Abstract

The challenge is to provide a caregiver apron scarf that can absorb and catch food spills, is stain-resistant, and is also fashionable. [Solution] A nursing apron scarf 1 to be worn around the neck by the wearer P while eating, comprising: a long, narrow strip-shaped main body 10 made by sewing together an absorbent front fabric and an absorbent back fabric; one-way pleats (front side one-way pleats 20, back side one-way pleats 30) that form a plurality of folds arranged continuously in a predetermined area in the longitudinal direction of the main body 10; and a sewing thread 40 that integrally sews the front fabric and back fabric, which are layered at each fold portion of the plurality of one-way pleats, in order to maintain the folds (shape of the pleats) of the plurality of one-way pleats.

Claims

1. A caregiver apron scarf for use by a person requiring care to wear around their neck while eating, characterized by comprising: a long, narrow, strip-shaped main body made by sewing together an absorbent outer fabric and an absorbent inner fabric; a plurality of pleats arranged continuously in a predetermined area in the longitudinal direction of the main body; and suture threads that are laminated on each of the pleat shapes to integrally sew the outer fabric and the inner fabric together in order to maintain the shape of the plurality of pleats.

2. The nursing care apron scarf according to claim 1, characterized in that it is provided on the main body with a mark for confirming the correct way to wear the nursing care apron scarf.

3. The nursing care apron scarf according to claim 1, characterized in that the width of the main body in the short direction near the end of the main body gradually widens towards the end of the main body in the long direction.

A caregiver apron scarf according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the main body is provided with engaging parts for engaging a pair of main bodies, which are arranged on the left and right sides, with each other when the scarf is worn around the neck of a person requiring care.

5. The nursing care apron scarf according to claim 1, characterized in that it has a pleatless region in the center of the longitudinal direction of the main body where no pleats are provided.

The nursing apron scarf according to claim 1, characterized in that the pleats are composed of one-way pleats, and the direction of folding of the one-way pleats located in a region on one end side of the longitudinal center of the main body is opposite to the direction of folding of the one-way pleats located in a region on the other end side of the longitudinal center of the main body.
