given the same reference numerals, and their descriptions are omitted.

[0046] The wire drawing tool 1C with bracket also functions with the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 as a flexible wire holder. As shown in Figure 7, in this disclosure, the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 is inclined with respect to the central axis O1 in a side view. In this disclosure, the front end surface 4a is linearly inclined toward the front as it faces outwards. As shown in Figure 7, a plurality of guide grooves 4c are formed on the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 to guide the flexible wire 6. However, in this disclosure as well, at least one guide groove 4c is sufficient.

[0047] However, even in the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, the bracket 10 is positioned behind the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4. As shown in Figure 7, the bracket 10 is positioned so that the front end of the head 12 is behind the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4. As a result, as shown in Figure 17, the flexible wire 6 can be pressed against the drawing surface F with the front side of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C facing upwards. Therefore, even when drawing lines using the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, the bracket 10 does not interfere with the drawing surface F, and the lines can be drawn. Furthermore, in this case as well, the ease of holding the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C is not compromised.

[0048] Figure 8 shows a bracketed wire drawing tool 1D, which is another modification of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A. Figure 8 shows a magnified view of the area around the outlet 4 of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1D from the left side. In addition, parts of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1D that are substantially the same as those of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1A are given the same reference numerals, and their descriptions are omitted.

[0049] As shown in Figure 8, in the wire drawing tool 1D with a bracket, the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 is also inclined with respect to the central axis O1 in a side view. In this disclosure, the front end surface 4a is inclined toward the front as it faces outwards. However, in this disclosure, the front end surface 4a is curved inclined so as it tapers significantly toward the front. As a result, the wire drawing tool 1D with a bracket has a tip portion 4a1 formed on the front end surface 4a of the outlet portion 4 that functions as a flexible wire holder. Also, as shown in Figure 8, a guide groove 4c is formed in the tip portion 4a1 to guide the flexible wire 6. However, in this disclosure as well, at least one guide groove 4c is sufficient.

[0050] As shown in Figure 9, in the wire drawing tool 1D with a bracket, the outlet portion 4 can be rotated around the central axis O1. As shown in Figure 9, the bracket 10 is positioned behind the outlet portion 4. In this disclosure, even when the outlet portion 4 is rotated, the flexible wire 6 can be pressed against the drawing surface F with the front side of the wire drawing tool 1D facing upwards, as shown in Figure 9. This allows drawing to be performed using the wire drawing tool 1D with a bracket without the bracket 10 interfering with the drawing surface F. Furthermore, even in this case, the ease of handling of the wire drawing tool 1D with a bracket is not impaired.

[0051] Next, referring to Figures 11 and 12A to 12D, an example of how to attach the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C to the holder 30 will be described. Note that the head 12 of the bracket 10 is omitted in Figures 12A to 12D.

[0052] As shown in Figure 11, when the user attaches the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket to the holder 30, the user can insert it into the holder 30 with the outlet A1 facing downwards.

[0053] Figure 12A shows that when the bracket 10 is pushed into the holder 30 with the outlet A1 facing downwards, the neck 11 of the bracket 10 contacts the inclined surface 32a of the locking stopper 32 which narrows the upper opening of the two guide rail portions 31 provided on the holder 30. In this disclosure, the center of gravity G of the bracket-equipped line drawing tool 1C is located above the bracket 10. Also, the outer circumferential surface 11f of the neck 11 of the bracket 10 is circular. Therefore, as the center of gravity G of the bracket-equipped line drawing tool 1C moves downwards, it can automatically rotate around the neck 11 of the bracket 10 so that the outlet A1 faces upwards, as shown in Figures 12B and 12C.

[0054] In this disclosure, the wire drawing tool with bracket 1C rotates 180 degrees from the position in Figure 11, stopping with the outlet A1 facing directly downwards. Then, by pushing the wire drawing tool with bracket 1C further downwards, the locking stopper 32 opens, and the bracket 10 is positioned on the mounting portion 30A. When the neck 11 of the bracket 10 overcomes the locking stopper 32, the locking stopper 32 closes the upper openings of the two guide rail portions 31, as shown in Figure 12D. As a result, the wire drawing tool with bracket 1C is rotatably mounted on the holder 30. Although Figures 12A to 12C describe the rotation of the wire drawing tool with bracket 1C before the bracket 10 overcomes the locking stopper 32, the wire drawing tool with bracket 1C may rotate after the bracket 10 overcomes the locking stopper 32 and stabilize in the position shown in Figure 12D.

[0055] The upper openings of the two guide rail sections 31 are opened by pushing the locking stopper 32 downwards. This allows the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket to be easily removed from the holder 30 and used by pulling it upwards from the holder 30. In the above description, the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket is shown rotating counterclockwise, but it can also be rotated clockwise. That is, the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket can be rotated clockwise or counterclockwise regardless of the orientation in which it is installed.

[0056] With the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, regardless of the position and orientation of the holder 30 attached to the user, the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C can be attached to the holder 30 with a simple operation of just inserting it into the holder 30, so that the outlet A1 always faces upwards. This suppresses leakage of contents that may occur when carrying the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C.

[0057] Furthermore, with the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, it can be freely rotated around the bracket 10 while attached to the holder 30. Therefore, with the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C, even when the user performs other tasks while the tool is attached to the holder 30, it is less likely that the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C will interfere with the user's work. Also, even if the bracketed wire drawing tool 1C comes into contact with something in the surroundings while being carried, it is less likely to interfere with work.

[0058] Therefore, with the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket, the contents can be attached to the holder 30 in a way that is difficult to leak by simply inserting it into the holder 30, and once attached to the holder 30, it does not interfere with the user's work. In particular, the ability to rotate it freely after it is attached to the holder 30 is effective from a safety standpoint.

[0059] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned on the side opposite to the synchronization part 3b, with the center of gravity G in between. The synchronization part 3b tends to be relatively heavy. Therefore, by positioning the bracket 10 on the side opposite to the synchronization part 3b, with the center of gravity G in between, as in the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket, the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket can be attached to the holder 30 more easily, with the outlet A1 facing upwards.

[0060] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the main body of the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket is a wire drawing tool 2 comprising a container body 3 in which a housing section 3a and a synchronization section 3b are integrally formed, a flexible wire 6 that can be housed in the container body 3, and an outlet A1 through which the flexible wire 6 passes. With the wire drawing tool 2, there is a concern that the contents may leak if the outlet A1 is facing downwards. Therefore, the wire drawing tool 1C with bracket, which uses a wire drawing tool as the main body of the contents holder, is effective in suppressing the leakage of contents.

[0061] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the synchronization unit 3b includes a reel 9 that enables the drawing out and winding of the flexible wire 6. Because the reel 9 has a large weight, such as the retraction spring 92, the wire drawing tool 1C with a bracket can be more easily attached to the holder 30 so that the outlet A1 faces upward.

[0062] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 has an outer peripheral surface 11f that is rotatably slidable relative to the mounting portion 30A when the bracket 10 is attached to the mounting portion 30A. In this case, the wire drawing tool 1C with a bracket attached to the holder 30 can be freely rotated relative to the holder 30 with a simple configuration.

[0063] The same applies to the wire drawing tools with brackets 1A, 1B, and 1D.

[0064] Figure 13 schematically shows a modified version of the bracket 10 applicable to the contents holder of the present invention applied to the drawing tool 2, with the drawing tool 2 attached to the holder 30, around the bracket 10. Note that, for the drawing tool 1E with bracket in Figure 13, parts that are substantially the same as those of other drawing tools with brackets are given the same reference numerals, and their descriptions are omitted.

[0065] In the wire drawing tool 1E with a bracket, the bracket 10 comprises two members (11a, 11b) that are rotatable relative to the mounting portion 30A when the bracket 10 is attached to the mounting portion 30A.

[0066] As shown in Figure 13, in the wire drawing tool 1E with a bracket, the neck 11 of the bracket 10 comprises an inner member 11a and an outer member 11b that are rotatable relative to each other. In this disclosure, the inner member 11a is an outer cylinder provided on the wire drawing tool 2. The outer member 11b is an outer cylinder rotatably attached to the inner member 11a. In this disclosure, the head 12 of the bracket 10 is attached to the outer member 11b.

[0067] With the bracketed wire drawing tool 1E, the bracketed wire drawing tool 1E can be freely rotated relative to the holder 30 by relative rotation between the inner member 11a and the outer member 11b. In this case, the outer circumferential surface of the bracket 10, i.e., the outer circumferential surface 11f of the neck 11, is not limited to a circular cross-sectional shape, but can be, for example, an elliptical cross-sectional shape or a polygonal cross-sectional shape. In this case, the inner member 11a can be a cylinder or a sphere. In particular, if the inner member 11a is a sphere, it can form a ball joint together with the outer member 11b. In this case, the bracketed wire drawing tool 1E can move more freely relative to the holder 30.

[0068] Figure 14 schematically shows a bracket mounting structure applicable to a bracket-equipped wire drawing tool, particularly around the bracket. Note that, for the bracket-equipped wire drawing tool 1F in Figure 14, parts that are substantially identical to those of other bracket-equipped wire drawing tools are denoted by the same reference numerals, thus omitting their explanation.

[0069] In the wire drawing tool 1F with a bracket, the bracket 10 can be housed in the container body 3. In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is provided on a swing plate 14 that is swingably attached to the container body 3 via a hinge 13. The bracket 10 can be housed, for example, in a storage section 15 formed on the back surface of the housing section 3a of the container body 3. In this disclosure, the storage section 15 is a recess formed in the housing section 3a.

[0070] With the bracketed wire drawing tool 1F, by storing the bracket 10 in the container body 3, the external shape of the bracketed wire drawing tool 1F when not in use can be simplified (miniaturized). Also, when attaching the bracketed wire drawing tool to the holder 30, it is desirable to ensure a long distance between the center of gravity G of the bracketed wire drawing tool and the bracket 10 in order to smoothly allow the outlet A1 to naturally face upwards. With the bracketed wire drawing tool 1F, by opening the swing plate 14 on which the bracket 10 is attached, using the hinge 13 as a pivot point, a long distance between the center of gravity G of the bracketed wire drawing tool and the bracket 10 can be ensured.

[0071] Figure 15 shows another example of a bracket mounting structure applicable to a wire drawing tool with a bracket. Note that parts of the wire drawing tool with a bracket 1G in Figure 15 that are substantially identical to those of the wire drawing tool with a bracket 1A in Figure 2 are given the same reference numerals, and their descriptions are omitted.

[0072] The wire drawing tool with bracket 1G is a modified example of the wire drawing tool with bracket 1A shown in Figure 2. In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is integrally provided with the push button 8 provided in the housing portion 3a of the wire drawing tool with bracket 1A. In this case, the external shape of the wire drawing tool with bracket 1G can be simplified (miniaturized).

[0073] Figure 18 shows a caulking gun, along with a cartridge, from the front, which is a second embodiment of the contents holder of the present invention.

[0074] As shown in Figure 18, the caulking gun 20 with a bracket is equipped with a synchronization unit 22 that synchronizes when the contents of the cartridge (storage unit) 211 are removed. Here, the synchronization unit 22 functions as an operating unit. The caulking gun 20 with a bracket is equipped with a caulking gun 21 (main body) that allows the contents of the cartridge 211 to be removed by using the synchronization unit 22. The caulking gun 21 has the cartridge (storage unit) 211 as a separate unit from the synchronization unit 22.

[0075] The caulking gun 21 is used as an auxiliary tool when injecting sealants, caulking agents, and other fillers (contents). The caulking gun 21 is used for joint sealing or waterproofing in construction work such as bathtubs, washrooms, kitchens, and exterior siding.

[0076] The caulking gun 21 constitutes the main body of the caulking gun 20 with a bracket. The caulking gun 21 is equipped with a holder (holding part) 23, together with a synchronization part 22, which is capable of holding a cartridge 211 having a housing part 211a.

[0077] In this disclosure, the cartridge 211 comprises a storage section 211a for containing contents and a nozzle 211b with an outlet A2 formed at its tip. The nozzle 211b is provided at the front end of the storage section 211a. The holder section 23 is a holder for mounting and holding the cartridge 211.

[0078] Furthermore, reference numeral 22a denotes a frame shown in an example where it is connected at the rear end of the holder portion 23. Reference numeral 24 denotes a rod that is slidably supported on the frame 22a. The rod 24 is equipped with a pressing disc 24a that directly contacts and presses against the cartridge 211.

[0079] Reference numeral 25 denotes a trigger that is pivotably held in the frame 22a via a pivot pin P, and this trigger 25 is equipped with a pressing pin 25a. Reference numeral 26 denotes a chucking plate shown in an example of two stacked plates inserted onto a rod 24. The chucking plate 26 has a through hole (not shown) through which the rod 24 passes. The chucking plate 26 is configured to hook the rod 24 onto the edge of the through hole in conjunction with the retraction operation of the trigger 25, and to feed the rod 24 toward the cartridge 211 together with the pressing disk 24a.

[0080] Furthermore, reference numeral 27 denotes an adjustment block that contacts the back surface of the chucking plate 26. The adjustment block 27 consists of a base member 27a connected to the pressure pin 25a of the trigger 25, and an adjustment member 27b that is screwed to the base member 27a and changes the length L of the adjustment block 27. The adjustment block 27 adjusts the feed amount of the rod 24.

[0081] Reference numeral 28 denotes an elastic member (spring) positioned between the frame 22a and the chucking plate 26 to maintain the chucking plate 26 in its initial position (the position before the trigger 25 is pulled in). Reference numeral 29 denotes a stopper that prevents the rod 24 from moving backward.

[0082] The stopper 29 consists of a lever 29a that is cantilevered and swingable at the rear end of the frame 22a with the rod 24 inserted through it, and an elastic member 29b that elastically supports the lever 29a between itself and the frame 22a. The stopper 29 does not affect the movement of the rod 24 when the trigger 25 is pulled in (triggered). However, when a force is applied to push the rod 24 backward, the edge of the through-hole in the stopper 29 through which the rod 24 is inserted catches, increasing frictional resistance and preventing the rod 24 from sliding backward.

[0083] When the cartridge 211 is mounted and held in the holder portion 23 and the trigger 25 is pulled back, the pressure pin 25a of the trigger 25 presses against the chucking plate 26. As a result, the chucking plate 26 moves forward against the restoring force of the elastic member 28.

[0084] At this time, the rod 24 is chucked by the chucking plate 26 and moves forward together with the pressing disc 24a, and the rear end of the cartridge 211 is pressed by the pressing disc 24a. As a result, the filler material is discharged from the outlet A2 formed at the tip of the nozzle 211b.

[0085] When the gripping force is released to release the retraction of the trigger 25, the trigger 25 and the chucking plate 26 return to their initial positions without any resistance due to the restoring force of the elastic member 28. Therefore, with the caulking gun 20 with bracket, continuous discharge of the contents becomes possible by repeatedly retracting and releasing the trigger 25.

[0086] In addition, as shown in Figure 18, in this disclosure, the caulking gun 21 is equipped with a bracket 10 that allows the caulking gun 21 to be rotatably attached to a mounting portion 30A provided on the holder 30, on the side of the housing portion 211a that is closer to the overall center of gravity G, i.e., the center of gravity G of the caulking gun 20 with bracket.

[0087] As shown in Figure 18, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned on the side opposite to the synchronization portion 22, with the center of gravity G in the axial direction. In other words, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned in front of the center of gravity G. In this disclosure, the bracket 10 is provided on the holder portion 23. More specifically, the bracket 10 is positioned in front of the holder portion 23.

[0088] With the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20, regardless of the position and orientation of the holder 30 attached to the user, the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20 can be attached to the holder 30 with a simple operation of just inserting it into the holder 30, so that the outlet A2 always faces upwards. This suppresses leakage of contents that may occur when carrying the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20.

[0089] Furthermore, with the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20, it can be freely rotated around the bracket 10 while attached to the holder 30. Therefore, with the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20, even when the user performs other tasks while the caulking gun is attached to the holder 30, it is less likely that the caulking gun 20 will interfere with the user's work. Also, even if the caulking gun 20 comes into contact with something in its surroundings while being carried, it is less likely to interfere with the work.

[0090] Therefore, with the bracket-equipped caulking gun 20, the contents can be attached to the holder 30 in a way that is difficult to leak by simply inserting it into the holder 30, and once attached to the holder 30, it does not interfere with the user's work. In particular, the ability to rotate it freely after it is attached to the holder 30 is effective from a safety standpoint.

[0091] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the bracket 10 is positioned on the side opposite to the synchronization unit 22, with the center of gravity G in between. The synchronization unit 22 tends to be relatively heavy because it is equipped with a metal mechanism such as a metal trigger 25. For this reason, by positioning the bracket 10 on the side opposite to the synchronization unit 22, with the center of gravity G in between, as in the caulking gun 20 with a bracket, the caulking gun 20 with a bracket can be more easily attached to the holder 30 so that the outlet A2 faces upwards.

[0092] Furthermore, in this disclosure, the body of the caulking gun 20 with bracket is a caulking gun 21 that includes a holder portion 23, together with a synchronization portion 22, which is capable of holding a cartridge 211 having a housing portion 211a. When the caulking gun 21 has its outlet A2 facing downwards, there is a concern that the contents may leak out. Therefore, the caulking gun 20 with bracket, which uses a caulking gun as the body of the contents holder, is effective in suppressing the leakage of contents.

[0093] The above describes exemplary embodiments of the present invention, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the claims. For example, the various configurations adopted in each of the above embodiments can be combined with each other. For example, the center of gravity G of the wire drawing tool with bracket can be adjusted by using the mounting part 3d provided on the synchronization part 3b as a weight. Also, the caulking gun with bracket can be adjusted by using the rod 24 as a weight. That is, the center of gravity G of the contents holder according to the present invention can be set to be behind the synchronization part. [Explanation of Symbols]
